Thank you. Aman Jabi has worked in Silicon Valley for 28 years.
His background includes work on deep technologies that are involved in the new digital prison system being designed by big tech.
In 2020, he moved to Montana and became a whistleblower, warning the public of the very real threat about to be unleashed upon us all.
Known by many as the Mark of the Beast system.
Aman explains how accepting the digital ID is the basic premise behind it all.
unidentified
|
So by default, a digital identity implies that you are always in a digital prison.
Since you have a digital identity and you're in a prison, You are by default a criminal.
So we don't trust you. | ||
Just like the old system, this new one is also voluntary.
And you are supposed to know that it's a digital prison that you are voluntarily signing up for.
And the reason for this is because in this new system, having a digital ID will be proof that you are a criminal.
Because having a digital ID means that you are in a digital prison.
And because you accepted it, you must be a criminal.
Because of this, there is a new protocol being introduced with this system, known as Zero Trust.
unidentified
|
How is Zero Trust going to be used?
Here's a lady, she wants to go and buy some beef.
But let's say her carbon footprint or her beef footprint for the month has been exceeded, that door won't open.
This digital prison is sneaking up on us all.
There is no need for an implanted chip, because everything is being done with facial recognition, which is already plugged into the entire system.
America already has more cameras per capita than Communist China, and our social credit score is already being logged.
All we need at this point is a series of events that lead us all into having to make the choice of either accepting the new digital ID or saying no.
Since the COVID lockdowns, new state-of-the-art LED lights have been replacing street lights in cities throughout the West.
Aman explains that this is all part of the plan.
These lights will be connected to everything, including your phone and your car.
And in new cars, that includes 16 different cameras with LiDAR and sonar.
These lights are being outfitted with LED incapacitators, which is a light technology that was first announced 15 years ago, back when it caused enough brain damage to make a person sick.
unidentified
|
Another strange weapon in the final stages of development is able to mount an all-out barrage on the optic nerve.
The LED incapacitator was developed under the auspices of the Department of Homeland Security.
For the purposes of creating what we call a non-lethal defense system.
And this technology consists of a bright set of LED technology, light-emitting diodes, that is designed to create a sort of temporary blindness, meaning temporary ability to not be able to see the person who we're trying to protect.
If aggressors caught in its bright pulsating glare don't shield their eyes or turn away quick enough, temporary blindness isn't the only effect they'll feel.
The first time I saw the LED, I was in a darkened room, and within three or four seconds, I had reached forward and grabbed ahold of a lab bench because I was feeling a little bit dizzy or disoriented.
The device's combination of different colors and random flashes can induce psychophysical effects, including vertigo and possible nausea.
It's been nicknamed the puke light.
It's been 15 years, and our Silicon Valley whistleblower believes that this technology is now capable of killing people.
Ultimately, we can say no to this.
unidentified
|
But if there's a critical mass that doesn't sign on to the digital ID, then this agenda gets weakened substantially.
But we will have to first unify and come together.
Reporting for InfoWars, this is Greg Reese.
unidentified
|
And good afternoon, everybody.
Welcome to the live War Room on Infowars.com.
I'm going to be your host, filling in for Owen Schroer.
I always say this, I'm honored to be doing that.
I'm certainly blessed to be with each and every one of you.
And it's been a little bit.
I hope that you've had a great holiday, a very Merry Christmas.
We say Christmas unapologetically and boldly, of course.
And welcome and Happy New Year to this live edition of The War Room here on Infowars.com.
My name is Pete Santilli, and I'm host of The Pete Santilli Show.
But for this three-hour tour, strap yourselves in, ladies and gentlemen.
There is a lot of stuff coming down the pike into 2023.
You're going to be very excited.
I would say very energized by the outlook that we have here coming into January 6th, which is just a couple of days away.
We'll talk about what's coming on January 6th.
I say energized. I have to temper my enthusiasm for a couple of different reasons because we've got a 50-50 shot at good things happening on Friday, January 6th.
And then, of course, we're going to discuss The absolute disastrous mess.
I think we're going on, what, six votes where the House of Representatives right now being held hostage by Kevin McCarthy.
This sixth vote should be proof Enough for him to leave, evacuate the building because the people certainly have spoken across the country.
And right now we've got 20 holdouts that have caused McCarthy to not take that position as speaker.
Those 20 we're going to talk about Some of the strategy behind the scenes because the remaining balance of the Republicans that are casting their vote for Kevin McCarthy are basically hedging their bets.
They don't have enough political capital or enough courage to be able to step out and vote against him.
They say overwhelmingly they're voting for Kevin McCarthy.
No, they're not. They're casting their votes knowing full well that it doesn't matter.
Their vote doesn't matter.
They just pony up to McCarthy, making absolutely certain that if he should win, or if those 20 don't hold out, that they're going to be retaliated against.
So they can hedge their bets per se.
Their votes outside of the 20 that are the holdouts are essentially just token votes.
But ultimately, what will happen is if Kevin McCarthy steps down, and he should step down at this point, I think we're going into six, is it the sixth vote?
As a matter of fact, they're going rapid fire at this point.
I think that they're trying to proceed towards a nominated clerk by Nancy Pelosi, which doesn't matter.
Listen, let's face it, ladies and gentlemen, if Nancy Pelosi came back in, there's no difference between Pelosi and Or McCarthy, or Boehner, or Homey the Clown.
It doesn't matter. It's the uniparty.
They work towards one direction.
And the Republicans right now, being in this very profitable losing mode.
What does that mean? | ||
Profitable losing mode.
Absolutely. Look at Ronna Romney McDaniel.
She loves the losing proposition because she can send emails.
When Herschel Walker, of course, loses an election and has to go to a runoff, my goodness, she gets millions and millions of dollars, and then she spends a few trinkets here and there.
And she's able to collect all that money, of course, and spend a small amount.
I'll give you proof of that.
Herschel Walker's campaign was run remotely.
They didn't even go knock on doors.
They didn't spend any money. But people were pouring money into the RNC. She loves losing.
She loves it. She sends out emails.
Ladies and gentlemen, the Republican Party is in a very profitable business of losing over and over and over again.
You know, she's been criticized.
For losing multiple times over.
And by the way, she's up for extermination, just as McCarthy is, because of her losing ways.
But never forget this. | ||
Losing for Romney McDaniel and the RNC is a very, very boom business, I'm telling you.
With Herschel Walker, when they sent emails, they collected money.
Hundreds of millions of dollars.
As a matter of fact, if you remember the 2020 campaign, after President Trump was robbed, after the American people in fact were robbed, it wasn't just President Trump.
As a matter of fact, I've got some For those of you that might be upset, I'm gonna speak the truth.
That's what you can always count on.
When I show up to work, I work for you.
I don't work for anybody else.
Now, I've always believed that President Trump has our...
Our interest at heart. | ||
I've always believed that.
And that's the reason why I've supported them.
And the day that that stops happening, I'll turn for Barney the purple dinosaur.
We'll vote him in and send him into the swamp.
Just like we're doing right now, Matt Gaetz taking a big wrench, throwing it into the machine, disrupting the apple cart, just absolutely disrupting the establishment.
I love That approach by We The People, it's a bottom-up approach.
Anything we can do to disrupt what 300 or so people that are wanting to lord over us with FTX money, that's another topic we can certainly touch on throughout the show today.
And it's a three-hour visit.
And ladies and gentlemen, I want you to stay tuned because we are going to, as a matter of fact, I need to see what kind of time clock I have.
You'll see me looking up from time to time because I need to make sure that I do stay on track.
I need to exit full screen.
There we go. Fantastic. Now I can see it.
So we're going to be taking breaks periodically in the next hour.
We're going to be getting into it.
Dave Summerall from StopHate.com is going to be joining me.
And he will be joining me for the better part of an hour.
And what are we going to talk about?
The trial of the century.
The Proud Boys trial. | ||
And those of you on Infowars.com, Owen Schroer's show, you know who Staff Sergeant Biggs is.
And now we're going on 700 plus days that he's been incarcerated, held captive by an entity right now that is trying to cover up their criminality on January 6th.
This trial is coming up against the Proud Boys.
Just keep this in mind. This is not a prosecution of the Proud Boys.
Those Proud Boys that have been incarcerated, even if they did something slightly wrong, doesn't even matter.
Set all that aside. And you're going to hear me say this over and over again because I've been through this process.
Attorney Norm Pattis is actually representing Staff Sergeant Joe Biggs.
I love that. And Larry is.
I call him McRino. | ||
McNasty. McNasty. | ||
Get him out. Get McNasty out.
Get McRino out at all costs.
As a matter of fact, what's his name?
Hakeem Infume, whatever his name is.
Put that guy up there. It doesn't even matter.
You can put anybody up there.
Anyone but McCarthy. | ||
McCarthy's running around with a big bag of cash.
He thinks that he's got all that power and control over the American people.
Get him out. You can put any chimpanzee.
It's a pre-programmed rocket ship, ladies and gentlemen.
When I say chimpanzee, It's derogatory in the sense that the pre-programmed rocket ship, you remember when they first launched into orbit, NASA launched rockets into orbit in preparation for landing on the moon.
Well, guess what they did?
They had to practice going into orbit.
They didn't know if human beings being subjected to the outer atmosphere, if they would be able to survive it.
So they pre-programmed the rocket ship.
They put a chimpanzee in there, and the chimpanzee is just flicking switches while he's going into orbit.
Well, this pre-programmed rocket ship is a Marxist rocket ship, pre-programmed towards the new world order and globalism, okay?
The uniparty, the left-right paradigm, there's no such thing.
They're both working towards the same ends.
The Republicans, they love losing.
They collect a lot of money.
They work hand in glove with the Democrats.
The Republicans get in.
They do nothing. They promise to, let's say, end the funding of Planned Parenthood.
Make that promise. They get in.
They don't do that. Their do-nothing-ism helps advance Marxism.
Lots to talk about in this episode.
We're going to go to our first break here.
Come back, we're going to talk about what's coming up on Friday, January 6th with the Brunson case.
The very real possibility that something good may happen and something bad.
We'll talk about that on the other side.
Don't go away. You're tuned in to The War Room on Infowars.com.
And welcome back, everybody.
I'm Pete Santilli filling in for Owen Schroyer.
Owen Troyer. And The War Room is one of my favorite shows.
I know it is yours. You're tuned in.
And I'm so honored that you should allow me in through the front door, which is a great thing.
To fill in for Owen is an honor.
To help out the InfoWars team is certainly a privilege.
And I appreciate it. And I appreciate your time.
Now listen, when I show up to work here and I fill in, I come with some big heavy boots on.
All right? Today, here's our title today.
People in our government are the criminals!
They are. | ||
The US government right now is attempting to obstruct justice.
And what I'm calling the trial of the century, which is the Proud Boys trial, that right now is right in the middle of jury selection.
Now, what does that mean, that the people in the government are criminals and this trial and everyone's feeling the anxiety because they're going after the Proud Boys?
Ladies and gentlemen, set all that aside because I'm here to tell you I'm living proof after winning two federal trials, being not just Part of it as a defendant, but instrumental in taking down the deep state.
They spent $100 million to prosecute the Bundy defendants.
I'm one of them. In Oregon, I was actually responsible for, of course, learning the process of putting together my exhibits and going up against the deep state with all the evidence that was in our discovery.
And then, of course, defending myself, preparing for trial.
365 exhibits prepared.
They were under the threat of one week worth of testimony by me on the stand, and we caught them red-handed through the discovery, basically showing that they were the criminals in the Bundy Ranch protests as well as the Mallier National Wildlife.
Now, what does that have to do with you and this January 6th thing?
It's the same thing. It's just basically an escalated version of what happened before back then.
But ultimately, a Portland jury, and I was I was directly responsible for going through the 1500 or so questionnaires, crafting the questionnaires and trying to extract out which of the jurors were going to be, you know, at least down the middle, but more on our side.
And the two critical questions that were asked that help Helped us determine whether or not they were a pus-filled communist libtard in Portland.
You're going to find a lot of those.
Or somebody that could possibly be on our side.
Two questions. Where do you get your news?
Was the first question.
And secondly, what are your thoughts on the Second Amendment?
And this is how we knew that we could seat a jury that was gonna be friendly to us and more favorable to us.
Where do you get your news? They say, you know what?
I don't tune into the news.
I'm a musician. I listen to music.
That's okay, too. But what are your thoughts on the Second Amendment?
And when they would respond, shall not be infringed, boom, we would seat that jury.
So we actually crafted a jury.
They gave an acquittal and they actually in the end in the Oregon trial, they deemed that the government was the one that committed the crimes in the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge protests in 2016.
This is what we're looking to do right here.
Now, is a jury in this particular case, are they going to get to the point to where they're going to render a verdict?
I'm expected because this is the trial of the century.
And remember, Norm Patterson is the top constitutional attorney in the country, period.
unidentified
|
Alex Jones would absolutely agree with that.
He is the top constitutional attorney, fearless.
Look at how he Defended Alex Jones in Connecticut.
Unbelievable performance.
Absolutely fearless. He's actually gonna be in this room where a bunch of people are.
Actually, there's gonna be four different defendants that are charged with conspiracy.
But that one attorney and his team that's gonna be extracting all of the evidence, and there's plenty of it, that the government Actually committed the crimes that led to the situation where they could call it an insurrection and thereby demonize half of America.
So right now the U.S. government is trying to obstruct justice because we're going to prosecute.
I say we. We the people are going to prosecute them in this trial.
The Proud Boys are not They're at trial, but they're innocent until proven guilty, of course, but they're not the guilty party.
We're gonna go on the offensive now through the Proud Boys trial.
We're gonna talk about that in the second hour with Dave Summerall.
And then I'm also gonna be bringing on Alicia Powell.
We've got a team of people right now, court watchers.
She is from Gateway Pundit.
She's gonna be Oh my goodness, there's a picture of Enrique Terrio and Staff Sergeant Joe Biggs.
I consider them both to be friends and have dedicated my life, especially most recently, helping out behind the scenes with the legal teams, doing some fundraising to the best of my ability to help get these legal teams.
Because I'll tell you what, it costs millions of dollars to defend yourself when the full force of the government comes upon you.
Everybody say a prayer for Staff Sergeant Joe Biggs.
Say a prayer for all the defendants, of course, but especially right now.
Staff Sergeant Joe Biggs, a Purple Heart recipient, a combat veteran, suffering PTSD, certainly not receiving the care that he certainly deserves by his captors that have him right now.
I think he's in Alexandria.
So say a prayer for everybody, especially Staff Sergeant Joe Biggs.
Alicia Powell is a court watcher.
We're going to talk about that strategy as to what we're going to do and what actually caused the deep state to come to their knees in the Bundy Ranch trough.
The truth was exposed. | ||
The jurors never even got the case because we exposed so much truth, as I expect that we're gonna do in this trial of the century, that they had to dismiss the case and scoot everybody up.
So we'll talk about that strategy.
We're doing court watching.
We'll tell you how you can stay tuned to coverage as we go.
But this is the trial of the century.
So people in our government, they are the criminals.
We're gonna prosecute them.
But right now, they're attempting to obstruct justice, as they are.
Attempting to do everything they can to stop what is coming on Friday, January 6th.
Last time I was here, we talked about the Brunson case.
And ladies and gentlemen, I'm here to tell you that the Brunson case is a very real thing.
Now, let me tell you how real it is.
And when I say we got a 50-50 shot, we do.
It's a 50-50 shot. | ||
They can either vote the Supreme Court when they gather together and they assemble their panel and they consider what the Brunson case is asking the Supreme Court to do.
We've got three co-equal branches of government.
The legislative is hijacked.
The executive is hijacked.
And now we have a judiciary.
It's the last line of defense here.
Of those three co-equal branches, we only have one.
That on Friday, we will find out, because it's a 50-50 shot, whether they actually remove 388 members of Congress, the ones that are running the circus show right now for the Speaker of the House slot.
To remove those that voted to certify an election knowing full well that the intel services said that there was enough justification to do an investigation.
The Brunson brothers have essentially accused those members of Congress that voted to certify the election and ignore the evidence that was presented to them by the Director of National Intelligence, John Radcliffe.
That they ignored his recommendation to conduct an investigation.
They moved to certify Joe Biden, and it just so happens that China was implicated in being involved in overthrowing our election.
Well, China Joe was installed, and now these folks are being accused of treason and shall be removed if the Supreme Court says so.
Stay right there. Don't go away.
I'm gonna tell you what the full implications are on the other side of the break.
This is the war room. | ||
You want to beat the New World Order?
Hello, I am fentanyl, the communist Chinese dragon, telling all of you that you have done a good job.
Do not support Infowars.com.
Do not be part of their year-end fundraiser.
Do not go to Infowarsstore.com and make donations, and do not get products that boost your immune system.
Drink fluoride, take fentanyl, and die.
Again, do not be part of the end-of-year fundraiser at Infowarsstore.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, Owen Troyer here on the phone line just briefly to interrupt because I have to take a bit of a victory lap here.
This is truly an incredible thing we're witnessing.
Kevin McCarthy has now gone 0 for 6 in what can only be described as potentially the greatest example of political futility and embarrassment and just patheticness that Maybe it's ever been put on display, specifically when it comes to recent political history and a battle for Speaker of the House.
This is truly unprecedented.
And what's even more amazing about it, as I will admit myself being wrong on this, I fell for the fake news when they said that Kevin McCarthy already had the votes.
I fell for the lies of Kevin McCarthy when he was telling reporters in November and December that he had the votes.
He never had the votes. | ||
They all lied to us about it and that's why I was saying you know I don't like McCarthy.
I think there'll be a bit of a holdout.
But if I was a betting man, I would bet on McCarthy.
Well, I hope you didn't place that bet because I think you would have lost it as he's now 0-4-6.
So what do you call this? The double platinum sombrero?
The double McCarthy platinum sombrero striking out six times in a single game?
Amazing stuff. Now where it goes from here is yet to be seen.
The only way McCarthy gets in If he gets Democrat votes, that's obviously not going to happen.
I think this vote proved that.
So now, does Kevin McCarthy have some sort of a voter block that he's going to try to block whatever Republican replaces him as the nominee, whether it be Byron Donalds or somebody else?
Would Kevin McCarthy do that?
Would the swamp back him in that endeavor?
And then, do the Democrats just continue to sit back and vote Jeffries and just let the process play out, or do they try to Do some new shenanigans to maybe try to throw a wrench into that.
So this only gets more interesting.
But let me just be clear about one other thing.
They went on Fox News last night, and then today, people like Brian Lawler, representative-elect from New York, who's clearly a Swamp member before he even gets in, and they said yesterday, and they said tonight, the conservative Inc., the Republican establishment, the donor class, the D.C. East Coast elites, and what did they say yesterday, and what did they say today?
Kevin McCarthy has the votes.
Kevin McCarthy's going to be speaker at the end of the day.
Wrong-o! Wrong-o! | ||
So how do you explain this?
They never had the votes, but they claimed they had the votes.
They lost in the voting process six different times, but still told you that they were going to win.
How do you even explain that?
How do you explain this act of futility?
How do you explain this complete embarrassment that Matt Gaetz has just handed the entire Republican establishment Media conservative establishment, donor class D.C. East Coast Politico establishment.
unidentified
|
How are they going to get out of this?
What spin, what twist, what narrative are we going to see to try to come out of this?
And do they finally say we're going home again today?
They're claiming they're going to re-adjourn at 7 o'clock Eastern, 6 o'clock Central as soon as the war room is off air.
They say they're going to re-adjourn.
Don't tell me they're going to put Kevin McCarthy back out there.
If Kevin McCarthy doesn't stop this process and say I'm removing myself, then he's an even bigger entitled scumbag than we even thought.
And if Trump doesn't come out and renounce what McCarthy is doing, then I just don't see how he has any political future, quite frankly.
I don't see how he climbs out of this hole ahead of the 2024 election.
That's going to be an entirely different story.
But nonetheless, let's focus on what's about to happen with the Speaker of the House.
So, is Kevin McCarthy going to pull the same move that Gates just pulled and look for about 20 Republicans he can put in his back pocket and say, we're not going to vote for your candidate?
And then, of course, showing their complete hypocrisy and double standard of the swamp.
Or is he going to finally do what he should have done months ago, or at least after the first vote, and step down and say, I'm not going to be Speaker of the House.
I failed. I tried six times.
I'm done. They can figure this out without me.
Does he have that class?
Or is he the entitled swamp creature that we all believe he is?
unidentified
|
We may find that out in about three hours.
But I'm listening to Pete Santilli host the show, do a great job as usual, and I don't want to take too much more time from him.
I do have some other things to take care of here behind the scenes, but Pete, I just had to come on and do this victory lap because it's just unbelievable to watch The conservative establishment, the Republican establishment, the conservative inks in the media and the military-industrial complex and everything try to dictate to us how this was going to go and fall flat on their face every time.
And so, Pete, how do you analyze that?
How do you analyze this group of swamp establishment Republicans lying to the American people saying we have the votes?
They never did. Coming in here and trying to ram this down our throat six times, even though they never had to vote, going on Fox News, going on other conservative outlets saying, we have the votes, McCarthy's going to be the speaker, trying to dictate policy from the top down.
How do you even explain this, Pete?
Is this their arrogance?
Is this their entitlement?
Or is this finally, perhaps finally, their come to Jesus moment where they realize, you know what?
We can't dictate policy from the top down anymore. We can't dictate politics from the top down
anymore. We can't just get our way by going on TV or doing interviews telling the Republican voters
what's going to happen. How do you think it goes from here, Pete Santilli? I've never seen,
even Hillary Clinton has never been so politically obstinate, arrogant, and entitled
as what we have seen from Kevin McCarthy and the Republican establishment in the last 48 hours.
So I had to come on here, take a quick victory lap.
We were right. McCarthy didn't have the votes.
They were wrong again. | ||
McCarthy gets the double platinum McCarthy sombrero, six strikeouts in a game.
And I just leave you with this, Pete.
How do you even analyze this?
How do you analyze the arrogance?
How do you analyze the entitlement?
Are they going to learn from this?
Is Trump going to learn from this?
Where do you think it goes from here, Pete Santilli?
I'll be listening off air.
Great job, and thank you as always.
Oh, thank you. It's an honor to be here, and I'll tell you how I analyze it.
The difference is, of course, President Trump has been criticized for not offering up a peaceful transition of power.
Even President Trump, despite knowing that the election was stolen, he left the White House peacefully.
You know what we have now? Last night, Matt Gaetz sent a letter to the architect of the Capitol McCarthy, who moved into the Speaker's office prematurely, did not have the votes.
At what point do we consider him to be a squatter?
And that was last night.
At this point, after six votes, Owen.
At what point do we say that this is no longer, this is a militancy, it's no longer a peaceful transition of power.
He seems to have this arrogant, militant approach to gathering together with duffel bags full of cash, a portion of which came through FTX of course, wielding his power to those 500 or so people.
That believe that they can lord over 350 million people.
And guess what? Despite the fact that he does not have the votes, and those 20 votes are critical because the remaining balance of those votes are just basically political tokens that just in case McCarthy comes in, they cast That's their vote for him, knowing full well that the 20 holdouts are essentially going to block him.
And they don't necessarily need to put themselves in jeopardy should McCarthy come into power.
The remaining balance of those votes are just token votes.
I believe that once McCarthy, if he relinquishes power, because right now he's holding the House of Representatives in the Republican Party at hostage.
The majority of the American people are sick and tired of the establishment Republicanism, the do-nothing Republicanism.
Where they make promises, of course, get across the gate and they don't serve the interests of the American people.
And I'm going to offer up this little bit of criticism, but most importantly, if you love President Trump, you must address him.
He's the greatest president of our lifetime.
But when are we going to admit that sometimes he's just a little bit too gullible when surrounded by these deep sayers?
We'll talk about that on the other side of the break.
Dave Summerall is going to be coming up next hour.
Don't go away. Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
I'm Pete Santilli, and I'll tell you, it is a busy news afternoon.
You know, to headline, of course, the debacle that's going on.
But listen, this is a crescendo moment that includes McCarthy, I call him McRhyno, holding the House of Representatives and the Speakership hostage right now.
There were six Examples of him not having enough votes.
They displayed those with just 20 people.
Okay? They only had 20 people get out there.
Basically, when you're running point, I'm using a military analogy.
I have to. It's a Marine Corps analogy.
Although I was in an air wing, I was in a ground pounder, but I heard from a lot of them.
The guys that would run point, okay?
They were the ones out in front that would take the first shots.
They'd step on the first mine.
And really, you take turns doing that, but they're the sacrificial lambs just in case.
Those are proud, courageous people, of course.
Those 20 people are running point.
That doesn't mean that the entire rest of the platoon's not prepared to fight, because they are.
So, the remaining balance of Republican votes.
They say, oh, yeah, yeah, we're gonna vote for McCarthy, because they know they got their point man out there.
It is gonna go step on the landmine on their behalf, and they'll take the shrapnel.
And if McCarthy gets in, of course, Because they've cast their vote for McCarthy, he's not going to retaliate against them.
What do I mean by retaliate?
I'm going to tell you something. This is some inside baseball.
The War Room's own Roger Stone was actually advising and consulting on a great congressional candidate.
His name was J.R. Majewski.
Initially, a grassroots campaign in Toledo, Ohio, right here in my backyard.
I'm friends with JR Majewski.
He started running a great campaign.
By the way, he was the one that painted his lawn with the Trump flag.
And somebody was flying overhead, saw that thing.
He got put on blast. | ||
Next thing you know, he starts running for office.
Great grassroots guy. | ||
He just so happens to be not just a farmer as President Trump used to like to jokingly say.
He's actually A nuclear scientist.
There he is, J.R. Majewski. Once his campaign became serious, President Trump put him on blast.
Next thing you know, he won the primary.
He was the Republican candidate in Toledo.
Well, guess what? A 40-year communist that has been running the Toledo district launched an attack campaign against J.R. Majewski.
Lies, absolute lies, about his service.
The entire establishment came after him, including McCarthy.
McCarthy had come in at a certain point.
Roger Stone got kicked to the side.
McCarthy came in with his bag of cash.
Now I'm talking to J.R. Majewski before all this happened.
And McCarthy came on the scene and I said, Isn't it kind of dangerous to have this guy walk up to you with a duffel bag full of cash like that?
Are you going to be beholden to him on the other side of it?
He goes, oh no, I need his money, but I'm not going to sell out in no way, shape, or form.
I'll take the money and get across the finish line.
Well, guess what McCarthy ended up doing?
When the communists attacked him, McCarthy pulled a million dollars right before the final weeks of his campaign.
Pulled it right out from underneath him.
He sabotaged a Republican candidate's candidacy for Congress, and that was done by McCarthy himself.
So this guy with his duffel bags full of FTX cash is now holding the speakership for ransom.
Holding it hostage right now.
He's not gonna get the votes.
President Trump stepped out and this is what he said.
I'll put this on the screen for everybody to see.
We'll go to full screen.
That's a beautiful shot of J.R. Majewski's painting of his lawn.
But President Trump said some really good conversations took place last night.
Now it's time for all of our great Republican House members to vote for Kevin.
Close the deal. Take the victory and watch crazy Nancy Pelosi fly back home, the only speaker in U.S. history to have lost the House.
Republicans do not turn a great triumph into a giant and embarrassing defeat.
It's time to celebrate. You deserve it.
Kevin McCarthy will do a good job and maybe even a great job.
Just watch. And this is what I said to President Trump.
I said, although you're the greatest president in our lifetime, When are we going to admit that sometimes you're too gullible when surrounded by these deep staters?
Do you think we forget going with the FBI narrative, pushing out General Flynn, hiring McMaster, General McMaster, and then replacing him with John Bolton?
What about Pompeo, who talked you out of pardoning Assange and Snowden?
Unbelievable amount of pressure came from Pompeo, if I recall.
You said, President Trump, that each of them were really good people and would do a great job.
Well, sir, with all due respect, you know, I'm like Peter Navarro.
I love President Trump, but I'm not a yes man, okay?
If I'm in front of the resolute desk, I'm going to tell President Trump, guess what, President Trump?
You've made some silly decisions in the past.
It's time for you to put the parachute on and bail on McCarthy because the American people have spoken.
And now we've got Matt Gaetz throwing that big monkey wrench into the machine.
I love it. We've assembled just enough votes to stop McCarthy.
But ultimately, folks, President Trump backing McCarthy, backing McMaster, backing Bolton, backing...
How many people has he backed, these deep-seaters?
Well, who suffers, President Trump?
We are the ones who ultimately suffer from these poor picks.
So, here we are taking up the reins.
President Trump is thereby stronger.
He is now stronger. | ||
Matt Gaetz is gonna become the defect.
Right now, he's a defecto speaker.
He is the leader of the House of Representatives.
On behalf of the American people, we're sick and tired of the establishment.
And I don't know if you heard what Chip Roy said today.
In response to what Newt Gingrich said on Fox News, he said, you know what?
I don't respond to what some fossil says on the old, dead, stale Fox News.
The leftist, fake, rhino channel known as Fox News that called Arizona for Joe Biden.
The one that says that Joe Biden is your president.
If you want to know who the establishmentites are, if you want to know who we need to replace our...
Just come up with a list of people that are pushing McCarthy.
And I'm not gonna say President Trump.
I'm not gonna say that. | ||
President Trump is trying to wield his influence, but I'm gonna say this, ladies and gentlemen, for you 5G Chesters out there that know that President Trump is operating behind the scenes.
He's put himself out there, okay?
Knowing full well that his guy right now, Matt Gaetz, is doing the deed, is doing the job.
And you know what? Politically, it kind of saves President Trump a little bit because there's a lot of mega donors that I'm sure McCarthy is holding over President Trump's head.
Better back me, or you're not gonna become the president.
So what does President Trump do?
He comes out, he says, yeah, ladies and gentlemen, we must go with McCarthy.
Knowing full well, McCarthy's never gonna cross the finish line.
Because Matt Gaetz is his guy.
And he's playing 5D chess.
And he's gonna get the best of both worlds.
McCarthy's gonna be out, and he's gonna say, oh, I tried my best.
McCarthy, can I still talk to your donors?
Can I get some of that FTX money you've been squirreling away?
On behalf of the Democrats through the Ukraine in violation of my Executive Order 13848, that's a big mouthful of stuff.
What does that all mean?
Ladies and gentlemen, we'll talk more about that as this episode progresses.
But on the other side of this break here...
And before the end of this show, we're going to talk about what it means to have the Supreme Court on Friday weigh in on whether or not to remove all these pukes that voted in favor of certifying an election and siding with China and their incursion into our election in November of 2020, committing treason, aiding and abetting a foreign enemy becoming a domestic enemy.
There is a possibility, and this is what's going to happen when I say 50-50 shot.
In the Supreme Court, we will now find out, it's not gonna be too much further than Friday, whether or not the Supreme Court has been captured.
The American people will become, of course, the fourth branch of government, either celebrating and locking arms with the Supreme Court.
On an epic landmark ruling where they step up and save our constitutional republic as that one co-equal branch that hasn't been co-opted, or we find out that they've been captured.
And then, ladies and gentlemen, the fourth branch of government, which is not co-equal.
We are not co-equal to the judiciary.
We're not co-equal to the legislative.
We're not co-equal to the executive.
You know what we are? We are Supreme.
We are the people that are supreme over each and every one of those co-equal branches that are charged with the duties of defending and supporting the Constitution of the United States.
And if in fact the Supreme Court comes out We'll talk more about this on the other side of the break.
This is the War Room. I'm Pete Santilli.
Don't you dare go away. | ||
And ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to the second hour of The War Room.
We're not gonna switch gears.
We're just gonna escalate the prosecution of the criminals that have hijacked our government.
One of whom right now is literally doing, we're gonna say the virtual equivalent thereof, of holding the House of Representatives hostage.
Right now, six votes. | ||
And whatever happened to McCarthy saying that we needed a peaceful transition?
Whatever happened to that?
Ladies and gentlemen, that's also what happened by these establishmentites that offered up a color revolution on January 6th.
On January 6th, what you saw with the smoke and the broken windows and the provocateurs and the busloads of Antifa people and the military in civilian clothes, hundreds of them reporting to the FBI. Of course, that's how we skirt constitutional law and go right around posse comitatus.
Hundreds of military officials working for the FBI. How do we know this?
All because I have some people internally, ladies and gentlemen, whistleblowers that are going to be coming forward.
And they're begging, begging to have their door busted down to open up their filing cabinets because they looked at the facial recognition and saw that at the initial breach where Ray Epps was there in the bottom left-hand corner, Ray Epps, that in fact, All of those people, the majority of them, were feds that were at that initial breach.
And they're just begging for that to come out in court.
And I fully anticipate that we're going to have success in revealing the truth.
And the truth is that in this Proud Boys trial, that all of the, of course, hundreds and hundreds now, upwards of a thousand plus patriots who have been indicted falsely, Under this color revolutionary tactic where they can go in just like they rounded up millions of people and executed them.
Mao took the guns, of course.
A lot of people got the bullets in the back of the head.
Same thing has happened here in the United States.
But these innocent until proven guilty individuals.
We're standing up right now over 700 days of incarceration.
The Proud Boys are, guess what?
They're shifting gears.
Staff Sergeant Joe Biggs, Enrique Terrio.
We have a group of them, all four of them, whose names shall not remain nameless, okay?
Whose names shall be put on blast because they're taking a stand to do what?
To prosecute the government.
The real evildoers. | ||
The criminals, in fact.
And this process that you've seen up to this point has been nothing but obstruction of justice and evading accountability.
I'm joined by somebody who I cannot minimize the importance of his introduction.
Started years ago launching a website called StopHate.com.
Stop hate. He's the epitome of stopping hate, of course.
And he's not only an investigative journalist, not only somebody that's out there as an activist on Team America, not only a godly patriot, but he's become a forensic expert of evidence that exists.
Open-sourced evidence is provided to the attorneys at StopHate.com.
That evidence is there. Dave Summerall joins me.
We've got just a couple of minutes here.
Before we go to this first break, I want to give you proper introductions.
You're going to spend the entire hour with me.
We're going to unpack some very serious stuff.
This is the front doorstep, Dave Someral, of a prosecution of the criminals that have hijacked our government.
In the 45 seconds we have here, say hello to everybody and tell them to buckle in because they're going to be in for a ride, aren't they?
unidentified
|
Well, I'm telling you they are.
If they're tired of defense and ready for some offense, you've come to the right place, to the right show, at the right time.
We'll go over a couple of things that are really going to flip the script on the bad guys.
And what a perfect time to do it.
Like you say, the trial of the century is here.
It's the Proud Boys trial. So everybody get ready for a crazy ride.
I think Trump said it's going to be wild.
And we're just getting to that part.
Will be wild. | ||
And ladies and gentlemen, 800 and something pages by the January 6th committee.
Not one mention of Ray Epps.
That should tell you how much other evidence exists.
We're going to reveal it right here on The War Room.
Stay right there. And we're coming live.
We're having a full conversation on the break.
I'm Pete Santilli. Welcome back to The War Room.
I'm with Dave Summerall, the founder of StopHate.com.
The topic of conversation, not just for this hour, it's been for the past couple of years, ladies and gentlemen.
And, you know, you feel a sense of anxiety.
And Dave, I want you to speak to this because...
It's not a false sense of optimism.
First of all, you know I've got two federal trials under my belt.
I know what we're about to go through.
I can't think of a person that's more qualified to deal with what we're about to deal with.
You're going into the Proud Boys trial.
Number one. Number two, there's enough evidence, even above and beyond what I had in the Bundy Ranch trials.
It started coming out in court.
You see, that's what happened. It shut down the case.
We had a dismissal in Nevada.
We had a win in Oregon, a dismissal in Nevada.
Guess what happened? The deep state spent $100 million.
They tried to cover up the truth.
It started coming out in the middle of trial, and they dismissed the case.
And guess what Clive and Bundy said?
Well, that's a shame because we were going to prosecute these people.
This is part of the cover-up.
They walked him out the door and he was disappointed because we weren't able to prosecute them to bring who is now the governor of Nevada up for a perjury charge.
We had him nailed. And he said this is part of the cover-up.
So I want you to speak to everybody that's feeling a sense of anxiety.
And you have to speak of it.
From the spiritual and biblical perspective, because when the going get tough, the tough get faithful, and they know when the miracle comes, they know where it's going to come from.
I want that impossible dream, because I got a big bag of rocks.
unidentified
|
That's right. That's right.
And hey, I'm with you, and I'm all for that spiritual journey and all that stuff, but let's go to the favorite verse, Jesus wept.
That's okay, too, folks.
It's been a long, arduous fight, and the people are suffering.
They're being tortured. I can't stress the importance of getting that message out to the public of what these people have gone through for us.
You know, there's that old phrase that only two people have died for your freedom or your soul, and Jesus for your soul, and the American soldier for your freedom.
Well, add the J6ers to that list.
You know, we lost four We're good to go.
Some of the small victories that are adding up, just like Pete said.
And some of the information that we've gotten into the other court cases didn't even have to do with the cases that they had to do with, but it's a matter of getting that into the record and setting that as the facts.
And then it's harder to come back and fight against it.
So some of the things with the due process that the Proud Boys are going to be really trying to stress are something that we've been fighting for months.
Go ahead. I don't want to interrupt.
Oh yeah, but that's the thing.
The due process violations, you know, we see these court, we see the judges, and we see how biased they are.
We see that until now, these attorneys, it's been a struggle to find good attorneys.
There's only been a handful that have stepped up to help.
So for the Proud Boys, it's really important for people to realize That these attorneys are the heroes that are coming up to help at the last minute, basically.
And they're doing this, you know, not at an attorney's rate.
I can tell you that they are doing it because they love America and love freedom.
And they're fighting for these guys the way that they should be fought for, not these public defenders.
Now, we're gonna feature and highlight, I've spoken to Norm Pattis.
As a matter of fact, I spoke to him and texted him while he was at trial in the Alex Jones trial in Connecticut.
I told him, and I'm one of those legal wing nuts, I said, I know the difference.
I've been through the process.
You are at the top of my list of constitutional attorneys.
That meant a lot to me, and he certainly accepted appreciation for that.
Then I found out that he was going to take his skills to represent Staff Sergeant Joe Biggs.
And everybody needs to know this right now.
Norm Pattis is literally putting everything on the line.
Everything that you saw as to his excellence and his constitutionality and his fearlessness in representing Alex Jones, he's basically taken that to represent Staff Sergeant Joe Biggs.
And guess what? Everybody else in the courtroom is going to benefit from that.
And I'm going to tell you, he's prepared.
When I spoke with him, he's not allowed to do interviews.
And he said, we're in this.
To win this? But I'm not going to speak with you for a few weeks.
I've been in communication with him via text.
We need to get him as much support as possible.
And we, in fact, are with as much evidence as we can get him above and beyond what he's going to be digging up and exposing in court.
But sir, let's do this. | ||
We've got Five minutes, I need to give you just a general timeline here because we've got some breaks.
It's going to be split up here.
I want to open up as follows.
We're going to get to the cover-up of the deaths, okay?
And I mentioned Ray Epps.
That was one example. Top of mind for everyone.
Ray Epps, we have him nailed committing perjury to the January 6th committee.
Those transcripts came out.
Imagine this, ladies and gentlemen.
That we have people that have already been prosecuted, they've been sentenced, they're in jail, they've been sitting there, and there's exculpatory evidence that shows as follows, that the government has committed something called selective prosecution that normally gets cases dismissed.
That if you bring the full force of the government upon the Oath Keepers, and you bring the full force of the government upon the Proud Boys, and you don't bring the full force of the government upon somebody like Ray Epps for doing worse.
Then these guys did. | ||
Because we're going to play a clip on the other side of this particular break where Staff Sergeant Joel Big says, this is what we're doing.
We just want to make sure that everybody's safe.
And when the sun goes down, we want to be protective.
I know what the Proud Boys do.
They want to protect peaceful protesters.
And sir, that's right. | ||
unidentified
|
That's right. Every good red-blooded American knows what the Proud Boys are and what they stand for and who they protect and who they defend.
And that's the good guys.
They take up for little old people that want to go and attend rallies and conventions and Antifa BLM come out to beat them and the Proud Boys say, no, that's not good.
We're not going to do that because the police quit stepping up for people, you know, and let these things happen to intimidate us.
Same as everything else.
So it's great to see that, you know, this point in the fight, you know, it's been two years.
This is like a breath of fresh air to even go into this battle with this kind of support from these lawyers and the public.
This is your chance. And I know we're all tired, but we need to pull it together and rally behind this case and make it as public.
If you can go to D.C. and be there outside the courtroom or in it, go.
If you can, you know, share it on your social media, share it.
If you can call people on the phone and say, hey, Pay attention to this.
There's some major, major truth that's going to come out during this trial that can change it for everybody.
Yeah. Now, listen, I'm putting across the bottom.
Now, Gateway Pundit has stepped up.
First of all, let's go through the list.
You ready? And let me tell you who the Patriots are.
Because, you know, you said, oh, we're tired.
We're weary. Yeah. Imagine the deplorables that had no socks and they were in the boat crossing the Delaware.
They were without pay. | ||
Their commission had expired, but they were in the boat with George Washington crossing the Delaware.
They were tired. They were broke.
They were hungry. They were cold.
But they persevered, didn't they?
And we have certainly benefited from that.
That's what's going to happen. Do not get tired.
unidentified
|
That's where we are. We're still on, correct?
Oh, there we go. We still have just a couple of minutes left.
I just wanted to make sure I checked the clock.
Across the bottom of the screen.
TOTC, that is trial of the century.
We have court watchers.
Now imagine this, Norm Pattis in the courtroom.
Norm Pattis is going to come.
This is the trial of the century, folks.
He's gonna prosecute the government.
He's gonna have this opportunity.
He's got a whole big bag full of discovery that proves without a shadow of a doubt that the government and the people that are running our government were the ones committing the crimes.
And it was so egregious.
And he now has evidence that they've selectively prosecuted the Proud Boys for political reasons, number one.
So you're gonna get updates.
Norm Pattis in the courtroom.
Now, there's no cameras in the courtroom like Norm Pattis had during the Alex Jones trial.
So what do we have to have? Here was the key to our success.
In the court of public opinion, we had court watchers.
In the morning, we'd watch what was going on in court, and we'd come out and report.
We're the camera. We the people, the fourth branch of government.
Gateway Pundit is committed to having Alicia Powell file two reports daily.
And you're going to hear from Alicia Powell in the next hour, but you're going to text TOTC to 844-837-9924.
It's also going to include a link.
To what we're gonna see on the other side of this break, I'll give you one example.
This one document right here, do you remember a recent filing that was put into the federal court docket that we're watching, where a witness can come forward who's from law enforcement, who said that these guys are the good guys, I've worked with them.
And he said, these guys aren't the bad guys, they wanted to come in and be protective and they were checking in with the police.
And he wanted to testify, but the government's threatening to prosecute him if he does.
Threatening witnesses.
Can you imagine? Oh, Fenton of the Communist Chinese Dragon here to give you stupid Americans your orders.
Do not save Infowars. | ||
Do not be part of their year-end fundraiser at Infowarsstore.com with huge sales.
Do not click on the donation button.
Give up, roll over, and die.
Infowars is more influential than ever.
It's important to shut them down.
So I'm ordering you now in the name of CCP. Do not go to Infowarsstore.com.
Welcome back. Let's get right into it.
Ladies and gentlemen, so we have, of course, remember this.
Let's just go back in time.
Our election was overthrown November of 2020.
We suspected it. There was plenty of evidence.
But of course, the entire system is jacked thanks to Epstein and Obama, who surveils and looks for, let's say, Supreme Court Justice Roberts, who has over, I think it's 30, Child porn websites that he visited.
And they say, well, let that go.
You just need to vote in our favor.
They've hijacked the entire system.
The FBI is running child porn servers.
The federal judiciary won't see any evidence of election fraud.
Then, of course, the intel services.
The mandate by President Trump said you need to investigate this and give me a report 45 days after the election.
Executive Order 13848.
D&I, Director of National Intelligence Ratcliffe.
Submitted a report saying that China was possibly involved in hijacking our election, certainly worthy of an investigation.
And then he provided that information to all members of Congress on January 5th and 6th.
And advised members of Congress, all you need to do, politically, push the pause button, ask for an investigation, you got good intelligence here.
They said, oh, for the sake of democracy, Dominic Prezola broke our window, so therefore we're going to throw the government to China.
And they certified the election.
Dominic Pozzolla broke the window.
By the way, you deep staters that are listening, you better thank your lucky stars that that's all you got from Dominic Pozzolla was a broken window.
You set the environment up to where he could only go one way.
And that would, I believe, to go hide under a couch somewhere and get away from the Antifa people that you had on the payroll breaking windows.
So, January 6th, plenty of evidence.
Now, Plenty of evidence that they've withheld.
It's called withholding exculpatory evidence.
There were so many instances where there were operatives on the ground.
Jeremy Brown got the knock at the door, and he was supposed to be an operative.
He refused to do it. That's why they put him in the gulag.
Months in advance of January 6th, they set up this operation.
There's plenty of evidence of that.
And the government's hiding it.
They're covering it up. Proud Boys and Oath Keepers work with law enforcement.
If you watch the Oath Keepers trial, same thing they try to present.
No, that was covered up. But don't worry about it.
Because this trial, and the Proud Boys trial, is the trial of the century.
There's been a motion recently.
Law enforcement wanted to come forward and say, Proud Boys, Enric Ontario?
He called me and told me where he was any given moment, said what he was gonna be doing.
He's fully transparent.
And then we cross-checked that and he's never misled us.
He's never said he wanted to defund the police.
He's actually calling the police and working with us.
But ladies and gentlemen, I will say this.
That was prior to January 6th.
Now we have members of law enforcement that are holding these people captive.
Some of them are lying, the FBI in particular, and the Capitol Police.
There are witnesses that wanna come forward, and guess what the government's trying to do?
Threaten those witnesses.
Right now, there is a witness that can come forward from Metro Police Department to say, these guys are pro-law enforcement.
They called me. Dave, how many instances have you seen where the government, not just to threaten and intimidate, but in an effort to cover up the truth about who the Proud Boys are?
And they were favorable to law enforcement.
They were favorable to protecting the crowd because there wasn't adequate security there.
I know this. Our lives were, quote, unquote, in danger.
But then again, we had Proud Boys and Oath Keepers there prepared to defend us.
How many instances have you seen over the past two years where this evidence was withheld because the government has tried to cover up their culpability?
unidentified
|
How many? Well, it's easier to count backwards and say all of them.
So I have not seen one case yet where they let all of the evidence that these people have into the courtroom.
And we could go into specifics, but let's just say there's been one guy That used publicly sourced video, Matthew Martin, and said, look, judge, this is where the police let me in the door.
This is where I went. | ||
This is when I left. I didn't do anything wrong.
And the judge said, you can go free.
And that's the only person that's been released.
But you realize hundreds and hundreds of people are just like that.
But the lies that they try to tell about these people or group them with other people.
And as far as breaking a piece of glass, I'd vote for you.
Over any politician that's up there, because I trust that you know to do the right things at the right time, and I don't care if you broke a piece of glass that day.
That's okay. I would vote for you over any politician that sits in a chair up there today, because you understand what freedom looks like, what the fight looks like, and not that you were trying to do anything violent, because I don't believe that, because nobody got hurt like that from us.
I'm gonna make this just as one point because there is evidence and you've featured and highlighted it.
Listen, I'm not just promoting a website.
I'm talking about a repository of indisputable evidence that is located at StopHate.com.
Evidence is provided to the attorneys.
Evidence has been suppressed by the government.
But here's the bottom line. When the government tries to suppress and withhold And selectively prosecute.
Even if somebody broke the law, if the government breaks the law in order to get somebody who broke the law, guess where the punishment goes to?
The punishment goes to the government.
unidentified
|
That's right. And that's the beautiful thing about it.
And that's where it's going. And as thorough as the government's been with all their combing through the people and trying to find out who they should and could intimidate, I'm sure there's some people that got through the cracks.
And I'm sure that the video evidence that we found from that day will be useful if they'll let it into court.
We have two minutes here.
You have evidence. It's at stophate.com.
Like I said, I'm not just plugging a website.
I'm telling you right now, I know his investigators.
I've seen the forensic evidence.
We've combed through every single frame.
Hundreds of people have.
And it's located at stophate.com.
And sir, you have a piece of evidence that shows Clear and convincing evidence exactly what Staff Sergeant Joe Biggs intended to do because mens rea, state of mind.
We have two minutes here. I'm going to go to this clip if you don't mind.
unidentified
|
Yeah, jump in there. Okay, here it is.
Listen to Staff Sergeant Joe Biggs.
Let's talk about the Proud Boys.
Stand by. Proud Boys. | ||
We cannot hear that. Stand back and stand by.
The Proud Boys and the Oath Keepers.
Proud Boys. Proud Boys.
Pro-Trump paramilitary group.
Proud Boys played a central role in what happened on January 6th.
The far-right extremists.
Proud Boys. Members of the far-right group, the Proud Boys, descended in the National Mall.
I framed the Proud Boys to the right of my shot with the capital behind.
This is extremely dangerous for our democracy.
The number of mentally retarded is increasing.
How dumb does a J6 committee think the American public is?
Let me show you. Let's start with this from the second bogus Senate impeachment trial of Donald Trump.
Violent racist groups which have been officially condemned by our government.
Daniel Goodwin is a self-proclaimed member of the Proud Boys.
He was one of many. | ||
Goodwin tweeted a picture showing the Proud Boys logo surrounded by stand back and stand by and await orders from our commander-in-chief.
But wait, that's not right.
Let's see what Enrique Tarrio, the leader of the Proud Boys, said about this.
I have had the opportunity to read the government's filings in this case where they state Daniel is a member of the Proud Boys with absolutely no evidence.
The government does not get to decide who is or isn't a member of our organization.
Daniel Goodman. Now, we're going to take a break here.
And on the other side of the break, we're going to play the clip where Staff Sergeant Joe Biggs talks about what they intended to do.
Now, remember, ladies and gentlemen, in legal circles, they call it mens rea.
It's called state of mind.
What was your state of mind when you intended?
You have to show what your intent is if a crime has been committed.
Yes, I am live. | ||
I am well, I am proud, and I am honored to be on the war room filling in for Owen Troyer at a time when our House of Representatives and the speakership, of course, those 500 or so people wanting to lord over 350 of us, one of whom has a big bag of cash.
His name is Kevin McCarthy.
And let me tell you something, ladies and gentlemen.
Alex Jones and Owen Schroer don't have the benefit of FTX money coming to them through Kevin McCarthy, you see.
We are supported by we the people.
We the people. How is that done?
Through great products that Alex Jones had enough, of course.
He was back then a conspiracy theorist.
Now, we're all... | ||
We're all finding out that Alex Jones was certainly right.
And he was able to bring us to that moment where we can say he was right through great products like The Real Red Pill, ladies and gentlemen.
It is back. | ||
It's at Infowarsstore.com.
Now, of course, dangerous toxins in our water.
We know about Filtration, filtering out the bacteria.
Our age is catching up with us, but filtering out those essential minerals as well can make us tired and slow.
The real Red Pill Plus is back great deals if you go to Infowarsstore.com.
Lots of great deals. I wish I could spend 30 minutes talking about all the products that I certainly benefit from.
And I've been helping to fund the Infowar.
But like I said, because Alex Jones, you know, of course, he's got trillions of dollars that he owes George Soros and his entire cabal of people that Norm Pattis was trying to stop in their tracks.
And they will be. I bet they will be.
But let's go back to Dave Soros.
Because he knows what I'm saying is absolutely true.
It's correct. We do not have duffel bags full of cash coming from, what's his name, FPD or whatever, little pedophile boy, Joe Biden's little surrogate there that's running FTX through the turnstiles over at the Ukraine for the purposes of hijacking elections.
unidentified
|
We don't have that, do we? That would be nice if we had any funding or any backing, really.
It's always a little too late, and we're doing all we can to get this information out there for free.
We just want people to know it's a service and more people can do what we do.
I'm just a carpenter from East Texas, and regular people are the ones that have done this heavy lifting.
For all this, Trinus Evans just wrote a big letter to Trump thanking some of the smaller groups that have done the legwork, that have put in the hours and the blood, sweat, and tears meeting these people, finding witnesses, digging for hours and hours and hours through videos and doing all the things that everyone's done, the prayer groups, the letter writing.
And that's the support we need right now around the Proud Boys, especially, and their lawyers.
Make sure they have the tools they need in this battle, because that's what it is.
That's where we're headed, and everybody can get in line if they don't think they're next.
Let's just see what happens here.
It's been, like I said, a 100% kill rate for the D.C. courts, and that's a scary thought for anyone going into that situation.
Yeah, but also, remember, with God's intervention, of course, they spent $100 million to get us little deplorables there in the Bunny Ranch and the Mallier trials.
That was their practice run.
Rod Rosenstein signed off on my release.
All the people that we know about that hijacked our government, they were involved in that, practicing on us deplorables back then, running influence operations, running social media influence operations to lure people in, to provocateur, to put people in the crowd, to entice people to break the law where they normally wouldn't break the law.
And then, of course, to demonize Because we wore scary clothing and we showed up to defend life, liberty, and property.
Kind of like how the Proud Boys set out to do to protect life, liberty, and property, to defend the peaceful protesters, to even work with law enforcement, but did not go to D.C. to break the law and stop.
unidentified
|
No, and that's the interesting thing.
The government keeps saying, y'all intended to do some big overthrows and insurrection.
Y'all intended to hurt people.
Y'all intended to do these bad things to people.
And that's not true. | ||
And they can't keep saying this.
Like in Enrique's letter, it was saying, you can't tell us who and who isn't a problem.
Well, that's not the way this works. And you can't tell us who had the intent to do bad things if that's not the case.
We've got hundreds and hundreds of We're good to go.
The government, the media, the social media, HBO, all these movie companies, those are Goliath, man.
And right now they're dancing and they're laughing and they're jumping up in front of us saying, come on, who's gonna come do this?
Well, it's gonna be the Proud Boys.
And regular people just like us that were built for such a time like this, man.
There's no way that we could be where we are if God didn't have his hand in this whole thing.
And we just have to keep the faith and keep pushing, keep our hand on the plow like it says, keep steering the ship forward, and we do what we're supposed to do, and he's going to do what he's going to do.
And that's a beautiful thing about it, man.
We've got to do our part. Now, January 6th, the Supreme Court is going to prosecute the criminals, the ones that committed treason.
They're going to weigh in on whether or not to remove them from office, and they won't even be able to run for dog catcher after the Supreme Court, I hope, rules in favor.
Now, with the Proud Boys trial, even if, ladies and gentlemen, you got a cocaine dealer sitting in his kitchen table with a Tupperware bowl full of a pound of cocaine, And the police say, oh, we suspect he's got cocaine in there.
And they bust his door down.
And there he is. And they got him on videotape.
There he is with the cocaine. The judge is going to say, did you have a warrant to go in there?
And your honor, no, I didn't have a warrant.
Well, yeah, but he broke the law.
He had cocaine. Well, guess what?
unidentified
|
Even if the cocaine dealer Broke the law.
When the government breaks the law, guess who the punishment goes to?
And I'm not saying anybody's guilty, but even if Dominic Pozzola drove a tank and pooped on Nancy Pelosi's desk into her office, and he broke the law.
If they set the stage for that with a color revolution and enticed him to do that and pushed the crowd and made him go in there and gave him all the right ingredients to make that happen, he broke the law.
If the government breaks the law, the punishment is always going to the government.
Now, let's do this. With the grace of God, all the evidence to prosecute the government is at StopHate.com.
I'm not even exaggerating.
There's stuff that they had suppressed they won't even allow in the courtroom, probably like this right here.
unidentified
|
Let's hear it from the highest ranking Proud Boy in attendance that day, two-time Purple Heart recipient, Sergeant Joseph Joe Biggs.
We're going to get everybody together and kind of, you know, cruise around and see what's going on, kind of get a good feel for the day.
Find out about what events are happening tonight around the time when the sun starts to go down, because we know that's when Antifa likes to go out and start attacking people as they leave, as we saw last night in some areas.
Now let's hear from the Proud Boys Ministry of Self-Defense Sergeant at Arms Rufio Pan Man Ethan Nordin about their plans to enter the Capitol on January 6th.
Are we going inside? I want to go inside.
No, we're not going outside.
Oh shit, I did in Boise with Adam Bundy.
I mean, do you want to go outside? Sound like insurrection to you?
unidentified
|
Man, it sounded like they were ready for the party that evening and they had no plans to go inside.
At least that's what their own mouths said.
Now, whether their intention was different than what their mouth said or what their appetite for beer and babes was at the end of the night, I don't know.
But that, to me, and the young lady that shot that was Pam Hemphill that shot the video of Rufio at the end saying they had no plans to go inside.
And Pam Hemphill is the one that went to prison for 60 days for a misdemeanor.
She's a 69-year-old cancer survivor.
It's a horrible story for her as well.
And that's the government trying to extract its pound of flesh for us desecrating their temple, their shrine, their sanctuary, where they worship their God.
And the fact that Coy Griffin and others go in and pray on their building, that's just too much for them to handle.
We have just under 40 seconds left, and I'm going to try to get Pam to come on.
And the first question I'm going to ask her is, My goodness, did you do less than Ray Epps?
And she was probably in that 845-page January 6th report that was put together by Shifty Schiff and what's her name?
Homie the Clown Chaney.
But we're gonna talk to Pam.
It's selective prosecution, ladies and gentlemen.
We're gonna prosecute the government, the people within our government that have hijacked it.
They're the evil criminals.
We're gonna turn the corner. This is the trial of the century, live, and just absolutely energized.
And ladies and gentlemen, that's right, the real red pill Plus is back 50% off.
If you go to Infowarsstore.com, Infowarsstore.com, you, ladies and gentlemen, are supporting and defending the First Amendment.
Just remember that. Alex Jones's foresight long ago to monetize his business.
By the way, if you listen to the leftists, okay, and Norm Pattinson, it was comical because they said, It attaches the news to that, and it's sensational.
It's for the purposes of selling his product.
No, it's the other way around.
We have important news. We have big questions.
We have a corrupt system.
And we, the people, get great products that help fuel The Infowar, and we are self-sustaining.
If you go to InfowarStore.com, the Real Red Pill Plus formula supports the body through supporting healthy aging, hormone production, endocrine health, helping to support mental sharpness and mental clarity.
And I must stay mentally clear for this final segment here.
We've got nine minutes or so, Dave Summerall, and I do want to say this.
When we talk about funding the Infowar, I want to also have a discussion right now about fueling and funding the legal case.
We're going to be prosecuting.
Now, of course, these attorneys right now, I mean, I don't want to give away too much here.
Hold on a second. Alicia is going to be joining us here momentarily.
But Dave Summerall, that's okay.
Thank you very much for joining us.
Alicia Powell is going to be joining us.
The attorneys are working pro bono.
I've spoken to attorneys who are paying for their hotel room.
It costs millions and millions of dollars to go up and when the full force of the government comes upon you.
So we've come up, I say we, we the people have come up with some Very unique, creative ways through the Patriot Mail Project, of course, to get letters to these defendants.
And of course, those letters being cataloged in a book.
It's called the American Gulag Chronicles.
And it's a beautiful collection.
You have to talk about this for a couple of minutes.
We'll talk more about it through the remaining balance of the show.
But talk about the American Gulag Chronicles.
unidentified
|
Well, I appreciate that, Pete.
This is a super important tool, I think, for the prisoners to get their stories to the public.
The media won't do it. | ||
The judges won't let it happen.
The lawyers aren't helping a whole lot.
The bad ones aren't. And the American Gulag Chronicles Letters from Prison is a collection.
Tim Rivers from J6PatriotNews.com and Marie Goodwin from ThePatriotMailProject.com have worked diligently to put these.
I think it's 35 of the different prisoners' letters for about a year's worth of time.
You get to see their intent, what they went for, what they experienced, what they witnessed.
You know, the guys that are in there for witnessing Roseanne's murder,
and that's the only reason.
The pictures that they draw, and these people, they're just average people,
but they're brilliant.
They understand what's going on.
They understand the position they're in.
And these are their heartfelt, torturous stories.
I mean, you're gonna cry when you read it, but this is the history that America needs, and we're asking people to get one for yourself and get one for your local library.
You know, get one for a friend.
Spread this message, because 100% of the proceeds go to help these people.
Yeah, these people, okay?
And I want you to imagine this, folks.
This is what we're talking about. We're not just selling books.
I mentioned the Patriot Mail Project.
Why? Because she put together the Patriot Mail Project.
I receive hundreds of letters every single day because of the Patriot Mail Project.
They don't have access to the internet.
They're expressing themselves and now it's cataloged in what they call the American Gulag Chronicles.
And I mean, I didn't have that when I was going through, but we evolve.
Of course, we learn through this thing.
The American Gulag Chronicles is a way to get patriots like Norm Pattis right now is laying his life on the line to get him the appropriate fee so that he can hire the investigators, that he can comb through the discovery with paralegals.
We are going to fuel the prosecution of the U.S. government criminals that have hijacked our government.
I have Speaking of the criminals that have taken captive somebody named Pam.
Pam, are you there? | ||
Yeah, hi. Pam, you're live on the air, and I just want to make sure that Dave Summerall can hear you.
She's calling in right now.
I want you to speak to our listening audience here on the War Room Infowars.
You are a January 6th patriot.
You are a person that the full force of the government has come after.
And Pam, here's my first question to you.
unidentified
|
Ready? Yes. | |
Did you do less... | ||
Then Ray Epps, and was your name mentioned in the January 6th, 845-page report?
Are you upset about Ray Epps admitting to doing far worse than you did?
unidentified
|
Oh, well, yes, of course.
He's an FBI informer. | ||
What do you think? They lie about everything.
They do. Pam, if you don't mind me asking, it's impolite to ask.
Just I'm a traditional old schooler.
unidentified
|
How old are you? I'll be 70 in April.
70 in April. | ||
How did the government come after you?
Talk about that, would you please?
unidentified
|
Yeah, well actually I went to the Idaho State Police letting them know Asking if I was in trouble because they know me here.
I'm a citizen journalist.
And they said, no, you're fine.
But they came to my door, seven FBI agents, and I told them I'm not going anywhere for a while because I've never been to jail.
So they did treat me pretty good.
They didn't even handcuff me.
I think they know better. They knew me here in Boise.
But it was horrifying. | ||
And then they put me in two-month prison, the worst prison in the United States for 60 days.
She told me that they had a plan.
They have a plan. They were going to put drugs in my room to make sure I could get a four to seven year prison sentence and never get out.
There's more to my story and a lot of people don't know about it.
It's been a nightmare for me.
You know, Pam, I want you to say this.
We have just about three and a half minutes left of this segment.
We're going to continue on. Alicia Powell from Gateway Pundit.
She's actually a court reporter for the Gateway Pundit now.
She's officially a court reporter.
I want you to talk to our listening audience.
About how important it is right now in this, I'm calling it the trial of the century.
We have an opportunity to prosecute the government.
Is there enough evidence that you've seen as an investigative journalist that warrants me saying that we can prosecute the government because people within our government have committed crimes?
unidentified
|
That they're the criminals? Absolutely.
I was with the Proud Boys that day for an hour.
I had two friends from Boise, Idaho that I talked to all the time that were there too.
I interviewed several of them.
Let me tell you, there was no plan.
They are innocent. And I'll do anything to help these guys.
These are just pawns, like the used beast, and this can't be.
We can't allow this to happen.
You know, on the screen, the guys who put up, I take it a mainstream article because you were accused of distracting police on January 6th.
Was that a false narrative?
Were you distracting people? Let me ask you, were you like me wanting to go to DC to be president on the outside of the building and to lock arms with like-minded patriots to say, please push the pause button and investigate election fraud?
unidentified
|
Yeah, the prosecutor said I took it away from the duties of the officer that day because they helped me up.
I was being stepped on. | ||
They cut my knee. | ||
They broke my glasses, stepped on my head.
Now, these were Antifa people.
They were not patriots because I remember, and I had the video, it was patriots that were trying to help me.
And then she said, I needed help.
I needed medical help. She said, just go sit over there.
She started yelling at me.
Yeah, of course. And was there any way for you to get the truth out about why you went to D.C. and what you intended to do there at the Capitol on January 6th?
Was there any way for you to get a fair trial?
unidentified
|
No, I was coming up to chemotherapy because I have breast cancer.
I had had surgery. | ||
My brother said, won't you go there?
Trump rallies are great.
And... Pam. | ||
Pam, if you're still there, Looks like she may be dropping off.
And Dave Summerall, just one example.
Great call from Pam. | ||
Can you imagine? 70 years old.
unidentified
|
That's so hard, man. And listen, I know we only have a couple seconds left, but I get these calls all the time.
These are the stories of the J6ers, and that's the travesty.
That's what people don't know. Yes, sir.
Now, in the remaining moments, I want you to stand back and stand by.
Oh, that's terrorism. | ||
Stand back and stand by.
Alicia Powell, court reporter for the Gateway Pundit.
She's going to be joining me, coming right out of the courtroom.
She's filing two reports a day across the bottom of the screen.
If you want to get those reports, you can go see her most recent one from today.
Text TOTC to 844-837-9924.
Why? Because in the court of public opinion, right, we The jury will find the government guilty as charged, as I'm alleging right now, that they are in fact the true criminals.
I'm living proof of it. | ||
I've caught them. And guess what?
We beat them! And we're going to beat them right here in the war room right after this.
That's right. This is the war room.
And we're going to continue the trend.
Ladies and gentlemen, we started out the show.
We brought you breaking news.
Owen Schroer jumped in, of course.
And then we prosecuted the Speaker of the House that is holding the House of Representatives hostage at this point after six votes.
I think they're going to go into a seventh vote.
It's time for him to step aside and let the American people, the fourth branch of government, take over.
The 20 holdouts are the ones that are carrying the weight on their shoulders of the entire country, getting rid of the bag man for the establishment, Kevin McCarthy.
It's time for a new guard.
And then, of course, we said that we're going to not just be on the defensive in this Proud Boys trial.
As we have been up to this point, now we're going to take attorneys like Norm Pattis.
And you know who Norm Pattis is.
And you know what his capabilities are.
As a constitutional attorney, I consider him to be the top number one, top of the food chain.
I've sent it to him. | ||
I can show you the text. I said, Norm, after what I saw with the Alex Jones trial, you are now my top number.
Constitutional attorney, top of the list.
And guess what? He's now on the Proud Boys trial.
And we also have somebody who I've come to admire over the past couple of years now.
I think it's a couple of years.
Met her the first time at Spokesville out on the floor of the Cyber Symposium.
She did great journalistic work.
She's a great American patriot.
And she's now officially and formally on behalf of the Gateway Pundit, the court reporter.
In the courtroom filing two reports daily.
Why? Because there's no cameras.
But we're not going to let them operate in the darkness.
Are we, Alicia Powell? | ||
We're going to bring these cockroaches out into the light, aren't we?
unidentified
|
Nice to be with you, Pete.
It's been another long day of jury selection at the Proud Boy trial.
Norm Pattis is frustrated.
He's sitting there shaking his head as Judge Timothy Kelly, a Trump-appointed judge, continues to qualify for left-wing activists who attended the Women's March, who are ardent supporters of Black Lives Matter for jury members.
And so now, today, I believe they are 37 Potential jurors qualified for jury selection.
There's four leaders of the Proud Boys on trial.
My good friend Enrique Tarrio, Joe Biggs, Ethan Nornian, and Dominic Pizzola.
And literally, it's the same story every day.
Another left-wing activist who exemplifies Bias against the Proud Boys is qualified.
The defense team is pleading with the judge to hold this trial in a different state where every potential jury member isn't a left-wing radical activist.
And most of these potential jury members are liberal women.
I haven't really seen many black men or men in general be potential jury members, just a handful.
So I'm not sure how this is going to pan out at the end.
We have hope that this defense team is going to make the argument for this case to be dismissed.
And as you know, the Proud Boys are facing 20-year prison sentence for sedition charges and conspiring an insurrection and using social media to conspire this insurrection against members of Congress.
No, about as accurate as Russia collusion.
I mean, it's one story after the next, after the next.
But we have 54 seconds left.
And in this segment, I'm going to set the pace here.
We're going to do a 30-minute segment together.
And I want to set the tempo going forward.
Now, because of my experience, I know that from my trials, That the jury was furious because they kept having to leave the courtroom.
And they knew it was a high profile trial.
This is the trial of the century.
And 12 people are gonna be escorted out of the courtroom over and over and over again.
And you, Alicia Powell, are dedicated to, of course, letting the public know that The jury's gonna render a verdict.
It's a stacked jury. | ||
It's a leftist jury. | ||
It's in favor of the deep state.
And they didn't even hear the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
There is a perfect planetary alignment, okay?
Despite your anxiety, despite your thing that all hope is lost, you know?
Remember David. | ||
Remember David? All he needed was just a bag of stones.
That's all we need. Remember the patriots in the boat, the rowboat.
I think they were also bailing out water because there was a hole in the boat.
They didn't have socks. They didn't have shoes.
They were with George Washington.
They were culled across the Delaware.
They achieved something impossible that what?
We actually have inherited.
We've inherited. Now, before we went to the break, I said I'm gonna give her the opportunity to speak to this and speak to our listening audience.
There are gonna be things, the majority of which, the jury's never gonna hear.
So we're gonna have 12 people seated.
Right now, the judge is saying, well, We have leftists to work with, so I'm going to try to take the best of what I have, and I'm going to seat them.
And all of these leftist jurors are going to be sitting there, but even they will get frustrated because in Portland, Oregon, guess what, Alicia?
A leftist jury in Portland, Oregon, ultimately, in the end, they got ticked off because they had information kept from them, and they deemed the government to be the criminals in the end, and they acquitted we deplorables in Portland, Oregon. I'm optimistic and I know that you're going to be looking for that and tell the American people, because we're going to prosecute this in the court of public opinion, that the jury is never going to hear the truth about what really happened on January 6th, are they?
unidentified
|
Well, let's see if the defense team is given the opportunity to make the argument and these government prosecutors there that are masked up on the right side of the courtroom.
I mean, you have the government prosecutors there wearing masks and one of them just lifts his mask down to bite his nails and chew on his pen.
It goes to show you where the logic that they comply with is demonstrable with them wearing these masks all day.
So, Carmen Hernandez, the attorney representing Joe Biggs, before I left, is just pouring her heart out, saying in all of her years of practicing law, she's never seen such a stacked jury, such a biased jury that continues to be qualified.
Is that a quote? I'm sorry to interrupt you.
I'm sorry? Is that an exact quote from Carmen?
unidentified
|
Pretty much. I mean, she went on in about 10 minutes.
The judge is, you know, insisting she be quiet, insisting she stop interrupting and making the same point over and over, saying the point is moot.
And Norm Pattis called this an unadorable farce.
An unendurable farce that one person, one potential juror after another takes the stand and they claim that Proud Boys conspired the murder in Charlottesville.
This jury, a potential juror was qualified.
They get their information from CNN. They don't know that much about it.
They tune out only from what they hear on CNN about the Proud Boys.
This jury is qualified.
Earlier, I got to the court after the lunch recess, and evidently, according to the family members in attendance, a former CIA agent qualified as a jury member.
Can I ask you a question?
unidentified
|
I'm sorry. There's not been one potential jury member that does not have the sustain for President Trump and the sustain for the Proud Boys.
And I don't know where we go from here.
And the attorneys don't know where we go from here.
Can I ask you something?
They should be re-polled.
Is there going to be another round of screening the jurors?
unidentified
|
Well, it's not complete yet, so they need to get 47 potential jury members qualified and then move to the selection process after that.
Tomorrow it will reconvene from 9 a.m.
till 12 till noon, and then again on Monday.
It would be nice if anyone was at least a little bit nonpartisan so far.
Every single one of them has been to a Black Lives Matter rally.
Every single one of them has been ordered a women's march.
And immediately called the Proud Boys a far-right, white supremacist group of agitators.
You know, the question that I want to ask, and hopefully this will get to the attorneys.
Is to poll the jurors and to find out how many of them have been vaccinated.
And that should automatically disqualify them.
Because if they can't take care of their own facilities, how are they going to determine the sustainability of somebody else and their life be hanging in the balance?
If they were vaccinated, they don't qualify.
unidentified
|
If you're a Black Lives Matter activist.
Yeah. Yeah, that's exactly right.
unidentified
|
If you're in a women's march, then you're an activist.
And you already have this disdain for the white or the proud boys.
That's like you're not going to get a fair-minded person at these rallies ever.
And we can play clips of all the women's marches we've covered over the years and all the Black Lives Matter rallies.
It's like you're sitting there with a bunch of Nazis.
And I said this earlier. The judges are Nazis.
The jury members have this Nazi ideology.
And obviously, when they take the stand and they're wearing their mask and they try to mumble whatever they're saying through their mask, you already know where they stand.
They believe the lies, the mainstream media is selling, and they get all of their information by default through mainstream media programming.
So that's the jury. | ||
I've been here for two days now, two full days pretty much, and it's the same thing over and over again.
Now, Alicia, right now we're in a, is it a boring phase?
I'm going to refer to it as this type of a phase.
They're very, very patient.
When they run their color revolutions, you have to figure January 6th and what led up to that, there was a lot of planning.
The knock at the door at Jeremy Brown's house.
Them asking him to infiltrate.
They had the infiltrators.
They had the social media influence operation going on.
Of course, we know the parlor.
The majority of them were FBI feds.
I had a thousand online covert investigators in my chat threads that were trying to take me down.
And then they used that as evidence in the courtroom.
But this is what they're setting the stage for.
Is to ultimately cover up their criminality.
That's what they're gonna do. They're gonna try to have a group of people that are gonna be sympathetic to their cause.
And then they're gonna try to withhold information that even in the court of public opinion, it should be in the court of public opinion, of course.
But they're going to suppress information as they have been.
These attorneys right now, you sense their frustration.
Are they fighting? I mean, my standard is they should be tased.
unidentified
|
They're fighting and the judge doesn't want to hear it.
The judge is exhausted with...
So what happens all day long in this courthouse right now is another left-wing activist comes to the stand.
Their bias is Clear as day.
They're given a questionnaire before they get to the stand.
And they're asked if they can put their bias aside.
They ask what they believe about Black Lives Matter, what they've heard about the Proud Boys.
And they're all so eager.
They're these left-wing activists that are so eager to be jury members.
And you've got to remember, what is the mentality of these left-wing activists?
A lot of them are outside of the D.C. jail, saying they're happy Ashley Babbitt died, screaming in Nikki Woodhoff's face, Ashley Babbitt's mother's face, swearing and throwing profanities around.
That's the mentality of the left, and that's what we're dealing with, with these potential jury members.
And so all day long, they take the stand.
The judge kind of coaxes them, kind of coaches them, and helps them.
One potential jury member said that she didn't know anything about J6. She didn't know anything about Black Lives Matter.
Her parents worked for Congress throughout her whole life.
So, worked in the House of Representatives her whole life, and she is going to start working as a political writer for her dad's startup.
And the judge, so the defense- We have 30 seconds left.
She just said she's gonna be a political writer, and he claimed she called herself an environmental writer.
And so that sort of thing is happening where the judge is defending this.
Alicia, we're gonna go to a break on the other side of the break.
This is what I want to talk about, all right?
These leftists, whatever happened to them opposed to a deep state police state?
Whatever happened to them? I want to, not that they're tuned into this broadcast, but I want to start putting it out there because I went through this experience.
I was in Portland, Oregon.
In fact, some of the attorneys that were on our legal team in Portland, Oregon, were trolling us and calling us a bunch of extremist, toothless, gun-toting terrorists.
One of the attorneys I actually started out on Twitter criticizing everybody, including myself, for being a bunch of okey-doke, Bible-thumping domestic terrorists.
And before it was all over, he was siding with the Constitution, and he now carries a pocket Constitution in his left breast pocket.
And the Portland jury said it was the government Who actually broke the law.
And the joke was that the Mallier National Wildlife Refuge is that eight people, protesters, went into the Mallier National Wildlife Refuge and occupied it.
35 of them were FBI informants.
There was an entrapment They were the only ones that broke the law.
Nobody was ever held accountable because they were working for the FBI. Now I want to say we're well past January 6th.
Forget about backing the blue.
Set that aside. Now that blue that we've always backed is now turning on America, turning on our Constitution.
Whatever happened to you leftists?
Alicia, whatever happened, the BLM activists that are getting seated, the Antifa supporters that are gonna get seated in the jury box, those should be the perfect candidates to prosecute the government for doing awful things and breaking the law, shouldn't they?
Speak to those people that could be in that jury box that just a few weeks ago were saying, let's defund the police.
We don't trust the government.
We don't trust the blue.
Let's speak to them, would you please?
Talk some sensing to them.
unidentified
|
These are the same people that are proponents of government vaccine mandates, but they're allegedly protesting the government.
No, they are just bots of the mainstream media.
They are just minions. They go and espouse the talking points that they're given by the New World Order, and they're incapable of thinking for themselves.
And if you really, I mean, back to blue, The police turning against the American people is basically what we've been seeing.
And to think that any of these left-wing activists are going to demonstrate any kind of impartiality I think is ridiculous.
It's like, why are we in the crisis that we are in today?
It's because these people go along with the programming.
Whether it comes to COVID or January 6th, they have the same talking points they're given by CNN. We know this already.
We can try to wake people up and be hopeful that there's going to be some different outcome regarding this J6 trial.
Miracles are possible.
But the way things look right now, this is obviously the judge.
For all we know, these judges are compromised.
I mean, right after I left the courtroom yesterday, I get a tip.
Someone has a video of how John Roberts is compromised, and there's tapes of him doing illegal things, and who knows?
Are these judges compromised?
There's no way you can call yourself an impartial judge like Timothy Kelly and qualify all these left-wing activists.
There's no way. That's what's happened for the past two days.
No, I don't think these Antifa people, they're all ignorant when you actually engage with them.
Any time over the past five years when they're on the other side of the Trump rally, they're completely ignorant.
Ignorant of American history.
They don't have any facts.
They're trying to be a part of a group and looking for acceptance and trying to be cool.
And it's the same thing at every left-wing rally.
And unfortunately, It's very unfortunate that we don't see any non-partisan jury members in Washington, D.C., or potential jury members.
No, I mean, that 10 square miles, as they say, of Washington, D.C., has become infected.
There is a virus. | ||
It's called George Soros-ism.
These bureaucrats, for instance, said, oh, my family has worked for the government.
I call them chimpanzees.
You ever seen that commercial where the chimps are dressed up in business suits and they're
sitting in the conference room just throwing bananas at each other?
They produce nothing. | ||
They're bureaucrats. | ||
They get paid to suck the lifeblood out of our system.
They're antithetical to what America is all about.
But those are the people where we have our lives in their hands, these bureaucrats.
Can you imagine? | ||
unidentified
|
That's exactly what it is.
That's exactly what it feels like.
Two short years ago, I was with Enrique and Joe, and we were celebrating freedom, maybe leaving a walk-away gala.
Who would have guessed? Blocks away, they'd be facing these life sentences for sedition.
And now, the jury members and these left-wing activists are under the impression that Getting folks to come to the rally using social media to organize a rally is sedition.
And these are the same folks that attended the Women's March and the Black Lives Matter rallies.
And you can always find how they're organizing online.
Any day of the week there's a Black Lives Matter event that you can find on Facebook.
So that's sedition now.
They've been told by mainstream media that that's sedition.
And it's ridiculous. | ||
And also, I ran into Roberto Menudo.
His trial was underway at this courthouse as well today.
He was one of Roger Stone's security guards who went in the Capitol simply to tell everyone to leave the Capitol.
And for a few minutes, he's also facing seditious conspiracy charges and a 20-year sentence.
Fortunately, he is not in prison.
He is let out because He really didn't do anything, but he's still facing these heavy-duty criminal charges.
So, I mean, while we get to go home at night, and I'm frustrated from watching this biased jury, Dominic Pazola, Enrique Tarrio, they go back to their cold jail cells.
And actually, Dominic Pazola's wife Broke down in tears today because she just learned that Dominic is being starved in jail.
He has an allergic reaction to soy and they only feed him soy.
And he's taking it up with the guard.
Please, I need to eat something else.
This is giving me diarrhea and stomach pains and all these problems.
And now he's being penalized for that.
And the only thing he's able to eat is ramen noodles, chips, every single day.
And they gave him drugs last night before trial to make him go to sleep.
So, I mean, this is a gulag.
We have one minute left of our segment, okay?
And I want to remind everybody, it's really important that you stay tuned to the updates.
Alicia Powell is the The court reporter.
There is no camera. | ||
If she was not there doing twice daily updates, we would not know about the injustice in our system.
When you're in the gallery, the Constitution applies.
Do you believe, on the other side, I have 45 seconds here.
Does the Constitution apply?
I'll give you an example. Is there a reason why they won't let these guys out to defend in their cases?
They get proper dietary.
This isn't just complaining.
That's in violation of even the U.S. Marshall standards.
But isn't there a reason why they're holding them in the gulag?
You've got 10 seconds to make a comment here on our way out.
unidentified
|
They want to make an example of these men.
They're telling you that they're destroying the Constitution.
If you go out and you protest and you practice your First Amendment rights and protest election fraud, you too are
next. | ||
The government will come after you. We already know.
I want to appeal as we go out.
Alicia, stay right there.
If you have more commentary, I'll let you come in.
Stay with Owen Schroyer in spirit and certainly filling in for Owen Schroyer and also helping to support the Infowar.
Keep this in mind, ladies and gentlemen.
Infowarstore.com has a great product that is especially awesome for somebody like me.
Now, my entire life, I don't take pills.
Anything stronger than Alka-Seltzer plus cold medicine or ibuprofen.
That was about the extent of what I would take.
But Nutracerticals, especially at my age, the prevalence of joint discomfort, body aches due to everyday exertion.
Guess what? I broadcast six hours a day.
Not one of those hours I'm typically sitting down.
I have Studio B, very limited exposure over there.
But My everyday exertion is doing this show standing before you.
If you go to Infowarsstore.com, PainMD is the product I want you to check out because it incorporates a blend of 10 herbal extracts, many of which are being newly introduced to the dietary supplement industry with the release of PainMD.com.
These ingredients have a proven track record of efficacy over centuries of use in traditional Mayan Indian medicine.
So PainMD, go check that out.
Help support the free flow of information.
I'm going to go, ladies and gentlemen, back to in this very, very important segment.
Remember, this all-encompassing thing, it's called a coup d'etat upon the United States of America.
I'm going to bring Dave Summerall.
Dave Summerall, if you can come up front here and be available to answer this question.
I'm going to throw back to you and give you the opportunity to speak to this, if you could.
Based on the evidence that you've seen, including what we suspected was election fraud by a foreign entity, that information was provided by the intel services.
Yeah, I would say it is 100%.
unidentified
|
I don't think it's that far-fetched.
And I think the meaning of insurrection itself is to overthrow the sitting position.
President Wright, and that would be what the powers in charge were trying to do to Trump, not us to them.
We would not have ever gone to overthrow Trump on January 6th.
That makes no sense. | ||
So, you know, that's kind of the verbiage.
The words are so important for this.
People are stealing the very meaning.
And they're saying this is unprecedented times.
Yeah, it is unprecedented for our government to murder innocent protesters.
That's Tiananmen Square all over again.
That is not the same thing as what they're leading the American public to believe.
And that's the letters. That are so obvious from this book, from lettersfromprison.us.
That's where you get it.
And I'm telling you, these stories are the ones that Alicia is telling us about and that the public doesn't know the reality of inside these prisons, the torture, the starvation, the conditions.
Lettersfromprison.us.
Check it out for yourself because these are the stories that you won't get from anyone but the prisoners.
Because it's too horrific.
It's too hard to handle.
And no one wants to cover this.
It's like she said, where's all the other big media outlets that should be in these courtrooms?
It is brutal to sit through these things.
I have people that have been there for months listening to these trials all over.
And they are never the same.
Let me tell you, this is PTSD. And, you know, we don't have the counselors and the people to help us suffer through the carnage and the brutality and the devastation and death and torture that we're suffering through at their hand.
So that's why we need people to really understand.
And you know that link's available also at Stop8.com.
Everything that we talk about is public.
Most of the things we try to do are free.
The book, of course, is to raise funds for the people.
So that's a worthy cause.
I think everybody can get behind that and buy one for your library when you buy one for yourself.
That's the most important thing that we can do for the kids so we make sure this doesn't happen again.
The same principle applies.
Remember what I mentioned about Alex Jones being at the forefront, having the foresight to be able to fund the info war through we the people, okay?
We must fund this prosecution of the government.
We're right in the middle of a coup d'etat.
This is the virtual equivalent because, Dave Summerall, do you agree with me that we cannot shoot what is upon us?
Before, we used to be able to bomb a communist country.
Okay? There were pockets of communist dictatorships that we could use our military and go get them and overthrow communist dictatorships.
This is a globalist, I'm calling it Sorosism.
There was socialism, communism, pockets of communism, and now we have Sorosism that is sweeping the globe.
But this is why they want to take down the United States of America, sir.
This is not only just a political battle, not only an ideological battle, but sir, this is a battle that's Jesus or Team Satan?
And they're bringing this worldwide.
Satan is working very aggressively right now, aren't they?
And on that note, in these letters, you know what they say?
There's no atheists in any foxholes.
We're right in the middle of a coup.
These men hopefully are sticking to the scriptures.
They're making good use of their time.
They're keeping their faith strong.
Is that conveyed through these American gulag chronicles?
unidentified
|
Oh, yes, it is, my friend.
Listen, the walk to faith and the walk to God and with God through all this, that's the only real hope and solace that they find through this.
You know, they feel abandoned by the American people.
And it's not the American people's fault completely because they don't know.
But when they do know, they need to do something.
We look at this faith movement within the prison.
They're praying with each other.
They're studying the scripture.
They're involved with each other.
They're doing small groups and really trying to get back to the basics and back to God.
We had an opportunity last year to have a lot of them We're good to go.
Your heart, but the historic value of it, I think, cannot be understated, you know, that these people's stories need to be known by everyone.
These are the George Washingtons and Thomas Jeffersons, the people that stood in the gap for us and have paid with the ultimate price, with their reputation, their fortunes, and that's the same as our founding fathers.
I think people need to realize and have that same respect for these people because that's what they've done for us.
Yes. Ladies and gentlemen, You know, imagine this.
Sometimes I'm so long-winded, but these are such big topics.
Right now, this is what you're watching.
A movement of sorts. | ||
Pyramidally, okay? You've got people like the 500 or so that are lording over 350 million, led by the likes of McCarthy, right?
And what's happening right now, ladies and gentlemen, is we're taking that pyramid and we're inverting it, okay?
unidentified
|
Now, with that, okay? | |
Needs to come those people that you've been struggling with that wanted to stop hate over how many years, right?
And you've been advocating for stopping hate.
You just so happen to be in the spiritual spectrum, on the godly side of the spectrum.
But politically, where are all these people, the stop haters that wanted to defund the police, didn't trust the establishment, didn't trust the man, didn't like corporate America?
Where are they at on the left side of the political spectrum?
unidentified
|
Where are they? That's a great question.
Where's the ADL? Where's the NAACP? Any of these organizations that claim to serve a specific religion?
Because we've got one of everything in there.
What about the racist people?
Because we've got blacks in there as well.
It's not a white supremacist thing.
So I don't understand where people get across saying that it is.
But that's the rub. | ||
That's the rub. You know, we were all sold a bill of goods about what happened that day.
And most people fell for it hook, line and sinker.
They don't want to do their own homework.
They want to be educated by someone else.
That's why Alicia and you and this show and me and everybody that does what we do are so important in spreading the real story of what happened so we can really prevent something like this from happening again.
Nobody went to overthrow the government.
The government tried to overthrow the people.
That's what we have to correct and prevent.
That's where we are. And we'll see how this turns out.
If people do not get behind this, it's our last shot, folks.
I really don't believe we can recover.
Stay with me for another segment.
On the other side of this thing, I'm going to give our...
I'm going to tell you what I know about what kind of leverage they have all these over, these members of Congress and SCOTUS. I'm going to explain that to you on the other side of the break.
Is liberalism ever going to stop?
Is this mental disorder ever going to be solved?
My goodness, you know, the pretenders.
But I'm not worthy. | ||
As a matter of fact, we need some theme music, and I think there is.
We play it all the time. The national anthem montage that the InfoWars team put together.
Owen Schroer and Alex Jones featured in that.
I say I'm not worthy of the Rush Limbaugh theme.
Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen.
One quick note here before I let really the only court reporter that exists.
We have the trial of the century.
We have the entire government spending hundreds of millions of dollars to prosecute America, and there's no mainstream media anywhere to be found.
And there's only one court reporter right now, and I'm going to show you where her updates are located.
When I said text TOTC, this is where you'll land.
Trial of the century. The only court reporter right now on the face of the planet as she goes back to her busy work is Alicia Powell.
Does it make you mad or is it a high honor?
I mean, aren't you upset that you're the only real court reporter that's covering the trial of the century right now?
unidentified
|
Where's the mainstream media? I feel an obligation to come here.
I was exhausted after watching this shellacking, this jury, this Black Lives Matter Women's March activist jury get selected or qualified yesterday.
And, you know, I think Enrique and Joe and Dominic and Ethan and all of the other J6 defendants, they have to go back to their cold cells.
I get to go home at night, and I felt obligated to come back here this morning.
It's just me, their mom or wife, and that's it.
Where's the other... | ||
Where are they? | ||
Where's even the mainstream media?
I think there's a Reuters reporter who was related to one of the wives who's been covering the Proud Boys case.
And yeah, that says a lot about the potential jury member, right?
Let's do this. Her husband works for Reuters.
I'm going to put this brief little segment up on band.video.
I'm going to put it out on all of our channels.
I want you to tell anybody right now, if you're in the vicinity of Washington, D.C., you need to get there and get in the gallery and support your fellow Americans.
unidentified
|
Please. Please. | |
It's sad. I know they're happy to see me show up, and there's no other reporters showing up.
So... I'm going to do my best to make it here daily, and we're still in jury selection.
When they start presenting this evidence, I'll be giving the updates.
Thank you, Pete. God bless everybody.
Thank you, Alicia. Good job.
All right. Final commentary here in the final moments.
I'm going to share with you, and Dave Summerall will be able to comment here as we close out this important segment.
Dave Summerall, for years now, since I've known him, Just a couple of years, can you imagine?
We know each other, we've met each other in person.
He's really shouldered the burden of taking forensic evidence and putting it on his website that gets attacked.
And the government gets hundreds of millions of dollars to basically put into the sausage grinder of lies known as the US government, okay?
And their output is not good for America.
Does it give you gratification, Dave Summerall, in the work that you're doing?
Is it a mixed bag? | ||
I know you're a faithful man. You're not going to lose your composure.
But I asked Alicia, are you upset that you're the only journalist that's in the gallery?
Are you upset that you're the only person, including the team of chimpanzee attorneys, the majority of them are a bunch of chimps.
They do as little as possible for the most amount of money.
The attorneys will take a look at some of your evidence.
They're like, I don't know what to do with that.
Are you upset? Are you honored?
Is it a mixed bag? What is it?
unidentified
|
You know, it's crazy. It is a mixed bag.
I appreciate being used, and I think anybody that's ever been used by God for anything feels the same way.
Large, small, in between, it doesn't matter, brother.
And I'm just doing this to set people free.
That's as good a thing as I can imagine to do for anyone.
And I mean, it puts us in harm's way, but...
I mean, no greater love had the man than he lay his life down for his friends, right?
These people deserve it. They're our heroes.
They're American heroes. And they deserve more.
I wish I could do more. | ||
But, you know, we're doing everything we can.
Most of the people on my team are J6ers.
They're facing jail time. And they're fighting for their lives, for their existence, for their freedoms.
And we have a vested interest in that.
So, you know, I myself, the FBI has been to my house countless times.
I can count them, but they've been to my house many times.
And it's not fun knowing that that is the full weight of the government coming down on citizens for exercising their right to disagree and having voter issue problems.
You know, we don't know if it's the machines or the people or what.
We just knew there was a problem. And they're going to try to put us under the prison for that and say we're trying to overthrow the country.
And I just can't subscribe to that, brother.
Sir, I'm going to mention something here.
That is the truth. | ||
It's the fact. The evidence exists.
You have evidence. And I said, see conclusive evidence at StopHate.com.
It's already there. It's on the record.
We are officially and formally here on Infowars.com, Bandot Video, The War Room.
We're going to state as follows.
That on that site, StopHate.com, even the top journalists have, of course, cherry-picked and covered a portion thereof and done so very well, of course.
But the aggregation of evidence, conclusive evidence, that will never reach a jury and it will be suppressed in the system.
We're going to expose it, of course, but it's at stophate.com and I'm not overstating this.
So help me God, there is forensic evidence there that proves that those people, none of them should have ever been indicted, period.
unidentified
|
And that's why it's up to us, brother.
That's why we need to be the ones spreading that information.
Go to StopHey.com, look at BloodyHill.com, look at writing history, look at the movies, look at the articles, and share everything.
Yeah, now, I also have evidence that's going to come out, and there will be witnesses that will come forward, that you government pukes out there, and I'm going to, by the way, I'm going to say this so confidently, please allow me, Dave Someral, to just speak with Our beloved viewers, our beloved info warriors out there.

|
Knock yourself out, brother.
You're not going to hurt my feelings at all.
I'm a carpenter. You need to know, ladies and gentlemen, that there is forensic evidence and proof.
You know that James Baker that was at Twitter?
There were 53 disks, hard drives, that were submitted to him.
He received them. We have it documented in the court system.
He removed six of them that showed that the Obama administration was surveilling Israeli intel services.
The other portion of those disks that were submitted to James Baker, which have been buried in the intel services, show that our federal judges have been visiting porn sites.
We have the URLs. | ||
I can't even share them with you.
It's illegal to do that. But the truth exists that John Roberts, okay, when I found out why he was on these porn sites, let me tell you why.
Because the FBI, ladies and gentlemen, has been running the servers of these porn sites for the purposes of investigating child pornography.
No, the FBI, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, has been using child porn servers to allow people like John Roberts to communicate with Hillary Clinton.
They're using chat rooms that nobody will go to.
It's illegal. And if you're invited to these things, and you don't do the bidding of the FBI and the cabal, and you want to know why everybody's scared in Congress?
Because there's only 20 people that are willing to step up, and those are the 20 that are not on these child porn sites.
You see? This is how it's working.
And McCarthy has that leverage over a lot of them.
They have emails. | ||
They have collateral. | ||
And our whole system is built on that Epstein-style blackmail.
They're communicating on FBI-controlled servers on US government property.
And if you step out of line, they will bring the full force of the government upon you.
And guess what, ladies and gentlemen? Dave Summerall's never been on that site.
I've never been on that site.
There's a whole bunch of godly patriots that have never been on those sites.
And the truth about all of this is gonna set the world free.
So help me God, I promise you.
And Dave Summerall, we have one minute and 26 seconds left.
This is a bombshell that I just dropped on you.
You didn't know about this, but I have this backed up legally.
Legally, it's going to come out.
unidentified
|
That is the kind of stuff we need.
I guess it's going to take that much weight to prove to the American people what's really going on.
We've had our notions and our thoughts and our guesses, but there's definitive proof.
Not only for January 6th, but if what you're saying is true, that's amazing.
And look, it's really up to us if we're going to take this country back, if we're going to make a go of it, if we're going to keep it dedicated to God or not, or if it's going to run itself in the ground.
That's going to be up to us.
I can't encourage any more than to take action than I do.
Try to lead by example, try to motivate others, try to give you the tools.
They're all available free on my site, so you can use them and share them and spread the gospel.
This is kingdom work. This information helps support the Infowar.
Go to StopHate.com. | ||
Take a look at that conclusive evidence.
Stay tuned to the War Room.
We will be providing daily updates, twice daily.
Alicia Powell, upset about what's going on in the courtroom.
You will be too, but guess what?
Focus all of that energy on doing the right thing and sharing the Word of God.
There's a great opportunity for a Christian revival.
The truth shall set us free, so help me God.
Amen. I sign off. | ||
Peter T. Over and out. | ||
Adrian in Pennsylvania, welcome.

|
Oh, hey, this is awesome.
I want to thank you for the real reptile plus coming back in because for two years, my mom has not stopped talking about when is it going to get it back in?
Is it going to come back in?
I even looked at the bottle for the formulation to see if I can match it with the air and beer to get some other stuff, but there's just too much going on in there.
Well, describe for us what it did for your mother because it really helps old folks.
unidentified
|
Well, my mom has a lot of health problems.
She's been on disability for years since I was probably about 12.
I'm 40 now. And between that, the turmeric, the X2, she feels amazing.
The only thing that she would want me to ask is when's the down and out coming back?
Well, that's our problem. We haven't had enough money to order all the products we used to have, and that's why we're going to catch 22.
That's why I may need to just do our fundraiser to try to get like $400,000, $500,000 to then buy a product, and then we can sell it, then make a profit, and it's kind of a self-fulfilling deal.
That's how that works. It's kind of like a farmer.
We'll have that last crop.
They don't have enough money to buy more seed.
The next year, they've got to shut down.
And so we're kind of at that nexus point of really needing more support.
We're in the catch-22 of selling things at discounts, so not enough money comes in.
But I've got some fundraising ideas in the new year that should help keep us on air.
If everybody just buys the products we've got now and Real Red Pill Plus is back, we'll be able to stay on air.
But it's very close. | ||
unidentified
|
So a challenge and a proposal I have for listeners is I didn't buy products for years, but I love the information.
And I woke people up and it was very, very popular because people were very surprised that there was something else actually happening outside of the mainstream media.
And then I started to buy the product and started to feel amazing and then get other people to buy the product.
So if you're a listener who doesn't buy products, you're taking something special away from this broadcast.
Buy one product a month, give it to a friend, use it yourself, give it to a loved one, because we are in a war.
So in order to keep you alive through this process, with all the information we're going to need, especially into the future, I would say buy one product a month and use it, give it to somebody, but keep it open and keep it going. |
