| But do talk about your personal story dealing with the government coming to unjustly and illegally take your children. | ||

| Thank you for having us in the war room. | ||
| We're fighting a battle on a number of different fronts, Owen, but what we're bringing forth before Our fellow info lawyers out there is really a travesty. | ||
| It's an attack on our families through the corrupt CPS and family court system. | ||
| This happened to us six years ago on basically an allegation pursuant to a fraudulent operation that we uncovered. | ||
| We have seven beautiful children. | ||
| They were kidnapped under the color of law. | ||
| We took our daughter, Amy, who was 17 at the time, in for a simple eye test. | ||
| And we wanted to get her her driver's license. | ||
| And it was a medical practitioner we'd never seen before. | ||
| And this doctor wanted to probe deeper into our family business and had some concerns about our daughter's height and weight. | ||
| And Amy's just like any other adolescent. | ||
| She had grown a lot. And she was taller than like us. | ||
| And we knew she didn't have any issues. | ||
| So we refused to go back to that doctor. | ||
| And so basically what happened to Owen is that within about 30 days, 42 days, all seven of our children were unlawfully taken from us. | ||
| There was a conspiracy to kidnap our children that we later uncovered, pursuant to an investigation. | ||
| We know who's involved. | ||
| There's a child trafficking operation that's That's an operation there in Louisville, Kentucky in the family court system. | ||
| And we are out here to highlight before the American people in our investigation that the fraudulent operation is such that many American families, parents and their children are being broken up and destroyed in this way. | ||
| And where it's fraudulent is that Child abuse and neglect is a criminal statute in just about every state in our country. | ||
| It is in the state of Kentucky. | ||
| But parents and children are being separated without there being a criminal charge. | ||
| And there's no contract with parents and their children in respect to child welfare with the state's governments. | ||
| And yet they're making allegations against parents and they're They're taking them on allegations. | ||
| And so with our case, we had that allegation made, and we refused to go back to that doctor. | ||
| And we went for a second opinion, and with a practitioner that we were familiar with, and we got an assessment of good health. | ||
| That Amy was in good health with no restrictions. | ||
| She was a healthy weight. We knew that. | ||
| And within about... | ||
| Within 30 days of that first assessment, we began receiving inquiries from CPS and the Louisville Metro Police Department, and they showed up at our door on March 30th. | ||
| And several different things kind of led up to this, but the big thing is that on March 30th, they showed up with a few officers from the Louisville Metro Police Department, knocked on our door and said, did you open the door, Mark? | ||
| You lost custody of all seven of your children. | ||
| And we refused, and this was the second engagement. | ||
| The night before, Terry had another engagement, but they wanted to take all seven of our kids because we would not go back to that first doctor, apparently. | ||
| The claim was that Amy was severely anorexic and malnourished and without immediate treatment. | ||
| She was going to die as soon, and yet with that second assessment, we knew that she was fine. | ||
| And then there were several other things that happened. | ||
| We got, you know, these documents from the girlfriend of Terry's father, who has a brother on the Louisville Metro Police Department. | ||
| And we had a lot of suspicions about what was going on, the unlawful process pursuant to the alleged condition of our daughter. | ||
| It would have required a Chapter 645 process there in the state of Kentucky that was not followed. | ||
| And so out of respect to the court, and just to get these people off of our back, I went to the family court system there in Jefferson County on April the 6th with my daughter Amy with a good health document. | ||
| And what happened was that basically Amy stands up before the judge and says, you know, I want to go home. | ||
| I'm fine. There's no problem here. | ||
| Show the good health document to the judge that was rejected. | ||
| Two of the people who got custody of our children being present in the courtroom on that day walked off with our daughter. | ||
| They called my wife on the phone from the courtroom and they ordered her release the other six kids and that they were going to detain me without charging me with a crime until she released the other six kids. | ||
| So they arrested me in the court that day on April the 6th. | ||
| And without charging me with a crime, I was held in solitary confinement a couple times. | ||
| Initially, it was supposed to be at the tainment, where I was going to be released within a few hours, but I was actually held for up to 22 hours. | ||
| And so, upon my release, I began the process of trying to reclaim our children. | ||
| And this has been a six-year ordeal, long-running nightmare. | ||
| We had filed motions with everyone, well, with the court. | ||
| Everything that we filed was denied. | ||
| We had to get rid of our court-appointed attorneys at the time because they wouldn't file any motions. | ||
| As the process unfolded, what happened was we began to discover some anomalies with these documents that we were getting from the CPS and family court system. | ||
| We began to see similar images from letters and other documents we had written from Terry's girlfriend that Terry saw, who has a brother on the Louisville Metro Police Department who we think may be involved in the conspiracy to kidnap our children. | ||
| And how we arrived at that conclusion doing our own investigation is that we We began to compare these images of documents that this person wrote to us and that they were similar on the CPS and Family Court documents. | ||
| And so these documents that we have go back to 2013, all the way back to 2005, near exact images. | ||
| And what it appears on the evidence that we have, we have over a thousand of these images that there was a conspiracy to kidnap our children by a mole that had been operating there for a long time. | ||
| We know who that is. And we pursued an avenue of justice from every law enforcement agency available to us in the state of Kentucky, beginning with the state police, Jefferson County Sheriff. | ||
| We went to see them. We went all the way up through the Department of Criminal Investigations, the Office of the Attorney General, Governor Matt Bevin at the time. | ||
| And then when we were discovering the federal crimes and the deprivations of our rights, We went up to the federal level, the FBI, highest levels of the Department of Justice, and we even tried to reach the White House on several occasions. | ||
| And yet we have been denied justice and remedy and turned away. | ||
| Our children remain missing. | ||
| To this day, our four younger ones we have not seen for six years, a little bit over six years now. | ||
| And you don't even know where they are? | ||

| This is happening like a script across the country where allegations are being made against otherwise good parents loving homes. | ||
| You know, they'll just show up and they'll say, we need to remove the child in the name of safety and best interest. | ||
| And we've heard that before. | ||
| I mean, we've heard that in respect of COVID and a lot of other things that these people need to just come in and invade our otherwise lawful lifestyles in the name of safety and best interest and mandate this and compel us to do certain things, you know, involuntarily against our constitutional protections. | ||
| But as far as the advice to family, right now we run a whole course Of justice and remedy and yet we've been denied everywhere we went and everywhere we've gone. | ||
| So the only thing we can think of right now is that getting the right information out to people which is beginning to happen and we're grateful for that. | ||
| With the information, we don't just want to be another story. | ||
| We want people to be moved to action to stop these things from happening to another child and to another family because the effect of it is that it's completely destructive as far as the livelihood that people are not able to maintain. | ||
| Prior to having their children ripped away from them, and the damage being done to our children, we've seen that you've been covering a lot of what's been happening in respect to, you know, children being subject to different kind of shows that are totally immoral and depraved. | ||
| And, you know, these people that are getting a hold of our kids, they're denying us from passing along our American heritage. | ||
| Where we're at with it right now and entering the public arena and making people aware of it, we have a few organizations, the Heritage and Freedom Coalition, hrefc.com, or whereverchildrengo.org, is to connect people to become responsible citizens within their communities, that we have to rely upon each other, that criminals do show up among us within our public officials that we would otherwise trust to protect us. | ||

| This is happening in all 50 states. | ||

| And so maybe our hope is that we can prevent these things from happening until we affect the corrective measures, which is what we want to happen as far as the monetary incentives that are behind it, that are You know, fueling these child trafficking networks and then the laundering of our money and the threat for the American people because the threat is that every year under the Adoption Safe Families Act and Title IV funding, the states have to be taking more kids every year in order to receive an annual bonus. | ||

Which is, of course, always dangerous because let's say you have a minimum of, let's say there's 100 people in the room and you have a minimum of you have to catch 10 of them doing something wrong, but if zero of the 100 do anything wrong, well, then they're going to go after 10 innocent people. | ||

| And the liberals realize that they're not in on it because they hate life and they hate prosperity and they're all, you know, Sad, ugly, desolate people. | ||
| And so they see all these organic movements happening and it just angers them. | ||
| It angers them that they're not in control of them. | ||
| It angers them that they're making people happier and healthy. | ||
| So what do they do? They take them and they just say, it's racist! | ||
| So now wanting to live a better life and wanting everybody around you to live a better life is racist, according to liberals. | ||

| The local Democrat government here run by Adler, who may be the worst mayor in American history, certainly Austin's history, and they are doing gun-grabbing events right now, and apparently they're trying to make AR-15s illegal. | ||

| So you have a gun store. | ||
| You've been in that practice for a long time. | ||
| You're also doing firearms training. | ||
| Your training course is very popular at Central Texas Gunworks. | ||

| Also, you got a little Bitcoin station there that does pretty well, I understand. | ||
| But nonetheless, so what are the Democrats doing here in Austin right now to infringe on our Second Amendment rights? | ||
| And so what they're trying to do is they're actually banning AR-15s in the Austin city limits here as if they actually have the authority to do that. | ||
| And I've talked to several media outlets like New York Times, Fox News, and we've kind of broken this down for them a little bit. | ||
| Alright, so in Texas, the way it works is the legislature are the only ones that actually can regulate the use of firearms. | ||
| So a local government cannot do that. | ||
| So by them doing this, the only thing they're going to do is they're going to spur like... | ||
| A lot of gun sales. You're going to have 18, 19, 20 years old that are going into the gun store and they're going to purchase. | ||
| And then you're going to have those people that think that they have the authority to do this and they're going to think, oh my goodness, they're going to ban AR-15s in the city. | ||
| And everyone's going to run into the gun store to buy them. | ||
| They're doing this on the national level. | ||
| On the national level, they're actually trying to raise the age limit to 21. | ||
| They're doing something where 18 to 21 on the national level for the National Instant Criminal Background Check System to delay that transaction. | ||
| So basically, you walk into a gun store and you fill out the firearms transaction record. | ||
| If you're 18 to 21, then you're going to get delayed. | ||
| They're going to look in your... In your juvenile record and go through that and delay that transaction like maybe 30 days or something like that. | ||
| And who goes through that? | ||
| Who goes through those records? | ||
| So we're talking like the FBI. So just government bureaucracies? | ||
| That is correct. And that's going to be on the national level. | ||
| Now down in Austin, on the city level here, they're actually trying to ban ARs altogether. | ||
| You know, you're just trying to say, hey, we want to get rid of ARs. | ||
| But unfortunately, the city can't do that. | ||
| Only the state can do that. | ||
| And we're not going to allow the state to do that. | ||
| You can't ban an armor-like rifle. | ||
| You can't ban what I nicknamed America's rifle. | ||
| That's what AR-15 is. | ||
| Yeah, I like that. I remember when you did that. | ||
| We should actually roll with that. | ||
| But here's my question, because I'm not the biggest gun enthusiast. | ||
| I'm a big Second Amendment advocate for obvious reasons. | ||
| But what is it about the AR-15 that A, separates it from L so that it's in its own class, and why is it that the Democrats are targeting that one so heavily? | ||
| One, that's the M4, you know, there's a military version of the AR-15. | ||
| There's the AR-15 with the civilian version. | ||
| There's also a military version. | ||
| And that's what our military uses, automatic, it's a three-round burst. | ||
| It comes in different variations. | ||
| Well, on the civilian side, we have what we call the AR-15. | ||
| And for that one there, A lot of people that were in the military, a lot of Americans love the AR. And like I said, I nicknamed that the America's rifle. | ||
| That's what it is to me. I love an AR. I'm not an AK person. | ||
| I get into this AK-AR debate. | ||
| I like AR-15s. | ||
| You don't like the Ruski weapons? | ||
| No, I don't like the weapon of our enemy. | ||
| I'm American. I like the American rifle, the armor-like rifle. | ||
| Plus, for me, the draw is... | ||
| A shotgun is great, but it's not going to be able to fire many rounds. | ||
| It's going to be less effective at long distance. | ||
| With the AR, that's like the ultimate empowerment. | ||
| It's just one man, one woman, one AR. That's the ultimate neutralizer. | ||
| It might not be the best gun to have in certain situations, but overall, it's the top neutralizer. | ||
| Yeah, you have different types of platforms. | ||
| You have your rifle version of it. | ||
| You have also your pistol version of it. | ||
| So for my home defense, I have a rifle, you know, 30-round magazine. | ||
| I have a 150-round drum. | ||
| I also have a pistol version of the AR as well that I love to use that to go around corners, you know, things like that inside the home because I love an AR to defend myself, you know, from my house. | ||
| So getting back into what they're doing here locally, though, what is the methodology? | ||
| I mean, who's writing the bills? | ||
| Who's passing the bills? | ||
| I mean, I know Adler will be an advocate of it, but where does it originate? | ||
| How are they going to try to do this? | ||
| So this is coming from the mayor himself and also several city council members, and they're going to spend money, taxpayers' dollars, to try to ban AR-15s. | ||
| They're going to get the city manager to research this, to try to figure out how to go about doing it, and it's not going to be something they can do. | ||
| They're just going to basically waste our money trying to do this. | ||
| It's a futile effort out from the gates. | ||
| It really is. I don't think they're going to be successful whatsoever. | ||
| I've beat them in court already. | ||
| I've taken the city of Austin to district court. | ||
| Right now, we're on appeal for like $5 million to try to beat them in court for trying to ban just... | ||
| License holders from being able to carry gun owners to be able to carry into their building. | ||
| So now I'm planning on going there tomorrow to testify before the city council and I'm planning on carrying it. | ||
| I'm going to try to bring my AR as well. | ||
| So we'll see if they try to stop me. | ||
| So we'll see what happens with that. | ||
| If they try to stop me, then I'm going to take them to court again. | ||
| What time is this happening? | ||
| Fortunately, it's all day. | ||
| I've got a lot of things I have to do. | ||
| I have to go there. I also have to be down in Houston for the big, huge GOP convention as well. | ||

| This is all about the shooting that took place down in Uvalde, the elementary school. | ||
| Someone that kills elementary school kids, that's just evil. | ||

| And by the way, all the stuff that they're proposing right now isn't going to stop the next school shooter. | ||
| It's not. There's only one thing that will. | ||
| And I've said this, and you may agree. | ||
| Hey, look, I don't want to live in a situation where we have to send our kids to school with armed guards because that's the state of the country that we're in. | ||
| But guess what? That's the state of the country that we're in, and there's only one thing that's going to stop a shooter. | ||

| The media didn't report on it, but it just happened. | ||
| I'm sure you heard about this. | ||
| Police shoot and kill gunmen at Texas summer camp who fired into locked classroom with kids inside. | ||
| Summer camp, bunch of kids there. | ||
| Gunman comes to try to do a mass murder. | ||
| Policeman is there on the scene because there's a bunch of kids there at this big facility. | ||
| Guy tries to murder kids. | ||
| Pop! He puts them down. | ||
| Good guy with a gun saves the day again. | ||
| That's right. And it goes on and on. | ||
| There's another case where a young lady, a female, a guy goes in with an AR into a facility and a female pulls out her concealed handgun. | ||
| With a pistol? That's right. And stops him. | ||
| You know, he had an AR. That was at a graduation. | ||
| That's right. Good girl with a gun stops a bad guy. | ||
| Why is it? I mean, Michael, this is basic logic. | ||
| Why don't liberals have it? | ||
| I have no idea. | ||
| This is so frustrating. | ||
| I mean, it's madness. | ||
| It just makes no sense whatsoever. | ||

| You probably see government agents saying, let's take the guns. | ||

| I almost want to go there tomorrow to City Hall and say, you know what? | ||

| Why is there such a push to have red flag laws when we already have background checks that don't work? | ||
| And honestly, we already have red flag laws that are already on the books right now. | ||
| For most states, there's already some type of red flag law. | ||
| And it's not going to work. | ||
| You're not going to be able to tighten that up anymore, add anything more to it, because unless someone is actually... | ||
| You take Uvalde. | ||
| Unless his parents, his mother, his father said something, or his grandmother said something, done something before he purchased a firearm or something like that, then we're not going to know in the gun store. | ||
| So unless the parents, the family members, you know, do something, we're not going to know. | ||
| How am I supposed to know that this guy has some type of problem that he wants to kill a bunch of people? | ||
| You know, unless someone that's close to him gets involved. | ||
| So, you know, creating a new law is not going to change that. | ||
| You know, Uvalde, you go back and you say, okay, well, what they're doing on the national level, they're saying, hey... | ||
| We want to go back and look into their childhood and look into when they were a teenager and look into those records. | ||
| Well, this guy didn't do anything. | ||
| He had a perfect record. | ||
| So what are you trying to fix? | ||
| When we go back and look into his record, it's outstanding, it's perfect. | ||
| He still would have passed the background, still would have purchased a gun. | ||
| Nothing would have changed. | ||
| You could not have prevented that shooting in Uvalde at all. | ||
| Well, and that to me is kind of the case in point here, is that all of the proposed laws and legislation that they want to have in a reactionary period to what happened in Uvalde, none of it addresses the problem. | ||
| It's just like, oh, we've got to do something, so let's do something, even if it doesn't make sense, even if it violates the Constitution, we've got to do something. | ||
| That is so idiotic to just say, oh, let's do something. | ||
| Okay, well, let's spin in circles and play wiffle ball. | ||
| All the things they're proposing, none of it addresses what happened in Uvalde. | ||
| Here in Austin, we have the Austin bomber. | ||
| You had the mass shooting a year ago this past Sunday where... | ||
| Gang members decided to just start firing rounds at each other. | ||
| Was that the one downtown? In downtown Austin where 14 people were injured and one person was killed with a handgun. | ||
| This guy was 19 years old, pulled out a gun, wasn't supposed to have the gun in the first place, and shot everyone else except for the people he was trying to shoot, 14 innocent people, and killed one person who was here on vacation, supposed to go get married and start a new life, just bought a new house, everything. And this guy dies on the street here in Austin, just trying to enjoy himself. | ||
| And this guy, the shooter was 19 years old, was involved in a previous shooting the week before. | ||
| The prosecutor did not prosecute this guy. | ||
| And then he comes to Austin, commits another shooting where he ends with, once again, 14 people. | ||
| And kills one, and still to this day has not been prosecuted. | ||
| You had about 14 other gang members pull out guns, who are also teenagers, who also did not, have not been prosecuted, have not been prosecuted at all. | ||
| And these are Liberal Democrat District Attorneys here, by the way. | ||
| That is correct. So you got your DAs, they're not doing their job. | ||
| If the DAs are not going to enforce the laws or prosecute people right now for things they're doing, then why are you creating more laws? | ||
| There are no more laws we can actually put on the books. | ||
| Enough is enough. We need to stop this. | ||
| We need to empower people to protect themselves. | ||
| And the one law that supersedes all of it is the Second Amendment shall not be infringed. | ||
| But it's amazing how the problems are the people. | ||
| It's psychotic people that get a hold of guns, not the guns. | ||
| But I think the answer here is not gun control. | ||

| And even though these laws, they say that it has a very slim chance of passing in the Senate, Mitch McConnell has hinted that he'll vote For these new gun control laws written by the Democrats that won't address the school shooting at all. | ||

| Even if we're punishing innocent Americans for something they didn't do. | ||
| Do you think that this holds up? | ||

| And that is why, even still today, we have a lawsuit against the federal government, the ATF, the DOJ, for bump stocks. | ||
| It all stops with, it starts right there with the bump stock. | ||
| If you can stop them from changing the rule for bump stocks, then you can control everything else. | ||
| Because they're trying to change the definition of what a machine gun is. | ||
| They're trying to change the definition of what a SBR is. | ||
| And if we can stop them at the gates right then and there, then we can control all of this. | ||
| So that's why we're in the Fifth Circuit right now. | ||
| We're suing the federal government. | ||
| If we win the Fifth Circuit, we can go on to the Supreme Court. | ||
| And then we will get this Supreme Court here. | ||
