	A 69-year-old grandmother is about to be...
	Well, she's in jail now.
	She's got a 60-day sentence because she was in Washington, D.C. on January 6th.
	And isn't that the biggest crime of them all?
	That innocent women...
	Pam Hemphill are being sent to federal prison for two months, but the biggest criminal in this country, Joe Biden, and his son, Hunter Biden, and their entire criminal enterprise, they get away with everything.
	They don't have to have a day in court.
	They don't ever get indicted.
	They don't ever get arrested. They just get to commit crimes and just run an entire crime syndicate every day.
	But innocent little Pam Hamphill, she's going to spend two months in jail because she was in D.C. on January 6th.

	The New York Times writes a puff piece for Ray Epps, and Dr.
	Darren Beattie was on with Alex Jones today, a great interview, talking about his story in Revolver.News, the hidden agenda behind the New York Times' desperate puff piece on Ray Epps.
	And so it gets into how important that is and how it shows that Ray Epps is being protected.
	And now it shows that they're expecting something else to come here.
	So they're running kind of a get out in front of it campaign here with Ray Epps.
	But okay, so that's the New York Times.
	Again, just think about how evil this is from the New York Times.
	They write a puff piece on Ray Epps saying, The one guy who can be seen on camera promoting people to go into the Capitol on January 5th and 6th, and then you're not allowed to talk about him during the J6 hearings, you're not allowed to talk about him on social media, you're not allowed to bring him up He's a protected class, and the FBI took him off the wanted list for activities for that day.
	And so the New York Times writes a puff piece.
	But it gets even worse.
	The New York Times did a quote-unquote documentary.
	The New York Times did a documentary.
	You want to see two clips from that documentary on the New York Times telling you how bad January 6th was, trying to convince people the whole thing was a coordinated thing?
	And the whole plan was to go into the Capitol and I guess, you know, do really wicked, bad things that day.
	Nobody planned that. It was never the plan.
	Nobody was involved with that, except maybe some feds that wanted that to happen and the Democrats.
	So, but the New York Times writes a puff piece about Ray Epps saying he's the victim here.
	Ray Epps is the victim, says New York Times in their puff piece.

		Now they are sending a 69-year-old grandma to federal prison for 60 days because she was in D.C. on January 6th.

		I would love for them to do a full investigation on the Capitol Police.
		So they'll have to admit that they let the people on January 6th inside the building because nobody would have got in, Owen.
		You wouldn't have got in. The guy with the horn hat wouldn't have got in.
		Now that you went in, I'm just saying nobody, I'm saying that metaphorically, nobody would have gotten in if they didn't let the people in.

	Now, this is a far cry away from Obama's stance on the issue, which is odd.
	Which is odd, because Most of what Biden has done has just been Obama policy.
	So much so that people think Obama's actually running the White House.
	This, though, is not.
	Which almost actually has me concerned because this is potentially setting us up to get into a larger conflict With Russia and China, if Iran tries to go nuclear, or comes out that they're going to go nuclear.
	And so basically you're going to have Israel saying, Iran can't have nuclear weapons, right America?
	And then looking to us to fight their fight.
	And then Iran's going to say to Israel, oh, we can't have nuclear weapons, but you can.
	And then Iran will turn around to China and Russia and say, hey, can we have nuclear weapons?
	And China and Russia will say, yes.
	That's how I think this is going to go.
	So that just leads us to a larger conflict.
	So if you're saying, well, why would the third Obama administration that was pro-Iran all of a sudden be anti-Iran?
	Well, if they were looking for a larger confrontation with Russia, this could be the one.
	And if they say the U.S. is going to use all elements of its national power to ensure Iran doesn't get a nuclear weapon, well, what if China or Russia...
	Gives Iran the technology to develop nuclear arsenals.
	Well then, does that mean we go to war with Russia and China?
	I guess it would.
	So this is really not a good development.
	Now Biden getting drug around by Israel.
	So now it's Ukraine or Israel that might land us into a larger war with Russia and the rest of the planet.

		That means tell me he's looking to sue and doing an investigation.

		But, oh, see, no hate crimes because they're black.
		So remember... When all the Asians, stop Asian hate crimes started trending.
		Remember that? Stop Asian hate crime.
		And there were marches and there were social media pushes.
		Stop Asian hate crimes. Then it turned out that all the attacks on Asians were black people.
		All of a sudden they stopped calling it a hate crime.
		And all the judges now are rejecting, prosecutors and judges are not going for hate crime charges when it's a black person against an Asian person.
		So you see... First of all, the very concept and notion of a hate crime should probably be done away with.
	But okay, if we're going to have hate crimes and it has to be equally applied, it's not.
	Only white people get charged with hate crimes.
	Only if you're white. And the stop Asian hate is the perfect example.
	When they thought it was white people attacking Asians, it was a hate crime.
	It was the biggest issue. When they found out it was black people, they dropped the issue.
	It was no longer hate crimes.

		So they said, we don't want the guy over here that's known for scoring goals and is a great penalty kick taker.
		We want to give the platform to the black athlete because it would be so great for England if a black athlete scored the winning goal.
		Well, he missed and they lost.
		But that's a side story.
		So, oh, it's all bad.
		It's all bad to be whitey.
		And yeah, the England women's team is like the best in the world, but they are all white.
		So we got to do something about that.
		And then you have CBS covering this.

		But after they used the girl for political purposes, they had to file the charges because that was the law.
		So the doctor ends up getting punished.
		And now we find out why she covered it up because it was an illegal immigrant.
		And so you've been covering this story.
		You've got a timeline that you want to go through.
		And then I just presented information to you that you didn't even have yet.
		So let's try to get caught up together here.
		First, let's go down through your timeline of all the weird twists and turns with this poor girl that the Democrats used for political leverage, but really threw under the bus because they didn't even turn in her raping.

		And here's the thing. When I first saw this story and saw how it had legs and was running everywhere, it reminded me so much of the patients overdosing on ibromectin, people with gunshot wounds waiting in the hospital.

		That was the only one that had reported about this 10-year-old that was aborted and had to cross state lines.
		And then same thing with the ivermectin story, whereas Rolling Stone and MSN and everything ran with it.
		We saw this same thing happen with this story.
		They all ran with it.
		And it was all for the political advancement of, oh my gosh, what is this going to do?
		And it was nothing about this poor little girl.
		And so I got to talking to Megan Fox, who...
		We had the viral Twitter thread talking about, there's a lot of holes in this story, and the original story isn't even vetted.
		It has one source, same thing as the ivermectin story, again, one source, and it just spreads like wildfire.

		We thought there's no way that's what's going on.
		There's no way they're protecting a rapist here.

		But even when we had our conversation, we did kind of say, if this is true, it's even worse.
		But yes, we want to believe that this is fake.
		We don't want to believe that a 10-year-old was raped.

		So yes, we were hoping it was a hoax, but not for the political reasons, because we care about children, and we didn't want this poor little girl to be raped, which is so telling, because once it came out, oh, an arrest has been made, you have these demons celebrating, celebrating at the expense of a little girl that was raped, apparently.
		So, still so many questions that need to be asked, though, about this story.
		It doesn't make sense.
		As far as, like, the timeline, we learned from the dispatch that apparently it was the mother that had reported this rape on June 22nd.
		The Columbus Dispatch article that talks about the arrest doesn't make any mention of any doctors doing what they were supposed to and having mandated the report, which was...
		One of the big things that Megan and I were really digging into is, like, it was more important for this abortion activist doctor to go and run and talk to all the media than to use her time to, you know, get to the bottom of a victimized child that could still be being victimized because she didn't do anything about it.

		No mention of doctors reporting this.
		July 9th, Glenn Kessler basically rips off Megan Fox's investigative reporting and does his own fact check article for the Washington Post.
		And he, in his article, talks about calling on July 9th for any record of an arrest, a warrant, anything.
		And nope, Zippo.
		That ends up getting backed up by A.G. Dave Yost of Ohio saying the night before the arrest, the night before the arrest, he says, not a whisper, quote, not a whisper of any reports made.
		And I talk to these people every day.
		So I'm also suspicious of Dave Yost because how do you go from saying not a whisper to the very next day?
		Yes, it does look laughable that the very next day you say, like, we're rejoicing that someone is behind bars for this heinous act or whatever it is that he said.
		But I mean, that in itself is weird.
		So July 9th, supposedly we don't have any record of an arrest, or at least that they're telling us about.
		You know, he asked, and that's again from Washington Post and Snopes, people that you would think would want to get that information.
		And then by July 12th, this guy just decides he wants to confess this and is arrested.
		I mean, it's still, yes, we should still absolutely be able to ask questions because there's a lot of holes in this still that don't make sense.

		It just says that she had to cross state lines.

		We are still running with the Boston Globe just a couple hours ago before I came on with you.
		It has this article that came out, story of a 10-year-old girl who had to travel out of state for abortion underscores impact of bans on adolescents.
		So they're still totally trying to use this for political purposes.
		And And this is still false.
		As is in the law, and Yost corroborated...
		The second part of the exception to this Ohio heartbeat bill is to provide a serious risk of the substantial and irreversible impairment of a major bodily function of the pregnant woman.
		Well, you know, most doctors would think that, you know, it's kind of risky for a 10 year old to take a baby full term and Give birth.
		So I believe that would fall in line with that exception.
		And this is also backed up by a follow-up report in PJ Media that says the Ohio heartbeat law has a stipulation that allows doctors to perform an abortion if he or she deems it a medical emergency.
		No court appearance is required and no judge must be consulted.
		The doctor has the authority to make that call on his own.
		A good point that was raised by Megan was, was the...
		Reason that she was crossed over state lines, one, so that they could have this story.
		And two, because Ohio has extremely strict prosecution laws.
		So maybe they were trying to avoid this getting prosecuted in Ohio and trying to get it prosecuted in Indiana.
		But yeah, it's still so messed up.

		Like, did her mother take her there?
		Okay, well, if the mother take her there, why did the mother decide to go to Indiana instead of Ohio?

		And then, you know, as far as the guy turning himself in...
		And then this is where we'll pick it up on the other side because there's been another development that I'll show you coming on with the next segment.
		But, I mean, the guy turned himself in in Ohio.
		So I could understand how the Attorney General of Ohio had no criminal record, no reports, nothing.
		And then the guy turned himself in and he gets arrested.
		So I don't necessarily look at that.
		As a mark against the Attorney General in Ohio, I could see if nobody turns it in, I mean, what's he supposed to do?
		And then the guy turns him in, okay, he's made the arrest.

		It is extremely odd.
		And what the individual is admitting to, as far as with the girl, he's admitting to what he calls vaginal contact, but I guess asserting that he didn't rape her?
		So this thing just gets weirder, folks.

		This is the mother of the 10-year-old girl, the 10-year-old rape victim, Telemundas Maria Vargas.
		Um, goes to ask the mother about the story and, uh, the response is quite odd.
		It's in Spanish. She doesn't speak English.
		And so I'll, I'll read the captions as we play the video.
		This is at the door. The mother wouldn't open the door.
		She refused to put her face on camera, but she did give a 40 second comment.

		Everything that they're saying against him is a lie.
		That's the rapist. And the child, are you related to her or her mother?
		She's my daughter. The woman who refused to provide her name and who concealed her face states that she has not filed charges against 27-year-old Gerson Fuentes Who is charged with rape.
		Per the authorities, he confessed to having vaginal contact on at least two occasions with the girl who recently turned 10.
		They now think it was when she was nine.
		Therefore, it is estimated that she may have been nine years old when she was raped and became pregnant.
		Okay, so... So what's going on there?
		The mother doesn't speak English.

		She's apparently the one that reported it, right?
		So how is she saying it's not true?

		That was in the first five months of the Biden administration.

		Back to Willie, this is an open secret. It's not an unintended side effect of Biden's policies.
		It's been known a problem for years. Congress even tried to investigate it in 2015 under Obama.
		Maximizing number of unaccompanied children coming over the border is deliberate policy.
		Look at the evidence. Biden administration maximizing it deliberately.
		Media is complicit by advancing the lie that this is humanitarian, compassionate, etc.
		And so, are we looking at potential human trafficking here?

		And so again, now a billion dollars from Biden to keep getting illegal immigrant minors?

		I mean, how often do we need to hear that this is a huge problem that we have, that's why we need our borders closed, is because of human trafficking, is because of drug trafficking, and now we have a situation that demons tried to push for political advancement of their abortion narrative, and whoopsie, whoopsie, we might have just uncovered a...
		Freaking human trafficking situation.

		I really do. And that's probably the worst of it.
		I'd say that's the worst case scenario, is that we've uncovered potentially a human trafficking situation, government subsidized.
		But at the very least of it, it's obviously government subsidized illegal immigration that we've landed upon here.
		Now, how sordid does it get as far as this other illegal immigrant individual, Fuentes, the alleged mother of the daughter?
		Is she getting resettlement payments?
		Was Fuentes getting resettlement payments?
		Was this girl being used and abused sexually for more money, like she's a sex slave?
		Is that why the mother didn't pursue charges because the daughter was a sex slave?
		Why would Fuentes, the supposed rapist, admit to having vaginal contact with her multiple times, but also the mother says he didn't rape her?
		I mean, isn't this kind of how things go?
		I mean, isn't this karma? Isn't this God's way of working things out?
		I mean, Democrats want to turn a 10-year-old rape victim into a political pawn, not caring about that she was actually raped, more caring about they want to have their abortions and really just launder that abortion money through the abortion industry.
		And then it may turn out that...
		That may uncover a giant government-subsidized illegal immigrant sex trafficking ring?

		We're going to be working hard to how this happened, who these people are, and how we got into the situation.
		That would have been like the stronger thing to do, the stronger stance to take about it.
		Because we need to show that we care.
		We do care about this.
		This should not be happening.

		victim that they could use to promote abortion, it was the biggest story.
		But now that there's serious questions that might not promote abortion, I don't think
		the media's going to cover it anymore.
		So, let's kind of go over some of these obvious questions before we sign off here.
		The obvious question, is the mother receiving resettlement payments?
		Is the mother the actual mother of the child?
		Why didn't she charge rape against the individual?
		And what's her status?
		What is her status as far as being in this country?
		These are obvious questions I have.

		And we also need to wait and see what this DNA says.
		How weird is it going to be and more awful is it going to be if this DNA doesn't tie back to him?

		She is reported to have been the one to make the report to the Children's Services, Franklin County Children's Services, I believe.
		Why would she make the report if she's fine and everything that was a lie?
