| But now we have the documents, the leaked emails. | ||
| I mean, folks, they literally have. | ||

| It's like you work at a new company and they give you In the hiring process, a big pamphlet or a big... | ||
| It's like a book over the protocols, procedures, history of the company, all of this stuff, like a huge binder. | ||
| And they have multiple of these from the Homeland Security and FBI under the Biden administration working directly with big tech companies to censor a political speech. | ||
| Now, this is a clear violation of the First Amendment. | ||
| They believe that they have their... | ||
| I's dotted and T's crossed on this deal legally because they have labeled you, the conservative, a terrorist. | ||
| And so when this gets to court and they'll say, you censored all these individuals at the behest of the Biden administration. | ||
| Is that true? Okay, yes, we did. | ||
| And then it's going to be the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI testifying. | ||
| And they're going to say... | ||
| Under what grounds did you violate the First Amendment? | ||
| And they're going to say, well, we viewed them as a threat to national security and terrorists, and then as you can see in the Patriot Act, we have the right now to engage in such activity. | ||
| All laws are waived. | ||
| In accordance with the aforementioned legislation, and so therefore it was okay for the Biden administration and formerly the Obama administration, either way, the government to collude with big tech to censor political opposition. | ||
| Now, we'll see how all that goes. | ||
| If this plays itself out, that's how it's all going to go. | ||
| And you throw the Elon Musk purchasing of Twitter into the equation and now all of a sudden this is a true threat to the deep state big tech collusion. | ||

| And now we have more emails and other documents from executives highlighted in this story. | ||

| Anything that the Democrats don't want on the internet. | ||

| What did they call it under the Biden administration? | ||

| FBI agent Laura Demlow was in communications with Facebook that led to the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020 over the false allegation that it was disinfo. | ||
| This year, she met with Twitter and the Department of Homeland Security to stress we need a media infrastructure that is held accountable. | ||
| I wonder... Is that the same FBI agent that was meeting with Mark Zuckerberg? | ||
| Is it the same FBI agent? | ||
| Is it one Ministry of Truth leftist running around engaging in all of this? | ||
| Or how deep embedded in the entire department was this? | ||
| I think we'll find out more in the days to come and if and when this ever gets to a trial, which it ought to be. | ||

| It was very real. And quite frankly, at this point, it really does look like Hunter Biden and Ashley Biden were planting evidence against their own father to expose him in some sort of weird family squabble. | ||

| We've got eight days till the midterms, and they're censoring any information about the attack on Paul Pelosi. | ||

| Oh, right before the presidential election, information getting out about the Bidens that the Democrats don't want out, so they call up the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security, who calls up Facebook and YouTube and Twitter and says, shut this story down. | ||
| And what do they do? | ||
| They censor anybody that was posting about it, and they suspend all the accounts that were covering it. | ||
| And now the same thing is happening with the Paul Pelosi hammer time story. | ||
| But let's go on with this. | ||
| And again, all of these documents, the emails, the government documents, all of it, the receipts, the proof are all in the story. | ||

| Facebook and Twitter created special portals for the government to rapidly request takedowns of content. | ||
| The portals, along with NGO, non-government partners, used to censor a wide range of content, including obvious parody accounts and content disagreeing with government pandemic policy. | ||

| They built an entire website. | ||
| Some people are familiar with online portals. | ||
| They have to do it with work or school. | ||
| Maybe not everybody understands that. | ||
| So it's basically just a website. | ||
| The government built a website to report to Facebook and other big tech companies posts they wanted taken down. | ||
| And this was just 24-7 in operation and they would just be constantly refreshing it. | ||
| So you have all these people monitoring the internet and then posting these things to the government big tech portal for big tech to then go censor everything the government asks them to censor. | ||
| Run by the government, funded by the government. | ||
| That is a complete violation of the First Amendment. | ||

| Joe has been all over this Paul Pelosi story. | ||
| Joe, I pretty much got into all of the headlines in the earlier segments this hour in regards to it. | ||
| We did have some breaking news with the DOJ filing. | ||
| That just came out, I guess, about an hour or so ago. | ||
| I don't know. I'm sure you've seen that tracking this story. | ||
| So let me just kind of put it out there now. | ||
| We're a couple days removed from this story. | ||
| More details emerging. | ||
| We obviously know the mainstream media has a narrative that they want this to be painted as. | ||
| What conclusions have you landed on at this point in the Paul Pelosi story? | ||
| That's a great question. | ||
| I think, well, there's a couple things really that stand out, right? | ||
| The individual who's involved, this David DePepe, or however you say his name, David DePepe, or however it is, he certainly is quite the character. | ||
| His wife is a nudist. | ||
| They were married. | ||
| There's pictures of her in the nude, even protesting in California. | ||
| They lived together in some sort of an open marriage, it appears. | ||
| He maybe presided at At a wedding of her and another guy, and they still live together. | ||
| He has kids with this girl. | ||
| It's a place in Berkeley. | ||
| It looks like at times he was living on the streets. | ||
| At times he lived in a bus in the front yard. | ||
| And not somebody that you'd think was a Trump supporter, nor the family. | ||
| And as a matter of fact, we saw some tweets of hers, his ex-wife's This is stating that she's a Trump hater, which is no surprise. | ||
| The profile appears to be a far left, pretty crazy, radically far left Berkeley type of family. | ||
| So that's a big problem, that guy. | ||
| But they're trying to paint this guy as some sort of Trump supporter that hates Nancy Pelosi and was going there to teach her a lesson and to get her to In today's petition getting her to tell the truth and if she didn't he was going to break her knees so that she could go in front of Congress and that's the story that we're hearing today now. | ||
| So first of all, the guy didn't make sense. | ||
| The situation, of course, doesn't make sense either. | ||
| It happens at 2.30 in the morning in San Francisco, right as the bars close. | ||
| You saw Elon Musk yesterday released a tweet where he says to Hillary Clinton, who's trying to blame this on violent conservatives, And he says, well, maybe Hillary, or maybe it has more to do with this. | ||
| And he throws this article out where they're accusing Paul Pelosi of being someone who's into the gay scene in San Francisco and has been in the scene for a long time and all these people know it. | ||
| So that was quite the thing. | ||
| Musk took that down later. | ||
| But that is something that a couple people that I know that saw this thing from the very start thought, this doesn't add up. | ||
| There's something going on, probably more likely to the ladder of the Musk post. | ||
| But the whole event about the House and how he got there and how he entered and how he was arrested and some pieces of that Really don't add up as well. | ||
| So they're saying that he broke in the back door. | ||
| Well, we last night put up some posts. | ||
| You can see there's CCTV cameras all over that neighborhood. | ||
| Yeah, I want to emphasize that. | ||
| Your coverage at the Gateway Pundit, you've shown all the different security cams, you've documented the private security, and the alleged break-in site that shows the glass broken outward, not inward. | ||
| Yeah. That's right. | ||
| It doesn't make sense. So when you break a glass, if you hit it from this side, it's going to go flying out on the other side. | ||
| And the glass was on the porch. | ||
| You can see it there in the picture. | ||
| It's out on the porch or the patio in the back of the house. | ||
| So how does that make sense? | ||
| Today we looked at it further and we can see that that hole near the doorknob on that broken door slash window, that the hole's not big enough for him to climb through that. | ||
| So clearly he didn't get through that. | ||
| People are saying, well, yeah, he just reached in and moved the latch and unlocked the door. | ||
| But it's the other two doors that are open. | ||
| So if this is a crime scene where they leave everything alone, why are those two doors open and the doors closed where the Broken glasses and the broken glasses on the outside of the house. | ||
| Now today, in this letter that came out from the FBI, they're saying that it was some sort of, what do you call it, laminated glass. | ||
| It's a lot more like a, sounds like a plastic type of glass than just regular glass. | ||
| And so, if this guy's got a hammer and he's hammering plastic glass, how many times did he have to hammer that to break it, if that's true? | ||
| And plus, that type of plastic glass doesn't shatter. | ||
| I mean, that shattered glass is what it looks like. | ||
| You're right. And why wouldn't, if it was, whatever they call it, I forgot the name, laminated or whatnot, why didn't nobody notice that? | ||
| And that's the biggest question, too. | ||
| All these cameras, security, CCTV. I mean, he's gotta be hopping fences, going through multiple yards. | ||
| Yeah. How did that happen? | ||
| And then in the document today that comes from the FBI where they're wanting to press charges, they say that somebody next, not at the house, but at the house or one of the houses nearby, saw David Depepe walking down the street, or at least someone walking down the street about that time, And a short time later, they heard the police or maybe even the sirens. | ||
| So I guess I should go back and look at that. | ||
| Do we know that individual was closed? | ||
| Did he have clothes on? | ||
| Well, that's a good question, too, because we heard initially that maybe they both were in their underwear or just Dupeppe was. | ||
| And here's what they say. They don't address that. | ||
| They don't say what he was dressed in. | ||
| So that's kind of something puzzling from the FBI today. | ||
| Why wouldn't they note that since it was such a big deal over the weekend as this story's been unveiled? | ||
| Do you know who is heading up this investigation right now? | ||
| Because we do know it was the Department of Justice that filed the document today. | ||
| We know the FBI and the Capitol Police are involved in this, which doesn't give me any hope. | ||
| Has local law enforcement been completely blocked out? | ||
| Are we going to get access to body cam footage or anything else other than the phone calls that we got originally? | ||
| Well, somebody said today, one of our attorneys said, well, now they'll just lock everything up so you can't see it, now that they put it under some sort of investigation. | ||
| So we may never see this stuff, the cams, which we really need to see. | ||
| That's how we can really determine who's telling the truth here. | ||
| So we don't know. | ||
| The person from the FBI that wrote the report is pretty junior, and that's something, too, that I'm— I've been looking into this report just now trying to draft up some points that don't make sense. | ||
| But why would you put a junior person on this case from the FBI when this involves the third highest person | ||
| in the government in line for the presidency? | ||
| This doesn't make sense. | ||
| You would put your top people on it and you would address it from the top. | ||
| You wouldn't have some junior level person that says she started around 2019 | ||
| as a special agent running this thing. | ||
| Now, the one thing that I noticed about her is when she lists her resume, | ||
| she says that she was involved in domestic terrorism and has been involved in those types of cases. | ||
| So for me, that's code for she's involved with the January 6 BS, and therefore now they're bringing her into this. | ||
| So they need somebody that's nice and dishonest and that's going to play the game to run this because she must have done a good job. | ||
| So she's been picked to work on this case as well. | ||
| Well, and we're about to go to break here, and I'll kind of put out this one point. | ||
| You can respond on the other side. | ||
| Obviously, the lack of trust in the FBI and the DOJ is not going to do anybody any favors in this, because even if they're telling the truth, nobody is going to believe them. | ||
| And just from somebody that wants to try to be neutral in looking at all of this, folks, there's so many things that don't add up. | ||
| But Let's just say there's an element of truth that DePape went over there. | ||
| He's a deranged lunatic. | ||
| Maybe he did want to do harm to the Pelosi's. | ||
| Well, okay, let's get the truth about that. | ||
| Stop making this about Trump and Trump supporters. | ||
| That's the lie. That's the big lie. | ||

| And I know that obviously, Joe, there's a lot of work yet to be done, a lot of legal questions to be answered. | ||
| Why is the FBI, DOJ, Capitol Police taking over? | ||
| Will we ever get access to the security footage, to the police body cam? | ||
| One question remains obvious, and it has a lot of the similar threads of the January 6th stuff, and I don't want to spend too much time on those connections, but it's the same thing. | ||
| Why won't they release the 17,000 hours of security footage from the Capitol if their case is so solid? | ||
| Why won't they release the security footage from the Pelosi's house and the neighbor's house? | ||
| Why won't they release the police body cam footage if their case is so solid? | ||
| I mean, those questions right there alone indicate that somebody doesn't want that footage out there. | ||
| And I think the somebody is obvious. | ||
| It's the Pelosi's. It's the Democrats. | ||
| And the question as to why is pretty obvious, too, because then their false narrative about that event would be destroyed. | ||
| Your thoughts? Well, you're absolutely right, Owen. | ||
| And, you know, as you know, I used to be a corporate auditor. | ||
| I was over in Hong Kong. I was an executive there. | ||
| I've mentioned to you before I did two, three hundred audits around the world. | ||
| I've, you know, I've presented in front of audit committees around the world, etc. | ||
| I've got a good resume on audits, and I never went into an audit where people said, no, you can't look at this. | ||
| You know, if there was something of really high, you know, intel or personal information, then we'd work something out with HR. But never was, no, you cannot look at this. | ||
| And especially in a financial audit, where you're saying, you know, I would come in, I want to look at the financials, we want to validate if these financials are accurate. | ||
| And somebody says, no, you can't. | ||
| If that was the case, you would never certify that audit. | ||
| You would walk away with, this is... | ||
| We are unable to determine what the answer is. | ||
| So when we see investigators, the FBI and others, hide information immediately, you're right, it should be massive red flags, because these people should be held to a higher level, a higher bar, and should be more transparent than the rest. | ||
| Of course, concerning certain things, they have to be, have to guard certain things. | ||
| But at the same token, this FBI, we're seeing them use the law as a technique to prevent | ||
| transparency and that's just not fair to the American people. | ||
| That's why we don't trust them. | ||
| And then when we do find out, like with the redactions throughout the Mueller exam, we | ||
| find out, well, everything they redacted was to protect themselves. | ||
| It had nothing to do with national security or anything like that. | ||
| So why should we trust these people? | ||
| And the people on January 6, like yourself, that are going through such hell over this | ||
| BS, I mean, it's just more of the same. | ||
| Like you said, thousands of hours of video, and we can't see it. | ||
| Now, again, that doesn't make sense. | ||
| And in the real world, at least in financial auditing, that wouldn't happen because you wouldn't sign off on the audit. | ||
| You'd just say, okay, fine. I'm going to say I can't make a decision here. | ||
| Good luck with your financials. | ||
| Good luck with your stock price tomorrow. | ||
| And unfortunately, with the FBI, they're getting away with this, and it's... | ||
| It's a travesty. | ||
| You know, it's a travesty. So, yeah, a lot more with this case. | ||
| One thing that, Owen, that's kind of still sticking out for us is these couple websites that were claimed the next day. | ||
| They claimed that these websites were attached to this Depepe. | ||
| And we have a hard time believing that. | ||
| And as the more we look into these websites, well, for one, we saw on the Wayback Machine that they were Scraped on Friday, deleted on Saturday. | ||
| So now you can't get to them. | ||
| But fortunately, we've got copies. | ||
| And we're looking at it. | ||
| And the thing is, there's a lot of information in there. | ||
| And it appears like it might even be from a foreign entity. | ||
| So that's very concerning to us. | ||
| And so we haven't been able to conclusively state that, hope to by tomorrow. | ||
| So this is kind of some breaking news. | ||
| But it looks to be like this is some sort of operative that involves a foreign agency. | ||
| So why is the FBI using this information from these websites to To tie this guy to basically Trump, because that's what they're really trying to do here. | ||
| They're trying to take the focus off of Paul Pelosi and this guy, who may very likely have been in some sort of relationship, if not for one night, maybe longer. | ||
| So why are they trying to cover that up and throw it on Trump? | ||
| And is this something that's been in the works for some time? | ||
| Yeah, and like I said, like you were saying right now, there's so many questions here that could be answered immediately, that should be answered immediately if we were doing a fair investigation that still remain. | ||
| And the most obvious is, let's see the security footage. | ||
| Let's see the individual break in. | ||
| I mean, because if they really want to paint the picture that this guy is so bad, you know, the big bad Trump supporter, you'd think they'd want us to see the picture of him breaking in. | ||
| You'd think they'd want to see the picture of him busting into the House, engaged in whatever was going on that night, and yet we're not... | ||
| I'm still able to see that. | ||
| Now, you may not have gotten to this part, because I know you're asking lawyers with some of the legal stuff on this, too. | ||
| Nancy was out of town. | ||
| So Nancy Pelosi was not there that night. | ||
| She was out of town. I forget where she was. | ||
| So it's Paul Pelosi. | ||
| Does the same... | ||
| I guess legal approach towards if something happens to Nancy Pelosi, happens to Paul, like with the FBI and the DOJ getting involved and, you know, basically saying we have jurisdiction over local police. | ||
| Is that normal for even the spouse of a senator or a House member? | ||
| Or is that why they had to make the claim that he was looking for Nancy so they could make that claim? | ||
| Do you have answers to that yet? | ||
| No, I really don't. | ||
| Those are great questions, though. | ||
| And yeah, where was Nancy is a good question. | ||
| And maybe that's the question. | ||
| Where is Nancy? Immediately, remember that on Friday morning, the media started saying, and he came in and he was saying, where is Nancy? | ||
| So that was all unfounded up until this report today where they're saying that he was asking, where is Nancy? | ||
| But it just doesn't add up. | ||
| This guy's MO just doesn't add up. | ||
| You know, his wife's a nudist. | ||
| I mean, you know, he's high on drugs a bit. | ||
| And in jail for her own sexual perversions. | ||
| There you go. And Paul Pelosi just recently had a DWI in the middle of the night. | ||
| We don't know if somebody was with him or not. | ||
| There's rumors that there was somebody. | ||
| There was rumors that it might have been a hooker is what I'd heard at one time. | ||
| We can't confirm that. | ||
| But there was rumors that somebody was with him. | ||
| And we don't know about that either. | ||
| I don't think we've seen the police camera there either. | ||
| And so now here we are again, Paul Pelosi in the middle of the night. | ||
| Again, I think the bars closed there around 2 o'clock. | ||
| So this event occurred around 2.30 or so, which would be the time you'd come home. | ||
| And there's so many shady things, too, about why didn't the police go there immediately? | ||
| Why didn't the security cameras identify this guy immediately and send police there? | ||
| The other thing is, if Paul Pelosi makes a call to the 911, are you telling me they don't have an immediate reactive source that's going to say, Paul Pelosi just called us, get over to the house? | ||
| But instead, they're saying they talked to Paul Pelosi for a while, and boy, this lady who was on the other end of the phone, she just did a great job. | ||
| Yeah, she had the instinct to send over help on a wellness check. | ||
| Yeah, I have a hard time believing that. | ||
| I think that if he called or any number came from that location, the police would be there within a split second. | ||
| So to believe that this lady, you know, basically what they're trying to say is that, oh, the house isn't that well protected. | ||
| No big deal, it's the Speaker of the House. | ||
| But this lady figured it out and she said, well, maybe we should send some people over there. | ||
| And really, there's other questions. | ||
| I think there's other questions there too, Joe, because... | ||
| Where, I mean, he's on a cell phone, right? | ||
| I mean, he's on a cell phone. | ||
| He's able to do this on his cell phone, apparently, like, without DePepe noticing. | ||
| And he just opens up the phone and puts it on speaker with police dispatch. | ||
| And he's, like, trying to talk the guy down, apparently. | ||
| Police dispatch somehow knows that this is Paul Pelosi. | ||
| Somehow knows that he's in distress at the Pelosi house. | ||
| How would the police have got that information? | ||
| If he didn't identify himself or give an address over a cell phone, how would the police have even known that? | ||
| Yeah, and we still don't know who opened the door to let the police in. | ||
| And why did the police sit out there? | ||
| If there's a warning sign at the Pelosi house, are you telling me that they're going to sit on the front porch or are they going to run in there and try to help whoever's there? | ||
| It doesn't make sense. | ||
| These people, the hesitation in going in, to me, is a clue. | ||
| It's like, why did they hesitate before going in there? | ||
| Is it because the individual that was there with Pelosi was an invited guest? | ||
| Or is it because... | ||
| They didn't know the house was broken in, or is it because they wanted to show reverence to Paul Pelosi? | ||
| But there's something to that. | ||
| Why didn't they immediately go in? | ||
| They allowed this guy supposedly to hit Paul Pelosi in the head with a hammer. | ||
