		it's about as cut and dry as it gets of the double standards we currently have
		in this country when it comes to justice and so that means if there's double
		standards then there's no standards and if there's no standards then there's no
		justice there's just persecution and that's the state of the country today
		and like I said these two examples are about as cut and dry as it gets as I sit
		here at the news desk Democrats are insurrecting in Washington DC now that's
		their own definition That's the official narrative.
		That's the official activity that they consider an insurrection.
		You have thousands of Democrats taking over the Capitol.
		You have thousands of Democrats stopping activities in the streets, marching to the Capitol.
		And you have Democrats disrupting congressional hearings.
		All happening today.
		All happening in the last three to four hours.
		Now... Will this be called an insurrection?
		Will there be mass arrests and mass investigations?
		Will Republicans be having a special committee to investigate this?
		Now let's be perfectly clear, and I'm going to be reiterating all of this when we come back.
		This is the first segment here we open the show.
		It's kind of a no man's land short segment.
		But... I argue, I would argue, I have argued that these Democrats have every right to engage in this activity.
		This is not an insurrection.
		This is their First Amendment right.
		And by the way, I have fought for their First Amendment right.
		I believe that that's their First Amendment right, and I don't believe any of them belong in jail.
		Now, you want to detain, you want to arrest, you want to remove them from the building, that's one thing.
		But they don't deserve any charges.
		They don't deserve to be incarcerated.
		If you want to detain them for an hour just to get things moving, fine.
		If they do get any charges, if they do have any citations, I hope the judge throws them all out.
		But see, that's because I'm an actual First Amendment activist.
		That's because I actually believe in the First Amendment and I actually have values and principles that are consistent.
		Because I'm not a Democrat.
		Because I'm not a liberal.
		So all I see, as despicable as it might be, to have a pro-Hamas takeover of the Capitol today, I believe and I would argue that is well within their First Amendment right.
		100%. Completely disagree with it.
		I wouldn't be part of it.
		There's obviously going to have to be some law enforcement involved to clear them out.
		But see, I believe in the First Amendment.
		And I'm now a leading First Amendment activist in the United States of America, and that's why they're arresting me.
		But as I sit here and remain consistent in my values, Let's just be perfectly clear.
		There's not gonna be a big select committee to investigate this.
		There's not gonna be mainstream media narratives for the next two years calling this an insurrection.
		There's not gonna be mass investigations.
		There's not gonna be mass arrests.
		I'd be surprised if any charges stuck on any of these protesters.
		The ones that went into the building and disrupted hearings.
		The ones that marched into the buildings with their signs and their flags, which I was told was illegal.
		Which I got arrested for and spent 36 hours in jail for.
		The judge rightfully tossed that case out.
		That's a good judge.
		Maybe we've got one good judge out there.
		But my, oh my.
		And that's just one example that we have today.
		There might be an even more cut and dry example of the double standard when it comes to how justice is applied in this country.
		But of course, if there's a double standard with how justice is applied, then what do we have?
		We have injustice and persecution.

		As I watch the Democrats engage in the activity that I have now been arrested for, or will soon be arrested for, on four different occasions.
		And I have to sit here and watch Democrats engage in what Democrats call an insurrection and what Democrats arrest me for and what Democrats are putting me away for two months for and what Democrats are calling criminal activity.
		Now we're watching the Democrats engage in that very activity in the Capitol.
		It's happening live right now.
		And let's be perfectly clear.
		This is what they planned to do.
		They planned to storm the Capitol.
		This was organized and encouraged by Democrats like Rashida Tlaib.
		We have all the proof. They did a march to the Capitol.
		They then invaded the Capitol. They also disrupted congressional hearings and
		shut it down.
		So by their own definition that is an insurrection.
		Will there be a special select committee to investigate?
		Will there be thousands of arrests?
		Thousands of charges?
		Will the narrative be how dangerous this is for our democracy and how this is an insurrection in the mainstream media tonight or any Of the following nights, of course, we know the answer is no.
		So why is that?
		Because we don't have a justice system in this country anymore.
		We have an injustice system.
		So this just gives me more fuel that proves that I'm being politically persecuted.
		This just gives me more proof that Owen Schroer gets politically persecuted for being a conservative talk show host and journalist.
		If I was a liberal Democrat and I wanted to stand with Hamas and charge the Capitol, I'd be fine.
		I wouldn't be facing jail time.
		If I was a liberal Democrat and I burned cities to the ground in the names of George Floyd, I'd be fine.
		I wouldn't be facing incarceration.
		If I was David Hogg and I disrupted Congress, I'd be fine.
		I wouldn't be facing incarceration.
		If I was Jaden X, Jonathan Sullivan, and I went into the Capitol and smashed windows, I wouldn't be facing incarceration.
		I'd be covering the Ukraine war in Ukraine!
		But I am Owen Schroer.
		And I am about to go to jail for two months.
		For engaging in none of the activities that I even just explained to you that all of these Democrats engaged in and will face no jail time.
		Never went into the Capitol.
		Never damaged any property.
		And yet here we are watching Democrats engage in what they would call an insurrection.
		And of course we know...
		This will be accepted.
		This will be applauded.
		I stood in the Capitol with a sign.
		They said that was illegal and arrested me.
		But they get to hold their signs up.
		They all get to hold their signs up as they insurrect at the Capitol.
		Now as... Great an example of the double standard or the injustice in this country, as great an example that that is, it might not even be the best example for today.
		It might not even be the most cut and dry example for today.
		Now, what did I tell you?
		And I'm sorry this is the case, but this is going to continue to happen, ladies and gentlemen.
		See that? I got arrested for that.
		I was told that that sign right there was illegal and I had to be arrested.
		Spent 36 hours in a jail cell.
		Judge, of course, tossed the case.
		There's one good judge out there.
		He tore it up. He said, what?
		He did nothing?
		He didn't disrupt anything?
		He stood in the Capitol? No, that's his first memo right.
		Tossed the case. But I got arrested that day.
		And they used that against me in my sentencing memo.
		And they told the judge...
		They told Judge Kelly that, look, Schroyer's a repeat offender.
		He's a repeat First Amendment offender.
		And they put that image of me in the Capitol with that sign saying, see, Schroyer's a repeat offender.
		He needs to go to jail, even though the charges from that day were dismissed, dropped, tossed out as soon as the judge saw him.
		But I did spend 36 hours in a jail.
	They did give me COVID while I was in there or something.
	And then what happened?
	After my sentencing, a journalist got sentenced to jail for filming on January 6th inside the Capitol.
	A journalist. My fear is that that might be the fate of other journalists who haven't yet been charged yet.
	This Democrat Party, this Merrick Garland Department of Justice is out of control.
	They're probably still going to arrest more journalists.
	And now that they have the precedent with me, what's stopping them?
	Congress isn't stopping them.
	There's barely even a buzz in the media.
	Nobody even cares. You know, I always knew what ship I sailed on.
	I always knew what my fate would be as a truth teller that's anti-establishment.
	But I gotta tell ya, I'm watching Fox News last night.
	And I have no problem with this girl.
	I'm not even going to say her name.
	But they put this bimbo on who's just an Instagram bimbo.
	She's an Instagram conservative.
	And they put this bimbo on primetime Fox News to talk about Israel.
	And she's got a horrible camera.
	It's choppy and it's a bimbo.
	And I'm just sitting here, I'm like, this is it.
	This is exactly the problem here.
	They won't have Owen Schroer on to talk about being a speech prisoner in America.
	They'll have some airhead bimbo conservative on Instagram on to talk about Israel.
	And I just have to sit there and it's just like, yeah, yeah, Fox News.
	They're real patriots over there.
	They really got their finger to the pulse.
	They really know what's going on.
	You're informed if you're watching them.
	They'll probably have a Hamas protester up there tonight.
	So after they set the precedent that you can arrest journalists and you can, that there
	is no First Amendment with Owen Schroer, they then arrested and sentenced a journalist to
	jail for filming in the Capitol.
	We covered it yesterday.
	They just sentenced another individual who didn't even go in, just stood outside the building, never went in.
	Father of five. Ran for governor of Michigan.
	Sentenced him 60 days.
	Oh, just a coincidence? Same as my sentence?
	No, that was the precedent now.
	The precedent now is, oh, we got Troyer.
	We got away with it. Congress did nothing.
	Media did nothing. Nobody cared.
	So, let's just get them all.
	They're coming for you next.
	Won't be the last. And now, today, they have sentenced Ricky Vaughn.
	A meme maker.
	A man, and I don't say this condescendingly, but it is what it is.
	A man who sits at home on his computer and makes memes on the internet has now been sentenced to seven months in jail.
	And this might be a more cut-and-dry example of the injustice in our country, not just because it goes against its First Amendment rights.
	That's obvious. And this is obviously a Hillary Clinton hit job.
	Folks, there are literally Democrats, and I've got the proof.
	There are literally Democrats who did the exact same thing Ricky Vaughn did.
	In fact, you could argue that what they did was even worse because they did videos about it.
	They didn't just make memes.
	They did whole videos about it on verified accounts.
	Ricky Vaughn's account was not verified and he just put up what was obviously a fake meme.
	But Democrats do an entire video...
	Saying, oh, text your vote, it works, from a verified Twitter account, Christina Wong, do you think she's going to get seven months in jail?
	No, because she's a Democrat.
	And they're above the law now.
	You know, I still have hope.
	I still have hope in humanity.
	I still have hope in America.
	Now, I know, I don't have hope, I know that...
	It's all God's plan.
	So if America falls, then that was part of God's plan.
	If God wants America to restore itself to a constitutional republic with peace and prosperity, then that will be God's plan.
	But I'd be remiss if I didn't say this.
	If we don't have good election results in 2024, I think it's time to start looking at exit strategies, folks.
	I really do. Because you see where this is going, don't you?
	I mean, in four years, in four more years, being a Christian conservative is going to be an arrestable offense.

		So, I'd say two, three, four years before Democrats just start rounding up Trump supporters,
		rounding up Christian conservatives, throw them into gulags, throw them into gas chambers,

		All I know is that... She puts up a tweet saying virtually the same thing.
		I mean, it's virtually the exact same thing as Ricky Vaughn, except her account is verified.
		And she did a video saying, text in your vote, text in your vote for Trump.
		She's not facing charges.
		She's not going to jail for seven years.
		Why is that?
		Well, because... Whether she's a Democrat or not, I suppose doesn't apply, because I don't know.
		She might be a Democrat, she might not.
		She could be independent, she could be a conservative making a joke.
		But see, because Ricky Vaughn, because Douglas Mackey's joke was against Hillary Clinton, he has to go to jail.
		Now, what do you even do in response to something this insane?
		Should Trump supporters now share this meme everywhere?
		Should they make their own memes?
		Like, it's a joke? Like, we are all Spartacus?
		Are they now going to arrest Royer?
		He is encouraging illegal activity.

		What about the First Amendment issue where a journalist, Owen Schroyer, is going to jail for two months for chanting USA at the Capitol?
		What about the clear-cut double standard where you make a joke about Hillary Clinton, you go to jail, you make a joke about Donald Trump, nothing happens.
		What about the clear-cut double standard that Democrats are insurrecting by their own definition at the Capitol today, taking it over, waving their signs, marching in the streets, disrupting congressional hearings, and there won't be a special counsel, there won't be a big media narrative tonight, there won't be mass arrests from now for the next three years.
		Where's anybody on that?
		That's how pathetic our media is.
		And you know, it's just total confirmation of the entire reason I got into political media.
		I wasn't even political when I got into political media.
		I wasn't left. I wasn't right.
		I turned on the news and started watching news for the first time in my life.
		And I saw what pathetic fops they put up there as an excuse for newsmen and women.
		And I said, well, gee, this country deserves a better newsman.
		This country deserves a better journalist.
		So that's what I became.
		And now I'm six days away from prison because of it.
		But I get it. I get it.
		All the hosts at Fox News, you're scared of prison too.
		You're all cowards too.
		That's fine. By the way, I've never resisted arrest.

		But some of these Democrats that were insurrecting today, they were resisting arrest.
		Do you think they'll ratchet that charge up because they were resisting arrest?
		Doubt it. They'll be in detainment.
		They probably won't even go behind bars.
		They'll be in detainment either at the station, on a bench, or in the car, and then they'll get released an hour later.
		Which, I'm for that.
		I believe in the First Amendment.

		So no, I support the Democrats' rights to march to the Capitol, be pro-Hamas, go into the Capitol, that's our building, that's we the people's building, It's our government, by the people, for the people.
		This is our government.

		So no, they have the right, they have the First Amendment right to go into that Capitol with their signs and redress their grievances with the government.
		I fully support that.
		May not agree with their cause.
		Would never be a part of that group.
		But no, they have every right to do that.

		At the beginning of my term, my administration worked with our partners in the legislature to get hostile foreign entities out of Arkansas.
		I was proud to sign Act 636, sponsored by Senator Johnson and Representative Vaught, banning foreign parties from nine enemy countries from owning agricultural land in Arkansas.
		And today, we are acting on that law.
		I'm announcing that Syngenta, a Chinese state-owned agri-chemical company, must give up its land holdings in Arkansas.
		Syngenta owns 160 acres in northeast Arkansas, which it uses primarily for seed research.
		The company that owns Syngenta, Kim China, is also on the Department of Defense's list of Chinese military companies posing a clear threat to our state.
		Seeds are technology.
		Chinese state-owned corporations filter that technology back to their homeland, stealing American research and telling our enemies how to target American farms.
		That is a clear threat to our national security.
		And to our great farmers.
		Especially since the Chinese government enacted a law in 2017 requiring Chinese citizens abroad to collaborate with their country's security officials on intelligence work with no questions asked.
		This isn't about where you're from.
		We welcome Chinese Americans.

		But see, this is the answer.
		This is the answer. Just like what we should do in Texas is we should just say, the federal government has no jurisdiction here, and you're not arresting Owen Troyer for speech.
		And you have no jurisdiction, and you're not coming to get him either.
		I mean, this is what needs to be done.
		I tell you, it's surreal seeing that in front of me.
		But this is like my comfort zone.
		And there was a famous quote from Michael Jackson.
		Where he talked about the only time where he ever felt free was when he was performing on the stage.
		And boy oh boy can I relate to that.
		But you know you choose that life.
		But it culminates when you're doing what you're meant to do.
		And so I'm not going to say the sleepless nights are starting to sit in but it's hard to slow the brain down.
		It's hard not to think about it.
		The surrealness of the whole thing that I'm going to jail for my speech As it gets closer, it is starting to sit in.
		But when I'm sitting here in this studio with this crew and this audience, it's the most free I've ever felt.

		Let's look at what's going on at the Capitol right now.
		And I'm going to reiterate this.
		Because I think this is very important.
		And I wonder if any other conservatives and Republicans are sharing this sentiment today, if they have the values and the principles or they have the vision that I have, which is free speech.
		See, we tend to forget about what our values are, where our principles stand.
		So, before I get into this, because the story here is the double standard, the story here is the injustice, more so than even that these Democrats support Hamas.
		By the way, Look, I've dealt with enough liberal protesters in my day to know about 80% of them are complete phonies.
		Do you really think that entire crowd is all Jewish people?
		That they all say they're Jews and they all say they're Jews for Palestine?
		Do you really believe that?
		Now, I'm not saying there aren't Jews that do support Palestine.
		That does exist. But do you really think they're all in the Capitol today?
		No, they're all phonies.
		Just like the fake liberal pastors and preachers and fathers at the churches, it's total phonyism.
		So all these leftists that are claiming they're Jewish out there...
		Now, see, I'm not Jewish, so...
		I mean, it shouldn't offend me like it should a Jewish individual.
		Like, when I go to a Catholic church and I see them promoting LGBTQ crap, when I go to a church and I see them promoting open borders, when I go to a church and I see them doing drag queen story time, that angers me.

	I believe that's their First Amendment right.
	And as far as I can tell, they weren't doing any violence.
	They didn't break anything.
	They didn't destroy any property.

	Now, I did see some resisting arrest.
	Now, that's something that you may should have a charge for, resisting arrest.
	I've never resisted arrest. Dozens of these protesters have resisted arrest.
	But, hey, this is how this should work.
	This is just common sense.

	Americans are dumb, unfortunately, because this should be common sense.
	You have the First Amendment right to engage in this protest.
	Go into the Capitol. They even disrupted Congress.
	I'll play those clips, too. But okay, you've done your thing, and now law enforcement has to do their thing too and clear you out.
	So law enforcement makes a statement, say, okay, we've got to clear out the building, congressional activities, everybody clear out now.
	And if anybody doesn't clear out, that's when they go in and they start detaining people.
	And I would say even if you get detained in that process for entering and remaining on restricted government grounds, I hope a judge would toss those.
	Even if you are pro-Hamas, even if you are a Democrat-Liberal.
	That's justice, I believe.
	Okay, you didn't leave when you were told to?

	We're going to cite you now.
	Maybe you spend an hour on a bench.
	Maybe you spend an hour detained outside.

	But you should be released and back on the streets as long as you're not violent and as long as you didn't resist arrest.

		30% of migrants here in Chicago are children.
		Majority of them are attending Chicago Public Schools.
		Right now, the state is footing the bill for what they call temporary housing apartments and homes that are rented out for migrants.
		The state is paying on the high-end $9,000 in rental assistance over a six-month period of time.
		With that comes help moving in and a starter kit to furnish the apartment.
		That rent lasts for six months, and ideally people would have started their legal process, secured legal work authorization, and then be able to sustain that apartment.
		And so the cost, or I guess the payment towards the landlord, is based on market rate.
		It's based on the configuration of- Market rate in Chicago?

unidentified		Where it's located, all of those things.
		Downtown? So it kind of varies from place to place.
		We ran out of time, but I did reach out to the city to see how many asylum seekers are currently taking advantage of the rental assistance program.
		We haven't heard back from the city on that.
		The city put $4 million towards helping migrants get temporary housing.
		The state added $38 million to that.
		And right now, there are only 30 to 40 case management workers from Catholic charities working to get thousands of migrants temporary housing.
		And I'm told there's a push to hire more.

		The border's secure.
		That's an obvious lie.
		You've got tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands.
		I would say the number's probably closer to 100,000 than it is 10,000, if not above 100,000.
		Illegal immigrants in Chicago.
		Now, who paid for them to get to Chicago?
		The U.S. taxpayer. Who paid for them to get to their journey through the southern border?
		Leftist organizations. Well, now they're in Chicago.
		By the tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands.
		And they have nowhere to go.
		So now who's paying for their room and board?
		The U.S. taxpayer.
		Who's paying for their meals?
		The U.S. taxpayer and leftist charitable groups.
		Now, I know people that live in Chicago.
		I have my entire life.
		Getting an apartment in downtown Chicago, A, is not easy because there's so much demand, and B, is extremely expensive.
		I mean, I don't know. I mean, I guess, you know, crew search, what does the average apartment in downtown Chicago cost?
		It's got to be like $25,000, $3,000 a month, if not more.
		And usually you're getting a roommate or two.
		But oh my gosh, we've got $9,000 a month for the illegal immigrants to not only afford a nice apartment in downtown Chicago, but also to furnish it.
		This is outrageous.
		Yeah, what did I say?
		$2,500, $2,300 a month for 750 square feet.
		So that's a one-bedroom.
		So a two-bedroom is probably going for about four now.
		Go ahead and plug in a two-bedroom, guys.
		It's got to be going for around four.
		And so this is all getting paid for by the U.S. taxpayer.
		Biden's going to give $100 million to Ukraine and Israel.
		Biden just gave $100 million to Gaza.
		And we're giving hundreds of billions of dollars to illegal immigrants while the American people are suffering.
		I play the videos all day long.
		Yeah, the crew has it pulled up.
		Yeah, so the average two bedrooms is probably about $2,500 to $3,000.
		You know, obviously some more expensive ones, you're going to be looking at about $10,000.
		But let's just say the cheapest, if you can get a two-bedroom, you're $2,500 minimum.
		And illegal immigrants, not citizens, illegal immigrants are getting this paid for by the U.S. taxpayer.
		It gets worse.
		You heard what she said.
		They also get lawyers paid for so that they can get work permits and become citizens.
		Who's paying for their lawyers?
		The U.S. taxpayer!
		The US taxpayer pays for illegal immigrants to invade our country.
		The US taxpayer pays for illegal immigrants to get three meals a day, a nice apartment in Chicago, and furnish it.
		The US taxpayer pays for illegal immigrants to hire lawyers so they can get a citizenship and a job.
		This is beyond outrageous.

owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		And the missile sound that somebody records from the night when it was being bombed is a JDAM coming in So I've heard that analysis before, and then Israel also put out what appears to be clear propaganda of two people, it seems like, in a recording studio talking about Hamas blowing up a hospital.
		It's like, oh, you released it 48 hours later.
		But did you see the hospital is still standing?
		It didn't even hit the hospital.

		So, I mean, and not only that, but they're doing a lot of the stuff during night so that they can't be blamed for it.
		So it's just a tactical thing that they're doing.
		So I think also the reason why they're not moving in with the ground invasion is because they got, like, intel that states China.

		And some of the intel came out about that it's a trap.
		And they won't deploy the troops in from Israeli troops, the IDF, into Palestine directly because they fear that they've been stockpiling weapons to do like traps.

		Or what do they do to penetrate like tunnel systems?
