| So those are the fundamental questions that we should get answered before we even think about it. | ||

| This legal update I think is just as important, and while it might not deal with me serving prison time and the direct assault on free speech in the First Amendment, This one might be just as important as far as precedent is concerned because what we're dealing with here is something that really hasn't been dealt with before. | ||

| So, as you said, about two weeks ago, we issued a cease and desist both to X and the fraudulent account owner. | ||
| To X, we were demanding that they enforce their terms of service and force this person to comply and not steal your identity. | ||
| What they're doing is certainly not allowed by X, wasn't allowed by Twitter. | ||
| And they've been allowing this to happen for almost a year now. | ||
| People have continuously reported this individual. | ||
| I've done it personally. And we had somebody deliver this notice to X, hand deliver it to them. | ||
| So they knew 100% they were served. | ||
| And let me just frame this a little more properly, too. | ||
| So in case anybody's a little ignorant to this, I'm completely banned on X. Now, I'm banned on all these other social media platforms. | ||
| But for this case, we're talking specifically about X. I'm banned. | ||
| I don't have my official account. | ||
| I can't defend myself. | ||
| I can't speak for myself. | ||
| Yet X has verified Owen Troyer accounts, what I am claiming, stealing my digital identity and defaming me. | ||
| So that's what we're talking about here. | ||
| Exactly. And they are. | ||
| They've completely mimicked a profile to look like you, using your images, using your name. | ||
| Your name is in the X handle, having details about your show. | ||
| And none of that should be allowed on X. And so we had it hand-delivered to X. It should have been put on the desk of their legal team, and they had to have read it. | ||
| And they know. They know that this person is in violation. | ||
| So we demanded that they address it, and we also demanded that they let you back on X, because The only reason this is allowed to happen is because you've been censored. | ||
| If you were on there, it would be very clear who the real Owen Schroyer was. | ||
| This other person would not be able to steal your identity. | ||
| And at least I could be there to confront this phony directly on X, on the platform. | ||
| Exactly. Exactly. Exactly. Because this happens. | ||
| People get impersonated online when they start to build a big following. | ||
| But usually it's no big deal because either the social media company actually deals with it or they can announce to their followers that this person is impersonating them in a fraud. | ||
| You can't do that. | ||
| So we issued that letter. | ||
| We also issued a demand letter to the impersonator demanding that they take down the content and that they stop using your name and your image in order to publish any of their posts. | ||
| We have been completely ignored by X. This person has outright refused to conform to our demands. | ||
| And so we have initiated legal action. | ||
| And as of this afternoon, I officially just filed a lawsuit, a John Doe lawsuit against this individual. | ||
| Now that the lawsuit is filed, this will allow me to request that we subpoena X so that we can get this person's actual identity. | ||
| Whether it's one person, a team of people putting all of these defamatory posts out in your name, we're going to figure out who they are, and at that point we can serve them and move forward. | ||
| And we've brought a claim on basically stealing your identity, misappropriating your name, your likeness, your identity, your brand. | ||
| And taking advantage of your good value and your reputation in order to defraud other people on X. And this is why this is an important case. | ||
| And I mean, kudos to you, a young attorney cutting your teeth with not just all the vaccine cases that you have going on. | ||
| We can get into that in the next segment. | ||
| But kudos to you for taking up this case because this is really an unprecedented thing. | ||
| And you can get into more of perhaps the legal speak of it. | ||
| But here's how I would put it. | ||
| Folks, This case is about me, but this could be about anybody. | ||
| I'm banned from, we'll just use X for this case. | ||
| I'm banned from X, okay? | ||
| They have suspended me. | ||
| They haven't let me back. Now, we're still trying to get my account back. | ||
| Maybe there's a chance we can. | ||
| But for the time being, I'm not allowed to operate on there. | ||
| But this individual is and is verified. | ||
| So let's think about what that says. | ||
| So what you can essentially do is you can erase somebody off of this digital platform or the digital marketplace or the internet And then you can have some fraud fill in, verified, and steal your identity. | ||
| And writing all kinds of salacious, rude, crude, and lewd content that people will then think is me. | ||
| So it could be Owen Schroer right now. | ||
| It could be you next. | ||
| It could be Alex Jones. It could be Donald Trump. | ||
| It could be anybody. We have obviously defamation and digital identity theft and stuff that has happened in the world, but for this case, this is really an unprecedented thing to say, okay, you can erase an individual off a platform and then replace him with a phony because it really goes beyond just digital identity theft. | ||
| It's like, I mean, how would you describe this? | ||
| How do you plan on even going forward with this in such an unprecedented case? | ||
| I really do think it's just the further vilification of the band, right? | ||
| So they can take, like you said, they can take somebody, censor them off the internet, and then completely rewrite their character and just continue to defame them and allow, and we don't know who this person is. | ||
| I'm getting more and more curious by the text. | ||
| It's almost like digital kidnapping. | ||
| Exactly. Exactly. | ||
| And then like holding a- it's like you can digital kidnap me and then have somebody present as me that's not even me and then just destroy my reputation. | ||
| Exactly. And there's still- like you're the person who gets the barbed wire every time. | ||
| This- like you said, this could happen to anybody. | ||
| You're seeing this for the first time. | ||
| You're not allowed on there. You have no speech on X. And someone else is able to steal your identity. | ||
| They could pop up on any other social media platform, too. | ||
| And X is certainly, I mean, it's better now, but it's certainly not a perfect system. | ||
| There are still lots of other people who are banned. | ||
| Or we could see another situation, like in 2020, where you had doctors and lawyers and all kinds of people being banned off the Internet. | ||
| What happens when all of these prominent voices who people trust... | ||
| And who've built up a good reputation and have value in their name and the things that they say. | ||
| What happens when you have impersonators putting out bad information and making them look terrible on the internet? | ||
| I mean, what does that do to society as a whole? | ||
| Here's an example. Here's a perfect example. | ||
| And we've laid out some of the other examples in the professional world where we'll have potential guests who are thinking about coming on the show and then they research Owen Schroer and they see this fake account and all the ridiculous stuff it puts up and they say, I'm not going on a show with that person because of the false identity. | ||
| We have instances where people will reach out. | ||
| They're trying to get a hold of me to do an interview on their show. | ||
| And they'll reach out to this person and they'll get frauded. | ||
| They'll get completely fooled by this person and say, okay, never mind. | ||
| I don't want you on the show. I mean, think about that outreach that that cost me. | ||
| I mean, you know, we don't need to get into potential damages, but I mean, you know, that's where this lies. | ||
| But here's a more personal level. | ||
| I have friends or family that I haven't talked to in a long time, and they see my name in the news. | ||
| And so, well, maybe they've lost my number, or they don't know how to reach out to me, and so they just do a quick search on the internet, or they go on X, and they say, oh, let me see what Owen is up to. | ||
| And they go, and they find this fake account, and they say, oh, gee, this is what he's sharing? | ||
| This is what he's saying? Ah, I guess maybe I shouldn't feel so bad about him after all. | ||
| So it's not just professional. | ||
| It's very personal as well. | ||
| I've attacked my family for the, I mean, geez. | ||
| Yeah, and the content this person's putting out is ridiculous. | ||
| It is. It's ridiculous. I see other people have their posts censored online for nothing, and then this person is allowed to essentially put pornographic material out there regularly. | ||
| It's absurd. And it's also a security issue, too. | ||
| I do know somebody, a prominent user on X, who sent his phone number to this fake account thinking that it was you. | ||
| And so what kind of other personal or sensitive information is being sent? | ||
| I'm sure you as a you know someone in the news you get a lot of tips from people as a journalist of private information things people want you to know how much of this is being sent to this fraudulent account and people think that it's you they think that it's a secure a secure account and it's certainly not and you don't know what this person could do with that information yeah it's it's uh again may you might say well this is a minor thing but it could be a major thing and this is a precedent-setting thing You can't be allowed to erase somebody off the internet, basically digitally kidnap them, and then digitally steal their identity and act as if you are them and destroy their reputation. | ||
| All right, I want to get into some other updates here with Lexis Anderson, who's also getting to the bottom of some of the issues with the COVID-19 vaccines and the mandates, and we got a big update on that. | ||
| By the way, but the one thing I wanted to address before we moved on is that it seems almost impossible that X is not aware that this is going on. | ||
| The individual who's been stealing my digital identity has been flagged and reported probably hundreds of times. | ||
| We've sent them to cease and desist and still no action. | ||
| So, you know, that's the one oddity about this is it would seem that there's no way they're unaware that this is going on, so it feels like a conscious decision to let it happen. | ||
| Exactly, exactly. | ||
| You have to assume that somebody's letting it happen, right? | ||
| Whoever's deaths this crossed, whoever's seeing the appeals and all the reports and who saw that cease and desist, they clearly put it in a pile and said, let's not worry about this one. | ||
| Why? Why is this the case? | ||
| Because even if they didn't let your account back on, this is a clear violation of the terms and service. | ||
| It's very cut and dry. | ||
| And why would they let this fake individual get verified but not let me back on? | ||
| Exactly. Exactly. | ||
| Again, you have to think that somebody there wants this to happen and is letting this happen and is complicit in this whole situation. | ||
| And so it's very questionable. | ||
| I guess I shouldn't have been surprised, but I was a little bit that there was no response whatsoever. | ||
| But we're going to keep trying. | ||
| We'll keep reaching out to X and they'll be served a subpoena here. | ||
| Well, you're doing great work. | ||
| I wish there were more young attorneys like you that were go-getters and not afraid to stand up against the system and the establishment. | ||
| And I will just say this before we move on to the vaccine stuff, which you're heavily involved in as well. | ||
| We covered the story earlier this hour where the friends, they call themselves a collective, of the friends of an individual that got stabbed to death in New York are saying, we want money so we can take time off work. | ||
| Okay, go figure. | ||
| So they can properly mourn. | ||
| Whatever. I guess I won't judge people on how they have to mourn. | ||
| But, you see, I'm the exact opposite. | ||

| Governor Abbott calls special session to start on October 9th. | ||
| So I guess we are four days from this. | ||
| What is that, like next Tuesday or something? | ||
| And starts with a request for legislation to ban COVID-19 vaccine mandates for private employers in the state of Texas. | ||
| We got the proclamation right here. | ||
| You've been very heavily involved in fighting the mandates and the people that have been wrongfully fired and everything else. | ||
| Your response... This is incredible and long overdue. | ||
| Every state at this point should have passed this because COVID was just unprecedented. | ||
| It was the first time that we'd seen such sweeping mandates, not even of a normal vaccine, if you can call any of them normal, but of a highly experimental, fraudulent jab. | ||
| It's not even a vaccine, it's a gene therapy. | ||
| You know, everyone was just stunned when this was rolled out so swiftly and it was mandated. | ||
| And people had been working normally for months at that point, and then all of a sudden, fall of 2021, it was, you know, you have to be vaccinated or you no longer have your job. | ||
| This is incredible. Other states have implemented this. | ||
| Tennessee is one of the most successful, and they did it fairly early. | ||
| I want to see end of 2021, early 2022. | ||
| And that's actually been one of the more successful statutes to sue under because it provides the most protection for employees. | ||
| So I'm really happy to see that this is happening in Texas. | ||
| I know the idea has been floated around for a while and it needs to get passed. | ||
| It needs to be a priority because we can't let this happen again. | ||
| Now, Greg Abbott, he's not the worst, certainly not the best, and I've kind of learned enough being in Texas here with Abbott as our governor that he does things for politics, and I think it's wrong. | ||
| I mean, my guess is that he's put this off until the time where he thinks it benefits him the most politically. | ||
| Like you said, this should have been done a long time ago, but nonetheless, so what does this mean for people in Texas? | ||
| We no longer have to worry about the COVID-19 vaccine mandates. | ||
| It says specifically here, private employees. | ||
| Well, I'd be curious to see whether, you know, they apply this retroactively. | ||
| What about people who are already terminated? | ||
| Because as we know, most companies don't require the COVID vaccine anymore or they already have and only have a vaccinated workforce. | ||
| So this will be interesting to see how it plays out. | ||
| You know, it's... | ||
| Again, if they do another rollout of mandates at some point, this could be very critical. | ||
| But I'd like to see whether it applies retroactively and whether, you know, I have a case in Texas for someone who was terminated for not taking the vaccine. | ||
| And I'd be very curious to see how this plays into that. | ||
| So you'll be monitoring this closely, though? | ||
| Very closely. Interesting. | ||
| So, okay, October 9th, they're going to have a special session. | ||
| And this is just the beginning. | ||
| And now the special sessions need to be coming out about... | ||
| How they were able to get the mandates, why the emergency use authorization shouldn't have been there because hydroxychloroquine, zinc, ivermectin, all these other things worked, and then also the side effects because that's another big one. | ||
| So, Lexus, you'll be monitoring that. | ||

| Because we got these driverless cars all over Austin. | ||
| There was a story two weeks ago about how there was a huge traffic jam because they all got confused and clogged traffic up. | ||
| And I saw one of them. | ||
| And it made me think about something. | ||
| But then this hit the news this week. | ||
| San Francisco woman suffers traumatic injuries. | ||
| And it was all about a robo-taxi that ran her over. | ||
| Now, when the story first hit the press... | ||
| It was self-driving car robo-taxi runs over a woman. | ||
| Well, I think that the people behind these self-driving cars, these driverless cars, got to the press and said, hey, this is a billion-dollar industry. | ||
| You guys got to protect us. | ||
| And so now they're saying, oh, she got hit by another driver, and then the car rolled over her and smashed her and couldn't get off of her. | ||
| Well, maybe that's true. | ||
| Maybe that's not. But... | ||
| I'm thinking about the legal stuff of this because they want this to be the future of driving. | ||
| Klaus Schwab says that they want this to be the future of driving. | ||
| They don't want you to have a private car. They don't want you to drive a car. | ||
| And I see these cars all the time in Austin, and I'm not suggesting this, obviously. | ||
| But I'm thinking... What's stopping somebody from jumping in front of one of these driverless cars to have them run them over to win a legal case? | ||
| Because when I look at this, again, I'm not suggesting this. | ||
| I'm just saying we know people try to commit all kinds of fraud. | ||
| They will pay out the wazoo to protect the driverless car industry. | ||
| I think you get what I'm getting at. | ||
| When it comes to the legal aspects of these driverless cars and hitting people and causing accidents, where do you think this goes? | ||
| That is fascinating you bring this up because I just had this conversation with someone the other day. | ||
| I have a cousin who just got his license and he loves to give me hypotheticals like, oh, if so-and-so hits so-and-so, who's responsible? | ||
| And we were talking about the driverless cars and he's like, well, if someone hits someone, who do you sue? | ||
| I was like, well, you'd sue the manufacturer unless you had some sort of person remote controlling the car behind the scenes. | ||
| You would sue the company that made it. | ||
| And I think this is going to be an issue because there's no way something's going to happen. | ||
| Something's going to go faulty. This just happened. | ||
| A woman got injured. That is a massive lawsuit. | ||
| And like you said, they want to prop up this industry. | ||
| Self-driving cars and electric vehicles are critical to their whole climate change agenda and all this. | ||
| And so they're not going to want to vilify all of this. | ||
| And so, yeah, I think there's a lot of potential for injury lawsuits down the road. | ||
| Yeah, I think this is unavoidable because it's not just going to be they're causing traffic jams or let's say, you know, this woman did get hit by another driver and then the car just plows over her and traps her. | ||
| Well, again, like the driverless car doesn't know what to do. | ||
| There's no human there. | ||
| It doesn't know, oh, how do I maneuver to get this woman free? | ||
| Or, you know, what do I do? Am I supposed to back up or drive forward? | ||
| Or, you know, there's nobody in the car to help her get out. | ||
| So, I mean, this is a whole issue that they're going to want to avoid. | ||
| But as more of these driverless cars get on the streets, this issue is going to come to the front. | ||
| It's just unavoidable. Yeah, it's a product's liability case. | ||
| And it seems fairly straightforward, but that poses a lot of issues for them, and I'm curious how they're going to deal with that. | ||
| Well, I mean, I've seen homeless people in Austin jump in front of cars before. | ||
| So, you know, one of them might figure, hey, I could jump in front of a car and have a million-dollar mansion tomorrow. | ||
| Be lucrative. Yeah, exactly. | ||
