| Ranking member James Comer sent letters to more than a dozen banks, financial institutions, and the Department of Treasury for financial information into the president's son's business dealings. | ||
| The letter states the investigation is to quote, determine whether these activities compromise U.S. national security and President Biden's ability to lead with impartiality. | ||
| The White House has declined to comment on a potential probe by the committee. | ||
| President Biden has previously said he was not involved in the business dealings of his son or brother, James Biden. | ||
| No evidence has been found to suggest otherwise. | ||
| Joining us now is CBS News Senior Investigative Correspondent Katherine. | ||
| Katherine, always such a pleasure to talk to you. | ||
| What are Republicans on the House Oversight Committee trying to accomplish by requesting all of these records? | ||
| Well, Lana, we were able to obtain more than a dozen letters that went to the banks as well as the Treasury. | ||
| And in the simplest terms, the ranking member of the House Government Oversight Committee is trying to lay the groundwork for a possible investigation. | ||
| If the House flips and he takes over the chairmanship of that committee, he said specifically he wanted to have the records at his disposal because he wants to drill down on this alleged commingling of funds He became president, Lana. Catherine, as I understand it, at the heart of these requests is something called a suspicious activity report. | ||
| Correct. Explain to us what that is. | ||
| Well, it's also known by the acronym SARS, and it breaks down into three categories. | ||
| The first category is called velocity, and what that means is how quickly is money coming into an account and then exiting the account. | ||
| So, for example, a bank account is established, five million comes in, and then within 24 hours, five million is out. | ||
| So that's very quick velocity, and that could lead to a red flag or a suspicious activity report. | ||
| The second is the size of the transaction. | ||
| So are these large numbers? | ||
| Are they round numbers? | ||
| Because typically business transactions are 27,485, not just 50,000 once a month for several months. | ||
| And then finally they have something called layering. | ||
| Layering is how many accounts I think David Korn might know something about that. | ||
| All of those categories. | ||
| And it's a way for the banks to say, hey, wait a minute, we need to have further review of this transaction. | ||
| And based on our reporting here at CBS News, we saw evidence of more than 150 activities that were flagged for further review involving the Biden family accounts. | ||
| Catherine, what have you learned also about the request to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen? | ||
| Well, this comes down to a very simple idea. | ||
| The House Republicans are saying that they're just not getting the access to these suspicious activity reports that they used to get. | ||
| They argue that they could get copies of these reports in their records and hold them on Capitol Hill. | ||
| And they're saying now it's sort of more restricted. | ||
| Have to go to these designated reading rooms. | ||
| But when we contacted the Treasury Department, they said that they're still providing records in a way that allows for robust oversight, and that there hasn't been a single instance when they've been asked by Congress for this kind of reporting, and it has not been provided. | ||
| Well, we're also hearing that there could be movement from the U.S. Attorney's Office in Delaware about their investigation into Hunter Biden. | ||
| Might we hear about charges soon? | ||
| And how would that potentially impact the Oversight Committee's probe? | ||
| Well, there's certainly been an acceleration of activity involving the U.S. Attorney's Office in Delaware. | ||
| You hear the last details, Republicans scratching their heads. | ||

| Why don't they use pharmaceutical grain? | ||
| It would be too expensive to use pharmaceutical grain. | ||
| Okay, so what do they use? | ||
| They use a waste product, a hazardous waste product, from the phosphate fertilizer industry. | ||
| For about a hundred years, the process for making soluble phosphate to use as a fertilizer is to take insoluble phosphate rock, dig up that rock, and then Add concentrated sulfuric acid and that reaction between those two chemicals puts off two very toxic gases hydrogen fluoride HF, and silicon tetrafluoride, SIF4. And over the hundred years, many examples of severe poisoning of the local environment. | ||
| The fluoride gases and dust falls on the grass, the cows eat the grass, it cripples the cows, ruins their teeth, and so on. | ||
| And the EPA required the phosphate fertiliser industry to put a scrubber on. | ||
| A spray of water. | ||
| And that spray of water converts these two gases, hydrogen fluoride and silicon tetrafluoride, to a new substance called hexafluorosilicic acid, H2SIF6. Now, this is where we get to the bizarre point. | ||
| They can't dump this scrubbing liquor containing hexafluorosilicic acid into the sea by international law. | ||
| They can't dump it locally because it's far too concentrated and corrosive. | ||
| But if they sell it to somebody, if somebody is willing to buy this, it becomes a product. | ||
| And then they put it in the water because they sell it eventually to these governments or private contractors that are in charge of the... | ||
| Water filtration systems and pumps and plants. | ||
| And we've actually had, this was probably a decade or more ago, Rob Dew and others went in with undercover cameras to the water treatment facilities and they found the shipments of hydrofluoristic acid that they put into the water. | ||
| And it comes in bags with a skull and crossbones on it because it's considered a deadly poison. | ||
| But they put it in our drinking water. | ||
| Lowers IQ, neurotoxin, they put it in our drinking water, folks. | ||
| So, what happened in these last months of the Durham investigation into the crimes of the Clinton campaign... | ||

| It's not COVID shipping delays. | ||

| Other supermarket shelves are filled. | ||

| Here are shelves in Mexico, Sweden, France. | ||
| The problem as usual is really the law itself. | ||
| Trade specialist Scott Lincecum calls this a government-caused shortage. | ||
| You won't hear that from most media. | ||
| They cover the business that announced a problem. | ||
| Abbott Nutrition has issued a voluntary recall for powdered baby formula. | ||
| We are here because a company was not able to guarantee that its plant was safe and that plant has shut down. | ||
| But normally, one factory closure doesn't cause massive shortages. | ||
| In a free market, you would expect to be able to fill in the gaps left by Abbott. | ||
| But America's baby formula market is not a free market. | ||
| The dairy industry gives millions to politicians. | ||
| The dairy industry in the United States has a really long history of lobbying the government and achieving protection. | ||
| That's why it's so hard to bring foreign formula here. | ||
| Dairy industry lobbyists got Congress to slap fat tariffs on formula from overseas. | ||
| There was a gray market where people were getting around these rules. | ||
| American parents enlisted third-party sellers to obtain European infant formula. | ||
| Boxes of formula arrived, but customs wouldn't let American parents have it. | ||
| Customs at the FDA's direction has been seizing European baby formula shipments at the border, much like a drug seizure. | ||
| They even brag about it. | ||
| U.S. Customs and Border Protection sees nearly $162,000 worth of mislabeled baby formula. | ||
| Customs then destroys the formula. | ||
| Some are banned even if the ingredients are just listed in the wrong order. | ||
| If you have the wrong scooper, banned. | ||
| If you don't list a certain ingredient that the FDA demands, you're banned. | ||
| Even if a third-party retailer provides you with the English translation, it's banned. | ||
| I would think the government now would suspend those rules. | ||
| Certainly should, but... | ||
| The dairy industry lobbied very hard for these rules that have provided them essentially a captive market. | ||
| They're not going to give that up easily. | ||
| So what's our government doing now? | ||
| Sending military planes to pick up formula in Germany. | ||
| Operation Fly Formula, the administration calls it. | ||
| But they pick up only the few bottles made in FDA-approved facilities. | ||
| And then they waste time inspecting it on arrival. | ||
| They say they just want to make sure the formula is safe. | ||
| I think a legitimate concern, if it were infant formula coming from perhaps China, but the fact is that the largest producer and exporter of infant formula is in Europe. | ||
| Maybe the European product isn't as safe. | ||
| It is safe. It's safe for European babies. | ||
| It's exported all over the world. | ||
| What we really need is a regime that simply says if it's approved abroad, it's approved here. | ||
| Parents should be able to decide for themselves. | ||
| So why don't we have that? | ||
| The FDA is extremely jealous of its regulatory authority. | ||
| If they haven't approved it, it's banned. | ||
| Recently, the FDA said we'll make a rare exception for one British company. | ||
| But what took so long? | ||
| We always want to be as fast as we can possibly be while also being diligent. | ||
| The commissioner even sounds sleepy. | ||
| We have to get this right. | ||
| Finally, one other big government-created reason for the shortage. | ||
| Unfortunately, we don't really have a diverse supplier base in the United States because of years and years of U.S. government intervention in the domestic baby formula market via a program called WIC. No more checks. | ||
| Using WIC is easier than ever. | ||
| WIC, a food stamp-like program for women, infants, and children, has grown so much, it now buys half the baby formula in America. | ||
| If your baby needs formula, we will help keep her fed. | ||
| Abbott Laboratories grabbed most of that market by offering the government the lowest price. | ||
| But that made the shortage worse when... | ||
| Abbott Laboratories issued a recall for its baby formula. | ||
| It's going to take weeks for Abbott to get manufacturing up and running again. | ||

| What we've always said in this campaign is it's not about red or blue. | ||

| space when it comes to the kind of political science system of, okay, here's primaries, | ||

| And now I'm getting people to go out and vote in primaries and they're getting aware. | ||
| So primaries are always a low voter turnout time, especially in a midterm election year. | ||
| These are the times where the activated people can actually make a big difference at the polls. | ||
| And I'm not saying that this audience or this transmission won the primary for Ken Paxton here in Texas, but I made damn sure I told everybody I know to get out and vote for Ken Paxton, and we stomped the deep state Bush's butt in our primary. | ||

| Why is it that almost every chiropractor I meet, and I've been going to chiropractors probably for about 15 or more years now, why is it that... | ||
| Almost every chiropractor I meet seems to be the most informed. | ||
| They're always the most informed people on what's going on. | ||
| I mean, seriously, of all the chiropractors, they're always seemingly the most informed and awake to what's going on in the world. | ||
| Why do you suppose that is? | ||

Well, I think we're just used to being a group of Pardon me, like misfits that have always resisted the status quo, not because we don't believe in science, but we just believe in real science. | |
| We believe in peer-reviewed science and research, but we like to fact-check, do real fact-checking. | ||
| And, you know, it's, you know, everything from, you know, the Vax conversation to, you know, the founding of Chiropractic, BJ and DD Palmer. | ||
| You know, we've been attacked by the medical community for probably 60 years. | ||
| And not to say that all medical doctors are bad, but, you know, there was an antitrust lawsuit about it in 1981. | ||
| So, you know, our pure existence We've been the black sheep. | ||
| We've been the fighters. And we've always been the ones to just ask questions. | ||
| And when we get resistance, when we ask those questions, we start to smell that scent in the air. | ||
| And it's not usually potpourri. | ||
| It's another smell. And we know we need to push back. | ||
| And so that's why you have people like Dr. | ||
| Billy DeMoss, one of my mentors in Newport Beach, that has been pushing back for years and does a tremendous Yeah, and one of the reasons I was given by another chiropractor friend of mine was once you get into it and you see how rigged the insurance thing is, and you realize there's no way around it, but it makes no sense, and then it's just like, oh wait, the whole medical industry is rigged, and then they go deeper down the rabbit hole, oh geez, the whole government is rigged. | ||
| It seems to be kind of like the stepping stone process, but I don't know. | ||
| Because there's all different forms of chiropractic treatment. | ||
| There really is. I mean, there's a bunch of different kinds that you can get depending on the doctor you go to, what you like, what works for you. | ||
| It's worked for me. That's why I keep going after 15 years. | ||
| So, yeah, I could see how it's like, hey, the medical establishment doesn't want you to know about this. | ||
| It's kind of like they don't want you to know about iodine. | ||
| They don't want you to know about all this other stuff. | ||
| And you're just sitting there like, you know it works. | ||
| It's always worked. It continues to work. | ||
| Why don't you want this to help people? | ||
| Why won't insurance help these people? | ||
| And you realize, oh, wait, the whole system is corrupt. | ||
| But Let's get back to the political system. | ||
| I see serious individuals running as Republicans. | ||
| I don't know if they would like to identify themselves as Republicans or how long they've identified themselves as Republicans, but there's a new populist, America first That is going through the Republican Party as the channel to take back D.C. from the criminal elite to try to save this country. | ||
| Do you see that happening as well? | ||
| And do you believe we can expand on that small group? | ||
| We've got a small core in D.C. right now. | ||

I do, but I think what's going to be really important is for all of us to remember it's not about the party, it's about the Constitution. | |
| You know, because there are, you know, I don't have to tell you, Owen, there are establishment swamp creatures on both sides of the aisle. | ||
| You know, the McConnells, and I could go on and name so many that have flip-flopped, and they're always congruent, not with their values and not our issues, but their own self-interests. | ||
| And so I think the next politician won't be a politician, which is a liar, cheat, and a thief, but a servant leader, right? | ||
| To give, to do, to love, to serve out of a sense of abundance, expecting nothing in return. | ||
| That's what we say in chiropractic. | ||
| And what I believe the next servant leader will do is mobilize people at a local level, at a national level, with populist-like groups like 1776 Forever Free, mine, there's so many in California. | ||
| You know, there's 20 different groups that probably 40,000 total members So if we all did what the truckers have been doing, what Southwest Airlines did, and we mobilized, that's one of the things I've been talking about on the campaign trail. | ||
| When the legislature fails you and the judiciary fails you, we need to be doing what Martin Luther King Jr. | ||
| did. Take to the streets, walk out of businesses. | ||
| The protests and the rallies are great, but we all need to put our cojones on the line. | ||
| And be willing to get 500 Patriots in a business in Adam Schiff's district or in Dick Pan's district, because I don't call him Richard, I call him Dick Pan, and be willing to walk out of those businesses and say, you know what? | ||
| We know you're a terrorist, so we can't negotiate with you, so we're just not going to come back to work. | ||
| And in your district, you're going to lose money, you're going to lose votes. | ||
| I think Marjorie Taylor Greene, Paul Gosar, I think what they're doing is incredible. | ||
| They're lions and lionesses. | ||
| They're standing up. But to really take things to the next level, we need to be partnering with these small groups and getting people to start doing peaceful civil disobedience. | ||

| So are you going to be going to Chicago? | ||
| Are we going to be marching through Chicago saying to take the guns? | ||

| Is the gun the problem here? | ||
| Famous Chicago homeless person, the walking man, 75, is expected to die after a 20... | ||
| Three-year-old thug, Joseph Guardia, burned him alive at the park. | ||

| Always dressed nice. | ||
| He gets burned alive by... | ||
| It's probably gang-related activity. | ||

| We're guns the problem there, too. | ||
| Are you going to be going to all these different crime scenes where all the guns with the guns? | ||
| Is that the problem here? Or no, you're just using the death of children for political leverage for your take the guns agenda. | ||
| That's what's really going on. | ||
| But so let's go back to the Biden press secretary And we can just start it at the front, guys. | ||
| Is the Biden White House, how do they feel about armed security at the schools? | ||
| Because we know nothing works. | ||
| The drills don't work. | ||

| What resources would a teacher need to stop a mass shooter? | ||
| A gun! | ||
| That's the one resource. | ||
| A gun. Nothing else. | ||
| A gun. Just ask the graduation party. | ||
| What was it, South Carolina or North Carolina graduation party? | ||
| A guy tried to go commit a mass shooting, a mass murder there. | ||
| One woman with a gun stopped him from killing probably 20, 30 people. | ||
| News didn't want to make a big fuss out of that. | ||
| Hey, Biden's protected by 30, 40, 50 armed guards everywhere he goes. | ||
| But, oh, that's not good for the schools. | ||
| The teachers need different resources. | ||
| What resources stop a mass shooter? | ||
| A gun. That's it. | ||

| There's the resources to be able to do the job that they're meant to do at schools. | ||
| And this is something that he's been focusing on since he was a vice president. | ||
| So those are two things that he does not agree on. | ||
| But look, he thinks there's a way to potentially have, potentially come for senators to come together and Congress to come together. | ||
| They should. They need to act. | ||
| I have an idea. Let's make killing illegal. | ||
| Maybe we should try making killing illegal. | ||
| That'll stop them, right? That'll stop people from killing if we made killing illegal. | ||
| I think that's the problem here. | ||
| But see, oh, oh, gun violence, gun deaths are a pandemic. | ||
| Hey, you know what? That's tragic. | ||
| Nobody likes to see innocent people killed by gun violence, but it's a small percentage of... | ||
| Death in this country, like fentanyl overdoses or so many other things. | ||
| But see, they highlight this because they have an agenda to take your guns. | ||
| Alright, some breaking news here. | ||
| The Uvalde Police Department and Uvalde Independent School District Police Force are no longer cooperating with the Texas Department of Public Safety's investigation into the Robb Elementary School shooting. | ||
| Multiple law enforcement sources tell ABC News. | ||
| Uvalde Police School District no longer cooperating with Texas probe of shooting. | ||
| And so there's actually a couple different angles here. | ||
| You have the Rangers investigating. | ||
| They're not getting cooperation from the local police. | ||
| There's the federal investigation. | ||
| I'm not sure how much cooperation they're getting, but it might not matter. | ||
| They can overrun it. So it's not exactly a smooth investigation. | ||
| And considering the sordid nature of this event... | ||
| No smooth investigation, a lot of caterwauling and stonewalling and blocking, and the lack of cooperation tells you this thing is just an absolute disaster, folks. | ||
| But see, the more and more we see this, the more and more we see not only botched investigations, | ||
| but intentionally disrupted and destroyed investigations. | ||
| It just, you know, I mean, look, people are awake now and the more these events happen | ||
| and they follow them, they just see how corrupt stuff really is, how just really, truly corrupt | ||
| and out of control this country really is. | ||
| And it's shocking for people. | ||
| And I mean, the more and more we learn about this deal, the more and more we wonder why it wasn't stopped. | ||
| This deal should have been stopped before it ever happened, and then it should have been stopped as it was happening, and it didn't at either case. | ||
| And so now... You're sitting here dealing with a situation where an armed citizen with a gun had to stop the shooting because the police stood down and you had a shooting because an utter failure from law enforcement. | ||
| Isn't this what the FBI is for? | ||
| Oh no, no, no, no, no. | ||
| The FBI is looking for Trump supporters. | ||
| The FBI is looking for white supremacists. | ||
| Ignore the kid, 18 years old, working at Wendy's, who just got $5,000 worth of guns, another $5,000 worth of body armor and ammunition, and also post videos with dead animals And sends messages to individuals on social media about how he's going to go shoot a school up. | ||
| And somehow none of that was caught. | ||
| None of that was able to stop it. | ||
| Okay, fine. But then he goes into the school and starts shooting and still they don't respond and still they don't stop it. | ||
| And now there's no cooperation from the local level to the state level to the federal level. | ||

| This has a lot of people asking a lot of questions, folks. | ||
| And now it appears like we may never get the answers because there's going to be such a disruption of this investigation. | ||
| And there is going to be now almost a competitive nature. | ||
| And then the media getting involved too. | ||
| So we'll probably never know what really happened outside of just the horrendous fact that a guy went, a little kid, 18 years old, went to the school and killed a bunch of children. | ||
| Probably all we're ever going to know about this. | ||
| They're going to cover it all up. | ||
| Or we won't ever get a real investigation because they're all have their own agenda, I suppose. | ||
| And then we hear All day long for a week. | ||
| We need to stop these shootings. | ||
| We can never let this happen again. | ||
| Okay, well, obviously, we need armed guards in front of every school door right now. | ||
| Right now. If I get gout in my toe or my foot and the doctor says, or gangrene, and the doctor says, You're going to have to amputate your foot or you're going to die. | ||
| Well, boy, oh boy, I certainly don't want to amputate my foot. | ||
| I certainly don't like that outcome. | ||
| I certainly don't like that situation. | ||
| But you know what? It's probably better than death. | ||
| So yeah, you need to amputate my foot so I can live. | ||
| I'm probably going to have my foot chopped off. | ||
| Is that something I want? | ||
| Is that the life I want? | ||
| Is that the outcome I want? | ||
| No. But is it what is necessary? | ||
| Yes. Yes. Same thing with the armed guards at schools. | ||
| And it doesn't even have to be... | ||
| Folks, look. | ||
| We don't have to militarize schools, okay? | ||
| We can do this subtly the right way. | ||
| I don't know why this is so hard to see. | ||
| I don't know why this is so hard to come to an agreement on. | ||
| I mean, like, it's pretty basic stuff. | ||
| You have a highly trained armed guard. | ||
| He can have his own office. | ||
| He doesn't have to walk around in military gear. | ||
| He doesn't have to stand at the front door with a rifle. | ||
| He can be in street clothes. | ||
| He can be in a suit and tie every day. | ||
| He can conceal carry. | ||
| But then in his office, he can have a nice big safe full of anything a potential criminal | ||
| killer might come into that school with so that he can end them before they can go in | ||
| and kill innocent students. | ||
| I mean, why is that basic logic and instinctual gut response to this not where we're going? | ||
| How is it the exact opposite? | ||
| I don't know. Look, I don't want to be redundant here, folks, but again... | ||
| Every other situation in the history of mankind, when you feel a threat of violence, you get security. | ||
| Every other situation. | ||
| You cannot find me another situation in the history of mankind, in the history of planet Earth, when you were facing a situation of potential violence and your answer was to lay down your arms. | ||
| Never, never, ever, ever, ever in the history of the world until today with Democrats and school shootings. | ||
| Only time in world history, only time in human history when the response to a threat of violence is met with laying down your arms. | ||
| This is the only time. | ||
| And the reason is because there's an agenda behind it, folks. | ||
| Global government cannot exist unless they disarm civilians. | ||
| Global government cannot exist unless they disarm Americans. | ||
| That's the agenda here. | ||
| They don't give a damn about the Uvalde school shooting. | ||
| They don't give a damn, the Democrats that is, about stopping the next school shooting. | ||
| What they do give a damn about is taking your guns. | ||
| That's what they care about. | ||
| If they wanted to stop a school shooting, every single member of Congress would be on board with putting an armed guard at schools today, tomorrow, yesterday, last week. | ||
| But no, you have to play games with these corrupt politicians. | ||
| You have to play games with these would-be dictators, these Democrats. | ||
| Joe Biden walks around with 40, 50 armed guards, but he doesn't want your kids to have that protection. | ||
| Nancy Pelosi orders 10,000 armed guards to D.C. Nancy Pelosi wants machine gun turrets at every corner of the Capitol because she feels threatened, but she wants your children in the school to be disarmed and not have protection. | ||
| So the same Democrats that don't want your students, that don't want your children to have protection in schools are the same Democrats that have 50, 60, 100, or 10,000 armed guards protecting them. | ||
| What more do you need to know about these people? | ||
| What more do you need to know? | ||
| But here's the weirdest part about it. | ||
| We shouldn't even have to be at this level. | ||
| We shouldn't even be having this debate. | ||
| We're so far from common sense and logic in this country. | ||
| We're so removed from basic intelligence and IQ that any school... | ||
| That was going to have a response to this in the short term would have already hired an armed guard. | ||
| You don't need political debates. | ||
| You don't need campaign events. | ||
| You don't need all the media coverage. | ||
| You don't need all this crap. You immediately hire an armed guard the next day. | ||

I would say it's a gut punch, but in the sense of the damage that was done to Roger Stone and Paul Manafort and those who were railroaded, who were persecuted by the apparatchiks that have been embedded in the judiciary, and the fact that they would not allow a change of venue, I cannot believe. | ||
| That Durham thought, well, I don't know what Durham was thinking, whether he really pursued this. | ||
| I mean, he could have brought conspiracy charges. | ||
| I mean, when you bring out of the monstrous Russian collusion hoax that was perpetrated on the country, the massive criminal violations involved with that, the FISA warrants, the federal investigations, the House Intelligence Committee, and then that snagged Roger Stone with a bunch of gotcha nonsense over a complete hoax. | ||
| It's just disgusting. | ||
| Unfortunately, it's to be expected. | ||
| You have 92.5% for Biden in the electorate of D.C., which makes up the jury poll. | ||
| Frankly, the fact that these people were brazenly and openly Clinton supporters, not just, I mean, not just, oh, I supported Hillary Clinton, I supported Obama, whatever. | ||
| They were donors. And then the fact of, for example, Sussman's, one of the jurors' daughters, being on the same sports team as Sussman's daughter. | ||
| This judge, I don't know how they get away with this stuff, but they get away with it because no one will stop them, because they know that they have a total authority in that D.C. federal district court. | ||
| And I think it's a disgrace. | ||
| I mean, you know, there's two standards of justice and especially that are so obvious side by side like this. | ||
| There is no justice. There is no justice. | ||
| There is just simply a caste system of the elites who are able to skate out of, you know, obvious proven violations of law and That aren't even brought, frankly, again, Sussman was charged with like a minimal of what he could have been charged with. | ||
| And it should have been a conspiracy amongst the witnesses. | ||
| I mean, he's calling the witnesses as witnesses, the people who are the co-conspirators in creating this hoax, in creating this campaign to distract the country from the fact of the DNC leak of information And to try to tar and feather and kneecap the presidency of Donald Trump, which they in many ways were successful in doing. | ||
| I mean, you know, you think of the lost opportunities, the lost time, the untold hours of my own life. | ||
| Think about if Trump didn't have all of that sitting in front of him with the Russia stuff. | ||
| He could have actually been making deals with Putin. | ||
| We wouldn't be facing World War III with Russia right now if that didn't happen. | ||
| It seems like that's what the Clintons want for some reason. | ||
| But, you know... Getting back to Durham, do you have any faith in this investigation? | ||
| Because it doesn't end here. I mean, there's still more that can happen here. | ||
| Sussman, just one of the potential criminal indictments to come here. | ||
| But do you have any faith in Durham or anything that's going to come of this investigation after this? | ||
| Well, I think Durham is someone who, I think he is a legitimate man of integrity. | ||
| But I think he's also a realist, what he's up against. | ||
| He knows that he's in a jurisdiction in which the court is packed with D.C. swamp creatures and that any jury he gets is going to be the same. | ||
| And this is proof positive of it. | ||
| I think what the best he can do and hope for is to come out with a report. | ||
| That just absolutely excoriates and exposes Hillary Clinton as the criminal mastermind that she is and is at the center of this disgusting affront. | ||

| I mean, if you guys have the graphic I sent, it shows you that this guy, Kevin Morris, has dreamed up this fantasy. | ||
| It's really odd. It's surreal to wake up and to see someone sort of sketch out what is a literal fantasy that includes, though, real people of which you were one. | ||
| And, you know, Owen, actually, you can relate to this because, you know, you're facing similar circumstances surrounding January 6th. | ||
| That being said, So directly on the graphic that this guy put out, first of all, he accuses or suggests that Roger Stone obtained – which would have to be unlawful because it wouldn't have been by permission. | ||
| So obtaining and disseminating someone's digital information, their private data, without the person's permission is criminal. | ||
| I mean I'm sure there are absolutely statutes that would criminalize that. | ||
| So that being said, then it has this Ablo guy basically passing it to Roger, Roger passing it to me, and me passing it to the laptop or the shop owner, the Mac shop owner, John Paul MacIsaac. | ||
| I want to say right now, in addition to cease and desist mentioning my name to Hunter Biden, Kevin Mars, whoever decides they want to drag me into their fantasy, their defamation fantasy— That I have never met, spoken with, seen, laid eyes on, had any communications whatsoever at any time ever with John Paul Mack Isaac, directly or indirectly. | ||
| The closest I've ever come to even being around the man was when I was the day before Election Day 2020, November 2. | ||
| I had been in town to see concerts and visit family. | ||
| I was showing a friend around Wilmington where I grew up. | ||
| Trolley Square is this little strip mall where the Mack shop was. | ||
| And we walked around and I said, oh yeah, that guy's shop is here. | ||
| It kind of dawned on me. And we walked out front. | ||
| My friend posted an Instagram picture in front of it. | ||
| Not of him, but he took the picture of the door. | ||
| So that's actually contemporaneous that can be found on Instagram. | ||
| He may have archived it, but whatever, I have it. | ||
| And I said at that point, well, why don't we walk in? | ||
| Because I actually want to thank the guy. | ||
| I don't even know what he looked like because he hadn't been that – there was no – he was not that well-known at that point. | ||
| I opened the door, walked in. | ||
| There were a bunch of customers standing in line waiting, sort of thronged around – not thronged around, but waiting for him. | ||
| I didn't recognize anybody as him. | ||
| And I just kind of got cold feet. | ||
| To be honest, one of my few moments where I just sort of lost my nerve and was like, you know what, I don't want to discuss this in front of random people. | ||
| And just said, oh, no, okay, said something and turned around and walked right out. | ||
| And that was it. That was the end of it. | ||
| Now, I noticed that there were reporter or there were media types sitting in minivans in various places in the mall with high-definition cameras and so forth. | ||
| And sure enough, about four weeks later, I get a call from Adam Goldman of the New York Times asking, are you the conduit between the Mac shop owner in Delaware and Rudy Giuliani? | ||
| And I was like, what? He said he had it on good information from a source, which is ludicrous. | ||
| I mean, I'm like, where do these people get this stuff? | ||
| Well, that's what's so wild about this. | ||
| It's hard to communicate this to others, Tyler, but it's like, When you're in the story, or when you are the story, and you see everybody lying about it, and you're like, I don't have to sit here and talk. | ||
| I'm literally in the story. | ||
| I know you're lying. | ||
| I'm the witness. I'm the guy you're writing about, and I know what you're writing is a lie. | ||
| It's the whacked-out thing when this happens, and I know what happens to you. | ||
