Here it is. Good afternoon, Chairman McClintock, Ranking Member DePaul, and distinguished members of the committee. | |
| It is an honor to be here. | ||
| I thank you for the invitation to share my testimony. | ||
| My goal is to inspire action to safeguard the lives of migrant children, including the staggering 85,000 that are missing. | ||
| Today, children will work overnight shifts at slaughterhouses, factories, restaurants to pay their debts to smugglers and traffickers. | ||
| Today, children will be sold for sex. | ||
| Today, children will call a hotline to report they are being abused, neglected, and trafficked. | ||
| And we don't know if they're going to get the help they need. | ||
| For nearly a decade, unaccompanied children have been suffering in the shadows. | ||
| And I have to confess, I knew nothing about their suffering until 2021 when I volunteered to help the Biden administration with the crisis at the southern border. | ||
| As part of Operation Artemis, I was deployed to the Pomona Fairplex Emergency Intake Site in California to help HHS Office of Refugee Resettlement reunite children with sponsors in the United States. | ||
| I thought I was going to help place children in loving homes. | ||
| Instead, I discovered that children are being trafficked through a sophisticated network that begins with recruiting in home country, smuggling to the US border, and ends when ORR delivers a child to a sponsor, Some sponsors are criminals and traffickers and members of transnational criminal organizations. | ||
| Some sponsors view children as commodities and assets to be used for earning income. | ||
| This is why we are witnessing an explosion of labor trafficking. | ||
| Now, whether it's intentional or not, It could be argued that the United States government has become the middleman in a large-scale, multi-billion dollar child trafficking operation that is run by bad actors seeking to profit off of the lives of children. | ||
| As for me, my interest is the safety of the children. | ||
| I do not view this as a political issue. | ||
| I view this as a humanitarian issue. | ||
| I assure you my motives are the highest and best. | ||
| I want the children protected. | ||
| So I want to tell you some of what I witnessed personally at the Pomona Fairplex. | ||
| I saw vulnerable indigenous children from Guatemala who speak Mayan dialects and cannot speak Spanish. | ||
| That means they cannot ask for help in English. | ||
| They cannot ask for help in Spanish. | ||
| They become captives of their sponsors. | ||
| I have sat with case managers as they've cried to tell me the horror of what has happened to children as they make the journey to this country. | ||
| I saw apartment buildings where 20, 30, and 40 unaccompanied minors have been released. | ||
| I saw sponsors trying to simultaneously sponsor children from multiple ORR sites at one time. | ||
| I saw sponsors using multiple addresses to obtain sponsorships of children. | ||
| And I saw numerous cases of children in debt bondage, and the child knew they had to stay with the sponsor until the debt was paid. | ||
| Realizing that we were not offering the children the American dream, but instead putting them in modern day slavery with wicked overlords was a terrible revelation. | ||
| A terrible revelation. | ||
| These children are a captive victim population with no access to law enforcement. | ||
| Now you can hear her voice start shaking there. | ||
| She's obviously holding back tears. | ||
| And how could you not be considering what she's talking about and What's really so strange about this, if you can put aside just the sordid nature of this, what's really so strange about it is, of course this has been going on. | ||

| Anybody who's been down there and sees this knows it's going on. | ||

| And it's about how under Joe Biden, America is losing our ranking in the world. | ||
| Like, imagine you're a college football program and you've been number one ranked in the NCAA football programs for two decades. | ||
| And then a new coach comes in and you keep losing games, losing games, losing games. | ||
| Now all of a sudden you're not even ranked anymore. | ||
| Now all of a sudden you're at the bottom of the division. | ||
| Well, we're not quite there, but that's the trend under Joe Biden. | ||
| And it's so obvious, it's ridiculous. | ||
| But, okay, that's a big story. | ||
| That's our future. That's our way of life. | ||
| We have, the number is actually, I was saying tens of thousands. | ||
| There's official government reports, at least 85,000 children have been quote-unquote lost, quote-unquote lost or misplaced by the Biden administration. | ||
| What does that even mean? | ||
| Well, I'll tell you what it means. | ||
| Because we've documented this. | ||
| They have such an influx of illegal immigrants coming in, specifically unaccompanied minors or single mothers with young children and pregnant that they can't even keep track of it, folks. They can't even keep track of it. | ||
| We were having whistleblowers come to us. | ||
| I believe we were down there, myself and the crew, I believe it was probably two years ago. | ||
| Because this was before my federal persecution when they banned me from traveling. | ||
| So I was still able to travel in 2021. | ||
| And we went down to the border. | ||
| And we had whistleblowers coming to us from inside of these massive camps. | ||
| And they said, the children are coming here and they've clearly been sexually abused. | ||
| And they find children, sometimes six, seven, eight years old, performing sexual acts on one another, not really knowing what they're doing, which is a clear sign that they've been violated, they've had these things done to them, and so they're just repeating this. | ||
| They're just in these shelters with all these other children repeating what's been done to them. | ||
| Total gut-wrenching stuff. | ||
| I mean, when you go down there, you saw the viral video of Alex Jones stopping a car loaded with children in the backseat, not even buckled up in car seats, whatever. | ||
| Hey, I'm not some stickler for, you know, rules of the road here. | ||
| But it's like, yeah, okay, you're supposed to be running this charitable organization. | ||
| You're supposed to be running this mass migration organization. | ||
| Influx that we have, you'd think you'd have some standards. | ||
| No. Just throw them all into the back of the car and drive off to God knows where. | ||
| And we'd follow the cars, and sometimes they'd go to the airport. | ||
| Sometimes they'd be going for hundreds of miles. | ||
| We'd have to turn around just for the sake of time. | ||
| Sometimes they'd go to other local churches. | ||
| They'd go to the bus stop. | ||
| We'd catch them putting children into what turned out to be fake taxi cabs. | ||
| Fake taxi cabs. | ||
| It looks like a cab. | ||
| It's got a little phone number on the side. | ||
| It says cab company on the side. | ||
| And it's the same woman with all of the MS-13 tattoos on her body. | ||
| And she's driving this cab to the airport. | ||
| Dozens of children. We documented all of it. | ||
| She gets to the airport. She's all flummoxed because we're filming. | ||
| She just hands an infant over to this woman who's like, oh, this is your baby. | ||
| And the woman's like, this isn't my baby. | ||
| What's going on? She's like, oh, it's your baby. | ||
| It's your baby. And she's like, oh, okay. | ||
| And we follow this cab 10 times, and then we think, well, wait a second. | ||
| Let's call this cab company. The company doesn't even exist. | ||
| They have fake phone numbers and fake cab companies. | ||
| No such thing as the cab company. | ||
| No such thing as the phone number. | ||
| And they put this onto vans, and they load children into these vans, and they take them on a company to the airport. | ||
| When they get caught on camera, they freak out, and this woman starts handing babies off to other random people, and they're like, what's going on? | ||
| This isn't my baby! So how do 85,000 children go missing at the southern border? | ||
| 85,000 that we know of? | ||
| That's how right there. So, I mean, I'm just at a loss. | ||
| I mean, I guess you could say this about everything that we're going through, but this is a little different, isn't it? | ||
| This is beyond politics, isn't it? | ||
| It's supposed to be. This shouldn't be a political issue. | ||
| This should be a humanitarian issue and an obvious one. | ||
| So what in the hell is really going on? | ||
| Why won't liberal, progressive Democrat voters make an issue of this? | ||
| Well, that answer's easy. They're controlled by the media. | ||
| They're controlled by their political leadership. | ||
| So they only bark when they're told to bark. | ||
| They're like a well-trained dog. | ||

| They roll over when they're told to roll over. | ||
| And if it's time for them to be put down, they just get put right down. | ||
| So sadly, this is not going to be an issue that the American left is going to care about because I guess we have to assume at this point it's being run by the Democrat Party. | ||
| If you have 85,000 children missing at the southern border, you think that would be all hands on deck, immigration moratorium. | ||
| I mean, send the National Guard, send the military. | ||
| What in the hell is going on? | ||
| Where are these children ending up? | ||
| But see, that's what I'm saying is even I'm guilty. | ||
| I send the crew the headline and it's about how Joe Biden is crushing our country and now the Chinese Yuan is replacing the U.S. dollar for international trade deals, which is a big deal. | ||
| Because you know what? You know what? | ||
| because I'm selfish just like everybody else. | ||
| I'm not gonna get trafficked. | ||
| I'm not the young kid coming across the border. | ||
| I'm not the young mother coming across the border. | ||
| I'm not the unaccompanied minor getting swooped up into an unmarked fake taxi cab van | ||
| and then flown to God knows where. | ||
| So that's not me. | ||
| So because I'm not that kid, because I'm not the one getting sex trafficked, | ||
| It's not... I'm looking at the future thinking, wow, I would hate to see America not be the leader of the world. | ||
| I would hate to see my standard of living, my way of life go away. | ||
| Because I'm selfish. But we're talking about tens of thousands. | ||
| It's probably 100,000 children since Joe Biden got into office that have been used for human trafficking. | ||
| Some of them end up in sex trafficking. | ||
| Some of them end up dead in a ditch. | ||
| Some of them just end up getting used like a metro pass and just getting passed back and forth like a metro pass. | ||
| Like, oh, this is how I get in the country for free, a little kid. | ||
| They drop them all over the walls. | ||
| they throw them over rivers. | ||
| And by the way, there's about to be a massive influx arriving at the | ||
| southern border. | ||

| It's kind of the last couple months where you can travel and it's not 100 degree heat. | ||
| And so this is the big migrant caravan season. | ||

| 5,000 illegals just arrived in one town in Brownsville, Texas yesterday. | ||
| I'm talking to the reporters that go out there and cover the border, and they're telling me they're gearing up to go down there. | ||
| All the investigative field reporters, they're getting ready to go down there. | ||
| They know this story's about to pop off. | ||
| But what am I left to assume? | ||
| When... You've got HHS whistleblowers saying child sex trafficking is happening at the southern border. | ||
| You've got members of Congress saying they have the proof that child sex trafficking is happening at the southern border. | ||
| They admit 85,000 children have gone missing at the southern border and there's just no action. | ||
| There's just nothing. | ||
| Nothing from the White House. | ||
| Nothing in the media. | ||
| So that's really where we're at. | ||
| We castrate our children, and we don't care about child sex trafficking, and we wonder why our country's in trouble. | ||

| When they keep telling you the border is secure, everybody knows it's not. | ||
| They're losing almost 100,000 minors down there. | ||
| Hundreds of thousands of unaccompanied minors coming every year they can't keep up with. | ||
| What are you left to assume? | ||
| You've now got whistleblowers saying there's a gigantic human trafficking operation. | ||
| One of the most sordid elements of it is the child sex trafficking element. | ||
| And where is Mayorkas? | ||
| Where is the Biden administration? | ||
| They tell you the border's secure. | ||
| Does that sound secure to you? | ||
| Whatever. They just don't care. | ||
| They just lie to you. So, here's Marjorie Taylor Greene addressing this. | ||
| I mean, look, we've got the HHS whistleblower. | ||

| I hear a lot of chest thumping coming from some Republicans. | ||
| And I hear a lot of chest thumping happening during some of these hearings. | ||

| I like the chest thumping. | ||
| We should be thumping our chest back at these apes. | ||
| But we're talking about whistleblowers calling out sex trafficking operations at the border, members of Congress talking about sex trafficking operations at the border. | ||
| At what point do you stop pounding your chest and actually start pounding the pavement to arrest these criminals responsible or at least get some indictments, subpoenas, some answers? | ||
| Here's Marjorie Taylor Greene on this yesterday. | ||
| On the very powerful House Government Oversight Committee, he and some of his family members may be called up to testify in front of him. | ||
| Where do things stand like that? | ||
| Well, if I have anything to do with it, absolutely they will be called up to testify and some of their business associates that help them with what appears to be money laundering. | ||
| What also concerns me is what I saw in financial records when I went to the Treasury Department, Eric. | ||
| With what appears to be human sex trafficking. | ||
| These are the type of crimes that we are looking into or potential crimes. | ||
| I'm pretty convinced they're crimes though. | ||
| This is what we're seeing in financial records. | ||
| This is what we're seeing in their own bank statements. | ||
| What we see is wire transfers from countries, not just one or two, but many countries like China, where they wire money directly into an LLC that's basically a shell company. | ||
| Because let's be real, the Bidens don't have a family business. | ||
| They don't produce a product. | ||
| They don't have hotels like the Trump family. | ||
| And they don't provide any services. | ||
| And let's be honest, Hunter Biden's paintings are not a product or a service. | ||
| But this money gets transferred from China into an LLC, and then that money gets directly distributed to multiple Biden family members. | ||
| That looks like money laundering to me, and I'm also wondering if they even paid taxes on that money. | ||
| What's even more concerning, Eric, is the wire transfer from countries like China. | ||
| It doesn't say from a company, but it looks like it could be from China's government, directly from the CCP. So we have a lot of questions on oversight, but we are also doing a lot of great work, and I really look forward to the American people getting to see the proof of what I consider real crimes, and we'll see where the results come in from all of that. | ||

| And here's what's, I guess, so interesting or perhaps rather frustrating about this is The Democrats do not take Republicans seriously. | ||
| Liberals do not take conservatives seriously because they basically pretend we don't exist. | ||
| And that's because when it comes down to actually putting wounds into the opposition, harming the opposition politically, we just don't do it. | ||
| So they don't even care. | ||
| They have whistleblowers in congressional testimony saying there's child sex trafficking at the southern border. | ||
| They don't care. They've got the House Oversight Committee. | ||
| Folks, they have the documents. | ||
| Okay? Hunter Biden and Joe Biden are foreign agents. | ||
| And they never registered as a foreign agent. | ||

| They have all the bank records, the FBI, the IRS. They have all the proof that the Biden crime family has been illegally acting as foreign agents for decades, specifically when Biden was the vice president and now the president. | ||
| And they do not care. | ||
| They are not threatened. | ||
| You will have more fear if you get pulled over on the highway going 10 miles per hour over the speed limit. | ||
| You will have more fear of punishment. | ||

| So he had 66 counts, which, you know, is obviously fitting, that number for him, for child molestation. | ||
| And he spent 17 years in prison for it. | ||
| And he's recently out of prison, like, recent enough to still have an ankle monitor on him. | ||
| And he messaged who he believed to be a nine-year-old that we were posing as. | ||
| And his first message to us was, do you like child porn? | ||
| So nothing about him was noble. | ||
| He wanted to corrupt kids with child pornography. | ||
| He told us in the video as well, like, you know, it's two and a half hours, just a quick summary of it, that he's talked to hundreds of children online. | ||
| And the guy, I think, is one of the biggest child porn traders we've ever caught. | ||
| Like, three days before that in Arizona, we caught his buddy that he trades with. | ||
| He's a very evil dude. | ||
| The FBI thing that he has in this folder was obvious BS. And that guy, I think, is one of the sickest people we've ever caught, and I'm glad to know that right now he's in federal custody, and a lot of kids are not going to have to feel his wrath now at this point because his evil is stopped, I think, and I'm very glad about that. | ||

| The whole first hour, he was just telling me, like, oh, I'm doing this for the FBI. I'm turning it in. | ||
| So I just let him incriminate himself by, you know, admitting to receiving all of it and storing all of it. | ||
| And then I started calling him out on his stuff, saying, look, but you're getting off to it. | ||
| You're trading it back and stuff like that. | ||
| Um, I can't understand the thought process of why he does this. | ||
| I just know he's literally a demon and it felt like I was referring to the devil. | ||

| And again, it's just, it's how much do you know about his priors? | ||
| So we knew that he had previously been convicted for child molestation, but we found out about his court cases after the fact, and he actually had another court case coming up in June for another girl he molested, and luckily she's probably going to get justice after this video because nobody's going to believe him after this. | ||

| So right now he's currently detained in federal custody so they have all of his devices they raided his house already And he's currently in the custody of a feds, and officially no charges have been brought yet because of course they have to go through his devices, but they already have him on camera confessing to child pornography. | ||

| I just kind of know, at this point, what to say to them, how they think. | ||
| A lot of them don't have a lot of self-respect for themselves. | ||
| I mean, it's all, I mean, that's why they call the kids because I think a lot of, yeah, I mean, I think kids to them are among, I mean, obviously they're physically attractive to them, but I think kids are less judgmental and they can do their sick, twisted things on children because children don't know any better. | ||
| So if you treat them like they're not insane, if you treat them like, you know, if you pretend to think like, you know, go along with their story like I was with the guy in Las Vegas that you showed, like, oh yeah, no, I know you're saving it for the FBI. You're doing a good thing while getting them to incriminate themselves. | ||
| And then poke holes in the story after, when he's comfortable enough with you, they end up, like, confessing to it. | ||
| You kind of have to groom the groomers, I call it. | ||
| And, yeah, you can't just come at them like, hey, bro, you're sick, because he wouldn't have said all that if he knew that I... If I was saying what I was thinking to him, he wouldn't have said all that. | ||
| You know, I think the one thing for me, it's always been this way, is I hate seeing people struggle through stuff, even in these most sordid situations, because I always want, I always see the potential in people and I want people to reach their potential and the individual that The predator that we poached together, you know, this is a guy that's not that old, and he doesn't have to live like that. | ||

| We did interact with some of the guy's family. | ||
| His brother was in that video. | ||

| And this was a situation where that guy was living with his mother basically in Swaller. | ||
| I mean, you know, the house was just, you know, imagine living in a hoarder's house. | ||

| Is that something that has happened to you before? | ||
| Family members reaching out saying thank you for pointing this out? | ||
| Family members have definitely reached out a lot of times, and most of the reaction is, I knew it, or can I get the video so I can prove to my family that this is real? | ||
| Because when we approach them, they've been at this for years, if not their whole life, and they can try to hide it fully from a lot of people, but in the end, who they are comes out, and people have feelings about them, and we have had a lot of confirmations from relatives saying, yeah, I knew it, or this or that. | ||
| How often do you think you might have somebody that turns it around? | ||
| Do you think you've ever had a case like that? | ||
| Yes, and, like, when we started doing this in 2019, we weren't posing as, like, 9-year-olds and 11-year-olds. | ||
| We were posing as, like, 15-year-olds. | ||
| So there have been, or I should say, there's been one person who we've caught that I truly think has turned it around. | ||
| And the only reason I didn't post his video is because I think he was going to commit suicide. | ||
| And he didn't say he was. | ||
| I just had the feeling he was. | ||
| And he told me he was, like, after the fact. | ||
| And, you know, I met with him more times in person. | ||
| I'm like, checked on his progress. | ||
| And I think he did turn his life around. | ||
| But again, that's like a.0001% rate of doing that. | ||
| And the people we get now, like the people into infant stuff, toddlers, there's just no turning around for them. | ||
