| So today we are releasing new video evidence and information on the ERIC voting system. | ||
| That's by Jim Hoft, published earlier today. | ||
| Jim joins me on the show now. | ||
| Well, first, I would say the fact that NPR is attacking you is a medal of honor. | ||
| You know, they don't really give real journalists and they don't really give real show hosts the awards these days. | ||
| They only give the propaganda agents the awards. | ||
| So this is kind of our award system is whenever the left attacks us. | ||
| That's like when we get the award. | ||
| That's like the award for us. | ||
| So congratulations, Jim. | ||
| But let's dig into the story. | ||
| First of all, Why is the NPR writing a story about you and your coverage of the Electronic Registration Information Center, or known as ERIC? Hey, Owen. | ||
| Good to be with you. Yeah, so we started reporting on this agency That was created. | ||
| It was supposed to cut down on all of the people who move around to different states. | ||
| It's supposed to clean up the voter rolls, all the dead people, get rid of all of them. | ||
| And what's happened is it's done just the exact opposite. | ||
| And so we started writing about this back in 2022, a year ago, over a year ago now. | ||
| And we really highlighted this ERIC system And since that time, Owen, nine different states out of the 32 states that are part of this collective, nine states have pulled out of this ERIC system. | ||
| So they're at the point now where they had to do something. | ||
| The left had to do something. | ||
| And it tells you too, Owen, this must be very, very important to the left if they're going to come out, spend time to attack us, Figure out that there's a nice chart in their article that shows that all of this reporting goes back to January of 2022 when we first started putting up our articles. | ||
| And so they attack us. | ||
| There you can see way back on the left side of the chart that Spike is when Gateway Pundit first started putting up articles on the ERIC system. | ||
| And Since that time, nine different states now, that big spike at the right side of the chart is when Missouri and I believe two other states withdrew from Eric's system. | ||
| Recently, Texas now withdrew, Ohio withdrew, Florida withdrew. | ||
| So some really big states, Virginia withdrew. | ||
| So this is putting the left into a panic. | ||
| What we reported today in our report was several items that we've never reported on before. | ||
| And of course, with this NPR article, they had six different people writing it. | ||
| It's 6,000 words long, but they don't attack us on what we reported, which tells you everything. | ||
| Yeah, that does. And their panic tells you everything, meaning they know that these systems are probably giving them an advantage on Election Day. | ||
| Here are the nine states, though, for those wondering, that have pulled out of the ERIC system. | ||
| Texas, Louisiana, Missouri, Iowa, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Alabama, and Florida, with some others still considering. | ||
| And this is why this is significant, too. | ||
| Because whenever we cover the voting systems and all this stuff, there's always a lot of kerfuffle and there's always a lot of backlash. | ||
| Because even people that might be like-minded, they don't want to change the system. | ||
| It's such a heavy overhaul. | ||
| The system is entrenched. | ||
| They have it down. They don't want to make these huge changes. | ||
| That requires a lot of work to change the voting infrastructure. | ||
| So the fact that you've had these states commit to changing it and others are considering, that tells you they know that this system was severely broken. | ||
| Absolutely. And as we point out today, some new information that goes with this ERIC system. | ||
| Back in 2017, you recall when Donald Trump was elected president, he said, I think there was millions of votes that were fraudulent. | ||
| And he assigned Chris Kobach, who is, I believe he's the Secretary of State, might be the Attorney General in Kansas right now. | ||
| But he assigned Chris Kobach to look at voter registrations in all these states. | ||
| And what's interesting is the left, as you recall, Owen, they went crazy. | ||
| They did not want this to be reported. | ||
| They did not want Chris Kobach to put in a new system. | ||
| And so they attacked him relentlessly. | ||
| And finally, Trump pulled out and decided not to do this system any longer. | ||
| I love that photo there, by the way. | ||
| But now they say they're defending Eric The ERIC system when just a couple years ago they were attacking this more Republican conservative system that would actually rid the voter rolls of extra names. | ||
| Here's a great example, Owen. | ||
| In Wisconsin, They currently have 7 million registered voters, right? | ||
| But the state only has 4 million eligible voters. | ||
| So they bloated that system. | ||
| That's part of ERIC. They bloated that by 3 million extra votes. | ||
| That tells you something. | ||
| Well, and this is easy to figure out. | ||
| I mean, this doesn't take rocket science. | ||
| People move. Okay, people move. | ||
| People die. All right? | ||
| They die. So when they stay on the voter rolls and this thing doesn't change, it shouldn't be difficult. | ||
| Again, these states wouldn't have left the system if it worked. | ||
| Absolutely. And so this is really good news for election integrity. | ||
| And of course, the left is freaking out. | ||
| In the article also, they mentioned the founder, this David Becker, they mentioned that he founded the Eric System with the Pew, part of the Pew conglomerates, and it was funded by George Soros. | ||
| Now, that was when it was launched. | ||
| Since that time, I don't know if Soros is still funding or not, but we reported that They also don't mention that this David Becker, he was working for the Department of Justice and he was fired in 2005 because he was too radical. | ||
| I mean, imagine that, Owen, that you get fired from the Department of Justice because you're too radical. | ||
| That doesn't happen very often. | ||
| So what's he do? He opens this voter registration system, Eric, several years later. | ||
| And we also know that during the 2020 election, Eric's system was supplying David Becker with his new venture, which was being funded by Zuckerbox. | ||
| And we don't know what data was shared, but we know that they were sharing data between the two entities. | ||
| And so this is very serious. | ||
| And of course, they're going to Freak out now because we're starting to expose them for what they were doing. | ||
| And obviously, Owen, there's probably much more there that we don't even know about. | ||
| Well, I look at the map here. | ||
| I don't think they're too concerned about the states that have canceled the ERIC voting system. | ||
| Eight of them pretty much are guaranteed red states. | ||
| Maybe you might say seven guaranteed red states. | ||
| The point is, they're not concerned about Texas maybe leaving it or Louisiana or Florida. | ||
| Or Missouri or Ohio. | ||
| They're more concerned that that might set a trend and then Nevada might leave or Arizona or Georgia or even California. | ||
| That's what they're really afraid of. | ||
| They don't want to have all the states go down this Path of leaving the system. | ||
| But really, you know, why is it so difficult? | ||
| I guess that would be the answer here. | ||
| I mean, the convenience of this guy leaving the DOJ and then making this system is almost impossible to believe. | ||
| But why is it so hard? | ||
| When I moved from Missouri to Texas in 2016, and I registered to become a Texas voter as of 2018, right then and there, there should be something that removes me from Missouri. | ||
| That should be... There shouldn't have to be special systems that people make to do this stuff. | ||
| Well, absolutely. | ||
| It shouldn't be that difficult this day and age. | ||
| And they should probably start charging some of these people who do vote in two different states. | ||
| That would be a nice start, too. | ||
| But, you know, we need to see more of that. | ||
| But again, there's something to the system. | ||
| The fact that they would spend so much money and time with six different authors and write 6,000 words On the Eric system and attack us specifically because we were the first ones to bring it up. | ||
| If you read this article too, just to throw in something, Owen, and that is they start to attack personally all of these secretaries of states in these nine different states. | ||
| So again, it's all personal attacks. | ||
| It's all BS, but that's what they're doing because they can't argue our points. | ||
| Well, let's talk about that more on the other side of this break with the new video evidence and information that you've published at the Gateway Pundit today. | ||
| Well, National Panhandler Radio, NPR, they steal your money and then lie to you. | ||
| They've decided to have a direct confrontation with the Gateway Pundit. | ||
| But I'm curious, Jim, since you guys have published your story today, and as you have said, now I don't know, have you released the new video evidence and information on this yet? | ||

| So has NPR had a retractory statement or some sort of corrective statement, or have they even shown the new evidence you've shown? | ||

| And we are planning on sending also a legal letter to them, They said in this hit piece several things about Gateway Pundit that just weren't true. | ||
| Unfortunately, it looks like they pulled it from Wikipedia. | ||

| Filthy rumors about us. | ||
| And so they stated two or three different things that just aren't accurate. | ||
| So unfortunate for them, we're going to have them post a retraction. | ||

| We did not hear from them today. | ||
| And we did put clips from this new video that we were promising. | ||
| It's actually in the post. | ||
| I could tell you about that if you'd like. | ||
| I would. But isn't it funny how in the story they say, oh... | ||
| This could help fight voter fraud. | ||
| What voter fraud, Jim? | ||
| I thought there was no voter fraud, right? | ||
| So what are they talking about? | ||
| Right. Absolutely, Owen. | ||
| So, yeah, I mean, they just contradict themselves all the time. | ||
| And again, they are in a panic because we are, obviously, we had a direct hit on one of their, you know, their golden calves. | ||
| And we, they don't want to let go of this. | ||
| And they're seeing that we're dismantling it. | ||
| I mean, nine out of 32 states right now have withdrawn. | ||
| That's a third of the states have gone. | ||
| And you know what else that's causing the other states? | ||
| They have to pay more. | ||
| And so we found that out when Virginia withdrew. | ||
| One of the reasons was because they have to pay more because these other states are withdrawing. | ||
| So at least that was one of their excuses. | ||
| And so I can imagine the pressure put on the rest of these states right now. | ||
| Unfortunately, we see states, like you said, Wisconsin and Michigan and Minnesota and others. | ||
| And they're swing states, but they were able to squeak out these wins in the 2022 election and hold power. | ||
| The Democrats held power in those states. | ||
| So I don't suspect that they'll be leaving the ERIC system soon, but it will cost their states, I believe, more money. | ||
| Well, and tell us the latest, freshest news or developments, twists and turns on the story. | ||
| But, you know, people might be asking, okay, well, how? | ||
| Why would this be a threat? | ||
| Well, if I have my evil villain hat on and I'm thinking about how I can steal an election, if I had a database that I had access to that told me, let's say everybody that moved out of Texas to Missouri, And I had that list. | ||
| Well, gee, now I know who has an open vote in Texas that I could magically, accidentally, coincidentally vote for, which we saw happen all the time. | ||
| People who moved to Texas checked if they voted in California. | ||
| They did. This was a massive story in 2020. | ||
| So if you are somebody that tries to rig elections, that would be a database that you want access to. | ||
| Absolutely. And we also know, Owen, that Democrats depend on our voter rolls to be bloated, to have extra millions of voters out there. | ||
| Why is that? You know, if they were a group that had any integrity, wouldn't they want to be cleaning up the voter rolls? | ||
| But they certainly don't. | ||
| And the ERIC system, in fact, one of the videos we put up today is from 2011. | ||
| It's David Becker. And our researcher found this video out there. | ||
| And it's David Becker in California trying to sell the system to California legislators who didn't buy it, by the way. | ||
| And one of the reasons is because they were tracking 10 different items that really... | ||
| Uh, infringe upon a person's privacy and the government in this error system is holding all that about every individual and some California legislators at the time thought that was too, uh, you know, too much. | ||
| It was too offensive, you know, um, which is kind of wild considering it was California. | ||
| But, uh, so now what they've done is they just admit that they're, they're tracking four different items Rather than the 10 that we have listed, which they are still tracking, we believe. | ||
| So it's a total infringement on your personal individual rights. | ||
| It's really an interesting clip. | ||
| They didn't know we had this. | ||
| We dug deep, and it's from 2011. | ||
| It was on a public domain somewhere, kind of hidden. | ||
| But we did find it, and we posted it up today. | ||
| Well, that's great work that your team over there at the Gateway Pundit is doing. | ||

| This ties in with another story we put up yesterday, Owen, and that is that yesterday, finally they released this report from 2020. | ||
| There were these two truck drivers who came out after the election and said, hey, I was hauling these truckloads of U.S. Postal Service Trailers that were filled with these completed ballots. | ||
| This one guy, Jesse Morgan, was pulling them from New York into Pennsylvania a week or two before the election. | ||
| And, of course, that got pushed under the rug. | ||
| This Jesse Morgan had a record, so the media immediately attacked him for his previous record. | ||
| They never looked into this. | ||
| Well, we found out this week that the U.S. Postal Service did do an investigation. | ||
| They withheld it for at least a year to release it. | ||
| They finally released it just recently. | ||
| And it shows that what Jesse Morgan said was accurate. | ||
| So he was hauling ballots from New York into Pennsylvania in 2020. | ||

| Of course we don't. But that's very concerning that This guy, what he said, it was completely accurate as far as we know. | ||
| And I even spoke with Phil Klein, who runs the Amistad Project, which is an attorney firm that helped this Jesse Morgan at the time. | ||
| And he confirmed that Jesse was vindicated from this report that came out that was finally released this week. | ||
| Isn't that something? Yeah, guys, let's pull that up because this is like, because that is a crime, right? | ||
| You can't haul those ballots across state lines. | ||
| And this individual, you know the law better. | ||
| Is that illegal to do that? | ||
| Well, I think what was suspect was at the time he's bringing them from New York. | ||
| What the hell are all these ballots doing in New York? | ||
| He says that they were completed ballots. | ||
| The investigation that came out from the Postal Service does not address that. | ||
| But what I found out from Phil Klein yesterday, again, from the Amistad project, he says they had other witnesses who confirmed what Jesse Morgan was saying, the truck driver, who said the same thing, that these were completed ballots. | ||

| No. Postal service workers who confirmed that these looked like pallets full of completed ballots. | ||

| I think it's very important for the left to make sure that they have bloated voter rolls. | ||
| I don't know exactly how this fits in with the left, but they're very panicked with the fact that several states have already left the ERIC system. | ||

| Yeah, and let's just, getting back to the, Jesse Morgan is the individual's name, the postal worker here with the other eyewitnesses that you mentioned, because I'm kind of running through this situation in my head too, and what I'm realizing here is the fact that this isn't a story is the story. | ||

| Maybe they weren't. But it's like, that's the story. | ||
| How do we not know? | ||
| This is a serious issue. | ||
| We're talking about how many ballots? | ||
| 10,000? 100,000? | ||
| Were they filled out? Did they not get counted? | ||
| Were they not filled out? Were they supposed to get counted? | ||
| And it's just like, oh, we don't know. | ||
| Nobody knows anything. Don't ask. | ||
| I mean, when that's the approach, when that's the response, somebody's covering up something. | ||
| Well, and I forgot one important detail, Owen, and that is that the trailer disappeared. | ||
| After he dropped it, it disappeared. | ||
| The whole truck? They don't go where it went. | ||
| The trailer full of ballots. | ||
| So they had him moving to different locations in Pennsylvania. | ||
| He's a truck driver. | ||
| He's writing down the numbers. | ||
| And then later on, the U.S. Postal Service We're good to go. | ||
| By the time election night ended, and for some miraculous reason, Joe Biden finds a million votes and comes back four or five days later and takes his state. | ||
| So it's really an incredible story. | ||
| The media is not going to cover this, of course. | ||
| And even NPR, I believe, gave us a little... | ||
| Swipe at us for saying that there was fraud in the 2020 election, even though we've been reporting and we back it up with video evidence, which we've posted before that you know about. | ||
| And now these reports that come directly from the United Postal Service Well, that's incredible. | ||
| The number of ballots they're saying was 288,000. | ||
| I'd have to go back and that's like the exact amount that Biden got at 3 a.m. | ||
| in the morning to win Pennsylvania. | ||
| I mean, like literally to a T, that's the number. | ||
| I'm sure this is all just a coincidence, Jim, which leads me to my final question here. | ||

| And they were asking, well, what do you think? | ||
| Who do you think is responsible? And I honestly, I'm shrugging my shoulders. | ||
| Folks, we're now in a full-blown war. | ||
| This is reaching the final stages as Russia sees it for their plans. | ||
| So how NATO and the West want to respond is really all that matters. | ||
| Ukraine has very little say in the future of this other than whatever the United States and NATO decides to do to protect them. | ||

| Now, the whodunit question. | ||
| I genuinely, I think it could be anybody. | ||
| I could see why the Russians did it. | ||
| I could see why the Ukrainians did it. | ||
| I could see why the U.S. did it. | ||
| So let's look at all the different angles. | ||
| Why would the Ukrainians do it? | ||
| Well, it's the easiest explanation of all, isn't it? | ||
| To blame Russia and then to get more support from NATO and the United States of America. | ||
| About as simple as it gets, right there. | ||
| So, would they hurt their own people? | ||
| Would they hurt their own infrastructure to do it? | ||
| That might seem counterintuitive, but folks, they've already been doing it for over a year. | ||
| Zelensky's been blowing up his own people and sending them to certain death For over a year, and as the crew points out in my ear, for longer than that, but Zelensky's only been in power for just over a year. | ||
| But yeah, the Ukrainians have been set up multiple times by their current President Zelensky for certain death. | ||
| So would they sabotage their own infrastructure to get more public support against Russia? | ||
| Absolutely. Would Zelensky do the bidding of the CIA? Because now you get into the aspect of, well, how does the United States of America benefit if... | ||
| They blew up the Nord Stream 2 pipeline. | ||
| Who's to say they didn't sabotage this dam? | ||
| Well, okay, now the U.S. again gets to come back to the U.S. people and convince them that we need to spend more money on this war. | ||
| And so it might not be as a direct money into the pockets. | ||

| And there's the larger issue of the West's struggle and NATO's struggle to remove Putin from power. | ||

| That's been an ongoing debate between those two nation states. | ||

| The response is going to tell the larger story. | ||

| So, if this was intentional, it was not a military tactic, it was an act of terrorism. | ||
| The question is, who did it? | ||
| Well, let's see. The Kokovka Dam was effectively Russian. | ||
| It was built by the Russian government. | ||
| It currently sits in Russian-controlled territory. | ||
| The dam's reservoir supplies water to Crimea, which has been, for the last 240 years, home of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. | ||
| Blowing up the dam may be bad for Ukraine, but it hurts Russia more. | ||
| And for precisely that reason, the Ukrainian government has considered destroying it. | ||
| In December, the Washington Post quoted a Ukrainian general saying his men had fired American-made rockets at the dam's floodgate as a test strike. | ||
| So really, once the facts start coming in, it becomes much less of a mystery what might have happened to the dam. | ||
| Any fair person would conclude that the Ukrainians probably blew it up, just as you would assume they blew up Nord Stream, the Russian natural gas pipeline, last fall. | ||
| And in fact, the Ukrainians did do that, as we now know. | ||
| It's not like Vladimir Putin is anxious to wage war on himself. | ||
