| They've risen up in protest. | ||

| In Ontario they put a cap on how much milk you can produce. | ||
| Ontario milk farmer forced to drain 30,000 liters of milk. | ||
| Oh, but you know, we want to stop hunger and poverty, but oh, you produce too much milk, and you're causing climate change, so just pour that food out, and we're just going to let people starve on the streets while you're pouring out good food, and we're killing hens and massive fires and all this stuff that's going on. | ||

| In the Washington Post, and it admits in the story that yes, egg prices actually have doubled under Joe Biden, but it's so much better now than when your ancestors lived here. | ||

| So the coping mechanisms that the average liberal Democrat is putting on display now is unreal. | ||

| If you have too much produce or you have too much milk or too much meat, the government comes and shuts you down or fines you and makes you spoil good food, good potatoes, good chickens, good milk, good eggs. | ||

| Now, meanwhile, Joe Biden was on vacation in Delaware this weekend, as usual, at his beach mansion, having whatever goes on there go on. | ||
| Nobody knows. Nobody's allowed to know. | ||
| It's just the president on vacation every weekend. | ||
| But we really covered the situation that's escalating in Ukraine. | ||
| And, folks, I'm just going to try to lay it out flat because I've got to move on. | ||
| But the Ukrainian army is devastated. | ||
| It's over. They're done. | ||
| And so whenever Russia decides they're going to march right through Ukraine, there's going to be no resistance. | ||
| The Ukrainian army is completely devastated of personnel. | ||
| They're running short on ammunition, short on weapons. | ||
| Who knows where the money we sent over there went? | ||
| That's all already been stolen. | ||
| And the generals and some of the top generals in meetings, some of the videos actually been leaked. | ||
| Because they know, basically, they're on a suicide mission. | ||
| And basically, Zelensky and Biden, quite frankly, are asking these Ukrainian generals to just go die, is what they're doing. | ||
| They're saying, you need to go die so that the U.S. can get involved and do a regime change in Russia. | ||
| And I think the Ukrainian army that's not completely just psychotic Nazis, most of those proxy front groups have either been captured by Russia, they did recently do a prisoner of war exchange, But you've just got psychotic Nazis that were at the front lines of these wars against Russia, willing to bomb Ukrainians, willing to kill Ukrainians, willing to capture and torture Russians. | ||

| Well, they've almost all been eliminated. | ||
| And then you've got actual warriors and soldiers in the Ukrainian forces that have been picking up the pieces, and they've had internal meetings. | ||

| What are we doing here? We're out of ammunition. | ||
| We're out of weapons. | ||
| We're outgunned. We're outmanned. | ||
| We don't even have food in our bellies. | ||

| You're asking us to go on a suicide mission so that when we die over here, America will hopefully come in and put boots on the ground and do a regime change in Russia? | ||
| And the Ukrainian generals that are involved in this are looking at each other like, I don't know if I want to do this. | ||
| And so then they get their lives threatened by the Zelensky thugs. | ||
| But that's the situation in Ukraine now. | ||
| Zelensky is asking these people to die so that America will get involved in this war for regime change in Russia. | ||
| And they're not so willing anymore, folks. | ||
| They've been completely devastated and Russia is rested, fed, armed, With half a million troops ready to move through Ukraine, and there's two more goals that the Russians have. | ||
| One, they need to shut down all of the Biden bioweapon labs in Ukraine, at least 46 of them. | ||
| Victoria Nuland admitted it last week. | ||
| They admitted it. First they denied it, now they admitted it, but they say it's just for medical research. | ||
| Okay, that's why you lied about it right out of the gates. | ||
| Now you're admitting it's real because you've been caught. | ||
| There have been reports of biological weapons used, chemical weapons used against the Russians in some areas in Ukraine. | ||
| So, one of two things happens there. | ||
| Either the Ukrainians sabotage those bases, which could lead to bigger problems. | ||
| They're not going to have time to pull all this stuff out. | ||
| There's too many people monitoring it. | ||
| So the Biden biolabs are going to either be blown up by the Ukrainians or Russia is going to move in there, capture the evidence, and explain to the world the Biden crime family and the bioweapons labs in Ukraine. | ||
| And Biden can't have that. | ||
| The West can't have that. | ||
| So there's your major standoff. | ||
| Now, the next level of this war after that, if the West still wants to fight Russia and if Zelensky still wants to psychotically start a world war with Russia, with Biden... | ||

| This is enough. Zelensky, you've had a year to resign. | ||
| Resign now. If Zelensky refuses to resign, the war will wage on and Russia will move in for regime change. | ||

| Russia's already won. And the only option that Ukraine has now is to send their last troops forward to die to beg America to put troops on the ground. | ||

| If you can't help cringing when you see the cashier ring up eggs that cost twice as much as they did a year ago, it might help to remember that however poor you feel, your ancestors would have taken one look at your grocery cart and declared you rich beyond their wildest dreams. | ||
| So, in other words, capitalism works. | ||

| These images, taken by an Air Force cameraman of an actual balloon bomb in flight, have never before been televised. | ||

| They discovered strange mechanical devices, probably some sort of guidance system. | ||
| They also found bags filled with sand, no doubt used as ballast. | ||
| And they made one more startling discovery. | ||

| It was an inspection tag written in Japanese. | ||
| The device was a new kind of weapon sent all the way from Japan. | ||
| It was a discovery so startling at the time that the US government asked American news not to report it to the public. | ||
| Sound familiar? And so now China's got these balloons apparently floating everywhere. | ||
| I mean, at this point, you've lost track of how many there are, starting with sightings in Japan in 2020 and India and other parts of the world. | ||

| Biden administration lets China float a balloon all the way from Chinese mainland to the Atlantic Ocean, and then they decide to blow it up. | ||

| Was it to just embarrass Joe Biden? | ||

| And now they're saying, look, kids, you do this, you could make millions of dollars. | ||

| For children, of course, when they see the transgender kid in the classroom getting extra attention and free candy and bonus points, they want to do it. | ||
| Of course, when they see the poor soul that's been tortured by these groomers walking the catwalk making millions of dollars, they think that this is for me. | ||
| This is what they're doing to try to lure these kids in, Jamie. | ||

| And in that story you bring up about the trans kid model, the kids' parents, I think, are non-binary or trans themselves. | ||

| Kids like to explore, and they don't know what these things even mean. | ||
| They can't conceptualize the permanence of it, what changing your gender entails, the life-altering path that they will be going down that will affect them for the rest of their lives. | ||
| And it's just absurd. I mean, a kid can't consent to their bedtime, let alone—but at this time, we're letting kids that can't consent to their own bedtime choose their gender and set themselves up for this path of medicalization. | ||
| But yeah, it's very sad to see. | ||
| And we at Gays Against Groomers like to call this phenomenon of these parents that push this on their kids as trans housing by proxy, kind of like Munchausen by proxy. | ||
| It's the same exact thing, except this time they're using their kids, they're saying they're trans to gain woke points or be the trendy parent or make money. | ||
| It's very profitable. | ||
| Yeah. Trans kids are seen as trendy. | ||
| And so, of course, there's a big cash cow attached to them now to identify that way, to have them identify that way. | ||
| So it's very sad. It's a form of child abuse. | ||
| It shocks me that parents aren't being charged with child abuse because those laws are already on the books, and they really should start to be so because that's what this is. | ||

| But despite all the people you see in there, there are millions more that outnumber them, that are fighting to protect kids. | ||
| And we have friends and allies that are in Oklahoma testifying against this very bill, or in favor of, I should say. | ||
| This bill would prohibit these surgeries and procedures. | ||

| I mean, everything is just upside down, and not just with this, with everything, as you report out on your show every day. | ||
| But they're not the good guys. | ||
| I think they think they're the good guys, and that's scary, but they definitely aren't, and they will learn that very soon. | ||
| But despite their outlashes, the fight will continue. | ||
| We're not gonna stop. Nobody is gonna stop trying to fight to protect these kids, because they are really trying to destroy an entire generation. | ||

| Sometimes it takes one example to lead by and If the bar chooses to stop performing, hosting these drag shows for kids, I'm sure they will have no problem moving forward. | ||
| So, you know, there's things that are not okay in our society to do, and the line has been crossed into dark territory, and we're going to reverse it all. | ||
| And I'm happy to see Governor DeSantis taking action to stop it. | ||
| And, you know, there is always the abracadabra, because it's funny, there was a situation that happened Here locally that I just happen to, I mean, just know about because I used to go to this bar and bars here close at 2. | ||
| But there was one particular bar and a bar manager that would do a little after hours thing. | ||
| And if you knew, you knew. | ||
| And you could go in there past 2 a.m. | ||
| and have a drink. And usually he'd even keep serving you until 3 or 4. | ||
| And this individual got caught and they shut down the bar and he lost his job and he lost his license. | ||
| I guess he should have done after hours drag queen story time for kids at the bar till 4am and probably he could have kept his license. | ||
| Otherwise it would have been fascism, right? | ||
| But that's just more of the abracadabra hoax that they pull. | ||
| Here's another one. Arizona Valley of the Sun YMCA provides suggested talking points after 17-year-old girl exposed to naked men in women's locker room at California YMCA continues to promote men in women's locker room. | ||
| And the YMCA even, most gyms will even have separate locker rooms for kids for this exact reason. | ||
| But I remember when I was working with Youth Development at the Y, we would even make sure that there were, at times, no adults in the locker room at all. | ||
| And I'd say, alright kids, we've cleared out the locker room. | ||
| You know, go in there. Get yourself changed, whatever, take care of business, and then they'd come out and there were no adults. | ||
| So it's not even just like, hey, we just don't want men. | ||
| It's like, hey, let's just give the kids a little privacy. | ||
| Let's give the kids a little protection. | ||
| They don't want to see a grown man or a grown woman. | ||
| But now you have women, young girls, in the women's locker room where you think they could feel a little safe, and instead there's grown men coming in, dropping trowel, flashing their male genitalia, and this is supposed to be accepted. | ||
| Yeah, it's sad. | ||
| And this is just another example in the long line of them that pedophiles and groomers and predators' feelings are more important. | ||
| They take priority over the well-being and safety of children or minors at all. | ||
| I think this was a 17-year-old, still a minor, still completely inappropriate. | ||
| Yes. And the erasure of single-sex spaces, which you only see that happening to women's spaces. | ||

| I've known the Bidens for decades. | ||
| I grew up in Wilmington, Delaware. | ||
| I went to Archmere Academy, went to St. | ||
| Joseph on the Brandywine. I've known Joe Biden going back to my mother. | ||
| I went to the same Catholic schools in the same basically community for many years. | ||
| When I first got involved in politics, I was just over 12 years old. | ||
| I was a little nerd, basically. | ||
| But I wanted to get involved in campaigns. | ||
| I went to the Reagan-Bush campaign in 1984. | ||
| And then I went to Joe Biden's campaign kickoff in June 6th. | ||
| I think it was 1984 at the Padua Academy. | ||
| And I met him and shook his hand. | ||
| And he was very charismatic back then. | ||
| But at the same time, I was also subscribing to different newsletters, one of which was called Conservative Digest. | ||
| And when I read the record that Joe Biden had assembled as a senator, Even at 12 years old, I realized this man is dangerous and cannot ascend past senator. | ||
| And I was frankly dismayed that he was the senator from Delaware, my home state. | ||
| And so I began actively working against his reelection for John Burris, who was running that year, 1984, who unfortunately didn't win. | ||
| And it's been a saga ever since. | ||
| I mean, like I said, I went to high school with both Bowen, Hunt, Biden, And, you know, we went to church, same church with the Bidens, and my parents purchased property next to their house, Joe Biden's house prior to his moving out from Monchanan to Greenville, way out to he had bought a much bigger property and built a much bigger property. | ||
| And, you know, it's just it's almost bizarre to live, to see this like to see someone who you grew up with, you saw in church every Sunday, Who you saw at homecomings, who you saw around town at various functions, and is now this international figure, to include Hunt Biden, as well as Joe. | ||
| But what dismays me, I guess I never believed he would become president. | ||
| And I don't think he was elected president. | ||
| I think he was installed. And I think my instincts about that were correct from the beginning. | ||
| But What I was not wrong about, though, unfortunately, was what would become the country, what would happen if this man were able to attain that high office. | ||
| And I've got to tell you, it's worse than I can imagine. | ||
| And, you know, John Paul MacIsaac, his repair shop was in Trolley Square, a little shopping center right in Wilmington, sort of just up from downtown. | ||
| Where I, oh my gosh, I mean, my whole youth practically spent, amongst other places, in that little shopping center, in that place. | ||
| And then in my 20s and 30s, there's a bar next door. | ||
| But he had this little repair shop, and it would make sense for Hunt Biden to bring his devices in there for data recovery or whatever have you if he had screwed them up. | ||
| And John Paul MacIsaac has a sterling reputation. | ||
| I actually never met him and didn't know him until recently, until last fall when Lee Murphy, my good friend who was running for Congress in Delaware, invited John Paul to a fundraiser. | ||
| And John Paul, basically, he did his job and he expected to be paid. | ||
| He expected to be compensated. | ||
| I mean, he's just basically a good guy. | ||
| And he, above all, in my opinion, is one of the most courageous people I've ever met because he has stepped into this storm. | ||
| He has taken on this, what used to be a prominent Delaware political family. | ||
| What I view is now is practically a crime family. | ||
| It is a crime family, really. | ||
| I mean, the things that we've seen on this laptop, if you go to marcopolousa.org, Garrett Ziegler, who has become a good friend, It's shocking. | ||
| Let me pause you right there because I want to pick it back up on that and I want to get into what has happened to you and what maybe John Paul McIsaac is looking at. | ||
| John Paul, let's lay out some of the basics here. | ||
| In the beginning, you're running your laptop or computer repair shop. | ||
| Somebody stumbles in. | ||
| It's Hunter Biden. Do you know it's Hunter Biden? | ||
| Do you know who it is? Or is this just another potential customer dropping off his laptop? | ||

| After that, about four to eight feet, it just kind of shapes. | ||
| So initially, I had no idea who this customer was. | ||
| I don't keep track of the Biden offspring to care what they look like. | ||
| I knew of Beau Biden, but I really didn't pay any attention to anybody else. | ||
| And I didn't know who I was talking to until I asked for his first name, his last name, his phone number, his email address. | ||
| Also, there was one of the laptops that had a Beau Biden Foundation sticker on it. | ||
| And so I kind of put everything together rather quickly at that point. | ||
| I assumed, though, that it was his deceased brother's laptop and he was just trying to get the memories off of it. | ||
| So that's why I stayed late. | ||
| I worked with him for about 45 minutes. | ||
| Checked in one of the three laptops that he came in with. | ||
| So he was in there with you. | ||
| He didn't just drop them off. | ||

| He came in, he was drunk, he had three laptops. | ||
| I just thought he was just trying to get his deceased brother's memories off of him. | ||
| So instead of closing at 7, I stayed open until about 7.30 and worked with him. | ||
| One of the machines was a write-off, so I just handed that back to him. | ||
| One of the other machines only had some keys, so I gave him a keyboard and said, here, take this home. | ||
| You can log in with the keyboard and facilitate your own backup, which I hope he did. | ||
| You never return with the keyboard. | ||
| I did check in the third machine, which was liquid damage, and it had some power issues. | ||
| So I had to manually transfer the data, drag and drop. | ||
| If I could have done like a forensic clone of the machine, it would have been a different story. | ||
| I probably would never have even known what was on that laptop. | ||
| But because of the condition that the laptop was in, I could not just clone it. | ||
| I had to, like no different than dragging files to a thumb drive. | ||
| And that's when, during that process, I realized that, no, this isn't Bo Biden's laptop, this is Hunter's laptop, and this is pretty gross, and it's embarrassing. | ||
| Well, and just to give us a better idea of the timeline, so you keep your store open, you're helping Hunter who's in there, seemingly intoxicated, or you know he's intoxicated, you can smell him on his breath, and at this point, when you know you're dealing with the liquid damage and this is going to be more of a project, is that when he left the laptop with you, or how did that go? Yep. | ||

| I went in the back to start the recovery process. | ||

| I couldn't tell if he was still in his car or his Ford pickup truck or not, but the lights were on, so I assumed he was in there and probably just sleeping it off. | ||
| And at this point, the laptop stayed in your possession overnight. | ||
| He eventually left. | ||
| He never came back to get it, correct? | ||

| I came back the next day to discover that the automated recovery process failed and I had to go and manually recover the data. | ||
| When that process was complete, I called him on April 15th and I left a message saying that the backup's complete. | ||
| He needs to go to like a Best Buy or a Staples and purchase a 500 gig or larger hard drive. | ||
| And then drop that off and I'll be able to complete the service. | ||
| And I know his phone is working. | ||
| We're up against a break here, John. | ||
| Just hold it right there and we will be returning in four minutes. | ||
| I'm on edge listening to this. | ||

All right, we're sitting here with longtime, I don't know if I'd say friend, but perhaps acquaintance of the Bidens, Tyler Nixon, and sadly, victim of the Bidens, and now John Paul McIsaac, who received the Hunter Biden laptop that's now been the focus of so much coverage and scrutiny, telling us the real story. | ||

| Hunter Biden had left his laptop with you overnight. | ||
| The damages were beyond a simple repair. | ||
| You had to hold on to it. | ||
| And that's kind of where we last left off. | ||
| So you had to do a manual recovery from the laptop that Hunter left that was damaged. | ||
| And that's where we left off. | ||
| So let's pick it up there. | ||

| And you know, when he says now that I never made any effort to contact him and it's total BS because I know his phone was working because he got the message. | ||
| He bought a drive from Best Buy. | ||

| I'm sure his credit card receipt will prove that. | ||
| And I was going to say, you have all the evidence of this. | ||
| This is not going to be hard to produce. | ||

| He also requested that I bill him electronically. | ||
| So on the 17th, I called him to let him know everything was ready to go. | ||
| And I sent him a square secure automated request through his email. | ||
| And that was the last I ever heard of Hunter. | ||
| So at this point, he did eventually pay the bill though, is that correct? | ||
| No, never paid. Okay, so this gives you now, I mean there's basically two avenues if I understand this correctly. | ||
| Basically he left the laptop there past the 90-day grace period and he never paid his bill and so legally speaking the laptop is now in your possession, is that correct? | ||

Well after 90 days of failure to reach the customer, if the customer doesn't return my calls, doesn't come back in, doesn't even just notify me that they need some extra time, After 90 days, that laptop becomes my property. | |
| And about towards the backside, middle of July, into July, when the Burisma and Hunter Biden was in the news cycle, I was very concerned that not only was I sitting on very personal and embarrassing data, But also, from some of the documents I had seen, I was sitting on criminality as well, and national security. | ||
| I was gonna say, or a potential compromise of national security. | ||
| So, okay, let's not get into the contents of the laptop for timing purposes today. | ||
| I think we all have a pretty good idea of the contents. | ||
| But now, how does this story become the story that it is? | ||
| What is the process from this laptop sitting there at your shop to now being the laptop from hell, books written about it, movies written about it, and it becoming such a source of a national security issue? | ||

Well, I knew that I had to get this laptop to the authorities. | |
| I didn't trust the FBI, but I believed in the FBI, and I was really hoping that we would get to an agent that really put the Constitution Above all. | ||
| And unfortunately, that didn't happen. | ||
| When the FBI took the laptop, I gave them the laptop. | ||
| They issued me a subpoena. But trust me, I was happy to have this thing out of my shop. | ||
| And that was September 9th of 2019. | ||
| I was really hoping that this laptop would have appeared as evidence during the impeachment trial that could exonerate the president. | ||
| Unfortunately, when that laptop never materialized during the impeachment trial, I realized that the FBI cared more about protecting the Bidens than they ever cared about acting on the criminality on that laptop. | ||
| So now I'm really concerned because now the FBI knows what I know. | ||
| And so I sent my father and my uncle, both retired colonels in the military, to reach out to members of Congress. | ||
| But during the height of the pandemic, it was hard to get our cries for help to You know, they just fell on deaf ears. | ||
| Well, let me just stop you right there, because let's get this timeline better understood by the audience here. | ||
| Now, you're saying, what was the year, it was April, what was the year in which Hunter left his laptop at your store? | ||

| So this was before the second impeachment hearings of Donald Trump and Ukraine, before Joe Biden was even nominated as the Democrat selection to be president, correct? | ||
| Correct. So to your understanding, it's not just you that had this laptop. | ||
| You're not a member of law enforcement. | ||
| You're just a computer repair shop guy. | ||
| But at this point, you knew that at least the FBI had awareness of this. | ||
| What about any other law enforcement areas of government or even members of Congress? | ||
| Did anybody else know about this laptop at this time? | ||

Well, the FBI knew of the existence of the laptop as early as October 9th, 2019, when my father went to the Albuquerque FBI field office with a copy of the laptop, just trying to get protection for his son. | |
| Then they came to my house in December 9th of 2019. | ||
| My uncle and my father reached out to members of Congress from about From March to about July or June of 2020. | ||
| And with no response, I finally traded my fear for courage because I never wanted the world to know who I was. | ||
| I was trying to protect my business and protect my person. | ||
| But I finally decided that the only way this was going to move forward is if I, you know, we tried the Justice Department, we tried Congress. | ||
| So there's only so many branches to the military, or not to the military, to the government. | ||
| So I decided to reach out to a lawyer for the president of the United States. | ||
| Now, I'm going to stop your side of the story right there because now we've reached the new page, the new chapter in which the Bidens are suing you. | ||
| And this is, to you, I can't even imagine the shock from this ridiculous lawsuit. | ||
| But Tyler, now, let's get back to your story. | ||
| You've been victimized and bullied and intimidated and harassed by the Biden crime family. | ||
| Quickly, before the break here, talk about your experience with this. | ||
| Sure. Well, first of all, what they're doing, the letter that was sent out by Abby Lowell to the Attorney General of Delaware calling for John Paul MacIsaac's investigation First of all, it's part of the Democrat playbook, as we saw in the Russian collusion scam hoax in which the so-called hack, although I think it was a breach, a data breach, became the issue rather than the contents of the emails revealing all of the nefariousness of Hillary Clinton and her minions. | ||
| And that was successfully done with the aid of the media. | ||
| And frankly, the media is complicit in trying to do this again with John Paul Mack Isaac. | ||
| And I think he will, and John Paul, you can speak to this, the fact that they are running now with this story Trying to cast shade on John Paul as though there was some sort of illicit nature of manner in which he obtained the data or released it when he had absolutely 100 percent rights to it. | ||
| And frankly, he still has a claim against Biden because he never paid him. | ||
| I mean, this is this. Let me just say the Bidens are known for stiffing people. | ||
| They have had contractors, all sorts of people all over the state who they have gone into shops Gotten services from, had contractors come out, literally build things on their property, and just stiffed them. | ||
| Didn't pay them. I know someone who, frankly, his son was a paperboy for the Bidens, and they didn't pay the paperboy. | ||
| So this man had to go to the door. | ||
| I mean, this is years ago, but had to go to the door of the Bidens to ask You know, you pay my son for the paper, for delivering your paper every day. | ||
| So, you know, this is just, and to go to the Attorney General now and to try to gin up some sort of, like, interference to distract away from the rampant, treasonous corruption that is contained on the laptop, and we don't even need to get into it. | ||
| As I said, it's well documented. | ||
| Do you think that they paid somebody to try to stymie your legal career, send somebody after you? | ||
| Okay, so here's where we are. | ||
| Look, I mean, I don't think there's any doubt that Hunter Biden likes drugs, you know? | ||
| I mean, he uses them. | ||
| Look, I became a virile opponent of the drug war in Delaware, and we can get into it on the other side of the break, but it pans out ugly, let's just say. | ||

| Okay, so long story short, I opposed the drug war. | ||
| I opposed Joe Biden's drug war in Delaware. | ||
| I felt that the drug war is a disaster. | ||
| It's provable a disaster. | ||

| It has untold consequences that They don't want to ever seem to come off it, though. | ||
| You know, we look at the rise of the drug cartels. | ||
| People have the drug cartels and the fentanyl thing. | ||
| How did the drug cartels rise? | ||
| They rose because of the risk premium, the black market premium that has been shuttled away from what would otherwise be legitimate sources for any substance, what have you. | ||
| Basically, that entire market's been turned over to criminals. | ||
| I mean, didn't we learn from alcohol prohibition? | ||
| We repealed that within 12 years or 13 years, I guess it was, of its enactment. | ||
| Alcohol prohibition because the mafia took over the entire business. | ||
| People were dying. It was a complete, ridiculous black market out of control. | ||
| The prices were through the roof. | ||
| And this is exactly what has happened with drugs. | ||
| So I look at it from an economic and a moral basis in the sense of, do you own your body? | ||
| I'm a libertarian. Do you own your body? | ||
| Do you have the right to put what you want in it? | ||
| And no politician, particularly not Joe Biden of all people, should tell you You can't do this or you can't use this as a consenting adult, as a rational adult. | ||
| And so when I got out of the army, I chose to use cannabis and a little bit on occasion I used MDMA, which is ecstasy. | ||
| It's now being used for therapy on post-traumatic stress disorder, things like that. | ||
| I just knew it was a party drug. | ||
| I was an oncologist out of the army, and I used it. | ||
| It really had therapeutic effects for me. | ||
| As I started my law career, I was working like 80 hours a week. | ||
| Point is, I had these things, and I kept them for myself in my home. | ||
| Well, one January morning in 2011, at 6 a.m., I hear a crash through the beveled glass 110-year-old door on the front of my old Victorian three-story townhouse in downtown Wilmington. | ||
| And it's a state police SWAT raid, SWAT-style raid of the Drug Task Force, raiding me as though I'm some kind of like drug kingpin or something. | ||
| Raiding you as if you're Hunter Biden. | ||
| Yeah, rating me as if I'm Roger Stone, actually. | ||
| More like. And yeah, I mean, so Roger and I had that interesting, when I started working and got to know and became friends with Roger, I never thought he'd go through what I went through. | ||
| But I mean, you can imagine being roused out of your bed by mask wearing, you know, plain clothes, in this case, you know, guns drawn agents, basically, who then proceed to cuff you and ransack your house. | ||
| Now, there was 10 feet of snow on the ground. | ||
| And it was 10 degrees outside. | ||
| In fact, the interior of my house was maybe 40 degrees because the house was so large, the oil, to heat the whole thing, I didn't keep the whole thing heated. | ||
| So they're tearing apart my house. | ||
| And eventually, let's put it this way, I had a significant amount of marijuana, which I had cannabis, which I had stockpiled for myself because You know, I'm an old grunt. | ||
| I'm an army infantryman. | ||
| You know, you save up for the apocalypse kind of thing. | ||
| Which is legal in most states now anyway, or will be soon. | ||
| And you believe that this was a political hit? | ||
| Maybe the Biden sent this team. | ||
| Well, here's the thing. Here's the thing. | ||
| I mean, you know, the attorney general at the time was Beau Biden. | ||
| You know, I remember seeing Beau about a few weeks before that, actually, at the Wilmington Country Club. | ||
| There was, like, a little gathering of some of us, and it was, I think they called it, like, pickleball or something. | ||
| It's like a sort of quasi-tennis, sort of a weird form of tennis. | ||
| I wasn't participating. My brother was playing, and they had these teams set up, and he said, you know, come on along with us. | ||
| I just remember Bo, who I was always friendly with, and always, you know, we always argued politically, but he was giving me these hard looks, like he knew something, like, you know, like, oh, you know, I just, it felt strange. | ||
| I'm like, why is he giving me these, like, you know, this cold stare? | ||
| And it had to be because he knew that they were going to send in a drug task force SWAT team for no other reason than to just have a trophy on their mantle of a politician who was a problem. | ||
| I was being talked about as a potential mayoral candidate for the city of Wilmington. | ||
| I had been fighting corruption in the city. | ||
| And I had been, frankly, on air for several years at that point, openly opposing the drug war. | ||

| And so that's nice, though, that Bill Biden and you get the raid, but Hunter Biden uses all kinds of drugs, solicits drugs, solicits hookers, records it, emails, texts, no raid of him, no rest. | ||

What is the latest? Well, all this reeks of retaliation. | |
| So back in October, October 17th of last year, I filed a lawsuit against Adam Schiff, Politico, CNN, The campaign to elect Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, all for the conspiracy to commit defamation and perpetuating the whole Russian narrative that I somehow worked with a foreign power to try to effect an election. | ||
| And so we filed that lawsuit in October and it took us until last Friday. | ||
| So wait, not last Friday, Friday before last. | ||
| To actually hunt down Hunter to serve him. | ||
| You see him on the news every other week, but you can't actually find the man when you're looking for him. | ||
| So we finally got ahold of him on a Friday. | ||
| The following Wednesday, he leaks this letter that got sent to the Attorney General and then Jennings in Delaware to basically bring me up on a laundry list of charges. | ||
| And the problem I have is that all the charges are neglecting Key points of information that I did not give it to political opponents. | ||
| I gave it to the Justice Department. | ||
| I gave it to the FBI. That Hunter never gave me permission. | ||
| He totally gave me permission. | ||
| I have a signed authorization that I never made attempt to call him. | ||
| I have records of calling him. | ||
| I have the receipt when the Square sent out the secured payment form. | ||
| I know that he came and picked up a drive from Best Buy on either the 15th in the evening or the 16th in the morning from the Wilmington Best Buy and dropped it off at my shop so I could transfer the data. | ||
| The facts can't be hidden. | ||
| I have them. During my battle with Twitter, I paid for a handwriting specialist, a former FBI professional, to give me a full psych avow on the handwriting signature. | ||
| And they came back as 99.8% positive, gave me a psychological profile on Hunter at the time, which I didn't think I needed, but why not? | ||
| So, you know, I just, the fact that he lied, Hunter's attorney, Lowell, lied to the Department of Justice, lied to the Attorney General, and is trying to press charges on me that are based on a lie, now we're demanding that this gets looked into and that there's consequences for Lowell lying. | ||
| Well, and without getting too into the hairs or the details here, I mean, obviously all the facts are on your side. | ||
| So what are your lawyers thinking and saying, what you can at least express with us here on the air in response to this? | ||

| And, you know, people, the death threats are ratcheting up again. | ||

| And, you know, it's definitely made my life even more uncomfortable, which I think is what the desired effect that Hunter's after is. | ||

| He wants to beat me down into submission. | ||
| And I wish that his lawyers and his legal teams would see that in the past two years, I have fought like hell and I'm gonna continue to fight like hell and I don't care who stops me. | ||

| Well, and I guess that's an interesting approach, considering that the information is already out there. | ||
| I mean, the laptop, the emails, the videos that he recorded himself, the drug use, the sex abuse. | ||
| I mean, it's all already out there, so I don't know. | ||
| I guess this is more of a retribution factor. | ||

| But the main point is, though, that destroyed my life. | ||
| The consequences of that destroyed my life, literally. | ||
| Destroyed my law practice, my career. | ||
| I lost my house. Virtually homeless by the end of it. | ||
| I went to prison. | ||
| I spent 60 days incarcerated. | ||
| Went through just the whole process. | ||
| Spent time in lockdown. | ||
| With the, you know, the hardcore. | ||
| And this, while, you know, to me, Hunter Biden's crimes are not about drugs. | ||
| It's about lies and hypocrisy and greed and using people. | ||
| And frankly, the fact that they're trying to importune the Attorney General of Delaware in any way investigate John Paul Maddock Isaac, given the extent of shadiness and backstabbing and corruption, Tony Bobulinski alone It invalidates, as far as I'm concerned, any good faith that Hunter Biden might think he's coming to the table with or Abby Lowell might try to demand that John Paul MacIsaac be investigated. | ||
| That is disgusting. And frankly, John Paul MacIsaac did not put himself into this situation except as a good citizen and a good man who is brave and courageous beyond, I think, many of us. | ||
