		And they go after him on a boxer's hoax, just like the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax, And all of the others, this has been going on for seven years, and they can't stop because it's election interference at the highest level.
		There's never been anything like what's happened.
		I'm an innocent man.

		They had the Mueller hoax, the Mueller report.
		And that came out, no collusion, after two and a half years.
		That was set up by Hillary Clinton and Democrats.
		But this is what they do.
		This is what they do so well.
		If they would devote their energies to honesty and integrity, it would be a lot better for our country.
		They could do a lot better. They could do a lot of great things.
		But when you look at what's happened to our country in the last three years, we were energy independent.
		We had a strong military that wasn't woke.
		We were doing so well.
		We were respected all over the world.
		We got the biggest tax cuts in history, biggest regulation cuts in history.
		And what do you do?
		You have a president where an election was taken, got more votes than any sitting president in history by far, never anything even close.
		And they come after me because now we're leading in the polls again by a lot against Biden and against the Republicans by a lot.
		But we're leading against Biden by a lot, a tremendous amount.
		And we went up to a level that they figured the way they're going to stop us is by using what's called warfare.
		And that's what it is.
		This is warfare for the law.
		And we can't let it happen.
		We can't let it happen.
		Our country And they come after Donald Trump, weaponizing the Justice Department, weaponizing the FBI. We can't let this continue to go on because it's ripping our country to shreds.
		We have such big problems, and this shouldn't be one of them.
		It's a hoax.
		The whole thing is a hoax.
		Just like Russia, Russia, Russia, just like the fake dossier was a hoax.
		You saw the Durham report.
		You saw the Mueller report.
		It was all a big hoax.
		You had two impeachments and they lost and we won.
		And we had tremendous support.
		But that was a hoax and a scam.
		And now they're doing it again.
		It's just a continuation.
		Seven years, even after I'm out.
		But it's called election interference.
		They're trying to destroy a reputation so they can win an election.
		That's just as bad as doing any of the other things that have been done over the last number of years, and especially during the 2020 election.
		So I just want to tell you, I'm an innocent man.
		I did nothing wrong.
		And we'll fight this out just like we've been fighting for seven years.
		It would be wonderful if we could devote our full time to making America great again.
		And that's exactly what we did.
		But now, again, our country is in decline.
		We're a failing nation.
		And this is what they do.

		And yes, you are tuned in to tomorrow's news today.
		My headline yesterday at 3 o'clock was, Fed's about to indict Trump.
		And we don't usually do the, hey, go back in time and pull the segments.
		Alex has an archivist that does that, that goes back for years of Alex predicting that stuff.
		We don't really do that here on the show.
		We probably should, or maybe transcribe it so it's easier.
		But since it just happened yesterday, here's what we said at 3 p.m.
		yesterday with our headline, Federal Indictment of Trump Looming.
		Without going into the weeds, let's take a look into the crystal ball.
		The plan is to federally indict Donald Trump, probably with at least one charge, maybe two, maybe three, depending on how bold they want to get.
		And I'm sure they're kind of weighing their options and weighing what the blowback might be.
		And I think one of the questions they're going to have to ask is, are we willing to sacrifice our own operatives in this pursuit of Donald Trump?
		If the federal government indicts Donald Trump for having classified documents, then where do they stop?
		Are they going to go after Joe Biden?
		Are they going to go after Bill Clinton, George Bush, Al Gore?
		Who else has had classified documents stored at their house?
		We know at least Joe Biden and Bill Clinton, without a doubt, Without a doubt, they want to indict Trump and they want to use that indictment to keep Trump off the campaign trail.
		That's the big plan.
		I have a feeling tomorrow is going to be an interesting day.
		Now, my crystal ball must have been a little foggy yesterday because I thought maybe three charges.
		It ends up being 37.
		More than 100 years in jail.
		And I believe they can even get the death penalty for the Espionage Act.
		So this is over the top.
		This is as bold as it gets.
		This is persecution, the likes of which we've never seen in the United States of America at this level.
		And we got to be careful not to give Joe Biden too much credit.
		I mean, he is the president. He denied any knowledge of this today in a soundbite, but he's not talking about this.
		He's not having press conferences about this, and it's obvious why, because he's guilty of the crimes that they're accusing Donald Trump of.
		Just like Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, and then of course there's Barack Obama who signed on to the Crossfire Hurricane illegal spying on Donald Trump campaign.
		And I thought that it would drop today and then Trump ends up breaking the news last night as soon as we get off air.
		Now we do have the indictment.
		We've got the details.
		I'm going to go through all of it here today.
		Look at some of the responses that we've seen.
		I feel like The deep state establishment regime is truly on its final stages.
		And we know what they've got up their sleeve.
		And there's obviously some sort of a psyop going on right now with the whole alien thing.
		Where they see a meteor come out of the sky.
		And then somebody says, I had eight foot tall aliens in my backyard.
		And they just so happen to have a meteor on a cop's body cam.
		And then there's all kinds of weirdness that follows that.
		That's like a separate thing.
		So it's like... Spectre is the umbrella, globalist, geopolitical, corporate world government.
		And then they have all these different wings and factions that they're running.
		So the alien thing going on is not really communicating with whatever they're doing with the deep state to go after Donald Trump.
		It's a completely different thing, but run by the same people.
		So is that timing significant?
		I don't really know. But I don't know how many more political tricks they have up their sleeve.
		What more can they do?
		They're trying to put Trump in jail for life if not given the death penalty.
		The number one contender to be president right now.
		The favorite to win the 2024 elections right now.
		Donald Trump. And all the crimes they're accusing him of are exactly what the political dynasties of the Bidens and the Clintons have been doing.
		And probably the Bushes and everybody else too, but we know the Clintons and the Bidens did it.
		We know that. And how much of this is tit for tat?
		How much chicken, how much political chicken is being played right now in this Cold War going on in D.C.? Does Jack Smith sit on indictments and say, you better stop going after Biden or I'm going to go after Trump?
		Or does Jack Smith indict Trump?
		And then the Republicans say, alright, you know what?
		We're going to release all these documents that we have on the Biden crime family and you can't stop us?
		We're above the FBI? We do oversight?
		Your classified documents are no longer classified.
		Which is how it should be.
	And I should probably mention the landscape of Of the American media today has changed drastically, just as you heard it would right here.
	But I'm not talking about personalities.
	Folks, across the entire media landscape last night in response to this, now granted MSNBC, CNN, they're mostly anti-Trumpers, but they had fair-minded people on last night that were stunned by this news.
	But I'm talking about Everybody that was a guest last night on Fox News ranting and raving, Mark Levin going on a rant that would envy Alex Jones, all over talk radio today and this morning, every caller I hear calling in, they are seeing how drastic it is.
	The sense of urgency is starting to hit.
	The corruption, the true corruption that we're dealing with is starting to be understood at a bone-chilling level.
	But I got to tell you, I don't know how many more political tricks they have, folks.
	They're really on their last leg.
	I mean, they've censored their political opposition.
	They've arrested their political opposition.
	And so we know what comes next.
	We know what comes next.
	So, I mean, this is it.
	I mean, you're like, you're 30 yards away in a game of political chicken going head-on in the same lane.
	I mean, it is...
	But we know what's supposed to be happening here.
	All the things they're accusing Donald Trump of, Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton or Bill Clinton are guilty of.
	They're the real criminals.
	They're the ones that need to be indicted.
	They're the ones that need to be investigated.
	They're the ones the American people need to know how corrupt they are.
	But no, it's Donald Trump.
	And I get it.
	Believe me. I get it.
	I get it. You don't want to vote for Donald Trump.
	I get it. You don't want to support Donald Trump.
	I get it. You can't stand Donald Trump.
	I get the flaws.
	Believe me. I get it.
	I'm in court in a week for my fighting for Donald Trump, but really it's fighting for the truth.
	I get it. But clearly, clearly the deep state establishment fears him like no one else.
	Clearly. This is not a game of tiddlywinks.
	They are playing for keeps.
	And you gotta tip your hat to the Democrat Party.
	I mean, they are playing for it all.
	And it's the Republican establishment, too.
	Notice the silence from Mitch McConnell and Ronna McDaniel today.
	Kevin McCarthy farted into the wind, so at least he had a little effort there.
	But Mitch McConnell, Ronna McDaniel, total silence from them.
	So it's not even fair to tip your cap to the Democrats, although they're the ones doing all this.
	I mean, they're actually playing for keeps.
	It's like the Republicans are kind of, they enjoy getting run over.
	Mitch McConnell kind of enjoys the Democrats just bending him over and smacking him around like a bitch.
	But we all know the truth.
	Everybody knows.
	Joe Biden is the one that's corrupt.
	So how does this go now that the Republicans have seen the evidence?
	And so have the Democrats, by the way.
	So have the Democrats. The Democrats have seen the evidence.
	We're going to get into this on the other side.
	I'm going to tell you what the Republicans have seen.
	And it's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the Biden crime family.
	All right, let's get into the details here of the Trump indictment.
	And then I'm going to tell you what the Republicans saw in the skiff when it comes to the evidence from a top FBI informant on the Biden crime family bribes.
	Now, there's three different things that they've seen, but there's one in particular that we're going to highlight because this case is open and shut with Joe Biden showing you what self-incrimination means.
	But here you go.
	The federal indictment against Donald Trump has been unsealed.
	Trump faces 37 counts in the special counsel's classified documents probe.
	31 counts of willful retention of national defense information.
	That's the Espionage Act.
	But again, he's the President of the United States, or he was the President of the United States.
	Bill Clinton got caught with the same thing.
	I think it was in some hooker's underwear drawer or something, or maybe that was his own.
	And so Judge Amy Berman Jackson, yes that Judge Amy Berman Jackson, said nope.
	The precedent is the President of the United States.
	Nothing is classified to him.
	He's the top executive.
	He can have whatever documents he wants.
	Doesn't need to declassify.
	Doesn't need to go through the process. He has that top level clearance.
	No hoops to jump through.
	The clearance is assured.
	That was the precedent set when Bill Clinton got caught.
	And with Judge Amy Berman Jackson setting that precedent.
	Now, Biden's been caught with the documents, and many others have since as well.
	But that kind of now all feels like a frame job to say, Trump did it, and we're going to get Trump.
	It's like, oh, Biden cooperated.
	Pence cooperated. Bill Clinton cooperated.
	But Trump, he was keeping it secret.
	And then there's some weird deal about a pool flooding, and then they couldn't get access to the tapes.
	And the FBI says that, well, that's suspicious, so we're going to charge you with the Espionage Act.
	I mean, this is clown world stuff.
	One count false statements and representations.
	And then Trump and Nauta.
	This is the second individual charged.
	I will tell you more about him in a second.
	One count of conspiracy to obstruct justice.
	One count withholding and documenting or...
	One count withholding a document or record.
	One count corruptly concealing a document or record.
	One count concealing a document in a federal investigation.
	One count scheme to conceal.
	And then Nauta. One count false statements and representations.
	Now again, who's obstructing justice in the Hillary Clinton email case?
	You can go on and on and on.
	No, these laws only apply to Donald Trump.
	And anybody who's ever shared oxygen with him that doesn't hate his guts.
	Trump made this statement.
	I've just learned that the thug from the Department of Justice will be indicting a wonderful man, Walt Naota, a member of the U.S. Navy who served proudly with me in the White House, retired as senior chief and then transitioned into private life as a personal aide.
	He has done a fantastic job.
	They are trying to destroy his life like the lives of so many others

	Joe Biden's administration has shamefully crossed into waters charted only by Banana Republics.

	President Trump said he has been summoned to appear at the federal courthouse in Miami on Tuesday at 3 p.m.
	This is a parameter probe from the oppressors.

	And so Garland says, you release those documents?
	We indict Trump.
	Is that how this is being played?
	Now, I'm going to explain to you what the Republicans saw on the other side of this break, ladies and gentlemen.
	And I do intend to open up the phone lines on your response to all of this.
	I do have a bunch of other news, but obviously this is the big story of the day.

		Might as well be.
		So let me tell you what the Republicans have seen.
		Now, There's different aspects, different layers, and different investigations going on into the Biden crime family.
		There's the bribes from China.
		There's their relationship in Romania.
		Their business relationships.
		There's whistleblowers, business partners in Russia, Uzbekistan, all kinds of stuff.
		But what the Republicans saw yesterday...
		From a top-level FBI informant that the FBI is so afraid to reveal because they think the informant will be killed, which leaves us to believe that this FBI informant has such damning details and evidence against the Biden crime family that if he gets revealed, somebody will kill him.
		That's the level of mafia-type activities that the Bidens are involved in if you believe the FBI is saying that their informant Their informant's life is in danger here.
		So, it wasn't just Republicans, by the way.
		There were Democrats that went to see this document too.
		Cori Bush and Rohana.
		Rohana, I don't remember the name of the individual.
		But there were Democrats that saw this too.
		And it's the evidence that...
		The Bidens, believe it to be Joe and Hunter Biden, the names are redacted, but you can reason a guess, being how it was Hunter Biden working at the Burisma board in Ukraine.
		And he's got the bank accounts.
		And plus you've got the Hunter Biden laptop where he's talking about it all.
		So you can reasonably see what's going on here with all the other circumstantial evidence that's made available to the public.
		So... They have now seen the documents, the bank accounts, and the FBI informant's testimony of the Bidens involved in bribery schemes in Ukraine.
		Marjorie Taylor Greene, one of the individuals that have seen it, said this...
		This is what Joe Biden got paid $5 million to do, and the FBI knew about it before the 2020 election.
		Yes, by the way, this informant was working with the FBI before the 2020 election, folks.
		This is evidence that they've been sitting on for four years, at least.
		Joe Biden must be impeached and removed, then prosecuted and jailed.

		The DOJ is planning to indict President Trump tomorrow for the classified document hoax.

		You want to know why we need to end all humanitarian aid that the United States doles out around the planet?

		It allows the corruption in D.C. to go worldwide and Joe Biden can say, you can't investigate my son working at an oil board in Ukraine or I'm not going to give you a billion dollars.
		But if you do fire the prosecutor, I will cut you a billion dollar check tomorrow.

		Joe Biden stole a billion dollars and gave it to Ukraine to get $5 million in return as long as his son could operate scot-free on the board of an oil company in Ukraine.

		To me, the charisma has lost him.

		I'm now more fervent in my support for Trump.
		I would now have less of a, you know, hold your nose and bite your tongue and, you know, whatever, pull the lever for Trump.
		And so with all the baggage he comes with and with all the mistakes he's made, folks, he's his own man.
		He's the one trying to change the operation in D.C. from whether you're Republican or Democrat, you sell the country out and you get rich doing it and we all just get on this carousel.
		That is not what Donald Trump did.
		He did what he believed was in America's best interest.
		He wanted to be the President of the United States of America.

		That was nostalgic to him.
		It's like a kid growing up.

		The executive branch is a separate branch of government.
		And if the legislative and the judiciary can ever get control of it, well, then we don't have three branches of government.
		We have two branches.
		And then as soon as the other two branches are allowed to take down the other branch, they'll take on each other.
		And now we have one branch and we're back to an oligarchy or a dictatorship of one group of people with similar interests.
		They're manipulating the public's understanding of this, or hoping that happens.
		They're hoping that the American people are so historically and politically illiterate that they don't understand that a president can declassify anything they want to the public, or the president can keep classified information for themselves and decide not to declassify it.
		And as long as they don't give it to a foreign power and use that material to hurt their country, It's their prerogative as the commander in chief or the former commander in chief.
		That is extremely clear.
		And even if the president gave it to a foreign power, it would then be up to the American people to decide whether or not they were going to re-elect him or whether or not they were going to support an impeachment of him in Congress.
		But instead, now for the first time in over 240 years, We see the indictment of a former president.
		Why was this never done before?
		Because, again, it's an attack on the executive branch or the three branches of government itself.
		So they hope the public is ignorant and don't understand what's happening here.
		Who elected Jack Smith?
		Who elected the Justice Department and their rogue agency that they're deciding that the president who we elected And we elected again in 2000, but they stole it, to be the guardian of our national security that now, no, no, no, no, no, because he kept some of this material, he's a traitor, and we don't trust him.
		Can you see how any president can be removed right now?
		It turns out Obama has hundreds of times these documents.
		Turns out Biden has massive more, and he got it while he was vice president, not protecting the Constitution.

		Trump isn't just the frontrunner.
		He's 30 points ahead of DeSantis.
		In a national poll of Republicans, he got 69% of the votes in a field of six Republican contenders.

		And this is direct election meddling.
		Oh, they can claim they didn't steal the 2020 election.
		They can claim they didn't manipulate the midterms, though the evidence is overwhelming.
		But now they're openly trying to block the candidate who is way ahead.
