		House sources say Democrat Representative Daniel Goldman of Manhattan, who prosecuted the first Trump impeachment and has been bragging to reporters about sabotaging GOP investigations into the Bidens, has privately consulted with Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg about indicting Trump.
		So it's some nice little political incest in their persecution of Donald Trump.
		That they are putting on display.
		Manhattan District Attorney wanted Trump to be arrested today, but ex-president's team said no.
		Alvin Bragg asked Trump to surrender today.
		But Secret Service agents said they needed more time to prepare.
		He's expected to surrender next Tuesday.
		And again, not to be redundant here, but these are charges that the statute of limitations has already expired.
		These are charges that have already been passed up by multiple federal prosecutors.
		And these are charges that have two legal documents that prove Trump's innocent.
		One... A signature from Stormy Daniels saying she never had any relations with Donald Trump or received money from him to a legal document signed by Michael Cohen saying he paid Stormy Daniels.
		Donald Trump had nothing to do with it.
		Doesn't matter.
		Now you've got the selection of a judge taking place.
		Donald Trump says Judge Merchant hates him and was handpicked by Alvin Bragg.
		Trump will travel to New York to be arrested and then arraigned on Tuesday afternoon.
		Trump maintains his innocence.
		Well, he's innocent until proven guilty.
		And he has the documents to prove it.
		And says the entire case is a political witch hunt by Democrats.
		And that's exactly what it is.
		They're saying there's 34 counts related to business fraud.
		So who knows what's really in this indictment.
		It hasn't been leaked yet.
		But who knows what it's actually going to end up being in there, considering all the different other leaps and lengths they've gone to engage in this prosecution that normally you wouldn't see.
		And so basically, the New York state...
		And the Manhattan District is saying, well, we have the ability and the competency and confidence to actually pursue federal charges as well.
		So it doesn't even matter if it's a state charge or anything.
		They're just saying, well, we'll just find any crime, any district, any statute.
		We'll just go after them for that.
		The left's get-Trump obsession now threatens the future of the country.

		Stormy Daniels is getting rich, even though she signed a document saying she never slept with Donald Trump, but then she goes on TV and says, I saw Donald Trump's penis!

		Now, what does this have to do with any of this?
		This is from February of 2022.
		Color of Change pulled half a million dollars in funding from District Attorney Alvin Bragg's campaign after allegation.
		Riddle of why George Soros backed Political Action Committee, Color of Change, pulled $500,000 in funding from Super Liberal Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's campaign after disturbing allegations were made against him by an unnamed woman.

		A disturbing allegation was made against Alvin Bragg during the primary election last spring.
		The allegation, made by an unnamed woman, caused color of change.

		He still got huge funding from Soros.
		This is just one group. This group probably acted independently whenever they found out about the allegation.
		What happened to Believe All Women?
		The group was just ramping up its efforts in May, reaching out to New York City voters when a woman on the list made the allegation against Bragg.
		It threw a wrench into the pack that was just gearing up.
		The woman shared her allegation via text message according to a source inside Color of Change.
		The group responded to her initial message but did not receive any further communications so had no basis to evaluate the credibility of her allegation.
		Bragg denies any allegations.
		So, I mean, look... Innocent till proven guilty, I mean, anybody could have done that.
		Could have been a Trump supporter that did that, right?
		See, that goes both ways.
		Or was there something really there?
		Should we believe all women?
		Why didn't the media make a big fuss about Alvin Bragg's accusations and allegations against him?
		Hmm. If it was Donald Trump, well, I don't even have to say it, do I? Hmm.
		Apparently, Nancy Pelosi doesn't believe innocent until proven guilty.
		And she got corrected by Twitter today for it.
		How about that? This is Nancy Pelosi.
		She doesn't understand innocent until proven guilty.
		She says, the grand jury has acted upon the facts and the law.
		That's wrong. So the statute of limitations is up, and the facts are on legal documents that none of it even happened.
		No one is above the law, and everyone has a right to a trial to prove innocence.
		What? Nancy, that's not how it works.
		Everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence.
		Everybody has the right to a trial and everyone is innocent until proven guilty, Nancy.
		And so Twitter actually did a little fact check deal here and said, Ms.
		Pelosi, Ms.
		Pelosi, Ms., mistakenly says that Trump can prove his innocence at trial.
		Law in the US assumes the innocence of a defendant and the prosecution must prove guilt for a
		conviction.
		Ooh.
		Who had Nancy Pelosi getting fact-checked on their 2023 bingo card?
		Who had Pelosi getting Twitter fact-checked when it comes to law?
		But that tells you what Democrats believe.
		You're guilty till you prove you're innocent.

		Andrew Bogut is an Australian basketball player, formerly in the NBA. And he's against men competing against women at women's sports.
		And he was scolded for it.
		And his response goes, because they call him a right-winger, he's not even political.
		He says, imagine thinking keeping women's sports for women is right-wing.
		Amazing times we live in.
		And this fellow works in mainstream media, David Lithgow.
		But here's the thing.
		Obviously, Andrew Bogut doesn't understand this.
		He's not really a political guy.
		He's an athlete making common sense statements on men and women's athletic performance.
		But no, Andrew, actually, that is right wing now.
		Actually, it is right-wing to believe men are men and women are women.
		It's left-wing to believe men are women and women can be men.
		That's a left-wing thing.
		So, yes, now you're not meaning to be political.
		You're not right-wing. You're not left-wing.
		You probably don't even want any wing.
		But, no, if you believe that men are men and women are women and you believe that women should compete in women's leagues and men should compete in men's leagues, then that makes you a right-winger now.
		It's called common sense.

		And then Chloe comes up to explain what's been done to her.
		And she's sitting there with her mask.
		And it's just so sad because, you know, Chloe is still a young girl.

		And for her to sit there and have to face...
		To face what she's left, to sit there and face what has traumatized her and have to go through that and then explain it to this other girl on this college campus, it's kind of heartbreaking.
		But it really is also inspiring the courage and that Chloe can still do this and maintain the light of life.

		Wow. That's what we thought too.
		You're one of the highest. To my knowledge, I don't think that I gave that kind of information concerning my credit card.
		Right, but 10,000 times I'm...
		I'm reasonably certain that you would have seen some sort of charges on there that you thought, you know, this looks odd.
		This recurring charge, this would be like four times a day.
		For your particular amount of donations, that would be four times a day that they're making this every single day of the week, 24-7, 365.
		Nobody I've spoke to yet has actually had any unauthorized transactions on their account.
		What you told me is startling.
		99.9% are put on one credit card.
		Well, I confess.
		I confess that I have no concept.
		11,000 donations in seven years.
		You made 4,085 donations in the last seven years?
		Do you know if that's accurate?
		That doesn't sound accurate.
		4,000? No, that doesn't sound accurate.

		And I really see this either we come out of this stronger than ever or that's it.
		It's over. The light of liberty is done.

		The military needs to step up, but it's been purged.

		As a matter of fact, they can't even do a constitutional amendment to remove the second amendment.
		That's just never gonna happen.
		We're a nation where men and women have fought, died, have been injured, have been maimed, fighting for ultimately our freedoms and whether or not we can conspiracy theorize as to what got us into war.
		I know that each and every Marine that was in Fallujah, they were fighting for each other.
		There's an American spirit that cannot be overcome.
		Now, what we do need to recognize is that World War III is here.
		It's being perpetrated with psychological warfare and we're being attacked.
		The American people are.
		We're milliseconds away from nuclear extinction of humanity, number one.
		Number two, the petrodollar is being attacked.
		And what am I getting in the mail from the VA? You better not misgender or you're gonna lose your VA benefits.
		That's a tremendous distraction for a bunch of veterans.
		I'm on the phone this week talking to the VA about whether or not I'll lose my benefits if I recognize a male being a male, when in fact, we need to be focused on the task at hand.
		We are in World War III. It's being perpetrated.
		It's fifth-generational warfare, psychological warfare.
		And if the military won't step up and protect us, defend the presidency and defend our constitutional republic, it's up to us and we can do it.
		And believe it or not, we so outnumber them that it can be done peacefully.
		And if they shoot at us, shoot back.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		That's why they were so afraid about January 6th, the million and a half peaceful Trump supporters out there.
		Because we don't really activate and organize.
		That was one of the few times where we actually decided to activate and organize.
		Got a million plus people in the streets.
		And that's just a hint of the American patriots out there.
		But that wasn't a day of violence.

		And it's being laid out in court.
		Norm Pattis and Roger Roots, they're in the well prosecuting the government.
		January 6th, I have, and this is a fact, was a military-styled coup d'etat.
		We had active duty military that were reporting to the FBI. We had commandos which shoot to kill orders, and they were being deployed into D.C. on the morning of January 6th.
		Commandos, special forces, which shoot to kill orders, were deployed into D.C. by the FBI and the acting attorney general, Rosen.

		I mean, there's tapes of them admitting that they fake to be Trump supporters.

unidentified		I went to the VA Indiana Town Hall and gave a legendary speech in front of VA leadership, hoping for change, that I would like to share, and if the crew would label it, VA's legendary town hall, so anybody listening that works for a congressional office or senate office can play that back to their office.

unidentified		Alright. In 2013, my life was destroyed by the VA opioid crisis.
		Well, my health problems got worse.
		My employer, the post office, wasn't there for me.
		The Veterans Administration wasn't there for me.
		The Social Security Administration left me to die.
		You know who was there for me? Late Congresswoman Jackie Walorski.
		Jackie was a champion for veterans, and now Congressman Rudy Yacom is carrying that torch and will be there for all veterans.
		Majority of my time at the VA, I would like to see a doctor once a year, while the pills with all kinds of side effects include suicide run time every month.
		I found when I went into private care this was not normal and the VA is fueling the veteran suicide crisis.
		I was at the VA the same day a veteran killed himself.
		VA tells veterans to ask for help and denies their bill so they don't as there's a backlog in the billions.
		I was going off on the news how these parking lot suicides are institutional failure for Congress to act.
		Then about a month later there was a policy change and VA will pay all veterans emergency mental health to include veterans not in VA. The government seems to be part of the problem.
		From the Phoenix scandal that killed 40 veterans We're good to go.
		Absolutely. Well spoken.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		Well said, James. I know, Pete, you know, you get into VA issues all the time.

pete santilli ▲ ● ▼		And it's happening right now, quietly, but then again right out in the open.
		We have veterans that are refusing to go get care of their self-medicating because there's a disarmament campaign going on.
		If they can get our veterans who are suffering through PTSD, for instance, in Phoenix.
		Years ago, I went down to John McCain's office three blocks down the road, and I took all the homeless veterans who were self-medicating.
		They couldn't go to the VA because they knew that they would have their guns taken away.
		And I delivered them down to John McCain's front porch.
		And I said, you got veterans on the street.
		So this epidemic that's going on, And the VA loves to issue, thanks to Big Pharma, psychotropic drugs to solve every single problem.
		They're giving them psychotropic drugs.
		The inserts in those psychotropic drugs say that this is gonna cause suicide, if not homicide.
		And most of them are very well aware of it.
		And there's a lot of veterans that don't go into the system at all, not just because they're blocked from doing so, but because they're afraid of getting database profiled and have their guns taken away.
		Just this week alone I was just threatened when the Nashville shooter perpetrated their crimes.
		I got a notice in the mail from the secretary of the VA saying that I would essentially lose my benefits if I misgendered.
		Can you imagine this now?
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		Well, no, no. Think about how crazy this is.
		They can change gender in a moment, in a day.
		You could call them one day, it's a man, and then you call them the next day, it's a woman.
		You say, sir. They'll say, oh, you're losing your benefits.
		You misgendered me. What?
pete santilli ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, and it's prohibited activity.
		I got a very strong warning.
		I called the VA. I don't know if you're gonna have time between now and the end.
		I have a couple of short clips.
		But I essentially said, I have to also, at this point in time, be able to identify that that person is a potential active shooter.
		And if they're a man, they're a man.
		Now, if I identify them as a man, and I don't want them to treat me, If I say no to that, am I going to lose my benefits?

		But what do you think about JFK as a vice president or Trump making a stand right now against this crooked investigation?

		But RFK, he has to step up and protect the Second Amendment and he's for killing babies.

		You know who's in charge? President Trump needs to do exactly what he's doing.

I mean, for God's sakes, because, I mean, we're looking at a situation here.
		Donald Trump could get 85 million votes.
		Let's say he wins the nomination, he runs in 2024.
		Donald Trump could get 85 million votes.
		Joe Biden will get 100. You know, Donald Trump could get 100 million votes.
		Joe Biden will get 150 million.
		So that's the situation that has to change.
		So you're absolutely right, Robert.
pete santilli ▲ ● ▼		Pete, you're responsible. Robert, you have to clean up the voter rolls, though, because we could have paper ballots, hand counts at the precinct level, do all that stuff, but Runbeck is actually running high-speed ballot printing like we saw in Arizona.
		So if you don't have the voter rolls cleaned up, we could have a perfect hand count on Election Day, count all the ballots, and then how many extra votes do we need?
		Go ahead and pre-print 25,000, 17,000 and push us over the top at Runbeck.
		So you have to have those voter rolls cleaned up at the same time.
		There are proposals out there, but guess what?
		In most cases, the Republicans are stopping them because they're the ones that invented this whole scheme.

		You know, I'd like to know why are all the Vietnam veterans of America With over 500 chapters and say over 75,000 members, we have the Veterans of Foreign Wars, with a membership of over 1.7 million.
		We have the American Legion members of over 2 million.
		We have Army and Air National Guard, Reserve Associations, Retired Enlisted and Officers Associations, Afghanistan and Desert Storm Veterans, just to name a few, And of course, we have the American Legion and VFW with over 18,000 posts here across the country.
		My question is, is where are their voices?
		Because many years ago, I took an oath when I joined the military, an oath in the enlistment of the military.
		And of course, I was to defend the Constitution against enemies, foreign and domestic.
		And And I'm very proud of my service, certainly I am.
		But the hard thing for me to swallow here is that I just don't understand.
		We lost, good Lord, we've lost how many warriors during World War II? I think it was over 500,000, excuse me, 405,000 men and women warriors fighting against fascism, imperialism.
		And Nazism.
		We have the following war.
		Of course, Korea, we lost over 48,000.
		I'm sorry, 58,000.
		That was Vietnam, but 54,000 during the Korean War.
		And that was fighting against communism.
		Of course, Vietnam, 58,000 plus men and women warriors.
		And then we come down to Afghanistan and Iraq, well over 7,000.
		And the last one is not a trick question.
		I've asked this question many times.
		Do you all realize what we were fighting against during Afghanistan and Iraq?
		Well, it wasn't communism and it wasn't fascism or socialism.
		Nobody could give me the answer. It was terrorism.
		And that's where I come back to my point of I just don't understand where the voices of American warriors are It's just so hard.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		Well, look, I think I'm going to try to flesh out what you're saying here because I'm almost out of time this segment, but you're basically, all these things we've fought overseas are now here.
		They're affecting us here now.
		Radical left-wing terrorism, communism, fascism, imperialism, authoritarianism.

		And to say where are their voices, well...

		But I'm going to try to provide you with an answer to that question and then my next guest joins me.

		Where are the voices of all these different groups, all these different veteran groups out there by the millions?
		Where is their voice?
		And the truth is that the threshold Has not been crossed yet.
		The water has not gone over the dam.
		The dam is not broken.
		And it used to be, here at Infowars, even before I became part of the team in 2016, but in 2016, it very much felt like being on an island and being isolated.
		Now, we always had the massive audiences...
		And the big followings, you know, we'd go live on YouTube immediately, 100,000 people tuning in.
		So, I mean, it wasn't like we were alone, but it was an isolated feeling of where are the rest of the American people?
		Where is the rest of the American media standing up with a sense of urgency, not seeing where this country is going?
		So it had to get really bad.
		Well, we're not so much on an island anymore.
		There's all kinds of people that now are supportive of Infowars and will actually praise Alex Jones at their events that have never even mentioned his name before or insulted him even.
		Now when you talk about these groups, why aren't they standing up?
		Why aren't they saying anything? They put their lives on the line fighting all these things that are now here.
		It's because a threshold hasn't been crossed yet.
		And they haven't had it hit them personally yet.
		Or they haven't realized what a populist thing it is yet.
		But I think that that's changing.
		And so I don't know what analogy I'd use, whether it's the dam breaking with the water going over it or even like in the movie A Bug's Life with the grasshoppers and he picks up The seed, and he throws it at the grasshopper, and he says, how was that?
		He says, well, that was fine. That didn't bother me at all.
		How about this one?
		He throws another seed, and it hits him.
		He's like, not a problem.
		And then he opens up the entire seed jar, and they get buried under the seeds.
		So it's like, we're at the part now where it's like, okay, they get hit.
		Boom, they get hit once.
		Ah, and that's nothing. Boom, they get hit twice.
		Ah, that's nothing. Boom, they get hit.
		It's a third time. Ah, that's nothing.
		And then what is the moment going to be When the lid comes off?
		What is the moment going to be when the dam breaks?
		What is going to be that moment where everybody says, I'm standing up and I'm doing something, because then it's not going back in the jar.
		I understand the frustration.
		I don't know what that moment will be, but I do feel that moment is inevitable.
		I don't know. I mean, unless the American people just want to be slaves, I don't think that's the case.

		So finally, I got an offer.
		He said, yeah, we'll let you take one more question.
		So I go up there, and I... Basically give him my question.
		One of the questions that he had answered was about retention, and they've been hounding us about retention because we have such a retention issue.
		Well, I literally have had this discussion with a lot of the people that are in my squadron about a moral people will not be part of an amoral or immoral organization.
		So I address that, and we don't have a sense of patriotism anymore in our recruiting pools.
		So, you know, I get up.
		I said, I appreciate your answer because he's a great, great speaker.
		You can tell he's been listening to a lot of John C. Maxwell, all that type of stuff.
		Great leadership, you know, capabilities.
		Talks a great game. So I hit him with that, and then I basically said, do you feel like we are making this so transactionary where there's no sense of patriotism anymore?
		We're not recruiting to a sense of patriotism.
		We're recruiting to College benefits, healthcare, you know, this whatever, or i.e.
		transgender surgeries or all this stuff.
		You can tell, like, as soon as I started that question, it's like a switch just went off and his countenance changed.
		And you can tell he was not prepared for this type of question.

		And you just said it. You're not going to get recruitments to the military to put their lives on the line with just gimmicks and promotions.
		I mean, you can fill spots.
		You can get numbers that maybe want to come in for health care or college scholarship or, I mean, even the trans surgery, whatever, or some gimmick like that.
		That's not going to fill your military, and that's not going to be a real military.
		That's going to be astroturf.
		But you said it. Moral people will not sign up for an immoral organization.
		And when we look at the most recent wars that the U.S. has fought in and that the U.S. has sent its citizens to fight and die in, why would they be surprised that recruitment numbers are down when they are attacking the very people that they need to fill in?
		So, of course, they're begging you for retention.
		They can't recruit anybody.

		That's just one aspect of it.
		So I followed that up.
		Before he could even take a breath, I followed that up with basically what I thought was the knockout punch question.

		What would you say to those of us that feel that we are losing our proud heritage to infiltration of woke ideology, politicization of our military leadership, demoralization slash emasculation of our force?

		And if so, what can we do about it?

		And you go into Phoenix, and you figure out what the hell they're doing.
		Because you have to think strategically.
		If you look at the electoral map, the Democrats have figured this out.
		If they get enough votes out of Philadelphia, Detroit, and Atlanta, and Phoenix, then they win those four states, and electorally, with California and New York in the bag, there's really no way a Republican can ever win presidency again.
		So there might be massive fraud in California, there might be massive fraud in New York, the people of those states will have to deal with that.
		But if you're the GOP, you've got...
		You have got to focus on Phoenix, Atlanta, Detroit, and Philadelphia.
		And if you don't stop the massive voter fraud there, you're absolutely right, Alex.
		There's no chance. But I don't think they have to do it widespread nationally.
		I think if you focus on those troubled areas, then you can actually see a result.

		Another thing, I'm really fortunate, I still get to work with a lot of the military and things, and I was just in a class this past week, and there was a staff sergeant in there, and we just kind of got on the subject, and they're the ones that brought this up to me.
		He has hearing aids, and he got a letter from his command saying that probably within the next 30 days, he's either going to have to turn in his hearing aid or pay $9,000 because the Army's no longer We're going to consider hearing as a disability.
		That's just one of them. That's just one example.
		There's a whole litany of others that everybody needs to keep their eye on this because this is going on in front of Congress.
		And if your representative votes on this, I'm telling you, they need to get the boot.

		Gwyneth Paltrow got sued for running into somebody on a ski slope.
		Now, I do believe the case is over.
		I think she won the case.
		But this individual that sued her really made some interesting comments on the final days of the trial on stand.

		And that's what it felt like.
		It's like, what is going on here?
		This is obviously an issue that someone needs to be accountable for.
		And if they're never accountable, what are they going to do?
		They're going to do it again. So, in his final attempt, To win his case against Gwyneth Paltrow.

		You know, it was an odd play.
		And I kind of like the angle, actually, I would say.
		From a legal perspective, I like the angle that he took there.
		The only problem is, I don't think Gwyneth Paltrow is involved in anything like that.
		I don't believe I've ever seen her name on anything like that.
		And I know, I mean, Gwyneth Paltrow would probably consider herself a liberal, but she's definitely not one of the bad people in Hollywood.
		But it was funny that he tried to use that.
		It's like, oh, if celebrities can run over me on a ski slope, that's just like how they can go rape kids on an island and get away with it.

		The funny thing is...
		That's not Gwyneth Paltrow, but the actual celebrities, or I mean, maybe it is, but the actual celebrities that are there that are on the flight log, none of them have been brought in for questioning.
		None of them have been brought in for trial.
		And this guy's going to try to bring it up because he's got Gwyneth Paltrow in the courtroom.
		And that pretty much ended any chance he had, but he took the shot.
		He took the shot. And you know what?
		If he would have played it a little better, he could have had a better clip.
		If he would have, you know, did it like Alex Jones, like, oh, you mean like the Clintons on Epstein Island and that viral clip, then it might have had a little more punch to it.
		Probably wouldn't have changed the case.
		But if that was an attempt to bring up the issue of Epstein Island and all the people that went there to rape kids not being arrested, then I at least salute him for that.
