| Let's be clear. That story is not about a poor troubled soul who has substance abuse issues. | ||
| That's what the DOJ is trying to make it about. | ||
| They're saying, well, we're going to go after him on drug charges or tax charges, all of which are personal to Hunter Biden. | ||
| The real issue and what the focus of congressional inquiry needs to be, and I'm glad to hear just moments ago that it will be, Is on the official corruption, on the evidence that Joe Biden was part and parcel involved in official corruption. | ||
| For example, we know that Hunter Biden was on the board of Burisma, Ukrainian natural gas company. | ||
| He didn't speak a word to Ukrainian. | ||
| He didn't know a damn thing about oil and gas. | ||
| But they paid him $83,000 a month. | ||
| And the only reason they paid him that was because daddy was vice president, not just vice president, but Obama had put him in charge of Ukraine in particular. | ||
| And the corrupt oligarch that owned the natural gas company was being investigated by Ukrainian prosecutors. | ||
| And Joe Biden went to the head of Ukraine and said, you either fire the prosecutor Or we're gonna hold up a billion dollars in U.S. aid. | ||
| And as Joe Biden famously said in a televised interview, well, son of a bitch, they fired the guy. | ||
| They fired the prosecutor investigating the corrupt oligarch who was paying Joe Biden's son a million dollars a year. | ||

| And they lay out these giant cases with the receipts, with the evidence, with the passion. | ||
| And the County Board of Supervisors just says, Okay, next speaker. | ||

| And you see, that's the problem right there. | ||

| And so there's a lot of things happening with this story. | ||
| In the Trump years, there was a massive housing boom in that Your purchasing power was better, and so people were buying houses again. | ||
| Your dollar had good value, and people were buying houses again. | ||
| That was a new trend for the first time in decades, really, that people were buying houses again. | ||
| Thank you, Donald Trump, for the great economy. | ||
| Well, that's now since collapsed under the Biden economy, and so I wouldn't say there's a housing crash. | ||
| But the demand has gone down drastically. | ||
| Price hasn't so much yet, but it is going down. | ||
| And so the Fed now is trying to make sure they still get their cut of the housing market, whether it's good or bad, and they're raising rates. | ||
| And they even floated out yesterday that they're going to raise rates again. | ||
| So you might see that house that you wanted... | ||
| You know, four years ago for $450,000, you might see it on the market now for $350,000. | ||
| You're still going to pay that $100,000 in the interest rates to the government. | ||
| See how that works? You're not getting a lower price on the house. | ||
| The government's getting a bigger cut of it. | ||
| But I will say... There are still local governments and stuff that are giving deals out for developers so that they get a good price to develop things. | ||
| It's happening here in Austin. | ||
| The problem is, a lot of these times, if the developers can't move the houses off the market, they end up over-levered and in debt, and then the city ends up taking the hit. | ||
| So there's all kinds of problems with this, but... | ||
| I mean, just from kind of looking into this for myself, as somebody who's curious about how the market is doing in Austin, a very volatile market for the last six years, it's definitely come back down to earth. | ||
| I mean, it was in the Trump years, and even afterwards, and obviously Austin, a massive growing area right now, because it's a red state, people leaving blue states to come to Texas, but then liberal Austin. | ||
| You couldn't even put your house on the market. | ||
| If you had a house in a desirable area, anything within like 15 miles of downtown Austin, it would be on the market for a week before you'd have 10 offers over value. | ||
| Well, that's come back down to earth. | ||
| Now houses are sitting on the market and sometimes even lowering the price. | ||
| A complete opposite. But that's the Biden economy. | ||
| Fed increasing their rates, though. | ||
| But I don't think overall you're going to see a housing market crash just yet. | ||

The Reckoning I want to tell you about a reckoning I see coming in this | |

| And we're starting to see the signs of it with Latino Americans voting Republican more than they ever have. | ||
| Black Americans voting Republican more than they ever have. | ||
| But more importantly than that, it's the activism that is happening now. | ||
| The likes of which you just saw in that video in the last segment. | ||
| Now, here's the reckoning. | ||
| Black and brown Americans are realizing how they've been used and abused by the Democrat Party for decades. | ||
| They're getting it now. | ||
| The awakening is happening en masse and it's causing a front of activism the likes of which the Democrats didn't expect. | ||
| And here's why I call it a reckoning. | ||
| Because the liberal media and the Democrat Party has been using and abusing and more importantly weaponizing or attempting to weaponize Non-whites against whites in this country. | ||
| And this is what Malcolm X realized long ago. | ||
| And this is how you know LeBron James doesn't really listen to Malcolm X. Malcolm X warned black Americans that their biggest enemy was going to be the white liberal. | ||

| But eventually it's going to be recalibrated and it's going to be aimed at the people who deserve it to be aimed at. | ||
| And that's why that guy in Harris County was pointing right at that guy sitting at that board and saying, it's you. | ||

| It's really happening, folks, but there's still a lot of misguided people. | ||

| They keep lying to us about Republicans and conservatives. | ||
| They keep lying to us about these situations with police. | ||

| And so it's being recalibrated. | ||
| It's being re-aimed at the very people that tried to weaponize them and use them. | ||

| And when they realize how disenfranchised they've been by those two people who claim to be their champions and that they can't even vote themselves out of this tyranny, you're going to see a lot more meetings and a lot more city councils, just like what you saw in Harris County with that individual. | ||
