| The FBI used its most advanced spy plane to watch Black Lives Matter protests, on and on and on. | ||

| We know now that the FBI stood idly by while Black Lives Matter riots did $2 billion in property damage, sent thousands of police officers to the ER, and dozens of murders at these riots, dozens of dead people. And the FBI was watching, monitoring the entire time, and not only didn't step in, But has not gone after any of the leadership or any of the individuals involved in those crimes. | ||

| One individual has been arrested. | ||

| What was their role there? And the treatment in the criminal investigations and charges are obviously two completely different stories that tell the real story. | ||

| He makes up all kinds of fantastical stories. | ||

| News stories will probably publish them tonight. | ||
| Here's Joe Biden lying about a serious weather event at his house in his childhood in clip four. | ||
| I know from experience how much anxiety and fear and concern there are in the people. | ||
| We didn't lose our whole home, but lightning struck and we lost an awful lot of it about 15 years ago. | ||

| There's reports on this. | ||

| Lightning did strike Joe Biden's house. | ||
| There was a small fire in the kitchen that lasted no longer than 20 minutes. | ||

| And so again, neutral minds, just observant people digging in to say, well, this is clearly a lie. | ||
| This is not the worst hurricane in Florida's history. | ||
| It's not even close. And if you look at the charts, hurricanes making landfall in the U.S. are actually way down. | ||
| And they just say, well, this is decided. | ||
| It's man-made climate change. Oh, a rainstorm comes in April. | ||

| Oh, it's 100 degrees in Austin, Texas in June. | ||

What has happened in the last 48 hours between the Biden administration and OPEC which is really Russia and Saudi Arabia more than anything tells a great story A story that I've been telling here on this show for over a year now, but is more obvious than ever with the last 48 hours. | ||
| But it's important to put the backdrop to this before we go into the last 48 hours. | ||
| And it starts with Barack Obama. | ||
| Eight years of Barack Obama with his vice president, Joe Biden. | ||

| Shut down hundreds of coal plants and coal mines in this country when he was president. | ||
| And he bragged about that to the world. | ||
| And he said he wanted to even make it impossible for coal to exist after he was president by making it so expensive to mine coal and produce coal and use coal for energy that you wouldn't be able to afford to do it. | ||
| And so if you take that mindset and apply it just genuinely towards energy, that's what they're doing. | ||
| So it was already the Democrat-Obama-Biden-White House policy to shut off U.S. energy. | ||
| Under Obama, it was coal, and he did just that. | ||
| So that already set a precedent, and Obama made sure that this was known at an international level. | ||
| It set a precedent... Where Obama would say, see, the U.S. is shutting off coal. | ||
| Therefore, the rest of the world should do it. | ||

| We're shutting off coal. | ||
| In other words, we're shutting off energy because we want to stop man-made climate change. | ||

| I mean, really, it was hundreds of pipelines, but it was two or three major pipelines and then kind of the minor pipelines that feed other states off of that in the United States of America. | ||

| There was a new pipeline that just got completed, and I'm drawing a blank on it right now. | ||
| But it was going to be the biggest pipeline bringing oil into America from Canada. | ||
| And he shut that sucker down, the Keystone Pipeline. | ||
| Thank you, crew. He shut that sucker down day one and then continued to shut down other minor pipelines. | ||
| So Obama destroyed coal in America that Trump tried to revive and did for a little bit. | ||
| But then it didn't get to where it needed to be. | ||
| And so you had massive blackouts in Texas and other states because they turned off the coal. | ||
| Obama did. And then people complained and blamed Republican leadership, literally Democrat policy, right out of the Obama administration. | ||
| And so then Biden came and shut off the oil. | ||
| So the U.S. already sabotaged its own energy. | ||
| And it was Obama and it was Biden. | ||
| When Obama was president, energy prices doubled on average. | ||
| Gas prices went up. | ||
| The cost to heat your house or cool your house doubled, tripled. | ||
| And now the same phenomenon has happened under Joe Biden because that's their policy. | ||

| Everybody's blaming their record high grocery bill, their record high energy bill, their record high price at the pump on Joe Biden. | ||

| Again, he could turn on the gas any day. | ||
| He could open the pipelines any day. | ||
| He could start drilling for new oil any day. | ||
| We could become an exporter of oil and richer than ever any day. | ||

| To which they say, no, you crushed our energy and you blew up our pipelines. | ||
| So then what happens today? | ||
| OPEC to cut oil production by 2 million barrels per day. | ||
| Now, see, I had another story here. | ||
| I lost it. Two days ago, if you plug it in, two days ago, OPEC was considering, they made an official statement to consider cutting oil production by a million barrels per day. | ||
| One million barrels per day, they were saying they were going to cut. | ||
| Biden calls up and says, please don't cut. | ||
| And what does OPEC do in response? | ||
| They says, actually, we're going to cut two million barrels per day. | ||
| How do you like that? And then what's the CNN story today? | ||
| Inside the White House failed effort to dissuade OPEC from cutting oil production. | ||
| Not only did they not cut, folks, they doubled what they were going to cut as a direct affront to Biden and the United States of America. | ||

| And so, cutting production, OPEC cutting production by a million barrels a day could be devastating to the United States. | ||

| Now, this is right ahead of a midterm. | ||
| Everybody knows it's the Democrats and Joe Biden that caused your gas price to go up. | ||
| So Biden begs OPEC not to cut oil production, which Russia and Saudi Arabia are going to be the final decision makers there. | ||

| During the last auction on June 14th, the U.S. sold about 40 million barrels, including some that were bought by subsidiaries of companies run by foreign countries, including China, Norway and Saudi Arabia. | ||

| Police brutality or stopping it is trying to have less police interactions, and that requires law reform. | ||
| But you see, the police have a right to defend their lives too, and that right has now been taken from them because of liberal Democrats. | ||
| And so you have police officers just doing their job, dealing with criminals, and then they end up in jail because they are dealing with criminals. | ||

| You've got a crazed man with a gun who's attempting to kill somebody. | ||
| And so you've now got a decision to make. | ||
| Do you get the hell out of there? Do you try to stop that guy from killing the other guy? | ||
| And you can see this individual right now is in the process of that decision right, right here. | ||
| So he sees him pull the gun, put it to his head, misfire, and then he decides he's going to go in to try to stop him. | ||

| Ladies and gentlemen, the great Darren Beattie joins me now from Revolver News, and there was a story that broke earlier this week that I just had to get him on to discuss and tie it into all of his research in regards to January 6th. | ||
| This is from the official FBI website. | ||
| FBI assistance provided to local law enforcement during the Black Lives Matter movement. | ||
| Movement, they say. Movement. | ||
| It's not a riot. Two billion dollar movement. | ||
| You know, and then the BLM leaders make off with millions. | ||
| But they admit, in their documents, the FBI used its most advanced spy plane to watch Black Lives Matter protests. | ||
| The FBI tracked an activist involved with Black Lives Matter as they traveled across the U.S. rioting. | ||
| So, Darren, to me, this is not a nothing burger of a story. | ||
| This actually has extreme significance for two reasons. | ||
| And I want to see if you agree with me on this. | ||
| One, it shows that, okay... | ||
| The FBI was monitoring all of the 2020 George Floyd riots and never stepped in. | ||
| Never tried to stop it and hasn't gone after any of the criminals involved in them, even though they right here admit that they were spying on them the entire time, their own documents. | ||
| Then the second question. | ||
| Well, if they're following around the Black Lives Matter protest, if they're actively involved in the Black Lives Matter protest, well, we have to assume they were involved in the January 6th protests as well, I think, is a fair assumption. | ||
| So, Darren, your response to this, I think, bombshell FBI admission... | ||
| Yes, well, it's great to be on the show, so I'd like to thank you for that first, and you're absolutely correct. | ||
| This is a very important story, but it's actually an opportunity for us all to remind ourselves What the nature of the country is? | ||
| What kind of country do we actually live in? | ||
| Because I think, despite all the evidence to the contrary, we can still gravitate toward the myth of a free country, a democracy, and so forth. | ||
| The reality is, any kind of protest movement Of any significance, whether ostensibly on the left or the right or whether it's socially approved or socially demonized, any political movement of any significance will be infiltrated up the wazoo by the FBI and probably six or seven other agencies to be conservative about it. | ||
| That's just how the country works. | ||
| And so it's one of these things like BLM versus the MAGA, and you pointed out wonderfully just the different descriptors that the media uses. | ||
| BLM is a movement, whereas MAGA is an insurrectionist domestic terror threat. | ||
| And so they're diametrically opposed in terms of how the media treats them, how the law enforcement | ||
| treats them in terms of giving slap on the wrist, if that, to BLM people while, you know, | ||
| if you walked around the Capitol on January 6th or glanced in the wrong direction, you're rotting | ||
| away in solitary confinement. But it doesn't matter. Any movement that is officially approved, | ||
| officially demonized, the FBI is going to infiltrate it. | ||
| That applies to BLM that is so socially celebrated that it was effectively obligatory for any Fortune 500 company to pay obeisance and respect to it, or the demonized MAGA movement and the militias. | ||
| All the militias are infiltrated like this and all of these left-wing movements are infiltrated. | ||
| And I think it's actually an interesting occasion to tie it into a specific individual that's gotten some degree of notoriety in relation to January 6th, and that's this Sullivan individual, the Jake Sullivan. | ||
| Yeah, yeah, Jaden X is his moniker that he would go by. | ||
| Right, right. The Sullivan individual who's recorded did a lot of the footage. | ||
| And by the way, it's sort of another kind of fed playbook type scenario where they get people to do documentary work, go and film things. | ||
| And in this case, Sullivan was doing just that. | ||
| He was involved in a lot of things. | ||
| It doesn't make sense that You know, the law enforcement has exhibited virtually no interest in him. | ||
| But originally, a lot of people kind of on our side, I guess, on the right, on the MAGA side, whatever you want to call it, were saying, oh, this guy's proof that Antifa did it because he's associated with Antifa groups. | ||
| And from the beginning, I was saying we need to look a layer further because, you know, Antifa are scumbags. | ||
| I would never say anything in their favor, but they're slightly separate from law enforcement. | ||
| Politically, they operate as a sort of shock troops for the establishment, to be sure. | ||
| But that doesn't mean every single person in Antifa is a Fed. | ||
| And it doesn't mean that the Feds don't want to control their actions either. | ||
| And so Antifa actually basically expelled this guy Sullivan because they said, oh, this guy's way too Fed-like. | ||
| We think he's a Fed. So he was involved in Antifa, but he was involved in all likelihood in the capacity, the same capacity as he was trying to infiltrate the MAGA movements. | ||
| And that just goes to show Antifa is... | ||
| At the very least, protected, if not celebrated. | ||
| Bill Barr basically did nothing to go after them. | ||
| They are the shock troops of the establishment, but at the same time, the establishment needs control, and you bet your butt Antifa is infiltrated up the wazoo with feds. | ||
| Everything is. And so I think that's really the take home point of this is it doesn't matter. | ||
| Left, right, conservative, not conservative, celebrated, demonized every politically Meaningful and significant movement is infiltrated by Feds. | ||
| And that's why I keep saying in multiple venues, our politics will be nothing but fake and performative until we bring the national security state to heel. | ||
| They're too involved in our politics and they're involved to the point that it simply makes no sense for us to look in the mirror and pretend that we're a democracy at this point. | ||
| So for the public now, because I feel that that's really a message for political activists, whether you are on the left or the right, you always got to be aware of federal involvement, control, and manipulation. | ||
| But, you know, for the general public to consume this, to me it's like, well, okay, look at the unequal application of, we'll call it law enforcement, where, okay, they're tracking all these Black Lives Matter riots. | ||
| For the entire summer of 2020, but yet we didn't see special committees. | ||
| We didn't see hearings. | ||
| We didn't see mass arrests. | ||
| We didn't see anybody called a terrorist or an insurrectionist or anything like that, even when they did the Seattle Chop Zone and all the other stuff. | ||
| And that went on for an entire summer. | ||
| Okay, the feds were infiltrating that. | ||
| Well... Then we've got the one day of January 6th. | ||
| Hundreds of arrests, many still sitting in jail. | ||
| In fact, I think maybe even thousands of arrests, hundreds still sitting in jail. | ||
| The FBI claims their ongoing investigation could arrest more people. | ||
| I think they're going to be arresting people forever. | ||
| I think they've got arrest warrants holding over probably thousands of people's heads that they'll just arrest them. | ||
| Ten years, they'll just arrest them if they figure they become a threat to the establishment. | ||
| But so look at the application here. | ||
| Oh, we're going to go after people Because of what happened on January 6th, but deny our involvement. | ||
| But then with the George Floyd riots, we're going to tell people we were involved, and yet we're not going after any of those criminals. | ||
| Well, yeah. Welcome to the globalist American empire. | ||
| If you think we have the equal application of law here, you better think again. | ||
| Again, it's an issue of knowing what kind of country... | ||
| You live in and everything's going to be infiltrated and it stands to reason that movements like Antifa and BLM will be infiltrated because even though they're very protected and in many cases instruments of the regime, The regime needs to make sure that they see their proper parameters. | ||
| Because if they don't maintain control over BLM, BLM could end up rioting in front of FBI headquarters. | ||
| They could end up rioting in front of some hedge fund fat cats. | ||
| And so they don't want these nominally left-wing movements to get out of line and actually make a mistake | ||
| and challenge somebody who actually has any power for once. | ||
| Because then you get into the Occupy Wall Street territory, then that's the last thing that they want. | ||
| And by the way, Occupy Wall Street was a huge wake-up call for all of these agencies, | ||
| saying, holy crap, we need to do a much better job of infiltrating all protest movements, | ||
| all political movements, even these left-wing movements | ||
| that are celebrated by the regime and they're ultimately on our side. | ||
| We need to infiltrate to make sure that they don't step out of bounds at all. | ||
| And they blow up And they vandalize and they commit arson within, you know, poor communities, within working class communities, and they just terrorize ordinary Americans. | ||

| We need to break through the wall here, and we need to get to the next level in terms of real, concrete smoking gun evidence. | ||
| Now, it's as though, okay, the guy, the only guy, I mean, to say we need smoking gun evidence, it's almost like if you actually look at what's already on the table in relation to Epps, I mean, that's more of a smoking gun. | ||
| It's like you're literally holding the smoking gun. | ||

| Right. And so it should be enough. | ||
| Again, for any objective person, it's enough to say that the feds were involved, that one of the key provocateurs here, Ray Epps, was not acting authentically. | ||
| And there's so many other little details. | ||

| So, Ray Epps is the only guy associated with January 6th who's calling for people to go into the Capitol the day before. | ||
| So, he has, at the very least, this premonition, even though he's urging people to go in. | ||
| It's not just a prediction. | ||
| It's an exhortation to tell people to go in. | ||
| And so, the Feds have him. | ||
| They've got him in an interview. | ||
| And this came out in an Epoch Times story. | ||
| They've got, you know, somebody leaked the federal documents and the FBI transcripts and interviews. | ||
| So good for them, I guess, that they got it. | ||
| It would be nice if they released it so everyone else could see it, but whatever. | ||
| They did a great report on this. | ||
| And in the report, it came out that Ray Epps is sitting there. | ||
| The FBI is interviewing him. | ||
| Get this. They ask him, so, Mr. | ||
| Ray Epps, the only guy who was calling for people to go into the Capitol, who was organizing the movements of people to go to the Capitol, who happened to be positioned right at the initial breach point, at the right time, at the right place, and skipped the speech that he allegedly wanted to attend. | ||
| He didn't even go to Trump's speech. | ||
| Okay, Mr. Epps, what compelled you to go to Washington, D.C. in the first place? | ||
| And guess what he says? | ||
| He says, I'm just a concerned citizen. | ||
| I was worried that somebody would plant explosives on the side streets near the Capitol. | ||
| And guess what, guys? | ||
| There were the pipe bombs that were planted at the RNC and DNC right by the Capitol, basically on side streets right by them. | ||
| So Epps is not only the person on camera telling people to go into the Capitol the night before, he happens to have this incredible intuition, this incredible premonition that someone would plant explosives on side streets. | ||
| And sure enough, They found these pipe bombs, which again, that's a hoax story unto itself. | ||
| But the timing with which the pipe bombs were found, you know, this found allegedly by some random pedestrian who found it three minutes before. | ||
| Yeah, not the bomb squad searching. | ||
| Yeah, I mean, Ray Epps should be brought in for questioning on the pipe bombs. | ||
| I just got to finish this point. | ||

| Which aligns almost exactly with what happened, namely that people discovered these pipe bombs near the Capitol, and the timing of the discovery was so precisely coordinated with the very assault on the Capitol in which Ray Epps was an active, if not orchestrating, participant. | ||
| That the theory propounded by the head of the Capitol Police, the pipe bombs were actually there as a diversion. | ||
| That's how precise the timing was coordinated between the person who found it, they called in, and then like three minutes later, the Ray Epps assault on the western side of the Capitol took place. | ||
| And so, Ray Epps tells these FBI people, he said, the reason that I came was basically explosives, which aligns very closely with the discovery of these pipe bombs. | ||
| And guess what? | ||
| The Feds, the FBI, who have him sitting in a chair right in front of them, they could ask him anything they want. | ||
| He's already suspicious because he's the only guy telling people to go into the Capitol and orchestrate the movements. | ||
| And he Whips out this whopper of a story that he just went there because he was worried about explosives. | ||
| They don't even ask him a follow-up question about the pipe bombs. | ||
| That's how little they're interested in Ray Epps. | ||
| That's how actively engaged their willful ignorance is about anything Ray Epps. | ||
| There's simply no way in hell that they weren't told in advance, okay, this guy belongs to some other agencies. | ||
| Don't touch him. | ||
| There's no way. | ||
| He's sitting there. He tells them he had a premonition about Bombs on side streets and they don't even ask him about the pipe bombs. | ||
| The pipe bombs that are allegedly such a serious component of January 6th that they have the scumbag D'Antuono who runs the DC field office out there begging the public for any help, any help whatsoever. | ||
| And they they have this guy right there interviewing him. | ||
| He says explosives. | ||
| He's worried about it. And they don't ask him. | ||
| It's simply not believable. | ||
| This thing is so dirty. | ||
| It's so dark. We know they're hiding something big, and it's up to all of us to keep this in the news, to keep this front and center, and to not get distracted, because the only thing that can save these guys, that can save these scumbags, is if the public just gets distracted and moves on to the other thing. | ||
| That's the only weapon they have is the short attention span of the American public. | ||
| I don't want to re-evaluate all the anomalies of the pipe bomber because the story is just a wild one. | ||
| It would take us some time. | ||
| The anomalies with the pipe bomb folks are just crazy. | ||
| Let's just focus on the fact here that Clearly the feds and the media have no interest in the pipe bomber, whether the bomb was real or not. | ||
| I think we've reached the conclusion it was fake the whole time. | ||
| So how does this tie into everything? | ||
| What do you think the real story about the pipe bomb was? | ||
| I mean, what do you think the original intention of it was? | ||
| Because obviously whatever the intention of it was never came to fruition because now they're just ignoring it. | ||
| So I mean, with all the information we have now, have you reached a conclusion on what the pipe bomb story really is? | ||
| You know, that's a great question. | ||
| And, you know, I have my own speculation, but I kind of want to avoid putting together a speculative thread just because for the pipe bomb specifically, and we have a major pipe bomb piece coming out tonight, incidentally, so maybe I can come on sometime later this week and discuss it. | ||
| But I'm trying to stick with just cold, hard concrete. | ||
| What can I can say with Factual certainty, overwhelming confidence. | ||
| And then once I've kind of completed that research to my satisfaction, then we can kind of get into speculation because there's a lot that's frankly unknown. | ||
| But what I'm really confident about with 100% is that they're absolutely hiding the truth about the bomb from us. | ||
| We released a piece at revolver.news a couple months ago. | ||
| It definitively proves that the FBI is in possession of surveillance footage of the pipe bomber planting the bomb, and for whatever reason, they're withholding that footage from the public. | ||
| And at the same time that they're begging the public to help them catch this MAGA bomber terrorist, they're withholding the money shot clip that would be best positioned to identify this perpetrator. | ||
| And furthermore, keep in mind, one of the bombs was planted outside of the DNC. That's the national headquarters of the Democrat Party. | ||
| You would think that this alleged MAGA terrorist, this MAGA January 6th insurrectionist who planted a bomb Outside of the national headquarters of the Democrat Party, you'd think the Democrats would care a little bit more about this. | ||
| You'd think the Democrats might actually ask the FBI, say, hey, now that you think about it, why aren't you releasing the footage showing this person planting the bomb? | ||
| but the Democrats are quiet as a church mouse. | ||
| They don't want any attention on this. | ||
| Why wouldn't the Democrats be playing this up? | ||
| Why didn't they play it up that Kamala Harris was in the DNC building as the pipe bomb was just there? | ||
| You'd think it would be a great narrative for them to just amplify, oh, these insurrections were so dangerous | ||
| they almost killed the vice president-elect and a minority at that. | ||
| They could have milked that story every day for over a year. | ||
| Instead, they hid the story. | ||
| They conscientiously covered up that story. | ||
| Why? Why did they cover up the story so that the public didn't know that the Secret Service that allegedly did a sweep of the DNC didn't find the pipe bomb that was sitting there right out in the open in the public for everyone to see? | ||
| So there's so many things that don't add up here. | ||
| It's really the pipe bomb and ray ups. | ||
| Those are the smoking guns. | ||
| Those are the things that the feds just want us to forget about. | ||
| As I said before, the only thing that they can count on here is for the public's attention span just to dissipate and move on to some other nonsense. | ||
| Because if we keep our focus and we keep pursuing these stories It's just not going to be a good story for the FBI and for other scumbags and other agencies. | ||
| I think the DHS might be implicated as well, and they just want us to forget about it and move on. | ||
| Well, and here's my concern, and I actually think this has been going on at Twitter, and if you can do another segment, I'd like to ask you about this, because I know you recently posted about a Twitter thread getting deleted, and that's that now Twitter has had so much time to rewrite their algorithms and hide whatever they've been up to before Musk takes over that we'll probably never know. | ||

| And they would like nothing more than for us to forget about it. | ||

| He can give you documented evidence that we gave them all the discovery so they didn't have a case, so they were forced to default us because I'm this villain that deserves to be found guilty by this kangaroo court. | ||
| This is American justice on trial. | ||
| Even the worst people in the world, which I'm not, but even if I'm a bad person, as some say, I deserve my day in court. | ||
| Even the local newspaper admits, I'm not allowed to defend myself. | ||
| It's not Alex Jones saying this, it's the Hartford Courant, an article published yesterday. | ||
| Alex Jones said to testify at Santa Hook defamation trial this week. | ||
| Here's what we know. | ||
| It says he's prohibited from defending himself. | ||
| They've had three weeks of people up there lying about me, twisting what I said, and basically have a memorial for dead children I didn't kill. | ||
| All in an attack, not just on the Second Amendment, but now, ladies and gentlemen, on the First Amendment of this country. | ||
| This is not a trial. | ||
| Now, I came here to testify two weeks ago. | ||
| I came here this time to testify. | ||
| And the judge today said that she will hold me in criminal contempt if I say I'm innocent, if I say I'm bankrupt, if I say I wasn't the first person to question Sandy Hook, and over ten other things. | ||
| No judge in US history has ever told somebody what they can and can't say. | ||
| I'm being ordered to perjure myself when they ask me questions. | ||
| Or I'll be arrested if I tell the truth. | ||
| This is outrageous and you're all having your freedoms stolen. | ||
| In this article, in the Hartford Courant and many others, they say I gave over no discovery. | ||
| Then on the last page, they say their whole case is based on discovery I did give them that they twisted that I can't respond to. | ||

| Robert Barnes. This is a case that has put the American justice system itself on trial. | ||
| And the trial that has taken place here, this show trial, is an embarrassment to the rule of law in America and a disgrace and a travesty of American justice. | ||
| Everybody knows you're supposed to get your day in court. | ||
| Yet the one person who is being denied any day in court is Alex Jones. | ||
| To such a degree that the court has made clear today that if he testifies honestly, if he testifies truthfully, he goes to jail. | ||
| But if he answers the questions in the way the plaintiff's lawyers want, then he could also go to jail. | ||
| No matter what he does, he goes to jail if he testifies in his own behalf, in his own defense. | ||
| That is a core American right. | ||
| This is a case you have to ask yourself, what is the truth that the plaintiff's lawyers are so terrified that the people hear? | ||
| What is that truth? That truth is that Alex Jones participated in discovery more than any media defendant in American libel law history. | ||
| A lot more than the New York Times did just down the road in New York in either the Project Veritas case or the Sarah Palin case, as is detailed in the Hartford Courant publication, which talks about the internal emails, internal documents, internal financial records, all disclosed and divulged to plaintiff's lawyers. | ||
| So this is a case where there has been a big lie, a fake case about supposed fake news. | ||
| It's a fake case because the story they told about Alex Jones was never true. | ||
| The story they told about Sandy Hook was not true in the sense that they blamed gun owners and blamed Alex Jones for what happened when the reality is that school safety was not up to snuff at Sandy Hook. | ||
| Democratic politicians decided to pocket money meant to protect little kids' lives, and little kids died who didn't need to die because politicians lied. | ||
| That's the real truth of Sandy Hook. | ||
| But they can't have any of that truth come out. | ||
| They can't have the truth that Alex Jones and InfoWars had nothing to do with promoting and instigating and originating those who had doubts about Sandy Hook. | ||
| That came from media professors and school safety people and people completely outside of Alex Jones and InfoWars. | ||
| That's why they always had a fake case. | ||
| And they won't allow them to tell the truth, because the truth would let the world know that their case is based on a lie. | ||

| You were involved in the first two years of the case. | ||
| We gave them all this massive discovery that you see on the screen, then they sit around and say we didn't give it to them, so we're defaulted, so we can't defend ourselves. | ||
| Absolutely. Throughout the entire time frame, I challenge anybody out there to find any media defendant who has produced as many emails, as many documents, as many internal policies, as many as all the broadcasts that were relevant here that has ever been defaulted. | ||
| This has never happened. Default is now being used and politically weaponized to take away people's right to trial by jury. | ||
| And here you're seeing it live. | ||
| You're seeing it reported in Hartford Courant. | ||
| If he gets up and testifies, truthfully, he goes to jail. | ||
| How is that consistent with the American How is that consistent with what we view as American law to do in the show trials in Cuba in 1961? | ||
| That is what is taking place here in Connecticut, the heart of part of the American Revolution that established these founding principles that all go all the way back To the Magna Carta, your right to trial by jury, your right to your day in court. | ||
| And Alex Jones is now being told, if he asserts that right, he goes to jail. | ||
| If he testifies truthfully, he goes to jail. | ||
| That is not American justice. | ||
| Not allowed to say I'm innocent. | ||
| Because a judge says I'm guilty. | ||
| Absolutely. Not allowed to defend himself about anything. | ||
| Not allowed to tell them he almost never talked about Sandy Hook. | ||
| Not allowed to tell them that more than 99% of what InfoWars reported about Sandy Hook said Sandy Hook happened. | ||
| And these plaintiff's lawyers... | ||
| Have said, hear and insist they want me silenced, period. | ||
| Believe if somebody on death road deserves their free speech. | ||

| Why are they so scared and terrified of the truth? | ||

| Well, if what they say about Alex Jones is true, why aren't they willing to allow Alex Jones to have his day in court? | ||
| These are questions every American should ask. | ||
| But more importantly, every American, we must defend the speech we most disagree with if free speech is to stay alive. | ||

| And that principle is at stake and at risk in this trial, which by itself has made the American justice system now in danger. | ||
| Because the very things that we hold sacred in America, That we allow people a full chance to present their testimony in court, right to counsel, right to free speech, right to due process of law. | ||
| All of them eviscerated simply to caricature and stereotype Alex Jones to the world and then to strip him of the means to ever talk to the world again. | ||
| And they admit they're setting the precedent for everybody else using me, just like my deplatforming four years ago. | ||
| Absolutely. This is about freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of press, freedom of inquiry. | ||
| I mean, here you have a case where ex-FBI agents or current FBI lawyers are suing who don't know anybody who died in Sandy Hook. | ||
| Never said their name. How is that? | ||
| I mean, if FBI agents can now sue people for raising questions about what took place in various cases, does everybody who questions the government now go to jail? | ||
| Does everybody who testifies truthfully in their own defense? | ||
| Do they all get bankrupted into oblivion? | ||
| Because that is the future we face if we allow precedents like this to be set. | ||
| They have used the historical example of Alex Jones to set the template for mass censorship and the legal weaponization of our legal system against the interests of ordinary, everyday people. | ||
