Please stand by for further details.
We return you now to your regularly scheduled program.
owen shroyer
Ladies and gentlemen, it is Thursday, May 9th, 2024.
This is the InfoWars War Room, brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com, your election headquarters.
What do we got? 182 days?
181 days? My countdown tracker is blocked over here.
We're getting some interference on one of my monitors.
182 or 81 days.
We'll figure it out for you. Until the presidential election.
And my goodness, we are loaded today.
We're going to be talking a lot today.
About the political developments with Roger Stone.
It's 181. Yep, thank you guys.
181 days. We're going to be getting into a lot of these political developments with Roger Stone in the third hour.
Bob Barnes is in court fighting against the vaccine mandates.
And you say, well, what do you mean? That's an old story.
Well, yes, but there can still be potential legal consequences for the mandates.
And potentially, with some of the other developments, their liability, which they have immunity, could be removed.
The immunity could be removed. So we're going to get an update from Bob Barnes on that.
And a couple other stories with Bob as well with his legal expertise.
Now, here in the first hour, I am absolutely loaded.
I got about 20 video clips dealing with all kinds of stuff.
And... We have multiple clips that we're going to be going to here.
I don't know if it's...
Do they think they can get away with it?
With the Chris Cuomos and the Dr.
Wens saying...
Well, you know, we had nothing to do with pushing the masks.
We had nothing to do with pushing the vaccines.
We were all given bad information.
You were the ones delivering that information.
That was you. And it's always the same people.
Oh, Trump, Russia collusion. All fake.
Vaccine safe and effective.
A lie. So maybe they feel bad that they lied to you, but this is like them attempting to...
Muddy the water. Like, you're not going to remember that they all went on air and said, take the vaccine, safe and effective.
Wear the mask, safe and effective.
Don't take ivermectin, a horse dewormer, or you're an idiot.
Because the internet is forever.
We have the clips.
So we'll be playing that, but the larger question remains, and, you know, as usual, we were ahead of this, covering it, what was that, Monday or Tuesday, guys?
That was our main story here.
Why are they switching the narrative now?
Why are they switching the narrative now?
It was the New York Times headline that we ran with.
It was Monday or Tuesday this week.
We saw around the corner.
And now it's all the same media apparatus.
Oh, the vaccine is causing the side effects.
And oh, ivermectin worked the whole time and they knew it.
And you got bad information and we got bad information.
So what's the twist?
Is it them trying to save face now that it's so obvious the vaccine was a disaster?
Are they setting this up to blame on Trump ahead of the 2024 election and then they're just going to run with all these stories saying the vaccine was deadly, killed millions of people, it's all Trump's fault?
And you might not fall for that, but it doesn't matter.
Trump put himself in the position to be blamed for that and it will work on millions of people, absolutely.
The same people that blamed him for Russian collusion.
Except this is different.
Because the average American, oh, how was your life impacted by Russian collusion?
Well, they don't know. Well, how was your life impacted by the vaccine?
Oh, and it was Trump's fault?
Oh. So that could be something that they deem as effective.
The mainstream media, the Western media, more accurately, completely ignored Vladimir Putin's inauguration and his inauguration speech from this week.
Pretty big deal. What's going on in Russia and Ukraine and some of the things he said.
And then it's just undeniable.
I'm sick of it. A lot of people are sick of it.
But it's just undeniable.
It's a big story. The Israel lobby that owns our Congress.
And some of the things the Republicans are saying now are just abhorrent.
unidentified
There is a man who is whatever America needs him to be.
Not the hero we deserve, but the hero we need.
Nothing less than a knight.
Shining. They'll hunt him.
They'll set the dogs on him.
Because the truth is the greatest threat they face.
It's the war room.

No time to waste.
So I want to get right into this story, our lead story for the day.
Here's some of the headlines, and the clip that's getting the most attention is Chris Cuomo.
Chris Cuomo says, we were given bad information on ivermectin during pandemic.
Chris Cuomo brutally mocked for taking U-turn on antiviral drug ivermectin.
He's such a hypocrite.
Now, there's so many different angles to try to break down here that I need to Not pontificate and wax on this too long, but this is the essence of the fake mainstream media.
This is the essence of the American liberal, leftist, Democrat propaganda agent on television.
Are they ever honest with you?
Is anything that they say to you on air, even their own thought, is it all just bought and paid for, narrative, rhetoric, propaganda?
Is Chris Cuomo admitting that he was deceived too?
Are they also deceived throughout this process?
This is the essence.
They come out and tell you the vaccine is safe and effective, which of course was the big lie, and now that everybody knows that's the big lie, then they come out and they tell you, we were given bad information about the vaccine.
They say don't take ivermectin.
Now they say ivermectin worked the whole time, and they all knew it.
And they act like this is some sort of a secret and nobody knew it.
And because they didn't report it to you that it just didn't exist.
Meanwhile, InfoWars and Del Bigtree and Dr.
Zev Zelenko and, I mean, the amount of people, Dr.
Peter McCullough and so many more, we're reporting this.
We're talking about this. Joe Rogan.
And they just act like, oh, that didn't exist.
Nobody knew. It was either you watched CNN or you just didn't know anything at all.
And because CNN got it completely wrong again, it's just, we were all just giving bad information.
That's it. We just were giving bad information.
Oh, no, it wasn't propaganda.
It wasn't bought and paid for news.
It wasn't, you're a total liar.
So, here's Cuomo saying...
Ivermectin is bad. It's horse to warmer.
You're crazy if you take it.
With Don Lemon, back when they were both on CNN, both gone now, in clip 22.
unidentified
People who are getting, injecting drugs for animals and horse.
chris cuomo
And people telling them to.
Oh, my God. What person?
You know, you talk about like, you know, cancel culture and who to shame.
Ivermectin? A dewormer?
Really? They are shaming themselves.
No one has to shame them.
owen shroyer
They're shaming themselves. No, they need to be shamed.
chris cuomo
They need to be called out and shamed, brother.
owen shroyer
They need to be called out and shamed, brother.
Both CNN anchors are now gone from CNN, by the way.
A horse dewormer?
A drug for animals?
What is wrong with these people? People encouraging them to take it.
My God! Oh, and now here's Chris Cuomo with Patrick Bet-David and Clip 23.
chris cuomo
I'll tell you something else that's going to get you a lot of hits.
I am taking a, what do they call it, like a regular dose, you know, whatever.
They're trying to build up, of ivermectin.
Ivermectin was a boogeyman early on in COVID. You couldn't talk about it.
That was wrong.
We were given bad information about ivermectin.
The real question is, why?
Why? Everyone's going to say, Joe Rogan was right.
No, Joe Rogan was saying, yeah, he was right.
But that's not what matters.
What matters is the entire clinical community knew that ivermectin couldn't hurt you.
They knew it, Patrick.
I know they knew it.
How do I know? Because now I'm doing nothing but talking to these clinicians who at the time were overwhelmed by COVID and they weren't saying anything.
Not that they were hiding anything.
But it's cheap.
It's not owned by anybody.
And it's used as an antimicrobial Oh, yeah.
owen shroyer
So what is the story?
Because Chris doesn't want you to know the real story.
So what's the story then, Chris?
Do you need to apologize to your audience?
Were you lying to them then?
Or will you just admit you never did the research?
Because the information was available, and Joe Rogan was right, and Infowars was right, and our guests were right.
So what's the story then, Chris?
Did you lie to your audience?
Or did you not do the research for yourself as a talk show host on a mainstream media cable network?
What's the story, Chris? Oh, they knew about this the whole time.
Yeah, if you would have done a little research for yourself, or if you would have been an honest news show host, then you wouldn't have lied to your audience.
Or you wouldn't have gotten it horribly wrong.
But see, that's the essence of the media.
And then can't even take responsibility.
Can't even take responsibility.
Can't even give credit where it's due.
Now look...
And I don't want to get too off here, but it's important to understand.
This is the essence of the mainstream media.
This is the essence of the leftist propaganda media right here.
See... Infowars never got into the news business to get rewards or accolades.
Nobody here is going to be getting any awards or Pulitzer Prizes for journalism or reporting and being ahead of everybody else.
And that's fine. That's not what we're in it for.
But see, when you lie for the establishment...
When you're a bought and paid for agent of the fake news media, that's how you get the rewards.
So CNN gets rewards for their coverage of COVID. CNN gets rewards for their coverage of Russian collusion.
All lies. All propaganda.
And then when they have to admit that the very news organizations like Infowars that had it right from day one, that broke the stories from day one, They just pretend like, oh, that didn't exist, that didn't happen.
I'm breaking it now on the Patrick Bet-David podcast in 2024.
I'm breaking it. I'm Chris Cuomo.
You were given bad information.
But he was the one that gave it to you.
So here's more. Here's Dr.
Leanna Nguyen, another wicked propaganda agent who talks like a freak, who talks like a robot.
What is up with the way she talks, by the way?
Seriously, there's something about this that irks me.
Is it just me? But here she is doing the same thing.
Oh, nobody had the authority to make you take medicines.
Nobody had the authority to make you wear a mask or make you lock down.
That wasn't us on TV doing it.
And then, of course, it's all the clips of her doing just that in clip 24.
dr leana wen
And I actually think this is one where the public health and scientific community has a lot to blame.
Because at some point, essentially people got the message that if you care about public health at all or your fellow citizens, you have to be masking.
You have to believe in masks and vaccines.
and if you are not doing these things or are even questioning whether we should have mandates,
then you are somehow anti-science or anti-public health.
There were topics that we now know are actually, they're not controversial, but they're more
debatable as if we should have a robust scientific conversation around them.
For example, natural immunity, which actually is...
owen shroyer
Now we're about to play the follow-up clips, but the follow-up clips don't even do it total
justice.
Thank you.
This woman denied natural immunity.
This woman called for the censorship of anybody that wanted to have a scientific discussion.
Everything that she's saying That the scientific community or the mainstream media was guilty of.
She is the scientific community she's talking about.
She is the mainstream media she's talking about.
And again, I guess she just assumes that her audience is that stupid or that you won't find these clips on the internet.
But we're about to play the follow-up clips.
It doesn't even do it justice. This woman was on TV every day shaming people that didn't wear masks, shaming people that didn't listen to the government propaganda.
But it's the same question for Chris Cuomo.
Did Dr. Lena Nguyen just fall for all the crap?
Was Dr. Lena Nguyen too stupid to do her own research?
Is Dr. Lena Nguyen a moron that trusts the government and everything they say?
Or did she lie to you?
But here come the clips.
dr leana wen
But for a long time, it was taboo to bring it up for fear that you might be called an anti-vaxxer.
And so I think that public trust has been eroded, yes, by people who are perpetuating misinformation and disinformation.
But I think that the people in the scientific community who did not do a very good job of separating fact from opinion also helped to erode that trust.
It's clear to them that the vaccine is the ticket back to pre-pandemic life.
And the window to do that is really narrowing.
We need to start looking at the choice to remain unvaccinated the same as we look at driving while intoxicated.
That you have the option to not get vaccinated if you want, but then you can't go out in public.
I don't think it goes far enough.
I think this is what's needed in the middle of a pandemic.
And in fact, I think the Biden administration, if anything, could have gone even further.
The honor code was never going to work, that when vaccinated and unvaccinated people are mixing, unless there is proof of vaccination, everybody should still be wearing masks.
And so I actually support what the CDC is now doing, which is going back to this indoor mask requirement, because frankly, we know that we can't trust the unvaccinated, that they have been walking around without masks.
And in fact, that's what led to the surge that we're seeing.
How are we going to incentivize people to actually get the vaccine?
So that's why I think the CDC and the Biden administration needs to come out a lot bolder and say, if you're vaccinated, you can do all these things, hear all these freedoms that you have.
unidentified
Because otherwise, people are going to go out and enjoy these freedoms anyway.
owen shroyer
We're not done yet. Let's put this thing to bed.
Here's another just compilation of other media groups now totally flipping.
Same groups that said take the vaccine, wear the mask, ivermectin doesn't work, are now just totally flipping.
unidentified
Go ahead. Clip 20. Now then, Covid is back in the news.
Are you hearing people are quite nervous about getting the vaccine?
One of the professors who worked in the Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine is a paediatrician who is one of the most intelligent, sensible and honest people I know.
And I spoke to him, I was lucky enough to speak to him because I worked in a documentary that looked at the Oxford vaccine.
And do you know what? There is no conspiracy.
There is no fake news.
The AstraZeneca COVID vaccine is being withdrawn worldwide after the pharmaceutical giant admitted it causes a rare and dangerous side effect.
andrew cuomo
Government had no capacity to enforce any of this.
You must wear a mask.
And people wore masks in New York.
But if they said, I'm not wearing a mask, there was nothing I could do about it.
unidentified
Masks have been mandatory since April, and a fine for not wearing one took effect this week.
andrew cuomo
It was really all voluntary.
Wear a mask.
It is the law, and the law is the law.
unidentified
People who have got...
We've been developed quickly because we've sped up the process to make it more efficient.
We've still had all the safety checks in place.
That has not been compromised.
AstraZeneca admits its Covid vaccine can cause rare blood clots.
Based on all the information we had, there was not enough to say that it was down to the vaccine.
Dr. Marco Cavallari, head of anti-infectives and vaccines for the EMA, told the Italian newspaper Il Messaggero, quote, It is becoming more and more difficult to affirm that there isn't a cause-and-effect relationship between AstraZeneca vaccines and the very rare cases of blood clots associated with a low level of platelets.
chris cuomo
You know, you talk about, like, you know, cancel culture and who to shame.
Ivermectin? A dewormer?
Really? They are shaming themselves.
No one has to shame them.
They're shaming themselves. No, they need to be shamed.
They need to be called out and shamed, brother.
I am taking a regular dose of Ivermectin.
Ivermectin was a boogeyman early on in COVID. You couldn't talk about it.
That was wrong.
We were given bad information about Ivermectin.
You're gonna question the vaccine, but you want to take a horse dewormer.
unidentified
Those clots happened for lots of other reasons, and they weren't happening at a higher rate than we would expect at that time.
Germany, France, Spain and Italy are all taking the precautionary measure of suspending use of the vaccine because of fears about possible side effects, including blood clots.
The AstraZeneca vaccine has already been suspended in the Netherlands, Ireland, Iceland, Bulgaria, Denmark and Norway.
andrew cuomo
And it was extraordinary when you think about it that society acted with that uniformity voluntarily.
Wear a mask.
It is the state law.
It's not an option.
owen shroyer
That compilation put together by Milk Bar TV. Speaking of Milk Bar, they say, you know, raw milk is unhealthy, but they'll be wrong about that one, too.
We got more on that coming up.
And with Attorney Bob Barnes, who's representing the Amish farmers, they're trying to shut down.
So, this is actually a big, important moment, because...
As if the mainstream media or the likes of CNN or any of these talking heads had any credibility left whatsoever, this should be it.
It should be game over.
I wouldn't bet on that being the case, but they should all be done.
Nobody should ever trust them on any issue ever again.
Total phonies, total frauds.
And they won't even apologize to the people they misled on maybe the most important information that you can put out there, and that's health information.
Talking about injecting things into your body.
Taking away your bodily autonomy.
And they violated these trusts.
And now they want to come out and say, oh, you were given bad information.
You were misled, and it's the very people that misled you.
But the question is this.
Is this really a case of trying to save face?
Or are they getting ready to spin this and blame it on Donald Trump?
Because it seems like it's awfully coincidental that all of a sudden all these mainstream media talking heads are speaking negatively about the vaccine and negatively about all the COVID protocols.
As they're desperately searching for something else to try to destroy Trump on.
Because in a way, for them to come out and make these statements in such a consolidated effort is damaging to their own reputation.
So you have to wonder what that's all about.
But speaking of hypocrisies, and we've got to move right on, Listen to what...
I mean, this woman just won't go away.
Here's Hillary Clinton talking about Donald Trump on MSNBC in clip 28.
unidentified
The world has been here before.
People did not take the kind of threats that we saw in the 1930s as seriously as they should, including American journalists.
You know, people were taking at face value that, oh, this can be controlled.
He may have said some outrageous things, but, you know, the institutions will hold.
A determined demagogue, unfortunately supported by members of his political party, other enablers, people who care more about a future tax cut than the sanctity of the Constitution, are falling in line behind him.
owen shroyer
And you know what? I think I sent you guys the wrong Hillary clip, and that's fine.
I don't have time to go back and dig it up.
She also says Trump is going to try to jail his political opposition.
So she calls Trump Hitler again.
So the left is literally out on the streets burning Israeli flags.
The left is literally out on the streets blocking Jewish students from going to their classrooms.
I mean, you want to talk about anti-Semitism, the left embodies it.
They're public about it.
They have public demonstrations about it.
And then you're going to go out there And call Donald Trump Hitler.
And say he's going to invalidate the Constitution even though that's exactly what the Democrats are doing at every level right now.
And then she says Trump wants to put his political opponents in jail as they're threatening to put Trump, their top political opponent, in jail.
This stuff is so insane you almost can't even believe it.
unidentified
But here we are. Here we are.
owen shroyer
It's all happening. Here's more flip-flopping.
Joe Biden. Because you have to keep the Israeli lobby happy, and we're going to have a lot more of this coming up with just some obscene things that the Republicans are doing right now.
It's pretty clear where they stand.
They love Israel more than they love you, and they won't do anything about the illegal immigrants either, but don't worry, Israel's going to be taken care of.
So here's Biden flip-flopping on his support for Israel.
These are back-to-back days.
The first clip from May 7th, the second clip from May 8th.
joe biden
Here's Biden. My commitment to the safety of the Jewish people, the security of Israel, and its right to exist as an independent Jewish state is ironclad.
We've held up the weapons.
We've held up the one shipment as an old shipment designed.
owen shroyer
We've held that up. As he can barely even talk during the interview with CNN. So, oh, we're going to make sure we get all the weapons for Israel, as he speaks in front of the big donors in the Israeli lobby.
Then he goes on far-left CNN, where the anti-Israel, pro-Palestine protesters are going to be tuning in, and he says, we're not giving Israel any more weapons.
It's all political speech.
By the way, Israel already got the weapons.
They already got the money. The bill's already been signed.
It's done. So all of this is political BS. So he goes in front of the donors, says, we're always going to support Israel.
That's where the Israeli lobby tunes in.
And then he goes over to CNN to talk to the radical leftists out in the streets protesting Israel.
And he says, don't worry, we're not sending any more weapons to Israel.
They've already sent them. But this flip-flopping goes back years.
Here he was when he was campaigning for president, talking about support of Israel in clip 12.
unidentified
News this week, to the extent that some of the Democrats are saying that if, because of Israel's settlement policy, that they would look at cutting off military aid to Israel as a result of that.
joe biden
That'd be a tragic mistake.
I strongly oppose Israel's settlement policy on the West Bank.
I've made that clear to Bibi, one where I was vice president.
I made it crystal clear to the Israelis.
That we would cut off military aid to an ally, our only true, true ally in the entire region, is absolutely preposterous.
It's just beyond my comprehension anyone would do that.
owen shroyer
It's preposterous, it's beyond his comprehension, and then he goes on CNN and says that's exactly what he's doing now.
Now Biden lies, whichever way he's telling it, he's lying.
Because it's not even up to him.
But this is why a policy like that is so dangerous, and this is why anybody spreading this rhetoric like, oh, support Israel at all costs, is dangerous.
Well, how can you have such a commitment and say, well, then there's no strings attached?
So Israel could kill a million people in the Gaza Strip, and you'd still supply it, you'd still give them all the bombs and all the funding you'd want?
Would you commit to that? Because that's what you're saying.
But of course, this is just Biden playing both sides.
Trying to please the Israeli lobby in D.C. Not lose those donors.
But then he has to please the far-left radicals that hate Israel and hate Jews.
And he has to say, oh yeah, but I'm against what they're doing in the Gaza Strip and I'm against the settlements.
It's all political BS. It's all flip-flopping.
That's all these liars do.
Hopefully I can do this in one segment, but there's so much of this it's insane.
And it's just true.
And this is what's frustrating people.
And it's not helping your cause.
It's kind of like that anti-Semitism bill.
If your goal is to stop anti-Semitism or stop the conspiracy theories that Jews run everything, Well, then when you have these bills and then when you have these press conferences and you see this full court press and commitment to protecting Israel or protecting Jews, a commitment that Americans have never seen for themselves, never seen for their own border, never seen for their own economy, never seen for anything of our own interests, it doesn't really help.
And any honest, neutral observer can see that that's the case.
You don't have to be an anti-Semite to report the truth.
But then you do this and more people wonder, well, why is it like this?
Well, follow the money, A. Follow the money.
Here's Thomas Massey reporting, the day after I voted against Speaker Johnson, AIPAC announces a $300,000 ad buy against me.
I hope Americans see what's happening here.
APEC Super PAC set to run TV ads blasting Thomas Massey's Israel record and now they're going to try to get him out of office.
So again, oh, there's no powerful Jewish lobby that tries to control your Congress.
But then when a member of Congress doesn't vote how the powerful Jewish lobby wants it to, they try to expel him from Congress and they fund the campaigns against him.
But see, but they, oh no, it doesn't exist and you're not allowed to cover that.
You're not allowed to say anything about that.
So, again, it's like, what do you expect to happen here?
Oh, no, Jews don't do anything.
They don't have any influence over your Congress.
But look how much money we spend on your Congress.
And the congressmen that don't vote the way we want, we spend a lot of money to oust them.
It gets even worse.
Republican senators threaten international criminal court on Israel.
You have been warned.
And this statement reads like a threat from a gangster mafia.
A group of Republican senators have threatened the International Criminal Court's Chief Prosecutor Kareem Kahn and his family against issuing arrest warrants for any Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Netanyahu.
And, I mean, some of the quotes here are unbelievable.
Target Israel and we will target you.
That's a threat. We will bar you and your families from the United States.
You have been warned.
And so they write this threatening letter that reads like a gangster mafia threat.
I guess they're going to send a decapitated horse head to Mr.
Khan and his family next.
So I could sit here and we could play this game and we're going to do this with some follow-up.
How much money has Tom Cotton, Mitch McConnell, Marsha Blackburn, Katie Britt, Ted Budd, Kevin Kramer, Ted Cruz, Bill Haggerty, Pete Ricketts, Marco Rubio, Rick Scott, Tim Scott, how much have they received from APAC? I guarantee you it's probably more than a million dollars combined.
Where do you have strong language like this protecting the American people?
Where do you have strong language like this protecting our border, our sovereignty, Americans from the injustice system that we face, the political persecution against Americans?
Yes, should I add myself truly?
Nobody came to bat for me.
Matt Gaetz did. I'll give Matt Gaetz credit.
Political presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Clay Higgins, they came to bat for me.
But notice none of their signatures are on this threat to protect Israel.
So no, I will say I do take it personally when members of my Congress and my Senator Ted Cruz cares more about protecting Israel than one of his own constituents.
Ted Cruz never writes letters to the Department of Justice saying, you've been warned, stop politically persecuting my constituent.
That'll never happen. But he'll do it for Israel.
Maybe if I gave Ted Cruz $300,000, maybe he'd have my back.
I guess my vote isn't worth it to Ted Cruz.
And I like Ted Cruz, by the way.
Pretty good voting record.
Overall good, but this is pathetic.
And it's more effort concerted by the Republican Party to stand up for Israel than they've ever done for our own
nation, than they've ever done for our own border, than they've ever done for any American that gets politically
persecuted by the Democrat Party.
unidentified

owen shroyer
What about the guy sitting in a jail cell right now because he makes firearms in his basement that's never harmed anybody?
Carbon Mike, Dexter Taylor.
What about the January 6th prisoners that are rotting in a jail cell?
What about Peter Navarro, who they won't even allow guest visits?
Now they have a press conference, and we'll start to play this game because it's too easy.
You're going to write a bill that says, oh, you're not allowed to say anything negative about Israel.
Well, then we'll follow the money and find out why that bill gets passed in the House.
So the Republicans, and this is barely it, folks, they won't even do this for border security.
They won't do this to protect Trump against the political persecution.
The Republicans have never done a joint press conference like this that I've ever seen, but now they do it for Israel.
I've never seen the Republicans do a joint press conference with this much passion and this much fervor and this much intensity, and it's not even for America.
But again, follow the money, and we will.
We'll go ahead. We'll go ahead and start with Ted Cruz because it's the most ironic.
Here's Ted Cruz in the joint press conference from these Republicans today.
Really want you to know how much they care about Israel.
ted cruz
Start with clip 20. Joe Biden and the Democrats lied to the American people on the supplemental funding bill that was just voted.
They claimed it was to provide military funding to Israel.
We now know they were lying.
It was instead to give money To Gaza and Hamas and everywhere else except Israel.
We should have sent this military aid six months ago.
Six months ago, many of us went to the Senate floor to force a vote on emergency military aid in November, right after October 7th.
Every single Democrat voted no.
It was a straight party line vote.
owen shroyer
So follow the money, Ted Cruz says.
By the way, the money did go to Israel.
But it also went to Hamas.
It also went to Palestine as well.
So everybody wins.
There's Ted Cruz.
$1.5 million from AIPAC. Follow the money, Ted.
Follow the money, Ted.
Let's continue.
Let's go to Representative Senator Tom Cotton telling you how important Israel is.
unidentified
Clip 19. Israel is fighting a just and necessary war.
Their knees are not trembling.
As Prime Minister Netanyahu just said, they'll fight alone if they have to.
But let me assure all the Israelis watching, you won't have to fight alone.
You don't have a problem with America.
You have a problem with Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer and the Democratic Party.
owen shroyer
Yes, there it is.
Alright. How much money has Tom Cotton received from APAC? Go ahead and dial it up.
Place your bets. Let's go over under $300,000 for Senator Cotton.
I'm going to take the over.
I think I'm going to take the over. That Senator seat, that's a real nice piece.
APAC likes to own those Senate seats.
That's a real nice piece. I'm guessing over $300,000.
Ooh, that money's coming in. It's now up to $310,000.
I hope you get your money in before it goes way up.
How much money has Senator Tom Cotton received from AIPAC? Can we beat the buzzer or will we have to wait until the other side?
Ooh, only $237,000.
Wow, if you took the 100, you're feeling good.
Only Tom Cotton's commitment to Israel over his own nation is only worth $270,000.
You know, perhaps we should properly categorize this stuff.
Because it's important for people to understand the larger picture here.
The issue is our Congress is bought and paid for.
And so whether it's the military industrial complex, whether it's the pharmaceutical industrial complex, or whether it's the Zionist religious complex, Zionist Israel first complex, it's all the same.
But this is so over the top that it cannot be ignored, it cannot be denied.
So I have a problem with members of Congress whose interests are bought and paid for and who then place those interests above the interests of the American people.
That's the issue here.
So, it's one thing for a Jewish American or a Jewish talk show host to be Israel first and let their audience know that.
It's one thing for Israel to have a policy and for some people to like it or disagree with it.
We're talking about outright ownership of our Congress.
That then dictates domestic policy and foreign policy and puts the interests of foreign nations, in this case, above our own.
Again, I've got more clips.
You have never seen Republicans have a joint press conference for any other issue.
The presidential candidate for the Republican Party going through the political persecution, they don't have a joint press conference.
Republican voters being politically persecuted by the Biden administration, they don't have a joint press conference.
Wide open southern border, millions pouring in, they don't have a joint press conference.
But oh, poor Israel, who's running over the Gaza Strip right now, killing tens of thousands of people, and they might not get another $20 billion.
And now the whole Republican Party up there, bought and paid for by the Israel lobby, has a joint press conference.
So we continue.
And we follow the money.
Let's go to Senator Collins now, complaining that, oh my gosh, Israel might not have the weapons it needs to do what?
Murder a million Palestinians?
unidentified
Clip 14. If you pause, if you halt the delivery of weapons systems that Israel needs to defend itself and to win the war against a terrorist group that is dedicated to its destruction, that is a decision.
owen shroyer
You know what else bothers me?
And guys, we'll follow the money. Pull up how much Senator Collins gets from AIPAC. It's going to be probably around $200,000, $300,000.
Just how disingenuous is this?
Israel gets billions of dollars from the United States of America and weapons to defend itself annually.
The Iron Dome and everything else they need.
They stood down on October 7th.
They created Hamas.
To create this Pied Piper moment.
It's on record. It's congressional record.
And then she comes out here, oh, Israel needs money and weapons for self-defense.
What self-defense is Israel engaging in right now?
They stood down on October 7th, and then when Iran told them, we're going to launch a bunch of missiles into Israel, so you know you can shoot them down, they were able to do that.
Notice how there's been no missiles fired since?
unidentified
It's all a game. They're all stealing our money.
owen shroyer
They're all making backroom deals.
And then she's going to come out here and say, Israel needs more money and weapons to defend itself.
At least 40,000 people have been killed in the Gaza Strip.
So I guess that's defense, to go into the Gaza Strip and kill tens of thousands of people.
And they keep using the hostages as the excuse.
Are the hostages even alive?
Probably not. Who even killed the hostages?
Hamas? Israel bombing the entire nation?
Who knows? So it's just all disingenuous on its face.
Senator Collins, $646,000 from AIPAC. Is that what we have here, guys?
Pro-Israel lobbying.
Senator Collins sold you out for $646,000.
So we're just following the money, showing the receipts.
That's all. You want to put Israel above America?
Then we're going to go ahead and expose you.
It's that simple. Really that simple.
You want to come out and put on this display in a joint press conference when you've never done anything like that for the American people?
When you've never done anything like that for the issues that we face in this country?
Then yeah, we're going to expose you.
We're going to show that you're bought and paid for.
And you need to deal with this.
And this needs to be the regular thing.
Let's go to Senator Risch.
Here's Senator Risch saying Joe Biden is giving the terrorists a victory.
unidentified
Clip 18. President has handed a great victory to Mahas here.
It's going to invigorate the fighting that they're doing in Gaza, and it's going to stop the negotiations that have been ongoing.
This was a horrible mistake.
owen shroyer
Thank you. Yeah, who's picking Hamas in the war against Israel?
Who has Hamas beating Israel in the war?
I mean, that's a joke.
I'm going to take, yeah, Mahas.
What's the name of the team that the Manhattan Metropolitans versus the Harlem Globetrotters?
I think the Metropolitans are going to win, and if we don't give New Jerseys to the Harlem Globetrotters, they might lose to the Metropolitans tonight.
unidentified
Pull it up.
owen shroyer
How much has Senator Risch made from APAC? So again, it's beyond just they're going to have this press conference.
Everything they're saying is disingenuous.
Republican Senator from Iowa, $255,000 from the pro-Israel lobby.
All right, let's go on. Senator Joni Erst.
Senator Joni Erst, again, being disingenuous about the truth here.
unidentified
Clip 16. They knew exactly what would happen when they attacked on October 7th.
They knew that Israel would respond and that they would strive for victory and the destruction of Hamas.
They knew that.
This is not Israel's fault.
This is Hamas's fault.
This is Sinwar's fault.
This is Iran's fault.
It is not Israel's fault.
Disgusting. So we don't need Joe Biden being a mouthpiece for Hamas.
We certainly don't need it in our White House.
We need new leadership.
owen shroyer
So Israel stands down on October 7th, and then Israel takes the Gaza Strip and kills tens of thousands of people, and that's all Hamas' fault.
Yeah, I'm sure Hamas did expect a retaliation from Israel.
Hamas doesn't care.
Hamas hates Jews.
Hamas hates Israel. And they were probably, the leadership was probably even given the green light.
They were probably even told there would be a stand down when they went to that music festival and killed 1,200 people.
They probably knew they'd have a free reign.
The whole thing was probably orchestrated.
They didn't care.
No, Israel did have a choice.
They didn't have to kill 40,000 Palestinians.
They had a choice. See, that's what I'm saying.
You are disingenuous about the whole situation.
All right, how much, Joni Ernst?
Let's go to the big board. Over $500,000 from the pro-Israel lobby from Joni Ernst.
Follow the money. Let's go to Senator John Thune.
Again, it's the people of Israel are more important than the people of America.
Senator John Thune, clip 15.
unidentified
And they also believe that Israel needs to do what is necessary.
And if that includes going into Rafah to root out the Hamas threat, then that is necessary for their very survival.
This is an existential threat for the people of Israel.
The United States need to have their back.
We have their back.
The American people have their back.
The Republicans here in the United States Senate have their back.
And we will do everything we possibly can to make sure that Joe Biden, Notwithstanding his statements of the last few days.
They bought your loyalty. That does what the American people and the United States Congress have said we need to be doing to support our strongest ally in the world.
owen shroyer
Strongest ally? Yeah, they bought you.
They definitely bought your ass.
Oh, for over a million dollars?
Or what do we have here? He's made at least $100,000 from AIPAC. Senator John Thune.
I could go on. Maybe we'll continue this with a couple other clips on the other side.
No, you know what the existential threat to the people of Israel are?
It's Netanyahu. It's Netanyahu's agenda to take the entire Gaza Strip.
But see, again, it's all disingenuous.
The deals have obviously been made.
The deals have obviously been cut.
Everybody's bought and paid for.
Your Congress, your media, everybody.
Israel's taking the Gaza Strip.
They're going to settle the land. It's going to be theirs.
Most of the Palestinians are going to be forced into South Rafa or moved into Europe or the United States.
The deal is done.
It's over. And here you have your bought and paid for members of Congress telling you, you need to send more money to Israel because they're more important than you.
I'm going to go to one more clip here, but understand, we showed you the threat made to the ICC, like a bunch of bought and paid for gangsters out of the Republican Party.
We're showing you clips from this press conference.
It was huge, dozens of Republicans, all of them sounding the exact same.
And we're just following the money, just showing you why they're doing this, why they care more about the interest of Israel than their own country's interest, the interest of the United States of America.
But I want to explain something quickly before we go to this final clip.
About responses I get when I cover this stuff.
So, years ago, I'd have guests on the show, or I'd go on other shows, or people would call in, or they'll accuse Alex of it.
Like, you're Israeli shills.
You never cover the Israel issue.
You're bought and paid for, too.
Totally inaccurate. And it's not like I do this coverage to disprove that.
And now I get messages today, And they'll say, oh, you know, what's wrong with you?
You've turned a new leaf and now you're anti-Israel or...
Oh my gosh, this is...
Oh, finally you see it.
Finally you know what's going on. Let me explain something.
I call it as I see it.
That's what I do. This is your daily play-by-play of American politics.
Period. So, like a...
Broadcaster doing play-by-play for a hockey game, and he calls what he sees on the field.
That's what I do here.
So yeah, this has become a big issue since October 7th, and when I've got all these problems going on in my nation, but I get more fervor and passion from Republicans about Israel, then I'm going to call it as I see it.
It has nothing to do with anti-Semitism or Jewish people.
It has to do with a bought-and-paid-for Congress that sells you out and determines our foreign policy.
But let's just get that on the record.
You tune in to InfoWars.
You tune in to the War Room.
You tune in to Owen Schroer.
We call it as it is.
We call it as we see it.
So let's go to one more clip here.
Here's State Senator Katie Britt.
And she's got her crucifix on.
You know, Katie, that's an anti-Semitic offense now to wear that crucifix, Katie.
So maybe... I don't know.
Do you know what you're doing there, Katie?
Wearing a crucifix? So final clip from the press conference today.
unidentified
Katie Britt, go ahead. There are still four battalions in Rafa.
So understand what that means for the innocent people of Israel.
I mean, it's such a fraud. We must do more.
Never again is now.
And I urge the president of the United States to not be the very first president To not stand with Israel.
They are our greatest ally, and they deserve us to stand shoulder to shoulder with them as they fight the evil that is Hamas.
owen shroyer
Go ahead. Fight shoulder to shoulder.
See you there. $102,000, Senator from Alabama, Katie Britt from AIPAC, with her crucifix, which is now illegal, the anti-Semitism bill.
I mean, it's insane.
You go fight shoulder to shoulder with Israel.
Never again, she says.
What about our border being invaded?
How about, how about, did you hear about that little girl in Chicago that got raped for months?
Did you hear about that? Chicago man charged with kidnapping girl, drugging and raping her for five months.
How about that never again?
Well, what can they do about that?
Well, this guy was a known criminal with dozens of priors.
And the Chicago Democrats put him back on the streets.
And the Soros district attorneys and judges put him back on the streets.
How about never again?
How about the illegal immigrants, or excuse me, criminal trespassers into our country that rape and kill American citizens?
How about never again for that?
How about a joint press conference for that?
Do I have to pay you $200,000 to get you to care about America?
How about stolen elections?
How about censorship of the United States citizens?
How about political persecution against the top Republican candidate, against people across the United States for supporting him?
How about never again for that?
How much money do you have to pay Republican senators, Republican representatives?
How much money do you have to pay them for them to show you loyalty?
Hundreds of thousands of dollars, millions of dollars.
Problem is you've been outbid by AIPAC and everyone else.
We are getting crushed in the housing market.
We are getting crushed in the automobile market.
We are getting crushed in our grocery bills.
They're sitting here attacking you, attacking your economy, attacking your culture, attacking your borders.
And then they say you're inhumane.
unidentified
War.
War.
owen shroyer
We're into the second hour of the InfoWars War.
We're brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
We're now joined by Bob Barnes.
And I want to give a big shout-out to Bob Barnes, or one of the favorite enemies of InfoWars, Bobby Barnes, as he calls him.
I want to give a big shout-out because it's the 1776 Law Center and Robert Barnes Law Firm with one of his great lawyers, Lexus Anderson, that have helped take my case to the Supreme Court.
So I want to give a big ups to Robert Barnes and his team over there for getting my case to the Supreme Court 1776 Law Center.
Or you can go to OwenDefense.com to help support that fight.
We're really proud that this is going there.
And I feel good to have Bob and his team in my court.
Now, Bob, we get you on today because there's a bunch of news.
I don't know where to start.
You're in court right now going up against Pfizer and their immunity.
You're also dealing with the situation where the Amish farmers are getting shut down.
You've got the Trump case ongoing.
I mean, you can weigh into that.
Where do you want to begin?
robert barnes
Well, I think it's important for people to support on the right, the legal defense funds that are set up
to help people that are fighting for freedom and liberty for all of us.
That includes your case before the Supreme Court of the United States, because that's bigger
than just your case or your situation.
It's about, and the law fair selectively used against you.
It's that this is about, can the government criminally punish someone for engaging in free press,
for engaging in free speech?
In this case, can the government put somebody in prison, including solitary confinement, for almost a month because they said the words 1776 on the steps of the capital of the United States government?
That's what happened in Owen's case for those that are not fully aware and apprised.
And it's important that we provide as much support.
I helped create 1776 Law Center to be an organization to provide institutional support for these kind of cases because there's not enough legal counsel, not enough people advocating the court of public opinion from a legal perspective for these critical liberties and rights when the issue implicates people that are perceived as being, quote, on the right. Like, I mean, I was critical recently of conservatives have a tendency to raise money for causes that, quite frankly, often don't need the money.
To give an example, look, I get frat boys taking on these little commie protesters on college campuses.
We raised $400,000 on the right for that.
owen shroyer
Oh, it's over $500,000 now.
Yeah, exactly. So they can quote-unquote have a rager.
My guess is their families aren't short on money.
robert barnes
Precisely. By contrast, the support for your case on the Supreme Court hasn't raised as much money as it could and as it needs to.
The case of the illegally imprisoned farmers, one of whom is still sitting in jail today in Pennsylvania, who's never even been charged with a crime, never even had a trial, never even been personally notified of anything, is sitting in jail in Pennsylvania simply because he was doing what Amish farmers wanted him to do and what he's legally entitled to do.
And there's a fundraiser for them.
There's even a fundraiser where you can buy a hat if you want to.
That these cases are out there on the right that I and other people have helped establish that we can make a fund available to make sure competent, capable legal advocacy is there for people.
People like Lexis Anderson who works with my firm.
Other people out there that are supporting these cases and these causes.
And it's important that the right show the capacity and the capability to help organize
for those cases, like the Covington kids cases, all of these other lawfare cases, as opposed
to let's give a bunch of money to frat boys because they took on some commie protesters
on college campuses.
That's great, but it's not constitutionally consequential for all of our liberties in
the way Owens case is before the Supreme Court of the United States, but the same way the
Amish farmers cases.
There's farmers illegally imprisoned.
Yesterday, the state of Pennsylvania told me that they wanted to dictate to Amos Miller how he handled his garbage.
They said they had a right to control what he does with his food if he puts it in the garbage.
Not only that, they want to ration what food can go to his family from his own farm.
They want to ration what he can feed his own pigs, what his own animals are.
The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, Pope Redding, I call him the food pope because unless he blesses your food, you can't eat it according to him.
owen shroyer
The food pope? Yeah, food pope.
robert barnes
That's exactly what he is. And he came out today and he is supporting and admitted he is behind this illegal imprisonment of farm workers who help Amish farms.
And there's more and more of these cases.
owen shroyer
So wait a second. We're talking about a food bureaucracy imprisoning people?
robert barnes
Exactly. I mean, they want to weaponize everything.
Take away your property.
Take away your food.
Take away your rights to buy food.
Take away the rights to eat your own food.
Take away the rights to feed your own animals.
The state of Pennsylvania declared to the judge that they have the right to control what any person feeds their own animals.
What a farmer feeds their own animals.
Unless they approve it, you can't feed your own animals.
Now, as a farmer, according to them, this is the biggest.
And if you don't do what they tell you to do, they're going to steal your food like they did Amos Miller.
They're going to try to shut down your farm like they try to do with Amos Miller.
They're going to jail you and imprison you without even charging you with a crime like they did these two farm workers, No Bull Solutions, Wentworth and Hur, one of whom is still sitting in jail today.
Unless you do what they tell you to do.
It's bureaucratic insanity.
It's power grabs at every level.
It's the Bill Gates dystopian control grid trying to impose every mechanism of a system of regulatory control using licensure and other things, but now using the power of imprisonment.
And we have to rally behind these cases on the right, or otherwise these people will not have the advocacy they need and deserve.
Take the blue-collar workers, one of whom is still sitting in jail today, one of whom sat in jail for almost 30 days.
What happened? That these are people that can't afford, you know, fancy legal counsel.
The government knows that.
That's why they target him. They go after Amos Miller.
they spend millions of dollars going after Amos Miller for years, even though here's an Amish farmer
who for 20 years has had an impeccable record.
Not a single person has ever complained about Amos Miller's food in 20 years.
Not, nowhere, no place, no means have they complained.
Government admitted that on the stand.
And yet here they are spending millions of dollars, the state and the federal government
to try to shut him down, to try to control everything about his food.
Because if they can do it to him, they can do it to all of us.
And that's why all of these cases are cases we need to rally behind, we need to organize behind.
I'm doing what I can do, which is make legal counsel available for these cases, but people can't go broke doing them.
So the only way we can make this a sustainable mechanism is to imitate what the left has done successfully.
They rally all the time for legal cases.
James Comey gets millions of dollars in the legal defense funds.
Andrew McCabe gets $600,000 in a day for legal defense funds.
So the left, for its lawfare, gets gobs of support from its constituency.
owen shroyer
They bail out the rioters in 2020.
They share legal funds for the rioters.
Kamala Harris shares those accounts.
robert barnes
Absolutely. It said, hey, if you want to go out and riot, don't worry if you get locked up because you're guaranteed to have legal counsel, you're guaranteed to have bail funds, you're guaranteed to have public advocacy, all three.
That's why they're more successful, quite frankly, than we are on the right, because their base understands we have to organize, and whenever and wherever we can— And maybe people don't have financial means.
That's fine. Do what you can in the court of public opinion.
Try to advocate there.
Try to be participant.
Realize why the left is winning a lot of these legal battles.
owen shroyer
Well, I would say, too, it's the fear mechanism, right?
I mean, the truth is, a Republican candidate would be afraid of sharing a link to the 1776 Law Center or a link to owendefense.com.
They'd be afraid for, you know, a myriad of reasons people understand.
Kamala Harris isn't even afraid to share a link to a bailout fund for rioters.
So they have no fear.
Where Republicans are like scared of their own shadow.
Now, I want to just cover one thing that we can conclude on this farm stuff and move on to some other important work you're doing.
But this is hilarious because...
I always thought, this was kind of before I was political, that the people that were into organic food and farming and doing this stuff, they kind of were more like liberal progressive types, or the consumers might have been more liberal progressive types.
But now it's apparently a right-wing thing, and I guess that's maybe because they have common sense.
So we made Media Matters recently, and I will tell you, me and Lexus are actually exploring maybe that we need to look into something here.
Far-right figures are promoting raw milk amid bird flu outbreak in dairy cows.
Okay? And so they go on and demonize raw milk, which as a consumer, I will tell you, I've had nothing but a positive experience.
But if I got sick and I decided I didn't want to anymore, then I'd put it down.
And that's my freedom. That's the point.
But they list me here.
They say, InfoWars host and convicted Capitol rioter.
Rioter? So, I was speaking to Alexis earlier today, you know, this might be, we might have to issue a retraction claim or maybe there might be some libel here.
You can weigh in on that. But the point is, since when is this a right-wing thing?
Since when is it far right because we want to have natural, organic, raw foods?
What the hell? What is that? Now that's right-wing because we don't want the bureaucracies telling us what to do?
robert barnes
It's extraordinary. I mean, what really this is all about is the four corners of the Bill Gates dystopian control grid.
Which is, you know, food, pharma, tech, and media.
And basically, Bill Gates has spent a lot of money to control all four of those, both in the NGO world and in the private corporate world.
There's a reason why his Gates Foundation has major investments.
His foundation is one of the only foundations in America to make lots of money to actually be profitable for Bill Gates, right?
He's giving away money that somehow increases his net worth.
But part of that is the big food control mechanism is to force us in a dependence on corporatized, industrialized, mechanized, monopolized food supply.
Today in America, 98% of all the food available to us comes from just a few big corporations.
And they're made with chemicals and pesticides and questionable use of the way they use fertilizers.
But basically it's just chemically laced.
Everything is just chemicals from beginning to end.
Things that are unnatural.
Raw milk is natural milk.
It's milk made the same way our founding fathers drank it.
owen shroyer
People have been drinking it forever until like, what, 30 years ago maybe.
robert barnes
Completely. I mean, pasteurized milk, what it does is it basically burns out all of the good bacteria, not just the bad bacteria.
And thus, consequently, you don't get as good a drink and you don't get as healthy a drink.
I joke that people I was drinking when I was drinking Amos Miller's raw milk, people are like, is Barnes like doing cocaine in there or something because of how much he likes the milk.
owen shroyer
It might make you feel like you're on cocaine, the raw milk power.
robert barnes
Exactly. But apparently, according to the government, it's worse than cocaine.
They've got to ban it because it's so dangerous to people.
I mean, that's how insane this has become.
owen shroyer
So, that's why Hunter Biden would never try raw milk.
Cocaine is the line for him.
Yeah, exactly, exactly. You won't find any raw milk sitting around the White House, is what you're telling me.
robert barnes
Yeah, exactly. Exactly.
But what it is, is there a community out there that is outside of the Bill Gates control grid, not dependent on big pharma, not dependent on big food, not dependent on big tech, not dependent on big media?
Well, there is one.
There's one that lives just like our founding fathers lived, and that's the Amish community.
And what Amos Miller has done is he's extended that Amish exit ramp to ordinary Americans all across the country.
They're like, I can get food made the way the founding fathers made it.
And that's what terrifies the Bill Gates of the world and his bureaucratic allies.
And that's why they're coming after the Amish in waves.
I mean, it's not a coincidence that I've got four different cases now in Pennsylvania, all where the government is coming after the Amish in one way, shape, or form, trying to put farmers who work for them in prison, trying to put Amos Miller, the biggest, most well-known Amish farmer in the world, trying to shut him down.
The bureaucrats shared emails with each other showing Amos Miller in handcuffs.
That's what they want to do.
A sweet Amish farmer who's never caused any harm to anybody anywhere, according to the government's own sworn testimony about his customers never filing a complaint.
In 20 years, tens of millions of products, tens of thousands of Americans have consumed it.
None of them ever complained, yet he's the one they're trying to shut down.
Whereas there's food recalls every day in Pennsylvania.
They're not trying to shut any of those big corporate farms down.
owen shroyer
And this is a perfect segue.
Or Pfizer, who's paid out some of the biggest settlements in the history of this country, they make a product and the government will mandate it.
They'll mandate that.
So let's get into that now.
You were recently in court in Louisiana and I know this thing has gone back and forth.
So what were the latest developments this week?
robert barnes
So we had our hearing in Beaumont, Texas, right along the border.
We went in front of the judge.
Pfizer was there. The government was there.
So Brooke Jackson is the biggest whistleblower in the history of the United States.
She exposed back in the fall of 2020 to the FDA and the Bill Barr Justice Department that Pfizer was engaged in systemic fraud in their clinical trials for the COVID-19 vaccine.
That nothing about those trials met a scientific standard for assessing either safety or efficacy.
Needles sticking out of bags, people's Private medical information plastered on the walls.
The vaccine not even properly temperature controlled.
Nobody blinded for placebo tests.
People being paid under the table to join the clinical test in ways that made it a complete mockery of any effective clinical test.
She reported this to her supervisors.
And what did our supervisors say?
Oh, we can't fix this because this is everywhere.
This is where all the clinical trials are happening.
Our instructions are just print out results so we can rush this through because this is the biggest bounty ever received by Big Pharma.
It's going to be a mandated drug.
It's going to be given to people worldwide.
and we're going to be immune from liability.
Consequently, that is why Big Pharma was incentivized to put out a dangerous, ineffective drug.
And we went before the hearing, what does the government do?
What does the Biden administration do right on the eve of Pfizer seeking a motion to dismiss and us getting a right to discovery?
They come in and they demand complete dismissal of the case because they say it will be too embarrassing to the Biden administration to allow this drug to be exposed as dangerous, ineffective, not a vaccine, didn't prevent COVID-19.
In fact, it increased the risk you would get COVID-19, according to a range of surveys and studies that have recently been scientifically published in scientific literature.
So we argued that there's no basis to dismiss her False Claims Act claim on behalf of the American people.
It's just the contra. This is the only case where anybody can get relief.
You can't sue Pfizer.
You can't sue the FDA. You can't sue the government.
It's hard to even sue the people that privately mandated it when they violate your religious discrimination rights, according to many courts and many cases that we're currently handling.
So the only case that can get real relief, real remedy, is the Brooke Jackson case.
And the question is, are the courts completely closed when the government demands they close the doors?
And we're going to find out.
owen shroyer
So what's the next big date or when are you back in court?
Because, you know, it's interesting, as you just said, that the new scientific data that's been published proves not safe, not effective.
And I'm sure you've noticed the mainstream media is now completely changing their course, too.
Now they're all saying that it's not good and they're all claiming they had side effects.
robert barnes
Yeah, well, you know, it's a sign of the weakness of the system that they should have made sure, like Pfizer internally, it's come out, was giving a different vaccine to their own employees, a different drug to their own employees.
They should have done the same for all the rich and powerful people.
They should have made sure the Don LeMans and the Chris Cuomos, the Frito Cuomo there, that the rest of them got the same placebo or whatever they gave Joe Biden, which is probably not the real thing, as Joe Rogan even said.
You could just reasonably suspect that.
But instead, they didn't do it with all those people.
And consequently, Megyn Kelly suffered injuries and side effects as she's publicly disclosed.
Chris Cuomo suffered side effects as he's now publicly disclosed.
People like Robert Kennedy's vice presidential candidate has seen negative effects of vaccines.
And that turned her from a traditional liberal Democrat to more of a left-Kennedy populist Democrat or independent.
So the system made a mistake at how broadly they applied it.
Because more and more powerful, influential people are suffering injury for it.
This is true around the world.
You have people that are connected to the governments of the royal families in places in Southeast Asia that suffered adverse effects from this so-called vaccine.
I mean, what the Trump contract required was the delivery of a safe, effective vaccine for the prevention of COVID-19.
What they delivered, this is the fraud that Brooke Jackson identified, was a dangerous, ineffective, not a vaccine that didn't prevent COVID-19.
And that's why the case should go forward, but it's going to be up to the judge.
So we may not have another hearing before that judge.
We may have to go up on appeal if the judge doesn't allow us to go to discovery.
If he allows us to go to discovery, then the doors are wide open and we'll get to expose this fraud for the American people fully.
owen shroyer
Well, and to kind of lean into this flip-flopping that we've seen lately too, but think about, it's even actually crazier than the two layers that I covered earlier.
At first, all the same people were saying they would never take the vaccine.
Kamala Harris, I'd never take the Trump vaccine.
Joe Biden, I'd never take the Trump vaccine.
I mean, that was their stance when Trump was president.
And then as soon as Biden got in, all of a sudden it was, oh, greatest vaccine on earth.
We need it mandated.
Thank you, Joe Biden. Well, now it seems like they're pivoting again.
And maybe the goal is...
Because nothing else is working to stop Trump.
So maybe the goal is, oh, let's blame Trump now.
Let's admit, let's just lean into the vaccine side effects because they're so common now.
And let's just blame Trump.
And people might say, well, how can they do that?
What do you mean? They lie about everything.
Are you really surprised? It was the Trump vaccine.
It was bad to, oh, it's the same vaccine, but it's the Biden vaccine.
It's good now. It'll go back to the Trump vaccine being bad just by the flick of a switch.
robert barnes
Exactly. And the problem is that right now, Trump's campaign has key people in it that you and Alex have identified who those campaign people are, who are pro-vaccine, who are part of the swamp.
His effective campaign manager, Susan Wiles, is someone who scolded people for not taking the vaccine, blamed unvaccinated people for any COVID existing after the vaccine's introduction.
She is now running the Trump campaign, effectively, bragging about it in Politico.
She's blocked Trump from having any access to people who are skeptical or questioning the vaccine, documenting the problems with the vaccine.
And Trump keeps taking the bait and deciding to attack Robert Kennedy and referencing the vaccine.
That's the one issue he probably should not be trying to criticize Robert Kennedy on.
And so the old Southern phrase, you don't talk about rope in a house where there's been a hanging.
If you're Trump, don't keep taking credit for the vaccine because this is setting you up to be damaged in the fall because more and more Americans know that the vaccine is not safe, not effective, not even really a vaccine.
Ninety-five percent of parents have decided not to have their kids get a COVID booster shot.
Eighty percent of Americans have stopped taking the booster shots.
That tells you what they think about the COVID drug.
And yet, in fact, she planted a story, Susan Wiles, I believe, in Newsweek, encouraging Trump to take credit for the vaccine, to campaign on the vaccine.
And if he put somebody like Tim Scott, who was a huge COVID vaccine proponent as his vice president, He's going to be at serious risk in the general election of taking heat for something that he had an easy out.
All you do is say, hey, I created a contract that said you had to deliver a safe, effective vaccine for the prevention of COVID-19.
And if you lied to me, and by the way, Pfizer deliberately delayed the release of the vaccine until after the election just to screw Trump.
owen shroyer
Or just shut his mouth.
unidentified
Or just shut up. It's like, just don't even say anything.
robert barnes
Yeah, exactly. I mean, or you could just say, I will investigate Brooke Jackson's case, and if Pfizer lied to me and the American people, I will hold them accountable.
That's an easy exit ramp he has, but right now his campaign people are telling him to go just the opposite direction.
owen shroyer
All right, we'll talk more about these Trump cases that are just insane with lawyer Bob Barnes from the 1776 Law Center on the other side.
Alright, we're about to get into some of the crazy details of these Trump cases with Attorney Bob Barnes here, 1776lawcenter.com.
But first, folks, this is Larry.
You can't even make this up. Who think tanked this?
The new COVID-19 variant just dropped.
It's literally called FLIRT. I'm not even kidding you.
They're calling it FLIRT. New COVID-19 variant FLIRT could mean a summer surge.
It's another surge. The FLIRT symptoms.
So they try all these different things.
Omicron and then H1.09.
I mean, now it's FLIRT. What are they going to drop next?
The Spider-Man variant?
So it's just total insanity.
But I want to get into the Trump cases now.
Let's start in New York because here's the question.
And it's amazing how the biggest detail of the Trump New York case is almost completely forgotten.
And that's, what is the actual criminal charge?
Right? I mean, they want you to think about Stormy Daniels or Hush Money is what they...
But what they're essentially claiming is amounts to a bookkeeping error of which the statute of limitations has run out on and of which Trump would have nothing to do with.
So try to make sense of all of this from just a sheer legalese perspective.
robert barnes
Yeah, I mean, what they did is they tried to bootstrap basically what's an accounting fraud statute and tried to bootstrap that to a federal crime of an unidentified source, which has been extraordinary.
The law is that you're supposed to be put on notice or something called a bill of particulars.
You're allowed to make To demand you know what crime you're being charged with and hear that they have never identified what the underlying federal crime is because they're trying to say there's a federal crime that the accounting fraud was done to cover up or commit a federal crime that does take this misdemeanor up to a felony.
And they won't identify what the federal crime is.
Apparently they're going to play a game. Maybe they'll call it tax evasion somehow, or maybe they'll call it a campaign finance fraud.
owen shroyer
Well, the Federal Election Commission already passed on this.
They said, no, we don't see any crime here.
robert barnes
Well, of course not. I mean, the problem is how can you commit a campaign fraud in November of 2016 by something you did in January or February or March of 2017?
That's not possible.
And that's the problem.
It's also, it is very normal To treat money paid to a lawyer as a legal expense, even if that lawyer then uses that money to pay off some other item, whether it's a nondisclosure agreement or an investigator or paralegal or some other third party cost.
That happens every day in America.
In fact, if he didn't call it a legal expense, they could have called that fraud.
So it makes no sense.
The entire case is bogus.
It's purely politically motivated.
It's legally insufficient.
It's constitutionally deficient.
It violates core principles of immunity for the executive branch of the elected president to be subject to these extortionate threats from local partisan prosecutors.
The issue is currently pending before the Supreme Court.
And what we've seen from the trial is a mockery of a case.
I mean, today the witness was supposed to come in and damn Trump, praise Trump.
Stormy Daniels turned out to be the extortionist hoe that she bragged about.
I mean, Chexie wrote a book. She said she wrote the book for her daughter.
And the book's all about how good of an extortionist hoe she is.
Can you imagine saying, hey, daughter, look at what a great hoe your mommy was.
That's That's your great book.
That's your book idea.
And yet that's who Stormy Daniels is.
owen shroyer
Hey, little daughter.
Did you want to hear about how I spanked Donald Trump with a Forbes magazine?
robert barnes
Exactly. You want to see how I extorted billionaires?
You want to see how I, when I couldn't make any money selling sex, I decided to make money selling bogus stories about sex?
You know, and that's what that book is.
That's who she is. And with any impartial jury, Trump gets easily and quickly acquitted.
The problem is I'm seeing a lot of people in Trump world assume an acquittal is coming because of how disastrous the case has been.
There's a reason why the judge didn't allow it to be broadcast to the world.
He knew what a disaster the case would be if the world watched it and witnessed it.
That's why he's trying to put a gag order on Trump.
He doesn't want people to know how ridiculous and preposterous this case is.
The problem is that is a partisan jury pool.
That is what we've seen from the D.C. cases and the January 6th cases, what you had to deal with.
And going through that process was there was no chance at anything vaguely resembling an impartial jury.
I've said all the way along, Martin Luther King had a better chance of getting an impartial jury from an all-white 1950s Birmingham jury pool than anybody could in either January 6 cases or Trump can in New York or D.C. And that's the great danger here, is there'll be a bogus conviction based on a prejudiced jury pool and more constitutional violations of Trump's rights.
But anybody following the trial can see what a travesty of justice the case even being prosecuted is, what a mockery of the law it is that this case was even being pursued, what an embarrassment the case is factually, not just legally.
And I don't think, even if he's convicted by a partisan jury, I don't think it will have any impact on his electoral aspirations come November.
owen shroyer
All right, what about the case that's been delayed now in Florida, where Jack Smith has basically had to admit he tampered with evidence?
All those covers they put in the files, like top-secret, classified, were all planted.
What's the latest there?
robert barnes
I mean, the judge there has already postponed the case and is likely to dismiss at some stage.
So that's the only judge that's had any guts at all.
Now, not as much as guts as I think were required.
These cases patently violate certain core constitutional rights, multiple ones in the case of the classified documents case, not just violating executive immunity from politically motivated prosecutions and the selective prosecution violation of the First Amendment, which was similar to your case.
But also, this is an attack on Article 2.
This says that the administrative deep state gets to control what's classified and what's not, rather than the elected executive, the elected president of the United States.
But he doesn't get to control what's classified and what's secret.
This administrative, unelected, bureaucratic deep state gets to decide what secrets get kept from the American people.
So that's why it's a direct attack on the elected executive branch in favor of the deep state.
So that by itself offends the Constitution, including Article 2, for whom all executive power is given to the president, not the deep state, not the bureaucracy, not the administrative state, to the president and the president alone.
And that means he can determine anytime he wants what's classified and what's not.
owen shroyer
And that was even precedent with Bill Clinton and the sock drawer case with Judge Amy Berman Jackson, who's been involved in some things since then.
robert barnes
In fact, they pointed out in one of their motions to dismiss that every president could be prosecuted on these grounds because George W. Bush kept these documents.
Barack Obama kept these documents.
Obama's got a whole library. Completely.
I mean, he stored them in a place that was completely unsecure in Chicago, that there was an abandoned warehouse.
George W. Bush did the same thing.
Then, of course, Bill Clinton notoriously kept them in his sock drawer.
So the idea that Trump, who actually had a secure skiff facility located at Mar-a-Lago and kept them there, and we now know that all the documents were organized by the government.
The government was the one who brought him down.
So the archivists conspired with the White House to conspire with the Justice Department to create a bogus criminal prosecution as election interference and political intimidation of Trump.
That's all this was. It was a joke of a case.
Anyone who saw it as a legitimate case don't understand our constitutional government.
Yep.
the state did he keep.
Yep.
And that's what it was all about.
They thought they would get those documents.
They actually never did.
And now they just admitted in a case where they're accusing the president of mishandling
classified documents, which constitutionally, quite frankly, he can't do because he gets
to decide how they're handled at all times.
But it is that they did.
Jack Smith's own team completely mishandled classified documents.
Every single one of them should be prosecuted, thrown off the case.
So I don't think that case is going anywhere anytime soon.
owen shroyer
Well, and now even Judge Endron is in trouble.
Trump fraud trial judge Endron under investigation for allegedly receiving unsolicited advice from high-profile lawyer before fining the president.
They say it's very troubling.
We've got 20 seconds left.
I mean, a brief short comment on that.
robert barnes
Oh, well, these corrupt hacks can't help themselves.
This lawyer admitted he met with him, I think, on MSNBC, which he shouldn't have been—the judge should not have been meeting with partisan advocates that are anti-Trump right before he was making a ruling on the Trump case in a secret ex-party meeting.
It's a disgrace to the rule of law what the—it is a travesty of justice what the New York justice system has become.
owen shroyer
Well, maybe the Republicans will have a joint press conference about it, maybe someday, maybe one time.
All right, final segment here with Attorney Bob Barnes.
We've covered the Trump cases.
We've covered the cases he's dealing with, with the Pfizer liability, the farmer's right, or even your right to eat, grow, farm how you would like.
I want to get into some other developing stories that he's been commenting on as well.
I want to go quickly here, a short clip from Donald Trump.
I think this is a smart political move.
To ingratiate himself with the crypto crowd, not that he needed it, but here's what he said at a campaign speech this week in clip 26.
unidentified
They are against it. Biden doesn't even know what it is.
If you ask Biden, sir, are you for or against crypto?
What's that? Get me off the stage.
You say, get me off the stage.
Now, he has no idea, but look, Gensler is very much against it.
The Democrats are very much against it.
And I say this, a lot of people are very much for it.
Probably a lot of the people in this group.
And I'm fine with it.
I want to make sure it's good and solid and everything else, but I'm good with it.
And if you want, if you like crypto in any form, and it comes in a lot of different forms, if you're in favor of crypto, you better vote for Trump.
owen shroyer
So, obviously a political move there to ingratiate himself with the crypto crowd, probably a smart move.
Some of them may have been leaning RFK, so probably a smart move to maybe try to get some of those votes.
But the reason I bring this up, and I know you were commenting on it, Bitcoin proponent Roger Ver arrested for tax evasion.
Crypto investor dubbed Bitcoin Jesus cheated out of $48 million in taxes.
Robert, break this down.
Obviously, you've got great experience dealing with taxes, the IRS. You helped me beat the IRS trying to come after my money.
robert barnes
What's the story here? This is a continued political weaponization of the Justice Department and the Biden administration and the control grid, the Bill Gates control grid attack on crypto.
So in the same way that sort of Amish food provides an exit ramp from the Bill Gates control grid, that independent media like Rumble, like Infowars provide an exit ramp from the monopolistic big media, the financial freedom is another core aspect of that freedom.
And it's not a coincidence that Bill Gates, if you will research his technology, you will discover that he's been developing patents To try to create a form of a digital currency, but it's a government-controlled social credit score system.
And what's a threat to that?
A threat to that is crypto.
A threat to that is Bitcoin. A threat to that is the decentralized, democratized, outside of the central planners, currency alternatives and options, whether you want to store value or whether you want to use it to exchange things, is Bitcoin and other Bitcoin-related crypto aspects.
And credit to this is where Trump has done well.
I think he should do it universally.
Is dealing with Kennedy, he should look at where there's overlap between his constituency and the Kennedy voters and find where he can grab Kennedy's issues from Kennedy and champion them himself.
Whether that's food freedom, financial freedom, political freedom, medical freedom, whatever it may be, you look at how he can grab those issues and make it his own.
Because this is a reversal of where he was just two years ago.
Two years ago, he was anti-Bitcoin, didn't understand it, didn't recognize it.
Here he's recognizing the popularity of this issue, borrowing from Kennedy's voter base, and that will expand his political options in the campaign and increase the probabilities he has a more successful second term than his first term was, which was so handicapped by the deep state and, frankly, some of his own appointees.
And so that's a better path for him to take because there's a complete war on crypto.
They're going after Roger Verr.
They're trying to do two things.
To establish an unconstitutional wealth property tax in America.
They'll call it a wealth tax.
They'll call it an unrealized capital gains tax.
Folks, all it is is a property tax.
They want to tax you for living.
IRS admitted this back in the 1930s.
They wanted to tax you for cooking your own food.
Just like they're trying to say that Amos Miller can't even feed his own family his own food, they want to then go and say we have the right to tax that.
And take away your property and liberty rights that way.
The Constitution prohibits that.
You can't have a direct tax on the American people that is not apportioned in uniform, and they can't meet the apportionment clause practically in any tax, and they never have.
So only an income tax is exempt from that, and the Supreme Court has made clear an income tax does not allow a direct property tax.
And so this is their attempt to circumvent that by indicting Roger Ver for what property he had.
They're not taxing him for income he made.
They're claiming he owes income tax on things that weren't income, that were just property he held.
At the time, he was no longer a U.S. citizen, no less.
So it's a power grab, and it's combined with going after anybody in the crypto space.
They're doing this in the security context.
They're trying to classify these things as commodities or securities so they can regulate it to death, so that they can shut down exchanges, so that they can steal people's property.
And so it's a combined attack on anything that's an exit ramp from the Bill Gates control grid, whether it's big food, big pharma, or big finance and big banks and the central planners.
They're all trying to make it illegal and criminal to exercise freedom, to exercise liberty, to exercise independence.
And Roger Ver's indictment should be seen in that light.
It's a completely bogus indictment, but they're gonna get away with it because our court system so far has not been disciplined in disciplining the rogue, politicized, weaponized Justice Department under the Biden administration.
owen shroyer
Well, and add it all up, right?
Okay, you can't have your own farm or make your own food at home or your own milk.
You can't have a currency that, let's say, you and your neighbor agree to a currency, whether it's pebbles or dollars or crypto.
That's the whole point is you're a slave.
You're a slave to the system.
You can't live on your own and make your own food.
You can't have your own community that has its own currency if that's what you want to do.
It's all about getting you into the centralized system so you can never escape.
You literally can't even eat without the government.
All right, one other case I want to get your take on here.
TikTok and ByteDance sue to block U.S. law seeking sale or ban of app.
So basically TikTok ByteDance is saying, no, we're not going to be forced into this sale.
We'd rather just shut down in your country.
Where do you think this one goes?
robert barnes
Well, you know, Trump's out with a video today identifying that TikTok should not be banned and that it's a Biden conspiracy to help Zuckerberg and the rest.
Now, of course, a whole bunch of Republicans went along with it.
Because all the deep state had to do was say, hey, this is an anti-China resolution, so let's suppress an entire platform and deny millions of Americans their free speech platform.
I think that the lawsuit is correct.
I think it's constitutionally correct that this is basically an attempt To use the fear of China to take away our speech rights, which the Congress is not entitled to do and President Biden is not entitled to do.
So hopefully the courts step in and recognize the First Amendment precludes the government from doing what they're doing and credit here again to Trump You know, Robert Kennedy had come out against this on similar free speech grounds.
Another example of Trump borrowing from Kennedy to get Kennedy votes.
And he's on the right side legally, in my opinion.
All this is the fear-mongering around China.
It is being used as a pretext to grab power.
I mean, it's like a lot of the money that they're sending into the war machine in Israel.
They're using the fear around Hamas to justify it.
And Hamas is a terrible organization, but why do we need to get more involved in that war and that conflict?
Why do we need to be spending billions of dollars more to more foreign countries under these circumstances or situations when we can't secure our own borders and we're running record deficits?
So this is the right constitutional concern is what TikTok has brought.
We'll see if the courts recognize it as well.
owen shroyer
All right, final legal question for Bob Barnes for the day.
Federal court denies Hunter Biden appeal in Delaware federal gun case and those charges, so he thought he could get it dismissed.
It's not going to be dismissed.
Certainly Hunter Biden is not going to be punished, though.
Certainly he's still above the law.
robert barnes
Well, you know, Hunter Biden at some point will be making the Second Amendment argument that I think is correct, that the felon and gun possession law is probably unconstitutional under the Second Amendment.
So it will be just irony if the ruling that President Biden has condemned is the basis by which Hunter Biden escapes accountability.
I think he also, I think that sweetheart deal he got should be enforced at some point.
So I think this indictment was solely brought to keep his mouth shut until the election ended.
And then either Biden will pardon him or the courts will let him walk because of the sweetheart deal that was cut beforehand on the tax case and because of the Second Amendment on the gun case.
And they basically precluded going after him for the real crimes, which was systemic bribery, including funding biolabs in Ukraine by the U.S. government, illegal biolabs that violated various international laws, because that would implicate the Democratic Party, implicate the deep state, and implicate President Biden himself.
So I think most of these cases are just a show to keep the public at bay and make sure Hunter keeps his mouth shut before Election Day.
owen shroyer
The great Bob Barnes, you can follow him on X at Barnes underscore Law.
His podcast, vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
Also on Rumble.
And of course, support his great law firm at 1776lawcenter.com.
Bob, great show today.
Thank you for your time. Yeah, glad to be here.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, coming up next is Roger Stone on the InfoWars War Room.
greg reese
Brought to you by InfoWarsTore.com.
And in 2008, he said that humans would become infused with nanorobots, which would vastly improve the human body.
unidentified
If you go out even to 2045, that's only four decades from now, most of our intelligence of our human civilization will be non-biological.
We're going to put this inside our bodies and brains.
So we're going to become machines, but not And if you say that, then people go, well, I want to become a machine.
Because they're thinking of machines as we knew them from the 19th century, which were much lesser than humans, and machines today are still lesser than humans.
I'm talking about a new type of machine that's actually greater, more subtle, more supple, more intelligent, more creative, more beautiful than humans.
greg reese
In 2010, he interviewed Robert Freitas on the future of nanotechnology, who said that nanorobots could cure aging and death.
unidentified
Medical nanorobots really have the potential to extend human life more or less indefinitely.
So what's your view about the role of death and do we need death?
Death is something that is an end.
It's an end to life.
It's an end to progress.
It's an end to thoughts. It's something to be cured.
Aging is a disease.
It's a curable disease.
Nanomedicine is the cure for that disease.
greg reese
He said that this technology is expected to be deployed by 2020 and that laws will be in place to protect the public from its misuse.
unidentified
I expect that by the time nanorobots are deployed, which will be sometime perhaps in the 2020s or the 2030s, We will have a whole set of laws in place, regulations.
There will be things you can and cannot do.
greg reese
The laws were never put in place, but the technology was patented and deployed to billions of people without their knowledge in 2020.
We know this because several independent labs have confirmed the presence of this nanotechnology in the COVID vaccines.
And Bill Gates recently admitted to this as well.
bill gates
Making the mRNA is really easy and really cheap, and that's the magic of this thing.
But there's no doubt in the next five years, we just need to mess around.
There's a lot of lipid nanoparticles, and some are very self-assembly.
greg reese
Self-assembly and self-replication seem to be the same technology when it comes to nanorobots.
And this was considered to be the greatest danger involved with the use of this technology.
unidentified
Self-replication causes disease.
Nanorobots are inherently much stronger than biological systems being built of diamenoids.
So if they self-replicate, that disease, quote-unquote, could be even a tougher problem than biological disease.
So, first of all, what's the feasibility of self-replication in the nanotechnology world?
As a general principle, you do not want to put self-replicating nanorobots inside the human body.
I suppose not everybody agrees with me on that, but that is the way I think that we can best guarantee safety.
If the nanorobots are able to replicate inside the human body, that means they are using some component of the human body as food, and we don't want them to be doing that.
greg reese
In his 1986 book, Engines of Creation, Kim Eric Drexler wrote about what he termed the gray goo scenario, a hypothetical catastrophic event caused by out-of-control self-replicating nanotechnology which consumes the biomass of the host.
And this is exactly what independent researchers are finding.
It explains the large so-called blood clots being found in the dead.
And it's spreading. Evidence shows that the vaxxed are shedding this to the unvaxxed.
unidentified
How do we prevent A terrorist or someone who's bent on destruction from creating such a self-replicating system.
There will be some terrorist acts because that's what humans do, unfortunately.
So what we're going to be needing in this era of nanofactories is something equivalent to the fire department.
Hopefully the incidents will be very few, but we will have an emergency regime which is set up to deal with that That type of event.
greg reese
But the event is worldwide, and there is no agency set up to put out this fire.
Our governments are not even discussing the problem, and the perpetrators are planning a second round of nanobot deployment with another fake pandemic.
If we the people cannot unite and stand together now, then what exactly are we?
owen shroyer
Reporting for InfoWars, this is Greg Reese.
Some things are unprecedented like what Donald Trump is going through in the courtroom but some things we do have a precedent for like violence At the Democrat National Convention.
We're going to get into all of this with the great Roger Stone, who before we went on, he was giving me some fashion advice.
And as you can see, looking as dapper as ever.
And now the next time I'm on with Roger, my hat is going to look as good as his.
roger stone
Owen, it is great to be here with you.
I note that you're wearing the American flag pin in your lapel.
1972, when I was on the staff of Richard Nixon, if you showed up at work and were not wearing that pin, you would be fired.
The President wore one every single day, as did every member of the White House staff, every member of the campaign staff where I worked.
So I'm glad to see that.
I should be wearing mine.
It's great to be here with you.
We are seeing unprecedented things in American politics.
Of that you are absolutely correct.
owen shroyer
Well, and some of those things you and I have actually dealt with personally, and now Trump is getting put through the ringer.
And so I would say that what Trump is kind of going through right now is probably unprecedented in American political history.
So a lot of this maybe we're learning, but I mean, just from a general perspective, do you think that this has been good for Donald Trump's campaign going through the court system every day, bad for his campaign?
How do we get a real measure of this?
roger stone
First of all, let me say that those who I think took the presidency from him in the last election should have had, if they really thought that he was capable of rising like a phoenix from the ashes, they would have begun this witch hunt in the first year of Joe Biden's presidency.
Now, with the collapse of their policies and the negative impact of those policies, both in the foreign policy realm, where we are on the brink of war, And spending billions.
Also, domestically, where we have the highest gasoline prices creeping back up to $4 a gallon, I predict.
Epic inflation destroying the buying power of the dollar.
An open border causing a fentanyl crisis, a crime crisis, a fiscal crisis.
They know that they cannot win an honest, free, fair election.
They desperately, therefore, decided to fast track a A lawfare strategy in which both state and federal governments have been politically weaponized to bring charges against him that would hurt his chances for reelection, if not end them.
The other day with Alex Jones, we played a video in which Biden blurts it out.
Long before we've ever heard of Jack Smith, when he's asked, don't you fear a rematch with Donald Trump?
He says, no, Constitution, we're not going to let him run.
There it is. I mean, Alzheimer's patients often blurt out the truth without realizing it.
That's what we see here.
But from day one, the fast-track timing that this cabal of both state and federal Democrat prosecutors and lawyers have engaged in has not played out as they thought it would.
You saw that yesterday when the judge in the so-called Documents case actually put off trial until after the election, which may mean indefinitely.
And there's still a motion there pending that would disqualify, that would end the entire federal witch hunt because under the Appointments Clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article 2, Amendment 2, there's some question about the legality and therefore the legitimacy of special counsel Jack Smith's appointment.
There is no statutory authority or law that creates his position.
So it's a legitimate argument that is still alive, but in the meantime, probably no actual trial, federal trial, of Trump prior to the election.
owen shroyer
I'm kind of getting off the beaten path here, but I can't help but think.
The more I hear about Richard Nixon, we're supposed to believe that he was some sort of a dirty crook and this bad president and everything, and they obviously impeached him, and ultimately he was out of office.
But the more you hear about this, I mean, did Richard Nixon go through something similar with political persecution?
roger stone
Yes, but Owen was an extraordinarily different time.
When Nixon was president, you had a monolithic media.
The internet did not exist.
So if the three major networks and the news magazines that we don't even have anymore, which were very influential then, Time, Newsweek, Look, Life, Fortune, Forbes, as well as If you had regional newspapers like the New York Times and the Washington Post and the LA Times, who had not yet become national newspapers, if that intelligentsia was opposed to you in combination with the Democrats and liberals who they naturally favored anyway, you had no platform with which to launch your counterattack.
The internet provided that platform for Donald Trump in 2016.
He won. It's also why they moved immediately to censor and cancel and try to begin policing the internet so that that would never happen again.
And indeed, Trump is gagged on social media and his campaign is hampered on social media when he ran for re-election.
Had we had the internet in 1973, Nixon might have survived.
There's no evidence to this day that Nixon knew about or approved the break-in in the
Watergate.
The whole escapade makes no sense.
By the way, a new book by Nick Bryan, The Truth About Watergate.
Nick Bryant being the first reporter in the United States to fully expose Jeffrey Epstein and what he was up to on his nefarious island, has written this great new book, The Truth About Watergate.
For anyone who's interested, I highly recommend it.
owen shroyer
Okay, so we have Trump in the courtroom.
He's in and out of the courtroom in New York City.
And we can get into some of the details and some of the developments there.
But, you know, I talked to you about this on your show earlier, The Stone Zone, that to me this is a golden opportunity for Trump.
And we've kind of seen him seize it a couple times where he goes to the bodega and there's basically just a pop-up rally in the streets.
Or he goes to the NYPD or the New York Fire Department delivering them pizzas.
You know, is this something that Trump can kind of use the momentum of to campaign in New York City?
Normally, a Republican wouldn't even think of going to New York City.
He says he's making a play for New York.
I mean, are we seeing kind of this organic pop-up rally style of Trump leaving the courtroom and heading out in New York City as maybe a success to even win New York?
roger stone
I think it's important to recognize the extent to which Donald Trump is a superstar.
Even the great Ronald Reagan, we had to go out and work to get people to come to our rallies.
Any place in the country, including eastern liberal New York, where Donald Trump shows up, he's going to draw a massive crowd of supporters.
He's a natural phenomena.
So while the deep state and their quizlings in the Manhattan DA's office have him pinned down in New York, these forays to Harlem to visit a bodega, to the wake of a New York City police officer gunned down by a man who had 21 priors, but who the liberal system did not keep incarcerated.
His showing up to buy pizza for the firemen, who will probably now all be fired by Eric Adams, the mayor of New York, who says hopefully that Rikers Island, he says, is ready to receive Donald Trump if the crazed Democrat machine judge sitting over this This fraudulent hush money case decides to incarcerate Trump for exercising his First Amendment rights,
for defending himself.
Gag orders, which I believe would be unconstitutional, that has never been ruled on, are supposed to defend the rights of the accused, not the rights of the prosecutors.
Meanwhile, the The witnesses in this case, Stormy Daniels, who was particularly unnecessarily lurid and salacious in her completely unnecessary testimony.
She's not even central to the case.
owen shroyer
You don't believe Stormy Daniels was spanking Donald Trump with a Forbes magazine in silk underwear?
roger stone
I do not believe that to be true, no.
owen shroyer
Okay, I want to clarify.
roger stone
If anything, Trump is a dom, but...
No, I don't...
owen shroyer
You think Stormy might have been taking this...
She would have been receiving the Forbes magazine imprint?
roger stone
I mean, look, I think the whole thing is fraudulent.
If the idea was to humiliate him and embarrass him, he seemed nonplussed by the entire thing.
So, but it is...
It's only because their master timing...
has fallen apart.
In other words, to answer your question more directly, this entire process, this tsunami of lawfare, this obvious persecution of him and the people around him, has backfired spectacularly.
It has turbocharged his campaign.
At the beginning of his campaign, when he announced he was running again, people don't remember this, but Governor Ron DeSantis was running much stronger in the polls.
Some people mused that maybe Trump's time had passed.
There didn't seem to be much spark in his campaign.
All of that changed the instant they decided to put him in prison, because that's how they let us know he's the guy they fear.
He's the candidate they believe can defeat them.
If you look at the difference Between Mitt Romney and John McCain and Donald Trump, and you just focus on Wisconsin, Michigan, just those alone, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, and then you look specifically at the African American and urban vote, the fact that Trump does just two to three to, in some places, five points better than Romney is what hands him victory in In Michigan State,
he only won by 65,000 votes.
And now you see, by studying many polls, not just any one poll, but many polls With solid methodology, with a solid science behind them, not push polls, not polls designed to show a certain result, but honest, dispassionate polls, Trump seems to be making significant inroads into what were traditionally Democratic votes among Republicans.
Jewish voters, that's, I think, understandable.
Among younger voters overall, those folks would like a job and an economic future.
African-American voters, a sense that Trump is being untreated as they have generally been untreated by a biased and corrupted judicial system.
Hispanic voters who are very free enterprise and economic growth and Business-oriented, as well as tend to be social conservative, pro-life, overwhelmingly Catholic.
He's making real inroads into every one of these groups.
These are the mainstays of the Democratic Party.
Even incremental gains are significant.
But he's now making more than incremental gains.
He's making historic gains.
Some polls have him tied or even leading among all Hispanic Americans nationally.
While that may be a bit optimistic, the previous high watermark was in the 30s, to give you some idea of how we may be undergoing a political realignment.
owen shroyer
Well, and even the latest poll numbers, you have MSNBC, CNN freaking out because the gap that Biden used to have the advantage in over Trump in some of these demographic groups is just not where it was in previous polls and even in the results of 2020.
So obviously, they're totally panicked.
You know, when you zoom out, because you bring up, I almost can't even believe it.
But that the last two Republican candidates were McCain and Romney.
I mean, a couple of just awful candidates.
Just losers who are really despised, I think, by the populist Republican voters now.
I mean, what do you make of that?
Because that to me is...
You zoom out and you look at it like that.
From McCain to Romney to now Trump.
What does that represent to you politically of what's going on within the Republican Party right now?
roger stone
I think it's very, very simple, Owen.
Trump's winning the 2016 Republican Party nomination was the hostile takeover of the old Republican Party, the Country Club, Wall Street, Globalist, Eastern-dominated Republican Party who tried to give us Mitt Romney and John McCain, wrap them up and call them conservatives when they really weren't or were no longer in the case of John McCain.
They lost control in 2016.
Look, everybody knew the 2016 election had been decided by those who Let's call them the ruling elite, the corporate insiders.
It was going to be Governor Jeb Bush, the Republican, versus Hillary Clinton, the Democrat.
Both of them would get fabulously rich regardless of who won.
We would continue pursuing endless war abroad.
We would continue the erosion of our civil liberties under things like the Patriot Act and FISA. We would continue to rack up trillions more in debt.
We would continue to have our most important medicines and products, pharmaceuticals, made in China.
We would allow the Chinese to buy up prime farmland, ranchland, Airports, ports, toll plazas, highways, tunnels.
I mean, and along comes the most improbable guy you can imagine, this brash, politically inexperienced billionaire who tells you exactly what he thinks.
And although he's not a political insider, and perhaps he doesn't understand the depth of the swamp And the swampiness, the duplicity of the swamp, he still serves one term as a transformational president.
He gives us the most robust, productive economy in our history.
He not only starts no new wars, but he successfully brings troops home from foreign wars.
Without having the countries they're leaving collapse behind them into the hands of our enemies.
He ensures that there is no Ukraine-Russian war because Putin is concerned about Trump's unpredictability, and Trump has warned him, don't even think about going into Ukraine.
The same is true of Chairman Xi, who he has told directly that there will be an immediate and overwhelming military consequence of any move on Taiwan.
And reportedly, when he told Xi that, Xi said, you will not do that.
Or he said it through his interpreter.
And Trump said, try me.
So, I mean, he kept the peace.
But it's not the neocon brand of going around the world looking for conflict.
It is the Eisenhower-Goldwater campaign.
Reagan-Trump doctrine of peace through strength, a strong military as a deterrent to peace, to war, and to aggression, particularly.
owen shroyer
Well, and I think that the one thing, you know, they said, well, Trump is a wild card.
I think the meaning of that, the definition is he was his own man.
I mean, he was doing what he thought was right.
He was going with his gut and maybe he didn't best understand the swamp his first four years.
He probably has much better understanding of it now and its inner workings.
But I think that that's why he was a wild card.
And so every other president has all these different groups or individuals or lobbyists, whatever, controlling him, controlling his message.
And with Trump, he was his own man.
And I think the only time where he was maybe going off of other people's advice or not going with his gut was during COVID and with the shutdowns and the response to that.
And that was probably the one thing that people would say was negative of his presidency.
But maybe he knows, look, I just got to go with my gut no matter what, no matter how many people are in my ear telling me what I need to do.
Now, has there ever been a case, because to me, when I hear people getting into what Trump is doing or saying on a daily basis, and we cover it here every day on the Infowars War Room, but people are putting so much stake into one thing Trump says or does on this campaign trail, and I say, look, hold on a second.
Let's not be too reactionary to, for example, Trump cozying up to Mike Johnson.
I don't like it either. I think Johnson at this point is a worse speaker than Kevin McCarthy.
But nonetheless, what I'm looking at here is track record.
We have two presidents that are going to be on the ballot, or supposedly, we'll get into the potentials next, of Biden four years under Biden and Trump four years under Trump.
We have a track record.
To me, the option is clear here.
Were you better off under Trump or better off under Biden?
Has there ever been a presidential election where you can just look at the track record of two presidents back-to-back and say, this option is clear?
roger stone
There's no question, which is why Biden refuses to have that contest.
They can't let this election be about Trump's record versus their record because they'll lose.
And they know that. Gas prices, inflation, we just went through the list.
So they must make this election about January 6th.
They must make this election about abortion.
They must make this election about the criminal prosecutions of Donald Trump, regardless of what stage they're in.
This is going to be a vicious, vicious negative campaign.
They are going to claim that their Build Back Better program is actually producing a stronger economy, and they're going to produce manipulated statistics on unemployment and GDP. But if you look at the gross national income index, you'll see that incomes in our economy are flat.
The million new jobs they'll claim.
900,000 of them are part-time jobs.
So, I mean, they're going to claim non-existent economic success, but they'll get through that quickly because their campaign will be a negative one.
Trump in January 6th.
Trump as the extremist, the MAGA Republican extremists.
Abortion, a huge part of their messaging.
And, of course, continuing to push the various criminal conspiracies against Donald Trump.
owen shroyer
Alright, if you're advising Trump on this campaign right now, are you telling him, hey look, we need to have something scheduled.
You get out of the courtroom in New York, you're going to a bodega, you're going to a sandwich shop, you're going to a police department, fire department, whatever.
You're hitting these streets.
So that people can see not just the inactivity of Joe Biden, but also how popular Trump is in these areas where Republicans usually wouldn't go.
Same thing in Atlanta.
When you're in and out of the courtroom, hit the streets, go to a restaurant, go here, go there.
Would you be giving that advice to Trump?
roger stone
It's unnecessary. Donald Trump is a gut player.
He's an instinctive player.
These are not staff-driven ideas.
Trump is looking at the New York Post and thinking and saying, hey, I want to go here or I want to go there.
And anywhere he goes, he will be – get media coverage.
That's very important because that's – I think it's really important to recognize that because of his superstar status, he can get covered any place he goes.
The rallies are extraordinarily expensive.
He wedged two of them into one day.
That's a back-breaking schedule.
Just this past weekend, Owen, he showed up at the Formula One race in Miami.
That's like the UFC times seven.
I mean, this is redneck heaven.
This is average working America football.
God-loving, God-fearing patriots, veterans and their family.
There's nobody here who is snacking on tofu.
I assure you of this.
And Trump was...
It was pandemonium.
He was extraordinarily well-received by a huge crowd.
He went to a specific paddock.
He chose a car and driver who came in a winner, proving that Trump is a winner.
But then...
This has to be very bittersweet.
When the race was over, when he decided to leave it, instead of motoring back to Mar-a-Lago, he had to get on a plane in Miami and fly to New York, where he landed after one o'clock in the morning in a cold, driving rain.
You can imagine the high and emotional lows of that, realizing you have to go through the drudgery of this witch hunt tomorrow, where you have to sit in a courtroom and listen to people lie about you over and over and over again.
The judges already admonished him about shaking his head or making any physical reaction.
They've accused him, I think, falsely of falling asleep, although it's so boring you could see how that's possible.
owen shroyer
And he's working so hard.
roger stone
The drudgery, I mean, it's, you know, he's bursting it out there and campaign.
He wants to campaign.
So I think these side trips, the bodega, the firehouse, these have been brilliant.
I suspect you'll see more of them.
I told him the other day that Grover Cleveland, who's the last president of the United States, a New Yorker, who was elected, Then lost re-election in a disputed election only to return to the White House.
His boyhood home, which is now the Grover Cleveland Presidential Library, is in Caldwell, New Jersey.
This is only roughly 40 minutes from Manhattan.
Perhaps the president will go out there and visit the birthplace of the last president who did what he's about to do, get another term.
owen shroyer
Roger Stone is our guest. We take a quick break and we'll be right back.
We're back here live on the Info Wars War Room with my guest Roger Stone, my former
Man, if you've been tuning into the War Room since it began in 2017, a lot of great times with Roger, my former co-host.
Glad to still be here.
Thanks to your continued support at Infowarsstore.com.
So if you like this show, please continue to shop at Infowarsstore.com.
Now, Roger, I want to finish up with some of the Trump stuff before we move on to the Biden stuff.
I just want to ask you this quick question.
Why no tweets from Donald Trump?
Why do you think Trump has decided not to utilize his huge Twitter account yet?
Do you think that's good, bad?
Would you advise him differently? What do you think?
roger stone
Let me say a couple things.
First of all, Owen, I'm delighted that the old stone zone used to show at the same time as the old war room, where I was proud to be your co-host for many, many months.
Now that we've moved to 8 p.m.
in the evening at rumble.com slash Roger Stone, you can watch Owen Schroyer on The War Room every day and then catch us in the evenings.
owen shroyer
Wow, so everything is finally right in the world.
roger stone
Right. The stars have come into the proper alignment.
Okay, now remind me your question.
owen shroyer
Would you advise Trump to be utilizing his Twitter account that Musk has given him access to?
roger stone
First of all, I think it is an unused, enormous asset.
Let's be very clear.
He has a proprietary interest in the success of Truth Social.
Truth Social, despite many regulatory and, I think, politically motivated regulatory hoops and legal barricades, has finally taken their company successfully public.
They will be allowed to actually get the money that was raised to build it out.
They're going to be adding a number of features.
I think former Congressman Devin Nunes has done an amazing job.
So I think the president owns a huge stake in it.
His stake in it is quite valuable.
I think, as you might understand, he does not want to dilute his stake.
Now, I would remind you that on the day that he posted his famous mugshot, he took to his X profile and put it up there.
It was an amazing move.
Also, we should not pretend that the president's content is not getting over to X because there are a number of pages that are dedicated to accurately reflecting whatever the president is putting up at Truth Social.
My guess is that he is saving it for a rainy day.
He is definitely friends with Elon.
He likes Elon.
He certainly, like every American, shocked by the Twitter file disclosures.
Regarding how our governmental agencies and intelligence agencies and the Democrats were working closely with executives at Twitter to make sure that people like you and I and Alex Jones and others had no voice, that we would be snuffed out, cancelled, run out of all social media.
So I think that I don't know why he hasn't done it yet, although I point out that he did it on one important day.
I suspect he's holding it in his back pocket.
I think he understands that communications there to millions of Americans has a great financial value during the campaign for president.
I suspect he's told me that he will take advantage of it at what he decides is the right time.
owen shroyer
Alright, any favorites for Trump's VP or is it an unknown factor right now?
roger stone
Look, there's a lot of news out there that's not accurate and not real.
As best as I can tell, there really is no front-runner.
The president, although perhaps his staff has attempted to narrow his choices down, I think he's still open-minded and still looking.
I don't get the impression that he has yet found the individual that he wants.
I think he's, in fact, I think he's still Finalizing his criteria in his mind.
There are obviously stories in the press about Senator Marco Rubio, the 12th Amendment of the Constitution that prohibits two people who are legal residents of the same state from being on the ballot, lest they Forfeit the electoral college votes of that state.
When they win the state, there's a legal opinion that says that as long as, say, Trump and Rubio or Trump and Byron Donalds were not both residents of Florida at the time, I'm not a lawyer.
I'm not sure that's right, but that's what I've been told.
J.D. Vance, the young senator from Ohio, is a name that comes up.
Kristi Noem, not so much.
owen shroyer
Is it fair to say she's destroyed her chances?
Maybe shot her chances?
roger stone
I think that she has definitely destroyed...
I don't really think that she was ever in serious contention, actually.
But any outside prospect, I think, is still...
I personally am still intrigued with the idea of Tulsi Gabbard.
Many conservatives disagree with me, saying that she's a former Democrat, she supported Bernie.
My point, of course, is that on the border, On war in Ukraine, on the criminalization of our justice system, on abortion, and on guns, and on civil liberties.
She's solid on all those things.
Donald Trump, pardon me, Ronald Reagan was a Democrat.
She's a lieutenant colonel in the Army Reserve.
She's a combat veteran of both Iraq and Kuwait.
She's a championship surfer.
She's very sure-footed.
She, I think, has done an excellent job of defending Trump from her old party.
She has a new book out that talks about why she left the Democratic Party.
owen shroyer
I believe the name of the book is To Save America, Leave the Democrat Party.
And I'm glad you brought that up because that's where I wanted to go next.
Kristi Noem's book tour has been somewhat of a disaster, whereas Tulsi Gabbard's book tour has been pretty successful, I would say.
And all the interviews and everything she's doing have been very good.
And she explains the problems in the Democrat Party.
She explains how they've had it out for her for quite some time, too.
And I think, like you said, it's all about what Trump's criteria is.
I'm not sure there's any other name out there except maybe RFK Jr.
I'm not sure there's another name out there that adds anything to the Trump ticket as far as numbers at the voting booth.
I think Gabbard does.
I think if he's looking for a name that's going to get more votes from him, I think Gabbard is that name.
I mean, that's my analysis.
roger stone
Do you agree or disagree? That's basically the argument that I have made for her, that she has an appeal to Democrats.
She has an appeal to women.
She has an appeal to millennials.
She has an appeal to younger voters.
That is precisely my argument.
Look, Nixon once told me When looking for a vice presidential running mate, don't look for someone who can help you.
Just find someone who doesn't hurt you.
There is no one who can help you.
I'm not sure that that, in this case, is correct.
Yes, you want somebody sure-footed.
Yes, you want somebody with the experience who, when the people look at them and say, yeah, that person, they could be president.
They have the experience, the temperament, the judgment, the bearing.
They handle themselves in such a way that they demonstrate that they could be president,
and they have some track record of success running a giant company or serving in public
office to prove it.
I think those are the criteria.
So I like J.D. Vance, but two years in the Senate, prior to that being a novelist, I
don't think that's going to pass muster in terms of the optics of who should be vice
president.
If you wanted a candidate who I think meets that criteria, I would look at former Congressman
Devin Nunes.
Here's a guy who's a California resident, 20 years in Congress, but never sells out
to the swamp, never becomes part of Kevin McCarthy's brigade, fiercely independent,
100 percent pro-Trump, one of Trump's earliest supporters in the Congress.
tested in the fire of the Russian collusion scandal and investigation, tested a In that entire battle, and proven a truth-teller and a winner.
Then he turns around and builds one of the great tech companies of all time.
But now that that company's gone public, Perhaps there's a higher and better service for Devin Nunes.
That's somebody I would look at.
Portuguese-American, very low-key, understands that this is a supporting role.
Vice presidents don't make news.
They support the boss.
Absolutely trustworthy.
Brings the judgment, the temperament, the experience it would take.
It's someone that I think should be considered.
owen shroyer
Quick break, we'll be right back with Roger Stone.
Always great to be with Roger Stone.
Really giving great analysis here on the Trump campaign.
Some prospects. Let's switch paths here and get into the Biden situation.
And I just, we have to bring this up, Roger.
You've had kids.
You have grandkids. We've all seen it.
Biden on the White House lawn.
Crouches his legs, does a little squat, does the face.
Did he do it, Roger?
Did he poop his pants in front of the media?
roger stone
It certainly appears that he did.
As you know, this is not the second time.
So when he went to visit the Pope, he had a scheduled appointment at the Vatican, and the Roman press, the Italian language press, Reported that he was three hours late and that he'd had a quote-unquote bathroom accident.
Now, if you look at the photographs of Biden departing the plane and entering his hotel area, he's wearing a two-piece suit with a jacket and the pants match.
When you see him after he's emerging from his meeting with the Pope, he still has on the same shirt and tie and suit jacket, but he is wearing a pair of pants that do not match the suit jacket, giving rise to I would say beyond rumor, sources in Italy who said that he crapped his pants.
Now, I've been told by somebody credible that one of the medications that they use to try to keep him alert may have the side effect of volcanic diarrhea, which may be what we're dealing with here.
owen shroyer
He should have had Roger Stone as his fashion advisor.
He would have known to have a second pair of matching pants so that he wouldn't have been caught with his pants down, per se, in that situation.
But I mean, look, they tried to rewrite the protocols for the White House along with the media because they obviously didn't want that moment to be captured on camera.
I guess that means it's getting really bad for Biden.
We've had presidents with health issues before, wheelchairs, other problems.
This has got to be by far the worst, though.
unidentified
It's got to be, Roger. Oh, and first of all, I agree with you.
roger stone
I think when you have a suit made, you have a suit with two pairs of pants.
That way, you can wear it for when you play golf in case you get a hole-in-one.
But the... The whole point you make is clear, which is Biden's deterioration is there for everybody to see.
If you work for Joe Biden, think how much time you will spend holding your breath, because you have no idea what the man may blurt out.
owen shroyer
Or what it smells like.
roger stone
Well, but also you see this cycle where there are some times when he seems to be nearly comatose, I mean just out of it, He's not up to the rigors of a campaign.
There's two possibilities here.
Are we going to have another pandemic that would allow them to hide him like they hit him in the last campaign?
You may not remember this, but in the early stages of the 2020 campaign, he was virtually getting into fistfights with people when he was visiting and doing campaign events.
Some guy correctly accused him of being in favor of We're good to go.
owen shroyer
You know, when he went on Howard Stern, Stern goes, oh, are you going to debate the president?
Well, wait a second. Since when is that even a question?
Presidential debates used to be a guarantee, at least three of them.
That's tradition. We always have presidential debates.
Now it's like up in the air.
It's like, well, is Biden even going to campaign?
Is Biden even going to do a debate?
How does this not have major political ramifications?
How is that not a bigger story?
roger stone
Well, first of all, I think the entire debate thing needs to be understood.
There's something called the Presidential Commission on Debates, which is not appointed by the president, is not a commission, and is not really about debate.
The League of Women Voters used to host the yearly events.
Those are the ones that say Reagan and Carter went to, but they no longer do so.
The Presidential Commission on Debates is headed by the Republican and Democratic national chairs as co-chairmen, and their goal is to keep all other voices out of the debate.
No independents like Robert Kennedy, no libertarians like Gary Johnson in 2012 or No Green Party candidates like Jill Stein in the last presidential election and presumably this one.
So this idea that there are automatically debates is not necessarily true.
Secondarily, their criteria is pegged to a poll performance.
So in order to qualify for their debate, Which they usually partner with some network to televise, but they host.
You have to reach a 15-point threshold in their criteria.
And they have to be three independent polls taken within a certain time frame with a certain sample size.
As Gary Johnson learned when he hit the 15, they have a meeting and they change it to 20 to keep you out of the debate.
The Republicans and the Democrats, the last thing they want is there to be other choices for the American people.
A poll in 2012 showed that 72% of Americans said that they wish there was a better choice for a president than the choices they had, which in 2012 I think would have been...
Romney and Obama, and there were choices.
Gary Johnson as the Libertarian Party candidate, Jill Stein as the Green Party candidate were on the ballot in more than enough states to win, theoretically, 270 electoral votes.
And Biden, to go directly to your question, is we both know he has no interest in We're good to go.
That any debate should include Jill Stein and the candidate of the Libertarian Party, a guy who's getting about 1% nationally because no one's ever heard of him.
But he could insist on the inclusion of those other candidates.
So I think you're going to go into long, detailed negotiations about debates.
But we both know that Joe Biden does not want to face a hard-charging Donald Trump in a debate.
owen shroyer
And neither do any of Biden's advisors or cabinet members or the DNC. All right, Roger, we got two minutes left.
Speaking of the DNC, what is it going to be like mid-August in Chicago?
Replacing Joe Biden, Democrat riots in the streets?
roger stone
What do you think? It's 1968 all over again, just as the Vietnam War split that party between its traditional liberals and its more radical, liberal, what we would today call progressive wings.
The Democratic Party is badly, badly split.
Muslim Americans, who were an important part of their constituency, their coalition, were unhappy.
It's clear that Biden is trying to accommodate them in every way possible, even to the point of betraying and hamstringing Israel.
Most Jewish voters are traditionally, habitually Democrats.
Trump is making small but incremental gains among those voters.
Yes, I think it's going to be a horrific fight.
If you saw the thousands of people outside Radio City Music Hall when they did that Weekend with Bernie thing where President Bill Clinton and President Barack Obama had to prop up President Joe Biden.
Those people outside were not, those weren't info warriors, you know?
Those weren't Trump supporters or Republicans.
Those were leftist Democrats who were protesting Joe Biden.
owen shroyer
Yeah, and I think it's only going to get worse.
They rejected their official request for an event, a rally or a protest that day got rejected.
That angered them more.
And now their rhetoric is even increasing at some of these events.
Okay, so we might see some violence there outside.
It's not going to be a good look. What about the fate of Biden?
Does he get replaced there or does he make it?
roger stone
Well, let's remember, Biden is going into Barack Obama and Michelle Obama's hometown where they control the entire local and state political mechanism.
I think that there'll be pressure on Biden to step aside.
I still think that he could do so right up to the days before the convention.
Not resign as president, but say that he's not well enough to, despite the great success of his programs, not well enough to proceed.
Therefore, he's not going to run again.
Throwing the convention wide open to drafting a candidate at that point, I still believe the person they will want to draft is Michelle Obama.
owen shroyer
There it is! All right, he said it first, folks.
Don't let anybody else take credit.
Roger Stone said it first.
Thank you so much, Roger. Always great to be joined by you.
