| And how would you respond to Democrats' contention that the 1023 was in the possession of the Justice Department during the Trump administration under Attorney General Barr and they found it not to be credible enough to move forward with an investigation? | ||

| If you listen to what Barr came forward, Barr said he moved the 1023 when he found out about it to the, I believe it was the Philadelphia Department of the Justice Department. | ||
| That Justice Department came back and said And don't quote me, because I've got to get the right terms, exactly what they said. | ||
| But they said there was more merit and more information. | ||
| When have you found a Justice Department of Attorneys to find more information than the FBI? The FBI did nothing with it. | ||
| And you raise a very good point here, because you bring up that. | ||
| Well, we have now found from the IRS agents, the whistleblowers who came forth, that they were denied this document While they were investigating. | ||
| Not only were they denied the document, when they had a meeting, they were going to talk about it, they asked to be a part of it, and they were denied to be there. | ||

| You never want people to question that type of thing. | ||
| You want to be forthcoming. | ||
| So what an impeachment inquiry does, it gives us the apex of the power of Congress. | ||
| For Republicans and Democrats to gather the information that they need. | ||
| So when we're continuing that you raise a question like this, wondering what's right or wrong, you would want the truth as well, just as you're covering it for the American public. | ||
| What that simply provides is that the American public has a right to know, and this allows Congress to get the information to be able to know the truth. | ||

| And what they made this claim to be, you find that the form of which to pay in is actually what came through. | ||
| You now have IRS whistleblowers who are not Republican, philosophically, who now say they were denied the ability to do their job. | ||
| And in trying to do their job in the investigation of the Biden family, they were denied the 1023. | ||
| Even in meetings where David Weiss has said one thing to them and different to the American public, different than the Attorney General had promised the American public, he said that they should be prosecuted. | ||
| But now we have found out That the department actually called Biden family attorneys, told them ahead of time where documents were, treated other people in politics differently, even went to the inaugural committee. | ||
| Why would they give a heads up to the inaugural committee? | ||
| Why would they be denied the ability to go forward? | ||
| They believe the investigation was hampered. | ||
| Using political purposes to treat them differently. | ||
| Now, as an elected official having all this information, should I ignore it? | ||

| The FBI informant was a direct eye and ear witness to the information provided. | ||
| The FBI apparently took no action to further the investigative claim. | ||
| The FBI has refused to describe any investigative steps to assess the investigative information. | ||
| Therefore, it has not been debunked, despised White House's lies and false claims. | ||

| What does the FD1023 form tell you? | ||

| So the complaining from us millennials started probably 2020, but this is why. | ||
| So in 1995, the average house was $130,000. | ||
| You put down 20%, that's $26,000. | ||
| The interest rates were 7.8% back in 1995, and your principal and mortgage would be around $753. | ||
| Now, I'm going to save the average incomes for last. | ||
| Now, 2019, $260,000. | ||
| Not bad over 25 years. | ||
| It only doubled. So the down payment would be $52,000 and there was only a 4% interest rate. | ||
| So the monthly payment for principal interest was $993,000. | ||
| So this difference was not bad at all. | ||
| Here's where the jump happens. | ||
| This is what, okay. | ||
| 2023, the average home jumped to $419,000. | ||
| The down payment would be $84,000. | ||
| The interest rate was similar to 95, which is 7.24%, but that would leave you with a monthly payment of $2,283. | ||
| Now let's go with the average incomes. | ||
| In 1995, it was $29,000. | ||
| In 2019, it was $56,000. | ||
| In 2023, it is still $56,000. | ||
| So in 1995, 31% of your income could be used for housing. | ||
| You could get it into a house. | ||
| In 2019, it was only 21% of your income. | ||
| In 2023, it is 49% of your income. | ||
| Plus the cost of living, plus the cost of groceries. | ||
| So the past four years is the problem. | ||
| This is why millennials and first-time homebuyers are complaining now, because the disparity between 95 and 2019 over 25 years was not that big of a deal. | ||
| It was moving like it was supposed to. | ||
| And it was already out of control then, but now it's just impossible. | ||
| And now it's all by design. | ||
| But it's even worse, as he's explaining in the end there, because it's not just now that if you want to be a homeowner, which you, I mean, unless you're extremely wealthy now, you can't even be a homeowner. | ||
| You're going to have a mortgage. | ||
| So they've really priced 90% of the population out of ever owning a home by design. | ||
| But now, okay, it used to be you could buy a house that you wouldn't have to sink your entire paycheck into every month. | ||
| Not anymore! And so he breaks it down with the numbers there, the exact dynamics I've been talking about. | ||
| If you're now a homeowner, your property taxes have probably at least doubled. | ||
| If you bought a house after the Trump administration, your interest rates are double what they were before. | ||
| So I kind of got in at the end of the Trump economy, but at the housing boom when housing prices were up. | ||
| So I got a low interest rate, but a high price. | ||
| But then the property taxes on my place quadrupled. | ||
| Quadrupled. My grocery bills doubled. | ||
| Price of the pump doubled. | ||
| Energy bills doubled. Where is anybody going to have savings now in this economy? | ||

| And if you're crunching the numbers and you're weighing buying a house and you're saying, okay, here's my mortgage. | ||

| And it's going to cost me, for this house, it's going to cost me, let's say, $2,800, $3,500, whatever. | ||
| And now you're weighing that against renting, and you're saying, well, geez, renting is going to cost me less than that. | ||
| What decision are people going to make now? | ||
| It used to be the idea was lean in, get the home ownership, get in the asset column, get the equity. | ||

| When you're paying 7, 8, 9% interest rates, when the average price of a home is over $400,000, when more than half of your paycheck is going to have to go to your mortgage, nobody's going to want to buy a house anymore. | ||
