| But we are seeing some victories along the way, and we know. | ||
| That truth always wins on the end. | ||
| Light will shine in the darkness. | ||
| There's plenty of darkness, right, for the light to shine through. | ||
| And we are seeing that happen right now. | ||
| So truth is continuing to drip out about the January 6th sham. | ||
| I would like to think that it's like been a flood of information, whether they try and hide it or not. | ||
| That's been a flood as opposed to their theatrical drip We're getting to the truth in the January 6th sham. | ||
| We're getting to the truth even here at home. | ||
| I have some major developments in the fight against the school boards that have happened. | ||
| We're getting to the truth. | ||
| We are seeing some signs of victory there. | ||
| So praise God for that. | ||
| And I just recently did an exclusive interview with a battalion gunner that was on the airfield with the Afghan withdrawal. | ||
| And there he is, William J. Callen. | ||
| He is freshly retired, retired as of June 1st. | ||
| So he decided to come out with some explosive details that we definitely didn't hear from mainstream media going to be Giving you the highlights, it was an hour and 15 minute interview, so I tried to whittle it down to a snackable dose that we could premiere in today's show. | ||

| And it wasn't until he was talking to me about this verse that it really hit me. | ||
| Like, we talk so much about being imitators. | ||
| Yes, we should be like Christ. | ||
| But let's not forget that if you're saved by His grace, then the Holy Spirit already lives in you. | ||
| So we don't have to imitate Him. | ||
| We can just ask Him to take over, right? | ||
| So that was kind of interesting. | ||
| And what this Colossians 1 is talking about, you know, the Holy Spirit is Christ in us already. | ||
| And we can present every person complete in Christ. | ||
| So when we get back, I'm going to dig into some of this sham of the January 6th. | ||
| Obviously, that's a big topic right now because they have their whole theater show going on right now. | ||
| So we're going to be digging into some of that. | ||

| I mean, It wasn't enough to have impeachment number one. | ||

| Now they're like, wait, now we have a producer and we can selectively edit and do a better job of covering our bases and deciding what of the hours of video that we can't see that we want to actually put out there. | ||
| It's so desperate and sickening because it's like we've already been through this with the impeachments and now suddenly you're gonna act like you have new information. | ||
| You know what? We still don't know. | ||
| We just don't know anything about the pipe bombers, even though, you know, had there's no cell phone tracking data. | ||
| There's nothing there. | ||
| You can't still track this down, but you supposedly have new information. | ||
| Okay. Yeah. All right. | ||
| And so This was from the other day as they kicked it off. | ||
| It's all such theatrics that they expose themselves. | ||
| They make it so obvious with the way they time everything. | ||
| The other day... As Liberty Daily pointed out, the FBI acted as a marketing arm for the January 6th committee with conveniently timed arrest of Republican candidates. | ||
| So we saw that the FBI had engaged in this promotional marketing piece by arresting Republican gubernatorial candidate Ryan Kelly. | ||
| And they did that on Thursday after searching out a search warrant on his home in Allendale. | ||
| But you know who still hasn't been arrested that, you know, is very active in videos that we have all seen is this guy. | ||

| But she had just posted this. | ||

| Did you ask for a pardon after tweeting the speaker's Location on January 6th, you and the KKK caucus have been really quiet about it today. | ||
| And given how much y'all have to say, I'm not sure why no one's responding to this simple question. | ||
| Well, others did respond and they're like, this is completely debunked. | ||
| The USA Today actually even had an article about how she did not In fact, reveal the location. | ||
| So she's just spitting out more lies there. | ||
| We know that Liz Cheney, she started the whole thing exposing what a neocon she is and placing all blame on Trump. | ||
| But she's already 20 points behind her GOP primary opponent. | ||
| Harriet Higman. So this isn't doing her any favors. | ||
| Hopefully this will be the nail in Liz Cheney's coffin and we won't have to hear about her anymore. | ||
| You know, Just the News has done a lot of reporting on this. | ||
| They had that the Democrats have been fundraising after this. | ||
| Of course, this is... | ||
| Just another thing they're trying to use because they have nothing. | ||
| They have nothing, absolutely nothing to run on. | ||
| The economy is in shambles. | ||
| Every time people fill up gas, they're reminded of how much worse things are. | ||
| And so this is just another thing that they're trying to pull out and distract people with. | ||
| And also try and give them hope for what is looking to be a red wave. | ||
| So Just the News had come out with an article. | ||
| Democrats begin fundraising off the January 6th hearing, and they're talking about in their emails, we're doing this. | ||
| We're going to expose everything. | ||
| We need to protect our democracy. | ||
| Watch these hearings. | ||
| But it's not working. | ||
| It doesn't appear to be working. | ||
| The ratings are down. So, despite their best efforts, you know, can we just talk about fundraising emails? | ||
| Like, I hate them from both sides, okay? | ||
| Whether it's Democrats or Republican fundraising emails, they're just so desperate-sounding always. | ||
| I only need 12 more people, or we picked you out especially to cross the finish line and win everything. | ||
| It's really annoying, but, you know, they'll use anything that they can, and honestly, I think it's annoying from both sides, to be quite frank. | ||
| And then I was having trouble finding some of these articles. | ||
| I guess I didn't get my stuff organized in time. | ||
| But January 6th panel's case against Trump doomed to become the latest debunked elite narrative. | ||
| So they're already exposing Liz Cheney for selectively editing things that Trump said. | ||
| Of course, they never include the fact that he said, lovingly and peacefully leave. | ||
| They leave that part out. | ||
| And we're going to probably be seeing quite a few other things that we can fact check | ||
| them on along the way. | ||
| It's quite funny because NPR, I just saw their article that they were running. | ||
| Fox News is not airing this January 6 event because then it would be in direct contradiction | ||
| to everything that their pundits have been saying. | ||
| And it's like, well, yeah, it would be in direct contradiction because you have truth | ||
| versus the lies and the propaganda that they're pushing. | ||
| I mean, come on. | ||
| So January 6, bombshell Schumer team received FBI intel about possible violence. | ||
| Frontline cops didn't. | ||
| There's also, like I said, Justin has done a really good job at laying everything out, and we're getting more and more information. | ||
| Just even that Schumer, you know, the Schumer that was just screaming and yelling that we need to do something about Kavanaugh and Alito and all that, and then somebody actually did and showed up with a gun. | ||
| That same Schumer apparently had received information and did nothing about it. | ||
| And there was like 53 other oversights that nothing was done. | ||
| One thing that maybe some of you can make clear to me is, you know, Trump repeatedly | ||
| says that he called for the National Guard. | ||
| They're of course saying that he didn't even read somewhere that it was Pence that actually | ||
| had. | ||
| Either way, if this was a true bipartisan hearing, then we should hear of the failures | ||
| of the left as well, particularly Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who from everything I'm reading | ||
| and from all documentation was supposed to be largely in charge of this security and | ||
| So why aren't we questioning her at all? | ||
| That's another thing that's crazy is it's like only two of the people, quote unquote, Republicans. | ||
| That are on this thing. | ||
| There's only two of them, and yet they constantly say, this is a bipartisan committee. | ||
| It's like, no it's not. | ||
| Nobody believes you with that. | ||
| But things like NPR and stuff continue to point that out. | ||
| In the background, and speaking of Nancy Pelosi, we have Paul Pelosi's DUI arrest, and they're refusing to release the body cam footage now. | ||
| So the latest was that people were saying the charges had been dropped, and then they were calling out people for saying, like, no, the charges have not been dropped. | ||
| This is fake news. I even saw Snopes. | ||
| I've read an article about this rumor that Paul Pelosi's charges have been dropped. | ||
| It's just that. And it's not true. | ||
| But then they don't ever acknowledge, okay, but there's other funny businesses going on. | ||
| You know, if I had gotten a DUI, don't you think that that... | ||
| Mugshot would be all over the place. | ||
| Why have we not yet seen a mugshot of Paul Pelosi then? | ||
| Why have we not... | ||
| And why are they not releasing the body cam footage during this investigation? | ||
| And then, of course, Pelosi is blocking... | ||
| The safety bill, because she didn't care about the safety clearly of January 6th, and so she's not caring about the safety of Kavanaugh. | ||
| They've requested to have more security, and even after this event, they just can't push that through. | ||
| So let's go to the break watching response to Pelosi blocking the safety bill. | ||

| Just yesterday, a man who wanted to kill Justice Kavanaugh was arrested outside the justice's home. | ||
| He was arrested with weapons on his person. | ||
| Justice Kavanaugh has a wife and children. | ||
| Yes, he does. | ||
| The Senate already passed a bill with agreement from 100 senators. | ||
| To enhance the security protection for members of the court and their families. | ||
| And Madam Speaker, it has sat here for a month. | ||
| Here's some headbanger music. | ||
| Headbanger Hour is the last hour, though. | ||
| We're still covering up, covering, not covering up, that's the job of the left. | ||
| We're still covering and exposing the left and what's going on and telling you the truth. | ||
| Meanwhile, they are just finding new ways to attack us. | ||
| So they never want to debate, obviously. | ||
| They never want to actually talk about anything, have any discourse, have any intelligent conversations. | ||
| No, that would be bad. | ||
| It's easier just to ban and censor people. | ||
| And it's easier to call people names, right? | ||
| And, you know, Now, racism and white supremacy, they don't even mean anything anymore. | ||
| They don't mean what they should mean. | ||
| The gravity of the words is now lost because, well, gee, you just call anybody those things a racist or a white supremacist that you don't agree with. | ||
| So now it's just kind of a roll-your-eyes thing, when before you would think that maybe that would be a shocking thing to call someone. | ||
| Well, no, not anymore. | ||
| But because people are getting tired of that, because they're getting tired of, and they've lost its effectiveness to make everything about race, now we're going to dig in and attack people based on religion. | ||
| And which religion? | ||
| Of course, Christianity. They want to attack you because you're Christian, and they're going to drip it out at first, and then they're going to go full in, headstrong in some areas. | ||
| So that's what we're seeing right now. | ||
| This was from last week where MSNBC said, it's becoming increasingly clear that the United States is under siege by Christian fundamentalists and traditionalists. | ||
| My gosh! | ||
| Siege. You know, these words that they pick, siege. | ||
| Under siege. | ||
| We have got our guns and we are going to demand that you accept Christ as your Lord and Savior. | ||
| We're just going to shoot you and we're going to get our military involved. | ||
| And I mean, it's just it's so ridiculous. | ||
| These words, they choose siege, really. | ||
| And they just painting everybody as violent, of course. | ||
| But they're increasingly now interjecting. | ||
| It was before just white supremacy nationalists. | ||
| Now they're increasingly putting, you know, Christianity into it. | ||
| And so today I looked and I think we have a picture of it in the folder, guys, a screenshot. | ||
| I just happened to Google Google. | ||
| Christianity and America and things like that. | ||
| And it's just, yep, it's everywhere. | ||
| It's already everywhere. Like just a day ago, two days ago, 21 hours ago. | ||
| These are the types of headlines that you're going to see right there. | ||
| Name and shame, white Christian nationalism, that ideology behind January 6th. | ||
| Christian nationalism is thriving. | ||
| Where is the religious left? | ||
| White Christian nationalism fueled January 6th attack. | ||
| How Christian nationalism paved the way for January 6th. | ||
| And so this is the narrative they're going with now. | ||
| And here's just one of the articles, the Daily Beast. | ||
| Democrats have an opportunity to serve the majority of American people during the six investigative hearings into the January 6th attack on the Capitol, but they will fail unless they name and shame the increasingly violent ideology. | ||
| of President Donald Trump's acolytes, white Christian nationalism. | ||
| So they're calling for Christians to be named and shamed, and they're calling it a violent ideology. | ||
| And here's in the, what is this, like the third paragraph, Christian nationalism believes in the enduring and dangerous deep story that America is a special nation divinely favored by God. | ||
| You know, why would anyone believe that, you know... | ||
| America has anything to do with Christian foundational principles. | ||
| I mean, that's not anywhere in our founding documents now, is it? | ||
| In order to implement and spread the kingdom of heaven on earth. | ||
| And then I like how in this paragraph they use Christian in quotes. | ||
| These Christian values and morals are allegedly under active threat and assault by LGBT. Wait, we're allegedly under active threat? | ||
| Well, you know, I just Googled and y'all are blaming everything and anything on Christians. | ||
| So is it alleged? | ||
| I mean, your whole article is attacking Christians. | ||
| So, I mean. | ||
| Hmm. And then you have The Hill. | ||
| Christian nationalism is thriving. | ||
| Where is the religious left? | ||
| I don't know. Are the left religious anymore? | ||
| I mean, they want to kill babies. | ||
| They want to make kids think they're not the right gender. | ||
| They want to mutilate and maim children and say that a five-year-old can decide what he | ||
| or she or it wants to be and take hormone therapy and sterilize our children and sexualize | ||
| our children and talk about six other children. | ||
| You know, so yeah, where is the religious left? | ||
| I mean, is there any morality in them anymore? | ||
| I mean, that's a really good question, the hell. | ||
| I don't know. | ||
| But you know, they always ignore the violence that is happening on their side. | ||
| I was just talking about this when I hosted on Wednesday. | ||
| You have the DOJ saying in a memo that they're expecting increased violence. | ||
| And they're pointing to particularly pro-lifers. | ||
| But we've had three attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers. | ||
| A Molotov cocktail in one in Oregon, Wisconsin. | ||
| And I can't remember the other one off my hand. | ||
| And then the latest, obviously, a guy with a gun who's upset about mass shootings, but then he goes and arms himself, shows up at Kavanaugh's house because he's mad that, you know, we might overturn and put it back to the States whether or not your children can be killed or not. | ||
| So, again, all of these articles are calling Christians violent and violent. | ||
| We can see with our own eyes that the violence is coming from the opposite side. | ||
| But this is the kind of gaslighting they do. | ||
| We talked about that as well on Wednesday. | ||
| But like I said at the beginning of the show, light shines in the darkness and we are seeing things very clearly and the truth is coming out. | ||
| It's like they forget that we have eyes and we can see what's happening. | ||
| So it's being exposed. | ||
| I want to start playing this, and we're only going to get to see a little bit, but it'll be a teaser. | ||

Here we go. I've seen so many articles, I've read so many things about people talking about the What happened at the Kabul airport? | |
| And they weren't there. If you weren't there, you don't know what the story was. | ||
| And so the heroic nature of the service, these young men and women that displayed on the airfield, that has not gotten out yet. | ||
| The differences in story that would hit the media, it was all wrong. | ||
| But I don't know how anything got out anyway, because we were told at the start that the media wasn't allowed in Kabul. | ||
| You know, the entire 17-day operation, the only media that I saw, I think, was Al Jazeera and the Taliban brought them in. | ||
| So, when we left Kabul and we got back to Kuwait before we came back to the States and redeployed, we started to see this whole operation getting happy-talked away with the Armed Forces Network commercials that would come on the... | ||
| The AFN. Those commercials would talk about these Afghans coming off these C-17s at airfields, and everybody was happy and everybody was nice. | ||
| And, you know, they would get their little bag of juice and food and they would go in a nice, oily manner. | ||
| Well, that's not the way Kabul was. | ||
| So it has really not gotten out the amount of combat that was on that airfield for the entire operation. | ||
| It hasn't gotten out that the firefights that we had with the Taliban prior to us, literally the day prior to us getting told that now we're friends with the Taliban and we're going to partner with them. | ||
| Yep. That was an order that we stood post with the Taliban on our gates. | ||
| You want to talk about frustrating, try fighting people for 20 years of your career and then the last operation. | ||
| You know you fight with them one day and then the next day you're told you're standing post with | ||

| Just shook my head and I had to go outside and smoke a cigarette | ||
| but I It was baffling to me that we were being ordered to do that. | ||
| One, you know, Taliban fighter, he appeared from a door of the civilian terminal. | ||
| He was on like a loading dock that was higher than the crowd. | ||
| And when he was firing his, you know, AK in the air, and once that AK started to get leveled, one of our Marines, you know, shot him. | ||
| And then I shot a second guy. | ||
| And then at that point, two squads that were right in front of us. | ||
| My battalion commander is right next to me. | ||
| Two squads right in front of us. | ||
| They then engaged the other, I think there were three or five more Taliban fighters inside of that loading dock. | ||
| They engaged for a few seconds. | ||
| They did exactly what they were trained to do. | ||
| Then they shut down a fire. | ||
| They ceased it. And at that point, we had several dead Taliban and no civilians were injured. | ||
| They shot through the crowds before the crowds were able to get down. | ||
| They acted absolutely perfectly. | ||
| All those young fighters did. | ||
| And that was just one day. | ||
| Now the next day, when the airfield gets quelled, you know, going into the next night, well, now we get told that we're standing post with the Taliban. | ||
| So the people that we were just shooting at and shooting at us, now we're going to stand post with. | ||
| The weird part was those of us that grew up fighting these people and fighting this, Those of us, they came in right around the early 2000s. | ||
| I came in when it was still peacetime in 99. | ||
| Some came in, you know, later than that. | ||
| We've got a bunch of young bucks in 1st Battalion, 8th Marines that had never been in combat before, right? | ||
| So a lot of the combat proficiency in all the armed forces has kind of left. | ||
| Now we're all older. So it's not just our feelings about that order to partner with the Taliban on the gates, but how do we relay this to the young guys that know nothing about seeing news reports their entire childhood about us fighting them? | ||
| So getting us to sell that order to the young guys on the gates and just telling them, listen, just do it. | ||
| We'll talk about it later. | ||
| And to keep that peace and to keep the operation going for the next 14 days until the evacuation was called to a stop and we started to get U.S. forces out of Kabul. | ||
| Before we could leave, things like the day before we left, we were ordered to start cleaning up the base because the Taliban didn't think it was clean enough for them to take possession of. | ||
| So before we left Afghanistan, we literally got told on by the Taliban. | ||
| And so you had to clean up for the Taliban, the people that you'd been fighting against for all these years. | ||

Yeah, they told on us that we were too dirty. | |
| There was too much trash. | ||
| There was too much on the base. | ||
| So we spent the next day cleaning up because the Taliban said so. | ||
| That must have just felt like a huge slap in the face. | ||
| Yes, to put that mildly, right? | ||
| You can put a bunch of different kind of terms to that. | ||
| But yeah, go tell that to the young kids. | ||
| You just fought your hearts out for 17 days. | ||
| You haven't slept in three days, but before you can get some sleep, go clean up that trash. | ||
| Go clean for your enemies. | ||
| Because the Taliban said so. Insane. | ||
| Do you feel like... | ||
| Domestic, like mainstream news, was trying to kind of paint this, well, I mean, I guess we can only speculate their motivations, but they were basically giving the impression that this was much more peaceful, much more seamless of an operation than what you were experiencing on the ground. | ||

Well, I think it comes to the political affiliation of the news system, right? | |
| So if it was a Democrat channel, they didn't try to say it was going great. | ||
| And if it was like Fox News, they tried to say that it was a disaster of withdrawal. | ||
| To this day, you'll still hear some people talk about the disaster of the withdrawal. | ||
| Well, maybe at certain levels, you might consider it that. | ||
| That's way above the level that I was at. | ||
| I know with the people that I was with in 1st Battalion, 8th Marines, from the top to the bottom, the battalion commander to our lowest private, There has not been a situation or not been a scenario in the 20 years that I've been in and out of combat that the old adage of uncommon valor was a common virtue fits more. | ||
| Than the operation in Kabul with the evacuation. | ||
| How do civilians like myself understand this? | ||
| Because it seems like it would be very difficult fighting and pushing back and things like that. | ||
| People that were desperate to get away from who you understood to be who you were really fighting the Taliban and be the enemies. | ||
| I mean, gosh, I just can't imagine the emotional conflict with all of that happening. | ||

What was that like? So the emotions didn't run rampant at that point, right? | |
| So we had a mission, keep the runway open. | ||
| At that point, the runway was not open. | ||
| So we went out, we spent all night pushing this crowd back over. | ||
| Yes, there were some families in there, but there was a lot of single men in there. | ||
| Military-age men, like Afghan national soldiers, like Afghan army soldiers trying to get out of the country. | ||
| Right. So we had to push them back. | ||
| I believe with that Taliban checkpoint to the south, I believe that the Taliban went around that night and actually drove them to the airport. | ||
| I think the Taliban was trying to get us to kill a bunch of civilians so then they could be the heroes. | ||
| And we never did. | ||
| Wow. And the order was numbers. | ||
| The order was get numbers. | ||
| Once the order was get numbers... | ||
| Well, that's when the Department of State consulates stopped checking anything. | ||
| And if you got through the gate, you went to the terminal and you got on a plane. | ||
| Wow. So people, there were cases that people were just not being vetted at that point because they were trying to get the numbers up. | ||

For days. And it depended on the day and sometimes it depended on the hour whether we were getting the numbers that were expected or not. | |
| In hindsight, have you had any concern now that you're back home about who was able to make it here and if they were properly vetted? | ||
| Did you raise any eyebrows as you were filling up those planes or was that not your thought at the time? | ||

No, we were raising some eyebrows when we saw people coming through the gates. | |
| The amount of military-age males that made it through the gates, single military-age males that made it through the gates, they got a free ticket here, it definitely raised some eyebrows. | ||
| When you get any combat veterans around, you talk about military-age males, that's when the eyebrows get raised. | ||
| Towards the end, we started to screen again, and some people were then ushered back out. | ||
| A lot of military-aged males were ushered back out again, but many, many more made those flights. | ||
| Some single men would get through the gates and then say, oh, my family is 300 meters back in the crowd. | ||
| Great, go get them. We can't go out in the crowd to get them because we start a riot every time we try to do that. | ||
| So we're like, great, go get them. | ||
| And Almost to a man. | ||
| A few went back out in the crowds to get him. | ||
| Almost to a man. | ||
| They left their family in the crowd and they went to the airport to get on a plane. | ||
| So the true amount, I don't think we'll ever know, but I would estimate in the thousands of military-age males that made it onto those planes is definitely eye-raising. | ||
| So do you have concerns that there's just no borders right now? | ||

Yes, absolutely. So, I mean, wasn't it like, I don't know, when Obama was in office, he started talking about how we need to secure the southern border, and now the entire blue side of the aisle is saying open border. | |
| I don't know how weird that is, but I think with the southern border especially, we are just allowing Criminals, rapists, murderers, drug cartels. | ||
| I think I saw a news report. | ||
| There was like 40 Chinese that were caught entering in the southern border. | ||
| Why are we allowing our next enemy to enter through our country, through our borders? | ||
| We already brought in almost like an enemy army from Afghanistan. | ||

| You feel like you're in a loony bin when it comes to the school district here in Texas that I have been. | ||
| Oh, so privy to. | ||
| Definitely has felt like the Twilight Zone. | ||
| For sure. So big developments in this case with the Round Rock Independent School District, which is the school district in which my family lives. | ||
| And it's outside of Austin, so I thought it might not be as affected by Austin, but it most certainly is. | ||
| And you guys have seen it all play out anything from pornographic books in the school to trying to force masks on kids even though there was an executive order to not do that. | ||
| These tyrannical school board members they just do whatever they want and they often don't face any consequences Or so it seems. | ||
| And it's just, it's been a frustrating ride. | ||
| It's been at times discouraging and depressing even that we have to fight this battle and that there's no consequences ever. | ||
| But there has been a development. | ||
| We did get to petition outside of the Texas Education Agency to bring some of these grievances back to light and ask, you know, when are you going to step in and do something? | ||
| This is just completely out of control. | ||
| It's funny that when we were there the other day, we were meeting with one of the top-level officials there at the Texas Education Agency. | ||
| And while we were in the meeting, peacefully having this meeting, a lower-level employee had called the police. | ||
| So here we go again. | ||
| The police are called. This is their playbook. | ||
| They want to paint us as these violent... | ||
| Unreasonable people, parents, you know, and so they try to control the narrative by making commotions out of things that are not. | ||
| So they call the police and the police get there and we're just coming out of this meeting with this higher level Texas Education Agency person and he's like, what's going on? | ||
| And we're like, what's going on? And the cop's like, why am I here? | ||
| And I was like, oh, well, because Karen called and was trying to paint us as like raving | ||
| lunatics again. | ||
| But the next day, there had been a battle for information. | ||
| We want transparency. | ||
| Of course, we would hardly ever get it. | ||
| And they were fighting us. | ||
| Five of the school board members had been saying that we could not see the external | ||
| independent report that they used before they reinstated the superintendent. | ||
| So if you recall this story, the superintendent was accused of multiple things, but the most shocking and most dramatic and most soap opera of them all was that he was alleged to have assaulted his pregnant ex-mistress and had threatened texts We're good to go. | ||
| Um, and then they ended up reinstating him and we're like, what the heck? | ||
| We, we have all the evidence we should have shown you everything. | ||
| The Texas Education Agency said they recommended not putting this guy back in charge. | ||
| Um, but she did anyway. | ||
| And, uh, super frustrating. | ||
| But, um, Basically, the board members said, it's closed, everything's done, there's no investigation anymore. | ||
| I had Twitter army people that had a handful of followers harassing me, being like, this is over, it's closed, it's done. | ||
| And here is the video of months and months ago when Jeremy Story had... | ||
| Tried to speak about all of these things, all of these allegations and how we should be concerned and, you know, maybe not have this superintendent in place. | ||
| And from that meeting, he was drug out. | ||
| Then the next meeting, many of you saw the video where he was trying to get in and the school district police were keeping him out, pushing him out, even though they were in direct violation of the Open Meetings Act. | ||
| So it's been a whole thing. | ||
| He was put in jail overnight him and another parent for speaking out in a school board meeting and it had a lot to | ||
| do with just trying to | ||
| To get them to talk about these these issues these that you know | ||
| Do we really want someone that has a permanent restraining order against him for domestic abuse leading our whole | ||
| school district and all of the money That was being paid out the taxpayer money to defend this | ||
| superintendent So here's the thing, we tried to get the external | ||
| independent investigation documents. | ||
| They wouldn't give them to us. Yesterday, the AG made them give it up, and it's explosive because it's total validation of everything that we've been saying this whole time. | ||
| So it says an external independent investigation into the conduct alleged against this superintendent. | ||
| 22 people were interviewed. | ||
| Valiums of documents were reviewed. | ||
| Upon completion of all interviews and study of all the documents, the data supports the following facts. | ||
| The Travis County Sheriff's Office has two ongoing investigations relating to burglary and assault. | ||
| Regarding this superintendent. | ||
| So they lied and we have proof. | ||
| Investigations are still active and open. | ||
| The Texas Education Agency State Board of Educators Certificate Investigation Division does have an active investigation into the certified educator, Hafeid Aziz. | ||
| That's the superintendent. Superintendent Aziz had a two-year romantic sexual relationship prior to his employment at Round Rock ISD. He did have a temporary protective order against him. | ||
| He does have a permanent restraining order against him. | ||
| He's given up all rights to an unborn child, which he voluntarily entered into. | ||
| He did not inform the Round Rock ISD members about the relationship ahead of time. | ||
| He did not inform the board about the protective order. | ||
| He did not inform the board about extensions. | ||
| He did not inform the board of the TA investigation notice on the face of his educator certificate for 21 days. | ||
| He did not inform the board of the settlement agreement. | ||
| Dr. Aziz, the superintendent of the school, has a pending grievance and threatened lawsuit against him in his prior district, Donna ISD. It's confirmed that he agreed to pay the alleged victim in this case, his former mistress, on receipt of doctor confirmation of pregnancy and second payment due when birth certificate of child is produced. | ||
| So it sounds like he's paying her off. | ||
| It says, upon the conclusion of this investigation, and again, this is an external, independent investigation that we as taxpayers had to end up paying for. | ||
| It says, I was asked, based on your experience and findings, do you recommend the board reinstate this superintendent? | ||
| And, obviously, this is wordy, so I'm trying to cut it down. | ||
| It says, the divisiveness created in the community by his behavior and lack of his forthcoming with information has created a failure to establish a positive working relationship with the Board of Trustees. | ||
| I cited the moral turpitude and ethics of a certified educator as found in the Texas | ||
| Education Code. | ||
| Long story short, based on my collective fact findings and understanding of the laws and | ||
| rules of an educator in Texas, I did state Dr. Azaiz, in my opinion, could not come back | ||
| into his position and be effective. | ||
| And they did it anyway! | ||
| They reinstated this guy anyway! | ||
| Unbelievable! | ||
| But this now validates and vindicates everything that we have said and is going to be really good for use in the upcoming federal civil rights lawsuit against all of these bad actors, against these board of trustees, against that man, against the Round Rock ISD police that pushed us around and tried to keep us out of open meetings against the law. | ||
| There is a federal civil rights lawsuit, and this is certainly going to help in that lawsuit, just more fuel for the fire. | ||
| And as I said, if you happen to watch an American Journal this morning, I was talking about this. | ||
| The other part of this that's... | ||
| Interesting. And I'm sure it has nothing to do. | ||
| I'm sure it's not related to the fact there's a federal civil lawsuit now that's going to play out. | ||
| But the chief of the Round Rock ISD police has resigned. | ||
| The assistant chief of the RISD police has resigned. | ||
| And one of the board members has resigned. | ||
| And I'm sure, you know, it has nothing to do with that. | ||
| The proof is coming out. The truth is coming out, you know, and maybe they want to get out of the way. | ||
| I'm sure it has nothing to do with it. But interesting, isn't it? | ||
| So it is a well-deserved victory to finally get validation of these things. | ||
| This poor man is a pastor and a parent, and he tried to bring everything that was documented and now proven by an independent investigation. | ||
| That is what he was trying to talk about when these foot soldiers dragged him out of the meeting and then arrested him and another parent on a Friday night. | ||
| And put them in jail. And this is why it got national attention, because this is what they want to do to us. | ||
| They want to do this to each one of us. | ||
| Just for speaking about things that involve the safety of our children. | ||
| So it'll be interesting to talk to my next guest in the next hour because he is all about empowering you and how you can be your own defense and how you can be your own hero and you don't need a lawyer and you cannot give up on justice. | ||

| It was so refreshing to talk to you. | ||
| And I'm really excited about the hope that you can hopefully offer us over the next hour. | ||
| Well, it's a real pleasure to be here. | ||
| Thank you. Well, I gotta ask, you know, I was reading a little bit about your biography and the first thing that struck me is that you didn't decide to go to law school until you were 39. | ||
| That's correct. And yet you have been so successful. | ||
| I mean, I just think that society usually tells us that, you know, if we want to do something in life, we've got to start it really early. | ||
| And I mean, not that 39 is not young. | ||
| I mean, I'd like to think it's young. | ||
| I just turned 40, so I'd like to think that it's young. | ||
| But I mean, by society's standards, you tend to think of people, you know, starting on that path much sooner. | ||
| What can you tell us about that? | ||
| Well, what I wanted to do was go sailing. | ||
| I didn't really want to be a lawyer, but while I was living on sailboats and hanging around with sailing people who were a different breed, I didn't have a television. | ||
| So I read books. | ||
| I read Harvard Classics, Marcus Aurelius, Penn, Franklin, Washington, all these old books, which I enjoyed. | ||
| And I felt led to read the old books. | ||
| And so I met a fellow who was also building a boat. | ||
| I built my 33-foot double-ender, a gaff rig catch, for those that know what those are, in my backyard. | ||
| And I met this other fellow, Jim, when I was up in New Jersey, and he was building a big catamaran. | ||
| And he later went to law school and passed the bar. | ||
| And we were friends for years. | ||
| And he said, well, why don't you at least take the law school aptitude test, the LSAT, and see how you do? | ||
| So I said, wow, what the heck? | ||
| He and I were rather competitive, as, you know, men can be in friendships, and one over the other all the time. | ||
| And so I did it and got a very good score. | ||
| So I was teaching in a private school, and I told the headmaster that if I got accepted, I applied to one law school. | ||
| I said, if I get accepted to this law school, I'll go. | ||
| If I don't, I'll stay here and teach in your private school here till the end of time. | ||
| And the law school accepted me. | ||
| So I went to law school really because I wanted to write about the things that I had read in all those dusty old books that don't seem to be very well known today, Christy. | ||
| And what is the biggest thing that we don't know today or that many people are under a delusion about? | ||
| Well, I think that whether it's intentional or whether it's negligence, we could talk about that another time, pointing the finger at who's responsible. | ||
| But it turns out, and what I discovered, was that this whole process of winning lawsuits It's a piece of cake. | ||
| An eighth grader can learn it in a weekend. | ||
| It isn't hard. | ||
| The rules of evidence are straightforward. | ||
| They're fair. They're fair to both sides if you know how to use them. | ||
| The rules of procedure are simple. | ||
| And nobody was told. | ||
| We weren't taught this in school. | ||
| And, you know, the bar kind of, whether they do it intentionally or negligently, give us the idea that If you go to court and you're your own lawyer, you have a fool for an attorney, and that's fine if you can afford an attorney. | ||
| Most people can't. | ||
| Less than one in four can actually afford an attorney. | ||
| I think it's 17% of the American public can afford a lawyer. | ||
| The other 83% can't. | ||
| So I decided that I would start a course back in 1997 that I've been building on all these years. | ||
| And we've helped tens of thousands of people over the years who otherwise would have lost their children, lost their liberty, lost their homes, lost their business, lost their savings. | ||
| And by simply teaching them in a way that's very simple and easy to understand and quick to learn, we have helped people from every walk of life To go to court without a lawyer and win. | ||
| And those who could afford a lawyer, we've helped them to understand what the person they're paying should be doing to earn their fee. | ||
| One of the things that I that really struck me that you talked about is you said a lot of these cases can just be won by a really good understanding of the rules and you know I feel like people like myself get extremely intimidated like oh this seems so complicated you have to go to law school or whatever and you're like well if you know have a really good understanding of just the basic fundamental rules you'll be in far away above half of these lawyers so tell me why that is. | ||
| Well, I gave you a good example of an actual case. | ||
| A lady had one of these Pontiac T-tops and they leaked. | ||
| It was back in the 80s. | ||
| And so she called me. | ||
| She said, you know, my roof leaks. | ||
| And so I drew up a complaint, a simple complaint, but maybe four or five pages at the most, where we stated a cause of action. | ||
| You learn what a cause of action is, which is basically you're telling the court the facts that you are going to be able to prove. | ||
| And then I also prepared what's called a request for production of documents and asked General Motors to provide all the documents they had with regard to leaking TTOPS. I also prepared what's called interrogatories, which are simply written questions that have to be answered under oath. | ||
| It's a big fancy name, interrogatories, but it really just means written questions you have to answer under oath. | ||
| It's no big deal. And I asked him to identify other people who had problems with leaking TTOPS. And I think the other thing was requests for admissions. | ||
| Again, just simply making some statements that they have to admit sooner or later because the rules say that once a lawsuit is begun, if you are served with requests for admissions, you either have to admit them or the court will admit them for you. | ||
| So I mailed that package to the lawyers for General Motors, and three days later, they offered a settlement. | ||
| It's not rocket science. | ||
| It's not differential calculus. | ||
| And the American public, I think, have been hoodwinked into thinking that it's too difficult. | ||
| And I have thousands and thousands and thousands of people who are proof that it is not too difficult. | ||
| And if I may, real quickly, I try to emphasize this with everyone I get a chance to talk to. | ||
| Everybody that hears me and you today, we believe we have rights. | ||
| We say, well, you know, I've got the Bill of Rights, and I've got this, and I've got that, and the government promises me certain rights. | ||
| And I want to emphasize with people, and I want you to think about this, yes, there are promises. | ||
| They are promises of rights. | ||
| But if you don't know how to enforce your rights, which means going to court, no other way to enforce your rights, if you don't know how to enforce your rights, then they really are just promises. | ||
| And I think there are too many people, good people in this country, who are disappointed Because those promises of rights have really fallen empty. | ||
| They're just nothing at all. | ||
| It's okay to have them until somebody challenges them or tries to take them away from you. | ||
| But when that happens, the Constitution doesn't enforce itself. | ||
| It can't do anything. | ||
| It's written down. | ||
| It's a wonderful document. | ||
| We've all taken an oath to support the Constitution of the United States. | ||
| But it's not enough. | ||
| You have to have the due process rules and principles and which you do. | ||
| They belong to each and every one of you. | ||
| And you have to understand that we do have this thing called the rule of law. | ||
| The law is supposed to be the highest power. | ||
| In this country, and it is. | ||
| Dr. Graves, we've got to go to a break, but we're going to talk more about these rules, the laws, and just how short it is after the break. | ||

| The rules of evidence in every federal case, criminal or civil, are 19 pages. | ||
| So my mission is to empower the people that listen to your Infowars to, instead of just, you know, being upset or complaining or being angry or carrying signs in the street or buying freeze-dried food, Learn how to go to court and make heads roll. | ||
| If people are doing bad things, you have this power. | ||
| It's not difficult. You can learn it in a weekend. | ||

| You file what's called a pleading in which you say what it is you're going to prove. | ||
| You don't just go in there and yell and scream and say, my rights have been violated and I demand that you do this. | ||
| That makes about as much sense as demanding you're going to get a home run on the baseball field just because you demand it. | ||
| No, you have to pick up the bat. | ||
| You have to hit the ball. But it's not hard. | ||
| It's not difficult. | ||
| It's a lot easier than hitting a ball being thrown by a major league pitcher. | ||
| But you can do it. | ||
| And the people have not known that. | ||
| It has not been possible before my course and the ability to access the law on the internet, which you can do today with an iPhone. | ||
| So they've made it a lot easier. | ||
| Well, it wasn't possible 30 years ago, really, to represent yourself. | ||
| You had to have all these books, and they're very expensive. | ||
| And now you don't have to have any books. | ||
| If you have an iPhone or a computer, you can look up the law and find out what the law is about anything, whether it's a foreclosure or a dog bite or an automobile negligence or somebody's trying to throw you in jail because they say you murdered somebody or somebody lied about you. | ||
| There's an awful lot of that going on. | ||
| People lie about you. | ||
| Take them to court. Make them pay you money. | ||
| You know, just let people lie about you. | ||
| Don't let people take your children. | ||
| I mean, how many people in this very day, in the past 24 hours, have had their children taken away because somebody lied about them and they don't know what to do? | ||
| And there's not all the lawyers on television that you see on television. | ||
| They're not going to take that case. They want you to pay money up front. | ||
| So we're filling the gap on that. | ||
| And people can have this power. | ||
| I like to tell people, you already have the power. | ||
| You just don't know you have it. | ||
| And so we want you to know you have the power and want to show you how to use that power effectively so that the things that we would otherwise sit around complaining about and being all upset about We don't have to be upset about it anymore. | ||
| We go to court. | ||
| A fellow named Blackstone, who wrote a book years and years and years ago, 200 years ago, he said the power of the people is in the court. | ||
| It's not at the polling booth, certainly not in the newspapers that are all owned by big corporations today. | ||
| The power of the people is not carrying signs in the street. | ||
| The power of the people... | ||
| Is going to court, filing pleadings, filing motions, making people answer questions under oath, or go to jail. | ||
| And you have that power. | ||
| Every one of you have that power. | ||
| And I want you to know you have that power. | ||
| And I want you to know how to use the power. | ||
| Instead of complaining about what's wrong in this country, go to court and fix it. | ||
| Now, I can hear my ears ringing because I know a lot of our viewers would be like, oh, the courts are all corrupt. | ||
| How can we trust them? But you have some good answers to that, too. | ||
| What do you say to those people that are pessimistic and you're saying, oh, that's not going to do anything. | ||

Everybody's corrupt. Well, I do. | |
| You know, there are crooked baseball umpires. | ||
| I mean, in the lower leagues, probably. | ||
| Certainly in the little league where, you know, dads get out there and fuss and fight so their kid can, you know, get on first base. | ||
| But the rules of court are fair, extremely easy to learn. | ||
| They're not difficult to learn at all. | ||
| And once you understand the rules and you know how to make a record, You can basically tell a sitting judge that he either rules in your favor or you're going to appeal him. | ||

| But first, growing up, my parents always told me there's two types of people in the world. | ||

| And that's what motivates them is basically what they told me. | ||

| I mean, people actually did things like that. | ||
| And so we have a much better system today, but the system is not people. | ||
| What I want people to understand is that these rules are so fair that when you use the rules and make a record, there's an appellate court sitting up there who, for the most part... | ||

| You said a lot of people are like... | ||
| We have to fight against this evil and we have to fight against our rights being taken away. | ||
| Make sure that you contact your legislators and make sure that you vote. | ||
| And you kind of laughed that off and were saying, eh, there's still a conflict of interest there. | ||
| You wanna expand on that? | ||
| Tell me what you told me. Well, I tell people, I try to make metaphors to explain things. | ||
| That's one of the reasons I think the course is so easy. | ||
| I've got weeds in my yard, Christie, and I get real upset about it. | ||
| It makes me angry. | ||
| I want to tell my neighbors. | ||
| I was thinking about carrying signs in the street to complain about my weeds. | ||
| It doesn't do any good. | ||
| And all the complaining really doesn't do any good. | ||
| And so I want to ask people, okay, so you think the courts are corrupt, so don't go to the court because you think they're corrupt. | ||
| And don't even try to learn this because it probably won't do any good anyway. | ||
| But then the question comes, well, what will you do? | ||
| Will you just continue to complain? | ||
| Will you just continue to be upset about the way things are? | ||
| Tell more people that's going to make it better. | ||
| It doesn't. The only thing that makes it better is when you go to court. | ||
| You know, children with dark skin, they don't go to a separate school anymore. | ||
| If you get arrested, there's a Miranda warning, because there was a fellow from Florida, his name was Miranda, and he said, no, this isn't right. | ||
| And he went to court and he convinced the judges to change the law. | ||
| So now they have to give you a Miranda warning. | ||
| They can't just beat you with a rubber hose and make you confess. | ||
| That's because somebody went to court. | ||
| We have this power and we keep on using that word power you have the power or you can complain you can be sad you can be unhappy you know you can drink and take drugs and Do crazy stuff if you want to. | ||
| It's not going to help you. | ||
| It's not going to help your family. | ||
| It's not going to help the people you love. | ||
| It certainly isn't going to help America for you to continue to complain and point your finger at things you don't like. | ||
| If there's things you don't like, nail them. | ||
| Write a pleading, file it in the courthouse, make people come to court under oath and answer questions and produce documents. | ||
| And if they don't produce documents, there's a process in my course, you can have them put in jail until they will produce the documents. | ||
| This is your power that was paid for by the price of young people who didn't get to come home and have another slice of Aunt Susie's apple pie. | ||
| I believe in America. | ||
| But I understand clearly that America is not just a flag. | ||
| It's not just fields of wheat. | ||
| It's not just General Motors and Ford and Chrysler. | ||
| America is a set of rules that are there to protect the people, to enforce the people, to empower the people, to give the people hope. | ||
| I love it. I want people to know those rules and know how to use those rules. | ||
| And instead of complaining about what's wrong, make these bad people sit up and pay attention to you and take the witness stand and answer questions under oath and produce this document. | ||
| I almost said a bad word there. | ||
| But by golly, you're going to do what I want you to do because people died for my right to ask these questions and you're going to answer me. | ||
| So inspiring and it just can't help but think that you know we have been left in the dark you know for for that what thousands of years women were giving birth you know out on their own and squat like have a baby and then we all of a sudden were convinced that you know we have to go to a hospital we have to have drugs we have to lay down and give birth which doesn't even make sense um thankfully somehow my eyes were open to that and I was blessed to be able to do it a natural way and and And no drugs or whatever. | ||
| And then when it comes to how we react, our moods and everything, we were convinced that all kids, if they're overactive, they need to be drugged. | ||
| And we were convinced by the pharmaceutical industry that we need to give drugs to our kids. | ||
| And so we see all these cases of being convinced of something. | ||
| And so this seems like another case Where we've all been convinced that we need some high-priced lawyer to fight our battles for us. | ||
| And all along, here's another case where it's a more natural way that we can go about it. | ||
| We can just do it ourselves. Well, I thought, you know, years ago we had, I guess, what you'd call a health revolution. | ||
| People began to be aware of, you know, we need to exercise, need to drink water. | ||
| We have a medical revolution. | ||
| People are becoming more and more aware of medical things. | ||
| I want to start a legal revolution in this country. | ||
| I want a justice revolution. | ||
| Let's call it that. That's what it really is. | ||
| You know, I have rights and you have rights. | ||
| And when somebody violates my rights, I have two options. | ||
| I can complain about it. | ||
| Well, I have three options. I can complain about it. | ||
| I can wait till November and vote and hope that some jerk that is just out for trying to stay in office no matter how many lies he has to say, that he's somehow going to do what I want him to do because I voted for him. | ||
| Or I can... | ||
| Start today. I can sit down and draft a three-page pleading, file it in a courthouse, have the court clerk issue a summons, have the sheriff serve the summons and to complain on this bad person that could be the school board, could be my next-door neighbor. | ||
| And those people now have to come to court. | ||
| They have to answer questions under oath. | ||
| They have to produce documents. | ||
| They have to sit there and be deposed. | ||
| And if they try to pull something on you, like Bill Clinton, you know, depends on what you mean by is, you don't have to put up with that nonsense. | ||
| Most lawyers are pansies, in my opinion. | ||
| But people that learn my course, they are nailing people to the wall. | ||
| They're saying, no, no, excuse me. | ||
| No, you're not going to get away with that. | ||
| I have come a long way. | ||
| I will be heard. | ||
| You will answer my questions. | ||
| You will produce documents. | ||
| We will make a record. | ||
| And if this judge is stupid enough to go against me, we will take this up on appeal. | ||
| And the three panel appellate justices will rule in my favor. | ||
| Because that's what America's about. | ||
| Yes, and it was so encouraging. | ||
| I happened to hear you. | ||
| I was listening to something that I never even listened to, and I just felt like it was God-ordained that I happened to hear from you because it was just such an encouraging and inspiring message. | ||
| And I got to hear from someone that has used your tactics, and you could hear the excitement in his voice like, I never knew I could do this. | ||
| I never knew it could be this easy to go up against these elitists, these arrogant people. | ||
| And I don't know if you remember, but... | ||
| I don't even remember bits and pieces of it, but he said that he was able to go up against a lawyer that had been awarded Lawyer of the Year or something and still beat her or is still at least going toe-to-toe. | ||
| I'm not sure if you remember that case. | ||
| If you don't, then tell me another case. | ||
| Well, it's just wonderful. | ||
| And I keep saying the same thing over and over again because it is really so simple. | ||
| It's pleadings and discovery where you get the evidence into the records. | ||
| You have five tools to get the evidence into the record. | ||
| They're easy to learn. They really are a piece of cake. | ||
| And then you file motions to get orders. | ||
| You move the court to sign an order. | ||
| That's really all it is. | ||
| They're pleadings where you state what we're going to prove. | ||
| Then you have five tools to prove what you said you were going to prove. | ||
| And if you use those five tools in a clever way, then You can prove what you said you were going to prove, and once you prove what you said you were going to prove, you move to the court and sign an order. | ||
| I think what you explained before is that you actually end up having an edge because you're following the rule of law, like to the T. Some of these lawyers have gotten lazy. | ||
| They're in their own little club and they've kind of let things slide. | ||
| But now you're going to have an edge on them because you're following the actual rule of law. | ||
| That cannot be ignored. | ||
| And I think that's so exciting and especially exciting that you can learn all this quite quickly. | ||
| I want to hear about some specific cases after we come back from the break and how we might be able to use this right now. | ||

| We are in our final segment with Dr. | ||
| Frederick Graves. About how you can take the power back in your own hands. | ||
| Quit complaining and do something about it. | ||
| If you don't like the way things are going, you don't have to just trust legislators or elected officials that very well may let you down. | ||
| But if you want something done, do it yourself. | ||
| And you can actually learn these... | ||
| Methods quite quickly. | ||
| Dr. Frederick Graves is in as little as a weekend, and you can just follow the rules of the law that many long-term lawyers have, you know, long since forgotten, and that actually gives you an edge, and you can win a lot of cases, and he's got thousands and thousands of success stories on his website. | ||
| And so, Dr. Frederick Graves, we've been talking kind of very general about this. | ||
| I know people have been really frustrated with, you know, the mask wearing, and particularly civil rights, um, In constitutional rights, do you have any recent cases or anything that comes to mind where somebody was able to take one of these things they were frustrated about that's happened recently that's threatened their rights and been able to go and do something about it in court with your skills, the skills that they learned from you? | ||
| Absolutely. One of my favorites is a fellow. | ||
| He was a truck driver, and he called me. | ||
| I was actually on the way to a local bar meeting. | ||
| And I answered the phone, and he said, is this Dr. | ||
| Graves? I said, yes. He said, I don't know how to thank you. | ||
| I said, okay, that sounds good. | ||
| He said, I haven't been able to see my children for five years. | ||
| Now I have sole custody, and it's all because of your course. | ||
| I want people to understand, Christy, nothing that I teach I didn't learn this in law school. | ||
| So if anybody's thinking, gee, well, he went to law school, so it must be easy for him. | ||
| He's a member of the bar. It must be easy for him. | ||
| Every case I was in, there was a lawyer on the other side that was a member of the bar. | ||
| I didn't win because I was a lawyer. | ||
| I won because I used the same tactics that I teach in the course. | ||
| I remember I had a case in West Palm Beach. | ||
| The other side had made a deal with a fellow, actually, to steal $4 million from my client, and we wanted a copy of this agreement. | ||
| And so they finally gave it to us. | ||
| We had to fight them tooth and nail, but we used the rules and got that agreement, and it was all marked out with a big black mark. | ||
| It was redacted. And I went to the judge and I said, I want you to read this and see that what, because you're going to see the original, and I want you to see that this game that they're saying about it containing trade secrets is just cockamamie bull. | ||
| And the judge said to me, I'll never forget it, he was a retired brigadier general. | ||
| And he said, well, I don't have time to read that. | ||
| And I said, well, Your Honor, you don't have a choice. | ||
| The rules say you have to read this document. | ||
| Well, I'm sorry about that, really. | ||
| With all due respect to the bench, sir, you're going to read it and you're going to tell us whether or not there are trade secrets. | ||
| And there were no trade secrets, so we got the entire document without the redactions. | ||
| You know, it just isn't right for people to abuse and And prostitute something as precious as the rule of law and the principles of due process, which are the only things that keep you safe, Mr. | ||
| and Mrs. America. You can believe otherwise. | ||
| You can believe that a gun or a cannon or a hand grenade or something is keeping you safe. | ||
| But behind all those guns and cannons and hand grenades is a set of rules. | ||
| And the name of those rules is America. | ||
| And I want you to know that. | ||
| And I want you to know that people are getting their children back and people are staying out of prison. | ||
| I remember a fellow, he wrote to me and he said, you know, I get to be home for the holidays and I don't know how to thank you. | ||
| They were going to lock me up for 30 years, but I learned about the rules of evidence from your course and I'm a free man. | ||
| Lawyers lie. Lawyers will tell the judge that some case, they'll say, you know, Hadley versus Baxendale, and it says this, Your Honor, and it's a 1934 case, blah, blah, blah. | ||
| And then all you have to do is go read the case yourself, and believe it or not, more than half the time that I would do this, the case that the lawyer was citing on the other side didn't even apply, which is something he was trying to scam the judge with. | ||
| They hide the ball. | ||
| People refuse to answer questions. | ||
| And I sit there and I think about people, young people, men and women, girls and boys, barely big enough to carry a rifle and scared to death and climb out of those amphibious vehicles at Normandy Beach and charge against that hill with the Germans shooting back at them. | ||
| Why'd they go there? | ||
| I know why they went there. | ||
| They went there for your right to be heard, to call witnesses, to make people produce documents, to have justice, to get justice, to demand justice, and to make these high-minded judges where they are high-minded. | ||
| They're not all high-minded, but if they are high-minded, to make them, compel them to do what is right and give you what those young people died for. | ||
| And without that, without being able to go to court, Mr. | ||
| and Mrs. America, you don't have any rights. | ||
| It's really remarkable. | ||
| But you don't have any rights if you don't know how to go to court and you don't happen to be one of the 17% that can afford to hire a lawyer. | ||
| And half the people that hire a lawyer end up with a bad person. | ||
| So now we're down to 8.5%. | ||
| That's true. That's not what America's supposed to be. | ||
| It's really remarkable. Fight. | ||
| Yes, fight. It's really remarkable the strides that are being made with the everyday man. | ||
| What's the term pro se? Is that what you call it when you don't have a lawyer? | ||
| Okay, see, I got a lot to learn. | ||

You got to work on me. Just basically on your own. | |
| Basically on your own. But it's amazing. | ||
| More and more people are figuring this out. | ||
| Like you said, we're heading into a justice revolution. | ||
| People are figuring out that, you know, you don't need to rely on anybody else. | ||
| You can actually figure out how to do these pleadings and things yourself, the affidavits yourself. | ||
| And there's been many cases of people in huge areas. | ||
| I believe it was in Louisiana where they were fighting this whole mask thing. | ||
| And now they have precedent. | ||
| And it was somebody that wasn't even an attorney, like just an everyday man that filed this. | ||
| And now they have precedent out of, I believe, the federal court there in Louisiana. | ||
| Do you know what I'm talking about? | ||
| And that, you know, it is a violation and that it did Go far and above the constitutional rights to try and invoke these health laws, if you will. | ||
| America belongs to Americans, not to the bar, not to the lawyers, not to the corporations. | ||
| I mean, it's your country. | ||
| If you want to control your country, go to court. | ||
| Pick up a pen. Use ink instead of blood. | ||
| You know, we spilled way too much blood. | ||
| We need to spill some more ink. | ||
| If you want to fix what Alex Jones and other people complain about, here's your chance. | ||
| There you go. Take it. | ||
| Yeah, take it in your own hands. | ||
| What about court case fees? | ||
| Are those expensive? | ||
| Like, can it get costly to, like, are there a lot of fees associated with filing a case or filing a pleading or an affidavit? | ||
| Or is that a myth? No, it's normally not expensive. | ||
| If you can't afford it, there's paper you signed at the clerk's office and you say, you know, I can't afford to pay the fee, but it might be as little as 20 bucks. | ||
| Maybe. Maybe $25 to have a paper served by the sheriff or somebody. | ||
| It's not a lot of money. | ||
| And my course emphasizes that you don't have to take depositions. | ||
| Depositions can be expensive because you have to pay a court reporter. | ||
| uh but most of this can be done on paper and also we want to be sure people understand that because most of it can be done on paper and should be done on paper very little of it actually takes place in a courtroom people that are afraid to go to a courtroom i want to encourage you you know winners win without going to court yeah they're very good We only have less than two minutes left, so I wanted to end on this note. | ||
| I know a faith element is a big part of this. | ||
| Share with you how your faith is tied up in this. | ||
| Well, something inside me motivates me. | ||
| I could be motivated to cheat people. | ||
| I could be motivated in many ways. | ||
| I don't think it's because of any innate goodness in me. | ||
| I just think that I've been blessed. | ||
| With a spirit that I didn't always have. | ||
| And I could use a little more changing. | ||
| You know, I'm sure that God could improve me a little bit. | ||
| But years ago, you know, I didn't even think about things like this. | ||
| Now, I really do care about people. | ||
| And I care about this nation and the hope and the promise that this nation offers the world still. | ||
| Like we've heard people say, we're supposed to be a light set on a hill. | ||
| But if we cover the light with a basket, You know, what good is the light? | ||
| But you've got the power to lift the lamp for other people. | ||
| And for heaven's sake, let's do it. | ||
| Let's stop complaining. | ||
| Let's make a difference. | ||
| If we don't like what's going on, you've got the power to change it. | ||
| And the courts are where you exercise that power. | ||
| There's nowhere else to do this. | ||
| That is where your power is. | ||

| I see them as divisions. This is the one way that you must worship God. | ||
| To me, the most important thing is that you worship God. | ||
| Please worship God. | ||
| Because the majority of humanity worships their cell phone. | ||
| And the trickster wants us to divide the good, the people that are worshiping God. | ||
| So right now in this time of spiritual battle, we must understand the people that worship God, no matter how they do it, Whether they're from an interpretation of another human a thousand years ago, or they have their own interpretation. | ||
| If they worship God, that is on our side. | ||
| The people that don't worship God, that don't have that guidance in them, they're liabilities. | ||
| They're dangerous, basically, now. | ||
| And so we don't want to be dividing ourselves over here. | ||

| You know, and if we feel like someone else is deceived and we warn them, I mean, if they're truly surrendered to Christ, then he will convict them. | ||
| But that's all we can do is be like, you know, I think you might be on the wrong path here, but it's between Christ and them at that point. | ||
| He convicts them if there is something different there and let it be. | ||
| We have to be the example. | ||
| Christ is in us, and it's in our actions and in our deeds. | ||
| And Christ accepted everyone, no matter what. | ||
| So we have to accept everyone, no matter what. | ||
| Even if we don't like it, that's just how it is. | ||
| And that's the strength of God, which God is everything. | ||
| Well, I didn't think we'd be talking about God today, but it's very awesome. | ||
| You know, it just happens when I host who just always goes to the religious conversations. | ||
| But, I mean, you hit it right on the head. | ||
| We are in a spiritual battle right now like we've never seen. | ||
| The silver lining and all the struggles that we have faced right now is that we have never been able to see evil so clearly as right now. | ||
| And we have an opportunity, an opportunity right now to be the light in the darkness The city on a hill, if you will. | ||
| You know, that's what God calls us to be. | ||
| And our light can be so bright right now because there is so much evil and so much injustice going on. | ||
