If you were to move forward, if there were to be any kind of agreement, what would that look like and what would you need to see from the speaker at this moment? | |
| I think the dies cast based on the motion I just filed. | ||
| I think the time for that discussion would have been over the last several weeks. | ||

| I mean, the speaker did not just fail to remediate the breach of the agreement he made with us in January. | ||
| He accelerated the instances of breach. | ||
| Like, after I laid out the breach, he went and violated the 72-hour rule. | ||

| So he seems to be reverting to the very unfortunate muscle memory of Washington, D.C. that has put our nation atop a $33 trillion debt that has led to $2 trillion annual deficits in our near future and the rapid global de-dollarization of the economy. | ||
| When you look at the BRICS system, You know, Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, they're moving away from the dollar. | ||
| And just in August, they added six new countries, including G20 economies in the Western Hemisphere and Gulf monarchies. | ||
| Moreover, you saw U.S. news say that the number one economic trend of 2023 is de-dollarization globally. | ||
| This worries me. | ||
| You all get all worked up that there's going to be some uncomfortable, chaotic moment, that I'll feel pressure from... | ||

| I feel the weight of that. | ||
| I worry that when the history books are written about this country going down, that my name is going to be on the board of directors here. | ||

| So McCarthy has the support of the majority of the House Republicans. | ||

| So Kevin McCarthy has helped us lower energy costs and unleashed U.S. energy? | ||
| What world are you living in if you believe that? | ||
| Kevin McCarthy has helped us protect the border. | ||
| We have the most open border ever. | ||
| Protected the American people from radical left policies. | ||

| And here's why. And it ties into this vote, too. | ||

| I actually have been down on the border, and I've asked these single adult males that come in with these children, hey, where's the mom? | ||
| And they look like a deer in headlights, and I continue to press them, and then I ask them, what is the child's birthday? | ||
| And 99% of the time, these guys cannot give me an answer, a birthday. | ||
| I am a father myself, and my daughter is a lot grown now, but I could not see myself not knowing the day that my child was born, and many of these fathers are coming in in that manner. | ||
| A key term that they are using as they are on the border is I was abandoned. | ||
| The mother abandoned me and the child. | ||
| That is a key term, almost as if they're to gain some kind of expedite when they claim that they've been abandoned by their spouse. | ||

| So you have private property owners currently in Texas trying to look into legal matters against federal agents going as far as Wanting to place them under arrest and trying to follow up with the governor to try to have something done. | ||
| Because what they're doing is really, you have the state of Texas lining up Hundreds of feet or miles of Constantinowire to protect this state and then you have federal agents walk right up to it and cut it like if it's non-existent. | ||
| So it is all coming down to the courts out here in Texas. | ||
| There's a lot of pushback by Texans and one pushback that is happening, it's worth mentioning, will be in San Antonio October 7th. | ||

| In it, you can see her lying in bed next to me while I'm sleeping, smirking at the camera without a care in the world, or any marks on her face. | ||
| I think it paints a pretty clear picture of what actually happened the evening of May 15th and why the video was originally concealed from us. | ||
| Yeah. After hearing the evidence available to her, Judge Diana Gold Saltman found that Lindsay Hill had misled the court. | ||
| She found her claims to be materially misleading. | ||
| She denied her request for a domestic violence restraining order, and she found that no sexual assault or non-consensual conduct took place. | ||
| Now, some of you might not know about restraining order hearings. | ||
| I know I didn't. But I've since learned that it's extremely rare for a request for a restraining order to be denied because the standard of proof that you need to obtain one is extremely low. | ||
| So, you can make of that what you will. | ||
| The fact is, I was never arrested, I was never charged with a crime, and I won the only legal proceeding that took place without my side of the story even being heard. | ||
| And most importantly, as I've said from day one, I never sexually assaulted Lindsay Hill, or anyone else for that matter. | ||
| So I sued her, which prompted her to countersue me. | ||
| Quite frankly, regardless of the outcome in court, I've paid significantly more in legal fees than Lindsay Hill could ever pay me in her entire life. | ||
| And I knew that would be the case going in. | ||
| But the lawsuit was never about the money for me. | ||
| It was the only way for me to obtain critical information to clear my name. | ||
| The discovery process in that lawsuit recently concluded, at which point Lindsay Hill's legal team again came to us with another proposal to resolve the case. | ||
| This time, however, they weren't seeking any money from me. | ||
| Having received much of the information that had been hidden from us, a small portion of which I've referenced here, I was willing to agree to the terms proposed. | ||
| Both parties would drop their respective lawsuits, and neither of us would pay either side any money. | ||
| I also retain my right to speak publicly about the case, something I have not been at liberty to do since June of 2021. | ||
| So, as of today, both lawsuits have been settled. | ||
| Now, over the last two years, I've been forced to defend my integrity and my reputation in a very public setting, but hopefully this is the last time I have to do so, as I'd prefer to just remain focused on doing my job, winning baseball games and entertaining fans around the world. | ||
