| And here's how it's going to work. They activate the cartels that do this stuff every few minutes in Mexico, every few hours. | ||

| And then Biden comes and says, oh, my gosh, we've got to take the Second Amendment, and I will secure the border, and I'll bring in a new title. | ||

| And how are you possibly going to have the infrastructure, the court system, To even run a million, two million, three million illegal immigrants through a notice to appear that's years away. | ||

Good morning, Mitch. We're right now in downtown El Paso, right outside the Sacred Heart Church, where there's around 2,000 migrants sleeping on the streets. | |
| Right behind me, you can also see the city officials that put barricades in order to stop the vehicle traffic to protect migrants sleeping here. | ||
| We want to give you a live look here at the situation in El Paso. | ||
| The El Paso mayor is saying that this week, the city is prepared to use two middle schools as temporary shelters for migrants. | ||
| And also the convention center as they're prepared for that massive influx after Title 42 expires. | ||
| You can see here migrants sleeping on the ground here, and you can see the Red Cross is working with the city of El Paso, so you will see those blankets and supplies donated. | ||
| Now, about half an hour ago, federal officials dropped off these papers to migrants here sleeping on the streets. | ||
| Basically telling migrants that if you have evaded Border Patrol, to turn yourselves in and to be processed through the proper system. | ||
| Now, the reason why federal officials are saying this is for migrants that want to stay in any type of temporary shelters, whether it's the middle schools or the convention center, that the city will open up. | ||
| They need to be processed and have the proper documents. | ||
| But I want to give you another look here, Mitch, on the situation here in downtown El Paso. | ||
| Around 2,000 migrants here, and they're expecting those numbers to jump as quickly. | ||
| The Title 42 is set to expire on Thursday. | ||
| And according to El Paso Mayor Oscar Leiser, he did tell News Nation that he recently just visited the Mexican border town of Juarez and visited the second largest shelter there and was shocked to find only 20 people were staying at the shelter. | ||
| Shelter officials there in Juarez telling the mayor that the majority of migrants are all now along the border and are waiting for Title 42 to expire. | ||
| But this is the situation here right now, Mitch, and local resources are all being used up. | ||
| About two times a day, we do see cleaning officials coming here and trying to clean up the streets, and we have seen children here. | ||
| But yeah, just about half an hour ago, federal authorities are now telling migrants that if you have evaded Border Patrol, to turn yourselves in if they want to be placed in any type of temporary shelter later this week when Title 42 does expire. | ||

| And so the over 150,000 plus that they're expecting to try to get into this country starting at midnight tonight, they're going to have to mitigate the onslaught, the rush away from El Paso now. | ||
| We were down there earlier. There's actually media out there. | ||
| Including some mainstream media outlets. | ||
| Of course, they show up after all the illegal immigrants have been moved out of town. | ||
| And so their operation goes like this. | ||
| You saw the footage from El Paso last week and the beginning of this week. | ||
| You weren't supposed to see that footage. | ||
| That was supposed to go unseen. | ||
| Well, now that the media and Americans got word of what was going on in El Paso, Mayorkas made the call Do not go through El Paso. | ||
| And the way they have this thing worked out with the plane tickets, with the bus tickets and everything else, they can easily maneuver and call an audible and say, all right, we're going to send them through the Rio Grande Valley. | ||
| We're going to send them through Brownsville. | ||
| We're going to send them through McAllen like they have been in the past, hoping it becomes this whack-a-mole game. | ||
| And we're not actually able to document the true Biden invasion. | ||
| But there's been enough going on for the years that Biden has been in the White House that individuals who do cover the illegal immigration issue and focus on that know where all the holes are, know where they cross the border illegally, know where there's no border patrol or law enforcement, and they'll find out quickly where they're gonna put | ||
| this next wave of migrant caravans. | ||
| You can't hide 100,000 people, folks. | ||
| You can't hide 200,000 people. | ||
| You can't hide 6 million people. | ||
| They're in the streets. | ||

| So their plan is to get them on these buses And then they're gonna just ship them off to gas stations and drop them off. | ||

| Ship them off if there's a Catholic charity that they are working with and drop them off. | ||
| And there's gonna be dropped off. | ||
| And so this has been going on in Texas for a long time now. | ||
| And it's been going on in sanctuary cities. | ||
| This is the Democrat Party policy of sanctuary cities. | ||
| It's been going on in Chicago and in New York, where you've seen the mayors of the aforementioned cities, Mayor Adams and Mayor Lightfoot still in Chicago, have said it's a state of emergency. | ||
| The Democrat mayor of El Paso just came out and declared it a state of emergency. | ||
| So where are they going to put 200,000 illegal immigrants in the next 72 hours? | ||
| This is the big issue that Mayorkas is trying to deal with. | ||

| They're not trying to stop the border invasion. | ||

| Mayorkas' role is not to stop the border invasion. | ||

| And they were rifling through bags of clothes and seeing what fit, what they liked, and what didn't. | ||
| So they've been told, just come here and get free stuff. | ||

| That we saw in El Paso were Venezuelans. | ||
| We've had gang-affiliated tattoos confirmed with us, and we already know the word is 80,000 prisoners were released by the Venezuelan communist government and told, go to the United States of America. | ||

| Now, I'm just getting news now that Title 42 has been dropped or rescinded or whatever, but I'm not sure what the details of that are or the facts behind it. | ||

| And to get across this border, if they come the hard way, it'll be roughly 30. | ||

| And it's a totally different scene out there today. | ||
| What is your analysis about what's going on in El Paso from the end of last week to now here we are today on this Wednesday? | ||

Well, cleanup crews have completely gone into the downtown El Paso area and completely, completely cleaned everything out. | |
| For the most part, most of the migrants are completely gone. | ||
| The reason being is because the only reason there was migrants here is because they actually came across illegally. | ||
| They were using the church as a safe haven. | ||
| Two nights ago, Border Patrol and DHS agents went up to the migrants that were asleep on the street, dropped off a flyer, encouraging them, letting them know, hey, if you want to turn yourself in, now is the time. | ||
| You'll get your paperwork and you'll be on your way. | ||
| They were a little reluctant about it, but nonetheless, they ended up going down the street to the DHS office. | ||
| Most of them ended up getting their paperwork. | ||
| They are no longer in front of the church. | ||
| Now they're scattered in the neighborhoods. | ||
| Now they're walking around through some of the historic and most prestigious neighborhoods that El Paso has to offer. | ||
| College Station is being invaded in that area by a bunch of military-aged males that are consistently being disrespectful to women. | ||
| It is a total culture crash, and unfortunately, it's going to continue to happen. | ||
| We literally just did a hot potato onto you guys up north. | ||
| So that's incredible because the obvious question is, well, where did they go? | ||
| I mean, we just saw, it was, I mean, at one point probably over 3,000 illegal immigrants. | ||
| I mean, they totally took over the streets of El Paso, folks. | ||
| You saw the footage from last week. | ||
| We may roll some of it later on today as well. | ||

| He was right there in the middle of it, in the scrum, and then just boom overnight. | ||
| Well, where did they go? I guess you're telling me that they just shipped them up north? | ||
| Because what the word is, now what they're going to do is, When they sign the agreement to show up in court in 30 years, you know, whatever it is, then they say, okay, you're free to go. | ||
| And they're just dropping them off at gas stations. | ||
| They're dropping them off at bus stations. | ||
| They're dropping them off at hotels, at churches. | ||

| So getting back to the scenes in El Paso where you had just unbelievable footage. | ||
| I mean, seriously, folks, it looked like I don't know if I've seen anything like that in the United States of America. | ||
| I mean, maybe when you walk through the tent cities in San Francisco or something like that, that would be the closest thing to compare. | ||
| But it was in the whole downtown El Paso area. | ||
| Where do you think or how do you think they were able to get them? | ||
| I mean, we know they said, hey, here's your court date. | ||
| 2026 is when they said they have to be in court. | ||
| So who knows if we even have a country in three years at this rate, but they'll have a court date they won't show up to. | ||
| Now, were they basically, did they offer them somewhere else to go? | ||
| Did they offer them a ride? | ||
| Because clearly they're not on the streets anymore. | ||

| And there's instances of people that have been deported up to three or four times that went and turned themselves in just yesterday and now got their paperwork and they're up on their way north into the United States. | ||
| So you've been here, you've covered this from when it was at its worst to now they're trying to make sure nobody can see it and they're trying to flush all the illegal immigrants out of there because the media is finally down there and they don't want the American public to see it. | ||
| What do you think comes next for El Paso or for the border in the coming 24 hours? | ||

| You have city reps going to Austin advocating for less police presence, and they're asking for more money for these NGOs out here. | ||

| A lot of the community here in El Paso, probably the vast majority, I don't know the demographic numbers, but the vast majority are Hispanic, Latino people. | ||
| And so there's kind of an odd thing, because we're told, hey, if you want to have a border, you're a racist, you're a xenophobe, you're a bigot. | ||
| But wait a second. Most of the communities that are getting affected by this the most, it's not white people, folks. | ||
| It's mostly here in El Paso. | ||
| It's actually older Hispanic people who've been here forever. | ||
| They're the ones that are suffering from this. | ||
| And so they want us, they kind of want us to back off and think, oh, it's going to be a racial thing. | ||
| It's not a racial thing, folks. | ||
| This is a community of Hispanic people that are getting hammered with this. | ||
| Like you said, their living standards have drastically gone down. | ||
| They don't even feel safe in their own community. | ||

| Elderly women are being robbed. | ||

| Well, and then here we just went through the big pandemic and we all had to wear masks and get vaccines and shut our businesses down over this virus that's 99.9% survivable. | ||

| How much of America will be left by then? | ||
| How much infrastructure will be left? | ||
| Do any of these people even show up for their notice to appear in court? | ||

| As you can see here, they're going through some clothes by the local Catholic charity groups that are down here, just like what we saw in the Rio Grande Valley and McAllen and others. | ||
| They also provide them with three meals a day, hot food. | ||
| They come down here and they basically get to take their pick. | ||
| out of bags of clothing as you can see here and then they have food services that come by and give them three hot meals a day but as you can see what is left In this alley, just a day ago, this whole alley was filled with people just shoulder to shoulder, not just this alley, but multiple alleys around here, all down the street corner. | ||

| That's why you see all these American Red Cross blankets out here that they were using as essentially houses, is what they were using them for. | ||

| Because, same story, where just days ago, this street, notice how they have it blocked. | ||

| And if you look over here, actually, These are some of the locals' apartments right here, okay? | ||
| And so what had happened was there were so many illegal immigrants out here living literally in the streets, literally in these porta-potties that they have set up that they're clearing out now, as you can see. | ||

| But those that stayed felt so unsafe. | ||
| That they had to padlock their apartments. | ||

| That they can open their door and look outside and actually feel that they can walk on the sidewalk or even walk onto their front porch and breathe without having to deal with the porta-potties stinking and thousands of people living in the street. | ||

| I have to tell you, for somebody that saw this just the other day, there is your Sacred Heart Church. | ||
| There is the alley that we just walked through right there. | ||

| It starts in South America. | ||
| So you can imagine the coin it takes Two, transport these people hundreds, if not at times thousands of miles per hour. | ||
| The porta potty businesses. | ||
| Somebody's renting these porta potties. | ||
| Somebody's getting paid to come and clean out these porta potties. | ||
| This is part of maybe the more fringe part, but yet still part of the open border economy. | ||
| You've got other groups like this. | ||
| You know, these are charitable groups, sometimes churches, sometimes nonprofits. | ||
| But let's be perfectly honest with ourselves, folks. | ||
| There's really nothing. There's no such thing as a nonprofit. | ||
| There's not. People get paid at nonprofits. | ||
| Nonprofits have to make money to do what they do. | ||
| So, no, there is an interest there, too. | ||
| How about the churches? We've got the church right here, the Sacred Heart Church, one of many Catholic churches that are taking on the illegal immigrants. | ||
| They're getting paid. They're not doing this for free. | ||
| Now, they might be volunteering space and there might be some things that they're offering for free, but no. | ||
| They're getting money. They're getting money from the government. | ||
| They're getting money from these larger NGOs that get taxpayer dollars. | ||
| And there's Soros money involved in all of this as well. | ||
| What about the airlines? | ||
| What about the Planes that have to be rented. | ||
| The plane tickets that have to be purchased. | ||
| Again, all of the travel, all of the commute, as we're literally, I mean, quite literally walking over trash. | ||

| Who's building the massive facilities like the ones in McAllen? | ||
| Who has the interest to build these facilities? | ||
| Who's getting paid to build these facilities? | ||

| These are large contracting companies. | ||

| They own large buildings. | ||
| And when you're in government, you've got connections. | ||
| And sometimes you've got connections to rent large buildings or have large buildings get used for different activities. | ||
| Well, what do you think goes on with these shelters where they end up putting them? | ||
| These are people that own these gigantic buildings and they end up being paid to put the illegal immigrants inside of them. | ||

| Where are they getting the phones? | ||
| Who's paying for the phone service? | ||

| Hey, I don't know. The Department of Justice isn't going to tell you, the FBI isn't going to look into it, and certainly the Biden crime family is going to deny, deny, deny. | ||
| But clearly we know who the criminals are, ladies and gentlemen, opening the southern border, telling illegal immigrants to surge, making the American taxpayer foot the bill. | ||

| And while he is still, I would say, a massive failure when it comes to the border issue, in this short, condensed time space of what we've seen leading up to the end of Title 42 tonight, which apparently the Biden administration has reconsidered, Abbott has actually, at the buzzer, Abbott has actually, in the last minute, sent tons of law enforcement, Border Patrol, National Guard, to some of these major areas. | ||
| And in fact, when we were driving back from New Mexico to El Paso, we saw some of the new infrastructure that they had set up with massive fences, and we're talking six, seven, eight layers of of razor wire. | ||
| So they've found some of the main hubs of illegal entry, and they have put agents and law enforcement agents, Border Patrol, Texas National Guard, at those points, and they've fortified the points around them with easy access with layers and layers of razor wire. | ||
| Even though Greg Abbott, I think, overall has failed us on the southern border, he has made some decent effort here at the buzzer of Title 42 to try to stave off some of this. | ||
| But the problem is they're just going to find new places to go, folks. | ||

| Brownsville, Yuma, and San Diego are now the major points of illegal entry. | ||

| Now, why, as it's being reported in the news today, Would the Biden administration want to reconsider their stance on Title 42 and want to extend it or write up their own bill or their own legislation that for all intents and purposes does the exact same thing that Title 42 did? | ||

| One, I think that they're trying to mitigate The fact that the whole country just watched the Biden border invasion go down, and we haven't even seen the worst of it. | ||
| So they're trying to save face right now and say, oh, no, no, no, this isn't the Biden border invasion. | ||

| We're not trying to have all the illegal immigrants here. | ||
| No, see? We're taking proper measures. | ||
| This is not the Biden who wants the open borders and is causing all the human trafficking and sex slavery that the open southern border is causing. | ||

| But I think the other aspect of it, too, is this is only going to make, I'm guessing, the illegal immigrants that were already on their way up here even angrier and more entitled. | ||

| And now they're just going to turn that on their head and say no, as a quarter million are ready to come in this month. | ||
| So I think that there's a little bit of a mixed bag here. | ||
| The Biden administration is trying to save face. | ||
| And I do think, too, they might just want to agitate the illegal immigrants that are trying to come in, and maybe they want to see that struggle at the border. | ||

| These buses, a lot of these school buses, are dropping off what is probably just some after-hours students that have extracurricular activities or whatever, and they get dropped off and it's just right into the hordes of the illegal immigrants. | ||

| So it's a lot like that video we saw from San Francisco that went so viral, where this one was an elementary school bus And it pulls right up to drop kids off. | ||

| And the kids have to walk through that every day. | ||
| And so a similar thing was happening here in El Paso. | ||
| Now again, we're going to try to go, we're going to head towards a gate of entry right now to see if we can't get some of these illegal immigrants being processed. | ||
