| I'm not as optimistic or gleeful as I'm seeing some of the other I'm not sure how much it's going to matter because they're not going to stop coming with the mandates. | ||
| They're not going to stop finding new ways to give the mandates. | ||
| And even though they said that Basically, they can't mandate the vaccine for every American citizen. | ||
| I mean, that's really what it was. | ||
| They say, oh, for large employers, okay. | ||
| I mean, that was just setting the precedent to say that the White House can just force you into medical fascism, a medical tyranny. | ||
| And that was a 6-3 vote against it. | ||
| You had three people vote for medical fascism today. | ||
| Three people voting that the White House can dictate that you go into a medical fascistic tyranny. | ||
| Three judges believe that on the Supreme Court bench. | ||
| But then in the other decision that's not really getting as much play, they said... | ||
| Essentially, if you get any federal funding, then you will have to deal with a vaccine mandate. | ||
| So, this is going to continue to go on, and my producer points out where he thinks this is going to end up going to the state level, where they've already had decisions, Zucked versus King, which is basically what you get, why you have vaccine mandates at schools. | ||

| So it's a very complex time to be alive and that's one complex issue and the other complex issue which I'm not even sure how much I want to get into other than to maybe just kind of say something non-political about it just more of a retrospective on the current standing of January 6th and the narrative and the defendants and everything where you had Stuart Rhodes get raided by the FBI today and I guess arrested the leader of the Oath Keepers. | ||

| Well, the Supreme Court on a 6-3 decision said, no, you cannot mandate vaccines for the majority of Americans or for employees or employers with 100 employees or more. | ||

| But then they also said that if you receive federal funding, that you could be forced to have vaccine mandates, which... | ||
| I mean, that's pretty dangerous. | ||

| Like, we told people they're going to put in a mandate. | ||

| I myself lost my job because of the mandate in the school system. | ||
| And now we can't go inside restaurants. | ||
| I was recently arrested last month in Applebee's because I refused to show a vaccination card, which there's no law for me to show that. | ||
| So, you know, thanks to all the tyranny that has taken place in New York, the movement has grown, not as fast as I would like it, but, you know, it's getting there. | ||
| And just yesterday, my friends went to a restaurant We're good to go. | ||
| Well, and it's so amazing, I'm sure, to experience this, the segregation, the caste system. | ||
| Like you said, you lost your job. | ||
| I mean, I don't want to make, you don't have to make the whole thing about you, but I am curious, what happened to you? | ||
| Why did you lose your job? Well, I was working in the school system as a paraprofessional. | ||
| We had gone to the courts, we placed injunctions, and then the last injunction was denied. | ||
| And then October 1st was my last day. | ||
| I didn't comply with anything. | ||
| I didn't comply with having to put in a negative COVID test. | ||
| And I said, I'm not getting vaccinated just to keep my job. | ||
| So yeah, myself and three other people at that particular school, we lost our job as well. | ||
| You know, teachers and anyone that was in the school system. | ||
| Yeah, I just lost my job. | ||
| That's it. They didn't care about anything. | ||
| They didn't care about the good job that I was doing there with the kids that I was serving. | ||
| No care in the world. They just took me out. | ||
| You're not vaccinated. Then that's it. | ||
| You can't work here anymore. How many people do you know that have lost their job because of these mandates? | ||
| Well, since I have a large following on social media, including the people that come to the rallies, I'm talking about in the hundreds, maybe possibly almost thousands of people that have lost their jobs because of the mandates. | ||
| Wow. I mean, is anybody there standing up for you guys? | ||
| A local politician? City council member? | ||
| I mean, this is serious stuff. | ||
| Well, we recently have Becky Palladino. | ||
| She won in Queens City Council. | ||
| There were other people running. | ||
| Unfortunately, they didn't win. | ||
| But there are a few senators, one or two congressmen. | ||
| People are actually even running now for Congress that were part of this movement, like John Matlin, who's running in Stang Island, and then Tina Ford and among other people that are basically trying to get in Congress so that they can potentially do something to help us out here in New York. | ||
| Jeez, I mean... | ||
| I'm so shocked, but yet another complete Democrat liberal hypocrisy. | ||
| I remember they used to do rallies and everything. | ||
| I mean, if you type in right to work, you'll have Democrat propaganda everywhere. | ||
| Right to work, right to work. | ||
| They did rallies and protests. | ||
| Right to work, right to work. | ||
| I'm pretty sure Gretchen Whitmer led a storming of the Michigan State Capitol under the right to work guise. | ||
| So it's amazing. Oh, right to work, right to work. | ||
| And then they issue these mandates and thousands of people get fired. | ||
| So I guess right to work is just another leftist lie. | ||
| I guess they really don't believe that, do they? | ||
| Absolutely, and you know what's even funny, and I have to bring it up, this movement has a little bit of everyone, right? | ||
| We are made up of different races because, you know, initially when it was started, people said it's white supremacist, right? | ||
| We have, like I said, people who walk on life, even liberals, you know, Republicans, conservatives, etc., right? | ||
| The Democrats came to the other party of inclusion, of, you know, social injustices, and, you know, especially race, they like to bring a race a lot, but These Mondays that are now affecting a lot of black and brown people here, they're absolutely quiet. | ||
| They have nothing to say after 2020 talking about Black Lives Matter, all of this. | ||
| These people are now, these liberals are now completely silent. | ||
| They do not see a problem that my job was taken away. | ||
| If anything, they say that it was my fault because I could just go get vaccinated. | ||
| They said it was my choice. | ||
| And then they also talk about my body, my choice for abortion, but now when it comes to medical freedom, it's only for abortion. | ||
| So I think the whole progressive liberal movement, they're out of control and they make absolutely no sense. | ||
| No, I think it's been totally exposed as a fraud that it is now. | ||
| And by the way, I was actually relieved because you talk about how this movement, it really just, it's all sides coming together here. | ||
| I was really relieved when Black Lives Matter was joining up at a lot of these anti-mandate protests. | ||
| I don't know if you've had direct communication with any leaders from that group, but we saw them showing up. | ||
| They showed up at the Brooklyn Nets Arena because they weren't letting their star point guard Kyrie Irving play. | ||
| That was kind of a big thing. | ||
| I think it's a beautiful opportunity to kind of bridge that gap and come together on something we can all agree on. | ||
| But, you know, they would probably say, they'd say, oh, look at Joe Rose. | ||
| She's a white supremacist leader of the New York Freedom Rally because that's what they say now. | ||
| They say now, I mean, they're just admitting that it's just the lowest common denominator argument that they make based off of race now. | ||
| And so they have to write stories so that they can say anybody that they disagree with is a white supremacist. | ||
| And it doesn't even matter what color their skin is. | ||
| So I'm sure you've experienced something like that. | ||
| Absolutely. I mean, with me, it started because I have supported President Trump. | ||
| So obviously, that was not going to be easy for me to come out as a person, you know, black person saying, oh, you support Trump. | ||
| And then from there, I'm like, you know, I need politics out of the movement because it's not, to me, you know, I'm trying to bring everyone in from any political side because It's going to affect everyone equally, regardless of whatever party you support, right? | ||
| But I still got that. | ||
| Like, I have had people say, why are you the Black girl hanging out with all these white people and calling me a white supremacist, saying that I'm ignorant, that I don't know what I'm talking about. | ||
| So I have gotten that a lot, unfortunately. | ||
| And it's just, like I said, it makes absolutely no sense. | ||
| And they only use it for things that don't even apply to. | ||
| When it comes to the job and the situation that affects a lot of black and brown people, where I would actually consider that to be white supremacy coming from the Democrat Party, then when it comes to that, they have nothing to say. | ||
| Well, I mean, think about it. You could make the argument, whether you believed it or not, you could make the argument. | ||
| You say, here's the president that wants vaccine mandates. | ||
| He's white. Here's the CEOs of Pfizer and Moderna and everything. | ||
| They're white. You know, I mean, here's the newscaster telling me I need it. | ||
| He's white. You're not even trying to make that argument. | ||
| I'm just saying you could if you want to talk about white supremacy. | ||
| Right. You know, these vaccine mandate pushers all seem to be old white guys like Bill Gates. | ||
| But I'm curious because we've seen the numbers. | ||
| The highest rates for unvaccinated individuals are in the minority communities. | ||
| Maybe that's because they're aware of the Tuskegee experiment. | ||
| So have you kind of seen that phenomenon with your group? | ||
| Yeah, yeah. So a lot, like I said, New York City, a lot of the people that are unvaccinated are Black and brown people, and they're definitely not doing it because of the whole history of medical racism and experimentation that has been done in the past. | ||
| Well, I'm glad that they have that information because it's a big... | ||
| I mean, we should really probably be making even a bigger deal of it just to say, hey, look, the government has experienced... | ||
| done experimentation on people with drugs before and lied to them about it. | ||
| Why would we trust them? Joe Rose is with us doing a great job in New York City. | ||
| We salute her and all the people that have joined her, which I'm guessing... | ||
| Joe, I'm guessing you were kind of mentioning this earlier, but let's get a little bit more into detail. | ||
| Your movement is growing. | ||
| You say you started this more than a year ago, and your numbers now, I'm imagining, are bigger than they've ever been. | ||
| The rally turnout probably bigger than it's ever been. | ||
| Talk about that phenomenon of where you started, where the New York Freedom Rally started, and where it is today. | ||
| Well, when I first started, I, well, from the beginning in March 2020, I'm going to take it back there. | ||
| I took it on my social media page to let people know that this is government overreach, that this is the New World Order that, you know, Alex Jones and other people were speaking about years ago when I was a teenager, like back in 2008 and even previous years before that. | ||
| And so from there, like I was trying to see if I could find other people that could see what was happening. | ||
| But unfortunately, I ended up getting into like a lot of debates and back and forth with my friends and things like that. | ||
| And then from there, a month later, I finally went to an anti-lysian Raleigh Union Square here in New York City. | ||
| And it was like about 100 people. | ||
| But after that, we'll be there like every Sunday. | ||
| And the numbers will like go down because I guess it was, you know, wintertime and it was like the same little spot. | ||
| And so from there, I'm like, you know what? | ||
| I met other people there, and then we started going for, like, little locations, different locations every week. | ||
| Even sometimes, multiple times in one week, we would go to different locations throughout the city. | ||
| And so even if it was, like, two or three people with a bullhorn, the sound of freezing cold, just saying things. | ||
| And so as we were standing there, we would give them our social media account and tell them to join us, that we're going to do rallies and things like that, we're going to do protests. | ||
| And little by little, I started gaining momentum on social media. | ||
| I started gaining followers, as well as the page that is managed by my partner, New York Freedom Riding 2. | ||
| And so from there forward, it just builds a revolution. | ||
| People from other countries started to follow us, from Australia, people from the United Kingdom, and things like that. | ||
| And the world just spread, and now we have thousands of people, which is amazing. | ||
| And what's even better is that we even have people that are vaccinated, that took the first dose, Those don't want to take the second one or two do not want to take three because people make it seem like we're anti-boxers. | ||
| But in the moment, like I said, we have a little bit of everyone, different races, different political affiliations, different religions. | ||
| And, you know, we have been even successful helping businesses get attention. | ||
| And businesses that are medical freedom businesses. | ||
| People that have needed help with religious exemptions. | ||
| Some of them were successful, some of them were not. | ||
| And so we have built also a community where as people are no longer feeling alone, depressed, or even potentially suicidal because we know that abusers, they like to isolate their victims so that they will be desperate enough and have no one else to look forward to. | ||
| You know, that's really a great point. | ||
| And this isn't about patting yourself on the back. | ||
| It's just true. We saw the suicide numbers have just... | ||
| They increased a lot in 2020 because of the COVID mandates. | ||
| They were still high in 2021. | ||
| I mean, there's no doubt that there were probably some people whose lives were saved because they found a group of people that are actually... | ||
| Because that's what you're saying is they want to isolate you. | ||
| They want you to think you're crazy. | ||
| Oh, everybody loves vaccines. | ||
| Everybody loves mandates. Everybody's afraid of COVID. No, that's not true. | ||
| In fact, it's quite the opposite. | ||
| But they own all the means of communication and they censor voices of dissent. | ||
| So you kind of go into this weird state where you really feel isolated. | ||
| You really feel alone and a lot of people sadly just decide that they've had enough | ||
| of this cruel world, this crazy cruel world. | ||
| But you know, you've been, you were arrested. | ||
| I want to know more about this. | ||
| So you went, you said it was at one time at an Applebee's? | ||
| It was just one time you were arrested? | ||
| Yes, it was only one time at Applebee's. | ||
| Okay, so I've seen a lot of people get arrested. | ||
| So let's talk about this. In New York City, because a lot of people don't know what it's like to live in New York dealing with this. | ||
| You go into Applebee's, you want to have dinner or a drink or whatever. | ||
| You're with some people. So explain to me the process. | ||
| Do they ask you for the vaccine card? | ||
| And then if you don't have it, they call the cops. | ||
| And then what's it like going through that process? | ||
| How long did they hold you? Did you see a judge? | ||
| Just kind of walk us through that. Okay, so when we went to Apavis, before that, we had gone to Chechac, right? | ||
| And so we ordered the food, and then I guess they were under the impression that, I guess, we were going to take out the food. | ||
| But then they asked us to show vaccination card. | ||
| We said no. We bypassed. | ||
| They highlighted this Someone, like, in front of, like, the sign that says you have to show vaccination card. | ||
| Now, by the way, it's five years and older. | ||
| Before it said 12 years and older. | ||
| Now it says five after December 27. | ||
| So they had, like, a continuity that we were able to get, uh, We just peacefully sat down. | ||
| NYPD officers saw what we did, and they didn't arrest anybody. | ||
| So we peacefully ate, even though security was like, well, you guys need to show a vaccination card. | ||
| And we were like, no, we're not showing you anything. | ||
| Legally, we don't have to show you anything, whether we're vaccinated or not. | ||
| So after that happened, we ate. | ||
| There was no incident. Then we went to Applebee's. | ||
| And by the way, there were children in attendance. | ||
| And at that time, the mind temperature had not gone into effect yet. | ||
| So initially, when we were waiting, they asked us to show ID card, which I thought ID card | ||
| was, you know, to ask a person of color for an ID card. | ||
| But the Biden administration, I thought that was racist. | ||
| Yeah, that's racist when it comes to voting. | ||
| But for medical tyranny, it's OK. | ||
| So I was like, I have an idea, but I'm not showing you proof of vaccination. | ||
| So I just walked inside. | ||
| Everyone else followed. And then we just sat down. | ||
| They did not want to serve us at all. | ||
| They never asked us to leave. | ||
| And then they did not even want to give a six year old that was there, the son of a teacher, They didn't even want to give him water. | ||
| And I'm like, okay, so you're not going to service us. | ||
| At least give the child water. That's what you can do. | ||
| And it took us a long time going back and forth. | ||
| Then eventually they gave the child water. | ||
| Then next thing you know, they called NYPD and about 30 cops showed up. | ||
| That's right. About 30 cops showed up at a restaurant. | ||
| All because we didn't have proof of vaccination. | ||
| That's honestly, I mean, you probably know this. | ||
| You live in New York. They don't get that type of response when a police officer gets assaulted, when there's an armed robbery. | ||
| You don't get 30 cops show up. | ||
| Absolutely. In fact, you can actually get raped broad daylight in the train station and good luck finding officers to even come. | ||
| We have video of that. | ||

It's horrible. So then that happened. | |
| So then White Police showed up. | ||
| They went specifically with the manager. | ||
| She took them to a table where my co-worker, she used to work at the same school as I. She was a teacher. | ||
| We're sitting there with two children, okay? | ||
| Her nine-year-old daughter and a six-year-old boy that belonged to another teacher. | ||
| And then the boy went into distress and started to cry. | ||
| So I was sitting by the bar and I turned around and I said, is NYPD really going at the children now? | ||
| So then I asked them politely, please step down. | ||
| You guys are fathers, uncles. | ||
| You know, is this the future that you guys want for your children? | ||
| This is morally incorrect. | ||
| You guys know this is wrong. | ||
| And I told them, you know, I protested with you guys against the mandates. | ||
| I supported you guys when they were basically BLM was going on for you guys. | ||
| This is not okay. You guys know that this is wrong. | ||
| And so, next thing you know, they got information. | ||
| Instead of going after, they did what they did with the child who went into emotional distress. | ||
| I was crying. Then they went around to where I was at. | ||
| The person they took in there, they took Mitch in. | ||
| And then after that, they arrested me. | ||
| They took us to... | ||
| The 112 prisons, and we were there for about four to five hours. | ||
| And then the top charge that they put in was criminal trespassing. | ||
| But then, days after that, before I went to court, which I actually did, they added in that I willfully violated health law. | ||
| That's my top charge now. | ||
| Wait, wait, wait. They added that after the arrest? | ||
| Is that even legal? | ||
| I don't even know, but they added that. | ||
| Well, I'll tell you what, we got to go to a break here. | ||
| Can you do another segment with us? | ||
| Because I want to finish this story. | ||
| Because I'm curious, because I know other people have been arrested. | ||
| And I'm curious what the crowd, when they see your group doing these events, I'm curious what the crowd around you, what that response is like, too. | ||
| If they're like, hey, police stop doing this, that they're like, yeah, get those dirty unvaxxed out of here. | ||
| Get those rats out of here. | ||
| We don't want them in our restaurant. | ||
| They're dirty. And then the phenomenon, like you said, of the cops now turning on us. | ||

| And so it's just crazy. And I want to know, though, when this is all happening and they see you getting arrested and all the cops show up and you're sitting there probably trying to speak rationally to the police like, why are you doing this? | ||
| What are the other people around the restaurant, what are they doing? | ||
| What are they saying? Are they standing up for you? | ||
| Are they saying, good, get out of here? | ||
| What's kind of the public response when this happens? | ||
| Well, in my case, they were not saying anything, but it looked like they were annoyed that we were there, that we were trying to get service. | ||
| And then the workers there were actually laughing and recording while all this commotion was going on on myself and the other three men getting arrested. | ||
| They had no care in the world. | ||
| They just didn't care at all. | ||
| How is it that they don't see what is happening? | ||
| Isn't it amazing? It's like they don't understand that the tyranny that you're fighting, it's like you're fighting for them and they think it's a joke. | ||
| Exactly, exactly. You know what it is? | ||
| Is that the vaccine passport has created a caste system. | ||
| And I also say that it's like a system of like an abusive family. | ||
| So we're like the scapegoat. | ||
| Those people that are trying to like wake people up and the truth seekers. | ||
| And then they're the golden children. | ||
| They're getting better treatment by the abusive parents. | ||
| But at the end, what the narcissist does is that they discard both the golden children and the scapegoat child. | ||
| They don't care about neither one. | ||
| They just want power and control. | ||
| And in order to get it, they have to divide people. | ||
| So they feel superior to those that are unvaccinated. | ||
| That's the problem. Yeah, I guess we should call them vaccine supremacists. | ||
| That's what they think they are, at least. | ||
| So, for you though, original they charged with trespassing, then they added another charge after the fact, which I don't know what your case is, if you've got lawyers on it. | ||
| To me, that seems unreal. | ||
| But I'm curious, what is the standard charge with other people in your group that have been arrested? | ||
| I mean, do they hit you with trespassing? | ||
| I mean, how long do they stay in jail? | ||
| Do judges toss them out? | ||
| Or do they give you a court date? I mean, how does that typically go? | ||
| So before my arrest in Apobees, there were other men, six other men that were arrested at Sheescape Factory. | ||
| So they had only the criminal trespassing charge as the top charge. | ||
| So when they went to court, the case was completely dismissed. | ||
| However, in my case, with the other three men that got arrested with me at Apobees, they all of a sudden added willful violation of health law, I guess, as a way to, like, I don't know, potentially target me. | ||
| I have absolutely no idea. | ||
| I've never even heard of that before. | ||
| Yes, basically they're insinuating that I went there purposely to violate the vaccine mandate, which is not even a law. | ||
| And you're not sick? | ||
| No. No. | ||
| Wow. This is just an incredible tyranny. | ||
| And, you know, there's going to come a time, I really believe, because this is just how history goes, there's going to come a time where those restaurant workers or some of the people that were in that restaurant that are scoffing at you or laughing at your plight, you know, eventually they're going to realize what's been done to them and hopefully have an awakening process and maybe even join you in that or in your cause. | ||
| Because it's really just sad when you see that happening. | ||
| And I see it all the time. | ||
| They just don't even understand what's going on, I think. | ||
| And so it's really sad to see that with our fellow humans so brainwashed. | ||
| But, you know, you talked about how, and I've heard other individuals that have gone through something similar, but they're saying, hey, you know, we're the people that supported you. | ||
| We're the people that said support the blue, back the blue when you're under attack, when the media lies about you. | ||
| We have your back when you're getting attacked by the left all day, literally physically attacked, precincts burned, cop cars burned. | ||
| We're protecting you. | ||
| We're saying, hey, they're not the bad guys. | ||
| Why are you now coming against us? | ||
| I mean, I understand we can't have some sort of official alliance in this regard, but I mean, it's like, hey, put down your sword and shield. | ||
| We're trying to be on your team here. | ||
| Do you really want us to become your enemies and have no allies? | ||
| So talk about that phenomenon. | ||
| Yeah, absolutely. I mean, it was just so shocking. | ||
| There's people that they're like, they mocked us because they were like, see, we told you guys not to support the police and blah, blah, blah. | ||
| So now it's like, it kind of like, it's a little bit like it puts me against a very weird position or whatever, because, you know, I have friends that are NYPD and I have family members that are NYPD. And that because I have family members or friends means that if, you know, the officer is wrong, then you're wrong. But at the same time, I just didn't think that it was fair for like, Good officers to get put in with the battle officers. | ||
| And what happened in Minneapolis had nothing to do with NYPD. So I didn't see it as a logical thing to go off on all NYPD because of what had happened during the Summer of Love. | ||
| So, you know, it's just, I don't know. | ||
| I just feel like, you know, you guys are following orders from the Blasio, who was the one that initiated the mandates, who absolutely has no respect for them at all. | ||
| Eric Adams is another one that doesn't really like He himself was a police officer. | ||
| So I just try to appeal to NYPD's heart to get them to say, like, listen, you guys are fathers, you guys have children, you guys are uncles, and there's going to come a time where you guys have to pick a side. | ||
| And following orders is not going to cut. | ||
| It's not going to be good enough for me. | ||
| It's not going to be good enough for God. | ||
| It's not going to be good enough for the law. | ||
| When the law actually goes into effect, the way it happens in Germany, no one cares that you are following, you know, the law. | ||
| I mean... Following orders. | ||
| Those people that did what they did were punished, and the punishment includes even death. | ||
| So I just feel like I don't know. | ||
| I guess it's fearful of them, like, losing their jobs or whatever the case may be. | ||
| I understand that. But at the same time, you have to do what is morally correct. | ||
| And even if it was to become a law, again, is it morally correct to stop someone from buying food because of a medical decision? | ||
| Because they don't want to show papers? | ||
| So, you know, hopefully, I just hope NYPD wakes up. | ||
| Because before this, I actually had a good relationship with them when it comes to the | ||
| mandate. | ||
| But then now I guess they're being put in this situation, but it's like, again, pick | ||
| a side and stick with it. | ||
| Yeah, it's really kind of a bittersweet thing. | ||
| But hey, we see police in New York City, you probably see it more than anywhere else even, | ||
| where, oh, they're attacking police officers. | ||
| Turn your shoulder, walk away. | ||
| Oh, they're rioting. | ||
| They're looting. They're robbing businesses. | ||
| They're holding up people at gunpoint. | ||
| They're burning police vehicles. Oh, just put your sword and sheet down. | ||
| Turn around. You're not seeing anything. | ||
| But, oh, that person that walked into the shop without the vaccine passport who's totally peaceful, not a criminal, not hurting anybody at all. | ||
| Oh, 30 cops. | ||
| Go get them. That phenomenon is just so unbelievable and you're at the front lines of it. | ||
| And so I don't want it to turn into a situation where the cops have no support in this country anymore. | ||
