And that's FedNow. Well, apparently FedNow is going to launch Friday and people think that they're going to officially indict Trump on Friday as a distraction from FedNow.
I'm not so convinced that is the case.

The real interesting thing that's going to matter about this Trump indictment is what is the angle and what is the goal?
Now, if the angle is Donald Trump engaged in an insurrection or they try to charge him with an insurrection overthrowing the government, which is what they're teasing, Then what they're going to claim is 14th Amendment violations, and they're going to say he can't run for office, which is what they tried to do to Marjorie Taylor Greene.
And at the time, smart-minded people, like right here on this show, said, okay, they're going to trial run this with Marjorie Taylor Greene, and then they're going to see if it works with Trump.
Now, Marjorie Taylor Greene obviously didn't fall victim to that.
She was able to run and win again.
But they're going to try it with Trump.
Now it becomes a state issue.

everybody in Michigan who tried to use the alternative electors that didn't believe
the results in the 2020 election and wanted alternative electors
that looked at the mail-in ballots, looked at 300,000 votes coming in at 3 a.m. for Joe Biden
and said, no, this isn't right.
This is not right, something is wrong here.
And so now they're getting charged by Michigan's attorney general.

Here's the official statement from Donald Trump to me getting ahead of this indictment
that people are expecting Friday.
Donald Trump, on Sunday night while I was with my family, having just arrived from the Turning Point event in Florida
where I won the straw poll against other Republican candidates with 85% with all polls showing me
leading in the Republican Party by very substantial numbers, almost everyone predicting that I will be
the Republican nominee for president as I am leading Democrat Joe Biden in the polls by a lot.
Horrifying news for our country was given to me by my attorneys.
Deranged Jack Smith, the prosecutor with Joe Biden's Department of Justice,
sent a letter stating that I am the target of the January 6th grand jury investigation
and giving me a very short four days to report to the grand jury,
which almost always means arrest and indictment.
So now Joe Biden's Attorney General Merrick Garland, who I turned down for the United States Supreme Court,
together with Joe Biden's Department of Injustice, have effectively issued a third indictment and arrest
of Joe Biden's number one political opponent, who is largely dominating him in the race for presidency.
Nothing like this has ever happened in our country before, or even close.
They illegally spied on my campaign, attacked me with a totally fake dossier
that was funded by Hillary Clinton's campaign and the DNC, impeached me twice, I won.

He has a vicious but disastrous career and is known by As biased and obsessed as a Trump hater.
Whether it's their failure to mention the Presidential Records Act, their dominance of the Manhattan District Attorney, including the fact that a Hillary Clinton lawyer, Mark Pomerantz, left a top Democrat law firm run by Chuck Schumer's brother to join the DA's office and become a prosecutor against me and then quit against all the rules, regulations, and laws when the office would not prosecute.

For decades, these people have been following presidential elections, and they knew something was wrong here, and now the Democrat Attorney General is going to try to have them all arrested.
Most of them being in their 60s and 70s, a few in their 80s.

And I understand, Alex, that this is really only half the equation Him being a middle school teacher, you caught him with some of the most disgusting, sordid materials that you can even imagine.
But apparently, he was already known to law enforcement.
So, basically, in August of 2022, he got arrested for child pornography.
He uploaded something to Snapchat, and then they reported it to NCMEC or whatever.
Then NCMEC went down to his local law enforcement department.
And basically gave him that tip.
So he was already on pretrial release on a bond while we caught him.
So what happened was he just happened to message one of our decoy accounts and we exchanged phone numbers.
And, you know, he wanted to set up a meeting with a 14-year-old boy or an assumed one.
And he, like, got sexual, all that stuff.
He backs out last minute.
But I had his phone number and I looked up his phone number and I saw that he was a teacher.
Like, I got busted last year for child porn.
I look up his Telegram account, and I saw that his Telegram account name was Boys Lover, and I'm like, oh my God, he's doing the same exact thing.
I mean, you know just from that name that he was doing it.
So we went to his house the next day, and we talked to him, and he agreed to talk to us.
And in the span of like an hour, he admitted to over 100 photos of child porn on his phone, including that of like infants and toddlers just having terrible stuff happening to them.
The phone is the place that they like to have this stuff readily available, I guess, because it's easily accessible to them.
Now, what's crazy about this, because I follow your work too, and you break a lot of news on the show, what is it, I mean, what do you think when you bust these guys and you realize that a lot of them are already on probation, already known to law enforcement, is it like they just know they won't get caught?
So basically, so he uploaded that stuff to Snapchat and I guess Snapchat, at least they're law enforcement compliant.
So they do report what they pick up and they're whatever filters from what I understand.
But Telegram is not law enforcement compliant.
So if we don't screenshot every single Telegram message that they send, they can't, the cops can't get a warrant for Telegram and like you have Telegram send back records.
They don't, they don't comply with that stuff.
So He went on to Telegram, and this is what I think, like, sometime last year, thinking that he won't get caught.
And he was dumb enough to use his actual phone number on Telegram.
That's how we could just see that he was, like, he's a moron.
And then from there, like, I basically bluffed him and said, dude, I know what you're doing on there, and he just admits to everything.
And, yeah, the reason he's on Telegram, he doesn't think he's going to get caught by law enforcement because it's supposedly encrypted.
Well, it's just, it's crazy to me, and obviously I understand my situation is maybe a little extreme, but it's like, I don't, you know, I don't go sideways even a millimeter on my probation.
I'm like, I'm as clean as a, you know, I'm as clean as it gets and for obvious reasons.
But it's like, here in Austin, we've got DPS running around here.
It's like Grand Theft Auto here in Austin.
There's 50 police officers waiting to pull you over for 100 different reasons, and you will get pulled over for having a, you know, your tire isn't properly treaded.
I mean, literally, that's how bad it is.
And so I got pulled over a couple times because I had a license plate that was expired.
And when I contacted my probation, they say, oh yeah, we see you've been pulled over by police.
I said, yeah, I had a tag expired on my license plate.
And they say, oh, okay, it's not a violation of my probation.
They just got to check it. So it's like, I just get pulled over for an expired license plate tag and my probation officer knows about it and asks me about it.
These guys are on the internet still engaging in the pedophilia and it's like they have no concern.
Like, I mean, I think he's just so addicted to children.
I mean, from what I understand, he communicated to me, his preference is freaking five-year-olds, and he trades that type of stuff around.
And I just think, I just think he, I mean, he knew, he knows the risks.
I just think he's too addicted to children, and to, in order to, and that he just won't stop doing this.
Yeah, I don't know, because it's not like us, where we could be on probation for something, and we just know, like, don't do this for this amount of time, we'll be fine.
But with them, it's more than addiction.
It's a hunger for children they have, and they can't help themselves.
No, I believe at that point he was on administrative leave.
Leave? Yeah, I didn't see anything about him being fired, because I guess he hasn't been convicted yet.
But he's 100% screwed, because he went back to jail on more child pornography charges, because, of course, what we caught him on, and online solicitation of a minor, and, of course, breaking his bond condition.
So, I mean, if they don't fire him at this point, or if he's not officially fired, I don't know.
But I haven't seen anything about him being fired, which is kind of weird.
We caught a former elementary school teacher in Buffalo, New York.
He's currently, I believe, in prison.
I mean, he pled guilty, all that stuff.
And he was 70 years old going after a 13-year-old and an 8-year-old, and he had child porn as well.
This was like in 2021. And then this year, we didn't catch another teacher, but we caught someone who worked in an elementary school, and he had also baby stuff on his computer too.
So, I mean, he's... Yeah, there's just so many of them everywhere in any profession.
Now, I want to bring this up because I've got a news story I want to show you coming up on the other side, but it seems though, because every time I talk to you it's the same thing, it seems like Telegram is their number one source for this, and it seems like their phone is their tool, their accessory for getting access.
And the law enforcement that does do it definitely does their job right.
But man, there is not enough.
There's not enough resources directed at doing this.
I mean, you know, I've said this before, but in Houston, there's only four detectives that kind of do the posing as minors online and all that type of stuff.
And Yeah, I mean, if we know where they're going, if we know what apps they're using, if we know how they communicate, we're just 23-year-olds with cameras.
Then, literally, if law enforcement didn't have their hands tied so much, they'd be able to do way more than we're able to do.
And, I mean... You know, I'm not saying that because we're like super skilled or anything, but it's just so easy and prevalent.
I mean, why is somebody using their real name online when they're advertising themselves as trading thousands of images of child porn?
That's what these people are doing because they're so used to it and they haven't been caught ever.
And it would just be easy pickings for any law enforcement if they put their mind to this.
Well, and I am not somebody that has the experience that you have, and so that's why when I started talking to you or when I went on the bus with you and stay in contact with you, like, at any given day, you've got like six or seven people in the bag that you could bust at any moment.
Boy, oh boy. It's been a dark one today, hasn't it?
This has been one of the darkest transmissions.

And I'm going to make a suggestion of what needs to happen next.
