| One has been we drafted templated letters that people could use and people have. | ||
| And I mean, literally thousands of people have been able to use those to get around and properly object to vaccine. | ||
| High success rate? A very high success rate. | ||
| I mean, I would say about 95-96% of the people who use those letters were able to keep their job and not take the vaccine. | ||

| I never heard back from them, so I'm assuming that means it worked. | ||

| There's a few people that, the only people that really fought back was Tyson Foods. | ||

| represented hundreds of people, gave out free advice to thousands more, | ||
| most of them were able to succeed. | ||
| Now, so on those aspects, we're filing suit and challenging it everywhere we can. | ||
| The other two major vaccine challenges are on behalf of Children's Health Defense against the FDA. | ||
| We brought suit here in the Western District of Texas in the Austin Division, | ||
| I'm sorry, the Waco Division, to challenge the FDA trying to put this on kids. | ||
| Not only filing suit for their authorization of the vaccine to kids, but also for their lying to kids. | ||
| They're marketing this as being a safe, effective vaccine when it's not safe, it's not effective, and it ain't a vaccine. | ||
| And so they're telling this, they're trying to inject toddlers. | ||
| Let's say kids that are at foster homes, juvenile facilities. | ||
| Kids that don't have a parental guardian right with them, all of them are at risk of getting the shot. | ||
| The parental role, the parent's ability to protect their children from being hurt or harmed is limited and constricted because of the misinformation that is being put out by the FDA. We're also suing because it's not really a vaccine. | ||
| We're suing because it's not properly authorized. | ||
| We're suing because certain preconditions were not met. | ||
| For example, they said there was nothing available as an alternative when there is. | ||
| Not only that, we're suing because there is no emergency for kids from COVID. There just isn't. | ||
| It's just a lie. So that's the suit brought on behalf of Children's Health Defense, co-counseled with Robert Kennedy, brought in the Western District of Texas. | ||
| The third front on the vaccine mandate cases is challenging what Pfizer itself did. | ||
| So I represent Brooke Jackson, the biggest whistleblower in drug company history, who saw the clinical trials here in Texas and saw that what Pfizer was doing And it's subcontractors and related parties was doing, was providing massive misinformation. | ||
| They just lied. They lied top to bottom, left to right. | ||
| To give you an idea of how bad it was, if you walked into one of these clinical testing where they were doing the COVID trials, you could see needles sticking out of bags and you could see people's private medical information plastered on the wall for the janitor to look at and witness. | ||
| If they didn't care about that basic level of safety and security, you can guess what their adverse event reporting system was like. | ||
| I mean, they'd shut down a tattoo parlor if they had something like that going on. | ||

| The FDA case is a massive fight. | ||
| All the individual vaccine mandate cases are still a massive fight. | ||
| So we're on all three fronts of vaccine mandate cases in America. | ||
| So before we get into where these might come into play later on, what are the strongest arguments? | ||
| Or are there strong arguments? Is it the religious medical exemptions? | ||
| Is it the facts on the vaccines when it comes to health? | ||
| Like you present that, you say, look, you know, these vaccines aren't even safe or effective. | ||
| Or is it the false advertising by the pharmaceutical companies? | ||
| Is there one that has more weight, have you seen, in the court than others? | ||
| Or are all three of them coming into play? | ||
| Really all three are coming into play. | ||
| So if you're an employee, the religious accommodations have been the strongest ones that courts have upheld and the ones that employers fear the most. | ||
| So if you're an employee and that's the risk you're facing, then the religious accommodation, Title VII, is usually the way to go. | ||
| Though we're looking at filing suit for some United employees and others that go beyond that. | ||
| Because in my view, it's a violation of the Nuremberg Code. | ||
| In my view, it's an assault. | ||
| Because this is your employer requiring your body be physically invaded as a condition of ongoing employment. | ||
| And there's already laws on the books with that because the vaccine... | ||
| Well, I guess the vaccine is... | ||
| Is it all FDA approved now? | ||
| Because there seems to be mixed messaging on that even. | ||
| Yeah, it's still the situation that the vaccine actually being administered is likely under emergency use authorization. | ||
| Because under emergency use authorization law, once there's actually a biologically licensed approved vaccine... | ||
| Then they have to revoke all emergency use authorizations. | ||
| They haven't revoked any. | ||
| No, they extended them. Exactly. | ||
| So what does that mean? It's a bait-and-switch. | ||
| We have a suit pending that we're going to take all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court, also on behalf of Children's Health Defense, about the bait-and-switch, saying they shouldn't be allowed to play this bait-and-switch game of saying, oh, we've approved it, but what you're actually going to get is something that ain't approved. | ||
| And so that aspect, but the federal court said, ah, you can't sue the FDA. That's what they said. | ||
| They've said no citizen can sue the FDA. That's a problem. | ||
| So we're contesting that. | ||
| And if we don't get what we need out of the court system, we're going to use this grounds to go to Congress to say that, you know, people like J.D. Vance, people like Blake Masters, people like Eric Greitens, people like Joe Kent, who've been very public, either made personal promises to me or public promises, that they're going to have meaningful reform in these areas to actually do so if we can't sue. | ||
| Because if the citizens can't sue the government, then nobody can sue the government. | ||
| The government is itself above the law if it is no longer limited by the law. | ||
| So Title VII is the best for religious objections for employees. | ||
| But we are also, right now the problem is I'm talking to some firemen from New York, guys who were there at 9-11, guys who went in and got poisoned lungs, got a bunch of other problems that the government lied about for years, finally got that taken care of, gets back on the job, and what happens now? | ||
| They took the vaccine because it was made a condition of their continuous employment, and now some have died from it, and others have suffered severe disability from it. | ||
| So here's a guy twice injured by the government lying to him concerning his public health. | ||
| We want to bring suit. | ||
| We want to look at maybe we can sue some of the medical people involved on the Nuremberg Code claim. | ||
| People assume that workers' compensation... | ||
| We've got to take a break, but folks, there's news on this. | ||
| In Germany, they're admitting these vaccines are killing people. | ||
| Should have had a mic on during the break because... | ||
| Bob Barnes and I were just going through the list in our head of all the vaccine injured people that either we know personally or just have a famous celebrity status. | ||
| And we know, I mean, we're just for four minutes straight just rattling these names off. | ||
| And then another one came to my head because it's a sudden adult death syndrome. | ||

| I'm not sure how old he was, but younger guy. | ||
| Certainly, you know, this is considered a sudden death. | ||
| Sudden death! Just out of nowhere. Just sudden death. | ||
| Nobody expected it. Yeah, I wonder. | ||
| It's all this sudden death. I mean, we were talking about Justin Bieber may never perform again. | ||
| His wife has blood clots. | ||
| But I was telling you, Bob, that there's this story in Germany. | ||
| Dr. Claire Craig is reporting on it. | ||
| Breaking the dam is starting to crack. | ||
| German Ministry of Health admits that vaccines cause serious side effects in 1 in 5,000. | ||
| Serious side effect defined as requiring hospitalization, life-threatening, or life-changing. | ||
| It just goes on in here. | ||
| It highlights all the hospitalizations, over 100,000 in the U.S., according to their own study. | ||
| She ties this into how this has been done by Big Pharma other times, and they always seem to get away with it. | ||
| But then you were saying, Bob, you think it's really closer to 1 in 10 or 1 in 5. | ||
| Yeah, because if you look at the Richard Barris, People's Pundit Daily, has done detailed polling on this all the way back. | ||
| And it started out about 3-4% of people were reporting serious adverse consequences using the CDC's own data. | ||
| In his polling, that's what he did. | ||
| He took CDC's definition and asked people, have you experienced this in response to the vaccine? | ||
| And that was about 3-4%, and that was right out of the gate. | ||
| And so since then, that number has continued to rise and rise and rise. | ||
| And then I look at my own anecdotal experience and talk to others and say, how many of the people that you know that took the vaccine have suffered an injury that has been listed as a side effect of the vaccine? | ||
| And in my experience, already up to 10%. | ||
| And so then you look at the long-term data, I think it's going to be one out of five, ultimately. | ||
| Are going to experience severe adverse medical side effects from this vaccine over the next five years. | ||
| Because when this originally started, the people that I knew in the medical community weren't concerned about short-term risk. | ||
| They were concerned about long-tail risk. | ||
| Yeah, and usually what is, I mean, the normal standard for an injection like this? | ||
| I mean, really the standard for an injection like this should probably be at least 10 years because it's a totally new experimental technology. | ||
| But even with, I think... | ||
| What we used to call vaccines, that was like five years. | ||
| Oh, yeah. In fact, the average length of time that a vaccine had been tested before approval over the last several hundred years on average was a decade or longer. | ||
| And so at the shortest time period anybody could imagine would be two and a half to three years of actual clinical testing data. | ||
| I mean, here you had basically six months of data, and you had no long-term data because they would give people the vaccine. | ||
| So if you were in the placebo group, you got the vaccine not long after the test was done. | ||
| So there's no long-term data available. | ||
| And think about this. They're doing the opposite of what they did with COVID, where they wanted to find everything was COVID. You come in, you got ran over by a bus, your femur is flat. | ||
| Must be COVID. But now it's, oh, all these people are dying after getting the vaccine. | ||
| Oh, that's not the vaccine. | ||
| That's sudden adult death syndrome. | ||
| Completely. It's a total opposite definition of causation. | ||
| If it was for COVID, it was presumed to be the cause unless proven otherwise. | ||
| Whereas for the vaccine, it's presumed not to be the cause unless proven otherwise. | ||
| And they're not following up on a lot of VAERS data. | ||
| I represent several nurses in major hospitals in the United States. | ||
| And what they have found is that when they report data accurately, their job status is threatened. | ||
| Their promotions are threatened. | ||
| Their employment is threatened. Some have been fired. | ||
| So what's happening is we're not even getting accurate VAERS data, which is the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System. | ||
| So what you look at in the German data where they're showing already in their own data, one in 5,000 have already experienced severe side effects. | ||
| This doesn't come close to covering the full scope of how many have done it. | ||
| So my guess is we're probably already looking at Over a million Americans have experienced a severe adverse side effect. | ||
| Probably half of them don't even know it comes from the vaccine because they're not being told at the hospitals what the cause is. | ||
| They're not being told. Now, down the road, you're going to see insurers and medical institutions rush to blame the vaccine because it will get them out of responsibility for something. | ||
| Like, let's say they're accused of medical malpractice. | ||
| They're accused of something of causing injury, like in the environmental context. | ||
| They'll say, no, that... Our screw-up didn't cause your injury, the vaccine did. | ||
| Why? Because the vaccine, nobody can be sued for. | ||
| Right now, we're looking at trying to find creative ways to bring suit against people because the PREP Act is so broad, so general, that it basically says if you go into the CVS and slip and fall, and you're there to get a vaccine, you can't even sue CVS for the slip and fall. | ||
| But you were telling me that there were legal cases where they basically said, or I guess insurance cases, where the insurance companies said, we aren't liable for a vaccine injury because it's considered experimental. | ||
| Yes, that's already happening. People are being denied insurance coverage. | ||
| But that's what's incredible. So they admit it's experimental, which means they can't mandate it in any circumstances. | ||
| And if you took it, you were never told that properly, that it was experimental. | ||
| I mean, how does that not open up 100 new lawsuits? | ||
| Well, and that's our grounds. | ||
| And the key is going to be fighting it with the courts. | ||
| We will probably have to have Congress or the state legislature step in to provide additional remedies because the courts are scared to provide remedy because of the scope of immunity big drug companies have traditionally historically been given. | ||
| But agreed. The Nuremberg Code is clear. | ||
| You can't experiment on humans anymore. | ||
| That was the whole point of it. | ||
| That was why it's there. It has been recognized as a Just Kogan's principle of international law, enforceable in United States federal courts, has been enforced in United States federal courts repeatedly for going on more than 30 years. | ||
| So if we're going to be... | ||
| See, I was talking to the same New York City fire workers. | ||
| And these are guys who've been through and seen everything. | ||
| They're part of the first responders in one of the most important first responder divisions in the country, in New York City. | ||
| And they were saying, everybody says we got informed consent. | ||
| Where was the informed part? | ||
| How did we consent to anything? | ||
| We were not informed of anything. | ||
| We're told we have to take this shot. | ||
| And when you compound that with the way the FDA is lying, and really Pfizer and Moderna and these big drug companies are also lying, because they're out there promoting, they're using Elmo, they're using Big Bird to tell people this is safe and effective, when by the FDA's own standards, it's not safe. | ||
| It's not effective. | ||
| And like I said, it's not even a vaccine. | ||
| We use the Freedom of Information Act to get information about what the FDA was up to. | ||
| Their own internal emails admit, oh, this doesn't meet the definition of a vaccine. | ||
| So they change the definition. Exactly. | ||
| And we have those documents. We have the before and after. | ||
| Quickly here, just in 90 seconds, though. | ||
| So all this legal action, where is it at right now? | ||
| Let's say another pandemic, another virus, whatever. | ||
| They want to start mandating vaccines. | ||
| Where is that at right now? | ||
| What defense do people have? | ||
| So right now the most robust defenses are Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, which is that you have a right to religious accommodation. | ||
| It doesn't have to be a specific religion. | ||
| You can be agnostic or atheist. | ||
| It's about your conscience. And if you have an objection based on conscience to experimental drugs that might screw you and your family over, then you have a religious objection under Title VII. And they can't enforce it either in a place of public accommodation or a government or an employer. | ||
| That's still the most robust legal area of defense. | ||
| We need to expand upon that. | ||
| Some states have. Some states have passed good laws prohibiting vaccine mandates in a wide range of contexts. | ||
| That's good. But we need to go further because right now we're bringing suit and all these other cases and a lot of courts are saying, well, maybe Congress doesn't allow you to sue in this case. | ||
| So we need Congress to make clear that yes, in fact, you can sue the FDA. If they go out and lie to the American people and demand using an experimental drug to experiment on toddlers and six-month-olds, that this is outrageous behavior that must be actionable in the courts of law. | ||
| And if the courts of law don't allow it right now, we'll have to go to Congress to get it done. | ||
| I'm wondering too if the recent Supreme Court ruling about all the environmental regulations with the EPA may not come into play here too to say, look, the FDA can't come down in a tyrannical fashion and approve something for a mandate. | ||
| And that's part of our position. | ||
| I assume the FDA is the FDA does not have the right to open up Pandora's box of emergency powers whenever they want and utilize it any way they want. | ||
| So we need to restrict that and restrain that, and hopefully the courts will agree with us. | ||

| If it's the wrong politics, then all of a sudden it's a big federal crime. | ||
| And, I mean, you have a grandma with cancer being sentenced to two months in federal prison over just being on the Capitol grounds without a permission slip from Speaker Pelosi. | ||
| And let me just stop right there. | ||
| Let's say any other criminal case, whatever, we got Granny who's guilty, she's old, she's guilty, but she's guilty of something. | ||
| When do they get put in jail? | ||
| Almost never. I mean, seriously. | ||
| Seriously? I'm guessing, what, maybe some house arrest or something? | ||
| Yeah, exactly. I mean, you have people who commit serious felonies who do not serve any time. | ||
| I mean, on average in the state system, people who commit serious felonies, even violent felonies, on average, first-time offense, do not experience any prison time. | ||
| And if you have people that are old because they have no likelihood of recidivism, they almost never face meaningful prison time for any nonviolent misdemeanor conduct. | ||
| And so it just shows it's politically motivated prosecutions. | ||
| All the January 6th cases, that's what they are. | ||
| And this is just more evidence of it. | ||
| I mean, take Steve Bannon. He is right now facing trial for contempt of Congress. | ||
| There's a bunch of objections and defenses he was not allowed to raise because a lot of the contempt law is so old. | ||
| Why? Because nobody's been prosecuted for contempt of Congress in 40 years. | ||
| Contempt of Congress not only should be held by every American, but it should be legal. | ||
| Well, that's what's ironic about all of this, right? | ||
| The Capitol is the actual, the people's building, right? | ||
| That's what they say. That's what it's supposed to be. | ||

| Because under the U.S. Constitution, a state has the power, the federal government has an obligation to protect the state against invasion, and the state has the right, actually an individual state can legally, constitutionally declare war, If they are being invaded. | ||
| And to give an idea of what invasion meant, James Madison and others said one way it could be used was against smugglers back in the early 1800s and late 1700s. | ||
| So clearly that's exactly what this is. | ||
| Not only that, when you're bringing in people who often are smuggled in from Central American countries because the president's policy about no longer remaining in Mexico is now creating a border crisis problem for Mexico. | ||
| Coming in from Guatemala, from Honduras, from El Salvador, from these Central American countries, deeply connected to cartels. | ||
| Often human trafficking is part of it. | ||
| Often drug trafficking is part of it. | ||
| And so the net effect of it is even worse than what people faced in the late 1700s, early 1800s in smugglers. | ||
| So there they are nowhere around. | ||
| As you know, they're not only not answering the call, they're not recognizing the governor's declaration of an invasion or doing anything about it. | ||
| In fact, they're trying to resist it, trying to stop it, trying to prevent it. | ||
| So when Texas tries to do something about its illegal immigration problem, or Arizona tries to do something about its illegal immigration problem, The Biden administration intervenes to prevent them from doing so. | ||
| And now they're talking about, well, we'll make it D.C.'s problem. | ||
| We'll make it New York's problem. | ||
| All of a sudden, they're going ballistic. | ||
| And all of a sudden, they're very concerned. | ||
| And it shows that their real agenda is different than what they've said. | ||
| They don't like tasting their own medicine, do they? | ||

| The other irony is, I would say their prediction that Mexican Americans and Venezuelans and Cubans and Puerto Ricans would always vote Democrat because they're allowing people in right now from Central America is proven not to be a reliable forecast. | ||

| Well, I was in a little Mexican-American grocery store here near Austin, and they had a sign above the door that said, there's two things we believe in, God and guns. | ||

| And that means a right to physically have them present and the rest. | ||
| So I think several federal laws are now unconstitutional under the Supreme Court's determination. | ||
| And hopefully that starts to happen. | ||
| The lawsuits have already been filed against these kind of claims. | ||
| It's extraordinary. I mean, what they do is they get to come in and inspect your gun, find out things about you personally. | ||
| In New York, they passed a crazier law than the law that got struck down by the Supreme Court. | ||
| It was New York's law that got struck down. | ||
| So they responded to it by saying, now you have to pass a good character test and give us your social media accounts. | ||
| So the Supreme Court's like, hey, you can't do that. That's illegal. | ||
| New York says, screw it. We're going further. | ||
| Yeah, that's exactly what they did. | ||
| The same as, I mean, like what you have in Texas where the Biden administration is calling abortion an emergency medical procedure and requiring hospitals provide it, even doctors who oppose abortion demanding they provide it. | ||

| It's all the emergency powers and exceptions that they've ever had. | ||
