It says, now we know the three crimes Donald Trump allegedly committed from the FBI search warrant, and those are concealment, removal or mutilation, gathering, transmitting or losing defense information, and destruction, alteration or falsification of records in federal investigations.
Now, To break this down a little bit further, the first code they're saying he violated is 18 U.S.C. 793, which deals with defense information.
So that might be the first corroboration of this whole talk of him taking nuclear secrets.
And then 18 U.S.C. 1519 deals with destroying federal documents.
And then 18 U.S.C. Section 2071, which deals with concealing, removing, or damaging federal documents.
They could have had it any time they wanted without playing politics and breaking into Mar-a-Lago.
It was in secured storage with an additional lock put on as their further request.
And, uh, let's see, uh, he also, this also says, um, like I said, this is the first report to assert that classified nuclear weapons documents were in the possession of former President Donald Trump.
It implies the FBI waited for over a year to act to safeguard America's nuclear secrets.
That makes sense. They waited for over a year and, you know, just timed it out, getting closer to the midterms.
However, the president legally has the right to declassify any documents in the federal government setting up a legal battle over interpreting whether or not a former president had violated the Public Records Act.
So I see a lot of arguing happening in the Twitter feed of whether or not he has this kind of...

When you're going for probable cause, you need to be very descriptive of what you're looking for and where it could be.
And when I've talked to other law enforcement, they say this is usually not the case.
They have to usually be very specific about what it is you're looking for and where you're looking for it.
So this seems crazy that they had nine and a half hours to just Broadly search everywhere.

And it says the reason for the search warrant was not made public and the probable cause is not noted as part of the documents.

We hope that everybody comes out and literally shows their support and shows what America is all about.
Because, and in their hometown, I should say, I should be very clear, not at the FBI headquarters in D.C., because we realized, too, that, you know, you're going to go and you're going to play in the lion's den.
You're going to be literally asking for problems, asking for trouble and playing their game in their own backdoor.
So why do that? Let's instead make this a decentralized thing, because at the end of the day, It's actually very simple.
There's very few of them. There are a ton of us.
And when the people stand up, then the game is over.
It's just that simple. Now, I mean, I do support this decision, being that we do have to be aware of that.
And then, like you said, when you plan the lines done, even if you did nothing wrong, when it would go in front of a judge, then you're in their courtrooms, which are completely corrupt.
We just saw them nullify the decision when it came to the whole case with Trump.

So it's just like, how could you even hope to seek justice there?
