		Seven years after the American Revolution, the Paris Peace Treaty of 1783 established the King of England as the Prince Elector of the United States, and America continued paying debts to the crown.
		During the War of 1812, the British torched the White House.
		The Act of 1871 created a separate corporate government for the District of Columbia, allowing it to operate with its own laws outside of the U.S. Constitution, creating the Corporation of the United States.

		But see... Here's what's incredible about this, and I actually respect Scott Adams.
		And over the years, he's become more and more opinionated or political with his opinions, gained a lot of followers, sometimes losing followers.
		He said stuff I really disagree with, said stuff I really agree with.
		But here's why I respect Scott Adams.
		Despite this tweet today, which...
		I think comes from a genuine place of curiosity, but comes off as ignorant.
		I respect Scott Adams because he's at least willing to admit when he's been wrong, and I respect that.
		And that's tough to do when you've got an ego.
		Believe me, I would know all about it.
		But we make mistakes here.
		That's perfectly fine. We correct it.
		And Scott Adams, though, asks this question.
		I literally want to know how the people who were right, this is about the vaccine, knew it in advance.
		They know but won't explain it.
		Now, there was a viral story that went around that was fake, but it said, you may have seen it, it was like, the vaccinated, the unvaccinated knew it would kill us.
		Why didn't they say anything?
		And in fact, I should even double check to make sure that this thing was real because you get fooled by parodies so easily these days.
		Believe me, there's Faco and Troyers on Twitter that some of the smartest people are falling for still.
		So this is not a knock.
		It's just there's so much fraud out there.
		Sometimes you got to triple check it.
		But either way, As you can see, the crew has just pulled it up.
		This is actually from today from Scott Adams.
		Now, I'm going to get into that with some of the other vaccine news, but I would rephrase the question like this.
		Tom Brady supposedly is retiring.
		At least he announced he said it's official this time.
		I'm going to wait until the next NFL season kicks off to be sure of it.
		But either way, he's already got a TV contract offered to go and be the A-crew color at Fox Sports.
		Now, why is that?
		Well, because the best guy in color commentary on TV, in my opinion, and most others, is Tony Romo, former NFL quarterback.
		And if you watch Tony Romo on CBS, and if you listen to He, it's uncanny how he's able to see things and predict things in the offense.
		The offense will be lining up.
		He'll see a guy go in motion and he'll say, oh, yep, there goes the guy in motion.
		They're about to do a HB delay right side up the gut off tackle.
		And then, boom, there goes the guy in motion, snaps the ball, HB delay, right side off the tackle.
		It's like, whoa, how did he know that?
		Well, he knew that because he was an NFL quarterback for a decade.
		He knew that because he's been watching football for decades.
		He knew that because he knows the sport that he's talking about and the game and the teams and the personnel and the coaches.
		Now, why am I using this phenomenon as an analogy?
		Because it's the same thing.
		I don't have to sit here and Tony Romo doesn't have to show you the playbook for the teams he's doing commentary on and say, see, I have the playbook.
		That's how I knew. No, he doesn't have the playbook.
		He just knows the game.
		Now, maybe that's not the best analogy because we actually did have a lot of the playbook.
		We did have leaked documents.
		We did have leaked PowerPoints saying they knew the vaccine was going to have all these side effects, cardiac problems being the worst of them.
		So we did actually have the playbook.
		But how did we know?
		Like, how did we know?
		And that's what I think really perplexes Scott Adams is he just doesn't understand.
		How we knew without actually knowing in his view.
		And this is what I hear from people all the time when they tune in for the first time and skeptics or even people that tune in and then want to return and never look away.
	It's because...
	And it's the same phenomenon with Alex Jones...
	But it's just the conviction that we speak with, the matter-of-fact nature of the way we lay out the information, which, of course, a lot of people have never heard before they tune in here.
	They don't get it. It's like, how could you say that and be so confident?
	I've never heard that before. Because I know the game.
	I know the corrupt players of it.
	I know how it all works.
	So that's how we knew, aside from also having the playbook.
	But I'm going to get into that phenomenon with more Died Suddenly news, including, again, it's children, athletes, just falling over on basketball courts.
	Barely making any national news, but there are serious, serious election problems from the midterms that are being investigated in Arizona and in Texas.
	And the results of these investigations are so dramatic that the governor, Greg Abbott, of Texas is saying there might have to be new elections.
	Think about that. Greg Adams, who for the most part, excuse me, Governor Abbott, Greg Abbott, who for the most part is kind of a squish.
	But for him to be willing to go out on that ledge and say we might need a new election, there was so much shenanigans?
	Ah, but you're not going to get that in Arizona, are you?
	Because the Hob, Katie Hobbs, is the one who won the election and she was the one that was running the election.
	Ha! That's not a conflict of interest.
	Not at all. And as the days go by and the situation with Ukraine and the situation with the Biden crime family continues to give us more of a keyhole view into what has been going on for years, I think the picture is starting to get a little clearer.
	I think the picture is starting to get a little clearer.
	And while we were ahead of the rest of the media telling you that you're looking about February when Russia's going to make its next big move, all signs point to that's going to happen in February, just as we predicted.
	Now that it's winter and the lunar light, let's say, is at a minimum, this is when Russia decides to make historically offensive fronts militarily.
	But the kind of mystery is, hey, Russia has liberated the eastern parts of Ukraine that were pro-Russian.
	Now Zelensky is bombing them and killing civilians with his arsenal from the West.
	But now you're saying, well, what's Russia's next move?
	And I actually think Russia's next move is to get Zelensky out.
	I do. And this is extremely dangerous because it's going to be used by America to start a war with Russia.
	And now it makes sense, if you think about it, why they've built Zelensky up as this hero, why they've introduced you to Zelensky as this glorified character, because I think they knew from the beginning the real plan of Putin was to get Zelensky out.
	And if you think about it, it would be extremely hypocritical for the U.S. to point their finger at Russia and say, why are you doing regime change wars when that has been the U.S.'s go-to in the last two decades?
	But I do think that's the case now, and I don't think this is going to go well for us, sadly, and definitely not the planet.
	And Zelensky should have resigned months ago when we were demanding it.
	Now we're looking at a serious problem.
	I'm going to have to do something a little clunky here because we had a bit of an emergency situation here at InfoWars today.
	And the normal way we go about preparing the show, we were unable to do.
	For different reasons.
	Now, I'm not going to get into that because it's irrelevant, but I'm going to have to do something a little clunky here because I don't have my normal presentation and documents ready to go.
	So I'm going to have to ask the crew to do something.
	And if you guys would just go to Google and just plug in Putin in a search, and you're going to have to pull all this stuff up for me because I don't have it on my desk, unfortunately.

		And maybe I'll have to come back during the break and just do this.
		Because, like I said, we had some emergencies here today.
		Half the crew had to basically put out separate fires.
		Couldn't do the normal war room work.
		Believe it or not, it just perfectly happens to be a perfect storm where there were tech issues on my side of the office, so I didn't even have a computer to work with today.
		Anyway, that's just why this is going to be a little clunkier than normal.
		When it comes to the documents and the news that I'm going to have to either just do live on air or go print out in the break.
		But I think what is starting to emerge, I think what is starting to become clear to me through the fog and not getting into the minutia of the Biden crime family and the documents and the business in Ukraine or not getting into the minutia of everything that's going on with the war in Ukraine and Biden essentially illegally declaring war against Russia.
		I think the overall situation has become a little clearer to me.
		So let me just flesh that out and then maybe in the break go print out all these documents that unfortunately I don't have on my desk.
		I do believe at this point I think Putin's plan is to do a military removal of Zelenskyy.
		And I think that we may start to see that become an offensive front in this month.
		And I do believe that Putin and Russia, that have been basically sitting on this for a year now,
		the phases of this war were, one, go into the eastern parts of Ukraine, liberate the pro-Russian areas
		that have been tortured and tormented by this corrupt Ukrainian regime,
		and by the corrupt Western proxy groups like the Azov Battalion, torturing and tormenting orthodox Russians, traditionalists,
		and pro-Russian areas of Ukraine.
		Putin successfully and rather easily was able to liberate those parts
		using basically scrap materials that were a one-and-done type of thing, like a disposable camera.
		Let's say disposable military equipment.
		And the media, the American media and our politicians would make a joke about how Putin is using old tanks and oh look, the Ukrainians took an abandoned tank and they'd show you a supermodel chick running into a Russian tank.
		Folks, these were old defunct military equipment that it was a one and done.
		Basically, they move it in, complete what they wanted to do, the tank breaks down, they say leave it, we don't want it.
		It's scrap metal now.
		And they, oh, look, oh, they're losing, they're abandoning tanks, all BS. Then they pushed through the Eastern Bloc and farther west into Kershon and other reasons that are basically just flatland, no real strategic advantage, and then drew back as if it was bait to these Ukrainian proxy groups We're good to go.
		And then the proxy groups went right into that like sitting ducks and lost.
		And that was in Kershon, as you see on the map.
		And so then fortifying their fronts on the western area of the eastern blocks that they have occupied and liberated...
		Now they moved in the real military equipment, the real military troops, of which I've heard up to 500,000.
		Some reports are 200,000, anything in between.
		Now it's a bunch of troops.
		They're well-rested. They're well-fed.
		They're well-equipped.
		And they have all brand-new technology and all signs.
		And now even the Western media that's got it all wrong this whole time is saying it looks like Russia's about to go on to an offensive front.
		But to what ends?
		Has been the question.
		And I think it will be to remove Zelensky.
		And I think they've slowly, patiently, methodically, Putin that is, have said we're going to do this as peacefully as we possibly can with as little loss of life as possible.
		But we're going to free the pro-Russia areas of Ukraine.
		And if Zelensky won't resign in this process, then we'll just have to go in and deal with that too.
		And if you think about it, it makes sense.
		Clearly, going back to when Biden was vice president, and really it's back to when he was a senator, but let's not dig up old dinosaur bones, because we have the receipts from when he was vice president, and we have transcripts and recordings of phone calls.
		Where he's basically on the phone with other Ukrainian leaders and prosecutors and he's bribing Ukrainian government to fire prosecutors that are investigating his criminal son.
		They do the regime change and they get their little fascist Zelensky in there who maybe set Trump up with a phone call that they tried to impeach him with and failed.
		But that's another story.
		And so the right move was Zelensky should have resigned.
		And he should have resigned last year, especially after this war kicked off and he soiled himself and there were no signs of a victory for Ukraine anywhere other than for Zelensky to resign.
		And then you could have gotten a real leader in, a real leader voted in legitimately without Western influence and And you could have had deals cut if Trump was president, not Biden, promising NATO would not take over or go into Ukraine and easing up on the pressure applied to Russia.
		And that would have been the starting point to have peace in Ukraine.
		But there was so much corruption and there was so much crime in Ukraine by Joe Biden and other people Western interests and American politicians that they couldn't let that happen because Putin knows all about the Biden family corruption.
		Putin knows all about how corrupt Zelensky is.
		And guess what? So does China.
		So does Saudi Arabia.
		So does Iran. And so does the rest of the real world.
		And Putin, for whatever reason, has just decided he's going to be the guy that stands up to the Western Deep State.
		He's going to be the guy that stands up to the Western Military Industrial Complex.
		Now, the generals and others behind Putin wish he wouldn't be handling this situation with kid gloves, but that was the decision Putin has made, and now we're a year into this, and Zelensky still hasn't resigned.
		So the major Russian front that everybody's predicting now, the mystery of what is the goal, I think it's to get Zelensky out.
		And for whatever reason, Zelensky has put all his faith in the Biden administration to protect him.
		Which is extremely odd.
		But these people are drunk on power, folks.
		So we're going to go down now these headlines about Putin and the situation between Russia and Ukraine.
	Putin vows Ukraine victory as he hails World War II Stalingrad triumph.
	And they are kind of ceremonious with these things.
	Russia has means to fight back.
	President warns U.S. and Europe.
	Putin marks 80th anniversary of Soviet victory in Stalingrad.
	Mike Pompeo, who has plenty of bad takes, but takes the general right approach to this.
	Mike Pompeo, China wants world dominance and is a bigger threat than Vladimir Putin.
	Which, just generally speaking, is right.
	And then even NATO came out.
	But this is just trying to invoke more hatred of Russia, saying...
	If Putin wins in Ukraine, that sends a dangerous message to China.
	And so the big lie here is that somehow Ukraine's fate or Zelensky's fate will equal the fate of the planet or equal your fate.
	And that is just simply untrue.
	That is just simply a lie.
	Now, Zelensky's fate might interrupt the fate of Joe Biden and the corrupt Biden crime family.
	Zelensky's fate might interrupt the fate of NATO and other Western-backed corrupt groups that are defunct and just money laundering operations at this point.
	And literally money laundering operations that people like Joe Biden and others do through Ukraine.
	So yeah, some corrupt criminals' fate is going to be tied to the fate of Ukraine and the fate of Zelensky, absolutely.
	But no, it's not going to send some larger geopolitical message to China that they can go do whatever they want.
	That's not it at all.
	Now, the one message that might be coming out in the smoke is the U.S. is now so weak and pathetic under Joe Biden that China now can do whatever it wants, whether that means going into Taiwan or further going into Hong Kong or whatever.
	But that's just, again, a separate issue.
	Now, Taiwan might affect our bottom line a little bit more But this whole tying Ukraine's fate to your fate or the U.S.'s fate or the world's fate is just bullcrap.
	That's the corrupt globalists that run their criminal operations in Ukraine with Zelensky trying to make you afraid so that you support this proxy war against Russia, which won't be a proxy war much longer at this rate.
	Because nobody in the West seems to be pushing for peace.
	NATO chief warns that Putin winning in Ukraine would signal to China it can achieve its goals through brute force.
	Oh, but the U.S. hasn't been doing that.
	And it used to be the left that complained of the U.S. doing that, but now they just eat up the government slop and war propaganda.
	Ukraine warns a new Russian offensive is imminent as troops amass on the border.
	Putin is not mad, just radically rational, says former French president.
	Now again, so you understand, Vladimir Zelensky is a corrupt little rat.
	He basically works for either the CIA or might even be some form of a bag man for Joe Biden, whose fingerprints and corruption is all over Ukraine.
	Now, I'm not going to belabor this issue because it would take way too long to get into it.
	But I will tell you, there was a great breakdown of this on Tuesday or Wednesday when From Dan Bongino, who literally wrote the book on it, called Joe Biden is a Foreign Agent.
	And he shows you the emails, there's literal transcripts of phone calls, audio of phone calls.
	Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden were running criminal enterprises in Ukraine.
	And when Trump won the election, they started tying off a bunch of loose ends, making what some are interpreting as death threats to Ukrainian officials, basically saying, if you don't cover up these crimes fast, Trump's going to get in there and he's going to find out and you're going to jail.
	And we're talking voicemails, transcripts, emails.
	It's all laid out.
	Now Putin knows all of this.
	And when Trump was in office, Putin knew two things.
	One, Trump didn't have corrupt business dealings in Ukraine that he was going to have to use the U.S. military to protect.
	So that eased Putin's tension on the situation.
	Two, Putin knew that Trump had a similar disposition towards NATO as Putin did.
	And while it would be for different reasons, obviously, Trump not appreciating NATO because they steal all of our money and do nothing to benefit us with it.
	If anything, NATO has hurt us.
	If anything, NATO puts us in a more dangerous position.
	Why would we be funding it?
	Was Trump's attitude, which he was right about.
	And so Putin understood that.
	So Trump just having a rational view and not being a globalist criminal was enough for In that time frame to stop a war in Ukraine.
	But as soon as Biden got back in, everything changed.
	And Putin knew it. Putin knows Zelensky's corrupt.
	Putin knows Biden is corrupt.
	And Putin knows that there is...
	A desire, if not an agenda, to have him removed from office or killed, which is discussed all the time in U.S. media and by U.S. military contractors and globalists, deep staters, neocons, you name it. So in Putin's eyes, he saw no other choice but to act.
	If not for his own self-preservation, but the preservation of Russia.
	And so that's what's really going on in Ukraine.
	And now we sit here on the brink of a gigantic, potentially nuclear war, all because of Western corrupt countries.
	Families like the Bidens, and because of this money laundering operation we call NATO, we put the entire world at stake, the entire world will hang in the balance because of two things that are completely irrelevant to you or I. If NATO disappeared tomorrow, you wouldn't notice a thing.
	If the Biden crime family was arrested and shut down tomorrow, your life would improve.
	But protecting those two things...
	NATO and the Biden crime family protecting those two things, we're going to put that ahead as a priority instead of stopping a war with Russia?

	But that's why the former French president says Putin's not mad, he's just radically rational.
	But see, now this is where the trap comes in, and I may have to continue this on the other side.

		Do you think you could maybe do something about it?
		And we did. We elected Trump.
		And then we did twice.
		And instead we got Biden installed.
		And the world looked at it again and said, darn it.
		The corrupt factions of the U.S. are in power again.
		And they're running their little proxies, Zelensky and Ukraine, protecting their criminal empire.
		And Russia's just had enough.
		And quite frankly, the world has had enough.

		And I don't think the people of Russia hate Americans.

		There are members of the Russian military behind Putin that if Putin dies or Putin leaves, they'll be in power and they won't have the same romance, the same, let's call it, political crush on the West that I believe Putin has in his heart.

		I think it's total truth.

		There's definitely the element of pro-Russia propaganda in there.
		But I would much rather have that be pro-Russia propaganda than something that is going to be used or maybe it ends up being used as a trap against American citizens.
		What am I talking about? Well, everything in that video could be true and real and accurate.
		You might even think it is, like me.

		But most of them were just innocent people rounded up.
		Well, our government's ten times, a hundred times the evil now.
		You don't think they would round up American citizens and throw us into gulags?

		Plus, you just don't want to deal with some ludicrous, insane leftist out there who's going to, you know, start popping off over a vaccine or a mask.
		But, you know, I've learned something.
		I've learned something in the year 2023, and you're absolutely right.
		Not only is the truth movement winning, folks, but the attitude is changing where the people that didn't get the vaccines are the ones looking smart now.

		CDC plot to track the unvaccinated revealed at September 2021 coordination and maintenance committee meeting.

		David Berglund. He works for a federal government committee called the ICD-10 Coordination and Maintenance Committee.
		ICD-10 is this classification system that was actually set up by the WHO, by the World Health Organization.
		And since America is a strip mall labor colony, the CDC is in charge of this.
		And so they are saying this Berglund guy is talking about how the CDC wants them to create new categories that doctors have to mark down for unvaccinated people on their charts.
		That goes to people's insurance companies for billing.
		The CDC has access to this information.
		They can access this information for tracking.
		And this Berglund guy, he really makes it clear that it's all about tracking people.
		And he's reading from a CDC packet where they make it clear that it's about tracking the unvaccinated, tracking the people who are even partially unvaccinated, meaning they didn't get all their boosters.
		And even people who had an adverse incident with the first vaccine, if they don't get the second one, if they don't get the next booster, they still get put into these categories.
		So here he is at his little meeting.
		I can do the topic underimmunization for COVID-19 status if that is alright.
		Let me move to that next.
		We have had interest in coding People who are not immunized for COVID-19, let me display it.
		This is in your topic packet on page 194.
		Let me share this.
		And here's the document in the national file story. So So, during the time of this pandemic with COVID-19, people have now been having immunizations for a number of months, and these provide protection for people who are immunized.
		That's a lie. But there has been interest expressed in being able to track people who are not immunized or who are only partially immunized.
		And at the current time, there can be considered to be a significant modifiable risk factor for morbidity and for mortality, and it can be of interest for clinical reasons as well as being of value for public health reasons to be able to track this.
		NCHS is therefore proposing creation of codes related to people being unvaccinated for COVID-19 and for being partially vaccinated for COVID-19.
		This is proposed for early implementation on April 1, 2022.
		Therefore, comments are requested by October 15 of 2021.
		That would be approximately one month from now.
		Just to look at how this would fit and where we would locate it in the classification.
		We're looking at the tabular modifications being proposed here.
		We have a category Z28, immunization not carried out, and underimmunization status.
		Z28.3 is underimmunization status.
		We would propose to create a new sub-subcategory Z28.31 for underimmunization for COVID-19 status.
		And within that, we would propose to create two codes, a Z28.310 for unvaccinated for COVID-19, and a Z28.311 for partially vaccinated for COVID-19.
		And then we would also create an additional new code, Z28.39, for other underimmunization status, which would be used for the other current purposes that Z28.3 is being used for at this time.
		So those are the proposed changes.
		One question that might be asked is, what if someone just said underimmunization for COVID-19?
		And I would propose we could index that to the Z28.311, although we do not show that in this.
		But I'd be interested in comments on that also.
		Let me open things up.

		Not only you have government bodies with the desire, will, and practice of tracking U.S. citizens.
		I mean, that alone should send chills up your spine.
		But the fact that it was all over a lie, Patrick, it was all over a lie that the vaccines worked.
		So they used a lie to track and trace American citizens.
unidentified		Even Deborah Birx has admitted that she didn't think the vaccines were going to work.
		I mean, these people are getting scared.

		And they want the digital dollar.
		In the case of the financial collapse, you see Goldman Sachs mass laying off people.

		Microsoft. BuzzFeed, Vox Media.
		You see these things laying off people.
		And you see this recent FDIC meeting where they were really scared.
		Gary Cohn was there. These regulators, they were really scared that they were going to lose control of the information in the case of a 2008-style financial collapse.
		And so now the New York Fed, in collaboration with Wells Fargo, which banned white people from getting home loans, and some other major financial institutions are pilot-testing the digital dollar.
		They're putting the digital dollar in pilot tests right now.
		And so they want a digital dollar if the financial collapse happens, because there's not really going to be able to be a bailout situation.
		There might be a bail in.
		Dodd-Frank actually emboldened the banks to do what they call a bail in, which is just where they basically take people's money.
		They take the deposits right out.
		So they're getting scared that people are going to make a run on the banks to try to get their money out, in which case the banks are just finished because America gave all the money to Ukraine.
		$111 billion within less than a year in foreign aid to Ukraine.
		America doesn't have the money to bail out the banks.
		Okay? They are actually going to fail in a real way if people make a run and get their money out.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, I was going to say, if people want a better analogy or understanding of this, because, look, I don't claim to be a financial expert, but basically...
		Probably at every single bank.
		I mean, I won't make a blanket assumption here, but probably most banks, if they had a bank run like the FTX situation where everybody tried to pull their money out and the money wasn't there, that would pretty much be the case with almost every main banking institution in the U.S. Correct.
unidentified		And the FDIC insures, I think there's something like $9 trillion in deposits in America, in bank deposits.
		Of that, about $6 trillion of it is insured.
		But the FDIC, which is the insurance entity, only has a tiny fraction of that money in reserve.
		They simply cannot bail out, you know...
		All of these people, if everybody loses everything in a financial collapse, but you know what?
		In a financial collapse scenario, maybe the people could be free.
		Maybe the people, maybe the economy will be cleansed of this banker manipulation.

		Now, what do you do?
		Well, in every other state where they're used to winter weather, like where I'm from in Missouri, what they do is they cut the branches above the power lines.
		Wow! Now, they are supposed to do that in Austin.
		Because, you know, it's not just ice storms.
		Any storm can take down trees and branches and take out power.
		One of the leading causes, actually, is branches falling and taking out wires.
		Now, why the city of Austin never addresses this and leaves gigantic trees and branches over power lines, that's the question that should be being asked.
		But because liberals want to lie about it and turn it into a climate change propaganda effort, they don't want to address the actual cause, which is the branches, frozen, falling over on power lines.
