|
We return you now to your regularly scheduled program.
Ladies and gentlemen, here you are.
Here we are. | ||
Live on this historic day, unprecedented day.
In American history, August 3rd, 2023.
You will remember this Thursday.
I was wondering, I was curious what type of support Trump would have on the streets in D.C. And we have that answer.
And it's big, big league.
And D.C. is like a communist hellhole now.
I mean, it sucks. | ||
The soul, the life has been sucked out of that place by the Biden administration.
And there are dirty commies beneath it or above it.
But still, you have thousands of people.
It's hard to get a number because they're basically just lining up the side of the streets like it's a parade for Trump.
But massive support for Donald Trump in D.C. There has not been this much action.
There hasn't been this much street traffic in D.C. since the Biden administration took over.
So that tells you something.
It's just the gravity of this movement, the gravity of Donald Trump, even the leftist haters that will certainly be out there too in their derangement.
But we've got the live feed.
Trump has... Trump deboarded Trump Force One, if you will, and is in route, or I believe actually is in the, he might be in the courtroom right now, actually, I believe.
I saw the footage of him actually getting out of his vehicles and going into the courtroom.
So I do believe Trump is in the courtroom.
And it's funny, I've been, I've been in that building.
I have been in that building and maybe even the courtroom multiple times, multiple times.
So I kept it nice and warm for you, Donald.
You're welcome. But American flags flying high.
Do not tread on me flags flying.
Trump flags flying. Now, of course, you won't find any support like this for Joe Biden anywhere.
Anywhere. But we do have it for Donald Trump.
Now, we're going to be light with other news today for obvious reasons with this live coverage in this historical moment in our history.
We do have Alex Jones joining me in studio in about 30 minutes.
We're also going to be joined by Robert Barnes to continue to cover this.
And then Jesse Lee Peterson in the third hour with a lot to talk about too.
And I wouldn't be doing my job if I didn't bring up some of the other news today.
And we don't have to go long on it.
But I mean, folks, while this is a big day for America, no doubt, and a big day for the Exposure of just how criminal the deep state is and what they're doing to Donald Trump.
And that's a massive blow to our republic, to our justice system, specifically to the election process.
But outside the lines, if you will...
Russia, China, India, and the BRICS system, ladies and gentlemen, are making serious moves to collapse the U.S. dollar.
Our credit rating is going down.
You heard about that yesterday.
I could get into all the domestic economy news that none of it's good.
The record high interest rates, they say, oh, inflation is down.
No, it's not. It's not down.
Your grocery bill is still doubled.
Your energy bill is still doubled.
Your price at the pump is still doubled.
And now you have Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa and others in the BRICS agreement about to sign a deal.
They will no longer be using the U.S. dollar for international trade and business.
We will lose control of the petrodollar when Saudi Arabia and Iran and Russia start becoming the number one producers of oil, which they will now that Joe Biden has turned off our gas.
And Russia and China have an invested interest to skyrocket gold prices against the U.S. dollar.
So, we'll focus on this Trump situation for this historical day, but let's not forget
that's going on. | ||
unidentified
|
So, we'll focus on this Trump situation for this historical day, but let's not forget
that's going on. | ||
Ladies and gentlemen, August 3rd, 2023 edition of the Info Wars War Room brought to you by
at infowarsstore.com.
Your host Owen Schroer here with you for the fastest three hours on the internet.
We're going to be joined by Alex Jones.
We're going to be joined by Robert Barnes.
We're going to be joined by Jesse Lee Peterson.
And we've got live coverage.
Trump has landed in DC in epic fashion, by the way.
I mean... I'm telling you, I know things are dark and I know we look into the future and it seems like it's going to get darker before the light and I agree with that.
But man, I am feeling charged up.
From Trump's statements after the indictment to Donald Trump's plane with the big fat gold Trump spelled out on the side landing at Reagan International.
Just sticking it right in the globalist's face.
Just sticking it right in the Democrats' face.
Oh, that just, it just was, that was poetic.
That was poetic. | ||
But then, of course, they drag him into the courtroom.
They probably got him in there right now.
And who knows? | ||
Maybe Chet can just decide she's going to arrest him.
Because he's white, you know?
And she's black. And that's important.
And yesterday... | ||
Yesterday, I was... | ||
I mean, I was half kidding.
But... It was... | ||
I just... | ||
I knew this is where the narrative was going to go.
And so I said it yesterday jokingly knowing that today it would become reality.
This affirmative action hire of Barack Obama, this Tanya Chutkin, no doubt...
Now maybe she does end up overcoming the bias, but she's already got the push from the left.
She's already got the clearance from the left.
It's in the media. It's all over the streets.
I've got evidence of it on the radio, on TV, in the press.
Ladies and gentlemen, the American left is celebrating the idea that the black judge from Jamaica is going to destroy the white man Donald Trump.
Forget about justice. | ||
Forget about the law. Forget about evidence.
Forget about any of that.
It's all about the black woman destroying the white man.
And that's their narrative.
They are running with it.
They love it. They love it. And I've had this realization because the white
liberal is truly an anomaly of all things logical.
But I realized it's like the Passover.
How does a white liberal get away with being white, being racist, having any money, having any say in society at all?
How do they get away with this?
This anti-white group of bigots known as modern-day American liberals, it's like Passover.
As long as you're a Democrat voter, liberal progressive, it's like Passover.
So you're okay to be white.
Oh, you can be racist. | ||
You can be okay. | ||
You can be rich. You can own yachts.
You can have private jets.
As long as you're a good standing liberal Democrat, it's like Passover for them.
So they create the caste system.
They create the modern day American apartheid, which is anti-white bigotry with their affirmative action.
And then how do the white liberals get away with it?
Well, it's like Passover.
They rub the blood of their innocent on their face, they kill their children, and they rub it on their face and they say, see, I'm a good liberal progressive.
I'm okay. John Kerry, his family, multiple private jets.
How come he gets away with it?
White guy, rich. Joe Biden, white guy, rich.
How does he get away with it? Because he's a good liberal Democrat.
It's like Passover. Just say the right things, do the right things, and it's like Passover for you.
You can be forgiven. | ||
But I don't want to spend any more time on that because we got a lot of response to the indictment today.
We'll show you some of that.
We'll continue to monitor the scene live from D.C. Thousands in the street supporting Trump.
This is the most street traffic that's been in D.C. since Trump was in office.
But, you know, there's another angle.
There's another angle to the judge in Trump's case.
There's another angle here that we're going to get ahead of.
Just like we got ahead of, hey, this black woman will destroy the white man.
This is poetic justice, and they're all saying it.
Just like we were ahead of that.
I'm going to put you ahead of the next one.
Because... Well, I've got the stack of news in front of me.
What happened with all the protesters...
That Democrats let into the Capitol for the climate change sit-ins and protests.
You know, hundreds of them were arrested.
How many of those defendants ended up in front of Judge...
How many of them ended up in front of Judge Chutkin?
How many of them had all their charges dropped in front of Judge Chutkin?
What about the Kavanaugh protests?
Remember that when the Democrats shut down Capitol proceedings and tore down the barricades and hundreds were arrested?
How many of those defendants ended up in Chutkin's courtroom and how many of them had their charges dropped?
What about the riots? | ||
Black Lives Matter, burning churches to the ground, desecrating venerable objects so out of control with the rioting, Donald Trump, the President of the United States, had to go down to his bunker.
How many of those defendants ended up in Chutkin's courtroom, and how many of them got dismissed?
How many of them got bail money from Kamala Harris?
unidentified
|
Yeah. Yeah. | |
I'm going to tell you right here, it's at least two dozen.
unidentified
|
At least. So imagine that.
But see, it's Passover for liberals.
You're allowed to riot.
You're allowed to engage in arson and battery and assault and theft even.
As long as you're a good standing liberal progressive Democrat.
And so this is the societal class caste system that they want to build for you.
Not a meritocracy. | ||
Not of you earn the ground you stand on.
No. You buy into the cult of modern day liberalism.
You chop up your boys. | ||
You chop up your girls if they even make it out of your womb.
You hate white people. | ||
You hate America. Everything that comes along with the ideology.
And you will be part of the protected class.
Now, if you actually believe that's how this is going to end up, then you really are that stupid.
That's why you're an American liberal.
You're going to get locked up like the rest of us.
You're going to get starved out and have your energy shut off, just like everybody else.
So you'll live in the 100 degree heat with no AC. You'll live in the zero degree freezing with no heat, just like the rest of us.
You'll have your food rationed, your energy rationed.
You just are kind of enjoying the ride right now, the modern day liberal, because you know you're the dumbest among us.
You're the most pathetic among us.
You accomplished nothing and everything gets given to you.
So you feel good about it right now.
You get protected by the system.
You can go out and riot. | ||
The system protects you. It's your Passover moment.
So you show up in D.C. as a defendant like Donald Trump, the whole system is going to be waged against you.
You show up in D.C. as a defendant like people that rioted for the George Floyd protests, people that rioted in the Capitol during the Kavanaugh protests, people that rioted in the Capitol during the climate change protests, you'll get in front of the judge and you'll be protected.
Because you've had your Passover moment as a modern day liberal.
You've rubbed the blood of the innocent on your head with the millions of babies that you've celebrated murdered in the womb.
You've espoused the anti-white bigotry like a good liberal so you will be in the protected class even if you are white now.
And this is the caste system that they're building.
And now the latest juxtaposition with...
I mean, I could do January 6th defendants all day long.
I'm not going to. For obvious reasons, that might be bias.
But let's just talk about Trump then.
Oh. How many individuals, how many defendants...
From one of the three riots at the Capitol launched by Democrats had their charges dropped by Judge Chutkin.
Well, I'm going to tell you right now, it's at least two dozen.
And it's probably a lot more than that.
Because they've had their liberal Passover moment.
They don't have to face this beast that exists in Washington, D.C. like you.
Alright, we've got statements from Trump's lawyers.
We've got scenes from outside the courtroom.
And we've got Alex Jones and Bob Barnes joining us in the next segment.
And the joke I was making yesterday, which...
It's kind of like the Babylon Bee would write a story four years ago as satire, now it comes real.
The satirical joke I was making yesterday, which I knew would come real, so it was kind of intentional leaning into that satire.
But no, now they're all saying it's poetic justice.
I got it everywhere. I got the LA Times...
I got MSNBC, thousands of leftists on Twitter.
It's poetic justice that a black woman is going to destroy the white man Donald Trump.
This is what they all live for.
This is the caste system that they have created.
But it's the tit-for-tat Cold War D.C. March 17th, Hunter Biden laptop confirm reel by Hunter Biden in testimony.
March 18th, Trump indictment first filed.
June 8th, FBI documents show Biden bribery scams.
June 9th, Trump indictment unsealed, Trump indicted.
July 26th, Hunter's plea deal collapses in court.
July 27th, Trump indicted.
July 31st, Devin Archer testimony confirms many of the missing connections between Hunter and Joe Biden in the Biden crime family.
August 1st, Trump indicted.
So there'll be at least one or two more of these tit-for-tats, probably even before next year.
But let's just expose The true criminal injustice that goes on in D.C. And boy, oh boy, it's hard not to lean too far into this, but let's just put it like this.
If Owen Schroer decides, hypothetically, if I decide that I'm going to disrupt an impeachment hearing, well, I'm going to be in court for years.
If David Hogg goes and disrupts congressional sessions, nothing happens to him.
Okay. Hypothetically.
But let's look at this. | ||
Here's some headlines. Do you remember when the Democrats launched their Capitol Hill protests for climate change?
You remember that? Let me refresh your memory from 2018.
Here's some of the headlines at the time.
More than 100 arrested in climate action protests outside Pelosi's Capitol Hill office.
More protesters storm Pelosi's office demanding climate change action.
Extinction Rebellion protesters confront politicians at U.S. Capitol.
Nine climate protesters arrested in Congressional office building.
Climate activists resume week-long protests at Capitol.
So... They went inside the Capitol, disrupted proceedings, confronted politicians, hundreds were arrested.
How many of those defendants ended up in Judge Chutkin's courtroom, and how many of them had their charges dropped?
I think somebody should really dig into the details of that and put that out for the public on blast.
What about the Kavanaugh protests?
You remember that? Democrats storming the Capitol, disrupting proceedings?
Here's some refreshers.
Hundreds arrested as anti-Kavanaugh protests pack Capitol Hill.
Kavanaugh protesters ignore Capitol barricades, smash through them ahead of Saturday vote.
Kavanaugh protests escalate over 120 arrested on Capitol Hill.
How many of those defendants ended up in Judge Chutkin's courtroom, and how many of them had their charges dropped?
Just curious. | ||
Trump's lawyers might want to look into that.
And I'm not even mentioning the riots during Trump's inauguration in 2021 that the Democrats launched.
Riots. Busting cars' windows.
Busting buildings' windows.
Firebombing people and buildings and cars.
Hundreds of arrests. Or maybe the Black Lives Matter riots of 2020 in D.C. where they burned a church in Where they desecrated venerable objects.
Where they were so out of control in their rioting and raging that Trump had to be sent to the White House bunker for protection.
Maybe some of those defendants ended up in Chutkin's courtroom.
Would you like to know? | ||
Would you like to know the fate of their charges or if they were thrown out?
Do you think Trump will get that same treatment?
Do I even have to ask you that?
We all know the answer. | ||
And we will get into them celebrating.
This is their big moment. This is why they have the new racial caste system putting blacks on top.
This is why they do it with the white liberals, like the new house slave to the new caste social system.
Oh, this is so great. | ||
A black woman is going to destroy the white man.
And that's what they see, and that's what they celebrate.
And all the liberals that are soaked in the blood of the innocent, and all the liberals that are soaked in the blood of this country going down, they get their Passover.
You don't have to deal with the political corruption.
You don't have to deal with the censorship.
But guess what? You will have to deal when your food is rationed.
You will have to deal with your energy is rationed.
And we're the only ones trying to stop that from happening to you.
So we'll show you how they're celebrating that.
But guys, do we have the statement from Trump's lawyer that I had just sent you ready to go by any chance?
Let's do this then. | ||
This is Kash Patel. | ||
Now, a lot of people are saying it could go this way.
More legal minds think it's better to just have this at the Supreme Court get tossed out.
But if it did go to trial, what kind of things could Trump do?
Here's Kash Patel talking about it in clip five.
Listen, you are absolutely right.
Here's what I put out on Truth Social last night, and I'm going to send it to the president.
I can't wait for this trial to come because the subpoena list that Donald Trump should execute in this proceedings is going to be monumental.
I want him to subpoena every government gangster that has ever called him out bogusly.
I mean Garland. | ||
Think about it. We're going to subpoena Garland, Ray.
We're going to put all of them in the hot seat.
We're going to go back to Russiagate.
We're going to get Rosenstein and all the other gangsters from that era.
We're going to get documentation from everything because under the Constitution, and as a federal public defender, I know this, You are entitled not just to the discovery the government gives you, but every piece of information the government possesses and every witness they have to stand up your defense.
That's due process. | ||
And so the amount, the deluge of subpoenas that is going to come out, you're right, it's going to boomerang.
These people bit way more than they can chew.
And I can't wait to see the list of people that come in the crosshairs from the defense perspective.
And I hope the defense team for Donald Trump listens and puts it out there.
Well, I'll tell you what, I consider it wishful, hopeful thinking, and nobody better to respond to that than Alex Jones and Robert Barnes coming up in the next segment, because here's what I think is going to happen, but we'll hear from them and Alex firsthand who's experienced this.
Anything Donald Trump tries to do in that courtroom to get justice, the judge is going to deny.
Any evidence, discovery, witness, subpoena that Trump's defense tries to bring to the courtroom, the prosecution will object and the judge will say, okay, throw it out, strike it from the record.
And you know what? Everybody's going to see it happen now.
So you might have missed it when it was Alex Jones.
Now you're going to see it with Donald Trump.
That's how I think this is going to go.
But Alex Jones is going to be joining me in studio.
Bob Barnes joining us as well.
And we'll get into the bottom of this as we monitor the situation in DC. By the way, this is the most street traffic in DC since Trump left office.
More energy in DC since Biden has been put in the White House.
And I think Biden is napping on the beach right now as all this is going on.
How ironic. Alex, you ever noticed how veterans from a war will recognize one another without even having to talk?
That's how I feel about Donald Trump right now.
He's more recognizable as one of us being attacked by the establishment, being destroyed by our corrupt system And it's just like, I recognize that now.
I feel like he's kin with us now.
And I'm afraid that everything that you've gone through in the courtroom, where you're not allowed to present evidence, you're not allowed to have witnesses, you're not allowed to discover anything, everybody thinks, oh, Trump's going to get this discovery.
It's going to be great. No, I get the feeling that he's going to get the treatment that you received, Alex.
But here you are to discuss this with Bob Barnes.
That's right. Robert Barnes has been a lawyer working on the election fraud itself, going after the real issues.
And he's here to give his expert take on this as well.
But seriously historic, this January 6th is their big move.
They admit it's their big move.
They haven't charged the unindicted conspirators yet because they want them to, quote, flip and lie about him, bear false witness.
I mean, Trump 100% thought they stole it.
One of the indictment points says he says illegals voted.
I mean, it's all on record they're voting.
The Democrats have legalized it in a bunch of areas.
So I had Barnes on a few hours ago before he had turned himself in.
When will he be turning himself loose?
Will they be turning him loose? We believe so.
Georgia says they may push it further with mug shots and who knows.
Total desperation. I predict his numbers go up even higher.
Robert Barnes, as we talked a few hours ago, what's the latest developments?
Yeah, so there'll be a lot of misinterpretation out there that's already happening.
So, for example, Trump's going to get a regular, easy conditions of release.
There's going to be no issues of detention or imprisonment, no issues of gag order.
Commonly given in conditions of release in a criminal, federal criminal case, says the defendant should not talk to a witness about a matter concerning the case except through counsel.
There'll be people who will misconstrue that, and it's already happening.
Mainstream media is trying to spin it, but now Trump can't talk about the case.
That's not in fact what happened.
So it's a pretty basic everyday kind of conditions of release, nothing extraordinary or unusual.
No mugshot, none of that.
He pled not guilty, and he's going to walk right out.
And he's got his lawyers out, different lawyers talking to the press.
You know, it's Trump, so he always likes certain, you know, let's just say lawyers who look a certain way.
You know, I don't know if always picking models as your lawyers is always the best idea, but, you know, Trump is Trump.
God bless him. So some are making good points, some are not.
There will be general discussion about what he can use to basically impugn the indictment and impeach the indictment.
So both the objective truth of what he said and his subjective belief in it and any reason for that subjective belief Is relevant to a defense of his charges.
This is what's called a good faith defense.
It's important to understand that even the fraud charges as well as the obstruction and other and civil rights related charges.
I mean, it's crazy. They're using the you know, they're using an Enron statute to go after him.
They're using a Civil War 1866 statute to go after him.
But all of these give him a right to say that he sincerely believed it or that it's true.
Both are a complete defense.
And any reason he had to believe it is also admissible, because it's admissible to prove what he said was true, but it's also separately and independently admissible to prove that that's what he relied upon to believe it was true.
Well, sure, they're saying he's a liar because other people around him didn't think there was fraud.
If he believed there was fraud, of course there was, then it's not fraud.
Exactly. And so now you don't get typical discovery in a criminal case.
In a civil case, you get all kinds of discovery.
In a criminal case, all you have as a defense lawyer is access to the trial.
So you have a constitutional right to subpoena witnesses and documents, but only for the trial.
You don't get pretrial depositions, pretrial discovery.
None of that exists in the federal criminal process.
The only thing that is, but what he could, now you could do a hearing.
You can bring a motion to dismiss on government misconduct grounds, subpoena evidence in support of that evidentiary hearing for that process.
So that's one way you can get evidence.
But basically what he can do is subpoena a lot of documents and information.
Now what can happen is the government might move in to try to quash those subpoenas.
In Steve Bannon's case, the federal court quashed most of his subpoenas.
And going to Owen's point, that's the risk is this liberal Democratic judge, Obama judge, Hunter Biden connected judge, David Bowie's deep state connected judge, denies Trump a fair trial.
But the way Trump can preserve his appellate rights is he does something called proffers or offers of proof.
And what he can do is say, if you allowed me to get this evidence, it would have proven that what I said was true, why it was I believed it.
As a general rule, if you can show your subjective good faith is based on a particular piece of information, the courts have to let that in.
This goes to a range of cases.
I've done a bunch of these cases in the tax context, but also other federal regulatory contexts.
Your good faith defense, I mean, I've listed Alice in Wonderland as an exhibit in a case of mine.
So, you know, you can have anything that went into why you believed what you believed, because what the jury is assessing is not whether you should have believed it, not whether somebody disagreed with you, but rather, did you actually believe it?
And for that, any evidence that's persuasive of the belief is relevant to come in.
So it'll be, this court would have to violate all the rules to keep that evidence out.
And of course, that's evidence they didn't want the world to ever see or witness.
Now, it's a federal proceeding, and federal courts don't allow cameras in the courtroom ever.
So we'll never get to see what's actually happening inside the courtroom.
To Alex's earlier point about that, I think it's an ongoing issue and a problem that that's the case with federal courtrooms.
Because the public should get a right to partake and participate in this.
But this would be the very first time that evidence is allowed to be presented showing how the election did not constitutionally meet the constitutional requirements, which is that the election only be conducted by the rules established by the legislature of each state and no one and nobody else.
Because that's what the Constitution requires for the Electoral College vote.
And our argument has always been that there were people who are not constitutionally qualified to vote who did, that they cast ballots in ways that were not constitutionally qualified methods of casting the ballot, and that happened.
And that the count and the canvassing of the ballots was not done in a constitutionally qualified manner because in all three cases, they either let people vote, they let them vote by a particular method of ballot, or they counted or canvassed the ballot in a way directly contrary to the rules set by the state legislature, and those are the rules governing a constitutionally conforming election.
So I think that he will get to present that evidence at some level.
I think the question is how corrupt is the judge?
What do you make of the reports that click on that, that Trump stared down Jack Smith?
Oh, that wouldn't surprise me.
I mean, I think Trump doesn't think of Jack Smith as a sensible, reasonable, intelligent man.
I think he sees him as a lunatic who's simply a tool of the Biden administration.
And he's unintimidated by this.
And he wants to let everybody know he's unintimidated by this.
And he will keep showing that over and over again.
His general demeanor and disposition reveals he's utterly unintimidated by this.
And it's important to understand that Deep State has never faced that in their lives.
And that's the headline for this whole hour.
I want this hour added with video.
Trump unintimidated by Jack Smith in the deep state.
That's the headline for this hour.
And that's what we've all got to have the attitude.
They're going to screw us 10 times harder if we roll over and cower.
So this isn't about a game of chicken.
It's not about machismo or acting tough or bravado.
It's about we're getting gang raped here.
It's time to stop bending over.
Bending over got us here.
Time to stop. Exactly. | ||
As I always say, you don't curtsy to a corrupt king.
You kick him in the cojones. And that's the only way they respect you, by the way.
I mean, I've dealt with this in many, many cases involving very rogue state or federal prosecutors or judges.
And the only time they ever respected you at all is when you went up and punched him in the nose, proverbially speaking.
Robert Barnes, stay there.
Owen Schroer coming up.
I want to get your other angles on what they're going to pull next because I don't think the indictments are over.
What would you do if you were advising Trump?
I know you do some. | ||

Back here live on the InfoWars War Room brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
Bob Barnes is my guest and let's get into some of the weeds here.
Let's start with this one.
I went through a series of headlines Dealing with the Democrat climate change protests at the Capitol where they smashed through barricades and disrupted congressional proceedings.
Same thing happened during the Kavanaugh hearings.
They broke through barricades, disrupted federal and government proceedings.
I could even go into the George Floyd protests of 2020 where they rioted.
Hell, you can even go to the Trump inauguration in 2017 when they rioted.
But even just focusing on those two situations at the Capitol, How important do you think is it for Trump's lawyers to go back and look at Judge Chutkin's history dealing with protests at the capitals?
Let's say they find that, hey, all these leftist protesters walked away with no charges.
unidentified
|
Do you think that's relevant? Oh, it's definitely relevant.
And in fact, all the challenges include a long litany of constitutional challenges.
Procedurally, it may make more sense to move first to disqualify the judge, at least get those issues on the record, then make a motion to transfer venue of the case out of the District of Columbia to someplace else, most reasonably the Southern District of Florida, where proceedings are already pending that have some related nexus of both parties and of facts and issues and legal issues.
But if you get past those sort of procedural issues, you next get into the substantive grounds to bring motions to dismiss the indictment, that the indictment on its face is legally insufficient and constitutionally void.
And that raises a range of questions under the First Amendment.
First, of course, is that the indictment itself tries to criminalize speech, it tries to criminalize association, and it tries to criminalize petitioning the government.
Those are independent, separate violations of the First Amendment that require and necessitate dismissal of the indictment by an honest or honorable court.
Now, Donald Trump may not get that until he gets to the Supreme Court, but that would set up those issues to be adjudicated by the Supreme Court.
The next category is what you're talking about, selective prosecution.
So the First Amendment prohibits the government from prosecuting people in punishment of their speech or political activity.
In my view, there's a bifurcated grounds to bring those motions here.
Not only by comparison that other people in like situations.
Look at everybody who denied the election in 2016.
Look at the people who denied the election in 2004.
Look at the people who denied it in 2000.
People have been denying elections or questioning or critiquing the outcome of the elections or debating or disputing who actually won an election from the beginning of us having elections in America.
And so none of them went to prison.
I mean, by the logic of this prosecution, by this indictment, by the Biden DOJ, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson were criminals because they acted as vice president to decide which electors they were going to count or not when there was an electoral college dispute when they were acting as vice president in 1796 and 1800, notably to give themselves the presidency, no less.
Well, and that's not even to mention, there's dozens of Democrats that are still in Congress today that fought the 2000 election, fought the 2004 election, fought the 2016 election.
On record, we have the videos.
They went to the Capitol and denied the election.
Not only that, one of them is the President of the United States, and another one is the Vice President of the United States.
So, I mean, that's how absurd it is.
So it's a clear pattern of selective prosecution in that no one has ever been prosecuted for this before, and only Trump is being prosecuted here.
But I think there's an additional selective prosecution First Amendment violation here, which is, to me, in order for us to constitutionally avoid becoming a banana republic, We should have a provision that the prosecutor cannot indict the leading opponent of the party in power.
That that should be prohibited until after an election.
That you can't do it in the lead up to an election.
That doing so is a First Amendment violation because it will politically taint the prosecutorial process and constitutionally void any indictment related to it.
So after he brings all the procedural motions, then there's the substantive First Amendment motions based on the indictment itself, which preserves everybody else's rights.
Then there's the bifurcated selective prosecution indictment he can bring.
Then there's another indictment.
All of these indictments try to make legal advice a crime.
All the so-called co-conspirators are lawyers, and they're basically being accused that because they gave legal advice and because Trump took that legal advice, that that was a conspiratorial act.
With criminal intent, which is insane.
It's an attempt to criminalize legal advocacy, a direct threat to the attorney-client privilege and confidence, but also a direct threat to the ability of the attorneys to fulfill their duties and obligations of zealous advocacy for their client and their case.
And so I believe there's an independent grounds on First, Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment grounds to dismiss the indictment on violating attorney-client privilege because they already breached it by getting almost all the evidence they got from illegally accessing attorney-client privilege information, but also that it criminalizes legal advocacy and that poses a direct threat to the ability of lawyers to be lawyers.
It also will impair and impede the ability of lawyers to get confidence from their clients because the clients will say, look what happened to Donald Trump.
He actually asked for advice and took advice, and it ended up being used against him, and they tried to send him to prison for it.
So this is a direct threat to the ability to practice the profession of law in America, and I think it's a separate, independent, distinct grounds to bring a dismissal.
Now, on top of that, he has additional grounds on grand jury abuse, on prosecutorial malfeasance and misconduct in the way the investigation was conducted.
The breach of attorney-client privilege relates to that due process.
Governmental misconduct as a separate independent ground.
Dismissal, you can seek an evidentiary hearing to support your claims in that regard.
And I think that would be the next level of motions to dismiss to bring before we even get to trial.
And he should start subpoenaing now for whenever a trial date is calendered or scheduled.
They'll probably schedule an early trial date today, but that's not the likely ultimate trial date.
The ultimate likely trial date will likely be summer of 2024.
But there'll be issues about whether the trial can even go on at that time in the middle of an election.
But you can expect that what Trump will do is subpoena evidence that supports his good faith belief that the election that he actually won.
All the media headlines always lie.
They say, so-and-so conspired to reverse the election results.
That's not true. Trump was trying to determine who won, and he believed he did.
He wasn't trying to reverse the election results.
He was trying to validate the honest election results.
Well, this is the incredible thing.
It's like the corruption in D.C. and the ruling class that runs it has never been more obvious.
I mean, you could just use the election interference.
The American media, the corrupt American media, used the phrase election interference after the 2016 election a bajillion times.
I mean, you couldn't even count it.
This is the most obvious election interference right in front of your face dealing with the new indictments with Trump and the other ones.
But getting back to the judge real quick.
Shouldn't the judge recuse herself from this case?
I mean, this is too obvious.
She's done business with the Bidens.
She's close with Obama. I mean, isn't a recusal the right thing for this judge to do?
I'm not saying I expect that, obviously, but wouldn't that be the right thing?
Very, very difficult. | ||
I mean, basically, judicial disqualification standards need to be changed by Congress because right now they are so difficult to reach.
Here's what I often say, that the judge who would disqualify themselves is the kind of judge you don't need to disqualify themselves because they're so sufficiently self-reflective and self-honest that that means they would probably be a fair judge.
The judge who would never disqualify themselves is exactly the judge who needs to disqualify themselves because they are so prejudiced and biased they can't even see it in themselves in the first instance or how anyone else could recognize it.
The constitutional and legal standard under due process and under existing federal statutes is a high standard, a high burden to meet.
You basically have to show that because of things unrelated to To the substance of their court ruling, something outside the proceedings makes it so that the public would doubt the appearance of impartiality.
Generally, they don't consider partisan alignments or political affiliations as constituting grounds for disqualification.
So now, where would be relevant here?
Because she is part of the David Bowie's law firm, connected to Hunter Biden and others, she may be relevant.
She may know witnesses.
Normally, like in the Disney case, DeSantis' people were able to disqualify a federal judge because his family had investments in Disney.
That's the kind of thing that you usually need, unfortunately, to get disqualification.
This is a judge that I think will be very biased.
The question is, How bad will she be?
Will she have enough self-preservation to at least give the appearance of a fair trial, or will she go full Alex Jones style?
What happened to Alex Jones in his cases in Connecticut and Texas where those judges showed no respect and regard for the law at all?
The risk to the left and to the deep state and the Democratic Party and the federal judiciary is this case has a lot more attention than any case in American legal history.
And if you engage in shenanigans that people think shows that you are incapable of being
impartial, you endanger the ability to achieve anything out of the case legally or politically,
legally because the conviction would be set aside on appeal and politically because the
court of public opinion backlashes against you because they don't think the trial was
an impartial trial. | ||
And we're up against a break here, but I want to continue this on the other side because
I think this is such a key point.
When I'm seeing all these legal experts, and of course they're all over the news responding to these indictments saying, oh, this is so great.
They'll get the subpoena. They'll get the evidence.
They'll get all this stuff. And I'm like, clearly you didn't watch the Alex Jones cases.
Clearly you did not pay attention if you think that that's going to be a given.
But maybe that's a good thing.
Maybe that's a good thing, Bob, because now they're going to see it.
And they're going to say, wow, I thought we had a justice system.
I didn't realize how bad it was.
Oh, it's that bad and probably worse.
Bob Barnes, my guest. Don't go anywhere.
Alright, we're talking legal strategy here with Bob Barnes.
I don't know, Bob, hiring supermodel-type women to be your public legal voice, you know, it might be the worst strategy for Trump.
You know, I don't mind it. It's all good over here.
But, all kidding aside, it's victory and it's justice and it's truth that needs to be had here.
And so, I mean, I look at it like this.
There's no way this judge is going to even allow Trump to say the election was rigged.
I mean, I don't even think she'll allow him to say it.
Certainly won't allow him to pontificate with the evidence or his defense as far as that's concerned.
So, I mean, do you agree, disagree?
And what is the smartest legal strategy?
I know you kind of went through the dominoes of the potentials here.
But, I mean, what advice would you give Trump as far as the best advice to move forward with this and not end up in jail?
I think a triple strategy.
The first is to get the case at some level before the US Supreme Court on the legal issues and to get it stopped and delayed and stayed and ultimately dismissed on those grounds.
The parallel strategy is to get the case moved out of DC, both from a judicial pool and jury pool perspective.
And then the third is to preserve all your rights for appeal and to present the best offense at trial.
The judge is a little bit hamstrung here because if the prosecution had been smart and limited the scope of their indictment, then they could have limited Trump's defenses.
But they were too eager and too bold, and this is an M.O. of Jack Smith in multiple cases.
This is why he's one of the only federal prosecutors in America to have been overturned repeatedly by the Supreme Court of the United States.
There's almost no prosecutor who could ever claim that.
That's the status that he has.
And it's because he tends to be sloppy, lazy, and over prosecute and over charge.
And the reason why it's significant is take conspiracy to defraud.
The Supreme Court has made clear you have a right to present any evidence that shows you believed in good faith, you believed what you believed, including any information you took in for that capacity.
So the judge could try to say, I'm not going to let you present evidence that you think the election was rigged and why, but that would be a violation of his core constitutional rights to defend himself and would create an automatic reversal on appeal.
In addition, it would create a problem because the public is watching this case and they hear, wow, they're saying Trump lied, but they're not allowing Trump to defend himself on the accusation that he lied.
It's like the people who actually followed the Alex Jones cases.
The way those cases were presented was so egregious in violating Alex's rights That by the end of it, not only had they not impaired Alex's audience, they had in fact rallied Alex's audience.
But there were tons of people who weren't even Alex Jones fans who followed it and were like, this is nuts.
This is insane. This is crazy.
Yeah, the largest audience, if people want to go look at it, was on a YouTube channel called Law& Crime.
And when you were following it in live comments, it was even leftist, centrist, just legal minds, not even political, just saying, wow, never seen anything like this before.
Absolutely. And so it's a mistake of the system.
You don't want your case to look like what it really is.
The case is a show trial, a Soviet-style show trial.
The chief judge of the district, the deep state's favorite judicial system is the District of Columbia.
And I think legislatively, what this should remind everybody in Congress, Congress decides whether D.C. exists, whether D.C. has a court system, state or federal, how it's managed and governed.
It was never intended by our founders that D.C. have its own federal court system or its own state court system.
Indeed, it wasn't expected to be so big, but basically the deep state has created its own court system to cover for itself and punish its adversaries.
I think what this case will now prove is Congress needs to go back and scrap D.C. There needs to be no D.C. federal court system, no D.C. state court system, To remove all power from that.
And secondly, any prosecution should only take place in a person's residence.
That's what the jury vicinage provision was always meant to be and needs to be enforced at.
I think that's what we'll see.
But Trump has a lot of defenses because he committed no crime.
The only crime being committed is by the prosecutor himself.
All right, we've got Trump speaking to the media here.
We'll pause this and have this for you live in 60 seconds right after this break.
Owen Troyer, Bob Barnes with you here on the InfoWars War Room, brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
Donald Trump has just made his first statements, or is making his first statement right now, post-indictment, pleading not guilty.
We are trying to pick up this feed.
Let's go live, guys. | ||
Do we have the audio? Here we go.
Donald Trump, first statements, post-indictment, pleading not guilty.
Well, thank you very much.
This is a very sad day for America.
And it was also very sad driving through Washington, D.C. and seeing the filth and the decay and all of the broken buildings and walls and the graffiti.
This is not The place that I left.
It's a very sad thing to see it.
When you look at what's happening, this is a persecution of a political opponent.
This was never supposed to happen in America.
This is the persecution of the person that's leading by very, very substantial numbers in the Republican primary and leading Biden by a lot.
So if you can't beat him, you persecute him or you prosecute him.
We can't let this happen in America.
Thank you very much. So now he boards Trump Force One.
Now, that is more time given to the press than Joe Biden has in the last, what, seven months?
All year? So... | ||
Not to talk about Biden, but I mean, the juxtaposition here is totally fair.
Joe Biden is napping on a beach right now.
By the way, the family of the American servicemen in North Korea right now, in prison in North Korea, is begging Joe Biden to step in and bring him home.
Joe Biden's napping on the beach.
I mean, I can't tell what the story here is.
Is it just... The standard Joe Biden can't walk, can't talk, and they just are taking him to the beach?
Is it just Joe Biden that gets to go on vacation for 33% of the days he's in office?
Actually, 40%. It's 365 days now.
A whole year he's been on vacation since being the president.
Or is this an optical thing where he's just going to the beach and saying, oh, see, I have nothing to do with this.
Look, I'm napping on the beach.
I don't know anything that's going on with Jack Smith.
I mean, Bob, how do you analyze this?
Well, you gotta give Trump credit.
I gotta get that umbrella. I mean, even the umbrella has Trump credit.
Trump has the best umbrellas, let me tell you.
I've had a Trump umbrella.
It rains a lot and easy. We have the best umbrellas, okay?
You flip the switch. It goes big.
It's huge, even. Huge. | ||
Not a single drop, not a single of the swamp water DC gets on you with the Trump umbrella, okay?
Yeah, that's absolutely true. And there he is.
I mean, that looks like a great umbrella.
He's got the name emblazoned on the side.
And that just gives you a sense of Trump.
It reminded me of Alex during the middle of the Connecticut trial.
He was getting harassed, and he put out the Infowarsstore.com brand, which drove the plaintiff's lawyer a little bit crazy for about half an hour.
And that's the way you have to confront these.
You have to be fearless in confronting this, because part of the goal is intimidation.
And they have been utterly unsuccessful to intimidate Trump.
They should have known better than to intimidate Trump.
I had predicted that he wouldn't be detained.
There wouldn't be travel restraints on him.
There wouldn't be any speech restraints on him.
And that is, in fact, what came about.
They didn't set a trial date.
They set a hearing date August 28th in front of the district court when the district court will set a trial date.
But that initial trial date may not be the ultimate trial date.
Often not. We'll see how the case progresses and proceeds, though I think that they need to look early at challenging the district court being the district court in the proceedings, because at least get information on the record.
Now, maybe they have to wait to see who all the witnesses are to know the most specific
conflict of interest that may be present in the proceedings.
But this judge is a judge that's been utterly nuts in the January 6th cases.
Speaking of that, how often have you heard of a judge giving a harsher sentence than
the prosecution even suggested or would have even considered?
Because that's what she's done.
Yes, repeatedly. That's very rare.
That's done in about one in ten cases, and that's usually done when something unusual has happened, like the Hunter Biden plea deal.
Not only is she going up above what the prosecutor does, but she's going above what the Sentencing Commission recommends, and she's going above what other like offenses have been charged at.
And that raises due process and equal protection issues.
So smart judges know not to do that.
I've been in front of some judges that wanted to go AWOL, and I had to raise those issues, and then the judge would back off.
But it shows how politically prejudiced she is.
And in my view, her incapacity and incapability to be impartial.
I don't think any judge in D.C. can be impartial because they took January 6th as a threat to them personally in ways that federal judges outside of D.C. did not.
And that's why I've always thought that, and then you add that to a jury pool that is as prejudiced and bigoted as any jury pool ever.
I mean, I've often said Martin Luther King in 1951 at Birmingham, Alabama with an all-white jury could get a more impartial jury pool than a January 6th or Trump defendant can get in the District of Columbia.
We're talking about a place that's not only 93, 95% anti-Trump, but it's intensely, severely anti-Trump.
And in particular, they are the administrative state.
They are the peons of the deep state.
And to allow them to sit in judgment of anybody is insane.
That's why we shouldn't have that court system in the first place.
We really need to get rid of the District of Columbia having a federal court system, having a state court system.
That's entirely up to Congress.
That was never anticipated by our founders.
But Trump is showing he's not going to be phased by this.
He's going to march outward and onward.
Oh, and I love that, by the way.
It's charging my batteries. But I want to get back to what you just said, because what I see here is a beautiful opportunity to reconstitute the U.S. Constitution, to reaffirm the Declaration of Independence, and to actually have political momentum.
It's going to have to come out of the Republican Party, obviously.
To just reconstitute the concept of America and say, hey, you know what?
The federal government was never meant to be this way.
I don't know if it's writing a new declaration or if it's governors having a state's conference saying no more federal jurisdiction in my states.
But I see this as a beautiful opportunity.
I mean, we all know how corrupt the government is.
I mean, liberals, I guess, just go along with it now because they think it's going to benefit them.
Isn't this a golden opportunity now for America to say, wow, the whole deep state has been exposed.
The corruption in D.C. couldn't be more obvious.
We've got to research our freedoms, our independence, and this just out-of-control rogue government aimed against us, it has to be addressed.
It really has been a problem developed during and after World War II. And, you know, they assassinated President Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, Martin Luther King, maybe Malcolm X, took out Nixon with Watergate.
Those are all deep state plots and food.
Yeah, tried to kill Ronald Reagan.
So they've been constantly at this forever.
They momentarily got a setback with Frank Church and the reformers of the 1974 Congress, but that was about it.
Otherwise, they have been unabashed and unafraid and unashamed in their assertion of control of the American government for domestic and foreign policy purposes.
And now they've completely corrupted.
Now, in fact, the FBI was really always corrupted, but your ordinary American didn't know it.
They could disguise a lot of their actions by going after outsiders and dissidents and use the anti-communism fear as a way to smear the political dissidents they were targeting for reasons independent of that.
And because of that, they're able to dodge meaningful scrutiny.
Now they can't. The world's going to see that the emperor of injustice is naked.
And need some clothes. | ||
And the best way to have that happen is to take away not only the power of D.C. to even exist as a political and judicial jurisdiction, but also just radically reduce the size or even the existence of the FBI. I mean, do we really need them?
I mean, well, why are they there?
I mean, name the great prosecutions brought by the Federal Department of Justice.
There's almost none. They usually mishandle it, mismangle it, or do something wrong with it anyway.
They bring more wrong prosecutions than right.
Or even take, for example, what they did with the fake plot to kidnap the governor of Michigan.
They run the whole thing and then they entrap people while they do it.
And that just happened with the Newberg 4.
Remember the big anti-terrorism plot?
They broke up. The federal judge just released three of the four defendants on compassionate grounds because it said the whole case was an FBI case.
The judge said, look, this never would have happened but for the FBI. They came up with the idea.
They ran it. They operated it.
They funded it. They put their own informants and infiltrators to create it, orchestrate it, and organize it.
They provided the fake bombs and fake weapons.
And they found a couple of down-on-their-luck people to go along with it.
You know, down-on-their-luck people mentally and financially.
And much like the Whitmer fake plot.
Much like aspects of January 6th.
We keep seeing videos that show how much that had a staged aspect to it.
So the deep state is being exposed.
Every time they go after Trump, they think they expose Trump when really they expose themselves instead.
There's Trump Force One about to take off.
Bob Barnes is my guest. | ||
We're breaking it all down.
Remember, folks, everything we do here is brought to you by you, shopping at Infowarsstore.com.
We need your support. Shop at Infowarsstore.com so we can stay on the air and have this groundbreaking coverage.
All right, I want to get...
Bob Barnes' response to something Trump's lawyers said, and I don't know if she's legal counsel for Trump on this case, and I know she's not on the last indictment, but she has represented Trump.
I believe she's probably still on Trump's payroll for lawyers.
That's why she's out there defending him in the streets.
I don't know, again, if she's going to be involved in this legal defense, but she was certainly out in the streets in a defense of Donald Trump.
I want to play this for you and then get Bob's response to it.
Guys, here is Lena Haba outside the courtroom earlier today.
unidentified
|
On March 17th, Hunter accidentally admits that it was his laptop from hell.
The next day, DA Alvin Bragg indicts President Trump.
June 8th, An FBI document is released showing that the Ukrainians paid the Biden crime family millions and millions of dollars.
The next day, the Mar-a-Lago raid and the Mar-a-Lago indictment.
Last week, Hunter Biden's sweetheart plea deal fell through when the judge realized it had blanket immunity.
The following day, a superseding indictment against Donald Trump.
July 31st, Devin Archer goes to testify in front of the House.
That was only after they failed to put him in jail prior to the fact.
What happens the next day?
The January 6th indictment that we're here for today.
This is not a coincidence.
This is election interference at its finest against the leading candidate right now for president for either party.
So, okay, obviously the timing here is not coincidental.
It's nearly impossible.
And so respond to that. | ||
But also, what are the odds?
How can they land these cases in front of the judges that are the most advantageous for Joe Biden?
How is that even possible?
So talk about the tit-for-tat every time, and then, oh, magically they get a judge that is going to cooperate with them.
Yeah, I mean, I would like to look into this.
Purportedly, the assignment was random.
I've often been... Sure, so is the NBA draft.
Yeah, yeah, exactly, exactly.
And so I think it's... | ||
I have some doubts about just how random this assignment was.
We know the chief judge has been overtly and openly partisan and political.
He was in the courtroom today to watch over the proceedings.
It's like he couldn't wait to see Trump lynched.
So, I mean, that's the mindset you have from the chief judge running the district.
Again, the District of Columbia is one of the most institutionally corrupt judicial systems in America.
And what I mean by that is not your old-fashioned quid pro quo, bribe people corruption.
I mean institutional favoritism towards deep state priorities that trump their oaths to the Constitution.
And so I am curious exactly how this random assignment assigned the most hostile and inhospitable judge in all of the District of Columbia to his case.
I suspect it wasn't so random.
And that's something, if I was Trump's team, I would try to investigate and inquire into.
Same with how the grand jury was selected.
Same with other issues involved in the proceedings.
They would, you know, withheld the names of key prosecutors on the prosecutorial team.
We now know the Hunter Biden prosecutorial team had all kinds of conflicts of interest connected to the Biden family.
And I think as Trump is wise and Trump's lawyer is wise to say, it's the Biden crime family.
That's the best way to understand this.
He's acting like even Saddam Hussein had a little bit more class than Joe Biden.
That's why I always tell people Joe Biden is an idiot in a lot of ways, but he's smart as a street-level thug.
He's not above a street-level thug.
Nobody's going to confuse him with Lex Luthor, but he is a street-level thug.
And if you think of an old-school, you know, the abusive kind, and it says you have some street-level criminals that are actually protective of their communities, that's not Joe Biden.
Well, and by the way, this has all been confirmed now by Devin Archer.
Who said that, yeah, part of the Biden brand was intimidation.
Part of the Biden brand was intimidation and threats of power and the will that they have to destroy you if you go against them.
That's why Hunter Biden would call up his Chinese business partners and say, hey, Joe's in the room with me.
Where's my money, Jack?
I mean, so it's all on brand.
And they even admit it. | ||
But I'm hearing this a lot.
So it's like, essentially what you're saying is, and it's all out there, Joe Biden is a master of bribery.
He's a master of pay for play.
He's a master of selling influence.
And then, of course, with the threat of the U.S. government, a master of intimidation.
That's the street-level thuggery you're talking about?
Absolutely. I mean, that's why it's like a different level of banana republic.
It's like if an idiot took over the banana republic.
That's what we have. We have someone that just responds with raw power.
You can find quotes out there with Joe Biden saying, you don't mess with the Bidens.
I mean, it's not like he's been bashful about this.
I mean, this is a guy who literally bragged about firing the prosecutor.
His family was paid to make sure he got fired.
Son of a bitch, he was fired. I mean, that is like, you know...
In a way, isn't that like the ultimate linchpin in all of this?
I mean, they say, oh, Joe Biden had no idea.
They try to cover up the phone calls.
He was talking about the weather.
They try to cover up the, I mean, they try to cover up it all.
Hunter paying for his hotel rooms, Hunter living in his house, the documents.
But it's like the ultimate linchpin is right there in front of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Son of a bitch, he was fired.
That's everything! | ||
He was protecting his son and the business and the company he worked for in Ukraine by getting the prosecutor fired.
He clearly was involved in his son's business.
He clearly was skimming off the top.
He admits it in the most legendary clip of all time.
It's almost like I should just take off a day and just play that clip for three hours.
And really, this was always Joe Biden's business that he forced Hunter to be the front man for.
This was never really Hunter's native business.
This was Joe Biden's business, and he made him be the front guy for him.
And before that, it was his brother and his sister who were involved.
This is a Biden crime family ever since he's been senator of Delaware.
To give you an idea of how brazen it was, when he was vice president, I would have people pitch my clients.
That if my client paid a certain amount of money to certain people, that Biden would make sure that that indictment disappeared.
I mean, this is how bold it was that you had those kind of random lobbyist types that would approach people they don't even know and say, hey, Joe Biden has made it clear justice is for sale in America if you give him a right contribution to him and his political machine.
And so my clients were smart enough to not take the bait on those things because that can go sideways fast.
But that gives you an idea for how open it was, how bold it was, how transparent his corruption and intimidation are.
And now the whole world is witnessing it in live time.
Yeah, and it kind of feels like, too...
Like you said, he's not the brightest guy.
He's really not. | ||
Hillary and Bill Clinton were really savvy.
I mean, Hillary was a really smart mind on how to get away with these things.
They set up the Clinton Global Foundation, and they're probably going to walk away scot-free with all the money they've stolen.
Joe Biden, he ain't so bright, is he?
No, he never was. I mean, that's the thing with him is he just thinks like a street-level thug.
And so if you think about those mid-tier kind of actors, those kind of lower – they're the kind of people who get the criminal boss in trouble because they're so brazen, they're so arrogant, and their arrogance always exceeds their competence.
That's a weak link of Biden.
Well, wow. And you know what? You say that.
Let's talk about this on the other side because – That might be prophetic, actually.
Because I think at the end of the day, this actually leads to Barack Obama.
And I think the real reason why all the media and everybody is still trying to protect Joe Biden, they could, Joe Biden, they wouldn't care, sacrificial lamb, politically.
This goes right to Barack Obama.
That is who I think they're protecting.
Folks, it wasn't easy to create this country.
It's not going to be easy to defend it and save it either.
But damn, it feels good.
And it's worth it. | ||
Bob Barnes with me here.
I think the Obamas are in trouble here.
Barack Obama knew what Joe Biden was doing.
In fact, I think Barack Obama even put Joe Biden as his vice president because he knew how corrupt Joe was.
And he might have even viewed it as a safety net.
With how corrupt Joe was.
And so Joe Biden is not doing this influence peddling without Barack Obama's approval, and he pretty much admits it in that Council on Foreign Relations quote when he says, don't worry about the president, I've got the approval.
How much of this, because I see it, what's the point of protecting Joe Biden politically?
He's exposed. | ||
His son is a complete nincompoop.
He obviously can't be president in another four years.
What's the interest in protecting Joe Biden right now?
I think it's because they want to protect Barack Obama.
And maybe it's Barack Obama running the White House.
Maybe it's because they want to run Michelle.
But do you think that maybe it's Obama that's really sweating all this stuff coming out about Joe?
Well, my view from the very beginning was the reason why Biden was picked was because of his ties to the old school corrupt democratic political machine.
That Obama represented the rise of the professional managerial class, the neoliberal, Wall Street identity politics oriented corporate lawyer crowd of boomers and Gen Xers.
Who he did not represent very effectively was the older generation of Democrats.
And institutionally, he had no real connection to either the Clinton machine, which he had defeated, or the old school Democratic political machine.
So that's why he brought in Hillary Clinton.
And it's not a coincidence he gave her Secretary of State.
I mean, where could her foundation get the biggest political machine scams than Secretary of State, right?
A lot of other positions she wouldn't be able to cash in much.
Secretary of State was the number one monetizing office she could hold for the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton crime family.
Now, for Biden, it was vice president.
And the reason why he gave him Ukraine is because he knew Ukraine was awash in money laundering and corruption.
And so it was to allow Joe Biden to keep the Democratic political machine behind Barack Obama that initially wasn't on board because that isn't the part of the Democratic Party Obama came from.
So there's no question that Obama was neck deep in this kind of corruption.
Now, of course, we still don't know what happened with his chef.
Maybe his chef saw something, but it's interesting timing for his chef to drown in three feet of water.
unidentified
|
With a paddleboard. And apparently with somebody else.
Yeah, a little hard to do, typically.
It raises some real questions about what exactly happened, what exactly took place.
It's almost as ridiculous if Jeffrey Epstein hung himself with toilet paper.
Yeah, exactly. Now, of course, if you want a real interesting conspiracy theory, maybe that Hillary wants to replace Biden, and so she's thinking that Michelle Obama might step in, and so she went and buried the chef in order to blackmail him.
But if you want to have some real fun with the Clinton crime history and the Clinton death curse that continues unabated.
But yeah, there's no question Obama's implicated by all of this.
The entire media establishment knew why he picked Biden and Hillary.
He knew that it was so that Hillary, the Clintons could line their pockets in their own global political machine, financed and funded through the Clinton Foundation.
All Bill Clinton did is he took his old Arkansas political machine, the one he kind of inherited, and he just applied it at a global scale using what he did.
Now, the other aspect to all this, though, both the Clinton machine, the Obama's activities, and Joe Biden, the Biden crime family, We're also embedded with the deep state.
It's not a coincidence that you're seeing Hunter Biden show up on biolab issues in Ukraine.
So I think the issue why the deep state is nervous about making sure the Hunter Biden case doesn't go too far afield is not because they're worried about Joe Biden.
Biden is himself concerned on that.
And not because they're necessarily too worried about Obama, though there's definitely going to be worry in Obama's camp there.
It's because the deep state itself would be implicated.
I mean, you're talking about biological experimentation on people based on their race or ethnicity or ancestry or other genetic data and information.
that we were trying to create ethnic bioweapons in Ukraine.
Well yeah, and let's just be perfectly clear.
I don't have all this in front of me today, but folks, the metabiota labs in Ukraine
and other labs that were run by the US, which they first tried to deny, now they've had to admit,
I think that's a major. | ||
There could be something big coming in that story.
I don't want to focus on it too much, but that's certainly another object that's being juggled here.
By the way, just out of Ukraine, American journalist Gonzalo Lira was captured by the Kiev regime, by Zelensky's totalitarian regime.
And guess who's helping him out?
A transgender American journalist.
A transgender American is now running Ukraine's English language propaganda.
You can't even make this up.
They just captured a U.S. journalist.
And by the way, I wonder what this has to do with anything.
And don't tell me this is a right-wing conspiracy.
This is from the Huffington Post.
Okay? Guys,.cam this so everybody can see and believe.
This is from the Huffington Post, June 2nd, 2015.
Ukraine orphanages feeder for child trafficking.
And it gets how they basically have these breeder farms and they organ harvest these children and they sex traffic these children and it's all a hub right out of Ukraine.
Oh, now we know why the American deep state is so interested there.
Or maybe that's just a QAnon conspiracy theory, except it's right there in the Huffington Post.
But let's talk about the money trail.
Because I think this is the ultimate...
This is the ultimate reveal.
People understand money.
Political corruption is complex.
Deep state corruption and all its different tentacles is complex.
Money though? People get money.
They understand money. I think the money trail here is going to be the most important thing.
Where is all this money Hunter Biden has coming and going?
It's going to Joe. | ||
It's going to his brother. It's going to his other family members, Joe's grandchildren.
Is it going to Obama? When do we get to see the money train that went through Hunter Biden?
Exactly. And especially, I mean, you're talking about supposedly over 79 suspicious activity reports by banks.
And they were doing this not in cash transfers.
Usually what triggers a SAR, a suspicious activity report, is people doing a lot of cash transfers that look like they're trying to keep it under the reporting limit.
To have these be wire transfers mean there was that much unusual and inexplicable behavior by Biden family-related financial accounts where money was coming from and where money was going to.
And there's no doubt you follow the money.
You're going to implicate a lot of people.
Remember, John Kerry's family is implicated in this.
Not only Devin Archer, but The other partner was related to John Kerry.
So you dig deeper, you're going to get into the San Francisco Democratic political machine, which is going to implicate not only Nancy Pelosi and Dianne Feinstein, but also implicate Kamala Harris, also implicate Gavin Newsom.
So, I mean, that's where, I mean, the Biden had his fingers in so many pots and was such an operative and such an institutional scope.
That there isn't probably a Democrat in Washington of any length of time that isn't implicated by when you dig into the money trail.
Well, I'm not even thinking about scope and scale because you bring this up.
I mean, it's hard to believe that somebody as incompetent and at the surface level appearing to be a complete moron like Joe or Hunter Biden could be the main mules and bag men for the Democrat Party.
But maybe that's really how bad it is.
Well, I mean, they're basically the street-level thugs who learned how to cash their own pockets, but mostly they got their power by taking instructions from higher-ups.
And it's those higher-ups that are the most concerned about being outed and exposed.
If an honest investigation would invariably lead to powerful people within the deep state, powerful people within the Democratic Party, above and beyond just Joe Biden, it would probably implicate pretty much everybody in a position of power today connected to the Democratic Party.
I would reason to say right now, if you wanted to expose the biggest criminals in this country in the easiest, quickest manner, it would be to reveal all of Jeffrey Epstein's clients, put all Epstein's clients out there, and then also get to the money trail behind Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.
I mean... We're talking probably hundreds, if not thousands, of people involved in U.S. politics and business that are probably going to be involved in those schemes.
The American people need to see it.
We deserve to see it. It's time.
Well, this has been a fantastic show today with the guests Alex Jones, Bob Barnes.
I mean, a historic day in American history.
I can't tell if I'm just fired up with the adrenaline racing through my veins because of this historic time in U.S. history.
I mean, the fight for the republic is on.

Alright. Final segment here with Bob Barnes.
I mean, we've pretty much talked everything here.
I don't know if there's anything else you think we've missed that you want to tap into.
But... The angles I see coming forward, it's going to be the affirmative action, leftist mindset coming from the bench.
She's not going to be able to put her bias down.
Everybody's going to witness that.
Obviously, the double standard when it comes to media coverage and prosecution, if you're a Democrat or if you're a Republican, when do we get to see the money trail?
When do we get to see the Epstein client list?
What is Barack Obama's involvement with this?
Is there anything else that we haven't talked about here with you, Bob, before we let you go?
I mean, just that apparently just came out that multiple federal judges attended today, which is utterly unheard of and deeply inappropriate.
What it shows is how biased and bigoted the entire D.C. judicial system is.
So would this be like, let me try to make an analogy here.
Would this be like if you have the NFC Championship football game going on and then four of the Super Bowl referees showed up wearing San Francisco 49ers hats?
And hanging out in the 49ers locker room.
I mean, that's what you would have.
Because you had not only the Chief Judge, but the dear Judge Amy Berman Jackson.
Roger Stone remembers her well.
So it was Bill Clinton. | ||
Yep, railroaded Roger Stone's case, railroaded Paul Manafort, a political hack if there ever was one.
Several other judges all sitting there joining in, cheering on the prosecution of the President of the United States.
These are judges who need to be looked at for impeachment.
That is unethical, unprofessional conduct.
It is grounds to impeach them, and Congress needs to get off its rear and start impeaching people.
It needs to start impeaching judges who have shown no ability to honor and recognize their oath and are putting confidence in the judicial branch itself at stake.
There needs to be an impeachment of Christopher Wray for as many lies as director of the FBI. There needs to be impeachment of Lisa Monaco and Merrick Garland at the Justice Department.
And of course, there needs to be impeachment of Joe Biden himself.
And the House has to start to step up.
So what is the answer here then?
Because I completely agree, and I think we know some of the obstacles.
Mitch McConnell, Ronna McDaniel, maybe Kevin McCarthy.
I mean, maybe sometimes he wants to do the right thing, but he's too scared to.
I'm not sure. But so... | ||
What is it going to take? I mean, because I always hear this, oh, it's decorum, and we don't want to destroy the system.
Hello? Like, are you even on the field?
The system's destroyed.
It's corrupted. Decorum is out the window.
It's like, when are they going to start playing ball here?
Exactly. It's what Trump said today.
He said, Trump said, yeah, you know, they're beating me up.
They're doing all this insanity.
But soon enough, we're going to win.
I'm going to win. And then it will be, quote, it's time to make it our turn.
And that you have to have some threat of payback or this wayward behavior will continue undeterred.
And here you have constitutional grounds to do so.
These are people misusing and abusing their powers, committing crimes in the way they engage in that power, and doing so in a way that cannot be resolved by an election because of how they're misusing and abusing that power.
That is precisely what the power of impeachment was for.
Maybe you'll get no convictions out of the Senate to the Democrats, but at least go through the investigative process, the public review process, and the public prosecution of impeachment for these unconstitutional behaviors.
They've let judges way off the hook for too long in this capacity.
The left is eager to go after Justice Thomas and Justice Alito.
The right needs to go after wayward rogue judges just as much.
There are judges that think they're above the law.
They're above the limits of the law.
Remember that lunatic judge who locked up the people who exposed 2020 election fraud right before the 2022 election and did so on grounds that ultimately got reversed and he had to recuse and disqualify himself.
So we need to start looking at broader political remedies.
Getting rid of the Justice Department.
Dramatically shrinking, if not eliminating, the FBI. Shrinking the entire Justice Department.
Best way to get rid of rogue prosecutors?
Just shrink them to about 10% of what they are.
We don't need all these federal prosecutors.
All they do is go around and harass and rang people.
For their political partisan prejudice.
Part of our problem is we have too much power in the professional managerial class as a class.
That's what COVID taught us writ large.
Put doctors and lawyers together and you're really gonna get screwed.
And so what we need to do is to reexamine who has that power in the first place and return it to the people.
And that's where I think people can make the difference.
And people are continuing to make a difference in the content world because the only reason most people know this, if you watch CBS News today, the whole story is Trump caught on election criminality and da-da-da-da.
You wouldn't know the real deep truth of what's going on.
The reason why people know more of what's going on, the reason why Trump is surging in the polls in ways he's never been before is because people are looking at independent sources of news and information.
Even the Washington Post had to publish a story that Trump has an unprecedented, never-before-seen lead in the primaries, or before the primaries.
And in the general election, he never led Hillary Clinton.
He never led Joe Biden. | ||
He does now. Even in mainstream university media market polls, they're showing him ahead because working class millennials and Zoomers are abandoning the Democratic Party in mass because they don't like war abroad and poverty at home.
They prefer peace abroad and prosperity at home.
And they realize that's who Trump is.
And all these cases do is remind them that Trump is the ultimate underdog.
Trump is the political prisoner.
Trump is now relatable to them in ways that a New York billionaire would not otherwise have been.
So I think that the example to use is the Infowars example.
They're going after Trump the way they went after Infowars and Alex Jones.
Their entire assumption was that they would succeed in staging these fake trials and these staged trials that didn't conform to the rule of law, the rule of evidence, or the rule of due process.
And they thought that by obtaining this ridiculous verdict that they would get a bunch of people to abandon InfoWars and Alex Jones.
Just the opposite happened.
Alex Jones doubled down and his audience double invested.
So that's the path. | ||
The goal was to censor. | ||
InfoWars is supposed to be off the air by now.
His audience shamed and censored forever.
That didn't happen because people refused to take the bait, refused to let the system deceive them.
And by going to Infowarsstore.com, continue to support Infowars, keep it on the air, keep the independent content out there, keep Alex Jones in front of the public, and at the same time, improve their own well-being by getting products that make them healthier, wealthier, and wiser over the long term because they're products that are outside the control of big pharma and big food and big ag and all the rest that are harassing and haranguing the individual's freedom and that are limiting our life expectancy.
In America, in the Western world.
So, you know, by doing what we did with Alex Jones, continuing to support Donald Trump, just as the audience supported Infowarsstore.com, that's the path.
And because they fail, their effort to destroy Infowars fail, because they don't understand the American people.
That is their biggest miss.
Now, it's a dangerous miss because they can do dumb and dangerous things based on that misapprehension, but the advantage that can be capitalized upon is the fact that they don't understand the American people.
They're like the Brits in the 1760s and 1770s who didn't understand that everything they did made the British situation worse and the American Revolution more likely.
That's right, and they were out of touch with the situation here, just like the now political elites are.
And, you know, I... The analogy that I used the other day, it's just so perfect.
I mean, Infowars and Alex Jones, everybody that joins us here, we've felt alone on the front lines for years.
It's been like a lonely fight up there, and now here comes the golden toad with his hair, Donald Trump in his perfectly pressed suit, and he's like walking past us.
He's like charging past us.
I'm like, whoa! It's like, I don't really know this guy.
I don't know if I should trust this guy, but damn, he just walked past us on the front lines.
He's going, damn, he's going right to the top.
And now I'm seeing more people climbing the barbed wire, more people joining us.
This is not going to stop.
Oh, not at all. The American Revolution is just going to have a rebirth.
And I think ultimately the American people, the heart, minds, and souls of the American people are what will again save and salvage America's constitutional liberty.
There's going to be some dark nights before we get to the light.
But I think that ultimately we get back to the light thanks to the courage and bravery of Donald Trump.
But also thanks to the, primarily and principally, to the courage and intelligence of the American people.
That's right. It's going to inspire that.
Absolutely. Bob Barnes, excellent stuff today.
Thank you for your time. God bless and Godspeed.
By the way, let's hear from Matt Gaetz.
What does he want to do about this corruption in D.C.? We'll show you next.
I think Matt Gaetz is one of the good guys.
He addresses what to do about the corruption in D.C. in this television interview.
unidentified
|
Can you imagine the conversation they had when they were like, just get out of the White House?
Yeah, let's hope that Joe Biden doesn't find his way onto a bicycle anywhere.
The question isn't what Joe Biden's doing.
We already have observed that.
The real question is, what will House Republicans do?
And Carl, I want to discuss that.
First, House Republicans should immediately demand that Jack Smith present himself for a transcribed interview before the Judiciary Committee in the next 15 days.
If he does not do that, we should send a subpoena.
If he ignores the subpoena, we should hold him in criminal contempt of the Congress so that he is the First prosecutor in American history to be prosecuting a case while himself under criminal contempt.
And if Merrick Garland doesn't enforce that criminal contempt, then we ought to impeach Merrick Garland.
And by the way, while we're doing all of that to showcase how political and indeed dirty this has all become, we can utilize congressional immunities to immunize President Trump.
18 U.S.C. 6002 Subpart 3 gives any committee or subcommittee of the Congress the ability to subpoena a witness, bring them in, and functionally immunize them.
And if we are not going to stand up for Congress's equities when it comes to election interference,
when it comes to misuse of the DOJ, this is all an effort to try to distract us
from the very real crimes committed by Hunter and Joe Biden.
It's not a coincidence that Joe Biden is going to the beach now,
but it is especially not a coincidence that on the heels of their former business partner,
Devin Archer, saying that Joe Biden was functionally the closer,
the guy that gave the credibility to the Biden brand for them to engage in international influence peddling,
that just on the heels of that, now this indictment reads like a torturing
of First Amendment protected activity.
If you don't like the way they run elections, if you want a better way, if you want to offer a constitutionally contemplated objection, they want to make a criminal of you.
That's a dangerous thing for the country.
And if the House Judiciary Committee and House Republicans won't stand up for our republic, then what is the point of having us there anyway?
unidentified
|
I know. There was recently some commentary on CNN of all places, which is just the absolute worst.
Check out what this one person said comparing the indictment of President Trump to this.
Take a look. I told him how proud I felt.
To be an American at that moment.
Much in the way that I did when I learned that our military had killed Osama bin Laden.
Osama bin Laden was a terrorist who committed a horrific act against American people and against our republic.
And I believe that Donald Trump is a terrorist who committed horrific acts against the American people.
I wonder what he liked or hated the most about Trump.
unidentified
|
Was it the no wars, low gas prices, lower taxes?
What was it? Yeah, I mean, it's a sick comparison to suggest that sending planes through buildings to kill thousands of our fellow Americans, destroy our economy, and send our military into great consternation over the attack on the Pentagon, that that is somehow analogous to saying that we ought to have an objection and have people peacefully and patriotically protesting.
I mean, there were people who had permits outside the Capitol for a peaceful demonstration, like we see, frankly, many days at the Capitol.
And the fact that Barriers were taken down and it was a confusing, riot-like situation is obviously not something to celebrate, but it's also not something that puts any criminal culpability on President Trump.
We don't need Jack Smith to tell us what happened on January 6th.
We watch President Trump say that people should be peaceful and patriotic and have their voices heard.
And by the way, not for nothing, Carl, but no Republican has been sworn in President of the United States, absent some Democrat objection to the electors, since George Herbert Walker Bush.
These people were objecting to George W's elections.
Where was the criminal indictment for Jim McGovern when he objected?
Or Sheila Jackson Lee or Jamie Raskin?
I'm telling you this right now.
The Matt Gaetz brand, he calls himself the fire brand, it's the name of his show.
The Matt Gaetz brand is the future of the Republican Party.
And I think Matt Gaetz is one of the lone men in there that is genuinely trying to save the country.
And I don't know how much comfort he feels in that or how much backup he feels he has, but that's...
He gets it. | ||
If you want to be a Republican, then you've got to run on demolishing the deep state and ending the corruption in D.C. Anything short of that, not going to make it.
Truly a historic day. | ||
Maybe it represents a turning point.
Maybe it just represents the darkness that the country is in.
But no doubt, this is a historic day and a lot of the things that Trump has said in the last 24 hours are Pretty monumental, I would say, as well.
Jesse Lee Peterson is my guest the rest of the way.
Now, Jesse, I have a lot to talk about with you here, including some satire that I leaned into knowing it would become the reality 24 hours later yesterday about how the left is celebrating, oh, what poetic justice a black judge is going to destroy a white man, and now they're not even hiding it.
They basically just admit this.
But Jesse Lee Peterson...
How do you respond to the news today?
Third Trump indictment.
All these judges and leftists in the courtroom just salivating, hoping they can destroy Donald Trump.
I mean, talk about election interference.
Jesse Lee Peterson, what are you thinking about this monumental moment in U.S. history?
First, Oren, I want to say happy...
White History Month for July.
July just felt white. | ||
It was amazing. So thank you for helping us to make that happen.
And that this month is Men History Month.
August is Men History Month.
So we're celebrating our sixth year of men history.
And the way I feel about what's happening with Donald Trump, not surprised at all.
First, this is evil. | ||
And we're dealing with evil.
Our battle is a battle between good and evil.
And what the Democrats and the right or Republicans are trying to do to the great white hope is pure evil.
Donald Trump loves America.
He want to put America first.
He want to get rid of all the crap that's holding the country back from being great again.
And they don't want that.
They want to control we, the people.
They don't want to work for us.
They want to work against us in order to control us.
And that's why they're trying to create as much chaos as possible.
Because they want to fight with one another.
And while we're fighting, they're passing laws to control us.
This is socialism. This is communism in the making.
I've never seen before.
And Donald Trump represents America.
They know it, and they're trying to stop him.
It's a battle between good and evil.
I'm excited about it in that, and I tell my audience all the time, they need to keep a space between themselves and Donald Trump and watch how he deal with this situation.
These situations that are happening to him, he's not overreacting to them, but he's dealing with them.
And these people have never had a son of God to deal with the devil in them, such as Donald Trump.
So we need to watch it. | ||
It's going to be fine. | ||
It's going to work out the way it should work out.
But we, the people, must not overreact because the Democrats and others We desperately want the racists fighting with one another.
They want to take away our freedom of speech, our rights to bear arms.
And if we overreact to any situation, that's what's going to happen.
And so, Donald Trump has my vote.
He has the people. The people behind him, they know that, and they cannot stop it.
So we're dealing with evil, just like we do in our own personal life.
The same battle that's happening with Donald Trump, the situation might be a little different, but it's the same situation.
It's the same spirit of the imagination and emotions that are trying to control us as individuals.
It's happening to Donald Trump.
And as we get to know ourselves, we will understand what others are doing to each other and what's happening with the Great White Hope.
It's going to be fine. And I do have to say that we need to pay attention to the big picture as well because they are putting all the right people, all the wrong people in the right places to make sure that America never returned to greatness.
I was thinking about this black female judge that is going to be overseeing this last so-called indictment.
Obama picked judge. | ||
That woman is evil. | ||
She's wicked. And she hates the country.
She hates America. She hates what's right.
Don't worry. It's got to be fine because Donald Trump is on the side of good.
And good will always defeat evil if we understand and can see what's going on and don't react to it.
It's going to be fine. | ||
It's really going to be fine.
We have the right man in the right place at the right time.
Now, I want to get into the judge in the next segment, but, you know, it's funny because the mainstream media loves to show black activist groups, specifically when they get involved politically.
They love showing black activist groups, even if they're burning down cities, burning churches, almost murdering people, sometimes murdering people in the streets.
They love showing you that, and they promote it, they praise it.
Kamala Harris helps bail him out of jail.
Judge Chutkin gets him in the courtroom, drops their charges.
But there were some black activists out in D.C. today that the mainstream media doesn't want to show you.
And here is why in clip 11.
unidentified
|
I'm here to support Trump.
My brother's going to come over here.
I want them over here with me.
Come over here. So I'm here to show Jack Smith that he's a punk.
That's right. And that he's an ugly sellout.
That's right. And I'm here to let him know that he's going to jail for treason.
That's right. Him and Biden and Obama and all of the other suckers.
That are going against Trump for no reason.
They want to parade the man that we call King Cyrus like they did in every other country.
They have conquered the country and parade the king around in handcuffs to humiliate us.
But I'm here to testify.
You will be humiliated.
That's right. Because I'm here to humiliate you.
Because you are a sellout and you are a person that is evil, breaking every rule and law.
And the Bible says the sons of tradition must be revealed and moved out of the way.
That's right. Simply allowing them to reveal how they don't have to keep no law.
That's right. We have to keep all laws.
We can't do nothing. We run a red light when we go to jail.
These people here are free.
I mean, Hunter Biden, look at this little punk.
This dude is free to snort coke on camera, get guns, break every ruling law, don't pay taxes.
They don't even want to put him in jail.
But if I did it, You're going to jail for 9216 years.
That's right. That's unfair.
Because you know what that is?
Exodus 1249, the Bible said there should be one law for all.
That's right. As does the 14th Amendment.
So I'm here to make sure, give me my rights, give me liberty, or give you death.
That's right. And that's what it is.
We're not playing with y'all.
You understand? We're real black men.
All these people out here that call themselves the press that's ignoring us, that's because they're East Indian, Arabs, and Pakistanis.
That's how I know who Ishmael is.
And you're the one I'm gonna get.
You're going to hell, pups.
That's right. Blacks for Trump.
Jesse, I don't understand.
Why won't the mainstream media show these black activists?
Because the mainstream media is evil, and it want to give the impression that all black people agree, all black people think that white folks are bad, all black people are against Donald Trump.
They don't want you to see the truth, because if you got a glimpse, if other black people saw what was really going on, they may have a change of mind.
I guarantee you, if those guys were out there protesting against Donald Trump and saying, yes, lock him up, that would be national news for the rest of this year.
But because they are supporting Donald Trump, they don't want you to see that because it will give the wrong impression.
It will let you know that all black people don't think alike.
All black people are not against Trump or white people.
And that's the wrong impression.
So that's why you're not going to see that.
They showed the radical Black Lives Matter, worse than the KKK, by the way.
They showed them every day, all day around the world because they were blaming white people.
They were calling it racism.
They were destroying the country.
They can't show you the truth.
Even the black people I mean, not Republican, but politicians.
They don't want you to see this.
They don't want you to see that there are black men who are supporting Donald Trump.
It may influence others to come over to the right side.
So that's why you're not going to see it.
But if they were burning and destroying It would be all over the country.
They want you to stay asleep.
They do not want the blacks to wake up.
They need the blacks to be dumbed down, demoralized, and angry so that they can use the blacks in order to destroy America and take over the minds of the people.
And ironically, they've actually given Trump the best messaging now to the average black American.
We'll be right back. All right, I want to do a real...
Analytical breakdown of the judge that has Trump's latest case here, Judge Chutkin, appointed by Obama, immigrant from Jamaica.
And I would first start by asking this.
How many of the... | ||
Insurrectionists, protesters, whatever you want to call them, from the climate change protest at the Capitol that got arrested and stopped congressional activity, how many of them ended up in front of Judge Chutkin, and how many of them had their charges dropped?
What about the Kavanaugh insurrection or protests when Democrats once again led their protesters into the Capitol, disrupted proceedings, broke down barriers, many arrested.
How many of them ended up in Judge Chutkin's courtroom and had their charges dropped?
What about the inauguration riots of 2021?
What about the Black Lives Matter riots of 2017 with the inauguration riots and 2020 with the Black Lives Matter riots?
How many of the Democrat-Liberal violent protesters, congressional hearing disruptors, proceeding disruptors, how many of them ended up in Judge Chutkin's courtroom and had their charges dropped?
I would highly suggest Donald Trump's lawyers get the answer to that immediately.
But yesterday I leaned into some satire that I knew would come true today.
That the American left is going to celebrate that this is a black woman who is going to destroy a white man.
Forget about the names.
Black woman destroying a white man.
I knew they would lean into this and celebrate it.
Now I've got all the proof.
Here is the Los Angeles Times.
Black people presiding over Trump's fall is poetic justice.
LA Times. | ||
Now... If you search Trump poetic justice or black immigrant judge on Twitter or Google, you're gonna find thousands, thousands of public posts, social media posts, Twitter posts, stories about all the left celebrating, celebrating how a black judge is gonna destroy a white man, Donald Trump.
I'm sure it doesn't hurt that he's also wealthy and rich and successful.
That just adds to their hatred and bigotry.
Former prosecutor. Poetic justice that Trump judge will be a black woman immigrant.
So they're all over it. | ||
And then here is your final piece.
This was from MSNBC last night.
unidentified
|
Federal court where 24 judges have January 6 related cases already with the speedy trial clock ticking in those cases.
And Jacksonville doesn't have a right to get Trump's case bumped up against those other cases.
So it's going to be up to trial judge Tanya Chukin and the chief judge to work this out.
But I expect the January 6 federal trial to be the first of the four to take place.
So I want you to talk a little bit about Tanya Chutkin, the judge here in this case.
I know that you know her. You've known her for about two decades now.
She has handed down some heavier sentences for January 6th.
Defendant. She's also ruled against Trump previously.
What more do we know about her?
I'm thinking about two kinds of justice, poetic and legal.
So the poetic justice is that presiding over Trump's trial will be a black woman immigrant.
Trump doesn't like getting challenged by anybody, but he especially hates feeling challenged by black women.
His targets have included our colleagues, Joy Reid and Kristen Walker.
Chuckin is an immigrant from Jamaica.
And remember Trump's disgusting words about Caribbean nations?
The legal justice, though, Yasmin, is that none of that will matter to Judge Chuckin.
She's a former public defender.
She will give Trump all of the fairness and process that he is due.
She'll let the jury decide the case.
And if it returns a verdict of not guilty, she'll be fine with saying those words that defendants love to hear.
Mr. Trump, you are free to go.
But if he's convicted, based on her sentencing and other January 6 cases, Judge Chetkin is likely to send the former president to prison for a very long time.
So let's just understand that culturally, we are now one step away from South Africa.
With political leadership on the left just saying it's time to kill white people, which is happening in South Africa.
You're one step away from the American left fully embracing that radical ideology.
But Jesse, I made the joke yesterday knowing my satire would come real the next day, which is, hey, I'm sure this judge is not thinking I'm a black woman and I'm going to get my generational justice, justice for my descendants against the white man.
Of course... They don't even hide it anymore, Jesse.
There it is in their own words.
That's exactly what they're thinking.
That's exactly what they want to see.
Yeah. You know, number one, this is why I say that we should not have foreigners running out of government.
They should not be in our court justice system because they are bringing those same assholes They're destroying values into our country, and they're destroying our country in the same way they have destroyed the country that they left and came to, right? So we should not, this woman should never be a judge in our court system.
She should not even be allowed to be a lawyer in America.
She could be a dishwasher or cleaning the house or something like that.
She reminded me of that Ilian Omar woman Another black woman that came here as a refugee from the Alau'aba country.
And the white man saved her from the hell that she was living in.
She come here, and what does she do?
She turned against a white man.
She come to a white country founded and created by white men, and she turned against them.
That doesn't make sense.
This is why we shouldn't have foreigners running out of government in our country.
This woman And another thing, the point I want to make, this is the purpose of black people in our country and in the world at large.
Not all, not all, not all, not all, but black people are being used and they are happily allowing themselves to be used.
Black people are being used to bring on destruction.
I can't think of one thing in the last 70 years or so that most black people had done that was good.
It worked out for the country.
It worked out for everybody.
Anything that the blacks put their hands on, it turned to dust.
And the Democrats know that.
The liberal media know it.
The white and black, right old Republicans know it.
They want blacks angry.
They want them hateful so that they can be used to destroy America.
So that's why they tell the blacks, It's not your fault about anything.
You're not responsible for your own life.
We will take care of you.
It's racism. We will take care of you.
The white man is your problem.
We will take care of you so that blacks can stay angry and use them to destroy America.
And the same thing that happened in South Africa in a major way now.
That was a big rally. | ||
It's been reported that was a big, and you mentioned it, that was a big rally in Miami, Africa, South Africa last week or the week before.
And thousands of people led by the ANC, which belongs to that dead guy Mandela, a communist, they were trying to kill the white people, kill the white man.
And so the white people have given up South Africa to the blacks.
They moved out into the foreign lands and they said to the blacks, okay, black folks, we sorry.
Y'all can have South Africa.
We got to move out to the farmland and let you have the country.
And what did they do? | ||
They destroyed it. | ||
They didn't build on it.
Look at them dancing and looking stupid.
And by the way, now they're murdering white farmers by the thousands.
And now they're having food shortages.
And it happened again right after that rally.
So, I'm telling you, the Democrats, the American left folks, I mean, we're not quite there yet, but you're basically one click away.
You're about one step away. Jesse Lee Peterson is my guest.
We will be right back. | ||
By the way, a new video post from Trump we're going to show you.
All right, Donald Trump has just posted this video to his Truth Social account.
I want to play it for you now and get Jesse Lee Peterson's response.
unidentified
|
Here it is. With you at my side, we will demolish the deep state.
We will expel the warmongers from our government.
We will drive out the globalists.
We will cast out the communists, Marxists and fascists.
We will throw off the sick political class that hates our country.
We will rout the fake news media and we will liberate America from these villains once and for all.
♪♪♪ Jesse Lee Peterson, this has been long overdue.
Our country has been corrupted by corrupt politicians, bureaucrats, judges, lawyers, talk show hosts.
I mean, you name it. And it's been a long overdue pushback that now Trump has decided he wants to be the man in front.
He wants to be The leader of the charge.
I mean, I got plenty of gripes with Trump.
I can get into it. We can spend all day with it.
The vaccine and other such stuff.
Hey, why didn't you drain the swamp the first time?
But to not support this man at this point in the stage, to me, I just, I don't know how I can.
He's charging my own batteries.
I mean, every time he speaks now, it's inspirational.
I mean, do you agree? | ||
I gotta say, this is my first time seeing that.
The great white hope. | ||
He is from the old school, power to the great white hope, Donald Trump.
And Donald Trump is exactly what America needs.
He's from the old school.
He understands how to fight this battle.
He's not afraid. | ||
And this is the way all men should be.
We're not going to always agree.
But just because we disagree with one thing or two things doesn't mean we turn against the principle of what he's trying to do.
He's trying to make America great again.
No other person Right now is trying to do that in the fashion that Donald Trump is doing it.
And this judge, Tonya Chucking, reminds me of that fake black Supreme Court appointee that Joe Biden just put there that didn't know what a woman was.
This judge and that woman that went to the Supreme Court, they don't have to be smart.
They are not smart. | ||
They don't love God. | ||
They don't love the country.
And that's why they are being used.
This judge is not put there because she's a smart woman or she love America and she love what's right.
She hate God. | ||
She hate the country. She hate white people.
And that's why they put her there.
And white American, y'all better stand up.
Because Africa, South Africa is in the making.
And whatever little personal gripe you have and disagree with Donald Trump, this is not a time to let that get in the way of doing the right thing.
Whenever we needed Donald Trump, we need him now.
There's no one else that can deal with evil.
And I heard you mention some of the things you did not do the first time around.
You got to realize they were against Donald Trump.
A lot of the Obama administration were left behind.
They were involved in it.
And some of the right old Republicans who have personal agendas for their own self-discipline.
So-called perceived power.
Well, they were not for Donald Trump, so he couldn't get a lot of things done.
And not only that, he basically had to run the bow of the ship and just switch all the levers on.
I mean, half the battle was just getting on board and then just running up and down, just switching all the levers back on.
Like, okay, energy again, prosperity again, freedom again, like just switching them all on.
Yeah, that's right. So once he get in this time, He's going to clean up the mess.
He's going to make America great again.
And the next person that comes in will be able to just keep it going, hopefully.
There will be another man that will come forward and be able to keep it going.
But we got to support him.
And more and more people, including black people, man, and especially black men, Well, let's actually hone in on that because I was going to go there next.
And this is actually something that Trump can use that the left has done against them.
Because, you know, the left tells the black American, hey, you're the victim of the justice system.
You're a victim of the two-tiered system.
You need to be upset about it.
Well, now Trump can use that argument against them.
Now Trump can present himself and say, hey, look, The two-tiered justice system is against us.
Let's end the two-tiered justice system against us.
And then I would kind of add the little cherry on top, which would be, if he's making or looking for new campaign slogans, let's get to the bottom of whatever the hell is going on in Washington, D.C. So it's like, hey, the two-tiered justice system against us, I get it, I'm with you, and let's get down to the bottom of whatever the hell is going on in Washington, D.C. That's right.
And I'm telling you, man, even Democrats and so-called liberal black men, especially black men, they see exactly what's going on.
They don't like what they see.
And they are starting to support the great white hope.
So have a wait-and-see attitude.
This thing is going to turn out quite well.
And it's going to be amazing.
I just want to encourage the people to stay away from anger, to speak up, but don't be angry because when you act out of anger, you set yourself up to be used and destroyed.
Yes. And so stay away from the anger.
But speak up and get involved, and it's all going to be well.
These people want to take down America.
They want to control us.
They want to create a socialist society, and the blacks are being used for that reason, and especially the black woman.
But there are black men too, but especially the black woman, they are using her by making her feel that she doesn't need a man.
She doesn't need this. | ||
She could be equal to men.
She's independent. And they are stroking her ego for this very reason.
No, not just this very reason.
I mean, we are in the moment even, Jesse.
We're in the very moment.
And it's almost, I mean, it's really sick and deranged.
But now they're like, ah, it's like, yeah, like we put this black woman on this bench just for this reason, just to get the white man.
It's like they're drooling, like they're foaming at the mouth, like, yes, finally, the weaponized black woman will destroy our enemy.
They admitted that that's the purpose, Black.
It's not like we respect the Blacks.
It's not like we believe the Blacks are able to do it for themselves.
We are deliberately, this is what they're saying to us, we are deliberately using the Blacks, keeping them down, keeping them angry, To do this to America.
And this black woman is happy to do it.
Barack Obama, the fallen messiah, he and Big Mama Michelle, were happy to destroy America.
And they are happy to do it, man.
But if we support the great white hope, Donald Trump, we stay conscious by not being angry, we're gonna win.
Good will always win over evil if we deal with it in the right way.
And I love my country. | ||
Thank God for the white men who founded and created the greatest country on this side of heaven with the help of God.
And there's no way I'm just gonna sit back and be quiet and allow the children of evil to destroy such a great country.
God bless Donald Trump.
We need him and we need him now.
And he's getting more and more support.
I saw Wolf and Goldberg and others just drooling over what they think is happening to the president.
And I'm like, whoa and behold upon people who try to destroy others.
What they're doing to this man is happening to them.
They're doing it to themselves, but they think they're doing it to Donald Trump.
They're really destroying themselves.
We should never try to get revenge against anyone because it ends up coming back on you.
And that's what's going to happen in this situation as well.
No, it's actually a disgusting display to watch.
It's evil. It is, but it's a celebration of evil.
You know, I mean, that's what it is.
It's beyond just being evil.
It's a celebration. | ||
It's an endorsement. | ||
It's a promotion. | ||
Yeah. And even Mike Pence.
Did you hear what Mike Pence said?
He has turned on what a sick so-called vice ex-president.
This man is so evil. | ||
He has turned on Donald Trump.
Well, he's about as strong as a wet paper bag.
And me and him... | ||
Me and him, and yourself as well, we're all pulling about the same right now for the 2020 presidential election.
You, I, and Mike Pence are all pulling at 0%.
So, you know, I guess we got that going for us.
All right, one more second with Jesse Lee Peterson.
Don't go anywhere. Imagine, as all this is going on, the excitement, the debate, the discussion, the history, the energy.
Joe Biden's napping. | ||
Joe Biden is napping. | ||
I mean, holy... | ||
You know what? How could you be napping?
You're the President of the United States in one of the most historical moments in U.S. history, and you're taking a snooze fest on the beach.
I mean, I don't know what else to say about that situation.
Who's really running the White House?
Joe Biden napping at the beach, ladies and gentlemen, for 10 days, by the way.
In fact, today marks Joe Biden's 365th day of vacation as the President of the United States.
That's a whole calendar year of vacation days.
You probably don't have that many vacation days built up in your whole life.
He's done it as the president for just over two years.
Incredible stuff. I want to play one more video here from Donald Trump's campaign.
Get Jesse Lee Peterson's response to this.
Folks, I mean, again, just there's something magical truly behind this.
There really is. And if you can't feel that or tap into that yet, I mean, you're going to eventually.
And maybe this will give you a little gateway into it.
Donald Trump, the ultimate outsider.
unidentified
|
Donald Trump, the ultimate outsider, beat the ultimate insider and they lost their minds.
The United States of America.
They then conspired to take him down.
There's plenty of evidence of collusion or conspiracy in plain sight.
They said he couldn't be trusted.
He'd start World War III. When our people are killed, it is Donald Trump's fault!
He was a criminal and should be impeached.
Article 1 is adopted. | ||
All under the guise of saving democracy.
If he's not held accountable, I think that could be the end of our democracy.
A worldwide pandemic hit, which they use to lock us down, take away our freedoms.
Stay at home. Stay at home.
Stay home. Stay safe. | ||
And massively change the election process.
They were acting like they already knew what the outcome was going to be.
They had it covered, and perhaps they did.
unidentified
|
And when the American people questioned the election results, they called them conspiracy theorists and election deniers.
For the president to go out there and claim that without any evidence of that is dangerous.
From Robert Mueller to Alvin Bragg and Jack Smith, the persecutions won't end until Donald Trump is in jail, because the true criminals can't beat him at the ballot box.
Now Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and Attorney General Dana Nessel are weaponizing their offices to block any witnesses and evidence that would exonerate President Trump from coming to light.
Secretary of State Benson herself ordered election data to be erased in violation of federal law.
Then they obstructed justice by attacking law enforcement officers and legislators who threatened to expose the evidence.
They're also actively trying to disbar and silence attorneys like Stephanie Lambert.
Who represents whistleblowers, clerks, sheriffs, and government entities.
A tireless defender of constitutional rights.
Her trove of evidence not only validates the claims of election fraud, it will exonerate Trump and all those who have pursued legal remedies exposing election law violations.
The attacks are meant to ensure attorneys never touch an election case.
Convince clerks that they can't verify the elections they run, and most importantly, to stop Donald Trump's re-election.
These people will use every lever of power at their disposal.
They will destroy careers, illegally arrest their political opponents, defame and slander, all in the name of saving democracy.
But it's never been about saving democracy.
It's about destroying us and concealing their crimes.
You know, I don't say this to be patronizing.
I have the track record to prove it.
When I first, let's say, had my awakening, red pill moment, what have you, I didn't...
I was not in the left-right paradigm.
I was in the truth and reality versus propaganda and...
False narrative paradigm.
And I would go out to leftist events.
I would go right into the leftist events and say, here's what's going on.
And then it really got hyper-analytical when Donald Trump came in and they all turned against me.
I said, no, no, Trump's not the bad guy here.
We all know D.C.'s been corrupt.
Trump's trying to... Fight it.
And I remember coming here at Infowars and I'd try to invite lefties on.
I'd go to all these lefty events.
And Alex would tell me at the time, you know, this is a futile effort, right?
Like, you're not going to change these people's minds.
And I kept trying. | ||
And obviously, I've ultimately learned that, yeah, there really is nothing that can change their mind.
But Jesse, my pain is that...
Again, I'm not being patronizing here.
My pain is that how have my fellow humans, or maybe they're not, how have my fellow Americans, perhaps they're not, how can they be so brainwashed?
How can they not see that Donald Trump is not the bad guy here?
He's not the one that's been corrupt in D.C. his whole life.
He's not the career politician.
He doesn't live in D.C. He doesn't operate the Capitol.
It's like, how can they not see that?
It pains me, Jesse. | ||
It pains me that our fellow brothers, our fellow Americans, have been so brainwashed and had their minds manipulated so much that they can't even see the truth anymore right in front of their face.
Well, first I want to say that video you just played was powerful in so many ways, man.
It was deep. It was amazing.
One reason is that the reason they can't see is because they are angry.
Anyone that has anger has fear, and we have anger you cannot see.
Your mind is clouded with the spirit of darkness, with evil, and you cannot see.
You can only see when you realize that you're wrong for having anger, and you want to overcome the anger, then the light of God will allow you to see.
And if you notice in that video, How angry people are not able to stand alone.
They must build an army.
It's like when you break up with your wife and she get mad at you, she go and build an army against you because she's angry and she's not able to stand alone.
All those people going after one man.
And they'll try to destroy anyone that's supportive, but they're going after one man because they are cowards.
They are angry, their hearts are wicked, and they cannot see.
How can you not see that Donald Trump is working hard to make America great again?
He is a public servant. | ||
He's working for us and not against us.
They cannot see because they are angry, and they are in that fallen state of the nature of Satan, which is an ego.
They're in their ego, and it's only about them.
They don't care about their families.
They don't care about the country.
They don't care about each other.
They really don't care about each other.
They want what they want, perceived power and wealth for their own ego purposes.
And if it takes destroying the whole country to do it, they will do it.
Just think about that, man.
They're going after one man, a whole army of evil people going after one good man.
Evil cannot defeat good if you're truly on the side of good.
And Donald Trump is on the side of good.
They know it and they are scared.
That's why they have to join forces against him.
And Jesse, to that point...
Evil is a coward. To that point...
I mean, look, we've had this realization a long time ago.
Sometimes it's hard to put into words, especially in this moment, but this is so beyond politics.
I mean, it's so beyond politics.
Like you said, why do they have all this?
It's an army. They're forming against Trump.
This is beyond politics.
One man. They're going after one man because he's on the side of good.
Our battle is a Spiritual about it.
It's a warfare between good and evil.
But it's like, what evil are all of these people a part of that they have to go after Trump?
I mean, that's the real question. What evil, because this is beyond politics, what evil are all of these people involved in that they have to destroy Donald Trump to protect it?
Power and wealth. | ||
It's all about that and nothing else.
They are in those positions right now.
It's giving them a false sense of life.
It's giving them a false sense of self.
And they would do anything to hold on to the delusion of life.
They don't know that it's death that they're living.
They think it's life because they cannot see.
Forgive them. They know not what they do.
They can't see. They are angry.
They have turned away from their earthly fathers.
And as a result, they've been turned away from God.
And they're trying to get power, man.
It's all about power for themselves.
They don't care about Donald Trump or America.
Look at, they're letting all the illegal aliens come in with crimes and drugs and everything, and yet they go over to Ukraine and give our money away, give our military equipment away.
They don't care about us.
It's about power. | ||
Follow the money trail and follow the false illusion of power.
You will see what's going on.
That's why we must overcome evil with good so the ego can die and things will be well in our own personal life.
It's about the power. | ||
It's about the power. | ||
Evil forces line up against us.
