| And there's a lot of winning happening. | ||

| Work is unto the Lord. Take heart. | ||
| He has overcome the world. | ||
| My goal, again, is to frame each story and how it's a win today. | ||
| We'll see how I do. You know that when I guest host, I like to start the show off right, get into God's Word, and have a verse or two of the day. | ||
| So the verse of the day is Matthew 5, 13 through 16. | ||
| And that is, you are the salt of the earth. | ||
| But if the salt has become tasteless, how can it be made salty again? | ||
| It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men. | ||
| Do you feel thrown out and trampled foot under men right now sometimes? | ||

| Kicked off all the platforms. | ||
| You know, paying attention to the court cases. | ||
| People winning. And this verse says, well, expect that. | ||
| Maybe you're not salty enough. | ||
| So let's be more salty, shall we? | ||
| You are the light of the world. | ||
| A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. | ||
| So we cannot be censored. | ||
| Only to a certain degree... | ||
| Nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but the lampstand and it gives light to all who are in the house. | ||
| Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven. | ||

| So another thing I get out of that, though, is sometimes it's easy to get in arguments and to fight and call each other's names. | ||
| But when the stakes are so high, when things are... | ||
| So evil, it can be frustrating. | ||
| And when you see lies and deception straight in your face, it's hard not to have some righteous anger. | ||
| But let's try and let our light shine and be kind and try and invite people to journey for truth with us. | ||
| Do it as eloquently as we can. | ||
| Good reminder for me, because I don't necessarily have this down, which is why I'm bringing it up. | ||
| So let's try and remember that so we can bring glory to our Father who is in heaven. | ||
| And since we're talking about light, for nothing that is done in secret will not be revealed. | ||
| Luke 8 17 for nothing is secret that will not be revealed nor anything hidden that will not | ||
| be known and come to light. Aren't we seeing that to some degree right now? My goodness, | ||
| we're going to be talking about the Rittenhouse trial that's going on. There's been some | ||
| bombshells in there, things that we already knew, but it's nice to see, have to see the mainstream | ||
| news report on these revelations that it was self-defense. | ||
| And we're going to see that. | ||
| And we're going to talk about that with Robert Barnes in the second hour. And there's, | ||
| there's a lot of other wins happening. If your heart and your mind and your eyes are open to see it. | ||
| And it's important to celebrate those wins. | ||

| And our universities at Texas A&M and the University of Texas and the scientists there kind of took it upon themselves to start developing a worldwide bio lab network because they realized that in order to protect Americans over here, That we need to stop pandemics and diseases spreading in second and third world countries. | ||

| I commend him for that. As a parent, I do have some questions. | ||

| I will admit that being open-minded, trying to see things from both sides, I first was like, what was he doing there, though? | ||
| I mean, should he have really been there? | ||

| He says, I'm amused at all the leftists asking what legitimate business Kyle Rittenhouse had in Kenosha. | ||

| So if he has an honest jury, if he doesn't have a runaway jury, then he will be found not guilty of all the charges. | ||
| The curfew charge was dismissed today because they failed to present sufficient evidence for that to even be in the case. | ||
| I hope that the gun charge will be dismissed, as it should be, on the grounds that it is a void for vagueness and unconstitutional laws applied. | ||
| There's also Second Amendment implications, and even if you really read the law correctly, it doesn't apply to Kyle. | ||
| So hopefully that will get dismissed, and that just leaves the various reckless endangerment and intentional homicide and reckless homicide charges, none of which he's guilty of. | ||
| The evidence that's come out is that the first person that was shot that night, Joseph Rosenbaum, had repeatedly threatened the lives of many people, including Kyle, told him if he got him alone, he would kill him. | ||
| Chased him down that night, threw something at him. | ||
| A gunshot went off right behind Kyle's head, so it sounded like it came from Joseph Rosenbaum. | ||
| He turns around. Rosenbaum runs right at him. | ||
| And as Richie McGinnis repeatedly testified, a state witness under oath, Daily Caller reporter, what Rosenbaum did was he yelled... | ||
| F-you in a blood-curdling scream, to quote the witnesses, and then lunged for the gun. | ||
| And today the medical coroner confirmed that Rosenbaum's hand must have been right at or grabbing the gun at the time it was shot. | ||
| So you couldn't have a better, clearer, cleaner, easier, more straightforward case of self-defense than that. | ||
| Then, of course, there's more evidence that the two other individuals, one, tried to take his head off Anthony Huber with a skateboard. | ||
| Again, the state's own witness said that they feared, Gabe Grosswitz feared that Huber would kill Rittenhouse, and that was why he originally approached him. | ||
| And then as Grosswitz admitted on the stand on Monday, the only time Kyle pulled the trigger to shoot him was when Grosswitz was taking the gun that he had in his hand and pointing it at Kyle's head. | ||
| So in every instance, Kyle had any reasonable person, which is the legal standard, would have fear of imminent risk of great bodily harm at the time he pulled the trigger, and that was his only means of self-defense. | ||
| It was either shoot or die. | ||
| And if had he not done so, then to answer the question about whether he should have been there, if he had not been there, other people would have died that night. | ||
| More innocent people would have died that night. | ||
| There would have been more arson. | ||
| There would have been more, of course, not only property crime, but crime against people and persons because that's what these individuals were up to. | ||
| Joseph Rosenbaum was let out of the mental hospital. | ||
| Long history of criminal violations, including abuse of young children. | ||
| Anthony Huber had a long criminal history himself of violence against intimate others. | ||
| Grosswitz has a criminal history and has affiliations with a violent communist insurrectionary organization. | ||
| So Kyle defended himself and he defended Kenosha that night. | ||
| And because he was there, more innocent people lived. | ||
| And that's the ultimate story about this case. | ||
| That's what the evidence has overwhelmingly showed. | ||
| A witness today testified that there was sort of an older witness. | ||
| Some people were calling her Grambo. | ||
| It's kind of like a granny combination of granny and Rambo. | ||
| Because she had gone down there from West Bend, a working class suburb of Milwaukee, to also try to protect Kenosha. | ||
| Saw the insanity that took place that night, and saw Kyle for defending and protecting the community and people by what he did. | ||
| And she kept calling out Little Binger, as I like to call him, the prosecutor, after Little Finger from Game of Thrones. | ||
| And all... All the different times that he lied. | ||
| He was trying to lie and try to get her to lie. | ||
| He was like, no, that's not true. | ||
| No, that's not true. No, that's not true. | ||
| Did a great job of calling him out on his lies. | ||
| So when the government's own witnesses, when the state's own witnesses, when the state's own examination keeps producing more and more proof of Kyle's innocence, this prosecution itself is a travesty of justice. | ||
| The only question left is whether there is a reasonable jury, a constitutionally conforming presumed innocent jury. | ||
| That Rittenhouse has. | ||
| If he does, he will be found not guilty of all counts because he has always been not guilty of all counts. | ||
| We have a lot more to dig into this and other issues that I'd like your analysis on that are happening right now in the courts. | ||

| Maybe ask him about, you know, the defamation that Biden participated in and calling him a white supremacist at next. | ||
| Welcome back to the War Room. | ||
| We are seeing a lot of wins, a lot of truth coming out, a lot of secrets being exposed. | ||
| And right now we are talking about Kyle Rittenhouse watching that trial play out. | ||
| We've been seeing a lot of truth bombs. | ||
| One of the quote-unquote victims having to admit that, yeah, he was pointing his gun at Kyle Rittenhouse when Kyle Rittenhouse acted in defense. | ||
| And before we had to get cut to break, and I'm trying to get better at that. | ||
| I always bring it back down to the last second. | ||
| Sorry about that. But before the break, we were talking about, I mentioned that Biden had, of course, jumped the gun and without evidence called Kyle Rittenhouse a white supremacist, of course, pulling out of his head. | ||
| Playbook. And there was threats of a defamation lawsuit, but why wasn't anything done about that? | ||
| Why are we allowing people to just throw out these terms with no consequences? | ||
| For Kyle's purposes, of course, his team decided not to file suit until after the criminal case was resolved to avoid intrusive discovery prior to the criminal case going to trial. | ||
| The other is the tricky part in all these cases, once a prosecution brings a case, it's more difficult to sue. | ||
| Even if you get acquitted, it can be difficult to sue. | ||
| And then to this day, they still allow certain statements like racist and white supremacist and white nationalist. | ||
| They say those statements are vague to such a degree they don't allow – most courts don't allow suits on them. | ||
| They do allow suits for falsely identifying a gesture or making an affirmative factual false statement. | ||
| As the Young Turks admitted to doing, of course, again in the context of Kyle Rittenhouse, as they've done in other contexts. | ||
| So that's where some of the sort of limitations are in terms of suit. | ||
| There's only certain places you can sue and certain ways you can sue, and it becomes very difficult. | ||
| The reality is Kyle's reputation has been permanently damaged by people who lied about him in ways that will always be difficult for him to get his reputation back. | ||
| Or recovery from in civil court, unfortunately, just because the law allows too much labeling of people that, to me, is sufficiently factual that a jury should be able to call it as such and thus get remedy, and it's hard for that to happen. | ||
| So the best thing for Kyle is to get full acquittals to allow full vindication in the court of public opinion and then seek remedy where he can from whom he can. | ||
| And how much does that play into? | ||
| I mean, I was working in traditional news at the time as this trial, I mean, as this was going on and reporting on and all. | ||
| Of course, we were only showing bits and pieces and not the full video. | ||
| I mean, of course, I encouraged people to go and watch the full video, but, you know, we were only showing bits and pieces. | ||
| How much does all of that play, the narrative and calling someone an alleged white supremacist in the mainstream media? | ||
| How much will that play or do you think it could play into a fair jury selection or into a fair trial? | ||
| Yeah, I mean, it's a big problem. | ||
| In other words, two-thirds of the jurors in Kenosha presumed Kyle guilty. | ||
| And, you know, we had polled and surveyed Kenosha. | ||
| So we knew that there was a lot of, because of the lies told about Kyle by both the media and by the prosecutor, misusing bail proceedings and pretrial proceedings to lie about Kyle. | ||
| Kyle was never part of a militia group. | ||
| Kyle was never a white nationalist. | ||
| Kyle wasn't really from out of town. | ||
| Kyle's basically from Kenosha, works in Kenosha, family from Kenosha, lived in a bedroom suburban community of Kenosha that just happened to be barely across the Illinois border. | ||
| So all the stories about him taking guns across the border, false. | ||
| Militia Association falls. | ||
| The okay gesture is the okay gesture. | ||
| It means nothing more than okay. | ||
| Lies about him in that respect were false. | ||
| He didn't know anybody from the Proud Boys at all. | ||
| Whatever you think about the Proud Boys, Kyle had no connection, attachment, or involvement with him. | ||
| And that was the whole dynamic that night. | ||
| And so the idea that all these stories and lies that were told about it by the media had an impact on the jury pool. | ||
| And the only question we don't know is we don't know because the jury was picked in a very short time period. | ||
| It took less than a full day for the jury to be selected. | ||
| We don't, whereas in the Ahmaud Arbery case of the McMichaels going on in Georgia, that took two weeks. | ||
| So normally good, competent jury selection takes a long time. | ||
| So is that not a good sign that it happened so quickly? | ||
| Is that not a good sign? | ||
| It's a high risk. | ||
| My jury team had proposed a much longer jury process that involved a lot more people. | ||
| The current lawyers decided to do it by themselves. | ||
| And I understand that that's their prerogative, but I think it was not a good decision. | ||
| And we'll find out. | ||
| A random jury has risk for Kyle. | ||
| What we've seen is that an honest jury will acquit Kyle across the board because the facts are so clear. | ||
| What we don't know is whether or not that jury is such a jury. | ||
| We won't know until the verdict comes back. | ||
| And there's so many different qualifications of what could happen after this. | ||
| I mean, for one, if the jury isn't fair and honest, what happens then? | ||
| Is he able to go for another appeal? | ||
| I think potentially I would be really surprised if there were any convictions of anything serious in the case. | ||
| You know, the reckless endangerment charges are charges that can result in low sentencing | ||
| or no sentencing with this judge. | ||
| The homicide charges are the ones that carry risk. | ||
| The top count carries life imprisonment guaranteed. | ||
| The intentional homicide count, there's just no evidence of any of that. | ||
| So it'd have to be a really bad jury to go there. | ||
| But what could happen is you could get a mistrial, and in a mistrial, you get to try the whole | ||
| case all over again. | ||
| And so hopefully Kyle gets fully acquitted. | ||
| Hopefully the worst case scenario is a mistrial. | ||
| And then maybe they bring in a better jury selection, more full, comprehensive jury selection team, as was proposed this past time. | ||
| Because kid's a nice kid. | ||
| Family's a nice family. | ||
| I have been put under the gun because of this. | ||
| Normally people that are, you know, from poor working class backgrounds get railroaded. | ||
| And it was only thanks to the effort and support of millions of Americans, literally millions of Americans, that both the truth came out and he was able to be safe and protected through this process. | ||
| So but we won't know whether it's a good jury, unfortunately, until the verdict is returned. | ||
| But if it comes back anything other than all acquittals, then you had some bad people on that jury. | ||
| Okay, but then even if we get all the acquittals, then we have to worry about the backlash from that victory, right? | ||
| I mean, how worried are people about riots and protests if he does get the full acquittal that it appears he deserves? | ||
| Yeah, I mean, hopefully it won't be really bad, but you never know. | ||
| I mean, I think the people that know the facts of this case, even from the left, have acknowledged that Kyle is innocent, and the trial has reinforced that by anyone who observed it. | ||
| But there's always risk that people who don't like the jury—there's already been threats— From apparently family members of George Floyd have been claiming that they have access to the jurors, know who the jurors are, going to dox the jurors, do maybe something else with the jurors if they don't vote the way they want. | ||
| So there is a threat of mob justice lingering. | ||
| Hopefully the jury has the conscientious effort to stand up to mob justice, to stand up to lynching justice, do what both the law, the facts, and morality require, which is a full and complete acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse because he was, is, and remains completely innocent. | ||
| Alright, I do have a couple other questions that I'm going to ask you. | ||
| If you can stick around about the Rittenhouse situation. | ||
| And then I also would want to ask you about thoughts and analysis on what's happening with the vaccine mandates and the stay. | ||

| And that's kind of the theme of the show, is celebrating the wins. | ||
| And we are talking about his analysis of the Rittenhouse case. | ||
| And a lot of good news there, right, Robert? | ||
| A lot of truth has been exposed in this case, right? | ||
| Yeah. I mean, even this afternoon, more evidence was disclosed about how the prosecutor was trying to put pressure on an independent journalist to change his story because he didn't like what his story is. | ||
| Independent photojournalist taking the stand this afternoon, confirming more prosecutorial misconduct. | ||
| So what we've seen is that Kyle is innocent, that the prosecution was corrupt, and hopefully an honest jury responds that way. | ||
| And on that note, I remember reading something about, is there any truth to the FBI held back video that many of us didn't get to see until the trial? | ||
| Yeah, what most people didn't know about was that the FBI was doing drone footage of all the incidents likely throughout the country all of last year and in 2020. | ||
| And many people didn't know about that. | ||
| They had video footage of the Kyle, the first incident of him being chased, of people throwing things at him, people shooting guns behind his head, all of that. | ||
| And they hit it and they withheld it. | ||
| They claimed to have lost it until very recently. | ||
| And thanks to Jack Posobiec and others, they are bringing notoriety and attention to the claim at human events and elsewhere. | ||
| They were with Will Chamberlain and others. | ||
| They were able to expose that. | ||
| And suddenly the FBI found that missing footage that once again shows that Kyle's the one being chased, not the one doing the chasing. | ||
| Rosenbaum was the one making the threats, not Kyle. | ||
| And Rosenbaum was lunging for the gun and yelling at Kyle at the time in which Kyle had no choice but to pull the trigger to defend himself. | ||
| And to defend Kenosha that night. | ||
| And he not only saved his own life, he saved the lives of other innocent people there by protecting himself and defending himself and defending his community. | ||
| And that's what the facts show. Hopefully the jury recognizes that and acquits him, as should be the case. | ||
| And this nightmare for Kyle will at least be finally mostly over. | ||
| Right. And I wanted to ask you about other, I mean, we've covered this pretty extensively in the last segment. | ||
| I only have you for one more segment, so I kind of wanted to switch gears on you and talk about what is happening with this Supreme Court or this federal court stay on the mandates with Biden's policies. | ||
| Vaccine mandates. And basically, the press secretary is saying and encouraging, just ignore that state. | ||
| Even though it says in their ruling that this has grave constitutional concerns, they're saying, oh, just ignore that. | ||
| It's like, if that's not tyranny, asking the Constitution to just be ignored, then what is? | ||
| What are your thoughts on that? | ||
| And is that going to have any weight? | ||
| So, I mean, it shows the Biden administration has done this repeatedly. | ||
| When the CDC issued its bogus eviction moratorium, Biden said he was going to ignore it because it would take a couple of months for the courts to get involved, ultimately forced the Supreme Court to get involved and make clear that that was illegal and unconstitutional. | ||
| That's what these vaccine mandates are. | ||
| So the OSHA mandate was quickly enjoined, as everybody knew was going to happen, who was in the legal community concerning it. | ||
| I mean, this is an emergency order by OSHA that took them eight weeks to even issue. | ||
| So it tells you that there is no emergency. | ||
| The only emergency is the attempts to circumvent the Constitution of the United States. | ||
| So I think what the Fifth Circuit did is I think the Fifth Circuit will probably later, even as early as later this week, find that the OSHA mandate is a violation of federal law, a violation of the Constitution, and issue a permanent preliminary injunction against OSHA that should apply across the country and kill that in its sleep. | ||
| And hopefully other courts will follow. | ||
| There's many suits now against the federal contractor mandate, suits filed against the federal employee mandate, suits filed against the mandate on the military, suits filed against local, city, county, and state mandates. | ||
| In fact, there are over 4,000 lawsuits that have been filed challenging vaccine mandates all across the country. | ||
| I have suit challenging the FDA and their illicit bait and switch. | ||
| We anticipate a decision sometimes this month on whether the FDA, what they did by telling people, The biologic licensed vaccine is what was being used for the mandate and then actually substituting it with the emergency use authorized only vaccine instead because the licensed vaccine is unavailable in the United States because they don't want them to have the legal risk and legal exposure that Big Pharma would have for the injuries this vaccine is causing and will continue to cause. | ||
| We will be filing suit this week in September. | ||
| As well for the Children's Health Defense with Bobby Kennedy against their attempts to force this on children. | ||
| We'll be filing suit to challenge that. | ||
| That also was illicit. | ||
| They didn't give an articulable standard for why and how they came up with the risk-benefit analysis. | ||
| They failed to look at relevant and pertinent data. | ||
| They ignored and overlooked critical information. | ||
| They misrelied and miscited information that's inapplicable in an opposite of the circumstances. | ||
| They failed to provide for and guarantee and assure informed consent in this context. | ||
| They're encouraging and incentivizing informed consent disguised as implied consent. | ||
| You drop your kid off school and they're going to call that implied informed consent when it's not consent at all. | ||
| So we'll be filing suit this week on that. | ||
| I'm filing suit and have filed suit against Tyson Foods. | ||
| We'll be filing more suits against Tyson Foods and other corporate employers all across the | ||
| country concerning this, talking to other employers who want to hire people that have | ||
| lost their job due to losing a vaccinated status. | ||
| There's actually five different job boards that have started on this, working with another | ||
| project that's going to be coming out in the next week or so that's going to be launching | ||
| a massive nationwide effort to stop these vaccine mandates in their tracks, to restore | ||
| informed consent to the governing principle of both medical and legal ethics. | ||
| If the government and corporations own your body, then you own nothing. | ||
| If they own your children, you own nothing. | ||
| The two greatest concerns of many people who had to go through the horrors of slavery was | ||
| the loss of control over their own body and the loss of control over their own custody | ||
| or their own children. | ||
| And now they're trying to revisit that upon us en masse for a virus that poses very little risk to minor children, for a vaccine that poses the highest risk in the history of vaccines. | ||
| So that's why we have to fight this at its core, and we will be continuing to fight it. | ||
| And the lawsuits have only begun. | ||
| On that note, how much of this is like playing a game and they're just trying to run out the clock and scare people? | ||
| Because what I've seen here in Texas with the mask mandates, it's like, we tell the schools here, hey, you know, there's been, it's prohibited to have a mask mandate. | ||
| And they're like, oh, well, there's a stay on that. | ||
| And so it goes back and forth. And so then half the time you don't even know If you're defended or not, and then even with the fight with the military, I have members of my family that are in the military, and many of these people are having to buckle because they're just going to lose their entire livelihood, is what they're told, unless they get it. | ||
| So it's like they don't have time for it to play out. | ||
| So it's like they very well may know that there's no constitutional basis for that, but are they just playing a game with the American people and trying to bully them then? | ||
| Well, it's like any bad decision. | ||
| There are people in the military that are doctoring and faking the labels to pretend that people are getting the actual licensed drug when what they're getting is the emergency use-only authorized drug. | ||
| That's the degree to the trickery and deceit they're willing to engage in order to get people to do this. | ||
| And that's proof that it's an unreliable, untrustworthy drug, because you don't have | ||
| to lie to people and trick people and rush people and coerce people to get something | ||
| that's actually good for them. | ||
| You only have to do that when people with informed consent will refuse to take the drug. | ||
| And so that's why what this is all about ultimately is about protecting, recognizing, and enforcing | ||
| the right to informed consent that we put in the Nuremberg Code of 1947. | ||
| We said never again. | ||
| That's why it's so critical that we all work together in the court of public opinion and | ||
| us lawyers in the courts of law to fight back and push back to restore our freedoms and | ||
| liberties in America. | ||
| Well, those in the military and others that are being threatened right now, they have | ||
| to put a lot of faith in the fact that you're going to be able to win these lawsuits. | ||
| I mean, they're gonna have to stand up now and face the repercussions to be vindicated later, right? | ||

| And oh, my goodness, what's going on there? | ||
| But obviously this hits a little bit closer to home because it's a journalist, an investigative journalist, and he's being targeted and politically persecuted. | ||
| And boy, he's come out with some doozies. | ||
| He's exposed what's in the vaccines. | ||
| He's exposed how hypocritical the vaccine makers are. | ||
| And then, you know, months later, he just so happens to be targeted by the FBI. You know, any coincidences there? | ||
| On Saturday morning, James O'Keefe was awoken to the FBI banging on his door to conduct a pre-dawn raid at his home as a continuation of an investigation surrounding Ashley Biden's diary. | ||
| And he was forced to allow the confiscation of many confidential reporter notes and source identities. | ||
| We're going to come back to that because that's a key issue in this case that really hasn't been talked about much. | ||
| But let's play clip five and review, shall we? | ||

Well, Sean, on Saturday morning, I acknowledged that, but I woke up to a pre-dawn raid, banging on my door. | |
| I went to the door to answer the door, and there were 10 FBI agents with a battering ram, white blinding lights. | ||
| They turned me around, handcuffed me, and threw me against the hallway. | ||
| I was partially clothed in front of my neighbors. | ||
| They confiscated my phone. | ||
| They raided my apartment. | ||
| On my phone were many of my reporters' notes. | ||
| A lot of my sources unrelated to this story. | ||
| And a lot of confidential donor information to our news organization, Sean. | ||
| So I've heard the phrase, the process is the punishment. | ||
| I didn't really understand what that meant until this weekend. | ||
| And Sean, I wouldn't wish this on any journalist. | ||
| Let me go into the issue like anybody that works in any form of journalism. | ||
| So let's pull out of this now. | ||
| Something that really stuck out to me is that his confidential information and resources were taken. | ||
| So remember this? | ||

| So here is an actual release that Dave Bondi, a traditional news journalist, actually thought to ask about, you know, about the staffing shortages. | ||
| And they actually say in their release that a large number of their staff had negative reactions to the COVID booster shot given at the clinic over the weekend. | ||
