Ladies and gentlemen, I've got a bit of a light news desk today
Ladies and gentlemen, I've got a bit of a light news desk today because I was down at
the Texas Capitol all morning and afternoon at the Texans for Vaccine Choice event.
We may have some HD footage for that coming up on the broadcast, but it is no matter because
the big issue I'm going to be covering in the first hour, it's not going to be about
the headlines.
And I do have some great guests coming up today as well.
But first, there's some moving and shaking in DC.
There's definitely some new vibrations, let's say.
And well, Adam Schiff, it doesn't really like what he's seeing or feeling.
Now, this is the man that lied about Trump-Russia collusion.
This is the man who claimed multiple times during congressional hearings that he had evidence of Trump colluding with Russia.
He has yet to produce that evidence, and the media has not asked him to produce that evidence because they know he lied.
He never had that evidence.
But with all these problems...
Schiff has been booted from the intel community and Kevin McCarthy is not budging and not hedging when it comes to the media attacks on this issue.
Here's McCarthy unloading on his decision to boot Schiff from the intel committee in clip four.
unidentified
Intel committee.
kevin mccarthy
Is Sancho's on the intel committee?
Am I allowing Schiff to be on other committees?
Go right ahead. First, everybody, thank you.
unidentified
Because you have direct power over who goes on intelligence, but you also will be able to praise for your whole house for taking off other Democrats, perhaps Representative Omar.
But you have said that lying to us is something that means you should be removed from the intelligence committee.
But why is it not a factor?
Well, let me be very- This is a man who should not be on committee.
It's something you do have power over.
He's got elected by his district.
Okay, let me be very clear and respectful to you.
kevin mccarthy
You ask me a question.
When I answer it, it's the answer to your question.
You don't get to determine whether I answer your question or not, okay?
In all respect. Thank you.
No, no. Let's answer her question.
You just raised a question.
I'm going to be very clear with you.
The intel committee is different.
You know why? Because what happens in the intel committee, you don't know.
What happens in the intel committee of the secrets that are going on in the world, Other members of Congress don't know.
What did Adam Schiff do as the chairman of the Intel Committee?
What Adam Schiff did, use his power as a chairman and lie to the American public.
Even the inspector general said it.
When Devin Nunes put out a memo, he said it was false.
When we had a laptop, he used it before an election to read politics and say that it was false and said it was the Russians.
When he knew different, when he knew the intel, if you talk to John Radcliffe, DNI. He came out ahead of time and says there's no intel to prove that, and he used his position as chairman, knowing he has information the rest of America does not, and lied to the American public.
When a whistleblower came forward, he said he did not know the individual, even though his staff had met with him and set it up.
So no, he does not have a right to sit on that.
But I will not be like Democrats and play politics with these, where they removed Republicans from committees and all committees.
So yes, he can serve on a committee, but he will not serve on intel because it goes to the national security of America.
And I will always put them first, alright?
And if you want to talk about Swalwell, let's talk about Swalwell.
Because you have not had the briefing that I had.
I had the briefing and Nancy Pelosi had the briefing from the FBI. The FBI never came before this Congress to tell the leadership of this Congress that Eric Swalwell Had a problem with a Chinese spy until he served on Intel.
So it wasn't just us who were concerned about it.
The FBI was concerned about putting a member of Congress on the Intel Committee that has the rights to see things that others don't because of his knowledge and relationship with a Chinese spy.
They brought it to the works of the leaders.
I've got that briefing. So I do not believe he should sit on that committee.
And I believe there's 200 other Democrats that can serve on that committee.
So this has nothing to do with Santos.
Santos is not on the Intel Committee.
But you know what? Those voters elected Schiff, even though he lied.
Those voters elected Swalwell, even though he lied to the American public too.
So you know what? I'll respect his voters too, and they'll serve on committees, but they will not serve on a place that has national security reverence because integrity matters to me.
That's the answer to your question.
owen shroyer
All right. Kevin McCarthy.
I think Adam Schiff's eyebrows are scorched after that.
unidentified
The second.
Ladies and gentlemen, it is Wednesday, November 3rd.
It's Wednesday, January 25th, 2023.

This is the InfoWars War Room, brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
I'm your host, Owen Schroer, with you for the next three hours.
I've got a bit of a light news desk today, but that's no matter.
I was at an event at the Texas Capitol today.
This is good news.
Texas Republicans, Texas state legislatures, and the Travis County GOP are now recognizing The Texans for vaccine choice, which just overall is a larger movement, just people against mandatory vaccines, medical tyranny, generally speaking.
And we are now having, we have serious ground in our respected voter block here in Texas now.
Which brings me to the three big issues, and I'm going to explain here.
Look, I've got a stack of political news, just the typical news.
We've got the typical news. We've got a couple great guests coming up today as well.
But I'm going to take the three big issues and I'm going to tell you what's really going on here.
And the three big issues are the COVID vaccines and all the people dying from them and the lies they're still telling and the promotion and everything.
And that's a big issue.
And that's just kind of sitting over here, though, as a main issue.
Then there's the Biden document issue, which, oh, is it a distraction?
Is it real?
Is it blackmail? Is it a political anvil over his head?
But no, actually, I am now convinced that it's not just the real deal, but it also has a lot to do beyond what we thought originally with what Joe Biden is doing in Ukraine.
And so I'm going to do my best to try and tie this all together in the first hour before my guests join me.
And we also may be having some HD footage from the event today from the Capitol with speakers like Del Bigtree and nurses and doctors and Republican representatives and all this great stuff.
Truly good news, big turnout.
I'd love to see it. So we've really won the culture war.
We've really won the information war on the issue of vaccines and specifically the COVID vaccines.
And I've got more, the sudden deaths and the dying.
Also, I think I've reached a conclusion in the DeMar Hamlin saga that has continued to raise questions on the internet.
I think I've reached my conclusion on what's going on with that.
May bring that up later as well.
But... I'm going to just...
I'm going to generally kind of lay what I'm going to get into out here and then really come back and try to do a deep dive and explain how the war in Ukraine ties into the Biden documents.
Because there's a lot of information that's not just coming out now, but there's a lot of information that has actually been out for years, but now we're starting to connect the dots.
And of course, it's the same groups...
That we're all deep, embedded, and involved in the Trump-Russia collusion hoax and spying on Donald Trump, which Donald Trump is reeling and railing about today.
So we've got all of that.
But let me just kind of generally speaking tell you the situation that I'm now convinced we're in when it comes to Biden, the documents, and the situation in Ukraine.
There are still good people at the FBI. There is, even though they're outnumbered, I would guess, and obviously they have very little, if any, influence on leadership, there are still good people left at the FBI. And so we heard this week about an agent, an ex-agent, Charles McGonigal, Who was all involved in the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, Spygate hoax.
Who's all involved in Democrat Party politics.
He's in Biden emails.
He's all over the place.
And he's now been arrested for involvement with Russians.
You cannot make this stuff up.
So it's the same ex-FBI agent that was all over the Trump-Russia hoax and Spygate and a bunch of other deep state stuff who's now gone down for colluding with Russia for just lack of a better word we'll say colluding with Russia.
Well it turns out this guy he's involved in all kinds of stuff.
Now what does this have to do with the Biden documents?
Well according to reports that are They've been around for years, out of the Washington Post, out of the New York Times, about ongoing investigations into McGonagall.
Now we're getting more information publicly about it.
This investigation into this individual has been going on for years.
And it is believed that either McGonagall...
Or one of his associates is cooperating with an investigation that may have led to the revealing or the, hey, look over there for Biden documents phenomenon that we've now seen become a major story.
So I don't think it's a distraction.
I don't think...
It's a controlled opposition thing.
I think it's real.
I think there's a small number, maybe even just one FBI agent who was following this
Charles McGonigal case, who's gotten somebody to flip, who gave over the information on
the Biden documents dealing with Ukraine and Albania and Russia and China and so much other
stuff.
These are all old news reports.
The New York Times, Washington Post, they've all written about it.
But see, they try to make it all about Hunter Biden.
That's the distraction.
Hunter Biden was just a rat hole.
Hunter Biden was just the bag man for Joe Biden.
And we're getting a better idea of this.
So why am I now convinced that the Biden documents scandal is actually the real deal and not
a controlled opposition?
Well, why would they come out and say Mike Pence had classified documents now?
That's the cover. They're now running cover for Biden with Mike Pence.
So ladies and gentlemen, Joe Biden, with his son and brother, has been caught red-handed as a foreign agent, unregistered, selling political power and influence Whether it be from the White House as a Vice President or now as the President.
And Charles McGonigal, who was all deep in the original collusion hoax and Spygate issue, has been investigated for years on this and it would appear is cooperating and maybe even flipping and giving intel.
And even this is the headline on the Gateway Pundit from the Tucker Carlson show last night.
If I could put it into a small sentence.
Go the other way on that screen for me, please, guys.
Keep going. There it is.
This really is a scandal.
It's about Ukraine and it's about the Biden family stream of influence.
Tucker Carlson on Hunter and Joe Biden's crimes.
Now, look. There are FBI whistleblowers giving information or what they can.
I mean, probably to Tucker Carlson.
I don't know that for sure, but I know for sure they're giving information to other members of the media, to conservative members of the media.
And I can also tell you that the Washington Post and the New York Times are following this story and have been reporting on this story.
The big thing is that they've been making it about Hunter Biden Trying to avoid the Joe Biden story, which is what it is.
So what does this have to do with what's going on in Ukraine?
Well, as you know, whenever there's a massive political corruption story breaking, whether it's Bill Clinton or now Joe Biden, they launch a massive war to distract from it.
So ladies and gentlemen, the American people...
The United States of America is about to be dragged down into a war because Joe Biden is about to be exposed as a criminal foreign agent.
Kind of a big deal.
You know, I've got all this information in my head, but it's such a tangled web.
I'm just... I'm either concerned I'm not going to be eloquent enough in the explanation for you to understand, or it's just so overwhelming...
Like it is for me, it's just like, you know, it's taking too big of a bite, you can't even swallow it.
So let me just get into the situation now that's happening in Ukraine that the mainstream media won't tell you about.
It's clear at this point in time that Vladimir Zelensky is a complete narcissistic sociopath, perhaps even psychotic.
And he's already gotten hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians killed.
And he's about to send the Ukrainian people down a blood-red river if this madman is not stopped or removed from power.
And the U.S. loves it because Biden gets to distract from his scandals.
The military-industrial complex gets to make billions of dollars.
And Western influence continues to be peddled throughout Eastern Europe.
Where NATO and Russia are about to basically have a standoff.
But at this point, it's pretty clear.
Zelensky is either blackmailed or controlled completely by the CIA, or he's getting paid off, or there's some reason why Zelensky is doing this, and it is not for Ukraine.
It is not for the Ukrainian people.
He is selling them out.
He is selling them out.
He has sold them out.
And he's made, of course, hundreds of billions of U.S. dollars in the process.
But as we've discussed previously, we've now hit the period of time.
This is why you're hearing about the tanks.
U.S. will supply M1 tanks to Ukraine as Germany approves leopards.
And just to focus on that for a second, folks, you've got to understand, none of these other European countries wanted to be involved with this.
The generals in Germany have been rejecting this for months.
Poland and the United States have been begging Germany to get involved militarily and send military equipment to Ukraine for months and Germany's been rejecting it.
Well, they finally have convinced them and it's believed the deal was the U.S. is going to send more equipment, the U.S. is going to send more tanks, and then Germany will basically match that.
After months of begging and pleading, that deal has finally gone down.
So... The truth is that the U.S. tanks that are getting sent over there are probably mostly going to be boneyard tanks, meaning either decommissioned or will probably be left on the battlefield.
Like the first couple waves of the Russian advancement into Ukraine, that was just scraps, boneyard equipment, most of it just left to die in Ukraine after they had finished it.
And then you've got all these social media people and they all go up And these media people go up and they sit in a Russian tank and they, look, we defeated the Russians.
We stole the Russian tank. Look.
No, the Russians left it there.
They don't want it anymore. They finished using it.
It's dead to them. And then the media says, look, Russians losing.
Look, Ukrainians took a Russian tank.
Complete lies. Just total propaganda.
No, the Russians now have thousands of tanks lined up Moving towards the border of Ukraine, surrounding Moscow, moving to Belarus, in southern Ukraine, in eastern Ukraine, in northern Ukraine.
They've got the total military strategic advantage.
All Ukraine has at this point is basically Poland.
And hoping that America still funds its war and arms its war.
And for whatever reason, the Polish people are nuts.
They got their own history with Russia.
It's bad blood. Poland has been begging for this war with Russia as well.
So they got their own problems there.
And what is likely to happen is that this new military equipment, they're going to try to bring it in from Poland...
And Russia is going to try to strategically get itself set up so when these shipments and arms arrive, they're just going to blow them to kingdom come.
Now maybe that's what the U.S. wants.
Maybe that's what Ukraine wants as the ignition point to kick off this larger war.
But, I mean, look, there it is.
The Kremlin is even telling you, you send these tanks in, we're blowing them up the next day.
Like, it's not even a debate.
Everyone knows this. I tell you, this is full-blown, mad, psychotic scientist behavior.
Now, again, understand...
This is not just the military-industrial complex getting its way.
This is not just another proxy war, folks.
There are serious issues in Ukraine and Russia in that region that, quite frankly, the U.S. should have nothing to do with.
But Biden needs a distraction.
The White House needs a distraction because Biden has now been caught as an illegal foreign agent selling U.S. influence and power.
But let me just step back from that and get back to the issue.
So finally, with Polish begging and American making a deal, Germany says, we'll send in the tanks.
The Ukrainians really, again, folks, the U.S. tanks that are going to be sent over there, it's probably going to be a burden more than anything.
What they really wanted was the Leopard tanks.
What they really wanted was the German tanks.
That's what they really wanted. And so, somehow, someway, the U.S., Poland, Zelensky convinced Germany to finally give over those tanks.
And my guess is it's because they now know, as we've been telling you, the Russians have been waiting strategically for winter to set in.
That's when they feel it's their best time for their advancement, when winter sets in and it's as cold as it is going to get and the ground is hard.
And maybe to a lesser extent, but still real, you're about to go into a lunar phase in that region of Ukraine where there's going to be little visibility for about the next two to three weeks.
With little visibility at night, little light coming from the moon.
So they can move under the dark of night until they start to get a little more lunar activity with light coming from the moon.
So they know this is happening.
They know Russia is about to mount this.
Also, as we told you, and remember how the media was saying, oh, look, Russia's losing.
They gave up Kharkov.
They gave up Kherson.
Oh, how funny is that?
Because actually what they did was strategically...
There is no reason for them to be stationed there strategically.
It's basically you're an open target.
It's like walking into war wearing a fluorescent pink, yellow, orange vest.
So no, Russia pulled back from those areas and then either the Ukrainians or whoever's running their army is either this stupid or Russia perfectly baited them.
So then they moved into those regions and you know what happened?
They got blown up. They got massacred.
And now Russia, after...
Baiting the Ukrainian army into that target zone, destroying them, is now moving forward again.
So the Ukrainian army's been devastated.
Their troops are running out of ammunition.
They're running out of food.
They're running out of fuel.
They're begging the U.S. and Germany to get involved, as is Poland, I think just because it hates Russia.
And the Biden administration is loving all of it because it's distracting from the massive crimes that are about to be exposed from the Biden crime family.
And at this point, folks, it almost feels inevitable, and I think the Democrats know it.
And how beautiful is it, talk about karma, that the only reason any of this corruption in the Bidens Was ever found out or the loose threads ever tugged on by the FBI was because of this individual's involvement in the Trump-Russia collusion hoax and Spygate.
So that's what's going on.
And the U.S. leadership with Joe Biden is so psychotic with Zelensky that they might actually end up starting a larger war with Russia just so they can get away with all their stolen loot.
I almost got physically sick seeing three corrupt criminal men, Joe Biden, Anthony Blinken, who was involved in Joe Biden's foreign agent operations, Specifically, the documents found at the Penn Biden Center, and then Lloyd Austin, who's just turned the military into a communist embarrassment, into a woketopian left embarrassment.
Is that intentional? Did Lloyd Austin and General Milley sabotage our military intentionally?
But that's Joe Biden announcing the big tank announcement today, which is, it's all a farce, folks.
It's all a farce. It's all a giant farce.
And it's truly disgusting what our politicians and our media are engaged in.
The lies about the war in Ukraine.
The lies about the situation and the events leading to the wars in Ukraine.
And it's almost like this.
And Colonel McGregor, in a recent interview, put it perfectly.
He said, you know, I don't have to walk up to an American in the streets and convince them that Germany is not run by Nazis anymore.
Right? Everybody understands that.
I don't have to go out in the streets and have a debate about whether Nazis are still running Germany.
Everybody knows that's done.
That's over with. We're not concerned about Nazis in Germany anymore.
So why is it that people don't understand that Russia is not the oppressive communist regime anymore either?
Why is that not understood?
I don't have to convince you about Nazis in Germany.
You know that's not the case. Why are people still under this illusion that oppressive communism is still running through Russia?
Why? Because the media's lied to you.
Why? Because your politicians have lied to you.
It's all an act. It's all a hoax.
So I've laid out what's going to be upcoming in And I either say what I said yesterday of false flag imminent, or they're going to try to run these tanks into Ukraine, through Poland probably, and the minute they touch Ukrainian ground,
Russia's going to blow them up.
And maybe that's what they want so that they can launch a war with Russia.
It's either that or they're going to do a false flag to launch a war with Russia.
I just don't see it going any other way.
There is nobody calling for peace.
There is nobody calling for peace talks, a summit, a detente, nothing.
War is what they want.
That is clear. The only individual leader involved in this calling for peace and negotiations, as has been the whole time, is Vladimir Putin.
But now that ship has sailed.
And he said, we've tried to make peace.
We've tried to tell you our terms.
We're trying to save lives here.
But Ukraine is not going to become a part of NATO. Ukraine is not going to be influenced by modern Westernism of gay flags and trans kids and the military-industrial complex and the stealing of all of your money.
And the Epstein sex networks and all that crap.
Say what you want about Putin.
He doesn't want that in Russia.
And he doesn't want that in Ukraine.
And neither do the Ukrainian people.
But see, they have to deal with CIA coups there.
And they have to deal with synthetic leaders like Zelensky.
But again... What business does the U.S. have in Ukraine?
Why is Lindsey Graham?
Why is Sheldon Whitehouse?
Why is Sidney Blumenthal? Why are all these politicians telling you how important it is to fund Ukraine?
Why are they all telling you how big of a deal it is that we need to go to Ukraine?
Basically, Ukraine is more important than America is what they'd have you believe.
Because their actions would signal that.
Why? Because it's their operation.
It's their vassal state.
It's their proxy state.
And they don't want Russia to take it back.
They don't want Russia to stop all their criminal enterprises there.
But in this moment, more than anything...
Because how big is it, folks?
How big is it? If Joe Biden goes down for being a criminal foreign agent...
That's not where this thing stops.
That's not where this thing stops at all.
There are way too many people out there telling the truth.
There is way too big of a media spectrum that is going to be all over this.
They won't be able to just cover this up and bury the story with Joe Biden.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
Not after they all supported him.
Not after they all told you he was the good guy, he was the clean one, he was always above board, all of them.
The Republicans, the Democrats, the deep state, the FBI, the media.
Just like with the vaccines.
All their lies about the vaccines.
Why can't they come out and be honest about it now?
Because they are covered in the lies and the blood.
Same thing with Biden.
Why won't they just come out and admit that Biden is the criminal we always knew he was?
Because they're the ones covered in the lies.
And the theft protecting the Biden crime family.
So, I don't know where this goes from here, but it's real, folks.
Now, there's no doubt Biden is being protected by the deep state.
Don't get me wrong. There is no doubt that Biden is being protected by the deep state and the FBI and everybody else involved.
Absolutely 100%.
But I think there's enough good guys at the FBI, at least running this investigation, that there's just no way they can cover this up.
Now, they already have covered it up because they don't talk about it.
That's the cover-up. They never talk about it.
And perhaps that's just their plan moving forward.
But they would love to have Joe Biden up there as the strong man fighting Russia.
And they want that image instead of Joe Biden, the face, the image of the deep state, a foreign agent, a criminal.
And here's kind of a generalization of why the situation we're in now is different than perhaps what may have been similar situations in the past.
Folks, our leadership is not competent criminals.
And I don't say that to be complimentary, but...
You're not dealing with the Brzezinski's and the Kissinger's and the Bushes that are competent criminals.
You're dealing with Joe Biden, an incompetent fool.
You're dealing with Lloyd Austin.
You're dealing with Anthony Blinken.
You're dealing with Karine Jean-Pierre.
This is a clown squad.
And that's how bad it's gotten in D.C. That's how bad it's gotten and how criminal it's gotten in D.C. That complete boobs and morons like Joe Biden can be one of the most corrupt politicians in our country and he's a known plagiarist.
He's a known liar.
He's a known pedophile.
And he can sit there and he can do all of it because that's how clownish it's got.
But it's so bad now, folks, that it's done.
It's over. This is the end of the line for the deep state.
This is the end of the line for the criminals that have been running this country.
This is truly it. That doesn't mean it's over.
That doesn't mean that, oh, we can celebrate now.
No, that means they're about to take us to war and they're about to do everything they can to cover up all their crimes and hopefully hoping that they get away with it all.
And it's not just Joe Biden.
That's what I'm explaining. Blinken is involved in this.
Austin is involved in this.
Milley is involved in this.
And if you don't think for one second, oh, well, the Clintons and Hillary, she's off the map now, and Bruce and Nellie Orr, they're off the map now, and Fusion GPS, they're off the map now.
unidentified
No! No!
owen shroyer
They are just as deep into this corruption as Joe Biden is.
And they know if Biden goes down and people pull the threads of ex-agent Charles McGonigal, it's going to lead right to Hillary Clinton.
It's going to lead right to James Comey.
And they all know it.
This is real. The Biden document scandal is real.
They're trying to cover it up by saying, oh, Pence had him too.
They're trying to cover it up by telling you Russia's the boogeyman.
We're fighting Russia. No.
Putin is not my problem.
Joe Biden is.
Putin is not the criminal against the United States.
Joe Biden is. You're not going to distract us.
And pray for the good people left at the FBI, folks.
Seriously. Pray for the good people at the FBI that are exposing this.
Alright, a little late getting back from the break.
I'm literally running around here.
We got some other special projects we're working on.
And I'm really looking forward to showing you.
But let me just do this.
I've been on air for almost an hour.
And... Haven't let you know how to support us.
I'm down at an event.
We may have the footage ready for this by the end of the show.
If not, you can find it on band.video tonight.
I'm down at the Texas Capitol today.
Beautiful day in Austin. With great speakers like Del Bigtree and others, including our local state representatives here in Texas as well.
unidentified
Good to see that. Dozens of them.
owen shroyer
Not just a small handful.
There's a unification here in Texas.
Texans for vaccine choice.
Now, I'm out there and doing some interviews, getting some clips of the speakers, looking at all the people there, you know, shaking some hands, taking some pictures.
And it's the same old story, though.
Where's the mainstream media?
Not there.
Not there. Now, if there would have been a...
At the Texas Capitol today for vaccine mandates, mainstream media would have been there telling you how great it is because they know how they get their bread buttered.
They know how to get that cash.
But when it's an anti-vaccine event, when it's a conservative event, mainstream media not interested.
And I knew that would be the case.
And so I said, we're going to go down there and we're going to film this and we're going to bring light to this and we're going to make sure it makes some rounds in the media.
But see, that's part of the reason why InfoWars is so important, ladies and gentlemen.
So we can be out there filming this stuff, documenting this stuff, giving you the truth about this stuff, where the mainstream media either just doesn't show up, or if they do show up, they lie to you about it.
So that's why it's important for InfoWars to be on air and shows like this to be on air.
And it's your support at InfoWarsStore.com that makes it possible.
I'm excited. Back in stock.
Ultimate Bone Broth Plus Primal Human Nutrition.
Chocolate flavored.
Infowarsstore.com.
25% off.
And this is part of the ingredients for my protein shake after a workout.
Now, unfortunately, the Ultimate Bone Broth had been sold out for over a year, but it's back in stock and 25% off at InfoWarsStore.com.
So if you're like me and you like the bone broth in the protein shake after a workout, it's back at InfoWarsStore.com.
Ultimate Bone Broth, 25% off.
Your support there helps keep us on the air so we can be out there at events like we were at today, sharing that information, getting the truth out where everybody else no-shows.
There were some other independent media people out there, but again, the mainstream press, which is literally across the street from the Capitol.
All the local news is right there across the street from the Capitol.
They just no-show for events like this.
Not even curious. Don't even poke their head out.
If the Democrat Party doesn't tell them to be there, they don't show up.
But InfoWars was there thanks to your support at InfoWarsStore.com.
All right. You know, I'm sure my breakdown was extremely clunky in the last three segments of what's going on with the Biden documents and the FBI investigation into the deep state and foreign agents and how it ties to Biden and the distraction that they want you to be looking at the war in Ukraine that Biden's about to pop off.
And Zelensky's about to pop off.
But, you know, again, I'll just to kind of put a final bow on it so I can move on to some other news here.
The Biden document scandal is real.
The Pence coming out with the classified documents thing is a cover.
The Biden administration wants you to be distracted from this giant, massive criminal corruption scam that the Bidens were running with Joe and Hunter and his brother and others They want you to be distracted with the war in Ukraine, which is getting serious, folks.
Look, Biden knows he'll be fine.
We go to war, he's got security.
He'll be fine.
He's got bunkers.
But you, well, maybe you might not be so lucky.
So sure, Biden, the deep state, they don't care if they pop off a war with Russia.
They'll be fine.
They got bunkers, security.
They'll be good. But you, I don't know.
And when we're so used to the idea that war will never touch our soil, and that's partly thanks to the Second Amendment, partly thanks to our geolocation and our situation there, but definitely thanks to the Second Amendment, nobody wants to come in here and do a land invasion of Americans.
I don't even think the Russians want that.
But the Russians do have supersonic missiles and pocket nukes, and we got a wide open southern border too, by the way, in case you didn't know.
So, no, this is a very serious situation.
And the world, and this is where the American media is really letting you down, the world has moved on from the corrupt politics of the United States.
I just don't think this is properly understood by the American people.
We are looked at as complete clowns with people like Joe Biden and Kamala Harris by the international community.
And even if people in the international community thought Putin was a bad guy, They at least view Putin with respect, and they at least view Putin as somebody that is transparent in his communications of what he wants to do.
They do not have that same respect for Biden.
The entire international community looks at the U.S. now as a bunch of corrupt scumbag liars because of Joe Biden.
That's where we're at now.
And that's part of the reason why, and I may have this debate coming up with Brendan Dilley, That's part of the reason why I still support Trump.
Just because I don't think there's another president that can put us back where we need to be on the international community aside from Donald Trump.
There's no one else that has that respect.
There's no one else that demands that reverence.
There's no one else that has that star power, I'll even say, except Donald Trump.
DeSantis just doesn't have it.
DeSantis, great. I think I like him more domestically.
His vaccine stance is all the leverage over Trump.
But DeSantis can't put America back where it needs to be in the international community like Trump can.
And Trump can do it just by showing up overnight.
And we are just, we are in the gutter now, thanks to Joe Biden.
So there's a reason why all these other European countries and NATO and the EU have been so hesitant to jump into this war in Ukraine, folks.
They don't want it. This is Biden.
This is the West.
This is the deep state. And this goes back years, by the way.
Folks, they knew.
They knew. It's all going to come out eventually.
They knew at least two years ago that Joe Biden was a foreign agent.
It's going to come out. It's not, oh, they found the documents in...
Yeah, that's true.
They knew about this years in advance.
The investigation into Charles McGonigal and Hunter Biden started years ago.
And so I wouldn't even put it so far past this corrupt administration.
They, even years ago, knew this investigation was ongoing.
They, even years ago, knew the Biden crime family was about to be exposed.
And that's why they wanted to get involved with the war in Ukraine right out of the gates.
Because that's an old hat thing to do, using war to distract from your political corruption.
They saw it coming. That's how bad this is.
And we're not talking about Afghanistan or Iraq.
Nothing against those people that got devastated by the lies of our military-industrial complex and the politicians they control.
No, this is Russia.
And this is a Russia that has the support of the international community.
We're the dogs now.
We're the bad guys now.
We're the jokes. We're the clowns.
We're the immature. We're the punks.
Thanks to Joe Biden.
So sure, we've got a little rat, Zelensky, over there making us look like the good guy in all this.
But everybody knows we're not.
Nobody has respect for Joe Biden.
It's a complete farce.
And I feel bad for the Ukrainian people that are basically being put in the crosshairs now because of Zelensky and Biden.
I feel bad, of course, for us, the American people, that are now looking at potentially...
I mean... You know, they had all this stuff about the Cold War and Russia, and they'd make kids get under their desks and all this stuff.
That was all fear-mongering. Folks, this is real now.
I'm not saying Russia's going to nuke us tomorrow.
I'm saying this is the most real international foreign tension with a serious world superpower or congregation of world superpowers that the U.S. have ever faced.
And the media's not telling you anything.
And it's like, oh, they moved the doomsday clock up.
Like, oh, see, it's getting close.
So it's like, they're telling you it's really bad, but it's kind of like a joke.
Oh, like, you're in control, America.
Biden's in control. Are you kidding me?
You think Joe Biden has a clue what's going on?
Other than to cover up his own ass and his son's ass and his brother's ass for their criminal corruption?
You think Lloyd Austin?
You think Jake Sullivan?
You think... Blinken?
You think these guys are in control?
These are goons.
These are clowns.
These are dunces. Thanks to Tom Fitton, Judicial Watch, Project Veritas, Elon Musk, we now see...
How the mainstream media, its liberal left Democrat media, collude with the Democrat Party, with the deep state, with the White House to censor its opposition.
James O'Keefe caught up to one of these scumbags, Adam Goldman, and caught up to him on the streets and it went beautifully.
unidentified
Here it is. I'm here with a national security reporter for the New York Times who can't answer the question about whether...
owen shroyer
Hey, let me ask. Let me ask.
unidentified
Let me ask. Change something. Change. You're filming them, buddy.
You can't even use them. You can't. Your hand's shaking.
owen shroyer
Look how scared he is. Look how scared he is.
unidentified
He's so scared. Goldman's a terrible writer.
While I'm holding the search warrant, I get a text message from the New York Times.
The New York Times is working with the FBI. And Adam Goldman left during Paul's closing argument.
He wants to leave before any of y'all can catch up with him.
It makes perfect sense to me.
So Adam, when you were in the grocery store, did you buy some mushrooms?
Because I know you like mushrooms, because like you, they grow in the dark.
Did you get the mushrooms? Did you get the mushrooms, punk?
What are you talking about? Did you get mushrooms at the grocery store?
No. Because like you, they grow in the dark.
Since you don't know how to write, I got your writing copies for dummies.
Goldman, Goldman's terrible.
He's a really good reporter and editors do what I'm writing for.
He's a terrible writer. I also got you a t-shirt that said, I love the FBI. Now, Adam, I want to tell you something.
Do you know that we got emails between New York Times reporters and the Department of Justice?
What is your comment about that?
Look at me when I'm talking to you.
Look me in the eye when I'm talking to you.
Oh, you have nothing to say.
Remember when you came into the federal courthouse?
Remember that? And you talked to me, but you don't talk to me now.
You know why? Because there's a camera recording.
You don't like accountability, do you?
Why do you do the bidding of the federal government, Adam?
Why are you one of the only journalists in the United States who likes the fact that the FBI raids journalists?
Does that give you pleasure?
Does that please you?
Why do you hate the First Amendment?
You gonna call your editor? Are you scared that we have your emails?
Yeah. Think it's funny when the government takes a battering ram to the door of journalists?
You think that's funny?
I'm sorry, what's your name? You think that's funny?
What's your name? You're the one being interviewed here, brother.
Are you a journalist? How does sunlight feel, buddy?
Can you tell me your name? How does sunlight feel?
That's right. What's your name? James Olino.
Do you typically follow people?
Is that what you do? You stalk people?
Yeah. James, do you stalk people?
I don't work in symbiosis with the federal government.
Hey, James! Do you stalk me? Did you follow me in my house, James?
I don't work in... Did you surveil me, James?
Is that what you did? Look at this.
You surveilled me, James? Look at this. Nice work, James.
Nice work, Adam Goldman.
You came into my federal courthouse and you talked to me then, but you won't talk to me now.
Why not? Because you're afraid of sunlight?
You punk! You punk!
You work in concert.
Do you support battering rams against journalists?
Yes or no? Answer the question.
It should be an easy question, Mr.
Goldman. Do you support battering rams against journalists?
Go ahead. I'm here with a national security reporter for the New York Times who can't answer the question about whether...
Hey, let me ask. Let me ask.
Let me ask something. James. You're filming them, buddy.
You can't even use it. You can't. Your hand's shaking.
Look how scared he is. Look how scared he is.
He's so scared. James, how long...
James, did you... James, that's funny.
He's shaking. He's shaking.
Hey, James, did you answer a question? He can't even hold the camera still.
Hey, how long... How long do you disavail me, James?
I just landed 15 minutes ago.
owen shroyer
How long did you surveil my house and family, James?
unidentified
I landed 15 minutes ago.
You've really been waiting to get me for a long time.
I'm an investigative reporter, unlike you.
You're a government stooge. Hey, James, how long have you been following me?
You're a government agent, do you understand?
James, how long have you been following me?
Fedboee. How long?
Fedboee. Look at this guy.
Look how scared you are.
How does sunlight feel?
Does it feel good? Is it cleansing?
You guys call this content? Like a baptism?
owen shroyer
Get used to this, folks. I'm telling you, these little rats, these little punk-ass bitches that work for big government, work for big tech, and want to control your life, they're being exposed like the rats and the cockroaches they are.
America is just starting to wake up and get these tyrants off our back.
Great job, Project Veritas and James O'Keefe.
We've got Tyler Bennett from Jonestaxrelief.com in studio with us, and I'm talking about an issue that matters to me and to streamers out there, but we've got issues that are going to matter to everybody dealing with the IRS and how the Democrats and the U.S. government wants to use it against the American people.
Specifically, let's be honest, conservatives and independent media is where they really want to aim it.
You were talking about this earlier, Tyler, audit protection and how big of an issue this is for other people that are worried about audits, but how you guys have audit protection and this isn't something you have to be concerned about with Jones Tax Relief.
tyler bennett
That's correct. That's correct, Owen, because one thing that everyone knows is the Biden administration has gone so hard with the changes that they are trying to make at the IRS. They passed the bill, 87,000 new agents, $80 billion to the IRS. The IRS has stated that they're going to take 7,000 of those agents to answer the phone, which when I spoke to Commissioner Redding at the IRS conference said that was the IRS's biggest problem.
But now the new commissioner thinks that auditing the middle class is the biggest issue because they want to close the so-called tax gap, the trillion dollars that they don't make every year but should because people don't pay their fair share in taxes.
And this is usually the elitist, the globalists that aren't paying that.
And if they did, That obviously would close the gap, but the Biden administration thinks it's much easier, and the stats show this is true, that the IRS audits the middle and lower class at a rate of five times to one the upper class.
owen shroyer
Well, not just that. They strictly go after red states, but we'll get into that later, because what I want to do is kind of make a more...
Let's bring an example down to earth here.
Let's humanize this.
What the IRS is about to do to the American people, what they're about to do to you sitting at home listening right now.
This would be like if Alex Jones came into this studio right now and he said, all right, crew, I'm going to build a moon-based studio.
And you're like, a moon-based studio?
Okay, a moon-based studio.
That's going to cost us a billion dollars.
So I need you guys to give me a billion dollars.
And we'd be sitting there looking at him like, what?
Moon-based studio, a billion dollars?
You're taking our money? That's basically what the IRS is doing.
They do all this crazy stuff, war with Ukraine, shrimp running on treadmill, and then they come to you and they say, hi, give us the money, please.
tyler bennett
Yeah, they need to send more tanks to Ukraine.
owen shroyer
That's right. Or wherever they want to.
And you pay for it.
tyler bennett
That's exactly right. And then, not only that, Zelensky, is that his name, is even saying furthermore, hey, if the taxes that you're paying to send weapons to my country isn't enough, we'll take your business and money too.
So, Ukraine and the corrupt politics over there, they will take it all from you.
Keep that in mind. If the government's taking your money, they do not have your interest at heart, so make sure you're paying them the least amount as possible.
owen shroyer
Well, and that's the other thing, too, because, you know, it's a fine-tooth comb and people don't want to deal with it like, oh, just, you know, I'll pay my taxes, I'll get my return, like, I just don't want to think about it, I don't want to deal with it.
But no, I mean, they take your money and they use it for war and they use it to buy vaccines, so you don't want to give them that purse.
tyler bennett
Their business model is similar to a lot of businesses where if you don't do anything, it becomes more and more and more expensive because they know that you don't want to deal with your taxes.
It's scary. It's tough to look at.
It's hard to understand. And so they're using that against you.
And if you stand by and wait and don't do anything, especially not file, that's when it starts to get more and more and more expensive because the failure to file fee is 5% per month plus interest.
And that adds up extremely quickly.
owen shroyer
I'm seeing, you know, it's tax season coming up.
And so you're seeing all the big block tax store ads and everything.
And What I've noticed is the push, the marketing push is, oh, hey, you don't worry about the taxes.
Just give it to us.
We'll take care of it. You don't even have to sweat it.
Maybe that's not so much the case.
tyler bennett
What do you say? Okay, so we saw this happen during the last two years, and that is why the IRS posted record profits.
The last two years, the IRS, 22-21, they've made more money than ever before, even though they're a trillion dollars short.
And that's because of that.
These people that were working on W2s before, now are 1099, small business owners, think that they can still use the big block software, which is set up really, Owen, only for flat W2 employees with no additional investment properties or small businesses, etc. If you're a relatively simple person and you're only working a W-2 job, then you're probably okay.
But the problem is if you're a small business owner, if you have any type of investments or rental properties, etc., then now you have additional schedules on your tax return.
It's not just the 1040.
You have Schedule E, possibly Schedule C. Schedule SE and this is where the box companies are going to fail you and you're going to overpay in taxes because it's not as simple as punching in information to a screen.
You need to deal with a real person that understands the subject and This is different from going into a place like H&R Block or Liberty Tax where the person you're talking to, again, is not a tax attorney, is probably not even an enrolled agent.
They're just a clerk that knows how to use the software.
So if your problem or your tax situation is not in the software, well, then you're...
owen shroyer
Out of luck. Well, and that's the take-home point for me, too, is you basically have a choice.
If you go with one of the big box tax people, then you're not actually dealing with a tax agent.
You're not actually dealing with a tax attorney.
Like you said, it could be me.
I just go in there. I know how to use the software.
I know how to plug in numbers. So, I mean, that's whose will you're putting yourself, you're putting your hands, your taxes into is basically just a button pusher.
Nothing against those people.
It's their job. It's just they don't have the expertise that you at Jones Tax Relief have.
tyler bennett
Exactly. And it just should be known because it's kind of a little bit of a secret out there that these big box tax companies, they're not tax companies at all.
They're technology companies.
Their IP, their value is in the software they developed, right?
And so that's why when you go in there and talk to somebody, it's someone who knows how to use the software, not a tax professional, because that's not what they do.
What they do is software.
owen shroyer
Now, when it comes to these IRS agents, and maybe you kind of have an idea where this is going, or you're just going to wait and see, but the Republicans, Kevin McCarthy, they're pushing back.
They're saying, we're going to make sure these 87,000 IRS agents don't get hired.
You hear that? You see that?
tyler bennett
What does that mean to you? Well, right now, that is something that's probably not going to pass both the Senate and the President Biden, right?
And so that's the problem with politics is right now, the Republicans can bring something forth, but they have a hostile president and they have to deal with the other house as well.
And so I don't think it's going to go anywhere, but it is important to note that, yes, Once the regime changes, and I've said this before, the taxes really change when the regime changes.
And that's why we're seeing all these problems now is because we're in the Biden regime.
Once the Biden regime is over, then those kinds of things will become reality.
But I don't see it happening until that is the case.
owen shroyer
So don't think that just because McCarthy is talking about firing 87,000 or stopping them from getting hired, that that's going to stop them from coming after you.
That's right. It's too bad that that's a battle we have to go to the Democrats with.
I guess they love paying taxes.
I guess that's not even up for debate anymore.
They wouldn't admit to it, but they do.
Now, just quickly, and I know you were going to talk about this anyway.
What I've noticed is not just lower or middle class people that get the taxes.
They've also done surveys and they have the data.
It's conservative states.
tyler bennett
Red states get hit with the IRS. Well, you know, just like anything else, they know who their friends are and their enemies are, and they definitely are going to treat the people that they find to be their enemy, which is a BS term anyways.
We're all part of the same country.
We're all countrymen, whether we have different views or not.
But that's not the way they look at it.
They look at it as the red states, the Republicans are the opposition to their new world order, and they're going to punish you for it.
owen shroyer
Folks, you can go look at the data.
It's not just lower middle class people that get hit with the IRS. It's mostly the southern red conservative states that get hit with it the most.
Clearly by design.
Just imagine when they have 87 new droids, tax droids, looking for other conservatives to shut down.
You're going to wish that you had Jones Tax Relief in your corner.
So go to jonstaxrelief.com.
To get the experts fighting for you in case the IRS wants to steal more of your money.

Take advantage of those.
owen shroyer
I'm trying to learn some stuff here from Tyler Bennett because I know there's a lot of YouTubers, live streamers that tune into this every day, not to mention just the thousands or millions even that are out there making money on YouTube and these other platforms.
Now, I've never done the monetization on YouTube, so there's a little bit of a gray area here for me with my understanding, but I want to bring this up.
As I was explaining to Tyler in the break, why I think this is a key issue is there's new and upcoming platforms like Rumble that are coming up where they don't censor you and they allow you to monetize and make money.
So how can we... Think about the easiest situation for a streamer to go and create content and have a really streamlined process where they're not worried about taxes.
Because I'm going to make an assumption here that most of the people you're watching stream content on the internet, on YouTube, what have you, are probably not paying taxes.
And as we were talking about in the break, Tyler, this is like...
I mean, this is a goldmine for 87,000 IRS agents.
They go onto YouTube. They find out who's making money.
They plug your name into the system.
You haven't paid taxes in four years.
That's like the easiest situation in the world for them.
tyler bennett
Absolutely, Owen. So something that we see, and I have a lot of clients that are part of the social media empire as well as reality TV. These people are the same way, in which they're making a lot of money up front for people You know, not what they're used to.
There is no financial education in, hey, I'm producing content or I'm appearing on a show.
It's, you know, it's your acting or entertainment ability, right?
And so especially these young kids that come out high school even, and they've already got a bunch of followers, they're able to monetize their TikToks, etc., They do not know about how to pay the taxes because it wasn't taught in school.
And the thing is, they're setting themselves up for a fat tax bill with penalties by not paying estimated tax payments.
And they're probably overpaying by not taking all the deductions that are available to them as a content creator.
Here's the thing, as you were mentioning before, the problem in how a lot of these people become my clients is they buy lots of expensive toys and then they post them on the internet, on Instagram, on TikTok.
Oh, hey, look at this Lamborghini I just have.
Well, guess who also has Instagram?
The IRS. And that's what?
They look at that and they say, wow, how could you afford a car that expensive?
You didn't pay taxes last year, you see?
And so that is where they get in trouble.
And then they're already in the hole and we have to dig them out.
So we were talking about before about the difference between an employee and an independent contractor.
There is an argument to be made that if these people were treated as employees, they would not have these massive tax issues that are created, especially for younger people that do not have the life experience to understand what kind of What tax bill they are incurring simply by making money.
owen shroyer
And just to kind of stop you right there so people get a little better context, like I said, I don't make money on YouTube or Facebook or any of that stuff, so I haven't actually seen this personally just from talking to people and my own research and investigations.
It's my understanding most of the situations are either one of two things.
One, they're a W-9, they fill out a W-9, and then you were saying it gives them a 1099.
Correct. It's still a direct deposit to your bank account.
Or they'll just have a situation where you don't even go through paperwork like that.
You either just put in your direct bank account information or card information or whatever, and it's just direct deposits, and there's not even any filing or any paperwork.
tyler bennett
Either way, at the end of the year, because we live in what I call a tattletale system of taxation...
When those employers, when those YouTube and those platforms at the end of the year are paying their tax bill, they will 1099 those people because that's money they don't have to pay to the government.
Right. So any money that I earn, but then I can 1099 to you, it's no longer my responsibility, it's yours.
And so that's why the whole system works like that.
owen shroyer
Well, and so I was thinking, what can...
I use Rumble as an example.
It's an up-and-coming video platform, but this could be for anything.
As we're starting to see the competition to YouTube start to grow, what do you think would be the easiest way?
I mean, obviously, okay, if you're worried about this, go to jonestaxrelief.com in the interim here.
But I mean, what would you say would be the easiest way so that...
Somebody doesn't get in a hole because they made a bunch of money on a streaming platform and now they're calling you and they're in a hole, they're getting audited, they don't know what to do.
tyler bennett
Okay, so...
owen shroyer
And this is, we're just putting out ideas right now.
We're trying to better the community here.
tyler bennett
So the first thing we have to understand is that these companies, YouTube, TikTok, the like, they are not going to make you an employee because that costs them more money, right?
Then they have to pay payroll taxes.
So they love having independent contractors.
So that's what they want to do. They're just like Uber.
They really don't care how much you screw yourself over with your lack of knowledge.
So the reality...
owen shroyer
So this happens for Uber drivers too?
Yes. Oh, I didn't even think about that.
tyler bennett
Anybody in the gig share economy that's making 1099 income...
owen shroyer
Well, you should, yeah, seam that into this, too.
tyler bennett
So, we're talking about not only influencers and streamers, but also DoorDash delivery, Uber, anybody that could be considered part of the gig economy as well as the social media economy.
These are people that are making 1099s, and that means that they have to make quarterly estimated tax payments, which I guarantee you nobody told them in school.
owen shroyer
And I'm still confused on what the 1099 even is.
tyler bennett
Yeah, exactly.
owen shroyer
So that's the one they send to you, right?
tyler bennett
Right. Basically, a 1099 is, hey, I sent you money and I don't want to pay taxes on that money.
So I am telling the government that I gave it to you.
owen shroyer
And you gotta pay the taxes.
tyler bennett
Yeah, you have to pay the taxes, exactly.
So, okay, so this is for a W9. A W9 and 1099, opposite sides of the same form.
owen shroyer
So if you're, let's say I go to YouTube, I have to fill out a W9. I don't know if that's what happens at YouTube.
But if I fill out a W9 on YouTube, So YouTube now sends me a 1099 and then that's my tax document?
Correct. What if they never send me the 1099?
tyler bennett
They will because they're going to send it to the IRS and you.
Now it's possible that this happens a lot is they sent it to the IRS and the one that was supposed to go to you didn't go to you for whatever reason.
Sure, it happens. We're good to go.
They're just going to hit you up with, bang, we know you made, whatever, $40,000 more this year, and because of that and underreporting, there's a substantial penalty added to it.
So the way around this is we just have to attack it first.
You have to understand, listen, if you're running a business that is a 1099 business, that makes you a small business owner, whether you're an Uber driver or an influencer or anything like that, And you're being paid on a 1099.
It is crucial that we address your tax situation before it becomes a problem.
Because let's say I'm an employee on a W2W4 and I ignore my taxes.
Unless I'm doing something really, really wrong, my taxes are still getting paid every two weeks out of my paycheck.
And so the worst thing that can happen is I have a failure to file penalty, but no tax due.
So even though they're charging me interest, they're charging me interest on zero.
So it's not gonna matter.
Meanwhile, if I'm a 1099, a small business owner, and I haven't paid my taxes, well, whatever that number is, that's what the multiplier is applied to, and it multiplies every month and goes up.
So don't let this happen to you.
owen shroyer
Yeah, I think this is a big one, especially a lot of DoorDash drivers, ride service drivers are probably tuned in, and they probably have questions on this.
So let's continue this conversation. All right, I want to continue this conversation because I'm guessing there's live streamers or Uber drivers or ride service drivers or Uber Eats or all this other stuff that is this new service economy.
And they might not be thinking about taxes.
They might not even realize they have to pay taxes.
Nobody's explained this to them.
I doubt the companies are explaining this to them.
It's no skin off of their nose whether you pay your taxes or not.
And so... Again, though, I'll ask this to get the conversation back going.
How far back, so people know, how far back, let's say I've been driving a ride service for three years, and I didn't understand that when I was getting paid by the ride service that I was supposed to be paying taxes, and maybe I haven't heard from the IRS yet, but, oh, well, I'm a little concerned here.
Okay, maybe I should call jonestaxrelief.com.
How long can the IRS go back?
Is there any limit of that?
tyler bennett
So here's the thing, Owen, is there's only a limit if you actually file a tax return.
Now, it doesn't matter if you pay those taxes.
You have to file. That's what starts the statute of limitations.
But if you never file taxes, the IRS can go back as far as they want.
They can go back to 1990 if you were making money then, if they wanted to.
owen shroyer
But... I came right out the womb caking.
tyler bennett
Yeah. It's money right then, right?
There you go. Pay your taxes.
But if you do file your taxes, then they have three years to audit that tax return.
And if they do not audit it, then they no longer can come after you for that specific year.
So that's why I always recommend to everybody to file a tax return Even if you didn't make any money, file a blank tax return because then that gives you the security that in three years the IRS can't come back to that year and say, well, actually we decided you made this much money.
And what happens a lot of times is not the IRS, it's the state.
Because in the state you live in, you have expenses that the state knows about.
If you own a house, you're paying a mortgage, and the state knows about that.
They know about other expenses that you have as well.
And what the state does is they say, hey, you're paying, you know...
X amount of dollars on this mortgage.
To do that, you would have had to make five, six times that amount of money for the year, which of course is ridiculous.
Someone else could be paying your mortgage, right?
But that's what they use, and then they will assess you that mythical sum of income until we come and show them that that is not the case.
owen shroyer
So if somebody out there is tuned in and they're thinking, oh my gosh, I didn't think.
I'm driving my Uber.
I'm driving my Lyft. I'm delivering food.
I didn't think about having to pay these taxes.
It's been years. What, I mean, is that the solution?
Is, hey, look, file now.
Hope for the best. Cover your ass now and we'll see what happens.
tyler bennett
Yes, because even though they can go back as far as they want, and especially if there's being active fraud or tax evasion on a large level being committed, they will go back forever.
But typically, when they audit and assess people, they usually stick to the three years.
That meaning that if you don't file taxes in three years and they think you owe money, they're going to file taxes for you at that point.
And claim you owe a bunch of money.
And then you'll have 10 years on that statute of limitations to either pay it or not.
owen shroyer
How diabolical is this?
I mean, for you, seeing this, do you ever see situations where it appears like the IRS is blatantly militant and diabolical going after people?
Or is it like, hey, sorry, this is just my job?
tyler bennett
The first, and let me tell you why they are so militant and diabolical.
They have what are called...
It's when, excuse me, there's CSETS, which is the collection expiration statute of limitations, which if I or me or you owe money to the IRS, they only have the 10 years to collect it.
And if after that 10 years runs out, it's past the statute of limitations.
It doesn't matter if you owe $10,000, $10 million.
It's kaput. It's gone, right?
You waited the entire 10 years.
But what they will do is they'll wait till that 8th or 9th year and then come at you hard for the entirety of the income knowing they only have a year to collect it.
owen shroyer
So they do have diabolical strategies.
tyler bennett
Exactly. Why are they like that?
owen shroyer
No, I had a collection agency coming after me for an old car that was not even mine anymore.
They were claiming I owed some payments on, or I think it was maybe in a junkyard or a tow yard or something.
They were claiming I owned these things.
And it's funny that you say that, because obviously, I mean, I had the bill of sale.
It obviously wasn't my car anymore, but they kept calling and sending me these notifications, and they were, like, aggressive on the phone, and I'd be like, hey, you got the wrong guy.
Like, I've sent you the documents.
It's not my car.
But that's like on the private scale.
So you're telling me, though, even in the public sector, they're just as demanding and just as flagrant and just as frothing at the mouth?
tyler bennett
Possibly worse because a regular collection agency, especially for a debt that's old, you can typically negotiate with them right on the phone and say, hey, you know, I'll pay less if you remove this from my credit report, right?
The IRS is not going to accept that without a legitimate settlement that is put forth by tax professionals.
And they can tell the difference because there's smart people out there and they understand the law and they're like, hey, if I do this, then I can lower my tax liability.
But the IRS can smell the You know, whether or not someone's doing something pro se by themselves just trying to do it versus they have adequate representation.
And that's all the difference in the world because I get a lot of clients who say, hey, I tried to negotiate with the government and they shut me down.
They immediately said, you're denied because of whatever reason.
And when we look at it, it's usually a stupid paperwork reason because the person didn't realize that the IRS, if one dot is out of place, they're going to deny it, right?
And so it's very crucial that it's done the right way.
And so that's why that happens a little bit.
And they're definitely worse than collection agencies.
Let me give you another example.
Even though the IRS is the largest collection agency in the world, The states do this too.
They have so many accounts, so many people that owe them money, you know, 300 million Americans, that a lot of their accounts they actually sell to private collection agencies.
So your tax debt could be sold by the IRS to a private collection agency.
owen shroyer
And then they're coming after you.
Then they'll come after you. They'll send someone to your door.
Right. And by the way, we're going to get into this issue of the IRS now being armed with that whole thing.
But here's why I bring this up, because...
I've kind of gotten back into doing other live streams outside of just InfoWars now, and I'm looking at a situation where, let's say at Rumble, and they're open-minded, they're looking for other options here, but right now I could basically use a Stripe account to get paid through Rumble.
And I'm sitting here and I'm thinking, wait a second now.
So now I'm getting double-taxed.
Now I'm getting taxed because the payment processor is going to tax me to process my payments.
But then on the back end, the government's going to be waiting for its money too.
I'd rather not pay any of it.
I mean, how do we streamline this?
How do we take the headache and all the money being lost in transition?
tyler bennett
Well, payment processing is another one of those things where it's expensive and they get you.
If you need to run a credit card, that's an additional tax to the bank or the payment processing company.
And guess what? You get $10.99 for the full amount, including their fees that they took out.
owen shroyer
So how do we avoid this?
What can we do? Do you have any suggestions for streaming platforms about how they could make this easier?
tyler bennett
For the platforms themselves...
owen shroyer
Or even Uber or anybody.
tyler bennett
I would say I'm more focused on the individuals, the streamers, the drivers, and what it comes down to because you cannot expect a company like Uber or TikTok or Facebook To really, you know, give a crap about the little man at the end of the day.
They're billion dollar corporations.
You know, they don't really care.
So we have to focus on the individual person and make sure we're doing it right on the individual level because we know, and this has been proven, that the large corporations do not have our back.
And so with that in mind, that's how we attack this, is we make sure that we are taking all the deductions possible, because there are a multitude of deductions that are available to people in entertainment, in streaming, in influencing, that you wouldn't even think.
For example, in certain instances, clothing, in certain instances, you know, whatever they're doing the video on, the subject of the video, most certainly camera equipment and Editor, all that stuff.
owen shroyer
Yeah, yeah. Let's get into this in the break.
But, I mean, it's even the littlest stuff, folks.
When I was doing movie reviews, I got my ticket stubs sometimes as a write-off.
Exactly. I mean, it's like you think seven bucks.
Well, it adds up. You go see 20 movies.
We'll be right back. Tyler Bennett, Jonestaxrelief.com.
Don't go anywhere. All right, final segment here with Tyler Bennett from Jonestaxrelief.com.
Folks, I'm telling you, if you're a driver, a streamer, you're making money and you're concerned, wait, was I paying the proper taxes?
Do I have deductibles? Jonestaxrelief.com, take the headache away.
And here's what we were discussing in the break, which is where I want to conclude this conversation.
We saw the story about the $600 and Venmo and all of this stuff, and then they backed off of that at the final buzzer.
And so talk about that.
But what it represents to me is—I was making the analogy to war.
Basically, it's like if I'm going to go to war and I look at my personnel and I say, boy, you know what?
My personnel is just not ready to wage this war.
If I go in here, I'm going to lose.
I'm going to wait.
I'm going to sit back. I'm going to get more personnel, get more tanks, whatever.
Then I'm going to go in and launch the war when I can win it.
That's kind of what I look like the IRS backing off this policy in December is, is they kind of looked at the situation and they said, like, they want to go to the war with the American people.
They want to go to war with you, the taxpayer.
But they kind of sat back and said, wait a second, we're not prepared for this yet.
Let's wait a second.
Which to me says they have an agenda to go to war with you.
tyler bennett
They certainly do.
Oh, and here's the thing is, we know the Biden administration was extremely militant in promoting and getting this law to pass.
And we and you spoke about it, how if you had a holographic Charizard that you had saved up, and now you're going to have to sell it, well, you owe taxes now, right?
They, like you said, delayed that an entire year in the last inning, the day before Christmas.
It was almost unreported is how late in the year it was.
The IRS was technically already closed at that point.
And the point is, is like you said, Biden has an agenda.
He's quite militant about it, but he's so militant about it that the IRS, which is a separate bureaucratic agency, it's got its own issues and people and all this stuff.
They're saying, hey, listen, we know we work for you, but we cannot do that right now.
We just physically can't.
And so they delayed it till next year.
And the tragedy is this is after a lot of people already have been issued 1099s.
So if you've already gotten a 1099 from a company like Venmo or PayPal for $600, You are no longer required this year to pay taxes on that.
They weren't even going to send you a 1099 unless it was over $20,000.
So that's what the law is still because they have not changed it yet.
They changed it and then they changed it back because they couldn't handle it this tax year.
And so that just, to me, sums up the ineptness of the government is they want to do something.
They have an agenda. But they don't even really care if they have the manpower and the ability to do said agenda.
They're gonna push the agenda regardless.
And so the IRS, as we know, is a collection agency.
They want to collect money from people, but they can't because they said there's no way we can handle this yet.
But the administration obviously doesn't care.
owen shroyer
Well, and now they're getting their guns, too.
They're going to be armed and they got badges and they come to your house and they come to your grandma's house in the wheelchair and they flash that pistol to make sure they know, hey, Granny, we're here to take your money.
tyler bennett
Absolutely. And this is the militarization of the IRS has happened over the last year or two or so.
And I can even personal story.
One of my clients, 82 year old woman in New York, they went into her house and took her television, which I saw a picture of the television.
It wasn't worth anywhere, probably worth maybe $100 at a resale market, but they took it because she owed 10 grand to the IRS. Are you kidding me?
owen shroyer
A tube? They took an old tube to the TV. Yes.
These bastards at the IRS. These freaks.
Insane. Boycott the IRS. Every IRS agent, you should quit your job out of pride.
Have you no pride? Have you no dignity?
tyler bennett
So remember, and this is what I always want people to remember too, is the people that make these moves at the IRS, the revenue agents, even the ones that carry guns, they are not attorneys.
They are agents and clerks, but they are guided by the Internal Revenue Manual, which is written by the attorneys down at the IRS about what they can and can't do in the collection process.
However, because they are not the attorneys themselves, A lot of the times they misinterpret the law.
And when they misinterpret the law, if you don't have knowledge that your rights are being violated, your rights will be violated and you really don't have any recourse.
And so that's why it's important to make sure they're not violating your rights.
owen shroyer
Alright, so aside from the fact that you, Tyler Bennett, with Jonestaxrelief.com, you're an American patriot.
You have the same hostility towards the government that any red-blooded American should have.
Absolutely. Somebody's out there listening and they're thinking, you know what, this has piqued my interest.
I need to look at my taxes.
I need to get a tax agent.
Why should they go to Jonestaxrelief.com?
tyler bennett
Okay, so if you go to a lot of tax places out there, they are either one of two things.
Most of them are going to be risk adverse, meaning if the IRS tells them to jump, they say how high.
They're not really as concerned with saving you the most amount of money possible.
What they're concerned about is them themselves not getting in trouble from an audit, right?
So really, the reality of the situation is you only have to worry about an audit if you're actually doing something wrong.
Right? If you're represented.
If you're not represented, they will hang you out to dry regardless because we said, you know, they're not lawyers and they don't care about your rights.
But as long as you're represented, getting audited is not an issue.
And so a lot of tax professionals, especially...
Older CPAs, they're very, very risk adverse.
They do not want to take additional extra deductions that may be available to the taxpayer because they think it'll increase their likelihood of being audited.
The way we handle that is the complete opposite.
We are advocates for the taxpayer, meaning we're going to give you every deduction you're entitled to And if the IRS has a problem with it, we will go back and forth with them with legal briefs until we come to an arrangement.
We're not going to roll over.
We're going to fight for the taxpayer.
owen shroyer
Well, I think it's not just a service that you're providing to help either for stress relief against the IRS or just be the problem solvers here.
You know, I think there's another service you're providing by coming on with us here at Infowars and talking about it.
And that's the educational part of the aspect of this, because Like you've said, like I've said many times, this is not taught in schools.
Most people have no idea what's going on.
I can't even imagine, I'm sure you have clients, how many times just out of nowhere they get an IRS audit or they get hit with some bill and they're like, what?
How did this happen? I have no idea.
What the heck? What gives? Yeah.
tyler bennett
That's absolutely correct.
It is education, and the people that are in charge, the elitists, they did that on purpose so that if you were to make a little bit more money, you still can't be part of their club because you don't know the rules.
And so that's what we do is we know the rules.
We stay abreast of the changes that happen every other year that they make so that it's confusing to follow and keep up to date on so that you don't have to.
You need to focus on your business, right?
Your streaming business, whatever it is that you do, your small business.
The reason you're successful is because you're good at it.
You don't have to be good at taxes.
Let me take that burden.
That's what I do and you can focus on what you do to make the most money for you and your family and I will help you save it.
owen shroyer
But you are good at streaming too.
You actually have some experience in that field and you know directly what that's about.
tyler bennett
Yes, I do have a TikTok channel.
Get a tax lawyer, Tyler the Tax Guy.
You can check it out. About 85,000 followers.
And so, yes, I am intimately familiar with both how the social media platforms tax and generating other forms of revenue off of those sites as well.
owen shroyer
I mean, is that the biggest mistake people make?
It's not even necessarily making a mistake.
It's just not even realizing that they're not paying the taxes or they're not filing their paperwork.
tyler bennett
That's what it is, Owen, is it's, for lack of a better word, ignorance.
And just because they did not know about this, now they're going to be punished.
And so here's something that we're offering to the Infowars viewers here is because we know how the Biden administration is deciding to target the lower and middle class and even the upper class, too, when they decide that they're in a red state and they don't like your politics.
So here's the thing.
We know that a lot of these audits, these 80,000 people that they have sent to audit,
are statistically from previous years going to mostly audit people that have nothing wrong and
try to shake them down for cash. And so what we're offering is audit protection for three years.
That means you sign up for the next three years. If the IRS or state hits you up for any reason
and claims you owe more money or you're under review or an audit, you are fully protected,
fully represented by us.
It's similar to if you buy a gun and have gun insurance because someone broke into your house and you shot him and now you have to go to court.
Well, same thing. You did your taxes the right way.
But we know you have a red flag on your account because you're a small business owner or you played with crypto last year.
And the AI that the IRS is using has targeted you specifically.
And even if you didn't do anything wrong, we can give you some peace of mind letting you know that audit protection is available.
Give me a call and we will make sure you never have to worry about that ever.
owen shroyer
The number is 800-869-0723.
JonesTaxRelief.com That's Tyler Bennett.
Tyler, always informative and the hostility towards the government is appreciated as well.
Alright, let's cram some information here into this segment.
But you know what? We'll stick on the issue of censorship.
And there's a leftist liberal out there I call him the...
He's basically a real-life version of Butthead from Beavis and Butthead.
That's David Pac-Man.
But he's upset now.
You guys can just... The B-roll of Clip 12 is fine enough.
I don't need the audio. He's upset now because he's been banned from YouTube.
Oh, oh. Now let me be clear.
I have to be honest because I actually don't really celebrate this.
I mean, there's a little bit of me that's kind of like, you know, hee hee, ha ha.
You know, how do you like the taste of your own medicine?
But I'm actually, I'm not that shallow and I understand that whether I agree with David Pacman's politics or not, he's married, he has a kid, like losing your revenue, basically losing your job, kind of a scary thing.
I can relate to that.
I can understand that.
I don't care if David Pacman hates my guts and is the biggest commie liberal out there.
I get where he's coming from, but okay, so yeah, let's have the hee-hee, ha-ha, how do you like the taste of your own medicine liberals getting banned, like JoJo from Jersey getting banned from Twitter and the Krasensteins and all this other stuff.
But okay, we've had our moment, hee-hee, ha-ha, how do you like the taste of your own medicine?
Now... It should be a matter of how do we come together and stop the censorship?
Oh! Do you think that's what the liberal left would do?
Do you think they'd want to come together to stop the censorship of, say, Owen Schroyer or Alex Jones or Nick Fuentes?
unidentified
No. But that's too bad.
owen shroyer
Because even though I laugh at David Pakman complaining about censorship...
The culture that he created, the culture that he cultivated, the culture that he supports, and now he doesn't like the culture that he's created himself to live in.
Yeah, I can sit there and laugh, but no, I understand the issue and I feel bad.
And I wish he would understand this issue years ago like I did.
And I wish he would understand the issue now and say, even though I disagree with the conservatives getting censored, I now understand what it's like and we should come together to fight for free speech.
But of course... That's not going to happen.
Now, funny enough, this is how this works, folks.
Now, Elon Musk put up a tweet about three hours ago.
I don't have it in front of me.
If the crew wants to find it, they can.
But it's basically what I've said on the air here is the people complaining about the problems at Twitter still.
Elon Musk is out of the office.
And so the the cliche I've been using when daddy's away, the kids will play.
Elon Musk is building rocket ships.
Elon Musk is building satellites.
Elon Musk is electric cars and all this other stuff.
He's not playing with Twitter right now.
And he put up a tweet earlier today basically saying as much, saying, hey, I'm seeing your complaints about this.
I'm seeing your complaints about Twitter on that.
I'm literally making a rocket ship right now.
You know, a little busy.
But he gets it. But there's still, there's good influence at Twitter, but there's still the bad influence.
And so here's how it goes. And we have no transparency as of right now as of how this works out.
So all I can give you is what I know happens and what I can see in the public of how the censorship works.
So what leads to Fuentes getting his account reinstated?
One of the good people, good influencers that are there behind the scenes at Twitter, talking to executives, talking to tech guys, talking to coders, whatever, they give a list of accounts, they give a little pressure, they get a little public campaign, and they can get an account back.
This has happened multiple times.
Some of them get denied.
So Fuentes gets back on.
What happens immediately after?
Right Wing Watch publishes a story.
Nick Fuentes, the white nationalist, Christian fascist, misogynist.
Has been reinstated.
And this is what they always do, too. They always put 10 insults.
They always put 10 insults, 10 qualifications or whatever in front of your name because they have to slander you and libel you and destroy you before they even tell you the story.
Huffington Post, Nick Fuentes, Nazi-loving insurrectionist, is back on Twitter.
See, they do it every time. Fascist.
He's a fascist. So what happens?
So Fuentes gets back, Right Wing Watch complains, Huffington Post complains, they send out the feelers to their guys, the liberals, the communists at Twitter, and then what happens?
Fuentes gets banned again.
Finally, after years, Brendan Dilley has returned to the InfoWars War Room, The Dilley Show, It's been a while since he's been on the airwaves here with me, but we've been back and forth in touch.
And it just, of course, so happens that as he joins me now, a recent interview he did with Bryson Gray, or maybe some might call it a debate, went pretty viral, got a lot of attention on the internet, and I think it's a good debate to have, and maybe the time is now to have it.
So, Brendan Dilley joins me now.
Brendan, great to have you back. Yeah, man.
brenden dilley
Thank you for having me on. I missed you guys.
owen shroyer
And of course, you've got the Dilley 300, you've got the meme war that you're generaling.
It's pretty crazy over there at the Dilley Show these days.
brenden dilley
Yeah, oh yeah, it's always active, man.
We got the most talented creators, I think, probably anywhere on the internet, to be honest.
They're amazing human beings, and they come from all walks of life and all backgrounds, so I feel very blessed to be able to work with those guys and gals every single day.
owen shroyer
It is great. We have so many talented American patriots.
If we could just be unleashed from this government tyranny we're under, the things we could bring to the planet would once again change the world.
But Brendan, let's get into this issue, because...
Here's what I've learned.
There's no more debate with the American left, right?
It's just not there. There's not even a discussion.
They won't debate their policies.
They won't debate their stances, any of it.
It's just, oh, you're a racist, I won't talk to you, or, oh, I don't want you to talk, so I'm just going to censor you.
So I think it's a healthy thing for Republicans and conservatives to have debates.
I think it's a good thing. I think iron sharpens iron.
I think what happened with the speaker race was a good thing.
I think the situation with Crowder, the Daily Waller, Candace Owens, and all that fallout is also a good thing, whatever comes of it.
But, you know, you recently had an interesting discussion with Bryson Gray about the...
Let's say electability of Donald Trump in 2024.
I think this is the debate that the Trump base is having, Republicans are having.
So briefly just talk about that discussion that is inevitably going to be had by us and where you stand on the issue.
brenden dilley
Absolutely, yeah. No, it kind of centered around a lot of the things that he had been putting out online.
Obviously, for those who don't know who Bryson is, he's a rapper.
He wrote a bunch of songs and did a bunch of songs promoting Donald Trump leading up until the 2020 election and thereafter.
And then he started to pivot sort of thereafter a little bit.
And I had a relationship with Bryson prior to that.
He had come on my show once before.
We sort of started as a dust-up on Twitter, and the discussion centered around, I think, vaccine debate.
It centered around Donald Trump's electability and his relationship regarding other groups of people that Bryson doesn't approve of.
I think that he's got some positions that are certainly not held by the majority of Americans,
certainly not by the majority of MAGA, but he does represent what I think
is probably a small fringe group of people.
And essentially it was that he felt that Donald Trump's handling of the vaccine rollout,
at least a portion of it when he was still president, as well as his handling of COVID, makes him unelectable.
That was one of his first points.
And then his next one was essentially the relationship that President Trump has
with people of all, we'll say, sexual orientation and walks of life that Bryson doesn't approve of.
That was a major sticking point in the debate, which is a little bit weird.
And my attitude about it is this, that Donald Trump is still King of the Hill.
And you are two years away from 2024.
I'm as anti-COVID vax as anybody, simply because I just felt like it was not leading up to the rollout of that.
I didn't feel like it was something that had had enough time invested into it.
I also, frankly, just inherently come from a place of not trusting government or big pharma.
So that sort of set me up foundationally.
And next was my attitude about it was, I'm a healthy adult.
I've had COVID, had it a couple times, and I've got antibodies.
And so every time I caught COVID, it was less and less dramatic than the previous times.
And so I felt for me, it was completely unnecessary.
I also felt that there was going to be probably some very dangerous things inside of that, given the people that were centered around And working on that project to invent it and roll it out to the public.
And this was a major contention point.
And I think it is a debate right now among Americans and among MAGA specifically.
And I hold the position that The Commander-in-Chief's job is to give you or me or we, the people, the opportunity to make a choice about what we're going to put into our bodies.
That is essentially liberty.
Now, I don't agree with President Trump, obviously, in the stance about the VACs.
But he didn't try to force me to make it, or to take it rather.
Joe Biden tried to do that.
He tried to mandate the vaccine.
And so my position was, if you can't handle liberty, which is the opportunity to make an intelligent, informed decision about what you're putting into your body, well then you can't handle living in America.
The essence of America is choice.
And so I don't have a problem with rolling out what he believed in.
I don't even have a problem with him promoting something that he believed in, given that I was still afforded an opportunity and a choice to decide what was right for me.
So I can disagree with him while simultaneously still supporting him and also appreciating the fact that other Americans who are not me and not in my circle thought it might be appropriate for them in their lives.
And I think Ultimately, that was the foundation of that debate, Owen.
owen shroyer
Well, and I guess my issue here is Trump, in my view, just lying about it.
And I've never been a political purist.
I've said this many times. I'm not a political purist.
I don't believe there's victory in political purism.
And so you're going to have people that you're going to vote for or elect and maybe like or dislike, but you're not going to agree with somebody all the time.
That's just impossible. Right.
You know, I'm not off the Trump bandwagon because of this one issue, but I do have to say, I mean, Trump is lying to us.
When he says the vaccine is safe and effective, to me, that's an outright lie.
brenden dilley
Do you disagree? Well, given his last, his most recent interview, he acknowledged flat out, and I did a full breakdown on my show about it.
They asked him about that.
He said, there are many experts that think that I saved tens of millions of lives.
He's going to quote that because politically, it helps his campaign in 2024.
Then he said, I also acknowledge and I recognize there are many experts that say there's something wrong with the vaccine, and it is affecting a percentage of the population.
So I think what MAGA wants and a lot of conservatives want, they want an apology or an acknowledgement.
Like you just said, Owen, you want an acknowledgement.
Hey, man, there's videos of people collapsing every single day.
There's obviously something wrong with this.
And while I understand where that's coming from, politically, for him to say that publicly, that is the end of the campaign 2024.
Because as soon as you say that...
You become the face of everybody that collapsed, and then the Democrats are going to run those ad spots 24-7 against you.
Not only that, he has to try and get through a primary.
Again, if he comes on and goes, hey guys, I screwed up.
Man, I really didn't know what was going on with this.
Any type of admission, any type of apology on this subject will be plastered everywhere for voters to see.
It will bury him. And that's why I don't even necessarily think he's lying.
I think he's more or less saying, look, I recognize there are studies that are showing some people having a positive effect and it helped them.
And there's many studies showing people having a negative effect.
This is about, unfortunately, Owen, it's politics.
I think if we were having this conversation with President Trump, I think that's more where this is being played.
owen shroyer
Well, I think that your theories are maybe going to come to the fore if DeSantis does decide to enter the presidential race during the debates.
I think we're going to find this out because I'm not sure I agree.
I think a lot of Trump voters, myself included, I'm not saying I wouldn't vote for him again.
He's still the leader in the clubhouse to me.
But I think a lot of voters are more turned off with him playing politics and more turned off about him being concerned what the leftist media is going to say about this than they are, you know...
The issue to them is, hey, wait, no, the vaccine is a major issue.
It's killed my family.
It's killed my mother. It's killed whoever.
I don't want you telling me it's safe and effective.
I'm never going to vote for you. We're going to take a break right here.
But, folks, I think the points made by Brendan here I think is probably spot on.
The question is, how does this influence Trump's voter base, positively or negatively?
We'll find out what we think on the other side.
All right, we're here with Brendan Dilley.
We're talking about... The issue of Trump's electability in 2024.
And let me just say this.
I'm not looking for an apology or an acknowledgement from Donald Trump.
I couldn't really care less.
That's on him.
What I think the problem, my issue here is that somebody is advising him To make the statements positively about the vaccine and somebody is advising him to say, you saved 10 million lives.
I'm assuming that's an advisor telling him that and whoever that advisor is, is an a-hole because he's setting Trump up to lie to the American people.
That is just horrible advice.
Again, you don't have to apologize or acknowledge anything.
Stick with the stance of I didn't mandate the vaccine.
Biden did. That should be pretty much all he really says about it.
So when he comes out and he makes these statements safe and effective, I know people that have died from this vaccine.
I have family that have had permanent damage from this vaccine.
To claim it saved lies is just spitting in my eye.
Now, if you want to justify lying and thinking, hey, this maybe helps me in the political election, well, that's a whole different road we can go down.
But here's the issue. If DeSantis enters the presidential race for 2024, this is a wide-open gash that he can stab Trump in once or twice, and Trump's going to politically bleed out to death.
I don't see how he recovers from DeSantis bringing this up in a debate because I think the majority of the Trump base is going to agree with DeSantis on the issue of vaccines.
brenden dilley
Do you disagree? DeSantis won't play that card, Owen, and I'm going to tell you why.
If you really dig into how Governor Ron DeSantis handled not just the COVID situation, but the rollout of vaccines, he's got his own issues.
This is a political football, Owen, that no one wants to touch.
And that's why you're seeing Donald Trump, I think, handle it the way he is.
All you're trying to do is maintain some semblance of what you've stated or what you thought to be true.
While also acknowledging and you're trying to thread a needle of...
And I think you're right, Owen.
A lot of what you're saying is definitely based on how he was speaking and the rhetoric he was using about this throughout 2021.
But also, in 2022, he slowly started to soften on this by the end of the year.
And as I said, that interview he just did last week was probably the most...
We'll say the most centrist he's been about the fact that there are VAX injuries.
You and I are in the same camp.
I 100% agree with you.
And the challenge is, when you're Donald Trump, is...
To even show any weakness or backing off on this topic, you can pivot on it slightly to a more centrist position, but any weakness and you're opening yourself up to where everyone's gonna try and pile on.
By maintaining the stance he has currently, it keeps sort of everybody on the even playing field, including Governor Ron DeSantis, who, as I said, if you look at his vaccine rollouts, some of the stuff that he didn't do through 2021 and 2022 to protect We're good to go.
The main thing with this one, though, Owen, is the only danger I see for President Trump is in the primary.
I think that it's going to be a challenge if DeSantis chooses to enter.
If you get through that primary, I don't care who you are on the Republican side of the aisle.
The next two years are going to be so bad under Joe Biden, I don't see anybody taking a position of, I'm not voting Trump in 2024, given what will be at stake.
owen shroyer
Well, no doubt, you know, the Biden disaster or whatever follows here in the next, you know, 24 months or however before the next election is going to be putting the Democrats in a bad position.
That's why I think maybe they want to slowly kind of phase Biden out and introduce the next frontrunner as probably Gavin Newsom.
But I just, you know, I just have to disagree with you on this issue with Trump because...
I think that he's opening himself up for more criticism by continuing to stand by the vaccine.
And I don't think that Ron DeSantis gives a damn about the boomerang, to be quite frank.
I don't think what I've noticed from Ron DeSantis is not only does he not care about the liberal media attacks, He doesn't really seem to care about anything.
All he's doing is looking forward and seeing what's in front of him.
Now, if DeSantis is not going to enter, obviously this entire conversation is moot and maybe the political strategy of Donald Trump ends up paying off.
But I really think he's opening himself up.
He can slow his rhetoric down.
He's got plenty of time to do such a thing or even reverse course if he sees that to be politically advantageous.
But I do think that this leaves a massive opening for Ron DeSantis Whether you think it's legitimate or not, whether you're going to have the people out there, Laura Loomer, Roger Stone, telling you how bad DeSantis was with the vaccine, I don't think that's really going to impact.
I think what's going to impact is people are going to say, I heard Trump say it saved lives, it killed my mom, it killed my grandma, it killed my aunt, it killed my neighbor, and I just don't think there's any recovery to win those votes over.
But like you said, at the end of the day, they're not going to vote for Biden.
brenden dilley
No. And actually something, Owen, honestly, if I was the one advising the president, I think the way you handle it, and I agree with you, and this is where I was trying to tell you, I think I'm seeing some of this in this last interview, which is an acknowledgement.
I think the way that I would probably handle it the next time, because you want to be conscientious of people like yourself and myself who have friends, family, and other people we know that clearly experience devastating results from this vaccine.
I think the best way you thread that needle is to say, hey, look, Clearly, you know, I can see things on the internet.
I'm seeing the same videos you guys are.
Something is definitely going on with these people.
I'm thankful that whatever I took, I hasn't had that effect on me or my family.
But clearly, something's going on with these people.
And it's certainly something I'd like to investigate once I'm president again.
I think that's a very clean way to handle that question because...
I think we can all accept that Donald Trump's not a doctor, and he's certainly limited in his knowledge of this topic based on who's surrounding him.
So even if he found out the truth of what's going on with this vax, he's still not in a position now to go back and recover what he didn't know.
He can't change any of that.
But I agree with you, Owen, to some degree.
There needs to be a pivot of...
You know what? We recognize that there is something going on with a lot of Americans right now.
I'm concerned, especially as somebody who took this and I took this vaccine.
And I think that would be a reasonable approach towards regaining sort of that trust from the public that feels that they were betrayed in some way by his promotion of this vax.
owen shroyer
You know, it's so funny watching...
DeSantis kind of inherit, if you will, the mannerisms of Trump, some of the attitude and the energy of Trump, almost to a point now where he's kind of owning it.
And Trump is almost like he's kind of lost that touch.
Now, granted, I think a lot of that has to do with the censorship.
And I think he's kind of taking a leadership role from behind right now.
I don't know why that may have to do with the censorship, too.
But, you know, at the end of the day, It looks like most people say, okay, it's either going to be Trump or DeSantis.
All these other neocons, the Haley's, the Pompeo's, the Pence's, they're going to be tossed out with yesterday's trash.
They have no chance.
And so that's why I just want to make sure that Trump is on the right frequency and he's on the right wavelength
for when we are up against this massive deep state collusion with the media and big tech to try to destroy this country,
Trump can be as effective as possible.
We'll be right back with Brendan Dilley from The Dilley Show. Don't go anywhere.
You know, the Dilley war boys went pretty hard after Bryson Gray.
I hope they'll take it easy on me.
Actually, not really. I kind of hope they go hardcore on me, to be honest.
I think it'll be entertaining. Brendan Dilley with us, another segment.
By the way, we haven't scheduled it yet, but I do plan on doing a one-for-one here with Dilley, so I'm looking forward to being on his show as well.
And he can grill me, too.
And, you know, I hope that, just to kind of finish the conversation, I hope that Trump isn't worried about the pile-on.
Because, like I said, that's so anti-Trump 2015-16, it's just like it's not the same guy.
That would be DeSantis now.
And I don't want to continue that issue.
Feel free to respond.
But I do want to ask you, what are your thoughts so far on Kevin McCarthy's speakership?
You know, you were along for that ride.
You were along for that debate.
We're here now with Kevin McCarthy as speaker.
What do you think about it so far?
brenden dilley
My, first, the meme team and the fans of The Dilly Show love you, dude.
So you're good. They're actually, I was just checking in on Telegram chat.
They absolutely love you. They love the, because you're an intelligent guy.
I can actually have this conversation with you, and I can appreciate completely where you're coming from.
I'm more or less looking at this from a political standpoint.
I'm not really looking at it from probably a little more drilled down sort of moral standpoint.
I think that Governor DeSantis has his own hiccups that they could certainly cost him in a primary.
And we're real early too.
So I think there's a lot of time left, as you were saying, Owen.
But as far as Kevin McCarthy goes...
Woo! Okay.
I can get with this version of Kevin McCarthy.
The way he handled the media yesterday on the subject regarding Adam Schiff and Swalwell was scorching.
That's exactly what I want to hear from the Speaker of the House.
And obviously, I think, like any politician, Owen, at this juncture, We go into this with our eyes wide open.
We recognize these people can pivot on a dime.
I don't think we're at a level where Kevin McCarthy has completely wiped out all of the things he has done through the years to break the trust of voters on the Republican side.
But with that being said, It feels like we're moving in the right direction.
We're finally getting somewhere with someone in at least a moderate position of control down at the house.
So I'm happy about it, man.
I think it's a good step in the right direction.
owen shroyer
Yeah, I was one of the biggest naysayers for McCarthy out there and, you know, still looking for a little bit of the walk, but certainly talking the talk.
But we'll give a fair buffer period to get some of that walk, to get some of that pace going.
But so far, I agree. I mean, you know, I was one of the biggest naysayers, and I like what I'm hearing.
I like the attitude. I like the vibes.
Now, let's see if there's any conclusions here.
Let's see where it goes from here.
But right now, I do like it.
brenden dilley
Owen, how are you feeling about, how do you feel?
Actually, I'm really curious, man.
Obviously, given the level of knowledge that you've got on this subject, how do you feel about Swalwell and Schiff no longer having access to that That top secret intelligence, to me, that was the biggest, that's a little bit of that walk, right?
Like you were saying, you know, do some talking, now do some walking.
I think yanking intel back from those two guys is a huge, huge win for the American public.
owen shroyer
I agree. The only concern I have putting too much stake into that is that it could be, I mean, it could potentially just be, you know, let's say an empty action.
Because really, what is really suffering?
I mean, Adam Schiff and Eric Swallow, these are clown boys, right?
I mean, these are clown boys.
They're compromised. You know, they probably like to diddle each other and who knows what else.
You know, maybe the banana in the coffee room around them you don't want to touch either.
So, you know, I'd like to say, hey, I'm 100% on board.
This is good. And it could be.
But also, I can see how it's just ceremonious.
I can see how this is just ceremonious.
And maybe there's not much to it.
Yeah, maybe a little theater.
But if it's McCarthy doing the right thing, if this is a sign of things to come, then good.
Yeah, Schiff and Swalwell don't belong anywhere near the intelligence community.
And in fact... I think what McCarthy should do next, and he's, you know, he's at least has the attitude with his rhetoric here.
He needs to say now, you know, maybe we shouldn't just remove them from the intel committees.
Maybe we should be subpoenaing them.
Maybe we should be doing hearings and we should ask them because Swalwell and Schiff both said in hearings they have proof that Trump colluded with Russia.
They're yet to produce that.
I'd love to see McCarthy push the gas down on this and say, you know what, not only are you going to be off the intel community, we're going to bring you in for questioning because you claimed you had evidence on Donald Trump.
And let's swear you in under oath and let's ask you that question again.
Do you have evidence of Donald Trump colluding with Russia?
Let's hear them answer that under oath.
I'd like to see that from McCarthy.
brenden dilley
Absolutely. Well, we need to find out.
Because look, as you mentioned, these guys are a couple of knuckleheads.
I don't think it's lost on anybody.
These are not the brains of whatever operation was attempting to take down President Donald J. Trump and trying to bring down the United States of America.
What we do need to find out, though, is who is putting these guys up to this.
And I think the only way you can even sort of get to that point is to put the screws to them in whatever manner you can.
And certainly, I think subpoenaing them and putting them either in front of Congress or in closed doors, whatever you got to do to put the heat on them to get those answers, it should be done.
But I'm like you on this one, Owen.
Kevin McCarthy's doing the right things.
It's very early. There's plenty of time for him to screw this up.
But at least we're seeing some action.
And honestly, the other big thing is, it seems like we finally have stopped the bleeding a little bit.
With Nancy Pelosi in the house, we were hemorrhaging all over the place.
And I think at least now, it feels like there's a tourniquet in place, potentially, for the next 22 to 24 months.
That's... I have my doubts still about McCarthy, but I guess one of the things I try to tell people too, man, is when you finally get one of these swamp creatures to start acting right, you kind of want to give them nice pats on the back because if you keep blasting them, even when they're doing the right thing, they're going to lose motivation.
owen shroyer
And there won't be another one. To keep doing it.
Right. Yeah. Yeah, I agree.
brenden dilley
So you just, you try to encourage them, I guess, right, when they're finally doing it the correct way.
owen shroyer
And just hope that that gives them the motivation and the push to keep doing it, maybe join the good side, if you will.
Now, folks, we've been pretty serious here with Brendan Dilley, but one of the great things about the Dilley show is he's fun and he's funny.
And so I want to just kind of loosen it up before we let you go here.
A new popular show on Netflix, Wednesday Addams.
I've not seen it. I don't know if you've seen it, but it's It's been pretty popular, and the left likes it, but here's the problem.
Because season one is concluded, and even though the left enjoys the show Wednesday Adams, apparently it's not woke enough, and so they're now telling the writers here, it's not too late to make Wednesday Adams a queer.
So, I mean, it's just amazing.
It's like, here's a show, you actually enjoy the show, just leave it alone, but it's like, well, I enjoy it, but I need it to be more gay.
brenden dilley
Dude, the left is deranged, man.
Oh, and did you see what they did to the new Scooby-Doo, man?
owen shroyer
Like, you can't even recognize these characters.
Oh, my gosh. It's like a kick in the groin.
brenden dilley
It's so weird. Yeah, what they're trying to do is take your entire childhood, yours and mine, and just rewrite it with everybody either is formally a man or a woman or they don't know or they don't identify as, which I still haven't figured out that whole world.
It's just bizarre. I can't keep up with it.
But yeah, they finally catch lightning in a bottle.
And I'll admit, my wife and my son watch that show.
It's one of their shows. And they seem to like it.
She hasn't complained about it.
Rihanna is very perceptive when it comes to the woke stuff.
And she likes it. She's like, oh, it's entertaining.
owen shroyer
It's a good show. Wait, are you talking about Wednesday or Velma?
brenden dilley
Wait, Wednesday's the show with the Addams Family, right?
Or am I getting my stuff screwed up?
owen shroyer
Are you talking about the new Scooby-Doo or are you talking about Wednesday?
brenden dilley
I'm talking Wednesday. Okay, that's what I thought.
owen shroyer
No, it's doing well. It's getting good reviews.
brenden dilley
Yeah. Yeah, but isn't that just the most left thing where you catch lightning in a bottle, you finally put on a good show after Netflix was losing millions of subscribers because of their crap content?
And now you're like, yeah, you know what?
Maybe we should switch this thing up.
And she's now, you know, she's into chicks or whatever.
She's going to start growing facial hair and become a dude.
I mean, they do this with everything.
Everything. And it's the most weird thing.
And I still, I refuse to believe that the majority of Americans co-sign this crap.
You know what I mean? I just don't believe it.
I go to enough big cities.
owen shroyer
Oh, you'll see it.
This is not the normal. No, no, no, no.
I would guess you'll see if they make Wednesday Addams gay or they do some sort of leftist turn in season two, your wife will stop watching and so will everybody else.
brenden dilley
Oh yeah, it'll tank.
And they've done that with other shows, dude.
I've watched other shows.
I watched that show billions years ago.
And right around season three, you started seeing some of the characters.
All of a sudden, you're like, they're emasculating all the men.
And you're watching as these, they always have to put these strong characters, these women.
And they're usually somebody from another country or something.
And they're dominating the American white male.
And I'm like, I know what you're trying to do here.
And the show turns to crap.
And then that's the end of it.
And I've seen that happen with numerous different series on these platforms.
owen shroyer
All right, that's a little more of the Dilly you'll get on the Brendan Dilly show.
And I'm glad it's been a while, but it's nice to have you back on air with me, buddy.
brenden dilley
You too, Owen. Thank you so much for having me, man.
And I look forward to hanging out.
I'm going to try to get you on the Dilly show as soon as I can, okay, man?
owen shroyer
Looking forward to it. All right, guys, one more segment left.
Quick news, but it's don't go anywhere.
Final segment of the InfoWars War Room brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
And here's the deal, ladies and gentlemen.

All right. Jason Rag Sheffield, family shock over unexplained sudden death of popular dad, 30 years old.
30 years old, suddenly dies.
It just continues, doesn't it?
It just continues.
Now, here's what I do want to highlight, and I've got a bunch of videos on this.
Here's the story I printed out just as a starter.
Thousands join rightist rally against Spanish government.
Rightist, I guess they're calling it right-wingers.
It's against communism, against socialism, against the vaccine mandates and all of it.
But ladies and gentlemen, I've got all of these clips.
Massive protests in Spain against the government.
Massive protests in France against the government.
Massive protests in Italy against the government.
I've got all the videos.
We're putting the B-roll up on the screen.
This has all happened this week.
This has all happened this week, ladies and gentlemen.
So the human awakening is on.
The awareness to the global tyranny that is in front of us is now peaking and the people are rejecting it.
Now quickly, this is now in Canada.
Justin Trudeau is out in public in Canada.
Listen to the nice warm reception he gets here.
unidentified
Nice. Very nice.
Oh, ****. Oh, ****.
Oh, this is great.
So there you go.
owen shroyer
So again, folks, I mean, it's Italy, it's Spain, it's France, it's England, it's Canada.
They're demanding that these communist World Economic Forum leaders step down.
They're demanding investigations into the vaccine deaths, like at the BBC. So this is in Italy.
They're showing you all the people they know that died after getting the vaccine.
Outside the BBC, there were tens of thousands of people showing the same thing, their faces, posting it on the board.
They're not going to get away with this.
The only scary thing is that they may try to start a war in order to distract from what...
They've done. And so this is happening all over the planet.
Quickly, the story is at the Gateway Pundit.
Ray Epps exclusive, never-before-seen leaked video of Ray Epps breach is the government doctoring video to cover up for Ray Epps and incriminate the Proud Boys at their show trial.
This is part of the 14,000 hours the government is hiding.
Must see. Kara Castronova has the story at the Gateway Pundit.
They're doing great work over there if you want to go see that.
Now I want to show this clip of Elon Musk quickly.
I just, you know, again, you're never going to have somebody you agree with completely.
I'm not saying Elon Musk is perfect.
He's got his own problems. But, you know, he just seems like a real guy.
He seems human to me. I know there's some in the audience that disagree.
Even some at Infowars that disagree.
But I see this from Elon Musk.
He's outside of a court.
You know, he's being politically persecuted, too.
And you just don't see this.
He just seems like he's one of us.
He just seems like he's a human.
And what do you think about Elon Musk exiting a courtroom, media harassing him here in clip five?
unidentified
Are you guys listening? What do you think?
Any more comments? No, I can't comment, you know, because it's legal stuff.
But I'm curious, what do you guys think?
Uh, we weren't listening.
Oh, okay. All right. Don't be listening.
Don't be listening. Yeah, I think so.
Yeah, I think so. Alright.
owen shroyer
Just seems like a real guy.
Again, I'm not going to take one of his brain implants.
But who knows? Maybe I get paralyzed.
Maybe I go blind and he's got technology.
I can see. I can walk again.
You're telling me you wouldn't like that?
So I'm not a Luddite like that.
And people bring that up all the time, the Baphomet costume on Halloween.
I think he's just having fun trolling.
But whatever, I get people don't like it.
I get people don't like him, don't trust him.
I'm not necessarily saying I trust him, but right now I kind of like him.
And I think he's a force for good.
Meanwhile, a force not for good is this Dylan Mulvaney character, and now I'm changing my stance.
And I used to be unassuming and just saying, look, Dylan, you've got a problem.
You're obviously mentally deranged, pretending to be a woman, and now you're also doing it for money and promotions.
But you know what? You're not targeting the kids.
For the most part, it's just you, an adult, doing weird stuff, whatever.
But now... Now he's crossed the line, and I'm either wondering if this wasn't a controlled release, or maybe he's just getting more diabolical.
Here's the latest from Dylan Mulvaney.
He's now crossed the line for me.
This is now evil activity, what he's promoting in clip 16.

Day 33 of being a girl, and I spent most of my life using men's restrooms that look something like this.
I mean, men, how does it get this bad?
And on the ceiling? How does it get on the ceiling?
Please don't ever make me go back there.
But I thought we could celebrate today by instead reading my experiences in women's public restrooms.

Let's go! Nope, that's it for me.

First up, we have amusement park restrooms, or really any restroom often frequented by children.
The sinks are really low.
They don't have mirrors on the walls a lot of the time.
How am I supposed to touch up my face?
And this is a common place where some conservative women often judge me.
So two out of ten. Two because I love roller coasters, so...
Next up, we have gay club restrooms, which often don't even have a women's room, so you have to use the men's, which usually has this trough-like pee system.
You are a man. When I was a gay man, I would get so pee-shy using these.
It freaked me out. And there's never any toilet paper, but the conversation is always great in there.
So five out of ten. Next we have upscale department store restrooms.
There's nothing like walking through Nordstrom knowing that you can't afford anything, but we're going straight to the bathroom to take a pee.
I especially love when their doors go all the way down because it feels like you have your own private room.
7 out of 10. Almost done.
Gender neutral restrooms.
When I was non-binary, they made me so happy.
I just felt really safe and seen.
And I continue to feel that way.
Especially because so many people are walking around in half dresses.

What is that? 8 out of 10.
owen shroyer
Or is that like an eyebrow thing?

And lastly, but definitely not leastly...
Is any public restroom that has a semi-private stall.
It doesn't even have to be clean.
As long as I can toot and nobody can hear it, I'm happy.
And I've done some of my favorite costume changes in here.
Had some great heart-to-hearts with friends.
And if you ever see a trans person in a public restroom, it's kind of like a bear sighting.
We're more afraid of you than you are of us.
But if you ever see me, I'll have a tampon for you and say hey.
Love ya! Bye!
So, okay.

Innocent enough until you start encouraging men to go into female bathrooms.
Now I'm done. Now I'm done.
I used to say innocent enough, just a deranged man doing deranged things, no victims.
But now, now that you're encouraging men to go into the female bathroom, no, now there's innocent victims.
Now there's female victims and little girl victims.
So now, no. Nope.
It's all off now. Alright, quickly, I barely have the time here, but man, the videos we have, armed robberies in California, multiple armed robberies in Philadelphia, In Austin, it's getting worse.
But we'll have to cover some of this tomorrow.
Now, I am going to come back tonight at Owen Schroer Live on Twitter, rumble.com slash Owen.
I've got a lot of this news to cover.
I'm just going to go live on Rumble and Twitter tonight, and I'll cover it there.
But we will be back tomorrow with more of the news.
Be on the lookout on the War Room channel on band.video for the HD report from today's Texans against vaccine rally.
And as always, you stay classy, InfoWarriors.

To cover the waterfront of the attack on our hormones with the estrogen mimicers against men and women.
To talk about some of the big medical developments in the studies that are now on record of nutraceuticals that the elite are taking.
That they've made sure it's so expensive it's hard for the general public to get them.
That are growing the telomeres in the DNA. That are spurring mitochondrial growth and keeping cells alive.
That are causing nerve regeneration.
This is stuff you're allowed to say because it's patented and been certified.
Because it's now supplements going into the whole nutraceutical realm.
This will not be an infomercial for the next hour.
Okay. Except for about five minutes of it.
