| An absolutely outrageous violation of the First Amendment, as literally the things that he said on this show, things that he said during a peaceful protest that were used in the sentencing memo to convince the judge to send him away for two whole months. | ||
| No little slap on the wrist, but a full-fledged punishment for daring to question the The incoming regime, which now, of course, we see all the predictions were, if anything, a little understated. | ||
| I mean, you just have to look at what was predicted, what the outcome was guessed to be prior to Joe Biden getting into office. | ||

| UN organizations plead for unimpeded Gaza aid, quote, on our knees. | ||
| Aid to Gaza, barely making it through. | ||
| And they're simply begging Israel to allow this aid into Gaza, saying more than 20 times current deliveries | ||
| were needed to support its Palestinian population. | ||
| After two weeks of Israeli strikes, UN organizations have been making increasingly desperate appeals since Israel imposed a full blockade on the coastal strip and began bombardments to root out Hamas militants who killed civilians in a bloody raid into southern Israel. | ||
| Trucks of aid began moving into Gaza from Egypt on Saturday after intense diplomatic efforts. | ||
| But the agency says they're far from enough. | ||
| Half of the enclave's 2.3 million people are homeless. | ||
| Many people have been wounded and food and clean water is in short supply. | ||
| Fuel, which has not been sent to Gaza Strip, along with humanitarian aid, is crucial. | ||
| The United Nations Relief Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees in the Near East said, fuel is extremely urgent because without fuel, the trucks themselves cannot move. | ||
| Without fuel, the generators cannot produce electricity for hospitals, for bakeries, and for water desalination plants. | ||
| The water desalination plant. | ||
| Some 465 trucks of humanitarian aid were needed per day to support the population of Gaza prior to the conflict, and at best, they're seeing 20 trucks a day at this moment. | ||
| So again, this is just a brutal collective punishment on a population of 2.5 million who are just being killed by the hundreds. | ||
| More than 700 killed in overnight Israeli attacks, Gaza officials say. | ||
| All of them civilians, by the way. | ||
| Hamas is securely ensconced in their tunnels. | ||
| They are not Wiping out Hamas with this attack. | ||
| They are bombing civilians continuously. | ||
| In fact, there was a massive red alert across huge swaths of Israel today as Hamas rained rockets down from Gaza. | ||
| So there's no military... | ||
| Importance to these attacks. | ||
| It is purely a psychological war against the people of Gaza, which cannot be serving the purpose that it's intended to serve. | ||
| I mean, just put yourself in their position. | ||
| If you're in Gaza and dozens of people that you know have been killed in the last two weeks by indiscriminate Israeli bombing, are you going to be mad at Hamas? | ||
| Are you going to And even if you are mad at Hamas, what are you going to do about it? | ||
| What are you going to do, vote? No, there hasn't been an election in like 18 years there. | ||
| So these poor people in Gaza have no ability to oust Hamas themselves, and they're just getting bombed to smithereens by Israel, who is claiming that they're killing Hamas fighters. | ||
| But in reality is killing hundreds upon hundreds of innocent people every single night. | ||
| It is an absolutely brutal massacre taking place continually over the last two weeks with no sign of slowing down. | ||
| In fact, it seems to only be increasing as the rate and severity of the airstrikes It's ramping up with yesterday being one of the most intense yet. | ||
| Thousands of families have been displaced. | ||
| It's just rubble and debris everywhere. | ||
| It's absolutely insane. | ||

| The hostages, two of whom have been returned, Hamas set free two civilian hostages on Monday. | ||
| But negotiations over a possible release of a group of 50 captives stumbled over the militant group's demands that Israel allow fuel deliveries into Gaza, according to officials familiar with the talks. | ||
| Hamas said that it's releasing two hostages, a pair of elderly women on humanitarian grounds. | ||
| They were released, and we have the video of that we can show you a little bit later. | ||
| Egyptian officials confirmed the two hostages were released at Gaza's Rafah border crossing. | ||
| Again, they've given statements to the We can actually go to one of these now. | ||

| She was being released. She turned around and shook the hands of her captives and even I think gave one of them a hug. | ||

We'll be back. There has been a lot of misinformation spread around regarding the tragic bombing of the Al Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza. | |
| The purpose of this investigation is to consolidate all the evidence currently available for the audience to interpret and come to a conclusion. | ||
| After a thorough analysis over the past few days, it is clear that the evidence Israel has provided is inconclusive and unable to prove Islamic Jihad was responsible for the bombing of the Baptist Hospital in Gaza, despite what you may hear in the media. | ||
| To explain myself, I will break down the timeline of the events leading up to the bombing, the incorrect narratives and evidence from Israel initially, and why we should be hesitant to take Israel's word for the sequence of events. | ||
| At 1859 on October 17th, an explosion was recorded at the Al-Ali Baptist Hospital in Gaza. | ||
| Hundreds are believed to be dead or injured from the blast. | ||
| At 2023 on X, Israel digital spokesperson Hananya Naftali posted that the Israeli Air Force struck the hospital and claimed multiple terrorists were killed. | ||
| He then claimed the hospital was a Hamas terrorist base. | ||
| He later deleted the tweet and changed his story by calling the tragedy a mysterious explosion. | ||
| At 2242, Israel posted a video of the alleged rocket from the Islamic Jihad that caused the explosion. | ||
| The problem was that the time of the video was approximately one hour off from the explosion. | ||
| Several other Israel-affiliated accounts posted video from 2022 as well, which is misinformation and not accurate. | ||
| Israel edited their post and deleted the video from it. | ||
| At 2246, Hamas labeled the tragedy a genocide and blamed Israel for the strike. | ||
| On October 18th at 0046, IDF spokesperson Daniel Hagari blamed the Islamic Jihad for the explosion and denied any involvement. | ||
| Before this tragedy, this hospital was struck by Israel just several days ago. | ||
| On October 14th, Israel targeted the hospital and damaged the ultrasound and mammography rooms. | ||
| Several hospital staffers were injured in the strike. | ||
| Israel gave this hospital and over 20 other hospitals in northern Gaza Orders to evacuate. | ||
| The World Health Organization condemned these warnings and called it a death sentence. | ||
| Hospital staff and other hospitals in the area refused to leave due to patients they could not leave behind and the need to treat more from Israeli airstrikes. | ||
| Given the brief overview of the timeline, let's take a closer look at the evidence that we currently have available. | ||
| The first piece of evidence that the IDF provided is an audio recording of an alleged conversation between two Hamas operatives. | ||
| In this recording, they claim the rocket was fired from a cemetery behind the hospital and that it was Islamic Jihad who launched it. | ||
| There are several issues with the audio. | ||
| The first issue is that the audio is manipulated. | ||
| Instead of hearing it on one monophonic recording, we hear two audio channels, meaning that this was recorded independently. | ||
| Effects such as pan control have been added. | ||
| We also cannot verify these are actual fighters, and several Arab-speaking experts have pointed out the tone and language heard is questionable. | ||
| While we cannot prove whether this conversation happened or not, we can prove that this audio is manipulated and should be questioned. | ||
| The second piece of evidence that the IDF provided originated from an Al Jazeera livestream in which we see a rocket fire, an intercept, and an explosion in the distance, and then a larger explosion outside the Baptist hospital. | ||
| Israel claims this video is proof that the rocket misfire was the reason for the explosion and that gas could have generated a much larger flame and a small crater. | ||
| However, analysis of the video from Al Jazeera shows that the rocket misfire story doesn't add up. | ||
| An analysis of the video from Al Jazeera shows a complete timeline of the events that occurred. | ||
| Before the explosion, footage from several angles capture interceptions of rockets fired from Gaza. | ||
| A distinct afterglow can be seen starting at 1854.28. | ||
| The rocket in question was intercepted at exactly 1859.50 with the same afterglow as the other interceptions. | ||
| Thermal analysis shows the rocket being completely destroyed and broken apart in the sky. | ||
| A smell or explosion can be seen in the distance and then a much larger one five seconds after. | ||
| Therefore, the failed rocket launch or rocket misfire theory cannot be validated. | ||

| The third piece of evidence that the IDF provided is the crater size being smaller than a normal Israeli strike would produce. | ||
| IDF claimed the strike came from the west. | ||
| Israel provided a map of the strike origin, which they claim was the cemetery as well. | ||
| However, a preliminary analysis of their claims casts doubt. | ||
| The map that displays the rocket launch area shows the distance to be approximately five kilometers away. | ||
| However, the cemetery is actually far closer to the hospital than what their evidence shows. | ||
| Therefore, the IDF map provided is not accurate due to distances not aligning. | ||
| Furthermore, a Doppler effect analysis from two videos of the explosion shows pitch changes that suggest the missile came from the east, not the west. | ||
| To back this up, an analysis of the strike given fragmentations on the ground suggests an eastern strike. | ||
| Until a thorough analysis is performed, we cannot verify Israel's claims as even Israel's own evidence does not add up. | ||
| The crater size might eliminate some higher-yield rockets from the equation. | ||
| However, it does not eliminate artillery shells that have similar fragmentation patterns. | ||
| A full investigation must be conducted for a definitive answer. | ||
| Several outlets and early investigations have pushed back on Israel's claims, as the evidence provided so far has been inconclusive, preliminary, manipulated, or in some cases, completely false. | ||
| On the other side, Israel bombed the same hospital just two days before the tragedy on the 17th. | ||
| Israel has ordered the Baptist Hospital and over 20 other hospitals in Gaza to evacuate. | ||
| Israel has bombed forbidden areas such as a United Nations relief and works agency school located in the al-Maghazi refugee camp. | ||
| Israel has killed four Palestine Red Crescent paramedics in an ambulance, 15 United Nations relief and works agency staff, at least 29 American and thousands of other civilians in strikes in two weeks. | ||
| Israel's blockade has left Gaza civilians without water, food, power and aid. | ||
| Every 15 minutes, a Gaza child dies. | ||
| More than 5,000 civilians have died from Israel airstrikes so far. | ||
| Of that amount, over 2,000 children and 1,000 women have died in houses, apartment complexes, markets, churches, mosques and refugee camps. | ||
| While conclusive proof is lacking for the explosion outside the Al-Akhli Baptist Hospital in Gaza, we must advocate for the protection of all civilians in this conflict and to denounce collective punishment of a population. | ||
| We must condemn war crimes and work towards peace or else the war will never end. | ||

| And we're going to go back this hour and look at some of the threads of continuity between the previous Iraq wars, previous wars in the Middle East that America started and lost, basically. | ||

| That was nice. But in exchange for it, we have utterly destroyed our reputation overseas. | ||

| The Security Council meets on Israel-Palestine as Gaza crisis deepens. | ||
| The UN Security Council is meeting at UN headquarters in New York for what was a scheduled quarterly open debate on the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine, now given greater urgency by Hamas attacks of 7 October and the deepening humanitarian crisis as the Israeli bombardment of the Gaza Strip continues. | ||
| The UN chief said the situation, quote, is growing more dire by the hour, repeating his call for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire. | ||
| The Israeli ambassador to the UN, Gilad Erdogan, then called on the UN secretary to resign immediately. | ||
| Because he called this humanitarian disaster, which it obviously is. | ||
| 700 people, 700 civilians died last night in the bombing campaign of Gaza. | ||
| This is a humanitarian crisis. | ||
| But if you call it that, then Israel will say that you are, quote, justifying terrorism and call for your resignation. | ||
| These people are insane. Ambassador Erdogan told reporters at the stakeout that in noting the Hamas attacks, quote, did not happen in a vacuum in his address to the council, the UN chief was, quote, justifying terrorism. | ||
| He's justifying terrorism by simply pointing out that there's a reason that Hamas attacked. | ||
| And that's not because they just hate all Jews and want to kill all Jews, which is the | ||
| level of reasoning that these people want us to consider. | ||
| And the really, again, sort of horrifying thing, and it really just seems to me like | ||
| Secretary of State Blinken is sitting there at the UN poker table. | ||
| right? Because that's essentially what this is, holding nothing, right? | ||
| Holding just like Two, a three, a seven. | ||
| He's just got nothing, right? He's got no hand. | ||
| There's no way he can win this hand. | ||
| But he keeps upping the bet. | ||
| He keeps doubling down. | ||
| Meanwhile, Iran, China, Russia are sitting there with royal flushes. | ||
| Just calling every bet. | ||
| Just going, alright, you want to ramp it up to there? | ||
| We're fine doing that. | ||
| And it seems like the American leadership is starting to panic in the fact that we don't have anything and they're calling our bluff. | ||
| And it's not looking good. | ||
| We'll go now to this is Secretary, this is Blinken at the UN, clip number 10, | ||
| trying to bluff Iran into thinking that we could do anything | ||
| to prevent them from just utterly obliterating our military forces in the Middle East and | ||
| blowing our Navy out of the water, which they certainly have the ability to do | ||
| themselves alone, not even counting the militias that they have, such as Hezbollah, which is like the | ||
| Seventh biggest army in the world or something I mean, it's completely insane what we're up against, and yet our leadership seems utterly incapable of handling the situation they themselves created. | ||
| Let's go now to Blinken at the UN. We're all determined to prevent this conflict from spreading. | ||

| But if Iran or its proxies attack U.S. personnel anywhere, make no mistake, we will defend our people, we will defend our security swiftly and decisively. | ||
| To all the members of this Council, If you, like the United States, want to prevent this conflict from spreading, tell Iran, tell its proxies, in public, in private, through every means, do not open another front against Israel in this conflict, do not attack Israel's partners. | ||
| And we urge members to go a step further. | ||
| Make clear that if Iran or its proxies widen this conflict and put more civilians at risk, You, you will hold them accountable. | ||
| Act as if the security and stability of the entire region and beyond is on the line. | ||

| And of course Israel completely rejects the calls for ceasefire, calls for the resignation of the UN leader for daring to claim that Israel should stop endlessly bombing civilians. | ||

| And then telling them, don't expand this conflict, don't expand this conflict, don't you do it. | ||
| While the person who, the personage, the organization, the country who's driving us towards this, we have given carte blanche to do whatever the hell they want. | ||
| Completely and utterly mad. | ||
| And it seems like even Israel doesn't really want to even save the hostages. | ||
| Like, they don't want a peaceful conclusion to this. | ||
| They're doing everything they can, it seems, against the wishes of their own people to drive this conflict further and further and further. | ||
| Hamas sets free to hostages. | ||
| That's the title of the story. | ||
| Hamas, Qatar, Egypt, and Israel have been in talks in recent days over a proposal to release a larger group in return for a steady flow of humanitarian aid, including fuel. | ||
| Three officials familiar with the talk said. | ||
| Israeli officials have said they want all hostages released before permitting the delivery of fuel. | ||
| Israeli officials have also told negotiators they believe Hamas and other militant groups could divert fuel for military purposes. | ||
| Now, the two hostages that were released, that was done without Israel's involvement. | ||
| That was brokered by Qatar and America because Israel seemed unwilling to even negotiate without being asked to provide anything. | ||
| Hamas basically said, we want to give you these two people. | ||
| We don't want anything in return. Israel didn't respond, didn't say yes, didn't collect them. | ||
| Instead, it had to go through Egypt and Qatar and America to get them out. | ||
| The surprise release of two American hostages on Friday night has amplified the pressure on the Israeli government to allow negotiations with Hamas to play out before any potential land assault on Gaza. | ||
| Quote, I understand everyone is so angry at the need for revenge is so strong, said Nir Shani, the father of Amit Shani, a 16-year-old who was taken by militants from a kibbutz near Gaza on October 7th. | ||
| The inconvenient thing to do is hold their breath and set a deal to end it later on. | ||
| Do whatever they want to do. | ||
| There's literally Israelis being like – and sort of gives the game away, right? | ||
| I understand everyone is so angry and the need for revenge is so strong. | ||
| This is about revenge. This is about pride. | ||
| This is about wounded pride and the need for revenge and the need to kill as many people as possible to get revenge for these people, right? | ||

| It's all about an eye for an eye, which was exceeded a long time ago, but they're continuing to drive on. | ||
| And the people who literally their 16-year-old son is captured by these militants, and they're like, can we just get our hostages back and then figure out what we want to do? | ||
| Can we not solve this immediate crisis first, rather than just continuing to bomb everybody? | ||
| But it really seems like Israel doesn't want the hostages back. | ||
| They don't seem to be interested in that. | ||
| And they're coming up with excuses not to make those deals. | ||
| In a sign of building pressure on the Israeli government, a group of hostages' families | ||
| met with Israeli President Isaac Herzog on Sunday evening to press their demands. | ||
| Dozens of their supporters gathered outside the president's residence in West Jerusalem | ||
| holding signs saying, bring them home and softly singing in Hebrew a song with the lyrics, | ||
| hear my voice. | ||
| So they're literally begging their government to just negotiate with these people and try | ||
| to get the hostages home. | ||
| And they're just not. | ||
| They're just not doing that. They're just refusing to negotiate. | ||
| And in fact, they're bombing in a way that may get these people killed. | ||
| But of course, we don't even know how many of the people that died in the original attack on October 7th were in fact killed by the IDF as multiple reports have come out saying that dozens of the victims of that attack were in fact killed by the IDF. And again, there's a weird sort of Hypocrisy going on here. | ||

| Researchers took almost 700 samples from rodents on Hainan, which is located just off China's southern coast. | ||
| Nine million people currently reside on the island. | ||
| Analysis from the scientists reveal a host of so-called novel viruses, including one new coronavirus. | ||
| They've named COV-HMU-1. | ||
| This was found to be a beta-coronavirus, a subgenre of coronaviruses, which includes COVID-19. | ||
| Other pathogens were two new pestiviruses, which are related to yellow fever and dingue. | ||
| How do you pronounce that? Dingue? | ||
| There's a way to pronounce that. | ||
| A new astrovirus, a family of viruses that causes infections like stomach bugs. | ||
| Two new parvoviruses, which can cause flu-like symptoms. | ||
| And two new papillomaviruses, a family of pathogens that can cause genital warts and cancer in people. | ||

| These are all, I guess, in rodents, animals. | ||
| Which means that they don't exist in humans yet. | ||
| Yet? Oh, but it might be changing soon. | ||
| The scientists claim the newly discovered viruses have high probability of infecting humans should they ever cross the species barrier. | ||
| I mean, they've probably been around for eons, but it hasn't happened yet. | ||
| But they will be experimenting on them to determine what exactly the effects on humans could be. | ||
| Which means they're performing gain-of-function research. | ||
| Which means they're going to be weaponizing them, which means they're going to be manipulating them so that they can infect humans so they can then study what the effect on humans would be. | ||
