And that was going to be the nucleus and responding to that and expanding on it.
And then the Hunter Biden plea deal news dropped today.
And so now I've got a huge stack on that.
And we're going to show you just how unjust the justice system is.
Just how unfair and imbalanced the justice system is.
Just how focused its sights are on political opposition to the establishment, protecting their own operatives like the Bidens.
And in the hours that we've seen since this news has developed, the response is going how I expected it to go.
But the question remains the same.
Why are they doing this now?
Is this going to be used as the hook to get Biden out of the White House?
Is this going to be used as the cover-up to say, see, we investigated the Bidens, there's nothing to see here?
Or is Hunter Biden getting a sweetheart plea deal because he's cooperating with an investigation into criminal matters with his father?
I don't really see this any other way because this is not par for the course, folks.
It's not even close.

Not only do we have the blatant double standard when it comes to political persecution in this country with Democrats, Republicans, or somebody with the last name of Trump versus somebody with the last name of Biden.
No, many Americans, including high-profile Americans, have been charged with the same thing or same things that Hunter Biden has been charged with or pled guilty to and received huge sentences.
So why is Hunter Biden's deal different?
Is it that blatant that they just don't even care anymore?
All of America can see, all of the world can see how corrupt the justice system is, how it's protecting its own, how the Bidens are above the law, or is something else really going on with this?
I'm going to break down the ins and outs with all the news, the comparisons, the responses.
But, again, if this is an arrogance factor and they just think, you know what, just let Hunter Biden off easy.
Nobody will care. They don't do anything.
We run the country. We own the country.
I guess that's option number four.
If there's four options, if this is multiple choice, either this is just the blatant corruption of the unjust system, This is going to be used as the hook to get Biden out of the presidential race, softly land his retirement.
This is going to be used to say, see, we investigated, nothing to see here.
Or did Hunter Biden cooperate and get a sweetheart plea deal?
Because, I mean, folks, I'm telling you, this deal is so sweetheart, it's unreal.
I mean, this combination of a sweetheart deal for these charges has never been seen before, ever.
It's kind of like with all of my cases where I'm going to be in court this Friday.
I appreciate all the thoughts and prayers.
I mean, it's out in the news now.
And it's funny how much fake news people are putting out about this and about me.

This is odd. Why do you think? And I'm like, they're coming after me because I'm a political target, and they can't even believe it.

So they're thinking, well, it's not like, you know, it's not like you've been around forever.
It's not like you've got... The largest following in the world.
Why are they trying to make an example of you?
It can't be that corrupt. No, it is.

The charges that have been, the things that have been done to me, lawyers have never seen before.
They've never seen an indictment where nine of the 11 pages are about an event that happened two years ago.
Not even about the alleged charges.
Just from something that happened in the long past.
Say, well, he's guilty because of something that happened years ago that has nothing to do with this.
Never seen before. Journalists getting charged for this.
Top federal prosecutors, justices, wrote papers.
Washington Post, New York Times said, no journalist has ever been charged for what they're going after Schroyer for.

The point is that it's so obvious, it's so jarring, it's so shocking...
That if you can't see the injustice system, if you can't see the two-tiered justice system, the double standards, or the hierarchy, however you want to put it, at this point, you're just in complete denial, you're living under a rock, or you're just a lying liberal.
Yeah, it's all over the news today, and there's all types of fake news out there about it.
There's people sharing video clips that they're claiming are me that aren't even me.
It's actually kind of funny to watch the left just in a complete tizzy Panicking.

Because now Hotez and all of his public defenders are in a complete panic, folks.

They've been lying about vaccines.

Then you might start to question the other things that they've been lying about.
You might start to think, well, if they've been lying about vaccines, are they lying about the border being secure?
Are they lying about climate change?

And also Marco Polo has published an entire book of all the documents, the messages, the texts, the emails, the photos with the girls and everything.
The drug use. They did censor it, blot out all the illicit imagery.
But it's all out there.
But this, what's happened today, really emphasizes how corrupt the justice system is and how the Biden crime family is above the law.
And so let me just give you the gist of it before getting into the headlines and some of the commentary that we're seeing.
To my understanding...
That Hunter Biden didn't...
Obviously, tax evasion is the charge.
Okay, so what was the tax evasion?
Well, Hunter Biden was taking payments in the form of millions of dollars from foreign nationals and through shell companies that he had set up.
Most of this information is public knowledge.
Now, what's...
I believe going to come out as a clearer understanding with these charges is how basically Hunter Biden made the mistake that many people make when dealing with taxes.
And so truth of the matter is the tax system is just out of control.
It's ridiculous. It's too complex.
And it's meant so that only the rich, the wealthy, and the smart can be above it and not pay the taxes.
That's the whole point. But Hunter Biden isn't very bright.
And I would suggest Joe Biden isn't very bright either because he didn't do proper oversight of Hunter, which is why Hunter is now in all of this trouble.
So Hunter's taking all of this money from overseas and he's not only not properly filing taxes, He's not even going through the right process to receive these payments.
So in other words, if you start a business or you run a business and your business provides a service, unlike Hunter Biden's businesses, you provide an actual service.
And so let's say you run a power washing company and you go power wash a big corporate building downtown and say it costs $10,000.
Well, they're supposed to pay your power washing LLC or S Corp or whatever it is, C Corp, and they pay them $10,000, and then it goes through that process, and then you get paid whatever you get paid as the owner or the worker at that company.
Well, this would be like if that person paid $10,000 for the power washing service, but then just gave it directly to you, and you just put it right into your bank account.
It looks like that's what they've got Hunter Biden on.
That's what the story appears to be here.
So, which tells me it's really not even the full story.
So all we really know about are the tax evasions from 2017 and 2018 when Hunter is taking millions of dollars from overseas, not paying the taxes, not sending it through his S-Corps and all the other businesses, the shell corporations he had set up.
He was just taking it directly and not claiming it.
For 2017 and 2018, which ties directly into the Joe Biden crime investigation, Because Joe Biden also was receiving these millions of dollars in payments in 2017 and 2018.
So this tells me we don't even know the full story here, and this is actually just a fraction of the money that Joe and Hunter Biden were receiving.
So why would Hunter Biden...
Have decided he's not going to take the money through the S-Corp and he's going to take it directly into his account and then he's too dumb to pay the taxes.
Well, perhaps he is too dumb to pay the taxes.
I'm not surprised by that.
Maybe Hunter Biden was sick of paying Joe Biden, the big guy, 10%.
Except I don't have to say maybe because I already know that's the case because we have the text messages that Where Hunter Biden is complaining to his other family members in the Biden crime family about how he's sick of having to pay Joe, the big guy, 10% cut.
So if Hunter Biden's doing business deals, and he's running these operations through shell corporations, where Joe also has access to the bank accounts, and they have accountants making sure that everything's above board when it comes to FARO regulations and when it comes to taxes...
Well, Hunter maybe said, yeah, you know what?
I'm going to do a little business on the side here, and I'm going to take this money directly.
I'm not going to send it through the corporation.
I don't want Joe to get 10%, so I'm going to just take that check and put it in my bank account.
Now, personally, I would say, just to be clear, I don't think, in my view...
Hunter Biden did nothing illegal.
If you get paid $10,000, $10 million, $10 billion and you put it into your bank account, then I don't think the government should have any right to look into that whatsoever.
F off, government. But that's not the law.
The law is you've got to pay taxes.
And the law is you've got to go through corporations if you want to receive certain payments.
And the law is if you're going to take foreign money that there's other protocols you have to go through.
And Hunter Biden didn't do any of that because he wanted to avoid paying the big guy, his dad, 10%.
So I think this really means that there's more payments out there that we don't even know about yet.
And I'm not even talking about just from 2018, 2017.
I'm talking about for decades.
I'm talking about for decades.
Hunter Biden was taking money through his corporations, paying Joe Biden 10% and his brother his cut and everybody else their cut.
But since they had everything above board with the regulations and the taxes and everything, didn't really make the IRS radar, didn't really have any criminal activity.
But because Hunter had to make this deal and not pay the big guy, now you got a problem.
But do you really think this is the only time Hunter Biden has made that much money or any money for selling out the United States?
Do you really think 2017 and 2018 are the only years Hunter Biden was taking money and selling political favors and pay for play with his dad?
Do you really think that's the case?
Come on. You're not that naive, are you?
I think this case proves that, of course, he was taking more money.
Telling you right now, this Hunter Biden plea deal is not the beginning or the end of this saga.
No, I think not.
Even if that's the plan in D.C., which I don't think it is, I think there's a follow-up here, whether that's to give Biden the hook or to say, see, we investigated, there's nothing there.
I don't think this is the end.
Certainly not when it comes to the general public's awareness of the double standards of justice in this country.
Let's get into some of these headlines, some of the news on it.
Hunter Biden will plead guilty, likely avoid jail and tax and gun case.
So two charges of tax evasion.
Anybody else would be in jail for it, not Hunter Biden.
And then the gun charge, anybody else would be in jail for it, but not Hunter Biden.
And they're claiming diversion, which is...
Kind of the standard when you're dealing with somebody that's a crack addict.
So Hunter Biden, a crack addict, going to get a light sentence on the gun issue because he's a crack addict.
So that's his excuse. Meanwhile, though, here's just some of the famous examples.
Here's some of the famous examples of tax evasion, like what Hunter Biden is going to walk from that others weren't so lucky or gun charges that Hunter Biden is going to walk from that others weren't so lucky or Lil Wayne pleads guilty to federal gun charge and faces up to 17 years in prison.
Excuse me, 10 years in prison.
Oh, but not Hunter Biden.
Reality TV star Todd Chrisley sentenced to 12 years.
Wife Julie Chrisley gets 7 for bank fraud and tax evasion.
12 and 7.
Fraud and evasion.
Not Hunter Biden.
Kodak Black gets over three years in prison in weapons case.
Same crime as Hunter Biden, three years in jail.
Not for Hunter Biden, though.
He'll see no jail time.
Is that white privilege? Or is that more Democrat, liberal privilege?
Jersey Shore star Mike the Situation Sorrentino sentenced eight months on tax evasion charges.
Sorrentino pleaded guilty this past January with his brother Mark to filing falsified tax returns on nearly $9 million.
Never. Never. I represented hundreds of minorities on this exact same charge, and the average sentence was three to five years in federal prison.
Enter the white son of a white president prosecuted by a white AG and their two-tier system of justice.
Ooh, I'm not saying it's about race, but where's the outcry from the left and all the minorities who got launched by DOJ's prison sentences?
So yeah, even though the diversion thing gets used, it still doesn't get used like it's being used for Hunter Biden.
It's unbelievable. It's so obvious that, again, yes, it's obvious they're protecting the Bidens here.
The question is, why?

If this is really just, hey, look at the political corruption, it's so obvious, well then why did they even do this in the first place?
Why didn't they just shut the whole thing, toss the charges, and just say, F you, we're not doing any of this?

Specifically for the years 2017 and 2018, when Hunter Biden is found guilty of tax evasion, when Joe Biden was making tens of million dollars from foreign countries as well, was he paying taxes?
Did he register as a foreign agent?
Because you might be able to claim, I don't know, the Republicans, the House Oversight Committee, they've seen the bank records.
I mean, we saw Biden's tax returns, so we know he did pay taxes, but we don't know if he paid taxes on everything because we haven't seen the bank records.
My guess is the Republicans would have been able to put two and two together, and if that was the case, proven it.
Or at least put that option out there.
So Joe Biden probably did pay taxes on the millions that he had coming in from foreign countries.
Well, we know he did.
At least that's what it says on his tax return.
But he claimed it was from book sales.
Hmm. So why are they really going after and then giving Hunter Biden the sweetheart deal?
Is it to say that See, we investigated the Bidens.
There's nothing there. Is it to give Biden the soft landing retirement where he can just say, you know what?

He did commit crimes.
And so I'm not going to run for president anymore.

Maybe Hunter Biden's cooperating in another investigation into his father.
And that's why he gets the sweetheart plea deal.
But nobody seems to think that's the case.
But let's not forget, this all leads back to Joe.
Hunter Biden is not able to do any of this without Joe.

So the feds are going to let Hunter Biden walk for evading taxes, but what about Joe Biden?
Don't forget, Hunter Biden owes Joe 10%.
So Joe Biden not only evading the taxes to the government, he's evading the taxes to his father for selling the country out in his name.

Federal Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart granted Joe Biden's DOJ request to place a gag order on President Trump.
Judge Reinhart issued the ruling on June 19th.
So, yesterday. In 2021, Joe Biden issued a proclamation declaring June 19th a federal holiday, closing all federal buildings, including post offices.
The fact that Democrats are working on a federal holiday shows their urgency to jail Trump before the election.
So, working on Juneteenth.
Wow. Wow. But why are they gagging Donald Trump?
Because they don't want him to talk about the corruption.
They don't want him to talk about the double standards of justice.

FBI slowed investigation into Trump's role in January 6th for fear of appearing political.
The FBI, mindful of not wanting to appear partisan, had for months held off launching a formal investigation into former President Donald Trump's role in efforts to subvert the 2020 election.
Oh, the FBI that censored the Hunter Biden laptop, the intelligence agencies and bureaucracies that told you it was a lie, the FBI that censored the internet and Twitter and YouTube and Facebook.
Any opposition to their party got censored, but it was Trump that was subverting the 2020 election, even though it was the FBI. I mean, these people are just beyond repair.

You're not supposed to know.

There's a certain type of man whose will overrides everything else.
And it comes with a vision.
And the will to accomplish that vision overwhelms everything else.
And if you're not fully on board with that vision...
And if you don't put that vision first, then you're not going to make it.

Let's first go to the statement from the Pentagon spokeswoman on the latest news in Ukraine.
And let's think about this as you're listening to this clip.
What a coincidence this happens the same day where Hunter Biden's tax evasion scheme...

And of course, this ties the Biden family directly to Ukrainian money, tens of millions of dollars of it, as the Biden administration is directly involved in Ukraine.
On this day, the Pentagon comes out and says this.

Following up from some announcements earlier this year, during the department's regular oversight of our execution of presidential drawdown authority for Ukraine, we discovered inconsistencies in equipment valuation for Ukraine.
In a significant number of cases, services used replacement costs rather than net book value, thereby overestimating the value of the equipment drawn down from U.S. stocks and provided to Ukraine.
Once we discovered this misvaluation, the comptroller reissued guidance on March 31st, clarifying how to value equipment in line with the financial management regulation and DOD policy to ensure we use the most accurate of accounting methods.
We have confirmed that for FY23, the final calculation is $3.6 billion, and for FY22, it is $2.6 billion for a combined total of $6.2 billion.
These valuation errors in no way limit or restricted the size of any of our PDAs or impacted the provision of support to Ukraine.
And while the DOD retains the authority to utilize the recaptured PDA, this has no bearing on appropriated USAI or Ukraine PDA replenishment funding approved by Congress.

Here's the problem. They know that Ukrainians need F-16s at least.
Just to even have any air presence at all versus Russia.
They don't.
They can't get the F-16s in time.
Even if they did, they wouldn't be able to properly train Ukrainians.
So you do have U.S. contractors over there fighting.

The problem is...
It's not as easy of a sell job as it once was, and the money is starting to evaporate.
So, this is going to be about trying to get F-16s into Ukraine, and this is going to be about trying to hire more private contractors to go fight the Russians in Ukraine.
So, the people that would be willing to go over there, they need two things.
One, money, and two, equipment.
And so that's what this $6.2 billion is really about.
They got to get more money to the contractors, more equipment to the contractors.
And then who knows?
I mean, you know, accounting errors, laundering, weapons, black market.
I mean, who knows where it all goes?
It's not going to make the situation in Ukraine any different, quite frankly.
The other problem they're having now, when you go as a private contractor to fight a war, you are not a...
In uniform military member.
Therefore, you don't have the Geneva code.
You don't have those laws working in your favor.
So you get caught by the Russians.
They can kidnap you and torture you and kill you.
And that's not considered a war crime.
So the Russians aren't really doing that.
That's not really their agenda. But yeah, it's definitely happening.
And they've seen it.
So now, usually these gung-ho people that would take the private contracts or they just like going and fighting, usually they would take these deals, but the money has run out, they don't have the equipment necessary, and they know they're not protected by the Geneva Code, and so they're opening themselves up to a potentially awful situation to be in as an unofficial prisoner of war, essentially. Maybe there's a connection to the whole Hunter Biden tax evasion situation with his millions from Ukraine.
I think this is more because the Ukrainians are...
There's no victory anywhere, folks.
There is no victory anywhere for Ukraine.
And they don't have the equipment.
They don't have the fighting equipment.
They have nothing. And they can't even get private contractors to join them.
So they need more money and more weapons.

Like, I know you got security, but it's like, man, you need to have a social media team.
Somebody needs to be filming you.
This could be a hundred times more efficient and better.
But again, I get it.
I get it. I'm kind of the same way where I like to be solo because it's easier to move.
It's more efficient that way.
But I think this is a great idea to go on the streets and do this, but he needs to make it more palatable and make it so that, I mean, he's shooting it even vertically in selfie mode.
But nonetheless, here's RFK Jr.
on the streets of San Francisco telling it like it is.
This is one of hundreds of street corners in San Francisco that has been occupied now by the homeless, by plastic shanties, by tents, and by people who are sleeping in the open air.
Part of the problem is mental illness and drug addiction, but it's not the entire problem.
In fact, we can solve the homeless problem in this country.
If you look at West Virginia, it has one of the highest addiction rates in the country.
But homelessness is a minor problem there.
Homelessness has its own ideology.
And part of that is that only one in four poor people in this country are receiving housing vouchers.
We could solve the problem of homelessness on the federal level by providing homeless vouchers, Section 8 vouchers to poor people, and we ought to be doing that.
It's more important than funding wars.
It's more important than funding overseas adventures.
We need to take care of Americans.
35% of Americans today Are on the precipice of ending up in a corner like this.
35% of Americans do not make enough money to pay for their basic human needs for transportation, for housing, and for food.
And they are on a cliff where any of them could end up here.

And we need to provide, we need to rebuild our nation from the ground up.
I don't like the idea that the government should have to take care of anybody or put anybody into a house.
But, given the context there, I completely agree with RFK Jr.
And that's my frustration with the American left and the Democrats that want all these social programs and free handouts and, you know, government-paid healthcare and all the other communist stuff.
You know, you might have my attention if you were a little louder about stopping wars and the hundreds of billions of dollars that we go That we give to wars and humanitarian aid for other countries.
If you were louder and more committed to stop that gigantic boondoggle, then maybe I would hear you out on your socialist communist programs here in the West.
Maybe I would say, yeah, okay, if we're going to spend $200 billion on war, I'd rather spend that on helping out Americans and veterans find their feet again.
And he does make a good point.
I don't know what the number is, but it's like 50% of Americans now living paycheck to paycheck.
And, yeah, I mean, basically, you're at the precipice right there.
I don't know if you'd necessarily end up on a street corner, but you're at the precipice of being in a serious problem there financially.
So he's right about that.
And it's such an easy thing.
I don't know why you don't hear it more from the Democrats.
Even the far-left radicals You rarely hear them on message saying, we need to stop funding wars, stop all this humanitarian aid.
It's hundreds of billions of dollars, and we need to bring that money back internally.
You don't hear it.
And so there it is, RFK, telling it like it is again.
And that's why they hate him so much.
And here he is calling out Zuckerberg, Bezos, Gates, and Fauci.
But I don't really necessarily think it's about them.
I think it's just the overall divide and conquer plan.
But he talks about the racial division here in clip 12.
We need to come out on the street and we need to stick together.
What the big tech villains and scoundrels and Mark Zuckerberg and Jeffrey Bezos and Bill Gates and Tony Fauci want you to do is they want us fighting with each other.
They want blacks fighting against whites.
They want Republicans fighting against Democrats.
They want everybody polarized.

Because they know that if we all get together, we're going to start asking questions.
Bill Gates is the largest funder of trying to find these viruses in remote caves and bring them to big cities.
So what happened in China is they went eight to ten hours south of Wuhan, two to three hundred feet deep into a cave, found viruses and took them back to a city of 15 million.
There are many, many scientists Who think that Bill Gates is wrong in funding this, that our government's wrong, that the Chinese government, that really we don't need to be searching for viruses that may never interact with man.
And it's worse than that.
They bring viruses that we may never interact with.
They bring them back to the lab, but then they manipulate them by combining them with other viruses to create viruses that don't exist in nature.
But this has largely been funded by Bill Gates.
He funds the WHO more than most countries do.
So there's a responsibility there, and I don't think he's not, I think he's well-intended, but I think he's inadvertently helped to create something.

So one of the things I started to dig into was Dominion Voting Systems.
So I put myself in their shoes and I said, if I started a voting machine company and it wasn't for nefarious reasons, aka election rigging, what would be the purpose?
What problem am I going to solve?
Well, as expected, one of their big selling points was that they would get you election results faster.
I mean, we can't have these people working till midnight to get people the election results on the same day.
So privileged.
Well, and as you read through it, you'll see that very early on, they were so good, they made the results come one hour faster.
One whole hour. Well, if you've been following along, you now know they got worse at what they do.
Suddenly, elections take, you know, extra hours, days, even weeks.
Well, people should have known better.
I mean, had they done their research, their homework, they would have noticed that everywhere they installed machines, from the onset, they had problems.
But, you know, as long as you deny, deny, deny, and say, pfft, it's not us, it wasn't our fault, then I guess, you know, you get away with it.
