And if they, my guess is, if either side receives obstacles or pushback and they respond, China and Russia will balk, turn the other shoulder and say, no, we're not getting in the middle of this.

And that may have been some reassurance to the Ukrainians to let them know he's coming.
But what I see is that he's backing up from the World Economic Forum, which he attended, and he's seizing the day and fortifying food and energy supplies for his people.
At this point, I don't really trust anything Putin's saying, just because he's obviously said things that he lied about recently.
But... He's also, he has been honest, at least if you want to take him at his word, in that speech.
I mean, so it's like this.
I'm not saying I trust everything Putin's saying, but I do think we can trust that we have an understanding of what Putin's goal and agenda here is.
I think that that's pretty obvious.
Now, as far as how he executes it, I think he's probably going to be lying throughout that.
I mean, you're talking about a military incursion, so you're not going to be fully honest, obviously.
But I think we all kind of understand what Putin's goals here are, and I think he did lay them out in that hour and a half speech from the desk, which was kind of just like a dissertation from a professor or something.
And he doesn't want any part of that for his people.
He's pro-family, pro-children, pro-Russia growth post the Soviet Union.
And I got to be part of that rebirth after the fall of the Berlin Wall as we implemented the Maastricht Which later molded into the Treaty of Lisbon and trying to help the third or second world countries, I need to call them that, feed themselves after coming out of communism.
I think he understands those things.
We're looking at all the things he's said over the last 20 years.
But he caught Sleepy Joe licking his crotch and took off and took Ukraine.
By the way, it's just breaking now that apparently Putin and Russia have said we're ready to have diplomatic talks with Ukraine to negotiate their surrender.
So I'm not sure how that's going to go.
