		Live being funny anymore, and two, them actually making honest jokes about Democrats.
		But both things happened this weekend, believe it or not, so we kick off this busy broadcast
		week with a little humor from SNL.

		Woo! A new poll shows that President Biden's approval rating has fallen to an all-time low of 33%.
		For a perspective, that's less than half the approval rating of Sonic the Hedgehog 2.
		Sonic 2 features the characters Tails and Knuckles, which are also the names of two gang members Joe Biden claims he fought in the 1960s.
		A video has also gone viral of President Biden finishing a speech in North Carolina, then apparently turning to shake hands with an invisible person.
		Hey, her name is Kamala.
		That's the last time you saw her.
		President Biden, seen here trying to remember where he left his mask, announced new federal regulations for ghost guns.
		I mean, look, I don't like the idea of people having ghost guns either, but if there's something strange in your neighborhood, who are you going to call?
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		So, I mean, those are all fair and honest jokes, and of course, some mild criticism there of Joe Biden, but it's very real, and it's funny, and that's SNL being funny.
		It's rare, but there you go.
		And you're not allowed to make fun of Democrats, but then finally when you are, it's the funniest thing you've done in years, because it's the most honest take with humor that you've done in years.
		And so, a little more comedy for you here now.
		This is a fun one.
		An individual decided to put FCKBLM as his license plate.
		So...
		Liberals were calling up law enforcement and local media when they saw the license plate.
		They said, oh my gosh, there's a license plate.
		You need to report on it. They then got the license plate recalled.
		Then on this news report you're about to play, they blur out.
		The guy had a campaign banner in the back of his window that said, make America great again.
		They blur it out on this news report.
		There are multiple levels of hilarity.
		Here it is, the famous now FCK BLM license plate in Hawaii.
unidentified		Evening, our top story tonight, this sales update on Oahu's roads that should have been gone almost a year ago.
		Yeah, you might remember the story that we first brought you last August.
		You see right there, that offensive license plate that we're talking about.
		It was approved by the city and county of Honolulu, essentially saying FBLM for Black Lives Matter.
		And you know, a lot of folks called us after seeing it out and about.
		And after our initial story went viral, the city told us the plate was recalled and would have to be surrendered by the driver.
		Yeah, we thought that would be the end of the story.
		But recently, people contacted us again, telling us those plates are still out on the road.
		So we looked into it again, and this story is new at night.
		Still out on the road. So what happened?
		The city and county admitted the plate never should have been allowed in the first place.
		Any combination of the F word should automatically be rejected.
		From there, officials recalled the plates and sent the owner three letters to surrender the offending plates.
		We now know those letters were ignored.
		No! Because obviously the guys felt comfortable enough, not only after you did the storyline, but to keep the lights in place on there.
		UH law professor Ken Lawson says as a black man living in Hawaii, he's disgusted.
		The process has now dragged on for almost a year.
		At this point, the car's registration and safety check are both expired.
		HPD tells us they're aware of the recalled plate, but they can't go on to private property to get them.
		They can, though, pull him over on public roads.
		Lawson, wondering where that kind of urgency was last year.
		And if you claim to be the aloha state and HPD represents that aloha, then do something about this kind of stuff.
		And the fact that you didn't, right, may be more proof that his license plate may be correct, you know, that our lives don't matter, that our feelings don't matter, that these types of things can be publicly done.
		Right now, it's a waiting game.
		If you see that car, you can report it to police.
		Now, a hold has been placed on the vehicle's registration on any further renewals until he surrenders those plates.
		Meanwhile, police say they haven't caught the driver to get those plates just yet.
		Yeah. We'll get you in your license plates.
		You think you could make a joke about Democrat Party policy?

		I've just got a stack of it.
		It's unbelievable.
		It's just the Globo homos during Pride Month have never been more aggressive, militant, pedophilic, filthy, demonic, And so I don't want to make a big fuss of what we saw this weekend in Dallas today because I covered that for two hours last night.
		Because this is all new news.
		This is all stuff that's happened since that debacle.
		But what would you call it when you have men...
		Getting dressed up in sexual regalia with a sexual energy at a club that has a catwalk with a sign that says it's not going to lick itself.
		Clearly referencing genitalia, oral sex.
		And then you brought kids to that event and you had the adults doing their adult activity for the children.
		They were the target audience. What would you call that?
		You would call that pedophilia. You would call that child abuse.
		And you would expect there to be an investigation and an arrest.
		But if you call it liberal and you call it Pride Month, then you can get away with pedophilia and child abuse in
		broad daylight.
		It is truly an incredible thing.
		It's some sort of wizardry or witchcraft where they can just do open child abuse and pedophile activity and then just say abracadabra or liberalism or pride month and then it's, oh, it's liberal, it's pride month.
		It's amazing. Oh, hey, look, you just brought kids to a gay club where men are sexualizing them and doing dances for them and taking money like they're strippers and children are soliciting prostitution.
		That's child abuse.
		That's pedophilia. Liberalism!

		If you got gas this weekend, I filled my tank this morning.
		I just keep spending more and more money at the gas pump.
		And, I mean, look, I don't have a tight budget where I'm getting crushed now that I'm paying double at the gas pump.
		But I told you, I mean, there's times now where I'm like, do I really want to make that trip to the lake?
		Or do I really want to go on this trip over here or whatever?
		And it's like, eh, let's spend $100 to drive up there.
		But I mean, I really feel people are feeling the crunch and the pinch.
		I mean, unbelievable stuff.
		A hundred bucks to fill your gas tank now.
		Record gas prices.
		And they just keep going up, by the way.
		And that's on top of the inflation and the supply chain crisis and everything else.
		And I'm just going to go down a list of everything Democrats are doing in this country right now, and you can reach your conclusions.
		Same things an enemy force would do, they're doing.
		But hey, Biden was at the beach.
		Biden has spent more time on vacation during his presidency than any other president in U.S. history.
		He spends every weekend at the beach in Delaware.
		Every weekend.
		Every weekend.
		Spend more time at the beach than in the Oval Office, in fact.
		But that's the big joke, is how they lie to you and deceive you and get away with it.
		Imagine, of course, Joe Biden didn't campaign very much, but when he did, what did he say?
		He said, we're going to end fossil fuels.
		We're going to end the oil companies.
		We're going to shut it all down. Remember, he would go grab little girls, and he'd say, I promise we're going to end it.
		I promise. He'd go and grab them and grope them, and he'd get right in their face and give them a little sniff.
		It's not going to lick itself, said Joe Biden, probably.
		And so they say, we're going to end oil.
		We're going to end fossil fuel.
		We're going to end gas. We're going to get net carbon emissions down to zero.
		And then you say, hey, do you hear what they're saying?
		Your gas prices are going to go up.
		Your energy prices are going to go up.
		And they say, oh, no, no, no, no, no, no.
		That's just a conservative conspiracy theory.

		Conservatives predict gas prices will spike under Biden.
		Experts say those fears are overblown.
		Oh, and now here you are almost two years later paying double.
		Paying double.
		Double. In fact, what did I say?
		I said by the end of June, you will find gas prices hitting $10 a gallon.
		They're now $9.50 at some parts of California.
		$9.50.
		Now, I... They have to reprogram.
		This is how bad Biden's America is.
		They have to reprogram gas pumps to even display $10 a gallon.
		Things are so bad under Biden, they're going to have to reprogram the computers.
		So it's not like Y2K where it's just an inevitable calendar flip.
		No, this is the Democrats crushing you so badly with the Green New Deal and the Paris Climate Accord that you have to find ways to reprogram computers at the gas pumps because gas prices have gone so astronomically high under Biden that the old computers can't even handle it.
		Hey, but they told us, don't worry, there is no inflation, there is no gas price hike, as everything they claimed was their policy that they campaigned on would lead to inflation and energy prices hiking.
		So we got all that. I got news out of Ukraine.
		I got big political news.
		Another weekend of deadly shootings.
		This time the Democrats seem to care.
		And other shocking and horrifying news stories coming up for you today with the video clips.

	Well... Here's an interesting story from DeKalb County.
	This is a wild one. And, I mean, this one, you could take your mind a million different directions with how this goes down.
	But this is Atlanta.
	DeKalb County is Atlanta.
	So that was a big, big election theft for the Democrats to steal it from Trump in 2020.
	DeKalb County certifies primary election results following glitch.
	Oh, a glitch, you say? A glitch.
	Interesting. What kind of a glitch?
	What kind of a glitch indeed. The board voted 4-1 to certify results Friday after a glitch forced workers to hand-count ballots for one race.
	You wonder how that went behind the scenes.
	Those results included the contested County Commission District 2 Democrat primary.
	Complaints from Michelle Long Spears sparked the recount.
	The pull tape posted outside several precincts, including the one Spears voted in, showed she did not receive a single vote.
	Following the recount, she had more than 6,000 votes, winning the nomination.
	Election workers started the hand count Sunday, continued Monday, finally wrapping up around midnight.
	So it took them that long to do just a tiny little race there.
	This is why they don't like doing the hand count of the ballots.
	But if that's what we need to do to preserve our elections integrity, then I think it's worth it.
	How does that happen, folks?
	A glitch? Zero votes to the winner?
	Zero votes to the winner?
	Because of a glitch in a machine in Atlanta, Georgia.
	But hey, when Democrats win, you don't ask a thing.
	There's no election fraud.
	You don't worry about a damn thing.
	If a Republican wins, then they never concede.
	Ask Hillary Clinton. Ask, what is the job of the hut Democrat from Stacey Abrams?
	That's the one. And then, of course, there's 2000 mules that proves beyond a reasonable doubt that there was massive election fraud in the 2020 presidential election.
	And now there are even charges being filed on some of these cases.
	Yuma County, this is Arizona.
	Yuma County School Board members set to plead guilty for 2020 election ballot trafficking crimes as exposed in 2000 Mules.
	State Senate candidate Gary Snyder, who busted the fraud, weighs in.
	That interview is at the Gateway Pundit as well as the lawsuits there.
	So... Oh, no, it's a big lie.
	Biden won fair and square, didn't campaign, didn't have any support, but got 90 million votes.
	It was Obama holding him back, don't you know?
	And then, oh, you have in Texas and Arizona and Georgia and Pennsylvania and everywhere else, and then 2,000 mules.
	All of these examples of massive voter fraud, all these arrests, all of these charges, it's just totally proven that it's going on.
	And the Democrats don't care because if the cheating or the glitches and everything works in their favor, then that's okay.
	Now, there is a legitimate panic right now in the halls of the Democrat Party.
	And there's an odd thing where Democrats believe that they own non-whites in this country.
	Oh, excuse me. I just told you the truth about Democrats.
	No. Democrats believe they own the votes of non-whites in this country.
	That's why Biden says if you don't vote for Biden, you're not black.
	And so, I meant to cover this last week and it's almost working out better that I didn't because it's kind of spilled over now.
	But here's the big picture.
	Democrats are panicked because they've lost the Hispanic vote.
	And they just assumed that they could bring in all these illegal immigrants, own the Hispanic vote, and basically never have to campaign again ever because they would just own the Hispanic vote and they'd have all these groups controlling all these different Hispanic, Latino groups.
	And that was their big plan.
	But they're losing it.
	They're losing the Latino vote in Florida, in Texas, in California, in Arizona, and across the board.
	And so they're panicked. There's a story about this in Politico.
	Dems sweat GOP surge in South Texas special election.
	And this is about Myra Flores, who is surging.
	Looks like she's going to flip a traditionally Democrat seat in Texas.
	And this has already happened in the 2020 and now leading into the midterms.
	These traditionally blue seats, we have Hispanic women that are running for these seats and winning.
	I think we flipped three or four in the last election.
	The Hispanic women got in.
	This is a trend now, taking over in Texas and in Florida.
	And the Democrats hate that.
	They want to own the Hispanic vote.
	So they're panicked.
	And so last week, the daughter of The daughter of, what's the guy's name on Telemundo?
	I forget the guy. He's the big guy.
	He's like their number one host on Telemundo.
	And now his name is skipping, I think, Ramos, right?
	Jorge Ramos, I think. And so, Jorge Ramos' daughter starts going on all these American media networks, like MSNBC, and then the story comes out.
	MSNBC's field report relitigates 2020, rehashes disinfo tropes, but don't even worry about the headline.
	Here's the story. So, you've got Jorge Ramos' daughter, who I guess is now involved in American politics, Paula Ramos.
	And she's going around all these leftist television networks saying, look, we're losing the Latino vote.
	I don't understand. As if, again, the notion is that Democrats own the Latino vote.
	And she makes these statements on MSNBC and she says, I don't understand why any Hispanic in America would ever vote Republican.
	That's what she says. That's what she says.
	Well, I can think of a million reasons, but I'm not here to have that debate.
	So they're going around.
	I guess Paolo Ramos is the new big propaganda agent for the Democrat Party and American media.
	They're trying to fluff up. Jorge Ramos Jr., he's the big propaganda agent for Hispanics in Mexico.
	And now his daughter's going to be the big one for Hispanics in America, apparently.
	Or that's the effort. That's the test that's being run right now.
	And she says, why would any Hispanic ever vote Republican?
	Well, there's a million reasons.
	But the point is, they're panicked.
	They're panicked because Hispanics aren't voting Democrat anymore.
	And they're panicked.
	Because the numbers show most Hispanics are moving conservative, and now there is this overwhelming number of Hispanics running for office as Republicans.
	And so what's their answer?
	More propaganda. New Latino media group startup launches with historic $80 million.
	And they say they raised this from philanthropists and stuff.

	So here's what they've done.
	They've bought up as many television stations and radio stations.
	I remember Alex Jones talking about this years ago.
	Because I worked in local media and radio, and I've seen this happen with my own eyes.
	I've been a part of these transitions where huge groups with a bunch of money will come in and buy a radio station, and they don't really care if the station is profitable or anything.
	They just need it for information control just to add to this umbrella that they have, hoping that if you're flipping through the radio, you're going to get the Democrat Party propaganda.
	So that's what they've done now.
	With their $80 million, they found all of these hardcore radical leftists that are afraid that Hispanics might not be owned by the Democrat Party.
	So they bought all these radio stations, all these TV stations.
	They're planning on running propaganda 24-7 to promote Hispanics to vote for the Democrats from now until the midterm elections because they're panicked that they don't own the Hispanic vote.
	The Democrats cannot win elections legitimately, folks.
	They cannot win it on an intellectual debate or a policy debate.
	So all they can do is censor their opposition.

		Now, If you've been tuned into the War Room for any period of time, you know that I'm constantly talking about how I could spend three hours a day covering mass shootings.
		It happens every weekend.
		There's dozens dead.
		It's not a good thing.
		And of course, 99% of that crime happens in Democrat-run inner cities, and the vast majority of those crimes are black-on-black crimes.
		And that's why the media and the Democrats don't care about them or cover them because there's no political leverage for them in those situations.
		But all of a sudden they seem to care about it.
		Now, on a similar note, but a different note at the same time, you know, the Bidens need security too.
		And Joe Biden has had armed security now for 50 plus years.
		Joe Biden has had armed security, but he wants to disarm you.
		But, you know, there's other members of the Biden family that want some armed security, too, because they don't feel so safe running around.
		After all, you know, criminals never feel safe.
		But there's a member of the Biden family that doesn't get such good treatment.
		Joe Biden refuses to provide security for Hunter's love child, Navy, despite being made aware his three-year-old granddaughter and her mom, London Roberts, were threatened by angry cage fighter X. And so Hunter Biden's baby mama...
		And we know that that is Hunter Biden's kid that the Bidens ignore.
		Hunter Biden pays no child support.
		Hunter Biden gives no accolades, respect, nothing to those individuals.
		The woman that he impregnated or his daughter.
		And Joe Biden is refusing to give any security to his granddaughter.
		even though she's getting threats from a professional fighter.

		I mean, again, talk about just the nature of the Biden crime family.

		Hunter Biden, while sleeping with his sister-in-law, impregnates an exotic dancer and then refuses to pay child support or even recognize that that's his kid at all.
		Now that family is receiving threats and the Biden say, sorry, no armed security for you.
		That's only for us.
		Only for us.
		Should I say it? Can I say it?
		Imagine if it was the Trumps.
		But it was the Clintons before that, with Bill Clinton's illegitimate children that they ignored and Hillary hated so much.
		But, back to the point.
		Democrats causing violence all over the country.
		And now all of a sudden they seem to care about mass shootings.
		I've never seen so much mass shooting coverage after a violent weekend in Democrat-run cities.
		At least 54 injured, 11 killed, and 7 separate mass shootings this weekend.
		That's left-wing Axios.
		Yes, and where were those shootings?
		Oh yes, Democrat-run inner cities and black-on-black crime.
		And they say, hey, this only happens in America.
		Not true. At least 50 killed in massacre at Catholic Church in southwest Nigeria.
		Obviously an attack on Christians and Catholics.
		And so therefore, the mainstream media and the Democrats are not concerned about that.
		That's probably a good thing, actually, if you ask them, because they don't like Christians.
		In fact, I've got another story I'll come up covering later today.
		NBC News. It's becoming increasingly clear that the United States is under siege by Christian fundamentalists and traditionalists.
		Why Christian nationalism is suddenly at the forefront.
		They hate you if you're a Christian.
		And so they don't mind 50...
		Catholics killed in a mass shooting in Nigeria over the weekend to them.
		That's a good start. They hate you.
		They hate Christians. They hate God.
		But back to America.
		America's deadly weekend of more mass shootings raises stakes for Senate gun talks, says CNN. Ah, yes.
		And again, we've got the videos here, like in Philadelphia.
		Philadelphia district attorney blames NRA for mass shooting while refusing to prosecute illegal gun crimes.
		Yes, typical Democrats blaming someone else for what they...
		Are responsible for.
		That's either Donald Trump or the NRA or, you know, who knows, whatever their favorite blame individual is at the time.
		And then they continue.
		It's so odd to me. Dionne Leem works for an ABC affiliate in Oakland and does fantastic work covering all the violent crime happening against Asians in that area.
		And then she goes and poses for pictures with Democrats and glad handing them.
		It's like, you know, this only happens in Democrat-run cities by Democrat voters.
		You don't have hate crimes against Asians happening anywhere else except by Democrats in Democrat-run cities, and then you cover it as your biggest story, and then you go and pose for pictures with Democrats causing all the problems.
		I'll never understand liberals.
		I'll never understand how anybody can be that stupid to be a liberal Democrat.
		But I've got more on that coming up.

		You can say whatever you think it looks like, but definitely doesn't look like a white supremacy problem that we're having here, as now they're mobbing police cars, engaging in mass shooting, mass crime.
		And then you're told that you're the problem if you're a law-abiding white Christian citizen.
		It's just, it's ridiculous.
		I mean, hey, why stop in Tennessee?
		Let's go on down to South Philly in clip 13.
		Let's see what we got going on in South Philly, guys.
		Oh, yeah, we got another mass shooting going on in South Philly.
		Some more Democrat crime ravaged cities and some more non-white crimes going down here.
	You know, the vast majority of the crimes, that is.
	So vast majority of the crimes are non-whites and vast majority of the crimes happen in Democrat-run cities and then you're told Republicans and whites are the problem.
	It's an amazing time to be alive when liberals and Democrats exist and they lie 24-7, non-stop, around the clock.
	That's their job.
	That's their modus operandi.
	That's their spirit. That's their soul.

		And then you're going to get harassed by the IRS for trying to do what the people that know all the tax code do.
		So it's kind of briefly explain that and we'll start taking calls.

		So it starts when the IRS was created with the 16th Amendment in 1913.
		At that point in time onward, you know, the rich families, Rockefellers, DuPont, were able to have their lobbies put into place two basically separate systems.

		And so that's the thing, is the things that they have systematically put into the code Can be used by people like you and me, but there is an education gap.
		In America, the biggest difference between the classes in America, obviously, is money.
		Besides money, is education.
		So, when you went to high school, you didn't learn anything about taxes, probably not even financial literacy, right?
		No. And neither did I. I had to go to higher education to learn that stuff, and that's the kind of thing that I would argue Systematically, since 1913, they've been holding you down, holding the American public, the middle class down, for the benefit of the upper class.
		But we know what the tax code is, and we can use the exact same loopholes they can, albeit at a much smaller scale.
		But there's no reason, as a taxpayer, that you need to pay any more than what is legally obligated and not a penny more.
		That's your right as a taxpayer.

		it's tough for us to pass econ, but we used to make this joke, we'd be studying,
		we'd say, this is how econ class went.

		okay, if you have six cows, okay, and you have 10 chickens, okay,
		and then you have the graph here, okay, how many times does grandma get milk for dinner?

tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		So I'll tell you, if you're interested in taxation, what you can do right away is become and study to become an enrolled IRS agent, an EA as it's called.
		That'll give you the ability to, in fact, do other people's tax returns and stuff.
		And you don't need any education to do that.
		You just need to be able to pass their three exams.
		Which are a little bit difficult, but as long as you can study the tax code, you can do it in, I would say, a summer.
		That's step one. Step two is you are going to want to finish off that bachelor's degree, and if you are really intrigued, go to law school.
		And that's what I recommend.
		That is exactly the path I took.
		When I was still in community college, I became an enrolled IRS agent when I was young, my early 20s.
		And then I knew what I wanted to do, so I studied poli-sci with emphasis in law.
		And then when I went to law school, I made sure that I was studying my LLM in taxation.
		I mean, the funny thing is, when you go to law school, they're going to ask you why you're there.
		Pretty much every male in the class and every female in the class said the same thing.
		All the males said to make money.
		They asked how. They didn't have an answer.
		All the females said to find a husband, which was pretty damn funny.

		Keep making the payments. My crystal ball says the amount of money and the amount of EIDLs that went out, there's going to be a massive forgiveness before that note is called.
		Now, again, that's my crystal ball, but other than that, that EIDL is definitely still tied to your name, so we want to make sure that you don't fall into the bad side of things by not paying it.

		I started as an LLC. Okay.
		And then mid-year, I switched to a C-corp.
		Okay. Now, with my business I have employees, so I was paying unemployment tax with my employees.
		They classified it under the LLC instead of the corporation.
		So when I filed my taxes under the corporation, they said I didn't do it.
		I didn't pay my tax.
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		So basically what's happening there is you have entities that exist on the state level and you have unemployment that exists both on the state and federal level, right?
		And so this is a classic example of the right hand doesn't know what the left hand's doing.
		Your C-Corp should be paying all of that and it shouldn't be going on to you personally.
		Obviously, you know that.
		And so this is a call the state and have them sorted out issue.
		If you can't get through, that's what I'm here for and I can help you out.

		If you're a truck driver or any kind of job where you're making money in multiple states, All the time, and I'm sure you have seen this, multiple states are going to try to tax you.
		You can only be taxed by one state at a time.
		That's your state of residence. That's another right hand doesn't know what the left hand's doing.

tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		But you might be surprised to learn that it actually is tax-deductible on Schedule A. The IRS has ruled About two years ago, which means to the extent that it exceeds 7.5% of your adjusted gross income, that would be a Schedule A deduction, meaning you would no longer be able to take the standard deduction, but I imagine that reassignment surgery costs a lot more than $12,000.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		What about how much of your body percentage is chopped off if it's more or less than 7.5 of your body mass?
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		Does that come into play here? That's really funny, but no, it's AGI because this qualifies as a, whether you agree with it or not, it qualifies as a medical deduction, meaning it...
		Is on Schedule A, meaning you can only take Schedule A deductions or the standard deduction.
		And all medical expenses are capped at above 7.5.

unidentified		Anyways, my tax question is, we got some inheritance coming from our parents, and it's quite a bit.
		I want to put some of that money into as an investment.
		Is there a way to transfer that money, pay as little to the government, and then transfer it into an investment?
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		Well, of course there is. So the first question is, Matt, here, is are you receiving this inheritance in cash, in stocks and bonds, or is it in a retirement account like a 401k?
unidentified		Yeah, it's property, and we're selling it, so it'd be cash.
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		Okay, so when you sell property, your parents' property that you inherited, you get a step up in basis.
		And so what that means, if you sell it relatively soon to the time that they passed, and when you received it, then you aren't going to pay anything in capital gains when you sell that property because you receive as your basis the fair market value at the time the decedent died.
		And so that will save you from any capital gains in your inheritance.
		And at that point, putting it into your business is what's called a capital contribution.
		You're providing more capital for your business, and that also is a tax-free transaction.
unidentified		And it's not my company.
unidentified		I'm just investing or becoming an investor in it.
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		Well, okay, but you're going to be, it's a closed corporation, meaning it's not publicly traded or it's a publicly traded corporation?
unidentified		I don't know because they're just offering, I think it's publicly because they're offering 20% to the public to buy and so they're out looking for investors to purchase.
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		Okay, so the only difference there is those are both still non-taxable transactions.
		When you finally sell that stock that you're investing in down the line, you will have capital gains based on your basis purchase price today or whenever it is and whenever you sell it for the fair market value.
		That difference you will owe in capital gains.
unidentified		Okay, good.
unidentified		So my one parent, my mother's still alive, but my dad, he passed away this past week.
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		And you are in Utah.
		Okay, so in the West, in these states, when one of a married couple passes away, you get a half step up in basis.
		So, basically, whatever their basis was, the fair market value, half of that while one
		of your parents is still alive.
		After they both pass, then it goes up to 100%.
		And that's kind of a weird quirk of the law, but it was put in place to rectify the difference
		between community property states and common law states.
unidentified		Okay.
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		Does that make sense?
unidentified		Yeah, a little bit.
		So I'll look that up and do some more research on that, and then I'll call your guys.
		Yeah, absolutely. And there's like nine of us, and so some are going to use it just to take the cash, pay off their homes.
		Yep. Some are going to do the 1031 exchange.
		They're going to try to find some other property.
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		We can absolutely help you out with that as well.
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		Now remember, was it an investment property or personal residence?
unidentified		It's a personal farm property, so my dad bought it from his dad.
unidentified		You know, a long time ago, and so it's been the family for a long time.
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		Well, it's a farm. That's great.
		There are so many loopholes that exist for family farms specifically.
		That's why Schedule F is there.
		And so give me a call when you get a chance because I'm sure there's a multitude of things you're probably missing out on because, honestly, like a quarter of the tax code was written for farmers in making sure that You know, farmers typically are asset wealthy but cash poor because they're always having to buy, you know, equipment, work in the fields and stuff.
		And so because that is the case, there is a lot of tax law that is in your favor.

tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		What is colloquially called the death tax is the estate tax, and it was not...
		There was one year, 2010, because Congress couldn't decide on raising it that they completely
		eliminated it.
		But no, it still exists.
		It just gets the...
		What's called your lifetime exemption credit increases every year.
		So last year, if your estate was worth less than $12.5 million, you weren't subject to the estate tax.
		Now it's $13 adjusted for inflation, which obviously is less than that.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		So they only go after the rich people with the estate tax?
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		Well, typically, if you're stuck paying estate tax, that means you have either a taxable estate over $12 million, or you've given...
		Over $12 million in gifts in your lifetime.
		And that's where some people do run afoul of it.
		If you're giving away lots of gifts every year, being charitable, I mean, not to charities, but to people, right?
		Other individuals, businesses, then that's when that can start to add up.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		But they tax on those transactions as well.
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		But it's the giftor that pays gift tax.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		Yes. Is that one of the most egregious crimes of the tax system?
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		It's insane. So if you want to give somebody a gift, you have to pay the taxes on it.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		And then it's like, oh, I want to give something to my children after I die.
		Oh, you just put them with a nice bill from the government, too.
		I mean, it's just so criminal, but it's...
		It is what it is. We're trying to avoid it legally.

		I was the one who had that Alexa pure and the disgusting water and that rental, so First off, thank you for helping me out with that.

		So, my question is, well, a couple years back, my girlfriend had gone through major hip surgery, and because of that, she was off of work for about a year, and so she was getting disability pay, and now with her 2021 W-2s, or her With her taxes, she owes like three grand because of the time she was off of work.
		But why would that have happened if she was on disability?
		Is that something you guys could help out with?
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, no, absolutely. So do you know if this was SSDI or was it state disability benefits or both?
unidentified		I'm actually not too sure because we never even got a W-2 or a 1040 or anything from...
unidentified		From anybody? From the disability, yeah, or anything.
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		So more likely than not, it is SSDI and it was probably, this happened during the COVID when everyone was laid off of work, right?
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		No, it was right before COVID. Okay, so in 2018, 2019, that area?
unidentified		Yeah, right around then.
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		Alright, so right around then is when the states and the feds started handing out massive unemployment benefits, which would turn into the entitlements during the COVID whole thing.
		And now the thing is this, is SSDI, Federal Disability Benefits are not taxable until you start making more than $25,000 a year.
		So once you start making $25,000 a year, it's 50% taxable.
		And if you make more than that, it could go up to even be fully taxable.
		So that's one thing to look out for.
		The other thing that may have happened is if you're receiving state unemployment or disability benefits and then went back to work, That could have caused a penalty because you're not allowed to receive those type of benefits while you're working.
unidentified		Okay, that sounds...
unidentified		Okay, I think I understand.
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		So if that has happened to you, we can definitely help you out.

		Well, it's either one of two things.
		Either you're getting overtaxed because it was SSDI, or they think that for whatever reason, you improprietarily took, improperly took that disability.
		And if that's not the case, we can absolutely get it ironed up for you.

		I just want to start with, I've got all three coins.
		I'm very happy about them.

		With taxes, all this last year, all they asked was, do you, or did you, involve yourself in any crypto transaction?
		Yes. I've got Coinbase.
		I've traded You know, you can, within Coinbase, trade crypto for crypto.
		You can also buy crypto.
		You can do all these things.
		Correct. I've done a bunch of it.
		I also mine it.
		Okay. I went and purchased mining machines and have mining machines running in my home.
		Awesome. I just, you know, it's one of those things that I thought, from the beginning, it's like I'm fighting against the You know, the tyrannical system.
		You certainly are.
		So, I've been told I need to start a business.
		I've been told I should go through all these other things.
		For taxes purposes, I know they asked me, are you involved in it?
		And I said, yes, of course.
		I'm not going to lie to them.
		But what's my best avenue to, and I've totally lost on my 401k.
		I'm talking, I've lost like 60 grand over the last year and a half.
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, thanks, Bob. It's been horrible.
		Yeah, I pulled out of the regular stock market.
		But, so you're in crypto, right?
		You're making money mining Bitcoin.
		Are you also trading it as well?
unidentified		A little bit. I've sent a very small bit to an exchange, and I haven't even done anything with it, really.
unidentified		But... Within exchanges, I know that once you come out of the exchange, you need to pay your dues.
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		Here's the thing. Coinbase is going to 1099 any dollar, Bitcoin, Ethereum that goes through it, whether you made a profit or not.
		It was a regular brokerage firm.
		They'd send you what's called a 1099B, which shows your basis, how much capital gains you made.
		But with Coinbase, and since there's money flowing through it, they don't know what your basis is, and they're going to report every dime that went through that account as potentially income.
		Therefore, it becomes your burden to prove that it's not.
		And you're making money off mining, which is ordinary income as opposed to when you
		buy and sell a Bitcoin is a capital gains, right?
		And the reason that's important is because when you're making ordinary income, you can
		write off ordinary expenses against it.
		And the reason that you do want to be in a business is because let's say you're not doing
		that much and making passive income.
		Like, the classic example is rents, but you see it a lot with staking and that kind of thing.
		However, your mining enterprise is going to qualify as an active business because you had to buy all those computers.
		You have to keep that up to date.
		You're paying that, must be, astronomical electric bill to keep all this going.
		And therefore, we want to write this off on Schedule C or Put it in a corporation so that we can deduct things against it like your car, like your internet, other ordinary expenses.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		Whereas right now, it's going to be harder to do because you're probably writing it off on Schedule D. I'm curious, Jared, if you've asked any other tax attorneys or CPAs or anybody about crypto, because Tyler, my guess is the vast majority, probably an extremely high percentage of tax attorneys and CPAs, they don't even know how to address questions when it comes to crypto.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		They're just clueless.
tyler bennett ▲ ● ▼		100% correct, Owen.
		So where my office is located in downtown LA, we are in the accounting district and my next door neighbors are Ernst& Young, KPMG, Deloitte.
		These are all the top three and they routinely turn down clients and send them my way because they have substantial crypto assets and they don't want that liability.
		Listen, I study crypto just as much as taxes, DeFi, all that stuff.
		We can help you out because we're not scared of crypto.
		What we are is we're advocates and we're going to make sure you're paying the least amount of tax possible.
		We're not just going to give in because the IRS made a news bulletin claiming that everyone who's involved in DeFi is a tax evader.
		Like, that's just not true.

		A detailed look at the FDA investigation suggests that the three-month shutdown was unnecessary as the FDA investigation failed to produce any evidence linking Abbott's Sturgis facility or its formula to the illnesses or deaths.
		Now, we've known this, but the completion of the investigation just totally proves it again.
		So, why?
		Why? Why did the Biden administration, FDA, demand this plant be shut down?
		Why? If it was totally unnecessary?

		Driving to five separate stores.
		We found some toddler formula, but this doesn't help parents who have infants.
		This is the real problem.
		A lot of the shelves just like this.
		Finding little but frustration.
		We're always ordering, but for the last month or so, we haven't been able to get anything.
