The silent majority is no longer silent.
This is The War Room with Owen Schroyer.
Please stand by for further details.

We return you now to your regularly scheduled program.
Under the pretext of a healthy point of view, there will be a vaccine by which the human body will be treated so that the human being cannot develop the thought of the existence of soul and spirit.
He would be extremely smart, but he would not develop a conscience.
And that is the true goal of some materialistic circles.
A viral video, which claims to be a leaked 2005 presentation to the DOD by American geneticist Dean Hamer, shows a man briefing a room of men about the VMAT2 gene, the God gene, and how it can be suppressed with the use of vaccines.
unidentified
Excuse me, on the left over here, we have...
Individuals who are religious fundamentalists, religious fanatics.
And this is the expression, RT-PCR, real-time PCR expression of the VMAT2 gene.
Our hypothesis is that these are fanatical people, that they have over-expression of the VMAT2 gene, and that by vaccinating them against this, we'll eliminate this behavior.
greg reese
In 2002, former news anchor Ryan Harper claimed in the San Francisco Chronicle that he created this video as a short film, but has provided no clear evidence to substantiate this claim.
And if it is a hoax, then it appears to be disinformation.
False information deliberately spread to employ strategic deceptions To advance political, military, or commercial goals.
Because in 2009, Dean Hamer lectured at Marlboro College about this same subject.
unidentified
Well, it turns out, at least one gene that's involved in spirituality has now been identified.
It's one of many different players.
The next slide shows it.
It's something called the vesicular monobene transporter number two.
greg reese
And in 2004, Hamer published the book, The God Gene, How Faith is Hardwired into Our Genes, wherein he argues that a variation in the VMAT2 gene dictates one's openness to spiritual experiences, and without it, we cannot feel God.
Not only is this information accurate, but it appears to have been deployed.
In a recent article by Dr.
Ariana Love, it has shown that this technology has existed for years.
The VMAT2 gene is a protein that carries several vital neurotransmitters to synapses in the brain.
It basically controls the central nervous system.
Deleting it, known as a knockout, would greatly reduce these neurotransmitters, creating an endless list of chronic health issues.
VMAT2 deletion is accomplished using the SLC18A2 cDNA ORF clone, where cDNA is complementary DNA, which is used in human cloning and genetically modifying an organism.
In 2013, Supreme Court judges ruled that cDNA added to target cells in the human genome makes a person patent eligible.
And there are patents for using this to genetically edit the human VMAT2 gene and delete it.
This can easily be done using simple CRISPR technology and is even sold online.
In a 2020 study on mice, VMAT2 gene deletion caused schizophrenia.
In a 2022 study, it caused Parkinson's disease.
In the American Journal of Human Genetics, a study on deleting the VMAT2 induces an intellectual disability syndrome in humans.
It causes autoimmune disorders, cerebral palsy, type 1 diabetes, and several other illnesses.
Begging the question, as Dr.
Love asks, How long have pharma and the government been reducing our humanity through VMAT2 knockouts?
VMAT2 deletion also causes fearfulness, psychiatric disorders, cardiac arrhythmia, cancer, and accelerated aging.
While it's unlikely that these sadistic, mad scientists can cut us off from God, they are definitely doing their best to murder us.

And Julie Kelly, again, continues to do her great legal work.
InfoWars has the story headline.
FBI authorized use of deadly force in Mar-a-Lago raid.
Court documents show.
Newly unsealed court documents reveal the Department of Justice authorized the use of deadly force for the FBI's raid on former President Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort.
According to operations order produced in Discovery, the FBI believed its objective for the Mar-a-Lago raid was to seize classified information, national defense information, and U.S. government records described in the search warrant.
The document released by Judge Eileen Cannon states, the order contained a policy statement regarding use of deadly force, which stated, for example, law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force when necessary.
Now, let's think about the context of all of this.
All they had to do, Trump was cooperating throughout the whole process.
The archivists are the ones that boxed this and sent it to Mar-a-Lago.
So Trump wasn't even involved in that process.
Except, I guess, Mar-a-Lago being his residence.
But he was cooperative the whole time.
He cooperated with the National Archives.
Anytime that the FBI or any other government bureaucracy was reaching out for cooperation on any of this garbage, he was always cooperative.
So they know all they had to do was make a phone call.
All they had to do was make a phone call and cooperation would have been an option.
Dealing with the documents or anything.
But he would have gladly said, yes, come on in, you can have the documents.
Instead, they do this show of force, they do this law enforcement theater, and they raid, quote-unquote raid, to go and grab these documents.
Nobody was trying to hide them from the feds if they wanted to see them.
But they go and have this raid, show of force, guns drawn, this whole garbage, No violent crimes, no violent criminals involved.
What were they expecting? A standoff with the Secret Service?
A standoff with Donald Trump?
A standoff with the employees in Mar-a-Lago?
What were they expecting to happen here?
Did they want a standoff?
Did they want there to be some sort of confusion?
Were they looking for a violent confrontation?
Did they want Donald Trump to get shot?
Maybe they go in there, Trump's sitting on the john.
He reaches for the toilet paper.
He's grabbing a gun!
Pow, pow, pow! You say, well, gee, that's just ludicrous.
Is it? Or is it ludicrous that they would authorize the use of deadly force for this raid and all of it was totally unnecessary?
No, I figure that even if it was a long shot to the FBI or the Biden administration that say things would have gotten out of hand and maybe gunfire was exchanged.
Think about it. There are pedestrians around.
This is a heavily trafficked venue, Mar-a-Lago.
Secret Service is there guarding it.
And these crooked feds, and who knows the situation with the people, the boots on the ground that actually initiated the raid, And they say use of deadly force is authorized.
What were they expecting?
Who were they expecting to need to use deadly force on?
To go get these documents that they've already had their hands on, that they'd already seen, that they'd already given over to Trump, that they boxed for Trump.
Why was this even necessary?
Sure, it might have been a long shot that it could have gotten Trump killed, but hey...
That's a long shot that the Fed's willing to take.
And so Julie Kelly got the unsealed filings.
She's posted them on her X account at Julie Kelly too.
She had to make another one because she got banned, you know.
Tons of new unsealed filings on classified documents case.
I will try to post as much as I can.
There goes the workout.
She's trying to hit the gym.
But this is mind-blowing. FBI authorized the use of deadly force at Mar-a-Lago.
The raid.
Law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force when necessary.
The agents plan to bring standard-issue weapons, ammo, handcuffs, and medium and large-sized bolt cutters.
They were instructed to wear unmarked polo or collared shirts and to keep law enforcement equipment concealed.
So that makes it sound even worse.
Hey, hey, we're basically sending you in there like undercover and we don't want anyone to know your law enforcement.
Oh, and so then they go in with bolt cutters and guns.
Well, what is Secret Service supposed to think?
I don't know what the policy on firearms is at Mar-a-Lago.
I'm guessing they probably don't allow them.
But maybe it's a concealed carry venue.
Somebody sees a bunch of unmarked guys coming in with guns and bullet hunters.
They think, well, gee, what's going on?
They pull a gun. Pow! Is that what the FBI was trying to do here?
So the worst conclusion is that the FBI wanted to get somebody killed or Trump killed and then have this new narrative about how it's all Trump's fault and that whole game.
The best case scenario is that you just have another example of government overreach, just outrageous government overreach and outrageous law enforcement, federal law enforcement policy that goes so above and beyond what is necessary that it's criminal in and of itself.
And so that's what you have here.
Armed FBI agents were preparing to confront Trump and engage Secret Service if necessary.
This also comes from it.
They were going door to door to terrorize Mar-a-Lago guests and even pick their locks.
It's just insane.
From the documents, should media be present at Mar-a-Lago, all personnel will refer to FBI media policy as briefed.
Should Trump arrive at Mar-a-Lago, FBI and all the other agents that they have there will be prepared to engage with Trump and Secret Service.
Are you talking about a standoff here?
What types of psychotics are running this?
Psychotics like Jack Smith.
Should Secret Service provide resistance or interfere with the FBI timeline or anything?
Access to the documents.
FBI will engage with them.
So imagine, they could cooperate.
They could have a phone call.
They could do all of this to avoid any violence.
But it would appear that violence is actually what they wanted.
Now imagine, you're at the FBI and you're reading this.
Maybe you're the boots on the ground agents there.
And you're not a bad guy.
You're just, you know, doing your job.
And you're seeing this.
How are you not outraged?
If you're the lead on this team, how are you not outraged in saying, hey, have we tried calling them?
Have we tried maybe making a phone call or contacting Secret Service and making sure that deadly force is not necessary and we can just have an agreement here and get the documents?
Anybody consider that?
You should be outraged.
They're going to have lock-picking equipment.
They're going to go to all the rooms.
It says right here. If any Mar-a-Lago guests are unwilling to provide any cooperation, FBI search team will knock on each guest room door to determine status.
FBI will request a map, list of rooms, and skeleton key and card for all rooms.
I mean, this is Gestapo.
This is insane.
This is over the top.
FBI had a medic on the scene and had the local trauma center known to the team in case anyone was injured.
I mean, I suppose that's normal protocol.
And then they have a whole entire separate section of the deadly force instructions.
And it's always the same players.
Merrick Garland authorized the raid.
Head of FBI field office Steve DeAntonio.
Pretty sure he was the same guy behind what was going on in Michigan with the fake kidnapping of the governor.
So the FBI risked the lives of Donald Trump, his family, his staff, Mar-a-Lago guests for a publicity stunt to make it look like Trump stole national security files.
People need to be arrested for this investigation.
It's just sick. This is how sick our government is.
This is how sick the FBI is.
The FBI leadership. The Department of Justice leadership.
the American left that hates Trump so much.
You know, again, it's hard to explain.
And I understand why people call in.

And people call in and they got problems with Trump.
And they got complaints with Trump.
And I get it. I get it.
I've made nothing secretive here.

Roger Stone's been through the persecution.
Steve Bannon's been through the persecution.
Peter Navarro's been through the persecution.
Mike Flynn has been through the persecution.
Rudy Giuliani has been through the persecution.
And so it's just, this is real.
This is real.
These psychotic leftists, they really want us dead.
So, that's not an endorsement of Trump.
That's just saying, the same psychotics that hate you and want you dead, they hate Trump and want him dead too.
Because he's his own man.
He's a real deal. Doesn't mean he's perfect.
Doesn't mean he's not going to make mistakes or do things you disagree with.
This isn't even an endorsement of Trump.
The point is, this guy, at many levels, threatens the established order of power.
And they're so desperate to get rid of him that they rig court cases, multiple court cases.
They have a man in court right now without even charges.
They don't even have charges on Donald Trump.
You know what they were doing in the courtroom today?
They were deciding on what they were going to charge Trump with.
They don't even know! What, an FEC crime?
The FEC already passed on the case.
Trump's defense tried to bring an FEC lawyer, an expert with the FEC, to testify, and the judge rejected it.
That is real.
That is not theater.
What is motivating these psychotics?
I guess you could have the debate.
Are they blackmailed?
Do they just hate Trump that much?
Are they trying to get political power through this?
Are they just totally psychotic?
Are they true believers?
Do they really think Trump is this guy that's this boogeyman?
So there was probably at some degree, the will, the desire, the manipulation to have a situation
during the Mar-a-Lago raid that resulted in a standoff, a gunfight, or even Trump
unidentified
getting killed.
owen shroyer
Absolutely. And I mean, it's like, even if there was a standoff, then they would blame that on Trump and say, see, Trump's out of control.
He's chaos. We can't have this.
He's responsible for all of this.
unidentified
Truly amazing.
Thank you.
owen shroyer
See how sick these people really are.
You thought that was sick?
You thought that was sick? Them doing this fake raid, this publicity stunt, this political stunt, this political persecution hoping to get Trump or somebody at Mar-a-Lago or the Secret Service shot?
You know they're making a movie about Trump.
It's not supposed to be favorable.
Hollywood Trump film The Apprentice to include scene of Trump.
I don't even want to say this.
It's so disgusting.
It's so disgusting.
Even reporting on it is so disgusting.
Even talking about it is disgusting.

Hollywood Trump film The Apprentice to Include scene of Trump raping ex-wife Ivana.
That's how sick these people are.
They fantasize about getting Trump killed.
They fantasize about Trump raping women.
These are sick freaks.
And so that's what I'm saying.
When Trump comes out and says, we're dealing with truly sick people, folks, these are sick people.
These are truly deranged, sick people.
This is the top story on Drudge.
A fake movie, a fake documentary about Donald Trump to make him look bad.
Certainly, I'm sure they want to get it out before the election.
Oh, you're going to go see it.
See, the Me Too movement didn't work.
All these fake accusations of Trump didn't work.
So now they're going to have a Hollywood film depicting Trump as a rapist.
Disgusting. Despicable.
But that's how desperate they are.
Trump campaign says it will sue makers of movie that is depicting this rape of his ex-wife.
May she rest in peace.
I mean, these people are just disgusting.
Trump campaign calling it pure garbage.
And so this is the headline.
This is the big story on the Drudge Report.
But see, now the phase is, oh, let's get as much attention.
They'll probably end up cutting the scene.
It's all propaganda anyway.
Let's get as much attention drummed up for this film so that everybody wants to go see it.
And then maybe they release the uncut version.
But see, it's all about none of the...
They couldn't do anything in the real world.
So now they're going to have a fake movie to try to propagandize people against Donald Trump.
And people are so brainwashed...
People are in this suspended reality.
It's not like they just go to a movie and they have this suspended disbelief.
They live it now.
They live in a Hollywood movie.
They think their whole life is a Hollywood movie.
They don't even live in reality anymore.
They buy all the garbage. They'll go and watch this film and think it's real because they can't tell the difference.
See how sick these people are?
And then MSNBC, it comes out that Michael Cohen is embezzling money.
Oh, and the attorneys withheld this information from the Trump defense team.
That's totally illegal, so they break the law again.
The crime that Cohen committed against Donald Trump is bigger than whatever crime they're going to try to charge Donald Trump with, the embezzlement of money.
And then MSNBC's headline is, How Michael Cohen's past lies make him a more credible witness.
So these are sick people, folks.
There's no other way to put it.
We're dealing with total corruption, total derangement, total demonic activity here.
Alright, I don't want to spend too much time on this.
I want to move on to the Biden stuff, RFK Jr.
news, but I think it's worth saying here, especially in light of the debate.
It's really an ongoing debate about Trump, is he the right person to be the president or why you'd vote for him or why you wouldn't?
And it was a bit of a debate today on the Alex Jones Show.
And I get it. If you're a political purist, you probably got problems with Donald Trump.
I'm not a political purist.
I'm a pragmatist.
But the debate of...
But remove your own politics.
Remove your own politics from the equation and have the debate of...
Well, is Trump the real deal?
Is he controlled opposition?
Is he being put in there for some other agenda?
Like somebody brought up, well, he's going to be the one that if they're going to take our Second Amendment, they're going to have to do it with the Republicans so that Republicans fall for it and vote for it.
Well, then why would they have so drastically and obviously cheated to beat him in 2020?
So not everything adds up there.
But I just remove it all.
I know I'm real.
I know Alex Jones is real.
I know Steve Bannon is real.
And when you watch what those individuals and others have gone through and you watch what Trump is going through, that's like...
That's kind of the initiation process that, yeah, you're the real deal.
Doesn't mean we might all get along.
Doesn't mean we might all see things the same way or have different opinions or fight about some issue or this or that or the other thing.
Doesn't mean Trump's perfect.
Doesn't mean Trump's not going to make mistakes.
Doesn't mean Trump hasn't made mistakes.
The point is it's an initiation process.
And he's been through it.
He's the real deal. He's his own man.
He's making his own decisions.
Whether you like him or not, that's a different question.
But it's just like, it's confirmation.
It's not theater.
It's not real. They wouldn't be doing this to the man if he didn't represent somebody they don't control or somebody that wasn't a threat to the power structure.
So yeah, I can disagree with Trump's stance on guns.
I can disagree with Trump's stance on vaccines and I will and I have.
But to me, there's no debate.
You got Trump, who has a real chance of getting in, as a man that is his own man, makes his own decisions, represents the American people, versus whatever the Democrats put up there that's going to be a totally controlled puppet and is going to do everything to try to sabotage and destroy our country.
So yeah, I can sit here and bitch and whine about Trump all day long, but...
I mean, you have to make a realistic decision.
So that's just how I look at it.
I'm going to stop that, though, and I'm going to move on here.
We've got Biden news. Now, we could go back, guys, what do you think it was, like a month or so ago?
And I predicted that just before the summer, Biden would tap back into the Strategic Oil Reserves To get gas prices low.
You've probably noticed your gas prices have gone up.
unidentified
They've gone up a little bit.
owen shroyer
And it usually happens in the summer.
Gas prices go up.
And... Biden is looking for anything right now to improve his poll numbers.
Looking for anything right now to try to get any leverage as far as the vote on the economy is concerned.
And so just as we predicted, it was about a month or so ago, Biden has now tapped into the strategic oil reserves yet
again.
Yet again.
Biden releasing one million barrels of gasoline from Northeast Reserve in bid to lower prices at pump.
Now, what is the purpose of the strategic oil reserve?
Is it strategic for the president's politics and popularity and poll numbers?
Is that what strategic means?
Strategic for the president to use to help his poll numbers?
Hmm. Is it strategic to help the economy?
Or is it strategic in case of emergency?
Is it strategic in case of war or emergency that we have these strategic petroleum reserves?
Well, we all know the answer is it's for an emergency.
But for Joe Biden, it's about him.
It's about poll numbers. It's about his presidential campaign.
It's really not even about the economy.
They don't give a crap about the economy.
They're destroying the economy.
So it's all about Biden's poll numbers in an election year.
Biden is using a strategic infrastructure asset for times of emergency for his own politics,
for his own political agenda and poll numbers.
It's just, you can't even believe this guy.
You can't even believe the brazen corruption.
We should try to find, when I made that prediction, with all the live here at InfoWars 10 hours a day, it's hard to find these things.
But we called it.
If you listen to the InfoWars War Room, you were ahead of the curve on that.
It wasn't that hard of a prediction to make.
Then there's the food prices.
Look at these numbers of Bidenflation.
McDonald's menu prices.
And, you know, this is where it's considered cheap food.
It's not healthy.
I don't even know if it's really cost-effective either.
But, nonetheless, this is your fast food, your cheap food.
At the end of 2019, these numbers are unbelievable.
So at the end of 2019, a medium french fries was $1.79.
Now it's $4.19.
A 134% increase.
The McChicken has gone up 200%.
A Big Mac's gone up 87%.
A 10-piece McNugget's gone up 68%.
A cheeseburger has gone up 215%.
Same thing with the Taco Bell menu.
Same thing with a Chick-fil-A sandwich.
This is your Bidenflation.
And of course, this is also observable at the grocery store.
This is also observable at the gas pump I was checking out.
From the grocery store yesterday, and I really don't get many items.
I get the same items every time.
I get a bunch of steak and eggs.
And I was just, I mean, the grocery bill was just huge.
And the guy checking me out was, he made some inference like, oh, you know, is this what you normally eat?
I said, yeah, yeah, that's pretty much my diet, just steak and eggs.
And he was like, man, how can you afford that?
And I mean, I'm not even a rich man, and it's just like, how can I afford steak and eggs?
unidentified
Think about that.
owen shroyer
Steak and eggs.
So just going to the grocery store, and somebody that's working an hourly job, checking people out, probably having a hard time economically in the Biden economy, and he just sees some guy that gets steak and eggs, and he's like, oh, whoa, oh, wow. Steak and eggs.
Like, essentials.
unidentified
Staples. Steak and eggs.
owen shroyer
And now that's, like, considered a luxury item.
Oh, there it is. Joe Biden lied about the oil reserves and could drain them completely ahead of election to lower gas prices.
That was back in April. That was the segment on the war room I was referencing.
unidentified
But it's just like...
owen shroyer
Steak and egg should not be considered luxury items.
They should be considered staples.
But because of bad policy, regulations, and Bidenomics, now steak and eggs is a luxury item.
So you've got to go to McDonald's now and get a 10-piece McNugget for $8.
All right, Joe Biden.
Well, every time this guy makes a public appearance or statement...
It just gets worse and worse.
It's hard to believe.
It's hard to believe, and yet here we are.
All right, let's... This one here.
What did Joe Biden...
Here's Joe Biden. He's bragging about something he signed into law.
See if you can figure it out here in Clip 10.
joe biden
After I signed the PAC Act into law, I handed the pen that I signed it with as a addition of the most responsible...
After I signed the PAC Act into law, I handed the pen that I signed it, which was the most responsible.
unidentified
Oh my gosh. You know what I want to do with this, guys?
owen shroyer
I'm going to move on to the next clip from the pack and or lack and pack, a lack, a lack of law.
But we should just isolate that and just have like a 30-second cut of pack, a lack, a lack, a lack, a lack, and then maybe add some music behind it or something.
That is just, oh my gosh.
All right. I don't know.
I don't know where Joe Biden's trying to go here.
He's searching for something.
I don't know what it is, but see if you can figure it out in clip 11.
joe biden
I say to every young man thinking getting married, marrying a family of five or more daughters.
I did. My wife's the oldest of five sisters.
You know why? One of them will always love you.
Not the same one.
One of them will always be on your side.
That's the biggest advantage, marrying into five daughters.
owen shroyer
Huh. Did Joe Biden just insinuate that...
alex jones
No.
owen shroyer
No. But it sounded to me like he...
alex jones
No.
owen shroyer
No, no, no, no.
Couldn't be.
Couldn't be Joe Biden insinuating that...
I don't know. Let's just stick to the pack-a-lack-a-lack-a-lack.
I think we can make more sense of that, actually.
All right. Then there's Trump.
By the way, a lot of these big-name celebrities that they got to endorse Biden are already pulling out and saying they regret it.
Dwayne The Rock Johnson recently, now Cardi B, saying people got betrayed.
It's so funny, though. I mean, look, with Cardi B, maybe...
Maybe she really did get deceived with The Rock.
You'd think he'd be smarter, but okay, maybe he got deceived too.
But, you know, it's just crazy to think, isn't it?
Like, really? You guys believe that crap?
Really? You believe the Biden propaganda?
You believe the Democrat Party bullcrap?
Really? You believe that?
And it took four years of Biden for you to realize that it's a big, giant joke?
But I guess that's the case.
Or they're just trying to do whatever, you know, keeps him popular.
So now hating Biden is popular.
But it does remind me, it does remind us that, I mean, really, if you're tuned into Infowars, you are the top 1% of informed people in the country.
unidentified
Truly, you are. You are.
owen shroyer
So you might not be surprised that Cardi B doesn't know what's going on with politics.
Maybe you're not surprised that The Rock doesn't know what's going on with politics.
And some of these other celebrities that fell for the Biden bullcrap.
But you truly are, in this audience, the one percentile of the most informed people.
And you can't even take a photo of Trump.
Amber Rose... Instagram model with a big following.
She's dated some big name people like Kanye West and Wiz Khalifa.
She sparks controversy just for having a photo with the Trumps.
Oh my God!
Oh no! You can't even take a photo with them or you're a bad person.
And then she comes out and says, what are you talking about?
I'm endorsing Donald Trump.
Now I'm voting for Donald Trump.
Amber Rose wants you to know she's voting for Donald Trump.
So she takes a picture with Melania and Donald, gets all the hatred, and she's like, hey, what are you mad about?
I'm voting for him. Outrage as Amber Rose endorses Donald Trump for 2024 election.
unidentified
Outrage. Outrageous.
whoopi goldberg
Don't you dare.
owen shroyer
And... Donald Trump, though, was in the courtroom today.
They're still trying to find out what they're going to charge him with.
Imagine you're sitting there in the courtroom and you don't even know what you're charged with yet because they haven't decided.
It's like, you know, that's not the flow here, but it is when it's Democrat Party corruption.
Here's Trump outside the courtroom addressing the media and the American people in clip
unidentified
seven.
Just to begin, the news of inflation, it really is rampant.
It's moving at a level like people have not seen it.
They don't seem to be able to cut it down.
Biden has no control over what's happening.
He started with energy and now it's taking on a life of its own.
It's very sad. We'll get it fixed.
I'd like to be out campaigning right now, but again, I'm going to be in almost five weeks in court.
They have no case.
There's no crime. Every single legal expert, and I can say this again and again, and every time they come out, maybe at some point they'll come out and say, oh, we found something.
But every single legal expert.
Andy McGarney, Jonathan Turley, Martin Linden, every one of them.
Greg Jarrett. These are great talents.
These are actually very brilliant guys.
And they're not necessarily on my side historically over the years.
But they're very talented people.
They're legal scholars. Highly respected.
Every single person is saying there's no crime.
There's no problem. It's a kangaroo court.
There's never been anything like this that I've ever seen.
Now I have two other trials that were kangaroo courts also.
It's stacked up. And hopefully appellate division will take care of those things, because, you know, they're breaches.
And the problem is that New York is really on trial itself.
The whole world is watching.
They're seeing what's happening. And you can't use conflicted judges.
This is a conflicted judge.
Highly conflicted judge.
And you just can't do that.
You just cannot allow that to happen because you ruin the whole system.
The whole system comes tumbling down.
And New York, look, I love New York.
This is where I grew up. I was born here.
I grew up here. And I see what's happening with this judicial system.
And it's just...
They call it all kangaroos, and we just can't have it.
And I think the appellate courts can take care of a lot of things, but this one shouldn't even get to an appellate court.
This should be an easy ruling, and it should really be, and I think it would be great for Judge Marchand to rule from the bench and to It needs decisiveness.
Every single scholar says there's been no crime, he's done nothing wrong.
And I'm fighting for 300 billion people.
I mean, I have no choice. It's not that I like doing this.
I'm sitting in an icebox all day for seven, eight, nine hours.
And it's a very cold room, I will tell you that.
But I'm doing this because our country needs it.
Our Constitution is under threat.
Our country needs it.
So here I am.
I will be doing something in the morning and then probably coming back in the afternoon.
And we'll be resting pretty quickly, resting, meaning resting the case.
I won't be resting.
I don't rest. I like to rest sometimes, but I don't get to rest.
But we are, we have a phenomenal case.
We've won the case by any standard.
Any other judge who would have thrown this case out?
Any other judge would have thrown this case out?
And I think that Juan Merchant would do himself and do the state and the city in great service by doing what everybody knows, Should be done.
And so we're going to go in.
We'll have another little scrub in a little while, perhaps.
It should end a little bit early today.
We appreciate you suffering with us.
Look, you've been with us for five weeks, and you see it.
The crowd's outside.
We can't get...
It's not a very big thing for us.
We don't care that much.
But people want to get out there, and you have all police...
The only people that let out there is the radical left lunatics.
And they put our people four or five blocks away.
There are a lot of them too.
But I say that doesn't matter.
What matters is what's going on in this courthouse.
So thank you very much.
We'll be back a little bit later.
owen shroyer
Thank you. By the way, I forgot to send this to the crew as we're going to break.
Just for a reference point, he talks about the crowds.
Folks, there were thousands of people lined up outside the courtroom.
Thousands of people.
So, it's not even a rally.
It's just Trump supporters lined up on the streets outside of the courtroom.
They have to have extra law enforcement and barricades and everything else.
So, more people show up outside of the courtroom to show support for Trump than they do for a Biden rally.
So I'll try to find that video.
Yeah, that's during the night.
That's not even what's going on during the day.
They're camping out at night.
We'll find that video.
There it is. Oh, buzzer beater by the crew.
unidentified
Look at that. Donald Trump live outside of the courtroom.
We go live. We're destroying our country with the borders and destroying our country with the worst economy, worst inflation, who allowed Russia to go into attacking Ukraine, who allowed Israel to be attacked and now it's not even helping Israel.
And Jewish people that go for Biden and the Democrats, they should have their head examined.
Thank you very much. So he was live for about five or so more minutes here outside the courtroom.
owen shroyer
when we just picked up the tail end of it.
Jewish people that vote for Biden and the Democrats should have their head examined.
Well, I wouldn't limit that to just Jewish people, but maybe that one is a little more specific.
Anybody that votes for Democrats should probably have their head examined.
So there you go. So there you go, Trump outside of the courtroom.
But it's funny, as you see all those Republicans lined up behind them, what a difference eight years makes.
What a difference eight years makes.
And there's a couple...
Outliers here. Where, one, most of those Republicans, the only reason they're there to support Trump is to support themselves.
They know that they have to get behind Trump politically right now to win re-election.
I mean, let's just call it what it is.
Maybe they do like Trump, maybe not.
But the real reason they're there is for their own election purposes, for their own political life.
That's why they're there. But eight years ago, it was the Republican Party that was against Trump.
I mean, you can use one example.
You can use a bunch of examples. Marco Rubio and Trump.
Ted Cruz and Trump.
So if Trump was doing a press conference like this eight years ago, Republicans would not be behind him.
They would be calling him out.
They would be anti-Trump. They would be holding counter-protests or rallies of their own saying how bad Trump is.
And he can't be a member of the Republican Party.
He can't be the representative. So look at how far in eight years Trump has gone.
And it's kind of like the perfect picture there with Trump standing there in the foreground, the cameras focused on him, and then the Republicans in the background blurred.
Oh, but now they have to show support for Trump for political reasons.
Is that Republicans finally waking up and realizing that, oh, and then there's Gorka.
Oh my gosh, that sick fraud.
He's never, he's never, that grifter, he had to be there.
That anti-free speech grifter.
So they went from nobody wanting to support Trump in the Republican Party because they thought it would be bad for them politically to now everybody going up to New York to stand behind Trump during these trials because it's good for them politically.
And that's all organic.
That's not the mainstream media doing that.
That's not the mainstream media doing that.
That's not people getting paid to do that.
That's all organic.
I mean, it's a real movement.
What's behind Donald Trump is real momentum and a real movement.
Isn't it crazy to think, and I'm going to come back and get to the geopolitical news.
It's so hard to believe.
When I'm sitting here looking at these lying Democrats, looking at Joe Biden lying every time he talks, can't even talk half the time, the liberal media lying all day about Trump and they run these ads lying about Trump and what he says and everything else.
And it's just like, you know, if there's any karma, I mean, guys, we should find that ad we're running during the breaks where they're literally like, they're getting off to the idea of Trump being in jail.
And it's like, if there's any true political karma, if there's any karmic justice, then all of these people are going down.
And I don't know what that means exactly.
I don't know if that means that they've got skeletons in their closet or maybe they're criminals or they're blackmailed or they just lose their popularity, lose their TV show, lose their wealth, whatever.
But it's like, I mean, I'm a firm believer in karma.
I mean, all these people sitting here getting off on this idea of Trump in jail, it's like, You are due for a major, major fall.
There's just no way you're not going to experience that fall.
alex jones
There's just no way. Nutraceuticals that the elite are taking, that they've made sure are so expensive, it's hard for the general public to get them.
This will not be an infomercial for the next hour.
Okay. Except for about five minutes of it.
unidentified
Got some Brain Force. Got some Brain Force Ultra.
You know, a little bit of Brain Force Ultra.
I got some Super Male.
Super Male, Super Male.
rob agueros
We got some Kaleidosilver, of course.
You can't forget the Silver Bullet.
Can't forget the Silver Bullet.
Vazobeat. Vazobeat.
unidentified
That's Blood Flow, Blood Flow, Blood Flow.
rob agueros
We got some winter sun.
You know, they say it's melanin.
People need some, you know, winter sun.
unidentified
I got X2, survival shield, and then we got X3. That's probably my favorite tasting out of all of those is X3. Picture this, a product that derives from ancient sea salts buried deep beneath the earth, harnessing a cutting-edge process that stabilizes iodine in a groundbreaking tri-iodine formula.
Let's do the brain, the brain-full or soul trap.
rob agueros
You want some of the Brain Force Ultra, eh?
Yeah, here we go, man. Help yourself.
Help yourself. I think this is one of my favorites.
I'll take some of that too. Throw that in my last little drink here.
My little drinky drink.
We're going to have a good conversation now.
unidentified
Oh, yeah. This is how you know you're going to turn up on the weekend.
rob agueros
Oh, sweet. And I'm drinking Turbo Force, of course.
Ooh, that's turbo force.
You can find all these great products at Infowarstore.com www.infowarstore.com

you.
I want him found. Not tomorrow, not after breakfast.
Now! Yes, sir!
Well... Well, what?
Man up and vanished like a fart in the wind.
Nothing left but...
Damn rocks on the windowsill.
And that cupcake on the wall.
What say there, Fuzzy Bridges?
This is conspiracy.
That's what this is.
One fish!
Damn conspiracy!
And everyone's in on it!
Oh, stand for the structures, we can make the world stand.
Unveiling the truth behind the globalist curtain.
Welcome to the war room.
owen shroyer
We're going to find that video.
unidentified
Derek McQueen put it together.
owen shroyer
He just came into the studio here and said, hey, I'll get that one to the crew.
It's just stunning. We run it during the breaks, but it's worthy of getting a play here on the live show, too.
Because you just see that, and it's just...
unidentified
You're going down, man.
owen shroyer
You're such a lying, phony, psychotic.
You're going down. It's like...
In Billy Madison, O'Doyle rules.
He's like, you know what?
At the end of the movie, he's like, you know what, O'Doyle?
I got a feeling you guys are in for a big fall soon.
unidentified
Right now, I gotta study.
owen shroyer
That's what this is like. It's like...
They're going down. This amount of hubris, this amount of arrogance, this amount of entitlement, with no real foundation to stand on.
unidentified
You're going down.
Like, you're going down.
owen shroyer
You told people to take a vaccine that was safe and effective.
They're dying now.
You've been lying to your audience for years.
They're finally catching up.
The only thing propping you up is the fact that you sit on these legacy media platforms.
You have nothing without the legacy media platform.
Nothing. You couldn't carry your own weight on your own.
But you're so sick.
You're so sick. You're so deranged.
You're so removed from reality that you can't even see what you're doing to yourself.
You can't even see the cliff that you're walking towards.
So we're going to play this video, yeah, when O'Doyle goes off the cliff.
I mean, using the movie as an analogy, like, that's where these people are headed.
And to watch them foam at the mouth.
And I'm not trying to be crass here.
I'm not trying to be a shocker here.
But I mean, literally, these people have been politically masturbating themselves to the idea of Donald Trump going to jail.
And they've never been able to get off.
And they thought, oh, maybe the Trump-Russia thing, no.
And then they thought, well, maybe the Ukraine phone call, and then no.
And then, oh, well, he lost the election.
And then, oh, well, maybe, no.
But he wouldn't go away.
So they've just been feverishly politically masturbating themselves to a raw pulp.
And it's like they're kind of tired of it.
It's like it kind of hurts. But now finally Trump's going to jail.
And they're like in the final phases.
And they think they're finally going to get off.
They think they're finally going to have that political orgasm.
And so you can see it in this clip.
So this is all the Democrats and all the propaganda agents in the media.
The same people that lied to you about a vaccine, Russian collusion, everything else.
And so this is like, these people are going down, they're in for a major fall, the level of deception, the level of arrogance, the level of entitlement, the level of disconnect, never seen before.
I mean, this is truly disgusting stuff.
Here is the American left with their fake news, Establishment legacy platforms.
Without it, they'd have nothing.
And here they are engaged in a disgusting political masturbation campaign, whacking themselves off, trying to get off, trying to get their rocks off to the idea of Trump behind bars, like somehow that's their deliverance.
jimmy kimmel
Here it is. The J in Donald J. Trump now stands for jail.
unidentified
Our constitution is much more important than jail.
It's not even close. I'll do that sacrifice any day.
sunny hostin
How about tomorrow? I'm sort of conflicted about whether or not he should be held in contempt and put in, he's already been held in contempt, but put in jail for it.
But I do think that 71% of Americans have said that he should be put in jail if he is convicted.
unidentified
He's a f***ing moron.
Put him in a clink.
sunny hostin
Oh, I'm not.
whoopi goldberg
Put him in a clink.
unidentified
He inevitably, very soon, is going to be ordered into jail.
jimmy kimmel
Hey everybody, it's me, Donald Trump.
unidentified
They're gonna roll with me. I got the knife.
Don't talk to the police. Okay.
whoopi goldberg
Grab my pepper spray. I don't want this to sound like I'm doing wishful thinking.
unidentified
Yes. But which prison would be best?
whoopi goldberg
I'm going to give you Michael.
Well, that's what I got.
unidentified
Number one is Riker.
But, you know, I'm okay if he goes to Alcatraz and they reopen it.
You know? Maybe.
whoopi goldberg
You know? And what are you doing over here?
unidentified
Kicking your ass!
joe biden
He's so f***ing stupid.
whoopi goldberg
What about Guantanamo Bay?
sunny hostin
Okay? Well, that'd be close to Mar-a-Lago.
Melania can come and visit.
unidentified
That's right! When he sits in his chair, he does it with the common slump of the elderly.
He sinks. His 77-year-old backbone shrinks.
And he sits for the first time in his life as a little man in confinement.
He's an outright f***ing criminal.
jimmy kimmel
His next move will, of course, be to try to start another riot to get people to demonstrate on his behalf.
joe biden
He's dangerous. We gotta get rid of him.
unidentified
Donald Trump's jail is upon him now.
He's in the jailhouse now.
He's in the jailhouse now.
Shut the f*** up!
Well I told him once or twice to stop playing cards and shooting dice.
He's in the jailhouse now.
owen shroyer
I mean, how can I not root for Trump's redemption after that garbage?
How can you not cheer for the redemption When you see that crap.
But it's like, it's something deeper.
This is so much deeper than politics.
This is so much bigger than politics and left versus right.
You feel it in your soul.
You feel it in your bones. You feel it in your spirit.
And you watch that and you watch them engage in this strange behavior.
They've never been more excited for anything in their life than the concept of Trump going to jail.
And again, the disconnect from reality.
The American people are sick over this.
The American people are suffering right now.
This is so corrupt, this is destroying our country.
They're disconnected from all of it.
All they have is this hatred for Donald Trump and this addiction, this sexual addiction to seeing him in prison.
That's their deliverance.
That's their closure. That's their climax.
But you see that deranged behavior.
And how can you not feel it deep inside of you?
Like, that, you're going down.
Like, you are so deranged.
You are so disconnected.
You are about to experience karma in a way that I can't even comprehend.
And certainly they can't.
The arrogance, the entitlement...
The disgust. And then on the other side of that, how can I not want Trump's redemption?
Just to see the biggest scumbags suffer.
And that's not even what I'm into.
I'm not into watching them suffer.
I'd rather have them on our side.
I'd rather have them pro-America.
Even if they hate Donald Trump, at least say, hey, what Trump's going through right now is illegitimate and bad for the country.
But no, I mean, you know, there's something about it.
You just can't help yourself. There's something about watching evil people go down.
There's something about watching the bad guy go down.
That's why we watch movies and TV shows.
That's the arc that we're all into.
And you see those people...
Celebrating the corruption, being a part of it, and getting off to the concept of Trump being behind bars, and you say, you're going down.
You're going down. You're not on the right side of history.
You're not with the people.
You're disconnected. You're filled with hate.
You're going down. And it's not going to be me.
It's probably not even going to be Trump.
It's going to be something much bigger than Much, much bigger.
Call it karma. Call it God.
Whatever you want. It's coming for these people.
The only fear is that when it hits them, it's going to hit all of us.
That's the only fear here.
But... You kind of just open up and say, then just bring it on.
Then just bring it on.
All right. Let's move on from that.
I do have a bunch of geopolitical news that I need to get to.
Before we do move on, though...
Ladies and gentlemen, Infowarsstore.com is how everything we do here is possible.

Sometimes I'll pick it up from here.
Go do a workout.
But I'm telling you, put down the toxic energy drink that's filled with the high fructose corn syrup and the processed sugars.
Tastes like battery acid.
No good for you. Huge crash afterwards.

All the extras that do all the great things here like Darren McBrain and Greg Reese and everybody else.
It's your support at Infowarsstore.com.
It makes everything possible.
Alright. Alright, let's get into the geopolitical now.
I might as well. Davos Forum founder Klaus Schwab to step down from the World Economic Forum.
World Economic Forum. Davos founder Klaus Schwab to step back from executive role.
He's going to be moving away from the day-to-day management of the organization after more than 50 years at the helm.
This move, they're saying, is part of a multi-year strategy to change its management structure, shifting governance to a president and a managing board.
Interesting. President and managing board.
Sounds like they're kicking it into high gear.
The 86-year-old succession plan has been the source of much speculation over recent years, although the organization has remained tight-lipped about its intentions until now.
Borg Brende is currently the president of the World Economic Forum.
So it's this concept that, oh, we're an official government organization now.
Like, they're going to have elections and crap, but it's just going to be for the elite, by the elite, and then they're going to set policy for the rest of the world, and you'll have no say over it.
It'll just be these rich elite, you know, the offspring of Nazis, literally, So Klaus Schwab stepping down.
I don't really think it's necessarily anything to be excited about.
I think this is somehow probably even worse.
I will say the one thing that I'm curious about is...
unidentified
I don't know.
owen shroyer
I feel like there's something else to this.
I feel like there might be something else to this.
But either way, I think it shows that they're shifting into a new...
Let's say, practice of power.
It's like, okay, well, we've been able to set global policy, but now let's rearrange our own political body, assert even more dominance over the planet.
Like, nobody elected the World Economic Forum, and now they're just saying, okay, we're in charge of the world, we're restructuring our political body, and now we have even more power.
Now we have even more power than ever.
Nobody ever elected, but it doesn't matter.
We run the world.
So he'll either be back or maybe he really is done or maybe there's a health concern or something.
you But to me, this is the World Economic Forum basically saying, okay, we are now crossing a new Rubicon here and we're going to reshape our political body And establish world government via fiat.
And so you just kind of create this buzz.
It's like, oh, new management here.
But really, it's just them doubling down on the unelected power that they have over the planet.
And then there's the, you know, this is truly an amazing phenomenon.
Because at this point, it's undeniable.
And, you know, you have to tiptoe around this because it's such a polarizing topic.
But what we've witnessed since October 7th, and they constantly want to go back to October 7th, and then if that doesn't grip your, you know, your emotions to do whatever Israel wants, then they go all the way back to the Holocaust.
They say, well, what about the Holocaust?
Like, what are you talking about about 100 years ago now?
But the influence of the Israel lobby...
Over the United States Congress is so apparent and obvious, and it just keeps getting worse by the day.
And so they're like, no, no, no, no.
No, there's no Israel lobby.
Oh, no, Jews don't control anything.
And then it's literally they control everything.
And you're just like, wait, what is going on here?
Anti... You can't boycott Israel.
You can't say anything negative about Israel.
And now... They have legislation where they want to...
GOP reps want same benefits for Americans serving in Israel's army?
What? That's representatives Guy Reschenthaler and Max Miller.
So, okay, let's play the same game.
Play the same game.
What do you think, over-under?
I mean, getting a bill passed like this has to be worth at least a quarter million dollars to AIPAC. Has to be worth at least a quarter million dollars.
I'm just somebody that's anti-war or more so, I don't want anything to do with foreign interventions.
I don't like Israel controlling our foreign policy, our domestic policy, or our foreign aid.
So, I don't like to see what goes on on October 7th.
I don't like that Israel stands down to initiate this whole thing.
And then I don't like what's going on in the Gaza Strip.
I don't like any of it. I'd rather completely remove myself.
But I'm literally invested because my money gets stolen and given to all parties involved.
And then I have...
There's lobbyists controlling what I can and can't say in my own country where I'm supposed to have a First Amendment right.
And now Congress is saying, oh, you can serve in the Israeli defenses and you'll get the same benefits as if you're in the U.S. military.
Well, what the hell is that? So guys, pull up.
Let's see how much Guy Reschenthaler has gotten from AIPAC. And we'll see how much Max Miller has gotten from APAC. I would imagine passing a bill like this has to be at least a quarter million.
Worth at least a quarter million, right?
I mean, I figure that's what it is.
See, that's my point. It's like, what my approach here is, is I call it, I call play-by-play day-to-day.
And the freak out from the Israel lobby and the Zionists that they can't control the message anymore and they can't control the narrative anymore and they're not winning the narrative war, the information war with what's going on in Gaza.
They've gone into complete conniption fits.
And now they're going for more power and influence than you've ever seen.
Alright, there's Max Miller.
He got $193,000 from APAC. Alright, so a little short of a quarter million.
Those numbers will probably go up after co-sponsoring this bill.
And then there's Guy, old Guy Reschenthaler.
How much has this guy made from APAC over the years?
$89,000.
$89,000. So just short of a quarter million between the two.
Oh yeah, you should get the same benefits for serving in Israel's military than you should in the United States military.
What madness is that?
Oh, we have these anti-BDS bills or whatever it is.
Oh, you can't boycott Israel.
You can't say anything negative about Israel.
Now they have the anti-Semite bill.
You're not allowed to criticize Israel.
So it's just like, hey, hey, Israel doesn't control anything, and Jews don't control anything.
And then it's like, oh, but by the way, we control everything, and if you say anything, then that's against the law.
And you're just an American sitting here like, what the hell?
I just don't want to fund foreign wars.
I just don't want to fund foreign wars.
I just don't like what's going on in Gaza.
People are protesting Netanyahu in Israel.
They know he's the worst thing that's happened to Israel in a long time.
He's hurting their standing in the war.
And it's like, oh, you can't say that.
What do you mean I can't say that?
I'm an American. Yes, but somebody controls what you can and can't say.
Well, who's that? Well, you're not allowed to say who it is.
France backs international criminal court after it seeks arrest warrants for Israeli and Hamas leaders.
Ice arrest warrant for Netanyahu splits West.
Macron backs. NATO disagrees.
Now look, I'm no fan of the International Criminal Court.
It's a political body. They came after Putin in, I think it was 2021, the ICC comes after Putin and they say, oh, Vladimir Putin is kidnapping children.
Oh, and then they name these children and they say Vladimir Putin kidnapped them.
Totally made up. Total BS. Turns out they were in Germany.
They were just hanging out in Germany.
So this isn't even...
The ICC is an illegitimate political body.
But they're going for a win with the Netanyahu thing because it's just so obvious what's going on here.
Netanyahu, absurd ICC bid to arrest Israeli leaders is the new anti-Semitism.
So, in other words...
Israel should be allowed to have a policy, and this is the whole reason why the International Criminal Court was set up.
Again, I'm not even saying it's a legitimate governing body, but the whole purpose was to protect innocent people from starvation or war crimes or genocide or ethnic cleansing.
And so now Israel stands down on October 7th, is taking the Gaza Strip, removing out all the Palestinian people, killing tens and thousands of them, And the International Criminal Court is like, well, this is an easy win.
Let's try to stop it.
And Netanyahu says that's anti-Semitism.
So Israel should be allowed to do whatever the hell it wants.
Israel should be allowed to buy your Congress.
Israel should be allowed to kill as many Palestinians as they want.
They should be able to attack whoever they want whenever they want with no reproach and no intervention.
And if anybody says you need to stop doing that or says that's a crime, well, you're just an anti-Semite.
Don't you know what happened on October 7th?
Well, you stood down on October 7th.
Oh yeah, but remember the Holocaust?
The Holocaust, was anybody even here alive during the Holocaust?
So people are just sick of it, man.
They're just sick of it.
And really, it's causing anti-Semitism, is what it's doing.
Alright, let's continue here with the geopolitical news.
Israeli officials seize AP broadcasting equipment, cite media law violation...
Yeah, you're not allowed to show the world what they're doing in the Gaza Strip.
Israeli officials seize AP equipment, cut Gaza live feed.
Israel bans AP from broadcasting live from Gaza.
So yeah, they have nothing to hide.
They have nothing to hide.
Why were they, why? If everything's so great, what they're doing is so righteous, are they trying to hide it?
Well, because it's not.
And this is also what is really behind the TikTok forced sale.
Because a lot of these videos have been able to make their way out of TikTok about what's going on in the Gaza Strip.
So the whole thing is disgusting.
I don't want it to be the United States problem.
We've got our own problems here.
And... Looking at the landscape of geopolitical military experts in the last 48 hours since the plane crash in Iran, it's about a 50-50 split, I would say.
Was it an accident or was it intentional?
The one thing that's curious is that apparently there were three planes and the only one that crashed was the one carrying the president.
So that's another little curiosity to it, but some people believe, some experts say it's probably an accident.
Some say too big of a coincidence.
Some say we just still need more information.
But that's where it's at.
Speaking of tyrants...
Ukraine's Zelensky remains in power despite presidential term expiring.
Well, his presidential term already expired, but then he extended it and said we're in martial law because of the war.
But now that extension has expired.
So he's out. And yet he's still in power.
So this is a total vassal state.
This is a CIA front president.
So that NATO... And the United States of America can use Ukraine as a giant money laundering and weapons laundering operation.
And there's also, I mean, you could say that's the side mission, or you could say the side mission is an affront to Russia.
But those are the missions.
It's an affront to Russia to try to remove Putin from power.
then it's also a nice money laundering weapons laundering state for the CIA and
and all these different proxy groups.
But oh we're fighting for democracy.
Don't you know we're fighting for Ukraine's democracy?
Oh, really? When's the next election?
They canceled it so that Zelensky could stay in power.
And, of course, he would lose the election.
And so that's why they won't have one.
Isn't that amazing?
That's how they do it.
Hey, you're fighting for democracy in Ukraine.
Really? When's the next election? Well, they don't have elections.
unidentified
Oh. Gotcha.
owen shroyer
See, I'm just...
I'm sick of caring about what's going on in Ukraine.
I'm sick of caring about what's going on in Israel.
But see, I'm forced to because...
Here I am, an American citizen, and I'm funding everything in Ukraine, and I'm funding everything in Israel, and I'm funding everything everywhere else, and then I've got a wide-open southern border where 10 million illegal immigrants have come in under Joe Biden, and they get free everything.
They get free everything.
And then I have to drive down the highway in Austin, Texas, the number one main highway, and they got it down to two lanes because I've got the same damn construction crew working on the same damn project for 10 frickin' years.
Because we don't have money to finish construction projects.
We don't have money to do infrastructure.
We got money for Ukraine as much as they want.
We got money for Israel as much as they want.
We got money for illegal immigrants as much as they want.
Homeless veterans get nothing.
These struggling Americans get nothing.
Hell, the VA are now used for non-citizens.
They're taking the kids out of the schools and they're turning them into migrant shelters.
And now in Denver, they don't know what to do.
They say, we're a sanctuary city.
Okay, here's 100,000 non-citizen illegal immigrants.
Oh, gee, well, I mean, whoa, we don't know what to do.
So they say, well, alright, new policy.
They can stay here for free for six months for free.
All food, shelter, clothes, everything they need provided for them via the US taxpayer.
And now they're giving them laptops and cell phones so that they can get hooked up to the internet and they're given...
Oh, oh, oh, and they get job training.
And they get legal counsel.
So I'm just sick of it, man.
it man. I'm just sick and damn tired of it. I'm sick and damn tired of the American people
getting screwed over, getting fleeced, getting robbed, getting raped, getting murdered, and
then told don't say anything negative about Israel you anti-Semite.
Or, oh, your biggest fight is actually in Ukraine.
That's the biggest thing.
We gotta fight for their democracy.
Or we won't have a democracy.
Really, because they don't do elections in Ukraine and you steal elections in America.
So... Here's how bad it is in Oakland.
Listen to this, what they're doing in Oakland now in clip one.
unidentified
A drive on the busy East 12th Street, you'll come to this high-hanging stop sign above the road.
Neighbors say city workers replaced the traffic lights with four-way stop signs in the last week.
They're just telling us that the city is giving up on us.
Courtesy of Google Earth, this was how the intersection looked before.
But neighbors say those lights haven't worked in months.
They were either blinking red or completely out.
This is a brand new solution to a problem that's taken many forms here.
Mason Young lives near the intersection.
He believes the stop signs are better than non-working traffic lights, which he blamed for this crash that sent a truck into the fence of a repair shop.
We gotta stop just putting Band-Aids on things.
Although, you know, a Band-Aid's better than bleeding out.
The city did try to fix the traffic light at least a few times.
But once they fix it, normally within a week or so, it will go out again.
Tamley owns the corner auto repair shop.
Been here for over 25 years.
He and neighbors blame the problem on repeated copper thefts.
Also, they point out homeless people are stealing power from city electrical boxes.
As you can see, someone is running a wire from this box to an RV. A city spokesman says they try to put heavy cement blocks on top of the boxes, but people just drag them out.
The city says when people illegally connected cables to the boxes, they knocked out the traffic lights.
If you really want to fix the stop sign, I think you really have to clean up this homeless.
Homeless encampment.
That's easier, Seth, than done.
The encampment stretches about three blocks on East 12th Street.
The city tried to clear it out for the past five years, but it keeps coming back and gets bigger.
Many businesses already closed down on East 12th, and I don't know how long we're going to be here, because once they move to outside of the sidewalk, we will be gone.
owen shroyer
Destroyed by Democrats.
You want to check in on Gavin Newsom's...
I think this is Los Angeles here.
Guys, go ahead and give me clip two.
This is actually one of the most disgusting things you're ever going to see in your life.
unidentified
Go ahead and give me clip two. Go ahead. They're sleeping soundly, unaware that they are sleeping right by a busy road.
owen shroyer
Do you see this?
unidentified
Folks, there's people on the streets literally with, like, maggots crawling on them.
owen shroyer
They're passed out.
People passed out in the streets with maggots.
And flies crawling in their genitals.
I mean...
But hey, Gavin Newsom, he ran California well.
He should be the president. Alright, did you know Project Veritas is still putting out videos?
Been a while. But they have an undercover video of Biden's National Security Council.
And what he describes here might not surprise anybody.
How the Biden administration is basically controlled by foreign interests.
We'll play the whole thing for you.
Six minutes. Clip 12.
unidentified
You're not going to continue to lie and bomb and kill all these kids without facing serious consequences.
But that is a second-term decision to defend, but not a first-term, you know.
So we can't say now we should probably do support.
Yeah. We're not going to supply the weapons and artillery shells used.
owen shroyer
And by the way, pause it. Because Biden first said, we're not going to give any more bombs.
Then he gave him more bombs, and he always was.
And he's wavered on, oh, well, what Israel's doing is bad.
He just came out and made a statement saying Israel is not committing a genocide in Gaza.
So that's only going to anger. So they have to make the measurement here of what is going to cost us more politically, being pro-Israel or anti-Israel.
And I guess the measurement at this point is being anti-Israel is going to cost them more politically.
It sounds like these are the discussions being had behind the scenes of the Biden administration, and that's what he's talking about here, this individual national security advisor, who sounds to be pretty forthright, just telling it like it is here.
unidentified
Continue. The commitment of 3,500 bombs was paused.
So he has to keep things quiet for now.
Yeah. Are you under Jake Sullivan?
Like, like, under him?
So he's the national security advisor.
My boss is the deputy national security advisor.
But she's the deputy national security advisor for cyber.
Cyber has become so important that we have a deputy who's like, you know.
And so I'm under her. Sterling Waters.
Sounds like an honest guy. You're not going to get me, but... What do you mean?
I feel like...
Sometimes there's a reason I lie about where I work.
Not with you. Or people who are like...
I'm on the club. Some of my dumb-ass friends will be like, oh, my friend went to the art house!
And then they'll give you an opinion that you didn't ask for.
You know, we have a long relationship with Israel.
Why? Because we did more, too.
Oh! We did more, too.
Even before that, the Balfour Declaration, which gave Israel its first start in 1924, you know, Does it have to do with the AIPAC too?
Because I hear a lot about that in news.
So I was going to say that there's a huge Jewish influence about Republican and Democratic politics.
And the administration is definitely facing a conundrum.
Siding with, you know, siding or, like, being as active as what's more or more perspective than the kind of, like, factions and parties and, like, losing the Jewish, having the powers that be placate the Biden administration as, like, anti-Semitic.
And losing the next administration because of that.
And whether we're having internal deliberations about, like, about stuff, whether it's actually or not, that's not really something that you can, like, even those deliberations can't really have public publicly without, like, anyone getting pissed.
People are being pissed off as it is.
But why? Why can't it be public?
Because they have a piece of people on the law.
It's not like we aren't hearing it from our constituents, from Congress, from our families.
My boss is very generous.
I'm worried about November. It should be.
Is that? It should be.
How do we combat it?
There is this thought that we should be more transparent, but Israel has both a domestic and international relationship.
Look, basically, we have so many Jewish people, we've stuck by them too long.
There's such an easy way for, like, certain folks to twist this message of, like, oh, no, we're standing up for human rights.
There are even folks in the U.S. who are playing like a martyr.
We lose...
There are political calculations that I'm not making.
You know, whether...
How do you... And, like...
If I didn't do one again, he could be much more worried about saying, no, like, you had that terrorist attack October 7th and it was, but, like, we could help you and you're doing it.
We can't even really say that because it's all classified, but, like, we could help you in the way that we can, but, like, you're not going to continue to lie and bomb and kill all these kids without facing serious consequences.
But that is a second-term decision, not a first-term, you know.
So you can't say it now because there's probably new support from the Jews.
Yeah. Enough support that we can't get 270 ounces.
So it's such a political risk to even say what Biden said earlier this week.
Like, we're not going to give you more bombs.
We'll give you bombs, but you continue that.
Yeah. He said that? How did I miss that?
That was risky.
Because now Jews will get really, really upset.
And their own communities are hearing like, oh, I'm taking that.
As America is treating against us and not, you know, we are supporting human rights.
It's hard to do for so long.
Yeah, exactly. Exactly.
The whole Palestine effort is really, those are a lot of our voters.
Like the Palestine screen, those are our voters.
And we need them. And I feel like we lost them.
One part is like, maybe you both have conscience.
And possibly do this.
But like, If he did that, and then Trump won, in the long run, did he actually help?
So he has to keep things quiet for now.
owen shroyer
Yeah. So there's Sterling Waters, part of the National Security Council.
And, I mean, really, sounds like a smart guy.
Seems to really know what he's talking about.
And really, there's nothing exposed there except what we've been talking about, which has never been more obvious, that the Israel lobby controls our Congress and controls Washington, D.C. to a major extent.
And everybody knows it.
I mean... I mean, imagine, you're sitting there and he's talking about this stuff and he's like, well, you know, we have to consider Israel when we think about domestic and foreign policy.
We have to consider what the Jews will think when we consider whether we're going to do the right thing or not and stop people from killing kids.
But what the hell is that? Who's your boss?
Who's your boss? Not the American people.
foreign lobbying group. And so here's the problem though.
Because the Israel lobby has obviously illegitimately seized so much power in Washington, D.C., now they're going over the top, mask off, flexing their power, threatening anybody that dares call it out or mention it, holding the Holocaust over you or October 7th over you like an anvil.
And all this is doing is creating, I mean, call it real anti-Semitism, whatever you want.
All this is doing is actually creating a fraction where, because the Israel lobby is so corrupt, and because the Israeli government and Netanyahu is so corrupt, now the average Jew feels like, oh, now I'm in trouble.
And now I'm being, people are turning their backs on me.
So it's just, it's just total insanity.
I mean, what is even really exposed in that video?
How Israel controls Congress.
How Israel controls the White House.
And you can't blink in Congress and you can't blink in the White House without considering how it impacts Israel or what the backlash might be from Israel.
So there's an easy solution to this.
We need to remove...
Foreign lobbying, really probably all lobbying, but you need to remove foreign lobbying and you need to remove dual citizenship from our government.
That's simple. Get rid of foreign lobby money, get rid of dual citizenship, and this problem will take care of itself.
Vivek Ramaswamy agrees.
He says citizenship is fundamentally about loyalty.
That's why all public officials, elected or not, should be required to disclose dual citizenship to expose any conflicts of interest.
No, you should have one country of citizenship to serve in the United States Congress or anywhere in the government, and that's the United States.
No dual citizenship, only U.S. citizenship.
Thomas Massey is one of the best we have in Congress, and so, of course, AIPAC is against him.
AIPAC spent...
$300,000 on anti-Thomas Massey ads because he voted against funding Israel and their war in Gaza.
He raised $100,000 since then.
And then the Protect Freedom PAC began raising money to support Thomas Massey.
He says, AIPAC, your smear campaign on America has backfired.
And so here is the $300,000 ad buy from Protect Freedom PAC against AIPAC,
protecting Massey in clip 9.
unidentified
Too many Republicans agree with Democrats on bankrupting the US by
sending our tax dollars overseas. All the while they leave our border wide open.
Thomas Massey and Senator Rand Paul are leading the fight to put America first.
But they need backup. If you care about America's future, send a message to
Washington. Stand with Thomas Massey and join the fight to put America first.
Protect Freedom PAC is responsible for the content of this advertising.
owen shroyer
And Thomas Massey didn't stop there.
Representative Thomas Massey introduces bill to allow interstate traffic of raw milk.
So right now, you may not have known this, you cannot sell raw milk over state lines because, you know, this tyranny we have over food.
So the government is really against raw milk.
They don't want you to eat it.
They put out warnings about it.
They fear monger about it. They try to make it illegal.
Raw milk, which is much healthier for you than the pasteurized milk.
And you might say, well, there's more of a risk.
Well, maybe there is. But that's my freedom to take that risk if I would like to.
So, H.R. 8374, the Interstate Milk Freedom Act.
This bill prohibits federal interference with interstate traffic of unpasteurized milk and milk products that are packaged for direct human consumption.
Yeah, how about we just get the federal government out of our lives?
That'd be nice. Executive branch agencies, such as the FDA, do not and should not have the power to shut down trade between peaceful farmers and willing consumers, said Representative Massey.
It is Congress's job to legislate the Interstate Milk Freedom Act would make it easier for families to buy the milk of their choice by reversing the criminalization of any dairy farmers.
Yes. So...
The FDA and the federal government will come out against raw milk and raw butter and they don't want you to eat meat and steak and all this other stuff.
So food that's actually the most healthy for you, has the most nutrients, the most natural.
And the government tries to ban such foods.
But what about the microplastics that are everywhere?
No problem with that.
Government doesn't give a damn about the microplastics found in your testicles.
What? Scientists confirmed microplastics found in human testicles.
Microplastics have been detected in human testes, with researchers suggesting a potential link to declining sperm counts in men.
Scientists tested 23 human testes and 47 testes from pet dogs finding microplastic pollution in all samples.
All samples.
Are you filtering your water?
Are you filtering your water?
Yeah, we do sell water filters at InfoWarsStore.com because I don't want you to drink microplastics.
So what's the government doing about microplastics?
Nothing. What's the government doing about raw milk?
Shutting it down. Making it illegal.
What about fluoride?
Fluoride in pregnancy may harm child's brain development.
According to a new study, really?
Really? Really?
The known neurotoxin that has a skull and crossbones on the packaging is bad for brain development?
What is the government doing about fluoride?
They're adding it to the water!
So, U.S. government, raw milk bad, microplastics and fluoride good.
Your government hates you, your government wants you dead.
Get a water filter from InfoWarsStore.com, 10% off right now, keep the microplastics out of your body.

And he's had a major, major legal victory.
This is something to rally around here.
And standing up to tyrants and then beating them.
So we're working on getting connected with him right now.
But again, I mean, I come across these stories all the time.
It's the microplastics in the water, the forever chemicals in the water, the PFAs, the glyphosate, everything else that's so bad for you.
And, you know, hey, look, overall, all things considered, we got a pretty good water system.
Overall, you know what?
Probably pretty good. And that's something that is good about modern-day civilization living in the 21st century in America.
We have a good water system overall, all things considered.
You turn on the tap, you're probably going to get water to your house.
That's a luxury. Compared to 99% of humans that have ever walked this earth, that is a luxury.
But it doesn't mean that you still can't go next level and filter that water.
And so that's what I do.
That's what I suggest you do.
And I could sit here and I could cover story after story after story about what gets found in the water.
I mean, some of these things go mainstream with these class action lawsuits like the lead in the water in Michigan or you probably heard about the Camp Lejeune story.
So yeah, I don't want to drink chemicals in my water, so I filter my water.
I have water filters from InfoWarsStore.com at my house.
I've got one in my bathroom, in my bedroom bathroom, so I can just have access to clean water at night.
If I get out of bed, I just stumble over to the bathroom and I have to stumble down to the kitchen.
Or if I'm swishing after brushing my teeth, I also have one in my kitchen.
Clean drinking water, clean cooking water.
It's a no-brainer. You don't want to drink the tap water.
You don't want to drink the bottled water.
It has the microplastics in it.
Plus, you'll save money over time buying the water filter instead of buying the bottled water over and over and over again.

Okay, guys, let me get an update here.
Okay, we're going to be joined by Ian Smith here shortly to talk about his big victory.
I'll tell you what, let's just hit a couple of these other odds and ends here.
RFK Jr. vows to give black farmers $5 billion in reparations if he wins the White House and says funds are not money.
That is entitlement, despite white counterparts labeling it racist.
Well, I don't know if it's racist.
It's definitely selective.
Definitely not equality.
But again, if you want to sit here and give money to American farmers, if you want to make it about race, then that's your thing.
I would still rather give $5 billion to quote-unquote black farmers than to any foreign country ever.
So yeah, I'm not going to sit here and pull my hair out Because RFK Jr.
says he's going to give black farmers $5 billion.
I'm going to say, well, gee, I guess you'll never say that about a white farmer, huh?
But okay. I'm more enraged at $100 billion, $200 billion, $300 billion for foreign countries' wars.
And I will remain more enraged in that.
But by the way, that won't even happen.
RFK is not going to give $5 billion to black farmers.
But guess what? $5 billion will make its way from Washington, D.C., from the U.S. taxpayer to either Ukraine or Israel again, probably by the end of the month.
No problem, no vote, no hesitation, no resistance.
But he won't even, he would not even be able to give $5 billion to black farmers.
So I get the reactionism here.
Oh, look, more free stuff for the blacks.
How's that done for them?
Oh, my gosh, why can't white people get this?
Oh, my gosh, the racism.
I'll take $5 billion to black farmers 100 times before another $60 billion to Ukraine, another $20 billion to Israel.
Every damn time.
I'd rather have neither.
I mean, I don't know.
There's incredible statistics on this.
You know, the communities that are suffering the most right now, if you want to get into demographics, are the communities that get the most government assistance.
Black Americans, Indian Americans, they get the most government assistance.
They have the highest crime rates, highest poverty rates, highest single-child house rates, lowest grades in school, lowest graduation rates, highest homicide rates.
And is it a coincidence that it's the people that receive the most government assistance are the people that have these problems the most in their communities?
Now it's obviously more than that.
It's this culture that's been sold to black America from the music industry with the likes of P. Diddy selling to young black Americans that your culture is gangsterism and drug dealing and gang banging and hating cops.
And of course, that's not black culture.
That's stolen legitimacy from the American black community and turning it into thuggery where you can go into Harlem in the 1960s and everybody would be wearing a nice jacket and suit and tie and a nice hat and have a business and go to church and the wife and husband would live together forever.
And then they brought you P. Diddy.
And then they brought you the thuggish music industry and said, no, this is your culture now.
Oh, I guess we better be careful how far we go on that issue, huh?
And now RFK Jr.
put out this shirt.
And look, this is Trump's biggest weak point.
There's no denying it. President Trump...
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
here. We disagree on many issues, but I want you to know how much I admire your hard-headed courage for sticking to your guns on the COVID vaccine, despite all the evidence.
We made this shirt.
You can buy this shirt. We made this shirt as a tribute to Operation Warp Speed, which you have described as your greatest achievement.
Show your enthusiasm for Trump's proudest accomplishment and buy this t-shirt today.
Trump Fauci 2024.
Give us another shot.
Yeah, that stings. Stings because it's true.
Stings because it's real.
And that's Trump's biggest weakness.
Should have gone with his guts.
Should have gone with his instincts out of the gates.
And not bought into any of the fear-mongering.
Should have listened to Infowars.
Should have listened to InfoWars and he wouldn't find himself in this conundrum where RFK Jr.
sells t-shirts Trump Fauci 2024 and it sticks because it's true.
It's not this garbage that comes out of these court cases.
It's not this garbage that they're producing movies depicting Trump as a rapist.
Probably make him a racist in them too.
No, Trump really did.
He really did back and double and triple down on these horrible vaccines.
It's his biggest weak point.
But... Where Trump got weak and backed down, many Americans stood strong.
Like our next guest, Ian Smith.
Now, this is worthy of celebration.
This is worthy of hype.
This is worthy of momentum and influence.
New Jersey court throws out 80 charges against Brave Jim owner for defying Governor Murphy's tyrannical lockdown orders.
And to quote Ian,"...suck my dick, Governor Phil Murphy." Well, I'm not sure that was arranged in the court filings here, but nonetheless, politically, that's basically what went down.
So Ian Smith joins me. First of all, Ian, congratulations.
Your fortitude, your courage to stand up for what's right needs to be commended and celebrated.
I'm glad to have you on here today.
Before we talk about what it's been like in this victory, let's remind the audience, in case people haven't heard this before, let's remind the audience about what you went through, how you stood against the tyranny, the fines they tried to levy against you.
Just briefly, because I'm sure you've told the story a hundred times, just kind of give us the brief analysis here of everything you went to before you get to this point.
ian smith
Between my former partner and I, there were 80-plus municipal citations that were levied against us over the course of about two years.
Some of those citations were four years old.
They include violation of a governor's orders, whatever that means, public nuisance, disturbing the peace, operating without a business license, We had a health department shutdown that came in and then eventually they took the municipal citations and the health department order as well as Murphy's executive order and they ran to a state judge who just so happened to be up for tenure that year.
And asked them to grant a court order to close us.
And that is where a lot of the tangible, more punitive punishments came in.
They started allocating a $15,497.76 per day fine for every day that we were open.
They emptied our bank account unlawfully in the middle of ongoing litigation.
They revoked our business license.
They arrested us.
They locked our doors unlawfully again where we were paying rent.
They boarded up our doors after they arrested us.
They found us in civil contempt of court multiple times with other penalties.
And they even brought us criminal contempt of court, hung about four and a half years over our heads.
And we stayed strong through all of it, thanks largely in part to the huge network of Americans and honestly people around the country who Contributed in some small way, whether they were the people that were in the gym, the people that visited, the people that bought t-shirts, that re-shared the story, our friends and allies in the media, podcasters.
Collectively, we were just able to kind of withstand it until they gave up, or at least they gave up trying to close us.
They sort of quietly moved into the courts and tried to punish us for standing against them.
owen shroyer
Well, and certainly at one point in 2020, you had probably the most popular gym in New Jersey, if not the East Coast, if not the whole country.
Do you have any idea what the number of punitive damages they tried to hit you with?
And then did you end up paying any of that?
Will it be reimbursed or did you not have to pay any of the fines?
ian smith
So the way those fines work is the state attorney general had to go back to the court for each day that they wanted to sort of allocate a fine towards, which was very easy at the time.
All you had to do was sort of look on our social media.
We were very open about it, and it was every day.
So it was $15,000.
I think they were levying that fine for well over six months.
But they collected on about 200,000 of it when they emptied our bank accounts.
They went straight into the business bank account.
They actually went into my Venmo, my PayPal, and my Cash App and pulled out all of my stuff from there.
They tried to subpoena us personally, and that's actually still ongoing.
There was an appeal for that.
And they could, I guess, really theoretically at any point, they could come in to collect those fines because the evidence is there that we were open.
The number of days, you know, 15,000 times six to eight months worth of days, you're breaking at least a million if not two or more there.
owen shroyer
Well, that's insane.
And I would imagine, though, this victory in court would nullify that or at least stop the motivation to come after you for these fines.
So the legal victory, what's the conclusion here?
ian smith
So, the legal victory, and we were told this, we had two great attorneys.
We had a group of guys come in at first that were absolutely terrible.
They just wanted to jump in front of the cameras.
And then when the shit hit the fan, they were out.
But we grabbed two great attorneys who sort of stepped up, and they told us from the beginning that this would be a very long battle, that we would get a lot of unfair losses, and that we would just kind of have to take them in stride, and that The win would come from the bottom.
And this is coming true now.
Four years later, after he told us this, the first major win, these municipal charges helped build all of the case that they used against us to punish us.
Now that those are gone, that definitely opens up now a ton of possibilities.
We are going to have to go forward and make our decisions both as the gym and individually because they did pierce the LLC as well.
We were held, you know, sort of individually responsible as well as collectively through the LLC. And it's just a matter of now looking in and saying, hey, can we now take out this court order because this is one of the basis that you used to justify these unlawful punishments.
And You know, I say yes.
So we'll absolutely be exploring that.
We're kind of just taking our victory lap now.
This happened back on April 24th, but we had to give the state 20 days to sort of appeal, and they did not do that.
So the charges at the municipal level, however, were ultimately dropped because they were BS from the beginning, and the state never showed any discovery.
The township never showed any discovery.
And after four years of trying to get these people to produce some sort of documentation to move these charges along, the judge finally said, hey, this is a violation of their right to a speedy trial, so I'm going to dismiss these with prejudice because we gave the state and the township plenty of time.
There was never a document presented other than the tickets themselves.
And that just really just goes to show that a lot of this stuff, when you're battling the state, And they're throwing these punishments out there.
A lot of times they're firing from the hips.
They're not really ready for people to respond.
And they make it up as they go.
And they didn't touch these charges because they knew they couldn't get anywhere with them.
So it's a big victory, you know, because it's our first major victory.
But it's definitely not the end of it.
owen shroyer
Well, and in many ways, and this is what's so, I think, admirable, in many ways you bet everything on this.
You bet everything that you could have this victory, and in many ways you lost a lot in the process, but you maintained your integrity.
Now, when you talk about piercing the LLC, I'm to understand here that through this process you lost your co-ownership of the gym.
And so I don't even think you're in New Jersey anymore.
I think you're doing something else in Florida.
So do you have any plans to rejoin the gym as a co-owner or are you just letting that go now or what?
ian smith
Not as a co-owner, but with any legal battles, I'm going to be fighting them anyway as an individual.
So if the opportunity comes to, you know, obviously continue to push in the same direction together, then yeah, absolutely.
I mean, there was a common goal from the beginning.
And, you know, obviously the first part of that goal was just a survival instinct, but it was that There's got to be some sort of change in accountability for when politicians act like this and they think that they can sort of just get away with it and people will forget about it.
And that's only true if we allow it to be so.
owen shroyer
And you know here's another thing that's important because so many people I think have forgotten or have wanted to forgotten or maybe a combination of both just what we went through in that wild fake pandemic And so, I would imagine, you know, you're sitting there, because I got a lot of this when I'm going through the corrupt justice system.
You're sitting there, these cops come to your door.
I mean, they probably don't even want to be doing this.
But it's the same old, oh, I'm just doing my job routine.
ian smith
Yeah, you know, that was one of the harder things I had to deal with is, you know, at the very beginning of this, I was very much your typical black, back to blue kind of guy.
I've always had a healthy respect for law enforcement.
We had members of the gym who were law enforcement in not only the town that we were in, but multiple surrounding towns.
You know, we were a gym that respected our military and did a lot to help these kinds of people.
It was very difficult to understand that, A, these people are in a bad position and they don't want to be doing it, but also the fact that they are doing it and they're doing it to us.
So it was very difficult and that was one of the beautiful parts of their plan is they were able to sort of compartmentalize and pit people against each other in a lot of different scenarios and a lot of it had to do with people's ability to make a living And at the same time, the pandemic blew out the kneecaps of the middle class and the entrepreneur class.
So you wind up now with more people who are just beholden to the government.
You look at Biden's new job reports and a lot of those jobs that are being created are government jobs.
Scary precedent to set when, you know, what happens one day when we turn around and 30 to 40 percent of our population works for the very government that is sort of putting the boot on the throat.
We're just going to have more of that, and I think people really need to realize how dangerous of a concept that really is.
owen shroyer
Well, you're a great American.
This is a great American victory, and it should be celebrated.
You should be admired. You should inspire others should they be in a situation like you in the future.
We hope not, but it's likely it's going to happen.
And so what are you doing now, though?
You're in Florida. You've started a new fitness company, or what's your story now?
ian smith
Yeah, so I recently had a child and wanted a child to be near his grandparents, and Florida's not that hard of a cell coming from New Jersey.
So, you know, after my congressional campaign and after exiting the gym, I moved down to Florida, and I'm now a partner at two different companies in the medical and wellness space, Summit Rejuvenation.
We're a telehealth clinic that services all 50 states.
And we do hormone therapy for men and women with imbalanced hormones.
And then Recovery CBD, which is an American-made, 100% THC-free product designed for sports recovery, pain management, sleep, and having a blast with it.
You know, building out the same networks that Or using the same networks of people that were incredibly supportful throughout COVID and doing what I love most and getting back to really what I love to do.
And that's sort of business and entrepreneurship.
It's something that I like to foster for other Americans, too.
I think being in business for yourself puts you in the driver's seat of your own life and really allows you to say no in ways that a lot of people can't.
owen shroyer
And personal physical fitness.
And it's so important. And some of the things you're talking about now, too, you know, people have to fight back against all the chemicals they've ingested, all the poisons that they've ingested.
And so it's a service that is greatly needed.
It's sad that it's a big industry, but it's a service that's greatly needed.
And so you're tapping into that.
ian smith
Yeah, it's great to help people feel better and sort of optimize their lives physically and mentally so that they can be better and sort of make those strides to be a more sovereign, strong and independent person.
owen shroyer
Well, it was great meeting you back in Vegas.
I guess it was probably about a year ago now when we met.
Congratulations on your new child, but your legal victory, truly inspirational, worthy of a salute, a cheers, a clink of the glass, a pop of the bottle.
I wish you the best.
And people can follow you on x at iansmithfitness, and you can find out more about Summit Rejuvenation and everything else he's up to.
Final question. Are you going to run for Congress again?
ian smith
You know, I've already gotten sort of involved down here with local politics.
One of the biggest mistakes that I made when I ran for Congress is that I ran at the federal level.
I had the false idea that somehow I could be more impactful.
And I realized that really we have to sort of bolster up our local, our county, and our states.
And not only do you have a much better chance of getting in, but you have a much greater impact when you're in.
owen shroyer
And you live and you learn.
And so you've learned that through the experience.
All right, we got some breaking news here.
Still unclear of what or why, but a Christian preacher has just been arrested outside of the Capitol in Washington, D.C. Independent journalist Corinne Clifford filming.
And guys, go ahead and give me the sights and the sounds.
Give me the audio here to restart it with the audio.
unidentified
I'll come back here.
I know. Okay, what are my rights?
Tell me my rights. I'm looking at my feet.
Where can I stand? Tell me where to stand.
I'm seeing my feet right now.
Where do I stand? Okay, so can I walk one further?
Can I go this way? No?
Can I go this way? I'm trying to get the person you arrested on video because I'm a journalist.
Don't violate my First Amendment.
owen shroyer
So there he's getting thrown in the back of a paddy wagon.
unidentified
Do you know why he got arrested?
He's a Christian. One Christian arrested at the US Capitol.
It is May 21st, 2024.
Welcome to the United States of America arresting Christians at the US Capitol.
owen shroyer
And certainly they can't sign for violating the anti-Semitism bill.
unidentified
It hasn't passed yet. It's never ending.
The persecution, prosecution and arrest of Christians under the Biden regime is completely out of control.
I mean, this is crazy, folks.
owen shroyer
There's like a 20-man cop team to throw this Christian preacher into a paddy wagon.
Here's the reporting from Corinne Clifford.
U.S. Capitol...
A Christian preacher just got arrested in front of me for talking about the Bible and handing out a Christian postcard.
I've never seen anything like this.
Officially, the persecution of nonviolent Christians has started in the USA. Now, this just happened, so I have no idea as far as what could have led to this.
As you can see, there's nothing really going on.
There's some other people out there, but I guess they picked this guy.
Maybe he got too close to the steps that are barricaded off.
Maybe he was talking about Jesus, and that's illegal in D.C. now.
It's anti-Semitic. Maybe he was citing the New Testament, and that's anti-Semitic, so he's got to be arrested now.
We'll try to get some answers for you with this breaking news.
But yeah, oh yeah, we need a 20-man cop team here with one little journalist.
We need a 20-man cop team because a Christian was out here reading the New Testament.
Throw him into the paddy wagon!
Take him down! It's just insane, man.
It's just insane.
And maybe we'll even reach out.
I can probably reach out to Corinne and maybe see what she has to say.
But that's just crazy.
unidentified
That's just crazy. Alright.
owen shroyer
How do you segue out of that?
How about this for your military?
Your military really wants you to know how gay they are.
You know, because it's all about being gay.
It's not about being prepared for wars, which we're not.
It's all about being gay.
And so here's your gay military talking about how gay they are.
And when you're in the Navy and you need to bring a jet down onto the carrier, you make sure that you primp yourself and let everybody know how gay you are in clip four.
When they call and say jets are inbound and I need to land them, he goes and puts his makeup on, his lipstick on, and then sashays.
I mean, this is just a joke.
unidentified
How can you even allow this?
owen shroyer
This guy's out here shooting an Instagram sashay gay video.
On the carrier. I mean, what is that?
Yeah, the Russians are shaking in their boots, man.
Oh, yeah. The battle-hardened Russians...
Good lord. Yeah, I think there's something inbound, alright.
He says something's inbound.
I don't think he's talking about a jet, if you know what I mean.
He says something's inbound, so he goes on and puts his lipstick and makeup.
unidentified
Uh-huh. Uh-huh.
owen shroyer
Something's inbound, alright.
Let's check in on CNN. They had Cam Ron on, a famous rapper.
And they wanted to get him to talk about the Diddy stuff.
And it went a little something like this in clip three.
unidentified
artists.
abby phillip
after this horsepower joint.
Yeah. What about the industry in general?
I mean, so many people have pointed out that Diddy couldn't get away with this stuff if there weren't a lot of people protecting him.
Do you think that's the case?
unidentified
Who the talent agent for this joint?
Like, you think I'll be sitting around watching what Diddy do and all this?
I didn't know this was a Diddy joint that all invited me to.
Yo, who booked me for this joint?
I'm violent. I don't be sitting around watching Diddy and all that.
abby phillip
Thanks for joining us.
Thank you for your time tonight. Thank you for having me.
owen shroyer
You enjoy. So first he drinks a male enhancement drink and says, I gotta drink this.
I'm about to go get laid after this.
alex jones
Ha ha ha.
unidentified
Clap clap clap.
owen shroyer
Ha ha ha.
Okay well, the video speaks for itself.
I can't... CNN. This is CNN, ladies and gentlemen.
It's kind of a cool shirt he's got on there.
I give him that.
alex jones
Wow.
unidentified
Mm-mm-mm-mm.
alex jones
Another Boeing issue.
owen shroyer
another Boeing issue.
Singapore Airlines passenger killed and 30 other after severe turbulence.
Terrified passengers recall moment of dramatic drop on deadly Singapore Airlines flight.
The longest two hours of my life.
They say the plane was basically falling out of the sky.
7,000 feet is a total catastrophe.
It was a Boeing plane.
You wonder if it wasn't anything to do with that.
With the issues Boeing is having and the multiple whistleblowers dying before they give testimony.
But if your flight isn't chaotic enough, what about the experience while you're waiting to get on your plane inside the airport terminal?
Like, how about this one in clip 5?
unidentified
Was this fun? Oh yeah.
owen shroyer
We see a lot of this, don't we?
unidentified
They're on the bag...
owen shroyer
They're on the bag tarmac here.
Oh my gosh, this is a beatdown.
Stomping on heads.
Uh-oh, we got some missing shoes.
I think we got to weave, we got to weave off.
unidentified
Hold this god damn tri-club.
alex jones
Hey, hey, bro!
owen shroyer
So, if you can't get enough excitement falling out of the sky on your Boeing plane,
maybe you'll get to see a fist fight while you're waiting to board.
alex jones
it.
owen shroyer
.
You know? We're just having fun.
We are just having all kinds of fun at the airport these days.
You never know what to expect.
You never know what to expect. But you can't expect to be groped and grabbed and x-rayed and treated like a criminal.
Okay? You can't expect that.
Who knows? Maybe your engine blows up.
Maybe your plane falls out of the sky.
Maybe you get cold clocked as you're waiting for your plane walking to the boarding line and out of nowhere somebody punches you in the head because there's a brawl that breaks out.
Doesn't have to be like this.
Didn't always be like this.
But now here we are.
Enjoy your flight.
Is this a Boeing? Yes.
Is my pilot a diversity, equity, and inclusion hire?
Yes. I'm feeling ill.
I think I need to get off. Well, there's a fight out there.
unidentified
Oh, hey!
Oh, hey!
owen shroyer
Trump posted that to his Instagram.
unidentified
Bye.
owen shroyer
He's got a bit of the Charles Barkley swing going.
But it works for him.
I'd like to see it. You know, Biden said he would play Trump in golf.
The guy can't even walk, but I'm sure he could.
Remember when Biden tried to hit the links and he hit the ball and it hit the rock and nearly smoked him in the head?
And they tried to do this photo op thing like, all right, let's pretend Biden's playing around at golf.
And then they have like a little like 20 yard chip shot and he finds a way to whack it off a rock and nearly whack himself in the head.
They're like, all right. Biden said he would play Trump in golf.
I guess he backed out of that.
I guess he went and backed out of that.
By the way, I've reached out to that journalist who filmed the arrest to try to see if we can get more information.
And nothing so far.
You know, I'm debating addressing something because I'm getting a lot of incoming on this and I understand where it's coming from.
But there's this pushback on Julie Kelly's reporting.
Oh, this is just normal stuff for a federal raid and all that.
Oh, the use of deadly force.
And while I'm not going to sit here and act like that might not be true, to me that doesn't make it any better.
That's not an excuse.
That's not a...
unidentified
If anything, it makes it worse.
owen shroyer
It's like, oh yeah, this is normal standards.
So let's maybe go in there and say, yeah, use deadly force while you raid Mar-a-Lago.
So I'm not giving them pass for that.
So I'm not buying into that rhetoric.
All this incoming saying, hey, that's not abnormal.
That's normal for a raid.
You think this is normal to raid Mar-a-Lago and say that there's use of deadly force is part of the process?
No, not flying with me.
Sorry. You want to play that game?
Then fine, go ahead. Not me.
Does not give them any excuse.
Does not give them any wiggle room.
They knew exactly what they were doing.
I don't care if that's on every...
I don't care if that is on every federal raid document that's ever been had.
Does not change anything.
If anything, it makes it worse.
Knowing that those are the standards.
Now, what was it, guys? What was it, guys, yesterday?
There was something that was racist.
Oh, photo lenses. That was it.
Photography is racist.
Photo lenses are racist.
That was what was racist for yesterday.
What's racist today?
Romance. So if you're out there engaged in romance, you're a racist.
Actually, you're a white supremacist.
According to a black studies professor, romance is white supremacy.
Sabrina Strings, author of Fearing the Black Body.
The End of Love, Racism, Sexism, and the Death of Romance.
Yeah, because it's white supremacy.
Yeah, yeah, black people can't have romance, I guess.
What is she saying here, this absolute nutjob?
But see, it pays to be an anti-white bigot.
It pays to be a radical left bigot.
Lunatic that thinks a white supremacist is lurking behind every corner.
And so photo lenses are racist.
Remember, we did that whole compilation.
It was from Vice, I think, half these headlines.
Hiking is racist.
Milk is racist. Exercising is racist.
Photo lenses are racist.
Romance is racist.
I mean, everything's racist. And it's always like a black woman sitting there typing this crap up, selling you a book.
Romance promotes white supremacy according to a black studies professor.
Black studies.
Who said she has endured bad relationships.
What does that have to do with white people?
Are you dating white people then?
That's interesting. So a white person would date you.
She says, I am only one of the millions of Gen X to Gen Z women who have endured a seemingly endless array of miserable relationships with men.
So she blames white people.
That's hilarious.
Maybe the problem isn't white people.
Maybe the problem is staring back at you in the mirror.
Just an idea.
So she can't have a successful relationship.
Probably has nothing to do with race at all.
But she blames it on white supremacy.
Cori Bush. Oh my gosh.
The cover. Fearing the black body.
The racial origins of fat phobia.
Now she's claiming all black people are fat?
What is her problem?
Cori Bush, well maybe, are you fearing Cori Bush's body?
She's promoting fake news today.
Michael Brown should be celebrating his 28th birthday today, but police violence stolen from us.
No, his criminal activity resulted in his death.
Even the Obama DOJ agreed to that and made that decision.
So they're just continuing to promote this idea that everything's racist.
So Michael Brown, who committed crimes and then resisted arrest, got himself killed.
I mean, yeah, you go for somebody's gun, whether it's a police officer or not, probably a bad idea.
You try to take somebody's gun from them, probably not going to be a good result for you, especially if they're a police officer, especially if you just committed a crime.
But he's the victim here, and it's all because of racism.
Now, but see, here's the problem.
They don't want to talk about real issues.
Look at this line graph.
Homicide rates in the black community compared to the Indian American community, Native American, compared to the white community, the Asian American community.
And, I mean, folks, this is an undeniably startling number.
And I understand why it's uncomfortable to talk about this, because it is so alarming.
And because you talk about anything...
That isn't a promotion of modern-day black culture.
Somehow you're a racist. So wait, so when the black homicide rates remain in the 20s for decades, and it's in the twos for Asian, the threes for white Americans, the sixes and sevens and eights for Native Americans.
Now what's maybe a factor here?
Well, what groups of Americans receive the most government assistance?
Well, black Americans and then Native Americans.
So is it a coincidence that maybe they have the highest homicide rate?
I don't know. Maybe it has something to do with that.
Maybe not. But to me, this is all done by design.
This is all done by design with the Democrat Party taking control of the black people politically and with the rap culture taking control of the black community culturally.
That's what I would say is the problem here.
But see, those are per capita numbers that should alarm anybody and say, clearly there's a problem here.
Clearly there's something going on here.
Well, yeah, they get put into Democrat communities to be kept poor and under the control of the Democrat Party.
Modern day political servants, serfs.
And then they get fed the rap gang culture that results in thugism and single parent households.
But you're not supposed to talk about it or address it because that's racist and so then it goes unaddressed and it just gets worse.
But then sometimes they like to play the per capita game.
Black families left at risk as U.S. delays menthol cigarette ban.
This is crazy.
So Biden says, I'm going to ban menthol cigarettes.
Then they say, don't do that during an election year because black people smoke menthols.
It's a black culture thing.
Is that even true? I don't know.
So then Biden says, oh, well, okay, I'm not going to ban menthol cigarettes.
So then they say...
By not banning menthol cigarettes, it's racist because more black people suffer from lung cancer from smoking menthol cigarettes.
What? This is crazy.
But see, now they like to use per capita.
Now they like to use data and say, hey...
You can't take menthol cigarettes away because that's bad for the black community.
They like to smoke them. And then Biden says, okay, fine, I won't take the menthol cigarettes away.
And then they say, hey, why won't you ban the menthol cigarettes?
Don't you know blacks are getting cancer at a higher rate than anyone else because of the cigarettes?
What? Now you want to talk about per capita numbers?
This is the clown world that the Democrats want to bring us all into.
All right. That does it for today's version of the InfoWars War Room brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
We take a 21-hour break.
We'll see you tomorrow. Stay classy, InfoWarriors.
alex jones
It's more important than ever to keep independent, true media on air.
And when you buy the products, that's what you're doing.
And at least for the foreseeable future, we're still here.
If things change, I'll let you know.
But it's essential you buy products at InfoWarsStore.com because it funds the operation, but that's a side issue.
They really are amazing.
And I didn't know this, as somebody told me.
Nitric Boost, I've been plugging for months, has been sold out.
It's a best seller, cleans out your blood, cleans out your cardiovascular system, does incredible things.
Dr. Mikovic has talked about how it's one of the best formulas out there.
Everybody should be on it, young and old, black and white.
It is back in stock.
Got a big shipment of it in at InfoWarsStore.com for 40% off.
So if I've been plugging it and you go there and it's not there, I apologize.
I need to, I guess, get more briefings on what's in stock and what's not.
But it's now back in stock at Infowarsstore.com or call toll-free, 888-253-3139.
Anybody that's paid attention to Infowars and what we do knows we're at the center of the zeitgeist.
We literally beat ourselves to death to be as accurate as we can, unlike the corporate-controlled dinosaur media that lies on purpose.
While they're lying to you about today's news, we're telling you the truth about what's coming next.
So I am fully focused.
I'm being as accurate and researched and truthful as I can and letting the chips fall as they may.
So when I bring you a product, and all our products are incredible, and I tell you it's game-changing, and quite frankly, you should be careful.
You can take it to the bank.
I want you.
Particularly those on the fence that never got a product at InfoWarsStore.com.
Go to InfoWarsStore.com and I want you to get foundational energy.
You can take X2, the cleanest iodine out there, goes right in your cells, takes two weeks to kick in on average, and then you're sold.
And it's great. And it's the same level as this with cellular function.
But this is the missing link.
This is the breakdown product.
Most people's cells have problems doing it.
Some people have major problems doing it.
But methylfolate is the breakdown of folic acid.
And then you give it B-Complex that's organic.
It supercharges it like nitrous oxide in a funny car or a drag racer.
So this is already all the rage on the cellulomethyl.
But this has the B-Complex.
It's the highest quality, and it funds the Infowar.
So you can buy methylfolate somewhere else, and it's great.
But this funds the Infowar, so it's a 360 win.
Get your foundational energy and experience it, and be careful.
Only take one at first. I took one today.
I'm climbing the walls for the last 10 hours.
I'm shooting this ad at night.
I mean, it's not a stimulant, folks.
It's cellular energy.
You add stuff like TurboForce or X2 or stuff to this, it's crazy.
