		And now it looks like law enforcement and federal law enforcement, New York and federal law enforcement, are both trying to scrub the record of this guy's violent past that he was released back on the streets.
		But this is just a trend.
		And not just with the illegal immigrants that will juxtapose that with, now, more journalists are getting charged for filming on January 6th.
		Another individual...
		Was raided by the FBI with guns drawn pointed at him.
		He's a veteran. He helped pick up trash on January 6th.
		He had a guns drawn raid at his house.
		So they're still not stopping.
		We're now more than two years removed.
		Three. And they're still doing gun drawn raids on Americans' houses.
		This is a veteran now who was picking up trash on January 6th.
		That's how obscene it is.
		So that just shows you they're not going to stop.
		This is going to be going on all year.
		It's disgusting. His family was there.
		His kid was there crying.
		Merrick Garland and Chris Wray and all the other U.S. attorneys involved in this, you are truly disgusting and despicable people.

		But I can't be silent on this issue.

		We'll be covering that and then, of course, juxtaposing that with all the illegal immigrant crime and then they say, oh, well, we're just going to release you back on the streets.
		And then just a stunning story.
		Out of St. Louis, where an individual is...
		I mean, who knows how fast he's going, at least like 60 in a downtown setting, and running red lights, and smashes into a mother and her daughter, killing them both instantly.
		The video is pretty gruesome.
		We've censored it so you don't have to see the moment of impact, but I mean, it's, you know, he's back on the streets.
		On a $20,000 bond.
		And you look at the judge that lets this person back out on the streets.
		And it all makes sense.
		But that's just barely scratching the surface of all the news.
		We got geopolitical news.
		We got big election news.
		Dealing with Haley who won't let go.
		And Trump on the campaign trail.
		And this phenomenon of the new right, I'm going to be continuing to talk about.

		We're going to try to squeeze it into three hours.
		I've also got to bring on a guest coming up.
		We'll probably do that in the third hour with this developing situation where an illegal
		immigrant kills a University of Georgia nursing student and the cover up for this story is
		now being exposed.
		There is a cover up, it looks like perhaps from multiple law enforcement agencies.
		In either way, this individual, not only should this individual not have been in the country,
		he's an illegal immigrant, but now we find out he even had a violent record since entering
		the country and still was able to avoid jail.
		But that's just on top of this pile of the criminal activity going on in this country.
		And the violent criminals get released from prison, but then if you're a journalist who is filming on January 6th, the feds are trying to sentence you to multiple months in jail.
		If you were a veteran and you were in D.C. on January 6th picking up trash, the feds raid your house, guns drawn, FBI pointing guns at your face with your child and wife sitting there watching, this is sick stuff.
		This is truly sick stuff.
		And this is the stuff of a dictatorship.
		This is the stuff of a third world banana republic.
		And we're now witnessing this On a daily basis under the Biden administration.
		I mean, you can say a lot of bad things about Barack Obama and his administration, and there were plenty of bad things.
		But now the reality of the Biden administration is something beyond the pale.
		The reality of the Biden administration is something most Americans probably thought they would never witness, never see, and can't even believe.
		And yet here we are.
		Here I am as a politically persecuted journalist and talk show host myself by the Biden administration.
		Still dealing with it every day.
		Just by talking about it, I put my own freedom at risk.

		But let's put that aside because I'm going to get this guest confirmed Who's been reaching out to law enforcement and the FBI and is getting to the bottom of this story dealing with the cover-up.
		And I got a whole stack of all this news and tying it all together.

		You get the book thrown at you.

		You murder two people with your vehicle in St.
		Louis. They let you out of jail.

		So let me just put that aside and let's look at some of the political news and the election news from over the weekend.
		But yeah, there's the individuals from St.
		Louis. And I'm telling you, this video is pretty brutal, to say the least.
		Pretty brutal. And we've censored it for obvious reasons, but we will show you that as well.
		And a judge letting this person back out on the streets, folks, is unreal.
		Remember, this is the same city of St.
		Louis that had an individual, known criminal, released from jail multiple times, and then the same thing ran over a girl, a young woman, A young man runs over a girl, paralyzes her.
		She was about to have a scholarship.
		She had a big career in volleyball ahead of her.
		Playing in a volleyball tournament in St.
		Louis. And a guy who was out of jail, multiple time offender, out of jail again by leftist judge, runs her over with the car.
		And now this crazed individual runs over two people, kills him, and is let out of jail.
		And so you'd think with that recent history, letting an individual out of jail who just killed two people with a car, you'd think that'd be a little sensitive.
		Maybe you'd keep them in. Not this, Judge.
		Wonder why. Wonder why.
		Now, let's get into the political news.
		Let's start off with some of the lighter stuff here first.
		Joe Biden... Has released his schedule for the week, ladies and gentlemen.
		And it's a doozy here.
		President Joe Biden, this is his week ahead, released by the White House.
		Today, here's what's on Biden's schedule today.
		He's going to be traveling to New York.
		He's going to have a campaign meeting.
		And then he will return to the White House.
		That's Joe Biden's schedule for today.
	It's likely you have a more busy schedule.
	It's likely your toddler, your infant, your newborn baby has a busier schedule with just the amount of poops and a diaper probably.
	But I don't know. Biden might be competing as far as poops and a diaper with a newborn.
	But that's Biden's schedule.
	Travis to New York, quote-unquote campaign meeting, whatever the hell that means.
	And then back to the White House.
	But Hold on. What is this campaign meeting he's having in New York?
	He wouldn't be meeting with the individuals that are politically persecuting Donald Trump right now, would he?
	That certainly can't be what's going on.
	There's no further details.
	That's all we know. He's traveling to New York for a quote-unquote campaign meeting and then coming back to the White House.
	Busy day for Joe Biden. How many diaper changes in between?
	And then tomorrow, the president...
	The so-called president, Biden, will meet with four congressional leaders at the White House.
	Four! Wow! We'll see if he can handle such a tough task.
	The president will discuss the urgency of passing the bipartisan national security supplemental and keeping the government open.
	So, in other words, money for Ukraine and money for Israel.
	That's going to be what Biden is talking about.
	So it's likely going to be probably Mitch McConnell, Chuck Schumer, and then maybe Mike Johnson, Hakeem Jeffries.
	I don't know. That's all it says is four congressional leaders.
	So he's going to discuss how important this national security bill is, but it's not national security for the United States of America.
	It's national security for Ukraine and for Israel, which, by the way, This is getting ridiculous.
	And I've got news out of Ukraine and Israel that we'll cover too.
	It's clear at this point that they're not our friends.
	Israel is not our friend.
	And Ukraine is not our friend.
	You have Israel celebrating the death of a obviously deranged, probably leftist member of the military.
	And, you know, maybe I agree with The ideal or direction of his protest, but, you know, setting yourself on fire and eventually, I guess you would call it a suicide to raise issue with the genocide in the Gaza Strip is obviously a deranged person.
	And the IDF and Mossad are celebrating this, laughing at him.
	Really, you're laughing at an American soldier committing suicide.
	Well, how about we just don't support you anymore?
	Good luck with that. And then there's Ukraine with the latest news, and this is breaking right now, and we've got the video of this individual admitting it.
	It's likely some form of a Ukrainian proxy that allegedly tried to assassinate Tucker Carlson.
	Now remember, this is not a new thing.
	You had the same thing with a pro-Putin journalist having his daughter blown up in a vehicle just a year ago.
	Remember that? So this is right out of the books for the Western-backed, CIA-backed Ukraine regime, Kiev regime, to plant explosives on vehicles of their enemies in an attempt to assassinate them.
	Now some people think that the, I mean they might not be the brightest, Some people think that that bomb was meant for the Russian journalist, the pro-Putin Russian journalist, and they ended up just putting it on the wrong vehicle and killing his daughter instead.
	And now it's being reported that this individual tried to assassinate Tucker Carlson and it was going to be paid to assassinate him.
	Now, look, this is all crazy.
	Some will probably come out and say this is Russian propaganda.
	And who knows? I can see both sides and say, yeah, okay, well, that's not Ukraine operatives trying to blow up pro-Russia operatives with vehicle bombs.
	That's not a new thing. But then, I mean, if it was Russian propaganda to stage this and say, see, we care more about you than your own government does, Well, okay, I guess I could see that too, but I don't need that propaganda.
	I know my government doesn't give a damn about me.
	They're letting 10 million illegal immigrants into the country and paying for all their crap.
	They're giving hundreds of billions of dollars to Ukraine and Israel who couldn't give a damn about America.
	So it's not like I need some form of Russian propaganda.
	I mean, I'm politically persecuted by the government.
	They're going after other journalists right now.
	I don't need Russian propaganda propaganda.
	To prove to me how little my government cares about me and my rights, I already know my government hates my guts.
	I already know my government is the problem, not Putin.
	So no, I would say it's probably likely that a Ukrainian operative tried to kill Tucker Carlson.
	And the Russians stopped it.
	Go figure. Not like the journalist Gonzalo Lira, who was kidnapped and tortured and murdered by the Ukrainian regime, and the Biden administration was silent on it.
	Not like that.
	And then they continued to give more money.
	So, Ukraine tries to kill an American journalist, Tucker Carlson.
	Ukraine does murder an American journalist, Gonzalo Lira.
	and Joe Biden is going to have a meeting tomorrow about how to send Ukraine more money.
	This is about as corrupt as it gets.
	There is no other way to put it, ladies and gentlemen.
	This is about as corrupt as it gets.
	By the way, it turns out it looks like Novani died from a blood clot, probably a vaccine side effect.
	And Ukrainian intelligence is now even admitting that.
	And they sent the body to the mother, and it was a blood clot.
	Died of a blood clot, probably a vaccine side effect.
	So another lie. But okay, getting back to Biden's busy schedule, that's it for Biden.
	Nothing on the schedule for Wednesday or Thursday.
	And then Friday, he's going to meet, he's going to host the Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni of Italy for a bilateral meeting and then travel to Camp David.
	He'll probably go on a vacation. And what's going to be this meeting with Georgia Maloney, who is a nationalist, she is a right winger, but she's very pro-war against Russia, and so that's what this is going to be about.
	So if Tuesday's meeting to get the security bill passed doesn't go very well, He's gonna drag out Maloney to do a press conference and slander Putin and slander Russia and tell you how important it is to send more money and weapons to Ukraine.
	By the way, We have other news out of Ukraine and it's just as we suspected, it's just as we always knew, that the CIA was running proxy groups in Ukraine and that Ukraine has been a vessel state of America for decades and that's why it's so important.
	That's the only reason why Ukraine is important because it's a vessel state of the deep state and of the military-industrial complex.
	The reason why there was mostly peace In those regions, the Middle East and Ukraine was because Trump stopped sending money and weapons into these vessel states.
	Now that Biden is in there and the weapons and the cash is flowing back through Ukraine again, now you've got all these proxy groups, now you've got all these wars starting again because they're getting their money, they're getting their weapons, it's all coming through Ukraine.
	And that's why Congress voted to make sure there was no oversight.
	And then they write mainstream news articles and they admit, yep, most of the money going to Ukraine, most of the weapons going to Ukraine ends up on the black market.
	We don't even know where it is. In fact, some Ukrainians got caught laundering the money.
	Millions of the dollars. They got caught laundering it.
	Some of them got caught smuggling weapons across the borders.
	They got caught!
	Those aren't isolated incidents.
	That is the incident.
	That is what's going on.
	They just get caught once or twice.
	And they say, oh, that's just an isolated incident.
	No, no, no. That is the story.
	That's where all the money, that's where all the weapons are going.
	But so that's Biden's busy week.
	Campaign meeting in New York, probably to discuss persecution of Donald Trump.
	And then a meeting with congressional leaders at the White House to figure out how they can get hundreds of billions of dollars from foreign countries that hate our guts.
	And then if that doesn't go well on Friday, he's going to bring out the Prime Minister from Italy to tell you how much you need to hate Russia and send more money to Ukraine.
	That's Biden's week. Three events for Biden.
	Oh, and don't even get me started on Trudeau.

		The vast majority of Republican voters believe Biden stole the election.
		And this is just crazy hilarious propaganda from CNN in clip seven.

		Here in South Carolina in this primary today, only a third, 32%, say that he did legitimately
		win.
		Only a third give the correct answer to this question.

		but that is what they believe, obviously, after hearing so much of that from Donald
		Trump and others.

		They know Joe Biden got 10 million mail-in voters, dead voters, dog voters, horse voters, parking lot cone voters.

		But then it's, oh, the Republicans rig elections.

		They're dismantling our democracy.

		I got to show you this. So here's one of the individuals running in the Texas State Senate, Joseph Trahan.
		And early voting is going on in Texas right now.
		The primary is March 5th.
		It'll be next week. But early voting going on right now.
		Look at this district.
		This is Houston.
		Ladies and gentlemen.
		I mean, that is ridiculous.
		If you can't see, if you're an audio audience member, if you can't see this, Texas State Senate District 15 is basically a horseshoe around Houston.
		Now, I don't know as much about Houston's politics based on geography as much as I might here in Austin.
		I know they do the same thing in Austin.
		I know they do the same thing in other cities.
		But it's my basic understanding, and I talked to a few people, it's my basic understanding that basically what the gerrymandering Democrats have done here, guys, and now bring it back to a doc camp.
		So you have these areas that are...
		That are very heavily blue right here.
		Okay? These areas around Houston, heavily blue.
		And then you have these areas that are heavily red.
		So normally, you'd be able to secure this seat for Republicans because this is actually where the district was.
		And then the Democrats redistricted it, gerrymandered it so they can So they can get some of these blue votes, get some of these blue votes, and get some of these blue votes, and now all of a sudden, this district goes blue instead of red like it normally does.
		This is the same tactic Democrats do all over the country, ladies and gentlemen.
		If you go look at district maps, you'll see very similar things.
		What is this? They fraction off the votes from the cities...
		So that they can overwhelm the red areas with all these Democrat votes in the inner cities.
		If you go look at all these districts all over the country in major cities, they all look the exact same way.
		This is how the Democrats siphon off votes in blue areas and they do the math to make sure they don't lose those areas, but then they can overtake the red areas with the votes from the blue areas.

		But in individuals driving through downtown St.
		Louis last night or this weekend, and it would appear going at least 60 miles per hour.
		I mean, these are 25, maybe 30 mile per hour zones.
		There's streetlights every block.
		And this person is flying through them, running red lights, and runs a red light going, I mean, it looks like at least 60 miles per hour.
		I mean, it's hard to tell with just this camera shot.
		But flying through this red light and smashes.
		I mean, it's gruesome, folks.
		That's why we have this censored.
		I mean, you can imagine. I mean, just obliterates this mother and daughter.
		Obviously died instantly.
		And unfortunately, this isn't the first time there's been a known criminal out on the streets, driving recklessly, doing harm to innocent people.
		This was a big story just last year when a repeat offense violent criminal was released by a Soros district attorney and judge back onto the streets, gets drunk, drives a car, hits an innocent girl from a volleyball tournament.
		She's paralyzed, can never play volleyball again.
		So you'd think, knowing that there's that history in St.
		Louis, that a judge Would want to go harsh on people driving recklessly and striking citizens in the streets.
		Well, not this judge. Judge Annette Llewellyn ignored a probable cause statement arguing that Monty Henderson, the individual driving the vehicle, was a threat to the community and released him on $20,000 bail.
		And so probably, I think in Missouri it's like 10%.
		I mean, you can find a bondsman.
		So he probably got bailed out for two grand with a bondsman.
		I mean, ladies and gentlemen, this is disgusting.
		Why do you think that judge let Monty Henderson out of jail after killing two people with what is clear Reckless endangerment.
		I mean, this guy's going to be found guilty of manslaughter.
		There's no way he's not.
		There's no way.
		So why would this judge release him back on the streets?
		And I wonder what Henderson is going to do in the meantime between now and his trial.
		It'd be one thing if maybe you were caught in between a red and a yellow and maybe you were going 30 or 40 and you hit two people.
		But this guy was flying through red lights, going 60 miles per hour and smashed and killed two people instantly because he was driving so recklessly.
		And a leftist judge puts him back out on the streets.
		I mean, this is just unreal.
		I cannot think of any serious reason why this judge let him back out on the streets.
		And you really don't even want to ask why.
		You really don't even want to answer the why.
		Because, unfortunately, there's only one logical conclusion anybody can land on with this.
		That Judge Llewellyn Put Henderson back on the streets because he's black.
		There is no other logical reason that anybody can think of.
		And you say, well, that doesn't make any sense.
		Why would that be the case?

		But we know how these leftists operate.
		Specifically, we know how these radical black leftists operate.
		Absolutely, she did not want to see, in my eyes, she did not want to see this, yeah, he's a young black man, in prison.

		Now moving on and getting into some of the illegal immigration issues here.
		New York City law to let non-citizens vote ruled unconstitutional in appellate court.
		Well, you might say, well, that's good.
	That's a victory. Folks, the fact that it even had to get to an appellate court should scare you.
	That means the Democrats are making inroads on getting illegal immigrants to vote.
	Yeah, luckily, this time it didn't make it through the appellate court.

	And so to tease this coming up, The New York police told her that there were no arrests of this individual, the illegal immigrant Jose Ibera.
	But then ICE has a conflicting record saying that there was an arrest of this individual.

	Then there's the issue that the FBI and Kyle Serafin has sources telling him...
	That Iberra was actually being investigated by the FBI for assault on a federal officer.
	So it looks like there were multiple charges on this individual.
	And now the record has been scrubbed.
	So multiple charges, potentially multiple violent charges on this illegal immigrant who shouldn't even be in the country.
	And then he kidnaps and kills a young woman.
	Now, by the way, folks, this story, I mean, you want to know how sick it even is?

		All right, we're going to dig deeper into this story.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		The University of Georgia nursing student, Lakin Riley, and I want to emphasize something here that I'm going to be monitoring The rest of this week, because I've briefly talked about it before, but anybody that knows me or has been over to my house know that I basically have a media compound in my house.
		I mean, I have at least, at minimum, three news streams going pretty much 24-7, so I'm always monitoring the news.
		And last week, this story of the missing nursing student was one of the top stories across all the networks, CNN, MSNBC, and Fox, and even on local news.
		I mean, it was everywhere. And mostly they do this just for ratings.
		You know, missing girl, missing college student.
		It's big for ratings. Now, my guess is, now that it turns out that this missing nursing student was murdered by an illegal immigrant, there's now going to be a blackout on this story on the local news and on CNN and MSNBC. Now, I'm going to be monitoring that.
		In the meantime... Brianna Morello is boots to the ground on this issue, digging into a couple angles.
		Like, was there a criminal history, not just the illegal crossing of the border, but...
		In New York with FBI, with ICE, Kyle Serafin has said he has FBI sources on this.
		Brianna has reached out to New York Police Department on this.
		Really, there's a lot here, Brianna, so why don't I just give you the floor, and what is the latest update?
		Beyond just the criminal activity of Jose Ibera entering the country illegally, are we now learning that he had other crimes and a violent history here in America, and he was still not detained?
breanna morello ▲ ● ▼		Yes, yes, Owen.
		So we're learning a lot right now.
		Kyle Serafin is reporting that basically his first interaction with our law enforcement agencies, our federal law enforcement agencies, was allegedly potentially, we don't know because the FBI won't comment on it 100%, but that he did assault Two DHS workers, so two officers. Now, I actually just verified that with Victor Avila, who is an tired ICE agent.
		Many of you might be familiar with him.
		He was one of the ICE agents who was shot by the cartels years ago.
		He just told me that he's speaking to people he knows within DHS, and they're confirming what Kyle Serafin is saying.
		And then, of course, I reached out to the FBI for comment, and they declined to do so.
		So there's many layers to this, and you kind of hinted at it with there's so much different directions to go into with this.
		There seems to be failures at tons of these agencies' levels.
		Let's just jump into first the ones in New York, like you just cited.
		In New York, this individual, Jose, was apparently arrested and was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
		Now, according to reports, the child is five years old, which actually matches the description of a child who he came into the country with with his wife.
		His wife spoke at the New York Post.
		I'll get to that momentarily.
		But New York City Charged him with those crimes and then immediately released him.
		Now, I asked ICE because normally when an illegal is arrested and charged with a crime, there's a detainer slapped on them so that the local law enforcement agencies hold on to that individual.
		And ICE deferred, didn't want to talk to me about it, and then eventually admitted it, that they didn't place a detainer on Jose.
		Now, the reason why that's so important is because obviously after he was released, he allegedly left New York and went to Georgia to meet up with his brother.
		And that's sadly where the 22-year-old victim was killed, allegedly.
		There's a lot of different layers to this.
		ICE tells me that New York City just released him too quickly, I guess, and that's why they didn't put the detainer on him.
		Now, ICE, I'll give him a break.
		New York doesn't comply with any of the detainers.
		So ICE might have just thought, you know what, we could slap a detainer on him.
		It won't work.
		And they might have just bowed out gracefully on that front.
		But we all know it's a sanctuary city.
		They don't comply. But then he goes to a county in Georgia, which is considered to be a sanctuary county.
		And that's where he commits those alleged crimes in addition to it.
		Now, the New York Post actually caught up with Jose's wife, who openly admitted that the two of them got married in order to help with their asylum claims.
		Where is his wife from?
		His wife is also from Venezuela.
		She said that she's known him her entire life.
		He has no history of violence, which I find to be a little strange.
		And then there was a five-year-old child who I can't confirm whether there was a DNA test done, if that child actually belongs to him.
		But they did apparently come in as a family unit in Texas, I believe it was.
		No, actually Arizona. And they did claim to be a family.
		And we know that that could be false.
		That child could have been abducted.
		So we don't know exactly whose child that is.
		So we won't say it's his child.
		But I've asked if there was any DNA test done and nobody will respond to me on that.
		But it's interesting because they know how to game the system and he knew.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Hold on, hold on.
		So he and his supposed wife illegally entered the country with this kid.
		But we don't even know if it's actually their kid.
breanna morello ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, they say it's their child.
		But as many of you guys know, the Biden administration cut back on doing DNA testing.
		So we can't really verify a lot of these cases.
		And no one's giving me comment on whether a DNA test was ever done.
		From my understanding, according to New York Post, the mother and the child are sitting at an asylum shelter right now in New York City.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		So they got married before they came here because that helps in the asylum process?
breanna morello ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, her exact quote to the New York Post was, we got married so we could join our asylum cases.
breanna morello ▲ ● ▼		So she obviously doesn't speak English very well.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		Well, the whole thing sounds like these are very consciously made decisions in order to break the law.
breanna morello ▲ ● ▼		All right, continue. Yeah, well, it never ends there and just keeps going and going.
		But when I reached out regarding all of this, the Department of Justice wouldn't actually talk about Jose.
		They instead deflected and wanted to point my attention to his brother, Diego.
		Now, Diego hasn't even been here for a year yet, and Diego has also a rap sheet that he's kind of accrued.
		He's been charged in all separate instances DUI, shoplifting, failing to appear for fingerprints offenses.
		And he was actually charged as well regarding all of this because he actually presented an ID when a police officer in Georgia stopped him and presented law enforcement with what they're accusing him of a fake green card.
		And so that member of law enforcement detained him when he realized it was fake.
		And the DOJ sent me the affidavits, the criminal complaints.
		It all seems to match up, but the DOJ was so quick to point me in that direction rather than the person who's being accused of murdering this poor girl.
		So it's very interesting.
		Like, Kyle Serafin is also on it as well, like you mentioned.
		It seems like there's different levels of failure at the federal government, and they're all panicking.
		Now, I should mention, the NYPD today got back to me regarding all of this because I had some questions for them.
		And they told me that they don't have any information regarding his arrest, which is interesting.
		So then I reached back out to ICE and ICE provided me with this clarification that even though New York City somehow said that the crime and his arrest took place on September 14th of last year, that they actually meant August 31st of last year, which seems to be a massive issue, the timetable at least.
		So we're learning that a lot of, they're like kind of sending you into confusion and I think it's intentional.
		They don't want you to figure out what's going on here.
		And it's starting to feel like a cover up.
		I mean, you have to feel for the family of this victim because they, this all looks like this could have been prevented if one of these federal agencies or even local agencies like the NYPD would have intercepted and had this man detained.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		Well, here's what's incredible. Whether it's a legal immigrant committing a hit and run with a vehicle that happened to me, or whether it's an illegal immigrant committing a murder, the law enforcement just shrugs their shoulders and says, oh, we don't know.
		No record. Nothing we can do.
		Too bad. I mean, so it's just stunning.
		But, all right, I'm just trying to wrap my head around all this.
		So it sounds like, and if I got any of this wrong, correct me, but it sounds like Upon entering the country illegally, he committed a violent crime, an assault on a federal officer in El Paso.
		He was then committing crimes upon being transferred to New York where the arrest record or the crime record of him had been scrubbed or erroneously entered into the system.
		Then he gets out early, how convenient, goes down to Georgia to meet with his brother where he then...
		Allegedly murders this young student.
		Do I have all of that right?
breanna morello ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, now it's interesting because in New York, as many of you guys probably know, they have canceled, as they say it, cash bail.
		So they've completely annihilated cash bail in the state of New York for nonviolent crimes.
		And so this guy might have just been given a bench ticket.
		And obviously since the NYPD won't even confirm whether he was charged with a crime while he was living in New York, we just only have to speculate at this point.
		But I spoke with a bunch of people over at the NYPD and specifically in the region where he was allegedly charged with a crime.
		And they said that it's up to the arresting officer or detective to alert ICE. And if they don't want to, they don't have to.
		So whoever was the person who handled his case, they might have not It's interesting, but you got everything else correct.
		It's starting to feel very strange and it feels like everyone's frantically looking to cover up because there's a lot of failures here.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		And I would say, and this might be reaching or getting ahead of it, but I would say based off what we know now that this family are conscious criminals.
		Meaning they know they break the law.
		They're bad actors from the illegal green cards to the potential fraudulent marriage to get in on asylum to who knows if it's even their kid.
		So what do we know about his activities in Georgia other than just to go visit his brother?
		And then what do we know about what led him to eventually Lake and Riley?
breanna morello ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, we don't know much.
		We just know that she was running and that that's how this all took place.
		Now, I'm interested in seeing because it doesn't accuse him of a sexual assault right now, but it does.
		He is charged with false imprisonment, felony murder, and malice murder, and then the list goes on and on.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		I mean, what else is he doing with the young girl?
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		I mean, let's just call it what it is here.
breanna morello ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, I can't tell if that's intentional or if they're waiting for an autopsy to confirm a sexual assault taking place.
		But normally, law enforcement's pretty straightforward when that does take place.
		They're able to kind of openly admit it.
		So it could be something that we find out later on.
		But yeah, it doesn't make any sense.
		From what I'm also hearing, too, his brother, Diego, was working over at the University of Georgia, I believe, as a dishwasher.
		So the school is potentially facing a lawsuit if they could connect all of this, too, because that means that they're employing people who are illegal.
		And again, that's not the case.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		That's not supposed to be happening. Well, he might have had illegal documents that got him that job, though.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		I mean, that would probably be the case.
breanna morello ▲ ● ▼		That would be their defense. Yeah, yeah, yeah, because he did present it to law enforcement.
		That is true. It's interesting, though.
		I don't know if many people saw it, but last week, Venezuela said that they're no longer taking any deportation planes.
		They can't bring any flights into Venezuela right now.
		What that means is the US and Mexico can't deport.
		Any Venezuelans who are not U.S. citizens right now, because Venezuela is not taking them, and they're blaming it on the economic sanctions that were just recently put back on the Venezuelan government.
		So we might be stuck with these people if we can't figure out how to get them back into Venezuela.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		Well, we can put Trump supporters and peaceful protesters and journalists and veterans in prison for being in D.C. on January 6th, but the criminal illegal immigrants from Venezuela get to run roughshod and potentially here have raped and murdered a young girl.
		And then you find out the brother worked there.
		I mean, this whole thing gets even darker the more you dig into this.
		And so I don't know if you want to conclude your coverage of this with that.
		I got some other things I'd like to talk to you about.
		But I mean, it seems like we got a pretty good idea of what happened here.
		It looks like these are people that came here with criminal intent, conscious criminals, and then the connection to the university.
		I mean, I would say, too...
		Lawsuits need to start flying.
		I mean, this family needs to be litigious.
		I hope they get huge legal funds.
		I would sue the school.
		I would sue the state. I would sue the district attorneys.
		I would go all the way up the chain of command.
		I would sue the Biden administration.
		I'd look for RICO lawsuits.
		I'd look for complicit with criminal and murder.
		I mean, I'd sue them all. Yeah.
breanna morello ▲ ● ▼		Well, I do hope they do.
		And that's the reason why I'm aggressively looking to get comment from all of these agencies.
		And we will be handing over what they do say to the family because they need to see it.
		But members of Congress affirm that they are looking into this because they are upset.
		But this is just one instance that is repeated all throughout our country.
		The corporate media, and your audience is well aware of it, they tend to cover for this.
		So we rarely hear whether or not this person was illegal or not.
		Nobody's illegal.
		I know, it's such garbage.
		The Associated Press Also echoed that this is all about women and the risk we have when we go out jogging and running.
		And they totally ignore the fact that this is an illegal migrant who shouldn't have been here in the first place.
		I think it's laughable.
		But the reason why that's so concerning is when the AP puts that stuff out.
		And I want everyone to become aware of it.
		I worked in local news previously, two local news stations.
		And they all registered and paid fees to the AP. And what they were doing is they were getting the copy from the AP So whatever the Associated Press was putting out, they had the legal right to just copy and paste it into the anchors' scripts.
		And so when we sit here and say that the AP is running stories like this and bearing the fact that this is an illegal alien, this is dangerous because they're also doing this at local news stations.
		And it's by accident because local news is just understaffed.
		So the AP is really just kind of intentionally echoing these false narratives regarding this case.
		And it's extremely, extremely dangerous.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		Well, you're doing great work getting to the bottom of this stuff, and the story is still the same.
		The illegal immigration issue in this country is out of control.
		And in this regard, Joe Biden, the Biden administration, has blood on their hands.
		There's no other way to put this.
		It is what it is.
		And it's time to start treating it that way.
		I hope that somebody starts to treat it that way because that's how serious this story is.
		And I have a feeling that as more details come out, we're going to find out that it might even be worse than what it appears to be.
		One story, and I'm not trying to put you in a position you can't be in.
		I know there's certain aspects of this you can't comment on.
		But this is now hitting CBS, Brianna.
		CBS faces uproar after seizing investigative journalists' files.
		Clearly, clearly there are lawsuits and attacks from the Department of Justice and the Biden administration.
		They want to find out people's sources.
		In this instance, specifically Catherine Herridge.
		I mean... Catherine Harrod's releasing all kinds of bombshell reports, specifically when it comes to the Biden crime family.
		I mean, talk about the danger of journalists having their private documents, cell phones, computers, emails seized because of these lawsuits, and it's all because they want to find out Catherine Harrod's sources.
		So what? So they can shut them down, cut them off, or worse?
breanna morello ▲ ● ▼		Yeah. Yeah. So Catherine, I worked with her over at Fox.
		She's an incredible journalist and she has so many credible sources that she turns to.
		But you're right.
		It's disturbing because they're trying to figure out who her sources are.
		Now, her personal devices, I'm sure they can't get a hold of, but her business ones they are.
		And you're alluding to another case which has Newsmax as well.
		Newsmax is also being wrapped up right now in a civil lawsuit brought on by Dominion.
		And Dominion has successfully won the right to their reporters' personal devices.
		Personal is the key word. So Newsmax, to their credit, fought them on this, and they're going to hopefully continue to fight them on this.
		But there seems to be this well-orchestrated attempt to find out who your sources are.
		I know many of my fellow colleagues would go to prison to avoid handing over their services and exposing them.
		So now they're going in kind of a unique avenue.
		CBS is, like you said, seizing her devices, her business devices.
		And so I hope Catherine, who's a very intelligent woman, did not have her personal sources on those devices.
		Again, members of Congress had to reach out.
		They promised me that they're looking into this and that they're working with Catherine to figure out what this is all about.
		But it's concerning.
		I mean, they want to figure out who's telling what and who the people are leaking in the regime's many three-letter agencies that they have going on right now.
		Most Americans are pissed off right now, and they know it.
		And so they're trying to cover for the truth because they know the truth is about to come out.
		It's going to be really, really bad. So we'll see.
		Catherine Lee hasn't said anything, though, which I'm disappointed about.
		We all have questions that need answering.

		Your governor, Ron DeSantis, is the only individual I'm seeing calling this out.
		All files related to Jeffrey Epstein's criminal activity should be made public.
		While the federal government continues to stonewall accountability, I'm glad the legislature has taken action to release the grand jury material from the Florida state case.
		I will sign the bill into law.
		Yeah. Epstein and Maxwell, the most prolific sex traffickers on the planet, but apparently with no clients is what we're supposed to believe.
		Are people in Florida talking about this and DeSantis, maybe the only person it seems like trying to get to the bottom of this?

		I haven't heard anyone else discussing this.
		I think it's incredible that he's doing it.
		I fully support it.
		I just don't know what new things we'll learn from it, but we'll see.

		We need to continue cracking at this because the cover-up is just so intense when you go through all of this with local police here.
		And then how the federal government also worked to cover up.
		So kudos to them for doing this.
		I think it's very important, and I hope we could figure out more.
		It's just sad because you don't hear anyone talking about it.
		It just seems to be, even in the public, I mean, most people just kind of just go, ah, it is what it is, and they just turn the other way.
		So we'll see what we'll learn from it.
		I'm not sure yet, but it's refreshing to see them fighting for it.

		I'm glad to see it. He's right on the vaccine issue.

		I mean, that's really the incredible part of this, is that Taylor Lorenz is forced to admit, well, something like that, or maybe something else, but...

		She has no idea about what Shia Rychik reports on.
		She has no idea about the books that she's even defending.
		And then she makes outrageous claims about sexual education.

		There was a March for Life in Virginia, and a trans activist assaults some of the protesters here.

		So, you have a trans activist smashing into and assaulting multiple pro-life marchers in Richmond, Virginia.
		Now, how is that not a hate crime?

		Well, because one side of the political aisle is above the law, don't you see?
