| A child goes in and he has a broken leg. | ||
| He fell off the swing set and he broke his leg and now he's in the hospital. | ||
| They test you for COVID and if the test shows up positive, they send you to an ICU. So once again, it's all a total scam. | ||
| So a kid shows up, no symptoms, doesn't feel sick, nothing, but has a broken arm, a broken leg, you know, whatever else, and boop, it's to the ICU. Boom. | ||
| So the hospital gets their COVID money, and the media and the Democrats get their ICU numbers up. | ||

They said it's because those two were the only units capable of dealing with COVID precautions, but it still made it look like we had very sick kids in the ICU with COVID when in reality most kids weren't sick. | ||

| Now they just run your hospitals and run your schools and get elected into office. | ||
| By the way, you had Mayorkas down at the southern border doing a press conference today. | ||
| I think they're getting ready to do a bait and switch. | ||
| They intentionally opened the border and had this influx of migrants. | ||
| Intentionally done. So that they could swoop in and say, oh yeah, we've got a border crisis, but we'll secure the border in an infrastructure bill, or now the Democrats have just proposed another $3.5 trillion bill. | ||

| You don't have to go into excruciating details, but just give us kind of everything that's happened to get to the point where we're at today and making you want to come on air. | ||
| So tell us the saga here of what happened with your son and his mother and everything that's gotten us to this point now. | ||

Well, it started seven years ago when my sons were two years old and my ex-wife started telling my son, you know, don't be a boy. | |
| The monsters only eat boys and was putting him into timeouts saying that to him and scaring him. | ||
| And then she soon after filed for divorce, pried me out of the house and at the age of three formally began to teach him that he was actually a girl. | ||
| He told me that his mom told him that he had a girl's brain and a boy's body. | ||
| This escalated, this conflict between us escalated. | ||
| I tried everything to try to work it out with her, to try to just get her to wait until the boy grew up and got past puberty. | ||
| She wouldn't do it. She finally registered him in school at Capelle. | ||
| And they registered him in school under a girl's name, taught him that he was a girl in school. | ||
| When I bring him to school in boys clothes, the teacher gave him a dress. | ||
| The principal actively went out of her way to teach my son that he was really a girl and affirm him as a girl. | ||
| This eventually culminated in a trial in 2019. | ||
| We had a divorce and it just kept ramping up, so we had another trial. | ||
| Eventually, I just decided that we couldn't co-parent. | ||
| She filed to remove all my parental rights. | ||
| That trial happened in 2019, and the world's top experts in the transgender medical field and transgender psychology showed up at this little courtroom in Dallas County in the 255th District Court. | ||
| We won that case. | ||
| She lost most of her parental rights, and we were both given absolutely equal rights so that I could check her from doing any more damage to my son. | ||
| I was supposed to get 50-50 custody, After I went through some counseling, which was on nine points, things like, you know, recognizing the signs of bullying, unconditionally loving your children, things like that. | ||
| The court wanted that to happen in January after the verdict. | ||
| So that was January of 2020. | ||
| The counselors refused to cover those nine points with me. | ||
| They refused. | ||
| When seeing my sons, to see my sons when he comes from my house as a boy, because that's important. | ||
| My son has never presented to me or anyone except his mother as a girl. | ||
| He's only a girl with his mom and he's a boy with everyone else. | ||
| He's actually a very talented boxer. | ||
| If you go out to the Save James Facebook page, you can see video of him boxing and hunting and stuff with me. | ||
| He's just a normal boy. | ||
| So the counselors turned against me, refused to see my son As a boy from my house for over a year, eventually I revoked consent for those counselors to see my sons in violation of a court order. | ||
| Also, during this whole time, an unconstitutional, highly illegal gag order was put on me to stop me from politically cooperating with my fellow citizens. | ||
| It banned me from speaking on almost all LGBT political topics. | ||
| It even banned me from speaking publicly about whether my son was a boy or a girl. | ||
| And I invited the judge to throw me in jail for violating that gag order. | ||
| I have no intentions of ever following that gag order. | ||
| I've just decided in my life I'm never going to follow an unconstitutional law or mandate ever again. | ||
| So I invited the judge to do that. | ||
| Once I go to jail, I'll have standing. | ||
| To challenge that gag order in the Supreme Court of Texas, and that's what I intended to do. | ||
| However, the judge, knowing that I would probably prevail on a challenge to her gag order, instead decided to take my children away from me. | ||
| And after July 31st, an ex parte temporary restraining order was issued that the judge wrote into temporary orders. | ||
| They removed all of my parental rights and all my visitation. | ||
| And I have now been given the visitation of some of the worst child abuse criminals in this state. | ||
| I have the visitation that they get. | ||
| I literally can't see my sons at all. | ||
| This was done after my boy's counselor, the one who had refused to ever see James as a boy. | ||
| I forced her to see James as a boy in July because I had him for a whole month. | ||
| She took two apartments from him. | ||
| And during that time, my son asked her four times. | ||
| That if he could go to school as a boy, and he told her four times he wanted to be a boy all the time. | ||
| And she got so freaked out by that that she invented this story that my sons are scared of me. | ||
| But what really happened was my son noticed that she was not answering him. | ||
| When he told her that he wanted to be a boy, so he wanted to record him telling her that he wanted to be a boy, and she completely freaked out on that. | ||
| She doesn't want anything recorded. | ||
| There are no records. This is secret counseling. | ||
| I'm not allowed to know what she does with my kids. | ||
| I'm not allowed to ask her about it. | ||
| I'm not even supposed to ask my kids what they talked about with her. | ||
| It's completely secret counseling ordered by the courts. | ||
| So she wrote this terrible report, and on that basis, the court took all my rights. | ||
| I'm hoping that the recent announcement by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, which has now determined officially that sex change surgeries on minors is child abuse. | ||
| I'm hoping to expand that now to include chemical castration drugs which are being used throughout this state on children, which both permanently damages the genitals of these children but also permanently sterilizes them. | ||
| And I'm going to try to expand that to the counseling, which pushes these children towards these abusive and barbaric procedures. | ||
| A lot to unpack here. | ||
| Let me just start with this, because It sounds to me that, I don't think that, and correct me if I'm wrong on this, I don't think that your wife was doing this for any political reason. | ||
| It sounds to me like maybe she had some sort of, almost like a PTSD, like a, I forget the word for it, when mothers go through the problem after their kids are born. | ||

| And maybe she just wanted a girl to And so she had this weird postpartum depression that then translated into her wanting a girl so bad that she didn't get and maybe she kind of lost her sanity a little bit. | ||
| And so, I mean, again, correct me if I'm wrong, but then once this got in front of politicians and the government, then it became political. | ||
| Like the counselors, that's political for them. | ||
| You know, the judges and all this. | ||
| So it's all political for them to take your kids and dominate you. | ||
| To me, it sounds like maybe your wife was just going through some mental stuff, but then once the government got involved, now it's political. | ||

| And so far they've been pretty successful in that. | ||
| And just so people understand, because, I mean, what Jeff is going through, other people have gone through, as just an example of the politics getting involved here, we go through it. | ||
| I mean, folks, we'll have lawsuits, and they'll just openly be like, yeah, we know it's a lie. | ||
| We're just trying to destroy you. They don't even deny it. | ||
| And so you get into the legal process, in this case with your son, And you're just like, hey, they're going to be fair. | ||
| I'm going to have a fair shot. | ||
| They're not going to be, you know, they're going to be impartial. | ||
| They're not going to be biased. They're going to look at this and do the right thing. | ||

| They're totally biased. They're activists sitting on benches, posing as lawyers. | ||

That's right. And so what I had to do was turn to my fellow citizens and To cooperate with them to try to get laws passed against this, to constrain the judiciary. | |
| So I wound up fighting the American Psychological Association, the Texas Psychological Association, the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics. | ||

| All of the court psychologists have lied in court. | ||
| In every case, I've been able to prove it. | ||
| Both the court psychologists that testified in my two previous trials, they struck their reports, or they were impeached on the stand because they lied, blatantly lied. | ||

| And now I'm up against the House of Representatives, who will not pass laws against. | ||
| Dan Phelan and Dustin Burroughs, in the House of Representatives, blocked laws protecting children from having their penises removed in gender clinics. | ||

| And when I did that, they said I was violating a court gag order. | ||
