Owen Shroyer and Jesse Lee Peterson dissect the "Fck Joe Biden" college protest chants, framing it as left-right unity against perceived anti-free speech policies like a bill criminalizing biblical references to Jews. They critique Netanyahu’s Rafa invasion push, despite UNICEF warnings of 600,000 child casualties, and Turkey’s trade halt amid geopolitical tensions. Shroyer’s legal fight over election integrity claims—backed by Lexis Anderson—challenges First Amendment violations in sentencing, while Peterson warns of "outside agitators" and foreign-born officials like Ilhan Omar undermining America. The episode ties protests to broader fears of liberal decline, concluding with a push for supplements like Survival Shield X3 as tools for resistance against systemic attacks on conservative voices. Trying to connect all the dots on this bill has been insane.
But we're going to try to do it today for you.
On this Thursday, May 2, 2024 edition of the InfoWars War Room brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
We have 187 days till the presidential election.
And there's no doubt...
That all of this college protesting and the standoffs versus police and everything else is benefiting Republicans big time.
That is undeniable.
That is undoubtable.
But the backlash now that we see from the Republicans who are owned by these foreign nations and owned by these lobbyists.
I mean, the biggest story...
In the last 24 hours was this anti-Semitism bill.
Just totally undeniable.
And so it's scratch your head over the top ridiculous.
It's almost like I can't even take this deal at face value because it's that absurd.
Is it meant to drum up more anti-Semitism?
Is the Israeli lobby afraid because they're losing the narrative?
They're losing their grip?
And so this is like a last-ditch effort to try to rein it back in?
Then Elon Musk announces today that Nick Fuentes is coming back to X? That's probably an outlier, but okay.
Obviously banned because they call him an anti-Semite.
Oh, yeah, but see, you're not allowed to criticize Israel.
So it's almost like Musk is pushing back.
And I'll tell you, because there's some things we know behind the scenes, a lot of what Musk's...
I wouldn't say he's a full-blown reactionary, but a lot of what Musk is doing right now is kind of just a pushback or a response to something else.
So when he sees...
Frivolous lawsuits, or he sees deep state activity going after someone or a politician or a talk show host, he says, oh, okay, well, maybe I'll platform that politician or talk show host.
They also happen to go after Elon Musk.
So maybe he sees this anti-Semitism bill.
I don't think he really commented anything on it.
But see, that's the thing. He doesn't outright comment about Trump.
He doesn't necessarily outright make comments about maybe other talk show hosts that might be near around here.
But oh, he re-platforms them.
So it's like, well, Musk isn't really saying anything about the anti-Semite bill, but oh, here, here's Nick Fuentes back on my platform then.
So that's kind of the passive, nuanced way of Musk responding to a lot of this stuff
without having to make anything too public or aggressive in his stances.
But this has been the biggest story in the last 24 hours.
The pushback is crazy.
And Mike Johnson, you've got all these stories talking about how he's like the lowest approved Speaker of the House, lower than McCarthy.
He's done that to himself.
He's really getting more of a tongue lashing from House Republicans than McCarthy ever got.
And rightfully so. So it's even fair to say he's worse than McCarthy at this point.
And there's a 51% chance, I would say right now, I would say the odds are there's going to be a motion to vacate next week.
I'm not sure they have decided or not.
They haven't really fully tipped their hand.
The biggest reveal would have been that press conference we aired yesterday with Marjorie Taylor Greene and Thomas Massey, but you noticed it was only them two.
So, I mean, they could motion to vacate.
The logic is there.
What difference does it make if it's a Speaker Johnson or a Speaker Jeffries?
I mean, really, what difference does it make?
But I could also understand the logic of not wanting to do it just for the sake of pure politics and power.
Just to say, well, we're just going to keep a Republican speaker.
But I don't even think that's the correct approach.
The correct approach... And the problem with this approach is that Mike Johnson is the speaker.
So, you know, that's kind of the big cog in the wheels of success here for the Republican Party is Mike Johnson now.
He's a complete disaster.
And so what you would do, and maybe someone else can kind of just take political leadership from Mike Johnson, but the problem is the Republican Party is corrupt.
They were like... 20 Republicans that voted against the anti-free speech, anti-Christian bill.
And I think it was 70 Democrats.
So the Republicans are corrupted.
So they're not going to rally behind new leadership.
They're not going to rally behind America First politics and policy.
It's just not going to happen.
It's a small faction, like the Freedom Caucus, that's going to have to lead this.
And it's going to have to be a minority leadership.
But maybe you just take the measurement and say that's fine because really that's the populist movement.
That's the common sense movement.
That's the future of the Republican Party.
And so maybe you just make the decision if you're green and Massey and you just prepare yourself and you say, well, forget about even the speaker.
What's the purpose of even protecting the Republican Party at this point?
When they sign and pass anti-free speech bills, they're too afraid to say the election was stolen from Trump with all the evidence.
They're too afraid to speak out against the political imprisonment of January 6 political prisoners.
They're worthless. So it's like, well, why would I even care to protect the Republican Party?
I mean, I'll run as a Republican.
But... These people are irrelevant now.
They might as well be Democrats.
But if you're gonna vacate Speaker McCarthy and you're gonna take this minority leadership role and fight this uphill battle against the swamp out of the House, you better be prepared for information warfare.
You better be prepared for narrative warfare.
And when they come out and say, look, the Republicans are in a state of chaos.
Look, the Republicans are causing chaos in D.C. Or, look, the Republicans want to shut down government, something other.
You have to be ready to go on the offense, not play defense, go on the offense and say, no, you're damn right we're causing chaos in D.C. D.C. is causing chaos in this country.
You're damn right we're overturning the tables in Congress.
And going against the Republican Party from within, because they're corrupt, they've sold you out, they're worthless at this point.
So if you're going to make that play, you have to go all in, all chips on the table.
Maybe that's what Green and Massey decide to do, and should they make that move, I'm sure there'll be other Republicans that back them, but it will be a minority number in the Republican, barely majority House.
And the Senate will likely just remain quiet on it.
But here's the point.
Why is Mike Johnson's approval rating so low?
Why was the anti-Semitism bill the number one story in the last 24 hours?
And it's mostly conservatives.
It's mostly Republican-leaning commentators that are replying to it, even though more Democrats voted against it than Republicans.
Because the America First takeover of the Republican Party has already happened.
It just is not being represented in D.C. The populist, common sense takeover of the Republican Party has already laid the roots.
The grassroots are there.
It's a whole field. It's ready to go.
We just don't have representation in D.C. They took Trump out.
And now we're dealing with Mike Johnson as the House leadership.
And of course, Mitch McConnell will be gone in the next session, so we won't be dealing with that anymore.
So, you can go all in on that, and you can be victorious, but it's not going to be easy.
It's not going to be easy.
But it's possible.
It is definitely possible.
Now, It's so bad.
It's so bad.
You have Republicans calling out Johnson left and right, and he's lying, or misrepresenting himself, whatever you want to say, to House Republicans because...
Yet again, today on the floor of the House of Representatives, we had another show vote to make people feel good about themselves by passing a bill that says anti-Semitism in the title.
That's what happened. And it was put on the floor by Republican leadership.
And it was put on the floor by Republican leadership despite knowing that it was pulled from going through committee.
We didn't have a chance to amend it.
We didn't have a chance to discuss it, to debate it.
We didn't have a hearing on it.
It was jammed through to take advantage of this political moment while all of these horrific things are going around the country.
Republican leadership wanted to score political points so they moved through legislation without the kind of deliberation debate that is supposed to be carried out by the people in this chamber.
As a result, today, A significant number of my Republican colleagues, including myself, voted no.
As a result, we will be accused of, I don't know, being for anti-Semitic behavior, being accused by our friends and allies of not wanting to support Israel, supporting our Jewish American colleagues and friends, constituents, fellow Americans.
Nothing can be further from the truth, but that's what will happen.
And it'll happen because we dare to stand up and say, we don't believe in thought police.
We don't believe that a bill should be brought to the floor of the United States House of Representatives, having not gone through committee, that has a reference in it to international organizations' definitions, literally in the statute, And then taking that international organization's definition, and then literally in the statute, representing and referencing the examples of anti-Semitic behavior.
Now, I find the vast majority of the things that were listed in that to be horrific activity, most likely, if not certainly anti-Semitic, at least in most contexts, some of them are problematic.
In totality, they certainly raise First Amendment concerns.
They certainly raise concerns about something that I've opposed, to the best of my knowledge and ability, reading from pieces of legislation at every turn and every vote, to oppose the whole notion of hate speech, hate crimes, thought police, thought crimes, putting the government into your head and your motivations when you're engaged in criminal behavior.
Criminal behavior is criminal behavior.
Violating people's civil rights is violating people's civil rights.
But when we want to insert the government into what you're thinking and what motivates you, you are empowering that which should never be empowered.
The ability of the government to police thought, to police speech, to police your views.
Now let me try to explain something here quickly as possible.
While we begin our game of how much money do they get from AIPAC. And I want to be clear, I'm not excusing anybody from this.
I'm just explaining you what's going on.
Anybody hesitant to cover this, specifically in Congress, but also in media, is taking a lot of money from Israel groups, Israel lobbyists, and Jewish groups and Zionist groups.
That's just a fact.
It could be Jewish people that fund their shows.
Let's just take that for what it is.
Don't even assume it's a bad thing.
I'm just saying that's why people are hesitant to do this.
Follow the money.
Now, I will say, and I predicted this yesterday, it will be Jewish lawyers that take this to the Supreme Court.
And, I mean, I'm already hearing from Jewish Americans how absurd this bill is and they don't even support it.
So, it's likely this thing is going to fail anyway at the Supreme Court.
But it'll pass in Congress.
Biden will sign it. So, okay, so we start, how much money has Mike Johnson been paid by APAC? $95,000.
$95,000.
So we'll continue with this theme, and we'll continue with this game, and it won't be hard.
It won't be hard.
But there you go.
Oh, and $104,000 last year.
So follow the money here, folks.
Follow the money.
Not that difficult.
But that's why you see this fear.
That's why you have this hesitation.
They don't want that money to be cut off.
And they're afraid it will be.
Now, we don't have to worry about that.
We're independent. We get funded by our audience.
So if our audience likes us and supports us because we tell the truth, then so it is.
We don't have to worry about lobbying groups or international groups or these groups or that groups.
So specifically with media, we don't have to worry about that.
Other people in media do. So I'm not excusing the hesitation.
I'm just explaining. That's why you may see people in media so afraid to cover this or talk about this.
They don't want their money cut off.
Now, here's Mike Lawler, who wrote the bill, bragging outside the Capitol about it getting passed in, well, supposedly wrote the bill.
Here's him bragging about getting it passed in clip 11.
unidentified
Hey everyone, it's Congressman Mike Lawler.
I just want to say how proud I am that my bill, the Anti-Semitism Awareness Act, just passed the House of Representatives 320 votes to 91.
This bill has broad bipartisan support and will begin the process of cracking down on the anti-Semitism that we've seen run rampant On college campuses all across America.
This is a big day and a big win.
Now we've got to get it through the Senate and signed into law.
I look forward to working to get this across the finish line.
How much has Mike Lawler been paid by APAC? And by the way, that's just one group.
It's like the biggest group.
There's other... Israel lobbyists that have money too.
But APAC is the big one.
That's kind of the big tell. So we'll play the game.
I mean, you want to place bets, you know, over-unders?
I mean, we could really go far with this.
How much money has Mike Lawler gotten from APAC? But think about what he says there.
Oh, bipartisan support.
We're so proud.
Stop the anti-Semitism on college campuses.
Well... What you're insinuating here, because notice how he didn't say crime.
He didn't say crime.
So we're not talking about people blockading buildings or locking themselves in buildings or keeping janitors hostage or blocking roads or assaulting police officers.
He didn't say crime.
Notice how he didn't say crime.
He said anti-Semitism.
So what is that? That's waving a Palestinian flag.
Having a protest that questions Israel's actions in the Gaza Strip.
That's what they consider antisemitism.
That's what they want to ban.
And that's why these huge groups like AIPAC buy these politicians so that any criticism or public protest of Israel, even if it's legal and lawful and peaceful, is considered a crime now.
And that's what we have.
So we're trying to look into the APAC donations.
Could it be that Lawler didn't get any APAC donations?
That couldn't even be possible.
We haven't found it yet.
The crew will keep digging. Oh, we do?
Oh, there it is. Over under $116,000.
Must be nice, Mike.
Must be nice.
And you see, we get an idea of where this money goes.
You look at Ronna McDaniel. They just go out to five-star restaurants.
They stay in the fanciest hotels.
They probably buy fancy suits, and they just say it's all for work money.
So they basically just get everything paid for with their donation money.
And, you know, maybe the issue here to get to the root cause is to...
Write laws against lobbying and write laws against these political donations.
And maybe you just say it's only for individuals to donate.
And you can't have groups donate.
You can't have companies donate.
But that's like maybe the down-the-road issue to deal with this.
Right now we're playing the game of how much have they been paid by AIPAC. And you're seeing that list on the screen.
Now here's what's going to be interesting.
As we're about to go to break and we'll come back and get more into the text of this bill...
What's going to be interesting is what happens in the Senate.
Now, I do expect it to pass, but the Democrats are desperate for a win.
And they will act unilaterally with whatever Chuck Schumer tells them to do.
You had 70 Democrats in the House vote against this.
So there is a wedge.
So... Schumer could shoot for a raw political victory here to try to steal this from the Republicans.
Because if they pass this bill and Biden signs it, folks, I mean, they are in huge trouble politically.
Huge. They're already lining up to have these protests outside of the Democrat convention in Chicago in August.
If Schumer and Biden pass and sign this bill...
I mean, they're going to riot.
And the F Joe Biden chants are now going to come from the left as well.
Now, but what we've learned is most of these politicians don't even think strategically.
They just think about power and money.
So it's going to be interesting to see what happens to the Senate.
I would still bet it passes.
But maybe the Democrats try to play a weird curveball here.
Alright, let's get back into the text from this bill and dig a little deeper here.
And then more insanity from the Republicans on this.
Matt Gaetz explaining why he voted against the bill.
Anti-Semitism is wrong, but this legislation is written without regard for the Constitution, common sense, or even the common understanding of the meaning of words.
The Gospel itself would meet the definition of anti-Semitism under the terms of this bill.
The bill says the definition of anti-Semitism includes contemporary examples of anti-Semitism identified by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance One of these examples includes claiming of Jews killing Jesus.
The Bible is clear. There is no myth or controversy on this.
Therefore, I will not support this bill.
Now, we'll go back into the text here, but he shared some Bible verses.
And it's funny, you know, unintentionally with this bill, the Bible is now going viral on Twitter, maybe more so than ever.
Am I about to commit future thought crime here by reading the New Testament?
Acts 4.10 Be it known to you all and to all the people of Israel that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by him this man is standing before you.
Well, is that a crime?
Did I just commit a crime by citing the Bible?
Acts 4 10 Be it known to you all and to all the people of Israel that
by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth Whom you crucified?
Another one one Thessalonians 2 14 through 16 for you brethren
Became imitators of the churches of God in Christ Jesus which are in Judea
For you suffered the same things from your own countrymen as they did from the Jews
who killed both the Lord Jesus and the prophets and drove us out and displeased God and opposed all men by hindering
us from Speaking to the Gentiles that they may be saved. So as
always to fill up the measure of their sins For you suffered the same things from your own countrymen
as they did from the Jews who killed both the Lord Jesus and the prophets
So they want to ban that.
They want that to be illegal now.
Acts 3, 14-15 You denied the Holy and Righteous One and asked for a murderer to be granted to you and killed the author of life whom God raised from the dead.
To this we are witnesses.
So, three of those, those three verses were shared by Matt Gaetz.
Dozens of them being shared all over the internet.
I don't even want to get into...
You could do a deep dive into the history of this.
Why the Jews crucified Jesus.
Why Jesus came.
You could date the Holy War back, going thousands of years.
You could date the religious beliefs of Jewish people going back thousands of years and explain that with modern history and recent history and ancient history.
I'm not going to get into all that today.
But it's like that's what they're drumming up.
It's the old myth that's true though.
History repeats itself. So here's more of the text.
To provide the consideration of a definition of anti-Semitism set forth by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance.
Never forget. And that's an international body now overtaking our Constitution.
For the enforcement of federal anti-discrimination laws concerning educational programs or activities and for other purposes.
So other purposes, just whatever they want.
So in other words, you can't go out on the streets...
And read the Bible, or share the Bible, or have any criticism of Israel.
That will be considered anti-Semitism.
And it goes on, but we already read from that other text.
So let's go back to the crazy part of it.
That we started to get into yesterday, and we already had other scheduled guests and interviews and stuff, so we just...
And we're just like shell-shocked at this.
But again, Marjorie Taylor Greene explaining why she didn't pass or vote for the bill.
And so this is the definitions and examples adopted by the bill.
And I mean, this is truly hilarious.
This is so crazy and hilarious.
And it's specific.
It's very specific in its presentation.
In that you can tell, what is this really addressing?
And why is it the Republicans that are behind this more than the Democrats?
The Democrats have been anti-Israel for some time.
There's been an anti-Israel wing of the Democrats for some time.
And they have the whole squad in there that's anti-Israel.
But why is this coming up now?
Why is this a big thing now?
And the Democrats always use these issues as political footballs and political leverage.
The reason why this is coming up now is because the criticism of Israel from what I would call the new right.
And all the phrasing and the words and the terminologies and the examples that they use in the text here are all things that are pop culture now for this kind of Gen Z, Zoomer, right-wing Trump supporters that Where Israel is a big issue.
And so they've specifically noticed these things, these trends, and that's what they're trying to stamp out here.
The examples are too specific.
The words are too specific.
And I know exactly what they're getting at.
See, this isn't about anti-Semitism.
This is about...
Politics in America, this is about a changing landscape.
This is about a changing approach.
This is about Americans realizing that they've had their future sold out.
They've had their ancestors betrayed.
Their Congress is up for sale.
They have to fund and support all these wars while their country collapses.
We have to build border walls on other country while ours is wide open.
I mean, I can just go on and on and on.
So that's the point, is that the old days of the corrupt Washington, D.C. establishment can just do whatever the hell it wants, get away with whatever the hell it wants, and the average American just kind of gets over it.
Those days are done.
They're gone. It's a thing of the past.
So we're looking into who funds congressmen and women.
We're looking into who funds the media.
We're looking into the things that will get you censored.
We're looking into the things that will get you promoted with the establishment.
And so it just so happens that there's a massive group in this new right, this young right, that doesn't like Israel running our foreign policy, that doesn't like all the Israel lobbying that goes on in Washington, D.C., And so that's what this is about.
Traditionally, and you can call it boomer conservatism, whatever you want, but traditionally the right wing has always been pro-Israel.
You can see that that still exists in a lot of commentary.
It's kind of a generational thing, but it's dying out.
It's old hat.
The gig is up.
So I'm going to read directly from this text, but understand that.
That's what this is really about now.
This isn't even about these protests, folks.
That's just like the perfect backdrop.
This bill was originally written in October of last year.
Did you know that? This bill was originally written in October of last year.
So this is all about Israel and its influence on our foreign policy and its influence in Washington, D.C. And the fact that there's a fair criticism and conversation happening right now about Israel's influence in our Congress, in our politicians, in our foreign policy, and in our media.
And that's what this is really about.
The backdrop of the protests is the perfect distraction.
Now, I say tread lightly on all of this.
Because you can't really take anything at face value these days.
So I look at this bill, and I'm about to read the text, and how ridiculous it is.
I mean, blatantly anti-First Amendment, blatantly anti-Christian.
It's so over the top.
That I almost can't even believe it.
I mean, it's so over the top.
It's almost like it's meant to cause this drastic reaction.
That's how ridiculous it is.
So it's like, is it meant to do that?
Or is this really the point of narrative control that we're at?
I don't see it going either.
It's got to be one of those two paths.
For my thoughts, it's one of those two paths.
It's either... The narrative control is like red alert, red alert, narrative control, narrative control, shut it down.
Or it's like this is meant to create anti-Semitism and then say, see, I told you so.
I mean, that's how crazy it is.
But see, what's looming in the backdrop here, and this is the big issue, because how many people have died at these college protests?
None. And we got a ton of footage that will play from these protests coming up.
It's goofball land.
But if there's a terror attack in this country, then that will be deadly.
And so my biggest fear now is with the open border, you're going to have terror cells get in, and it's the perfect excuse.
And you're going to have terror cells get in, and it could be any group.
I mean, it could be you name the group, but...
It'll be Islamic jihadists, you know, God forbid they attack a synagogue, and then it'll be, see, we have to sign this bill.
See, anti-Semitism is a problem.
See, see, see, see.
So that's what I have as the biggest fear now.
And with the FBI already saying that it's the biggest terror threat level, And with what is essentially the centuries-old holy war of Jews versus Muslims or Israel versus the Arab world now right here smack dab in your front yard, in your backyard, in your kitchen, it's just like this has all been building to that.
So, I mean, God forbid that happens.
That's where I'm afraid this goes.
Here's the text from the bill.
Anti-Semitism is a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred towards Jews.
Or maybe expressed, so it could just be criticism of Israel.
Rhetorical and physical manifestations of anti-Semitism are directed towards Jewish or non-Jewish individuals and or their property, their property, towards Jewish community institutions and religious facilities.
So you see, it's almost like they're pointing in two directions here, like, oh, violence against Jews.
Oh, criticism is visual.
Contemporary examples of anti-Semitism in public life, the media, schools, the workplace, and in the religious sphere could, taking into account the overall context, include, but not limited to, calling for, aiding, or justifying the killing or harming of Jews in the name of a radical ideology or an extremist view of religion.
I mean, folks, that's it right there.
That's saying radical Islam wants to kill us.
I mean, that's what that number one says.
Number two. Making mendacious, dehumanizing, demonizing, or stereotypical allegations about Jews, such as the power of Jews as a collective, as literally you have all these bills now.
I mean, no other group gets protected.
No other group gets protected with actual legislation like Jews.
And it's like, again, people make this their number one issue, and people make Israel their number one issue.
But so now, it's like...
So you say you can't criticize Jews as a collective, but now Jews as a collective are going to assert their dominance over you, but you can't say so.
I mean, it's just insane. Such as, especially, but not exclusively, the myth about a world Jewish conspiracy or of Jews controlling the media, economy, government, and other societal institutions.
So here you have bills being promoted by media and the government...
Saying you cannot criticize Jews, but also we're running these bills and making sure everybody votes for these bills and we're funding everybody that writes them and votes for them and the media that promotes them, but you can't say we run everything because we don't run everything, even though this bill proves we do run everything.
That's what I'm saying. This is so ridiculous, you can't even believe it.
Accusing Jews as a people...
Of being responsible for real or imagined wrongdoing committed by a single Jewish person or group or even for acts committed by non-Jews.
What does that even mean?
Denying the fact, scope mechanisms like gas chambers or intentionality of the genocide of the Jewish people at the hands of the National Socialist Germany, Nazi Germany, the National Socialists and its supporters, And accomplices during World War II, the Holocaust. So, I'm not going to spend a bunch of time on this.
One of the big things, you can call them Holocaust deniters or whatever you want.
One of the big things they talk about are the wooden doors and the gas chambers.
And they say, how can you have gas chambers with wooden doors that wouldn't be airtight?
So, why would they put that in there?
I'm telling you, this tells me it's narrative control.
Accusing the Jews as a people or Israel as a state of inventing or exaggerating the Holocaust.
Again, that's a big talking point of, say, the anti-Israel right.
That's like the number one thing they attack Fuentes for, who gets his account back today.
That's Elon Musk's passive-aggressive pushback against this bill.
He won't say anything, but giving Fuentes the account back, that's his response.
Accusing Jewish citizens of being more loyal to Israel or to the alleged priorities of Jews worldwide than to the interests of their own nations, a.k.a.
America. So yeah, they're just waving Israeli flags.
They just, I mean, they wave Ukrainian flags too.
I mean, it's not just Israel. It's the highest bidder.
They just take all the money from Israel.
They let Israel control the foreign policy.
But, oh, no, no, no, no.
You can't say we care about Israel more than America.
I mean, people like Ben Shapiro go on air.
They don't even hide it. People like Mark Levin go on air.
They don't even hide it. So that's not even a conspiracy theory.
And again, I don't have any problem.
You want to be a Jewish nationalist?
No problem. You want to be a Zionist?
I don't have any problem. You don't get to control our country.
This is America. You don't get to write bills that ban free speech in the Bible.
This is a Christian nation.
So, oh, you can't say we're not, you can't say we're Israel first.
You can't say that. Again, and that's like a big talking point.
That's like a trend. That's like a hashtag is Israel first.
So again, this is all narrative control.
Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination by claiming the existence of a state of Israel is a racist endeavor.
So this is kind of a very fringe take that Israel shouldn't even exist.
That's fringe, but it's out there.
So I guess that's the direct response to this.
No, I think Israel should exist.
It's the Jewish state. You should have a two-state solution, but I mean, good luck.
They can't get it done. For thousands of years, they can't find peace.
Not my frickin' problem.
If you can't find peace for thousands of years, I think you're the damn problem.
So figure it out yourself.
Battle it out to the death.
We don't want it here in America.
Not our problem. But see, but then they make it our problem.
And then they say, but no, we're not Israel first.
Applying double standards, this whole thing is a double standard.
Applying double standards by requiring of it a behavior not expected or demanded of any other democratic nation.
Nobody could get away with what Israel is doing in the Gaza Strip.
Except them. So this whole thing is about a double standard.
You can't criticize any group you want except Israel and Jews.
There's no other bill that says you can't criticize Muslims or black people or white people.
I can criticize anybody I want, but then they write this bill.
Oh, but no double standards.
The whole thing is a double standard.
This is the epitome of a double standard.
Using the symbols and images associated with classic anti-Semitism, like that the Jews killed Jesus.
So, a crucifix is illegal.
Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.
What, like forced vaccines?
What is that? So, oh, hey, we're not the Nazis.
No, no. Holding Jews collectively responsible for actions of the state of Israel.
Well, I don't see that at all. But so that's just basically Israel saying, yeah, we're about to go completely crazy, bomb Rafa and do all this thing, so don't hold the average Jewish person responsible.
Nobody's doing that. Well, I guess maybe some people are doing that, maybe these college liberals, but they don't even know what's going on.
So this is clearly narrative control.
This is clearly narrative control.
So there you go. There's the text of the bill.
It's totally outrageous.
Everybody knows it. But is this meant to drum up more anti-Semitism to play the victim again?
And then next big attack, claim biggest victims of all time?
Or is this truly just genuine narrative control?
No, we don't hold Jews responsible for what Israel does.
I've been very clear about this.
That's like claiming because I criticize Joe Biden or the United States government that I'm not patriotic.
No, I am an American patriot.
That's why I criticize my government.
And by the way, Netanyahu gets protested in Israel.
He barely even won re-election.
I got Jewish people reaching out to me saying, yeah, I agree with your take.
I got regular guests that come on that are Jewish that I agree with on a lot of things.
We might disagree with something. But so it's this thing that's like, oh, all the Jews get blamed because Israel is doing a genocide.
It's like, no, that's not how this goes.
So it's just all projection.
It's all narrative control. Now, Congresswoman Sarah Jacobs, who I have massive respect for here, she was one of the Republicans that voted against this.
I'm assuming she's a Republican.
Guys, if I'm wrong, let me know.
But nonetheless, this is one of the representatives that voted against this.
Now, this is unintentional humor, and I'm sorry, Sarah.
You know, I'm not trying to disrespect you, but you made this public statement.
I'm going to read it. This is...
This is actually hilarious, okay?
So I respect you, Congresswoman.
You have the right take.
But I'm going to read your public statement here because this is truly hilarious.
Okay, she's a Democrat. She's a Democrat.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. So unintentional humor from Democrat representative out of California, Sarah Jacobs, who voted against the bill, H.R. 69.
HR 69, Rabbi Shumley Buttplug.
As a Jewish woman, I've experienced anti-Semitism all my life.
I've been called a kike while I was waiting for a drink at a bar when I was at college.
I've heard too many jokes to count about my frizzy hair and my big nose.
I remember my classmates who thought it was funny to say people were being Jewed when someone was being frugal.
Sorry. I know the hatred and ignorance that lie behind all these comments and how they can quickly escalate into violence.
Oh, and I'm deeply concerned about the rise of anti-Semitism in San Diego and across the country.
Let me just pause real quick and respond to that.
I grew up in a Catholic area, a Christian Catholic area of St.
Louis. I went to a Catholic preschool and grade school.
And I didn't even, I mean, I didn't even hear anti-Semitic jokes or even, I didn't know much about Jewish culture.
I mean, we had Jewish friends. But until high school, because a neighboring community was very Jewish.
And then I started hanging out with some Jewish kids and going to parties with Jewish kids.
And the first time I ever heard anti-Semitic jokes or tropes was from Jewish people.
And it was funny.
So it's like this whole thing is just crazy to me.
So I'm not going to be part of the division, but I mean, come on.
I can't have any jokes about my frizzy hair and my big nose.
Sarah, your nose is not that big.
Anyway, back to the statement.
But I do not believe that anti-Zionism is inherently anti-Semitism.
I support Israel's rise to exist, but I also know many people who question whether Israel should exist as a Jewish state who are deeply connected to their Judaism.
Here's the thing. This shouldn't even be about Israel.
This should be about the First Amendment and freedom of religion.
So it's like this obsession over Israel.
It's just non-stop.
Israel has more gravity than the earth.
No, you reject the bill because it's anti-First Amendment, anti-free speech, anti-freedom of religion and expression.
I mean, that's the rejection.
Say whatever you want about Israel.
You love it, you hate it, that's not the point.
This is anti-First Amendment to a T. Sarah, I don't think Sarah's nose is that big or hair is that frizzy.
So anybody, Sarah, anybody making that comment towards you is just lying.
Today I voted against H.R. 69 Shumley Buttplug because it fails to effectively address the very real rise of anti-Semitism, all while defunding colleges and universities across the country and pushing them, the protesters who speak out against Israelis' military conduct.
So she gets into the war. And then she gets into the first minute, last thing she says.
But look, I'm up against a break here.
I don't want to try to force this out.
But, well, I'll explain why the Democrats have such an issue with this.
unidentified
I don't have to tell you things are bad.
Everybody knows things are bad.
It's a depression. Everybody's out of work or scared of losing their job.
The dollar buys a nickel's worth.
Banks are going bust.
Shopkeepers keep a gun under the counter.
Punks are running wild in the street and there's nobody anywhere who seems to know what to do and there's no end to it.
We know the air is unfit to breathe and our food is unfit to eat.
We sit watching our TVs while some local newscaster tells us that today we had 15 homicides and 63 violent crimes as if that's the way it's supposed to be.
We know things are bad, worse than bad.
They're crazy. It's like everything everywhere is going crazy, so we don't go out anymore.
We sit in the house, and slowly the world we're living in is getting smaller, and all we say is, please, at least leave us alone in our living rooms.
Let me have my toaster and my TV and my steel-belted radios, and I won't say anything.
Just leave us alone. Well, I'm not going to leave you alone.
And they just talk about foreign policy and geopolitics and foreign interventions and regime changes and proxy wars and spy groups.
And they say, oh, that's anti-Semitic.
And then they act like, oh, no, no, no, we don't...
Oh, no, it's the right that's anti-Semitic, not the left.
But then what do they do now that they have this, obviously, college liberals...
Phenomenon of protesting against Israel.
See, notice how, and we can start getting into this now.
They really can't even explain what's going on.
It's turned into anti-police.
It's gone down the same path as these Antifa protests and riots.
So, it almost doesn't even matter.
You can't even really talk about Israel or Palestine here.
They don't even know what's going on.
But so that's what the Democrats are going to try to do, but they have a problem because they can't deny that it's their people protesting.
It's undeniable and everybody knows it.
And that's why so many people on the right wing buy into this left-right paradigm because they just look at it from a raw political view or many on the right are just controlled by, oh, I'm just going to oppose the left at all costs.
So, I mean, first of all, that's a dumb approach to anything.
So, oh, I oppose the left at all costs.
So if the left says, you know, I think a beach is beautiful, you're going to say, I think a beach is ugly.
So obviously that's a stupid approach to take.
But nonetheless, that's the approach of many conservatives now.
And so they just go at it from a raw political perspective.
And they just say, oh, well, look, these are liberals.
These are Democrats. So don't even really talk about Israel or don't even talk about what's going on in the Gaza Strip.
Don't even talk about the October 7th stand-down.
Just say, oh, look at the anti-Semitic Democrats.
So that's just what we talked about yesterday.
That's what's building up to these massive protests that will probably turn into riots in Chicago.
During the Democrat convention and who knows, it could happen before then too.
So it's like that's either going to be the kickoff point or that's going to kind of be the closing point ahead of, who knows, maybe a terror attack because of the open border.
But that's why to see what the Democrats do with this bill in Congress is going to be interesting.
Because they need a political victory badly and...
I don't know.
It's just crazy.
Let's try to finish up with the rest of this here.
By the way, ActBlue, the Democrat Party, is funneling funds to themselves.
Go figure. Robbie Starbuck reporting, ActBlue is getting a cut of the money that's being sent to fund the college encampments in protest.
After they get their cut, they use it to boost Democrat candidates.
So these encampments are literally helping fund Democrat election efforts.
That's what they do with everything. That's what they do with the pro-life Planned Parenthood money.
They just funnel it right back to themselves.
It's all money laundering.
The Democrats are great at it.
Give them credit. Tom Cotton.
Who I like. Usually does well.
But this commentary is absurd.
So we'll play another game.
We'll play the same game.
How much money does Tom Cotton get from APAC? You want to start your over-unders?
We'll start at $130,000.
Post this comment. These little Gazas are disgusting cesspools of anti-Semitic hate.
Oh, you're an anti-Semitic! You're an anti-Semitic!
These little Gazas.
Little Gazas, he said.
Are disgusting cesspools of anti-Semitic hate full of pro-Hamas sympathizers?
We're here to discuss the little Gazas that have risen up on campuses across America and the liberal college administrators and politicians who refuse to restore law and order and to protect other students.
These little Gazas are disgusting cesspools of anti-Semitic hate.
There's John Cornyn behind him. Pro-Hamas sympathizers, fanatics, and freaks.
The terrorist sympathizers in these little Gazas aren't peacefully protesting.
None of these little Gazas should have been allowed to remain.
They are disgusting, successful, anti-Semitic hate, full of pro-Hamas sympathizers, fanatics, and freaks that have been insulting your students around the country, that have been blocking their paths going to classrooms, that have been telling them to go back to their real home, painting swastikas on campuses.
It has no place in America.
And it's the fault of liberal college administrators and liberal politicians that it was tolerated for this long in the first place.
Let's go to some comments from the White House here.
Let's go to Karine Jean Pierre responding to the both sides narrative that they criticized Trump for, but now the media is noticing that this is what Biden is trying to do in clip five.
unidentified
You mentioned that the president is taking questions on this.
Again, respectfully, he has.
And he did take a question where he said he condemns those who don't understand what's going on with the Palestinians.
I know you've been asked about that.
But since you brought up Charlottesville, what do you say to those critics who say that he is trying to have it both ways, that he's essentially trying to talk about both anti-Semitism and what's going on with the Palestinians?
And so they're like, well, wait a second. You guys kept condemning Trump for the both sides thing.
But now it's Biden actually playing both sides.
And that's the White House press that is commenting on that.
Now, we have more from KGP. But, okay, so after days in the tank...
After days in the iron lung, after days in the cryo chamber, they pull Biden out and he makes a big statement.
Oh yeah, well of course, who's received millions of dollars from APEC. This is after they hide him from the press.
Yeah, go ahead and roll that.
So normally what they do, and we've covered this, the president walks out.
By himself, to Marine One.
He addresses the press. They get access.
Of course, Biden didn't talk to the press, but they get access and they're there.
Well, now they don't even let you see Biden.
Now they board Biden on the plane before you're even allowed to record.
Before the media is even allowed access, they have Biden boarded on the plane.
So now it's just total blackout on Biden.
But okay, after weeks of not saying anything about this protest, Biden is finally able to crawl out of the cryo tank.
And so certainly this is going to be a very long press conference.
Certainly this is going to be a very long statement addressing this with questions afterwards at least 30 minutes, maybe an hour, considering how big this is.
...or to denying the rights of others so students can finish the semester and their college education.
It's basically a matter of fairness.
It's a matter of what's right.
There's the right to protest, but not the right to cause chaos.
People have the right to get an education, the right to get a degree, the right to walk across the campus safely without fear of being attacked.
But let's be clear about this as well.
There should be no place on any campus, no place in America, for anti-Semitism or threats of violence against Jewish students.
There is no place for hate speech or violence of any kind, whether it's anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, or discrimination against Arab Americans or Palestinian Americans.
It's simply wrong.
There's no place for racism in America.
He's not playing both sides. It's all wrong.
It's un-American. I understand people have strong feelings and deep convictions.
In America, we respect the right and protect the right for them to express that.
But it doesn't mean anything goes.
It needs to be done without violence, without destruction, without hate, and within the law.
You know, make no mistake.
As president, I will always defend free speech.
I will always be just as strong as standing up for the rule of law.
That's my responsibility to you, the American people, and my obligation to the Constitution.
So, the U.S. government funds Israel's war against Palestine.
It displaces hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people, causes them to be refugees, and then they're going to move them to the United States of America.
So it's like, oh gee, what Israel's done to Palestine is so bad, we have to take them in.
They're refugees now. But yet, so it's the U.S., the U.S., Flag on the bombs Israel's dropping, and then the U.S. flag on the aid that is being provided to the victims, and then they say, well, just come here now, and then they fly to the U.S. That is insane.
I love to see it. Of course, getting massive support.
This is great. Alright, but I want to get to the geopolitical stuff here.
And again, this is kind of the real stuff.
I mean, I'm just doing play-by-play on all the events here.
And so that's like the big story was this bill and the response to it.
So, I mean, yeah. That's what we're talking about.
But there's real geopolitical developments going on here as well.
And then we'll come back and look at some of this protest footage in the next segment.
It's clownish stuff.
It's really just reached new levels of clown world.
Close to a deal.
Not if Netanyahu insists on Rafa invasion.
So they're talking about a ceasefire.
They're talking about a hostage negotiation.
And everybody involves like, okay, maybe we can get it done.
But just don't invade Rafa.
It's the south part of the Gaza Strip that's kind of been off-limits.
And even Israel said, okay, well, yeah, we're going to force them into Rafa, but then we'll leave them there.
Well, now they're basically saying, no, we're going to go in there too.
Israel's Netanyahu is determined to launch a ground offense in Rafa.
Here's why. Here's why it matters.
That's CBS News.
Netanyahu vows to order a Rafa incursion.
He says we will enter Rafa because we have no other choice.
He has no other choice, guys.
The choice of not going in is there's no other choice.
So that choice doesn't exist.
We will destroy the Hamas battalions there, and then they'll kill tens of thousands of people.
We will complete all the objectives of the war, including the return of all of our hostages.
Is this even about hostages anymore?
Seems like it's just about getting the land and removing the Palestinians.
And it's about a million that are jammed into Rafa now.
So Israel first said, okay, we're going into the Gaza Strip, but Rafa will be the peace zone, and that's where the Palestinians can go to have peace and stay safe from our invasion is in Rafa.
And that was part of all the international accords and agreements, and now they're saying, nope, we're going in.
Netanyahu says Rafa offensive will go ahead with or without hostage deal.
So it's not even about the hostages.
Who knows how many are even alive.
And so any peace talks or ceasefires, Israel is basically just neglecting.
So now there's some pushback.
Turkey halts all trade with Israel over war in Gaza, invasion of Rafa.
Israel says Turkey's Erdogan is breaking agreements by blocking ports for trade.
And then Erdogan and Turkey say, no, you're the one breaking the agreements.
You did this.
But didn't you see the new bill?
Israel can do no wrong.
And if you say they can, then that's a crime now.
So Israel's like, we won't go into Rafa.
And Turkey and these other nations say, okay, well then we'll continue to do the trade.
Just don't go into Rafa. And then they go into Rafa and Turkey says, okay, we're cutting off trade.
They say, why did you do this? You broke our agreement.
He's like, no, you literally broke the agreement.
Blinken warned Prime Minister Netanyahu that Rafa operation would likely shut closing window for Saudi deal.
So, Saudi Arabia trying to do a hostage negotiation, peace deal, cease fire.
Just don't go into Rafa, they said.
Just don't go into Rafa. They went into Rafa.
Nearly all 600,000 kids currently in Rafa are injured, sick, or malnourished, says UNICEF. Don't go into Rafa.
Let's move on here. Let's look at some of this recent footage.
Oh, by the way, Jen Psaki, who's, you know, an MSNBC host inside Jen Psaki, and she's about to be the commencement speaker at George Washington University.
Did you know she consulted for an Israeli spy tech company?
Max Blumenthal reporting from Greyzone News.
Yeah, that's right. The Democrats have no problem with this.
But Jen Psaki consulted for an Israeli spy tech company which monitored Palestinians at West Bank checkpoints.
unidentified
Did you know that? Would the George Washington students know that or have a problem with that?
NYPDKKK. Meanwhile, they vote Democrat, literally the party of the KKK. So, yeah, you guys are really good at this stuff.
By the way, it's harder to get Greg Abbott's donations because they don't track governors.
But one of the biggest funders of the Israeli lobbyists has given Abbott millions of dollars.
But that doesn't count.
We said AIPAC specifically, so that doesn't count in the game.
All right, we're going to come back. I'm telling you, some of this college protest footage gets even way more clown world than that.
By the way, did you hear about this?
Before we go back to the college campuses, Ben Shapiro, it looks like he's an even bigger coward and fraud than we originally thought, but Glenn Greenwald has the story.
As the Daily Wire publicly negotiated a debate with Candace Owens, it secretly sought and obtained a gag order.
Daily Wire obtains gag order against Candace Owens despite Ben Shapiro wanting debate or claiming he wants a debate.
So it looks like the whole thing was an act.
Now, Ben Shapiro and Daily Wire CEO Jeremy Boring are essentially denying this.
Uh, and then I don't know if Candace Owens has like an NDA or the gag order's already there and so she can't comment.
I mean, this is just crazy.
Oh, but now, conveniently, if they can wait this off long enough, Candace won't even be able to speak to Ben Shapiro.
It'll probably be a crime.
So, nicely played, Ben.
Nicely played. I'll obey Candace Owens.
I'll obey her anytime, anywhere.
We invited her to obey.
We said, we'll do this time and that time.
And she didn't want to do it. It was her.
Not me. Not me. Ben Shapiro.
unidentified
I ain't said I would debate anybody. I can debate anybody, anywhere.
What, because you hate the Jews so much or what is that?
That's okay. Whatever.
That's fun. But then you find out a lot of these protesters aren't even students.
Here's a news report, clip 19.
unidentified
I want to read a statement that we just got from Columbia.
A little after 9 p.m.
this evening, the NYPD arrived on campus at the university's request.
This decision was made to restore safety and order to our community.
We regret that protesters have chosen to escalate the situation through their actions.
After the university learned overnight that Hamilton Hall had been occupied, vandalized and blockaded, we were left with no choice.
Why Hearts Tear Up00:07:06
unidentified
Columbia public safety personnel were forced out of the building and a member of our facilities team was threatened.
We will not risk the safety of our community or the potential for further escalation.
The leadership team, including the Board of Trustees, met throughout the night and into the early morning, consulting with security experts and law enforcement to determine the best plan to protect our students and the entire Columbia University community.
The story is there are somebody is controlling these young people in these universities.
And they have a bigger plan than what the kids know.
And because I talked to some of the young people out there, they have no idea why they're there.
They don't even know what from the ocean to the sea is.
They have no real clue.
So somebody is controlling them in order to destroy America, to rebuild America into a communist, socialist, some type of society.
And it's just unfortunate that our government is allowing it to happen, the administrations at the universities are allowing it to happen, because they can stop it before they set up all these encampments and things like that.
But they are not stopping it.
This is a bigger plan than what we realize, and that it's going to be a long, hot summer because we are getting a taste of what's gonna come.
And we thought that Black Lives Matter was bad, and it was.
They have defunded the cops.
They have taken away all the inmates out of prison.
I'm telling you, man, we better get ready for a long, hot summer because this is a taste of what's gonna come.
And we can't expect protection from our own government.
They are not supporting us.
It's only going to get worse before it gets better.
If it does, it'll ever get better, but it'll only get worse.
And I never, never, ever in my whole entire life imagined that one day in America, the government would allow our enemies to come in And they will at some point chant death to America and death to Israel, death to America, and then take down the American flag and replace it with a flag of our enemy and nothing has been done about it.
And so this is a real plan that we don't understand.
Somebody's behind this.
It is well thought out.
It is well organized.
And they have these kids going around to all the universities, especially in L.A. right now.
They're over at Long Beach University.
College over-olded by Long Beach, California.
This is well organized, man.
It's no joke. It's been played out for a long time.
They've seen Black Lives Matter.
They saw that Black Lives Matter got away with it.
This is dangerous.
This is not good for America.
And one last quick point about it.
One thing I personally believe, it's against Christianity, it's against Judaism, and it is clearly against the white man.
This is evil, man.
We are in for some big, big trouble, and we have no protection.
If you like this show, if you love this show, if you love our guests, if you love our crew, please shop at InfoWarsStore.com.
What makes it all possible.
Getting into these college protests.
Yeah, Jesse, it's pretty clear it's the same leftists that basically go with any protest flavor of the month.
But getting into what's expected here...
There's obviously—I don't know.
I mean, they have the big protest coming up that they're trying to rally for right now in Chicago in August.
That's going to be outside the Democrat convention.
They even tried to get a rally permit, and they got rejected by the city, so that just made them even more angry.
So now they're going to be outside the Democrat convention protesting because they don't like what Biden is doing with Israel— And so do you think that we just see this slow build and cascade into and through the summer and then really it pops up in August?
I mean, how do you see this going, Jesse Lee Peterson?
They love the fact that they can lead the men and others in Be radical.
And those type of women are dangerous, dangerous women because they would do whatever it takes to get their ego attention.
And they don't care who it hurts, how much it hurts, or how long it hurts.
These people know what they are doing.
And what really, really blow my mind, in our government, we have Omar, Ilian Omar and Rashida and a couple of those other women who are from foreign countries.
They are in our government and they are running our government.
They know all the little secrets for the most part.
The government know. And our country have allowed our enemies to come into our country and be a part of our government.
It's like laying your weapons down.
It's like a stranger coming into your home and you're just letting them take over.
You're in the House, but you're doing nothing about it.
Our government, including some of, not all, but most of the right or Republicans, they are acting like Democrats about this.
They're not doing anything.
They're going right along with the Democrats.
I'm very, very concerned.
We, the American people, have no protection at this point.
We have no protection.
They said I have money over to all these foreign countries.
It's like daddy left home and went to take somebody else's, another woman and all her children, and to hell with his children.
Let them suffer. Let the strangers come in and destroy them.
We're supposed to have protection in America.
We have none.
And Joe Biden and this administration have no problem with The American citizen is knowing that you're not protected.
The economy is out of control.
Everything in America is out of control.
Even the stupid mayor of New York.
He allowed all these illegal to come into New York.
He gave them money.
He put them in hotels.
He put the New York citizens on the back burner.
He's now pretending that he's so concerned about this, he doesn't care at all.
Because if he cared about these radical Muslim, Palestinian Muslim, if he cared about that, why does he care about putting the illegal aliens before the citizens?
And so, you know, the context of this, you can take a guess.
But trust women, she says.
But Jesse, I would push back because here's Tara Reade.
A woman. By the way, the Democrats can't even define a woman, but they say trust woman.
Here's Tara Reade. She says, So do you trust that woman, Kamala Harris?
What about the women that walked off the competition field because they were forced to compete against men and the women that are standing against this Title IX allowing men to compete against women?
Do you think that the Democrats want you to trust those women, Jesse?
A conservative governor, a man that is not going to take any smack from anyone.
And so they have someone leading that state that cares about the state and not putting his own ego first.
We don't have that in California.
We don't have that in New York.
We don't have that in Oregon.
It's not in the red states.
Even down in Florida, the governor down there said, hey, don't come with that mess.
We don't play this.
And that's what we need.
But yet... The people of these red states, California and others, they keep voting in the same people year in and year out as though they have not had enough pain.
And it's crazy to see the voters voting for the same people.
It shouldn't matter.
Vote them out. The government in California is liberal.
It's Democrat. It's been that way for a long time.
And they have proven over and over again that they're not for us.
They're not for the voters.
One thing that happened the other day There are a lot of businesses or some businesses in Los Angeles or in Los Angeles, they're not accepting cash anymore because they're being robbed and being, you know, attacked.
So they decided to only take credit cards and, I guess, checks.
The city council said, oh no, we're gonna pass a law That makes you accept cash.
Because if you don't accept cash, that means that some of the Mexicans and the Blacks are not going to be able to shop at your establishment.
Something like them taking away the police, them taking away bail bonds, they're taking away everything that supports the citizens.
And everything that citizens do to try to protect themselves, our government said, no, we're going to leave you wide open, and we're going to support the criminals.
How can you come up with that idea?
Okay, we're going to pass a law that make you accept cash, knowing that you're getting robbed, knowing that you're getting killed, knowing that you're in trouble.
This is insane, man.
This is evil.
This is evil. And when Kamala Harris said, listen to the woman, That's the same thing Eve said to Adam.
Adam, listen to the woman, and look what happened.
God said that every time you listen to the woman, you will suffer.
Adam listened to Eve, and now men are counting hell from the woman.
I'm not surprised. She has no business in the United States of America, in the courthouse, as a judge, and has on one of the a-la-u-a-bar scoff on her head.
That alone tells you that she's not for America.
You know, Owen, what's wrong with America?
They're putting all these females in control of our courts, the towns, the cities, the state, and the police department and government.
Women were not created to lead.
And then they're putting these angry black women who hate God, who hate men, who hate white people, who hate the country.
They're putting these people in charge of the country.
How will my country ever come back if you keep putting the children of the devil in charge of the country?
Somebody knows exactly what they're doing, and they know who to put in place to make sure these black women don't have any love.
Look at their children.
Their children are insane.
If they can't raise their own children with love, how will they save a Judeo-Christian country?
Somebody's using these black women.
Black women don't know what they're doing.
Look at that old evil woman that went after Donald Trump in New York.
She sat at the first seat in every row that the president showed up, and she thought she was going to be able to lock down his business.
She had a wicked smile on her face going after someone with revenge, and she thought for sure She was going to destroy Donald Trump.
It didn't happen. They are putting these black women in charge because they see what the black women have done to the family, the black family.
They have screwed up the children, they have ran the men off, and no one can deal with it.
They made the black women feel like queens.
They're a queen, all right.
Queens, all right, but queen of the devil.
That woman should not be in the court with a rag on her head.
And as long as America put these kind of people in control of our country, it can only get worse.
It cannot get better.
Look what happened when they put the fallen Messiah, Barack Obama, as president.
And I said, don't do it, don't do it, don't do it.
If you put Barack in charge of America in 10 years, America would become a ghetto.
We'll become a ghetto. And we are quickly becoming a ghetto nation.
Everything that's good about America, everything that the white man has built, and we gotta admit, this country was founded and created by white men with the help of God.
And they made it the greatest country on this side of heaven.
Everything that those men have done to make America good, a gift from God, is being torn down by people who don't know God, they can care less about God, they only have hatred in their heart, and it's a joy for them to destroy this great nation.
It's so unfortunate, and it looked like there's no one or nothing to stop it.
We're in trouble.
Black people don't play around, man.
They don't play around.
They have so much anger.
They have no love.
And not all, not all, not all, but most.
They have no love.
They only have hate. And that hatred started in the home.
Wealthy white Louisiana residents win right to form their own city and split from poor black neighborhoods in landmark court ruling after a 10-year battle.
It is, yes. But that really signifies what we stand for, and we are honored to do this, and so we're excited to announce we officially filed the writ of certiorari on Tuesday, which is essentially a petition asking the Supreme Court to review your case and hear arguments From us as to why this needs to be remedied.
And so we really raised two issues in the petition.
Of course, they're First Amendment oriented.
The first is using free speech, protected speech as a justification for sentencing, particularly as it pertains to a journalist and surrounding a political event, which January 6th was.
And so, as you've talked about on your show, they used pretty much your speech before January 6th, on January 6th, and up to almost a year after January 6th as pretty much the sole reason for sending you to prison.
And we are arguing that that is unconstitutional.
That is a violation of your First Amendment to utilize protected speech, non-incendiary speech, not speech that's already carved out as very, very limited exceptions to the First Amendment.
All of what you uttered was protected speech and used justification for your incarceration.
As we're arguing that that's a First Amendment violation, that's unconstitutional.
And the Supreme Court needs to review this, especially now.
Because we've seen so much overreach and censorship from the government pertaining to not just the election, but a bunch of other issues, particularly conservative causes.
And, you know, we raised in the brief that there are other journalists that are being charged and sentenced with their role as just journalists covering the event on January 6th.
Steve Baker is one of them.
We also noted that, you know, the Department of Homeland Security has Yeah, that was part of their charges against me, part of their quotes that they had in my sentencing memo.
Exactly. Exactly.
And so what we're seeing is the charge that you actually pled guilty to, which is essentially a trespassing charge, a misdemeanor that typically would result in no jail time whatsoever.
Which, obviously, I don't have any violent charges ever.
I have no history of violence. But if I went there and, say, assaulted a police officer or something, and I said before that, hey, I can't wait to hit a police officer, well then, okay, that might be relevant speech.
Or even if dealing with my charge, which was, I think it was entering and remaining on government property, a restricted government area, I forget the exact phrasing, but that's what the charge was.
So even if I said something like, hey, I'm going to go stand on restricted property, they don't have any of that.
All they have is claiming that I denied the election results and chanted 1776.
And then a bunch of other quotes like Joe Biden is a communist agent and stuff like that.
No. And they try to argue, too, that you were not remorseful.
And the whole crux of their argument is that you didn't change your mind about the 2020 election.
You didn't back down from the fact that you thought it was stolen.
And you didn't back down from the fact that Americans were justified to be there on January 6th to protest and peacefully assemble and share their grievances with the government.
And because you didn't cower and say what they wanted you to, they had to punish you for it.
And so essentially what we're seeing is a criminalization of speech, incarceration because of speech.
And everyone should care about this.
The protesters of college campuses should care about this.
Well, unfortunately, too, because we talked about this before, and I talked about this on TimCast, other shows, like, the reason why this is important, because after me, they're going to go after everybody else.
And they have. They've gone after Steve Baker.
They've gone after other journalists, other reporters.
I think you got to the first one. Yeah, so the second one pertains specifically to what the Court of Appeals, essentially they declined to hear the case, they dismissed it.
And they did so because they said that your plea agreement had waived your right to appeal.
And so, but here's the problem though.
You shouldn't be able to waive your right to appeal when it violates your First Amendment.
You should be able to waive your right to appeal when it violates the Constitution.
And a lot of courts hold ideas that if there's a constitutional violation associated with your sentencing, that plea waiver is essentially unenforceable.
It says right in your plea agreement that you waive your right to appeal as long as it's legal, as long as the sentence is legal.
Exactly. And so we're arguing that that doesn't waive your First Amendment, right?
That's one of the most critical.
That's the first one, and it's the first one for a reason.
And so, you know, that's never really been addressed.
Both of these questions are matters of first impression.
They're both something that the Supreme Court has never really heard before.
And so we're asking them to review both of these questions and hear our arguments.
And so we're really hopeful that they do because this is so important right now.
We're seeing a blatant attack on our First Amendment, like you mentioned with the new anti-Semitism bill.
That just was passed by the House yesterday.
And so this is critical because it's going to have, if they don't do this now, if they don't decide these issues and err on the side of free speech, we're in some serious trouble.
So you don't even need the majority to get it there.
No. You know, I was amazed just hearing at the process, and I guess maybe it should be difficult, or I mean, argue it should be expensive even, just to try to wean people away from doing it.
I was stunned at it, really. Yeah, it is quite intensive.
Yeah, so this is the petition, so the Supreme Court can say yes or no if they want to hear it, and if we get past this stage, then we get through a whole new briefing process, and it takes several more months.
Well, we won't get too wonky on the process, but 1776lawcenter.com.
I'm so glad they want to get behind this.
The great Bob Barnes, Lexus Anderson is representing me.
Finally, it's Schroyer versus the United States, not the United States versus Schroyer.
How refreshing for me, let me tell you.
That's nice. Alright, final segment of the show.
Attorney Alexis Anderson in studio with me.
Part of 1776 Law Center with Bob Barnes.
I'm glad they decided to take my case to the Supreme Court.
And Bob is actually arguing in a Pfizer whistleblower case right now.
And so he's in Louisiana arguing that.
That's some of the stuff that the 1776 Law Center is doing.
So very important to support them.
If you want to support me and my legal fights, owendefense.com.
And unfortunately, very recently, it was a reminder...
That this is probably something I have to deal with the rest of my life as a truth teller in media and people that want my scalp is that it's just lawsuit after lawsuit.
And so we're not really going to talk about the lawsuit, but I'm a co-defendant with some, say, big names, Fox News.
And I'll leave some other individuals out of this because I don't know if they want it being public.
I mean, it's already public, but it's just not really making headlines.
And so that's fine. But another lawsuit against me.
And so Lexus is also representing me in that case.
You can go to owendefense.com to make sure I have good legal representation as the lawsuits probably will continue from, well, I'll just, I'll leave it at that.
And, you know, Lexus, I don't know if you wanted to make any comments on this, but it's just kind of sad that I guess this is what I have to deal with forever, huh?
Well, yeah, it is just the continued lawfare and the attack on conservative media in general.
And, you know, the only thing I'll say is that you all warned people that Alex Jones and Infowars would be the test case with the lawfare and the litigation attacks.
And so, you know, unfortunately, other outlets and yourself are going to have to still continue to deal with this.
Shortly after that, I went over to be election integrity counsel for Donald Trump.
When that transition happened, since that transition has happened, I can tell you I've had the U.S. Marshalship at my house, the FBI, the Department of Justice has interrogated me, and I've been investigated by bars.
I've had several independent investigations, as well as been subpoenaed in, I want to say, four civil cases.
Hang on. Let's see how this is going to play out.
I'm working hard to fight against it, and we're not going to stop.
unidentified
We're going to keep going. The nine felonies are how many years in prison?
Yeah, and they just want to scare lawyers from representing people and actually protecting people's rights.
I mean, I'm not dealing with anything close to that, but even I was threatened with sanctions just for bringing a Nuremberg Code violation against Tyson Foods, who mandated the vaccine, basically a bioweapon, again, for over 100,000 people.
They do. It's these scare tactics.
It's intimidation tactics.
They don't have to have...
And the bars that really control our licensing have so much power, so much power, and they're so bought out.
And so it can be nerve-wracking as a lawyer.
You get in those situations similar with doctors, with their board certifications.
Well, and my former counsel, Norm Pattis, and we didn't have a falling out.
We're still friends. But I needed Lexus to represent me because she can represent me here locally.
And Norm is fighting just to keep his license.
And so he's got like a bunch of other things he's dealing with.
So I just decided to switch counsel so he didn't have to deal with that anymore.
He's got a lot of other things on his plate.
And I needed local counsel. And, you know, 1776 Law Center was there.
So it all worked out. But, I mean, that's what...
You know, until people deal with it, and unfortunately this is what Christine is going through now, and Trump and so many others, Mike Lindell, until people deal with it, it's almost like they can see it, but it's not even real, right?
It's not even real until they actually are in the cage with the lion.
It's like, I can see the lion, I can see the other guy in the cage with the lion, and then when you're in it, it's like, whoa.
And so that was a really significant hearing that they held.
Our team was out there. They were arguing not only against Pfizer's motion to dismiss, but also the government had the gall to ask to intervene and dismiss the case at the 11th hour.
Keep in mind, they had a whole year to investigate the claims made against Pfizer.
They declined to enter the case.
They sat for two years, and then because we got a second chance and perhaps we're going to make a past motion to dismiss, they decided, nope, we have to intervene and seek to dismiss the case to try to prevent us from having any sort of discovery.
There is nothing more frustrating to me, whether it comes to news or anything else we're doing, than to know I'm telling the truth and to know they'll just listen to me and take action.
It will change your life.
