		lot of time with him today, is Alan Dershowitz,
		Professor Alan Dershowitz.
		He needs no introduction, but he does have a great new book out called The Case Against Free Speech, Protecting Free Speech from Big Tech, Progressives and Universities.
		Professor Dershowitz, welcome to the show.

		It's the case against the new censorship.
		As the singers from the old censorship, which was government censorship, which was easy to win, the new censors are much more difficult because they are private parties and they have their own First Amendment rights, so it's much more complicated.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Professor, it seems like we're being taken down from within.
		You know, I had a chance to review your book in the last few days.
		Again, another fascinating book, but you make the case about looking back So that we can go forward.
		And you noted that President Trump taunted the edges of free speech.
		Talk a little bit, if you could, in the few minutes we have with you about how the left has gone to extremes to get rid of him.
		And in the course, we've all lost or we're losing, we're bleeding out our liberties.
unidentified		Well, I think the hard left is the enemy today of free speech and due process.
		They think they know the truth, with a big T, that every white policeman who kills a black person is guilty of a crime.
		Every woman who accuses a man is telling the truth.
		Every vaccine is perfect.
		Every election was flawless.
		If you think you have all these truths on your side, and they may, they may be right about those things, but there's an intolerance for freedom of speech and due process, and that's what I'm afraid is happening to the hard left today.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Professor, how are we going to get it back?
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		I don't want to spoil the book because I loved your predictions at the end, but in a nutshell, what are some of the things the average person can do?
unidentified		Well, have talk shows like yours and have alternatives.
		Make sure that the three major media don't get a monopoly on all information and all speech.
		That's very, very serious.
		And it's very complicated because you don't want the government intruding on free speech.
		On the other hand, you don't want private people censoring free speech.
		I'll give you just an example from current events.
		So President Trump would like to tweet in defense of Israel.
		He's a very strong supporter of Israel.
		And Twitter says, no, you can't do that.
		We're taking you down. You put up things that were untrue.
		But Twitter now has, on their site, Neo-Nazis, people saying that not enough Jews were killed, that Israel's not a real state, and those stay up.
		And if those stay up and Trump is taken down, the message that is really conveyed is that that must be true because they didn't take it down.
		They took down Trump.
		Why didn't they take down the neo-Nazis?
		And so you can't have partial censorship.
		That is just never going to work.
		Free speech for me, but not for thee.
		Just doesn't work.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Do you find it curious, though, that while President Trump was the most powerful man in the world, that he really didn't do a lot with Section 230?
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		And in the end, ironically, he didn't take big tech down or out, but they took him out.
unidentified		Yeah. But, you know, you can't take big tech out because they have First Amendment rights.
		So it's very, very difficult.
		Clarence Thomas, Justice Thomas, wrote a very interesting opinion suggesting various approaches to how to strike a balance between private free speech and censorship.
		And I think we're going to see a lot more focus on this issue over the years, over the months to come.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		You know, Professor, you talked a lot about Thomas Jefferson in the earlier part of the book and how he was a little off the mark in some ways in terms of free speech being under attack.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Could you just share a moment or two on your thoughts regarding that?
unidentified		Free speech is not a guarantee that the right ideas will prevail.
		Sometimes bad ideas prevail under free speech, but sometimes bad ideas prevail over elections.
		So you wouldn't stop elections just because we sometimes elect people that don't serve the interests of the country.
		And the same thing is true of free speech.
		So I think that free speech for me, but not for thee, has to go and we have to create a situation where everybody can promote free speech and where there's a diverse array of opinions on private media and government media as well.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Professor, you've been at this for a very long time, and I saw both a balance of optimism and some serious concern in this last writing.
		Do you think in our lifetime, in the next 30 or 40 years, we can pull this back?
		Because we are really in serious trouble.
unidentified		I think so. But it's no guarantee.
		You know, in Israel, they say a pessimist is somebody who says, everything's so terrible it can't get any worse.
		And an optimist says, yes, it can.
		So I'm an optimist.
		Things could get worse. Things could get better.
		But we have to fight.
		We have to make sure that That the marketplace of ideas stays open and that we don't close it down for the hard left.
		But how to do it is very difficult.
		That's why I wrote my book, because it's a complicated issue.
		And I hope people will read the book, The Case Against the New Censorship, and will act on it.
		And that's the important thing.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Yeah. You know, we suffered a serious injury the night of November 3rd.
		I know this is a little bit of an unfair question to throw to a lawyer.
		Do you think the election was illegal?
unidentified		I don't. I think the election was imperfect, but I don't see any evidence that it was unlawful or illegal.
		You know, I don't get involved in the politics of these issues.
		I'm a liberal Democrat.
		I vote my party affiliation.
		But when it comes to legal rights, I'm bipartisan, nonpartisan, neutral, objective.
		So, yeah, I want to make sure that everybody's rights are protected, whether I agree with them or not.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Was the election more against Trump than it was for Biden?
unidentified		Well, that's interesting.
		I wrote a previous book called Electile Dysfunction for the 2016 election.
		I said people were not voting for a candidate.
		They were voting against a candidate.
		And I think that we're seeing a lot of that now in politics.
		People voting against candidates rather than for them.
		But, you know, I'm happy.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Do you think it was irregular, though, to see the voting?
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Have you ever seen the voting, the counting stopped?
unidentified		Yeah, that happened in Supreme Injustice.
		I wrote a book called Supreme Injustice in 2000, when they stopped the election count.
		Justice Scalia wrote a decision stopping the count and giving the election.
		Over to, obviously, the Republican candidate.
		And so I think we've had this before.
		We'll have it again. We have to make sure that elections are fair and that you can be free to criticize elections.
		That's the key. Make sure that you can be free to criticize elections.
		And today on Twitter, you can't do that.
		You're taken down if you say the election was unfair.
		You have a right to say the election is unfair.

		So I thought it was great to start the show today with Professor Dershowitz because he is such a scholar.
		I personally don't agree with his take on some of the things, obviously.
		And so I pushed him a little bit on that.
		I find it really difficult to buy that someone who couldn't fill a coffee shop got more votes, even if people who voted for Biden were upset with President Trump's approach or style.
		He just was the only, President Trump seemed to be the only way forward to something that wasn't communism.
		And so I find it really difficult to buy that.
		And it always somewhat stuns me to hear someone who's so educated and prepared and experienced in not only constitutional law, but just general U.S. law and history, great, great historian, that he felt that way.

		We just talked to powerhouse Professor Alan Dershowitz, who everyone knows, and talked a little bit about his new book.
		We have a great three hours, the rest of the show, coming up.
		I'm very excited about the opportunity to be here with you today.
		The main theme of the show today is really fighting back on the government's obsession right now with medical tyranny.
		And so a couple of my other guests are going to be talking about ways in which they've done that.
		One of my guests is also going to be talking about how he's covered some additional new by the sea.
		And you won't believe this time, and everybody's familiar with the fact that they are But they're also a throttling number of people that are actually getting vaccinated.
		So we'll be talking to someone who's been keeping a very close eye on them in spreadsheets.
		We'll talk about that.
		We wanted to start a little bit today.
		You know, I've been on Alex's show.
		A couple of times I've been on several other network shows talking about the vaccine and I want to start a little bit from the beginning and talk about it so that when I You're fooling with mother nature here.
rand paul ▲ ● ▼		You're allowing super viruses to be created with a 15% mortality.
		It's very dangerous.
		I think it was a huge mistake to share this with China.
		And it's a huge mistake to allow this to continue in the United States.
		And we should be very careful to investigate where this virus came from.
anthony fauci ▲ ● ▼		I fully agree that you should investigate where the virus came from.
anthony fauci ▲ ● ▼		But again, we have not funded gain-of-function research on this virus in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, no matter how many times you say it, there was research done with Dr.
unidentified		Xi and Dr. Barak. There were two separate grants given from the NIH to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and the wording of one of them is slightly ambiguous, and the wording of the second one Which clearly specifies gain-of-function research, that grant was cut off and not completely funded.
unidentified		So it may be that somehow between these two things, Dr Fauci has a view of events that is compatible with What he said in the Senate a few days ago, but doesn't really sort of change the overall fact that the NIH was funding dangerous research at the Ruenen Institute of Ruralgy.
alex jones ▲ ● ▼		Fauci, testifying to the Senate, along with the head of the CDC and others, all confirmed that around half of the NIH and CDC, from the doctors down to the nurses, have taken the experimental COVID-19 shots.
unidentified		What percentage of the employees in your institute, your center, of your employees has been vaccinated?
anthony fauci ▲ ● ▼		You know, I'm not 100% sure, Senator, but I think it's probably a little bit more than half, probably around 60%.
alex jones ▲ ● ▼		This is the final blow to their lives, not just all the deaths, not just all the cover-ups, not just the fact that Bill Maher and the Yankees and everybody else that takes the shot test positive months later, or that most people in the hospitals now dying of COVID-19 had taken the vaccine, really the vaccine telling them.

		You see it in each country.
		It's the same.
		The curve of vaccination is followed by the curve of deaths.

		Not just Fauci and Bill Gates and the UN running the Wuhan lab with gain of function and lying to Congress about it being caught red handed.

		The SARS-CoV-1 originated in bats in China.

		I was told months ago by sources inside the military and at NIH and CDC that they are shooting the vaccines into the trash can or down the drain when they say they're giving them to each other.
		This is not our first rodeo.
		America and the world's gone through this.
		This is the day the globalists fall.
		This is biological terrorism.
		This is biological psychological warfare.
		This is criminal activity and we will not submit to it.
		We declare independence against it right now.
		Henry Kissinger, Klaus Schwab, the whole globalist system that they've inherited from the Rockefellers and the Rothschilds think they're God, but they're not God.
		They didn't create this planet. They didn't create the sun.
		They didn't create the universe. They didn't create the trillions and trillions of galaxies that we know exist.
		They can't even comprehend God or how to be just good people.
		All they are is selfish demons that seek to take control of your life, who seek to harness humanity and convince us that they are superior to us and that we have to serve them and their ideas.
		They want control of our bodies with their nanotech, with their genetic engineering.
		They want us to accept the fact that they can put in our bodies what they want, when they want, and then lie to us about the fact they call it a vaccine when it is gene therapy.
		This is all about their quest for eternal life.
		They are testing on the general public, trying to find compounds from toxic experiments that give them what they call the Lazarus gene and other systems they're searching for.
		It all started in the 1950s when they discovered immortal cell lines, cells that never die and replicate forever.
		We call it, of course, the more vicious types.
		of cancer. But through death and through mass experimentation against the general population, they believe they will find the keys to immortality.
		So as you see the beauty of the universe that God gave us, realize the globalists are not God.
		The globalists are simply parasites who are selfishly trying to take control of your life in a hope of artificially building immortality for themselves.
		When immortality has been given to us by God through our consciousness, if we choose to be with God and not serve ourselves and be selfish entities.

		This is Dr. Jane Ruby in for Owen Schroyer today.
		Our theme is fighting back against government's obsession with medical tyranny.
		And speaking of the government, we are in a state of just a national security crisis with this Biden, this installed puppet in the White House.
		I wanted to talk to you a little bit about his behaviors that are being reported, some of his actions.
		Let's go to clip one, if we could.
		I just want to give you a quick example of what he's been like lately.
joe biden ▲ ● ▼		I can only assume that you will enjoy educating your family about how the Coast Guard is, quote, the hard nucleus around the Navy forms in times of war.

joe biden ▲ ● ▼		I mean, come on, man.
		Is the sun getting to you?
		I would think you'd have an opportunity when I say that about the Navy to clap.
		But being here together...

dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		I just love hearing people just chuckle in the background and placate this guy.
		I'm going to give you a little bit of background on me.
		Many of you have heard me speak as a medical professional on the virus and the experimental injections and all of my medical issues.
		I spent a great portion of my career in pharmaceutical drug development in neuroscience, and particularly in cognitive decline and different dementias.
		I don't normally go around and publicly diagnose people that I'm not directly taken care of, but I have to tell you that a first-year nursing student could figure out that Joe Biden is literally in the middle Of a major dementia, a progressive dementia of some type.
		I can't type it out for you because I don't know his whole history, but I wanted to share with you guys a little bit of, you know, a little bit of, let's lay out, you know, sort of the delineations across dementia.
		For example, in the early stages, these are generalizations that medical professionals use to kind of, you know, quartile people into where they are in the progress of their disease.
		So in early dementia, people start, you know, forgetting like names and dates and things from their recent memory, you know, maybe a few hours ago, a day or two ago.
		And not to be flip about it, but, you know, somebody famous in cognitive decline once said something about, you know, Alzheimer's or dementia is not forgetting, you know, where you left your keys.
		It's forgetting what your keys are for when you find them.
		So that really gives you a little bit of a distinction.
		But in the earlier period of dementia, people will start having a lot of difficulty performing in social settings and in their work settings.
		They start to forget material that they just heard moments ago, like a reporter asking you a question or something you just read an hour ago in the Oval Office.
		When you move into more moderate forms of dementia, and that's a very serious You start to forget your own personal history or information.
		You feel moody or withdrawn socially.
		You challenge. You try to hide from challenging situations.
		And you're visibly confused about where you are or what day it is.
		And you try to fudge. You try to make up for it.
		If you notice, Biden says the word excuse me a lot.
		He'll say, oh, I meant to say this other thing over here.
		Up through mild and moderate dementia, people realize they're losing their cognitive power, and they start to do things like that.
		They'll say, oh, excuse me, I mean this other thing here.
		And then they have behavioral changes in moderate dementia.
		Those can be very difficult personality, those kinds of things.
		And what we're seeing with them, and by the way, the third stage is late dementia.
		In late dementia, you're really seriously ill.
		You start to have physical symptoms.
		You're really not functional at all.
		You have difficulty with basic things like walking.
		You know, swallowing food and you have trouble communicating almost 100%.
		So if I had to put my money on where Joe Biden is right now in terms of his cognitive status, I would easily say he is well into moderate dementia because he knows he's flubbing and he's disguising it.
		He forgets where he is and he's definitely confused.
		But let me share with you some You know, insights that we're getting from people in the White House and people who are going in as visitors and coming out and leaking information.
		Recently, it's been reported that Biden has spits of rage where he lashes out at people, especially his aides, and he demands hours of debate from policy experts before he'll reach a decision.
		I don't think he can reach a decision because his executive function, which is part of the frontal cortex that makes us unique as humans, is probably not functioning very well.
		One person said, Beneath Joe Biden's folksy demeanor, a short fuse and an obsession with details.
		That was actually reported by the New York Times.
		The person was Sullivan.
		Who basically is one of his national security people, and Jack Sullivan.
		And he said, Biden has a kind of mantra.
		He always says, you can never give me too much detail.
		I think he's saying that because he can't keep too much detail in his head.
		He can't keep a thought.
		He can't think in a linear fashion.
		Remember the elements I read to you for moderate dementia.
		And Sullivan also went on to say that before making up his mind, Biden demands hours of detail-laden debate from scores of policy experts, and he takes them on this little Socratic walk.
		How nice that they put it that way, right?
		Around the West Wing before he arrives at a conclusion.
		I think he's forcing the aides and the visitors and the policy experts to walk around with him and to give them all kinds of details because he knows he can't string together a coherent intellectual statement or summary to show that he understands what he's hearing.
		Sullivan went on to explain that those trips around the West Wing are often difficult for his advisors, who are peppered, rather, with sometimes obscure questions.
		I mean, he's not even putting together coherent questions, and that's really, really a problem.
		Avoiding, the article went on to say, avoiding Mr.
		Biden's ire during one of his decision-making seminars.
		I have to laugh. For somebody who's cognitively impaired, they can't make decisions.
		But anyway, try to avoid his screaming out at you or his ire It means not only going beyond the vague talking points that he will reject, but also steering clear responses laced with acronyms or too much policy minutiae, which will prompt an outburst of frustration often laced with profanity.
		And this is the other thing we're hearing from the White House, his propensity to swear and be insulting.
		Like in the clip we just saw, this is not the first time he has Disparage, if you will, the military when they're standing right in front of him.
		So he's telling them they're dull.
		He called them, I believe in last year, we saw him in an older clip, call them literally stupid bastards, which is just, just reprehensible.
		But I think it's important.
		And why do I think it's important?
		Because this is a matter of national security.
		He's got his finger on the red telephone and the buttons, the nuclear buttons.
		The guy is impaired.
	God knows who or what is really running our government.
	He's doing a not-so-great job, in my opinion, as a former neuroscientist.
	He's doing a not-so-great job of covering for it.
	There you go.
	We have that clip up where he called, he disparaged the military.
	It's kind of a habit he's got.
	I mean, he probably has a deep-grained hatred and disrespect for our military.
	And what happens a lot of times in later dementia is people actually start speaking truth because they can't hold back from their temporal dementia.
	So anyway, glad to share that.
	I hope that gives you some insight into what's going on.
	In our next segment, we're going to be talking to a gentleman who's a genius.
	I'm Dr. Jane Ruby, in today for Owen Schroyer, and glad to be back with all of you.
	In this particular segment, I want to go over a little bit of information on the virus, the COVID virus.
	And the vaccine. But more predominantly, the vaccine.
	We call it a vaccine.
	We use it interchangeably.
	But I've said many times on a number of shows, this is really not a vaccine because a vaccine confers immunity.
	And this injection, these experimental injections, do not give you immunity to COVID-19 virus.
	What they do is they stimulate, they force your body in every cell in your body to hijack your DNA and create these spike proteins.
	We now know that the spike proteins outside of these viral capsules are actually the pathogens.
	They're actually the elements, if you will, that are causing illness and suffering and disease.
	So why on earth would we want to take an experimental injection that they're telling us is a vaccine Against a virus that essentially is going to create more and more disruption in our bodies and illness and injury.
	I don't know the answer to that 100% as a scientist, but I can tell you that these studies are not even done.
	And what happened was we went from randomized controlled placebo-controlled trials right straight to what we have now is The population being almost forced inoculated, that is not a randomized placebo-controlled trial, which is the gold standard to get FDA approval.
	What we are now witnessing is basically an open label, because everybody is told what shot they're getting from what company.
	So that's considered open label.
	You know what you're getting. It's an open label observational trial.
	That means you just watch people to see what kinds of reactions they have.
	The reason I'm getting more and more concerned, and you all should as well, is that a couple of these companies are filing for this emergency use authorization to be advanced for children and babies, two years old up to 17.
	And I just don't understand why are we seeing this huge push against our children.
	The other thing is that Pfizer, as you probably know by now, has filed, has definitely filed with the FDA for a full-on approval.
	And I'm wondering, how can they do that if they haven't completed the trials for efficacy and safety?
	They stop the trial, those parts of the trial, and they're just giving it to everyone.
	How do you then take that and apply Well, one of the reasons is the FDA gets about half their funding from the pharmaceutical industry, just like the CDC. The CDC is essentially a vaccine company.
	It holds over 58 patents that we know of that they've divulged.
	And so, you know, this is really incredibly dangerous.
	I wanted to share a little bit about The types of vaccines or these types of experimental injections that we're seeing, they actually come in two different forms.
	People have asked me, you know, after I was on Alex's show a week or so ago, they wrote to me and asked me if one was better than the other, that they heard that there was a difference.
	And indeed, I wanted to clarify that a little bit.
	There are differences, but the differences are just in sort of the way that they get to the same place.
	So the first one that you've pretty much heard about, and over and over again, and we've tried to clarify it on a number of shows, is the mRNA, the messenger RNA vaccine.
	And basically, this collects some of the DNA from the actual COVID virus, and it actually, it's a messenger RNA, so it's an instructor.
	It tells your body, he takes some DNA over here from your cell's nucleus and creates a spike protein.
	I've got a straight answer from these companies as to why, on earth, they would want people to be making, replicating, billions of like hurricanes.
	People have asked me also, and this is heartbreaking, they want to know if they've taken one shot or both, if they have a two-shot, you know, if they're taking it from a two-shot company, if they can do anything about it, if they can get it out of their system.
	From everything I see now in the preclinical work, the answer is no right now.
	I hope I'm proven wrong or some new science will come out where they can do something about it, but this is embedded in every cell in your body.
	If you've only taken the one shot because of peer pressure or you've just misunderstood or you've changed your mind, I certainly would advise you not to go for the second one.
	I can tell you that the majority of side effects Especially the severe ones in the first few days have occurred to people who have taken after they've taken the second injection.
	Now, the second type, major type of vaccines are called vector vaccines.
	And they actually use a modified version of a virus and they use materials either from monkeys or from, they call them fetal stem cells, but they're really from abortions.
	And I think both are reprehensible.
	And so both of those approaches, though, don't mistake, both of those approaches get you to the same place, which is to force your body to make the spike protein.
	The other issue that's coming up, and I want people to be aware of it, we'll talk a little bit more in detail about it in our third hour, is what is inside of these injections?
	You know, you have You know, you have materials, you have liquids, and there are things in those liquids.
	And some of that information is starting to come to light, and I'm going to share that with the audience.
	I'm also going to break a very big story in the fourth hour of Alex Jones tomorrow.
	You won't want to miss that, where Stu Peters is hosting.

	Because if any of you have gone to the VERA's website, you know it's really complex to try

	But this guy is an expert at it.
	It's what he does in his living every day.
	So he took all the raw data started from day one and he's up to, he does it daily, so he's
	up to date.
	And he has discovered some incredibly startling things that the CDC, which houses the VERA's
	website, the reporting system.
	he has discovered some startling things that the CDC is doing.
	They are so dirty.
	They are manipulating numbers.
	They're moving things around.
	And remember, like I said, it's not great.
	But it's the only thing, it's probably not the only thing, but it's the best thing we have right now.
	And we know from the Harvard Pilgrim study that looked at a number of meta-analyses over all kinds of different disease states, but particularly to reporting on vaccines, that only about 1% of the population of people having an adverse event are reporting on the VAERS system.
	So you can multiply everything you're seeing and from what you hear from our guests, In the second hour, you can multiply the numbers he's giving you by 100, which is incredibly frightening.

	People often don't even know they can.

		We have an action-packed next couple of hours.
		I'd like to bring in my first guest in this second hour.
		Who is quite the super sleuth in terms of tracking what the CDC is up to, Mr.
		Albert Benavanitas. Albert, how are you today?
unidentified		Dr. Ruby, I'm doing great.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Thank you for having me. It's wonderful to have you on the show because I actually found you.
		I just want everybody to understand.
		I actually found you Uh, on social media because you were doing an incredible job.
		I did let people kind of give them a little intro into what you've been doing since day one with the CDC raw data, but why don't you introduce it and explain what kind of work you've been putting together.
unidentified		Well, Dr.
		Ruby, since the beginning, I've been downloading the data weekly.
		As you know, they update every Friday.
		And I've been downloading that data and analyzing and auditing.
		And where that's taken me is that I've realized that...
		You know, based on the vaccination date, the data just seemed to be getting further and further behind.
		So, you know, with that being said, I guess just to summarize it quickly, currently as it stands, 51% of all reported adverse effects are from vaccination date January or older.
		And As you know, we are now 159 days into this experimental program, and 51% of the adverse events are from the first 51 days.
		So that just shows you how far behind they are.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		So, Albert, let's break it down a little bit for people.
		When you say that the data that you're seeing them enter is from January, I mean, there's no excuse for this.
		It's a self-reporting system.
unidentified		It's all digital. It's all, you know, traceable.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Can you tell, where do you think the data is from January to today?
		Is it just missing?
		Did they get rid of it? Are they holding it back?
		What is your thought?
		You're seeing the patterns of what they're doing.
unidentified		Yeah, yeah. Well, first of all, as an example, every drop, every weekly update of data, This last drop, a third of it, 33% of it, was from vaccination dates January and December.
		So every week they've been giving us adverse events, but those adverse events were associated with vaccinations in January or older.
		So I think, based on what I've been seeing, is that A, they're behind, but B, I've been hearing, even starting with the High Wire, when Del Bigtree interviewed the three vaccine-injured frontline workers, and they had mentioned how difficult it was to file a report.
		I'm seeing that same pattern again.
		All through Twitter, people are saying that even doctors, and I heard Del mention it again, that even doctors were having problems filing reports.
		So it's a combination, I think, of being behind and not being able to file a report.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		You did a really interesting video.
		On your social media, we've got a little bit yet to go, but before we say goodbye to you for today's interview, I want people to know where they can find you on social media because you posted a number of videos, but some great work.
		You show your work.
		And you created these spreadsheets with tabs on them for different types of adverse events and whether it's children or the elderly.
		And there was one thing in particular that I wanted to ask you about.
		Most recently, you showed a video of your spreadsheet where you saw that the number of people being vaccinated had dropped.
		Hugely. Do you think that people are stopping?
		They're doing what I've been telling them, you know, hashtag just wait.
		Or do you think that they're dropping the numbers of people in the database that are being vaccinated?
unidentified		What do you think? Yeah, well, I go directly from the CDC website.
		It's called their vaccine tracker.
		And, you know, those numbers show that the uptake...
		Many of vaccinations have just been diving, have been nose diving.
		This last day or two has been the first time in about almost a month that it started to, the needle turned the other way.
		And I think that has to do with Vaccinating the children, which is scary.
		So I think they're going to get a little spike from vaccinating the children.
		But all in all, the numbers are approaching.
		The uptake is similar to what we were at, where we were at on late January.
		Just to give you an idea.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Yeah. Yeah, and you know, on this issue of the children, this is really frightening because I'm learning that they're recruiting two major sources to get to children.
		One is to use pediatricians.
		You might think, well, that seems pretty innocent.
		You know, why would they recommend it?
		But pediatricians are given huge grants by pharmaceutical companies.
		And a lot of them are being called out right now.
		And then the other avenue that they're going to use to get at children is schools, setting up injection clinics.
		And you actually shared, getting back to your tracking skills, because you are, you know, we looked up on LinkedIn, your analytical dashboarding, HMO claims auditing, you do revenue cycle management, you're a professional in those areas, you're an auditor, you've done billing services, you know what you're doing and you know what you're seeing in these numbers.
		So you did also a special video the other day that started looking at adverse events in the few children, thank God so far, since there haven't been a lot yet.
		Do you want to talk about some of those numbers?
		I mean, I have a few of them, but I want you to share what you've learned.
unidentified		Sure, sure. Well, I've got it up on my laptop here, and I'm showing that there's been, for children under the age of 18 years old, there's 12 Twelve recorded deaths on the VAERS system.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Oh my God.
unidentified		So far. And there's five permanent disabilities.
		Altogether, there's 1,800 adverse events published so far for kids 18 years and younger.
		So... Yeah, and it's still showing the same pattern of leaning towards more females than males come down with an adverse effect.
		And it's really an anomaly, just in general, how many females come down with an adverse event as opposed to males.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Albert, can you zero in?
		Are those females...
		Menstruating age, like are they 12 to 17?
		We're not looking at like 5 years old, right?
unidentified		Let me see here.
unidentified		Let me just break it in half and go from 11 years old and younger.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Before we go to break.
unidentified		Are they 11 to 19?
		Yeah, those 11-year-old and under, five deaths.
		Five deaths out of those 12 and two permanent disabilities out of whatever I had said before.
		I forgot. Out of the five permanent disabilities.
		So that's 11 and under.
		And that's 96 and 96 total adverse events.
		Period. 96.
		So the majority seem to be You know, 12 to 17 years old.
		And to me, that would make sense because the 16 and 17-year-old population had a jump on the, you know, the under 15-year-olds, right?
		Because of the EUA. Right.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		And severe anaphylaxis, you singled out over 100,000 for 17-year-olds.
		This is just atrocious.
		I mean, you know, when we come back on the other side of the break, you're going to stay with us, Albert.

		And I'm going to continue with a great guest here who's been tracking and super sleuthing the dirty dealings of the CDC's VAERS website.
		Mr. Albert Benavanides is an expert in data analysis and tracking.
		So welcome back, Albert.
		We were talking about the CDC and how they're basically manipulating these numbers.
		You've discovered a lot of, there's a lot of proof in what you've done.
		I would highly recommend that you make, I hope you make copies of your spreadsheet and put them in a safe deposit box somewhere.
		Yeah. Yeah, I think, you know, I'm not sure many people are doing what you're doing, and what I witnessed in your videos, the way you show your work, it's incredibly detailed, and you're discovering that there's, if we multiply everything by 100, because we've learned from the Harvard Pilgrim Society that these vaccine reporting systems are, especially theirs, is probably representing only about 1% of the real adverse events.
		We can multiply everything by 100, and they have every reason to Since the CDC is a vaccine company themselves, they have every reason to be hiding these numbers, you know, inflating them elsewhere, hiding the vaccine adverse events.
		Let me ask you this.
		What is the most shocking thing you've seen so far across your spreadsheet, what you're deciphering?
unidentified		Well, I think it was right around, it was exactly around January 9th when the trend is in sync with the vaccine uptake.
		You know, the vaccine uptake is exponential.
		But right after January 9th, it's as if they put the brakes, that's when they started to throttle.
		On January 9th and forward.
		And so, as an example, just like you were saying, I took that ratio from January 9th to December 14th and I took those ratios of the adverse events and I extrapolated them out to current.
		And at the time, I did that last week, so current would have been till the end of April.
		I came up with around 12,000 deaths and over a million total adverse events, but 12,000 deaths.
		Hold on, Albert. That's stunning.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Because what you did, I understand what you just explained, but I want to make sure the audience does too.
		You modeled, in other words, if you had 1,000 vaccines and 100 adverse events, and all of a sudden you modeled out when they dropped, What the adverse events would have been.
		So the adverse events dropped precipitously too, as well as the number of...
		And so that's why you think they're fudging those numbers.
unidentified		Yeah, yeah. So in my analysis of projecting or extrapolating out what the adverse events should be if they were current, And I got something like 12,000 deaths and a million total adverse events.
		Then you can start there and multiply by 100 or by 10 or, you know, in my video, I said, I'll meet you in the middle.
		Let's multiply it by 50 and got some very scary numbers.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, you're doing modeling based on the patterns that existed when they were telling the truth and then all of a sudden they start to hide.
		You can't hide all the numbers because it doesn't work out.
		This is really very concerning.
		I think that when you start talking about adverse events at a million, and you're talking about, we're being told, we were told at first it was six women.
unidentified		Then we were told, oh, it was like 10,000, right?
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		But they were mostly not related to the vaccine, and they were also mostly not serious.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Now, you're saying that we are likely looking at Based on what's reported, let me make it really clear, 1 million adverse events and how many deaths?
unidentified		12,200.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		12,200. 12,200, which if we multiply by 10, I think most people can, that would be enough to shut this whole thing down.
		And Albert, the big concern is that right now the Pfizer company has applied For full FDA approval, I hope people understand what that means.
		If they get full FDA approval, you will have a tougher time refusing to get this for travel, for your employment, and all that because you won't have the buffer.
		That it's not an FDA-approved product.
		That it's experimental.
		Because I think people are stopping, they're starting to stop tripping over each other to get this thing.
		But I thought your information was super important because the people know that these are serious numbers.
		And on top of that, they're being hidden from us.
unidentified		This is really, really dangerous.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Albert, are you concerned when children start getting, when parents start marching their kids into, you know, these centers to get vaccinated?
unidentified		Yeah, yeah.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		It's very...
unidentified		It's why I do what I do.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, I think we're all getting sick to our stomach and, you know, I just, you know, thank you so much.
		You know, for what you're doing, because maybe it's going to have some impact and we can get people to stop before they start hitting the kids with this.
		I feel the same way, too.
		I mean, we all have children that are our relatives in one form or another, and we're starting to see more and more of the truth.
		Albert, please don't stop doing what you're doing.
		If God continues to give me the voice to get, you know, these stories out, I certainly want to talk to you again, and I want to see, you know, what you've come up with.
		Be careful with your own security and safety because you're uncovering some very, very dangerous information, and maybe we can protect the children.

		You can, you know, flood the lines of the CDC, of your doctors, of your school.
		Take charge. Make sure children are not subjected to this because they will be damaged for the rest of their lives.
		It's just really heartbreaking, and to see him break down just brought it all, you know, so close to home.

		I want to ask you some questions, but are you worried about this?
		We've been talking for the show so far about this forced vaccination thing and how they're coming for kids.
		You know, are you worried about that as well?
unidentified		Yeah, I absolutely want parents to take heed and to realize that this is just the beginning.
		It starts with masks.
		It started with them telling us that we need to quarantine and stay home.
		And the next thing is that they're going to try to push this vaccine on our children.
		And I don't even like to call it a vaccine because it is not one.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		You're very well versed on all that.
		I'm really proud of you for that.
		You're doing that education in public as well.
		Tell people a little bit more about what you've been doing.
		We are lucky to live in Florida.
		I left the People's Republic of Virginia last year myself when I saw this breaking to get into a freer state.
		And people talk about how free Florida is.
		But, dot, dot, dot, as you can well attest to, there are pockets here of tyranny.
		And you particularly focus on your area of Palm Beach County.
		Tell us what's going on and a couple of the victories that you've had.
unidentified		Yeah, so a lot of people look at Florida as a freedom of Oasis.
		And, you know, I understand that people can have that opinion, but unfortunately in South Florida, from West Palm Beach down to Miami-Dade, we have had the most dictatorship over this past year.
		They have dictated small businesses.
		They have shut down small businesses.
		They have fined small businesses.
		Children are getting in trouble for having their mask down underneath their nose and getting reprimanded and getting detention for it.
		There's so many things that are happening that I want the public to be made aware of.
		So I've been vocally loud about it this past year.
		And little by little, we are making decisions We are opening small businesses.
		We are pushing back on our local government.
		We are forcing these school boards to listen to us.
		We're not doing it on our computers anymore.
		We're showing up in person.
		So it's super great what's happening here in Palm Beach County, but there's still a huge fight ahead of us.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, and didn't they try to give you a hard time at first?
		When you started to go in person and say, hey, we're going to fight this, you know, face to face.
		Didn't they try to keep you all like out of the room or one at a time, you know, that using the social distance crap to just keep you from all, you know, entering each other?
		And how did you overcome that?
unidentified		Yeah, so it's really interesting.
		I operate on a better to ask for forgiveness than ask for acceptance.
		So I kind of make myself get pushed into things.
		And the officers have been great with us.
		And they're telling us we're just doing our job.
		But the county commission continues to come out with memos stating if you're not wearing a mask.
		You have to go into a maskless room, and in order to come into the chambers with the kings and the queens, you must wear your mask.
		Well, what we do to get away with it, just to get past the door, to make it seem as if the officers are doing their job, is we put something sheer over our face.
		May it be some Fake mask just to get in.
		And when we sit down in our chairs, we take our mask off and we sit there.
		And there's nothing that they can do to us but say, can you please, as a courtesy, put your mask on?
		And we don't.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, I like the defiance.
		I really do. You know, the other thing I wanted to ask you was about, you know, about this whole school issue.
		You know, the CDC just came out, whether they're happy with themselves
		or they might regret it, but too bad.
		But they just came out, as you know, and said, oh, you know, vaccinated people don't have to wear a mask.
		And so, you know, nobody's proving, trying to prove anything right now, thank God.
		And basically people have said, you know what?
		This is my out.
		Nobody's wearing a mask.
		It's much more cleaned up now down here.
		But let me ask you this.
		They're still, what is with these school boards, in spite of the CDC,
		what is with these school boards still trying to push the masks on children,
		who basically have a 100% rate of recovery on a virus that's already burned down?
unidentified		Yeah, you know, those are the questions that we are waiting to get answers for because they're forcing masks on children that have, in Palm Beach County alone, zero deaths.
		We had zero deaths from zero to 18 years old.
		So tell me, what science are they listening to?
		That is acceptable to force masks on our kids.
		And on top of that, I wish you guys had the videos.
		And this is one of them from the Palm Beach County Commission meeting where they're not letting us in without a mask on.
		But last night at the school board meeting, They literally had officers in the hundreds in riot gear with zip ties.
		It was forced hand sanitizer.
		If not, I was walked by an officer into the bathroom to have them watch me wash my hands.
		So even though Florida is supposed to be open and there's an executive order that states local governments cannot mandate mask or anything COVID-related, it's still happening right here in Palm Beach County.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		You know, I know you've actually had a couple of interactions with Governor DeSantis.
		Most recently, he comes to Palm Beach County a lot to break his new executive orders and things like that.
		And he's doing a great job, we all agree.
		But how are they getting around this governor?
		How are they getting around it by imposing these arbitrary rules in their school meetings?
unidentified		Yeah, I have that same question because there is no way that a school board government or a county commission government supersedes the governor.
		Yet in Palm Beach County, both of those government boards from the county commissioner to the school board is stating that they can create their own rules because they are a quasi-private entity.
		So if they want to mandate hand sanitizer, if they want to mandate and accommodate for those who can't wear a mask to stay in a separate room as modern day segregation, they claim that they're allowed to.
		It doesn't matter how loud we roar and we say that this is not allowed and unconstitutional.
		They're getting away with it and I don't know how much more we can do.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, I'm going to have to come down there.
		I've been threatening to do that, to come down with you and be part of those women that are telling them off because they can't arrest all of us.
		And on what law would they even charge us?
		What we just saw while you were explaining that, of course, was the clip from the event I referred to where you actually did get Governor DeSantis' attention.
		And when we come back after the break, I want you to share a little bit about that because There's a wonderful, happy ending to that story.
		And it happened on your birthday.
		But I guess it helps to approach the governor at events like this and call for his help.
		And we'll hear more about that when we come back from this break.

		And we've been talking with Anjali Contreras, who is quite the political activist Down here in South Florida, because we have pockets of blue tyranny, and she's been doing an incredible job.
		Angela, before we went on break, we saw that clip where you were attending an event by the governor, Governor DeSantis of Florida, who came down to South Florida to make some announcements, and you made it, you know, a point to go over and appeal to him for some help.
		Can you tell the folks briefly, you know, what that was about and how it turned out?
unidentified		Yeah, so friends of mine, Mike and Jillian Carnevale, people know their names, were actually arrested three times last year.
		And many times have we tried to get this story to DeSantis to help this couple get the charges dropped.
		And so I took every opportunity and woke up at five o'clock in the morning and printed out over 40 flyers with the writing saying Governor DeSantis and then a picture of them arrested and a picture of them at a media press conference.
		And stated, these gym owners are going to go to jail for six months if you don't do anything.
		I handed them out to people.
		I gave it to all of Ron DeSantis' staff.
		And then also, you saw the big crowd.
		I got through, I got behind him, and I put the paper in his face and I said, these gym owners Are going to go to jail for six months if you don't do anything.
		And within four to five days, he went on air with Laura Ingram and granted them full reprieve, which then caused their case to be dropped by the state.
		And they no longer are going to risk going to jail for six months just for having their business open and not requiring masks on their patrons.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, and so let's get this straight.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		They were arrested for opening their business, even though Governor DeSantis had an executive order saying that businesses could be open.
unidentified		Is that correct? That is correct, yeah.
unidentified		So they opened up their gym when they were told it was fine to open up the gym, and they didn't require masks on anybody that was coming to do strenuous workouts.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Right, right, because the governor had also had in his executive order last year That people could not be prosecuted.
		They couldn't be arrested. They couldn't be fined anymore for any regulations related to COVID, which is just outstanding.
		Did you know he was going to do that?
		And were you watching the show?
unidentified		So I had no clue he was going to make that announcement.
		We have been trying to get it on Fox for so long.
		And it was his attorney that told me that me forcing my way through that crowd and giving DeSantis that letter really made them have to pay attention to what was happening in South Florida.
		So it was exciting to watch it on air.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		I bet it was.
		And I want people to hear again what you just said.
		He said he did this because you pushed your way up and it was so important for you to approach him and say something about it.
		I made mention of your birthday.
		So this was your birthday when these people were pardoned or freed, right?
unidentified		Is that correct? Yeah, so it was the night before my birthday.
		So it ended up happening at like 1050 at night.
		And so the next day we got to celebrate and then over the weekend they had a surprise birthday party for me and Mike and Jillian were actually there so I got to love on them, hug on them, and congratulate them in person.
		It was an amazing feat for freedom, but we still have plenty of fights ahead of us.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, but you just demonstrated to everybody here That all it takes is just, you know, a little bit of effort.
		I mean, you have a family and other, you know, obligations and responsibilities, but nevertheless, you know, you didn't have to, you know, create a whole company or, you know, you just put your heart and soul into this and you actually freed two people who were unfairly arrested.
		This is unbelievable. It should be national news.
		So I hope it gets out to people.
		Now, Angelique, because of this, you know, you and I did talk a little bit before about You told me that you've been very inspired because you've created something and people come to it.
		First of all, talk a little bit about do you have an organization that you started and also what you are inspired to do next.
		You told me something very special about District 2 in Florida.
unidentified		So it's actually District 4 of the school board.
		And last night we were committed.
		We got to that building at 3.30 and didn't leave to almost 1 a.m.
		But sitting there and listening to these people not even care about our children and care more about critical race theory Being indoctrinated in our children rather than them suffering in mass for eight hours a day.
		I said, you know what? Enough is enough.
		I have been a huge advocate.
		I have many people that support the movement here and it's just growing.
		And I thought it's time for me to stop talking behind a microphone.
		And start acting.
		And so I am going to be running for District 4 school board seat in 2022.

		Tell us about that. You said something about the fact that she's just run since whenever unopposed.
		These Democrats are running.
		They're power-hungry and drunk because they're never opposed.
		So tell us about your soon-to-be opponents.
unidentified		Yeah, so Erica Whitfield is the current individual that holds that seat.
		It is a political race that does not be backed by Republican or Democrat.
		And when you look at her profile, everything that she stands for, we know is the Democrat ideology.
		And obviously when people see what I support, they'll understand that I support conservative values.
		She ran in 2014 and won that race.
		And then in her four-year turn run again in 2018, she was run unopposed and got the seat for another four years until 2022.
		But we are going to change that in the next year.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Well, I am going to do everything I can to support you and any other conservative candidates that are going to be running in these unopposed Previously, unopposed, you know, races, because, you know, it's just so important.
		And the other thing that concerns me is that, let's face it, the elephant, pardon the pun, but the elephant in the room is the rhino establishment.
		And we are entrenched, like many other counties across the country.
		It's not just a fight against these incumbent, like you said, unopposed Democrats.
		It's also overcoming this sickness, the GOP, because they can often Throw under the bus their own candidates.
		What are your thoughts about that?
		You know, we have about a minute and a half left.
		What are your thoughts about that in terms of how you're going to overcome that?
		Because I know you're a sharp woman and you're going to figure it out.
unidentified		Yeah, obviously there are rhinos in Palm Beach County.
		There are dinos in Palm Beach County because we tend to be more of a blue-leaning county.
		I am making sure that I am going to stick to what I believe in and that I'm not going to be bought or paid for and fall for that craziness.
		That we have seen people fall for and I will fight back against it and I will call out the people that are trying to belittle the candidates that are we the people candidates because that is what I think is most important.
		I am sick of politicians.
		We need more people like you, Dr.
		Jane, like myself and others that are running that are we the people candidates that are going to be there and be the voice for the people in their county, in their states, and in this country.

unidentified		Police say a 44-year-old man was slashed in the face on board a Ford train exiting at Union Square Station.
		But the suspect stayed on the train, approaching Astor Police Station, slashing one man, punching another.
		Five minutes later, near Brooklyn Bridge Station, slashing a fourth man in the head.
		We had a man who was slashed in the mouth on the northbound 6 platform in East Harlem.
		He apparently got into a dispute with three other men who were all arrested.
		And yesterday, a tourist was stabbed with a screwdriver.
		Police believe that this man attacked four people in a 24-hour rampage, leaving a trail of blood on the A-train.
		And investigators believe he attacked his victims with this knife.
		Two people are dead.
jon bowne ▲ ● ▼		Police and public reported data details that from January through March of 2021, the homicide rate rose by 28%
		from the same period last year in 20 major cities across the country.
		Homicides had already previously risen by 30% in 2020.

		The white supremacist mob, the white supremacist mob was able to break in with weapons and with zip ties and put their feet up on the desk in the speaker's office after violently storming the Capitol grounds.

		Okay, so they claim that it's this minority in the country that is really doing a little bit of damage.
		They're really just slandering and swiping the entire movement when in reality they're causing over two billion dollars in insurance damage in the United States of America.

		And he actually got some notoriety last year when he waltzed into his county board and set them straight on a few issues because people in California were not being able to feed their families.
		Dying, getting sick, committing suicide, losing their businesses for good.
		And he walked in.
		We have a great clip that we're going to show you about his experience.
		And then we're going to talk to him about what happened immediately after that and some of the events that happened after the year.
		And his family decided how they were going to manage it.
		So I think we have that clip coming up.

		I spent two tours in Iraq.
		I took an oath to the Constitution of the United States to support and defend against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
		14th Amendment, Section 1.
		No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens in the United States, nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without the due process of law.
		Attorney General says stay-at-home orders resemble house arrest.
		Under Title 18, United States Code, Section 241 and 242, these invocations of stay-at-home orders and enforcements are federally illegal.
		They are a crime. Unlawful orders do not require obligation.
		Instead, they require a gut check.
		Police officers, sheriffs, judges, public officials in any position, specifically the governor and state attorney general, are subject to the accountability and pursuant to this statute.
		I appreciate the dissent from this body, as well as the sheriff.
		But with all due respect to Sheriff Barnes and the Board of Supervisors, not enforcing these orders is not good enough.
		The ideals of individual rights and liberties have been tossed aside for community rights.
		What kind of a government tells a mother or father in the community they aren't essential enough to work?
		It's communism. It's fascism.
		I want to put a special emphasis on the Board of Cosmetology in Barbary that you make fines and revoking licenses while enforcing this illegal order.
		That's a crime. I am calling upon you to sue the Governor, State Attorney General, any state boards and law enforcement agencies enforcing these state home orders and arbitrarily creating delegations of essential workers pursuant to the United States' codes provided in your docket.
		These orders are federal crimes and unlawful on their face.
		What are you doing to rectify this?
		I work and collect a paycheck.
		I took a sick day to come down here to do it.
		I'm blessed enough to stand and fight for the citizens not as lucky, especially those at risk.
		Why am I doing your job?
		Social services and agency workers are working online and by phone only.
		No welfare visits, no check-ups.
		Mandated reporters like teachers and school administrators can't report kids because they aren't seen.
		Three-quarter million kids in your constituency are facing disaster in their household.
		Food insecurity, financial instability, mental health problems resulting in suicide, unmitigated abuse, and molestation for a major 52 deaths.
		And I'm sorry to have to. Put it so coldly, but this is outrageous.
		With a stroke of a pain through executive action, all of our core American ideals have been wiped from the ledger.
		The price is paid by my friends.
		Our veterans and their families in active duty are in vain.
		This is a slap in the face of any veteran witnessing these events.
		Going forward, in addition to the request of accountability of state officials, I encourage the board of supervisors.

		Adam McKiskey, Stuart Trejo, Casey Casanova, James Kimple, Miguel Guzman, and Glenn Martinez.
		Combat Logistics Battalion 1, I served with them.
		They were killed in action.
		So to me, I feel like they would have been in my place had the situation been reversed, that they would have Taking that stand for their family, the way that I felt it in my heart to take the stand for my family and the people around me, like their families. Just real quick, there was a lady that went before me at that board meeting and she said, hey, my kid said that she wished she was a bug so somebody could stomp her out.
		That breaks my heart to hear that.
		So, yeah, it fired me up.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, when you hear the truth coming from kids, I mean, you know what stunned me about your speech before that board?
		It was so heartfelt. And, you know, at the end, if I remember correctly, wasn't one of those board members saying, you know, your time is up, your time is up?
		And I just thought that was so disrespectful to do to a veteran.
		I mean, you know, could she say another few seconds while you wrapped up?
unidentified		Well, to be fair, I did go over my three minutes.
		I asked for my few seconds back before the video started.
		They were handing out the pamphlets that I had given to the board members as a reminder of what they took an oath to, several articles of the Constitution, a couple amendments, as well as the United States Code Title 18, Sections 241 and 242.
		I got that from the gentleman who does bathroom economics.
		I forget his name at the present time, but he's recently frequenced the InfraWars family.
		But, you know, I'm the lawyer, but I took those to them knowing that what I'm reading in plain black and white is what it means.
		And I'm pretty sure that's what it was meant for.
		That was his intent. Oh, I'm sure it was.

		And we've been talking with an American hero, an American patriot, in my eyes, Corey Brockman, who challenged his county board last year.
		In California, I believe it was Orange County, Southern California.
		Corey, you know, how bad were and are things in California?
		And what, you know, what did you and your family decide to do about it?
unidentified		So after the speech that I gave at the Orange County Board of Supervisors meeting that day, the chairwoman, the one that cut me off, she was elected to Congress just last year.
		Her name is Michelle Steele.
		She actually made me quite upset after I spoke.
		She had some other businesses that were attended to at that meeting and she said that it was our number one priority is your health.
		No. So I went up there a second time, which isn't videoed, and I told them, I was like, my health is my number one priority.
		Your number one priority is to uphold the law.
		And I, again, you know, just hammered home those points, the Constitution and the U.S. codes, and just really tried to press those in.
		When we left, went to a couple demonstrations that happened in Huntington Beach.
		Right there on PCH in Maine.
		I was there a couple weekends in a row getting a nice suntan.
		I was out there with American flag, Marine Corps flag, and a bullhorn.
		I have a bullhorn. It's actually in storage right now, but it's got a bunch of InfoWars stickers on it.
		I think I saw Fog City Midge there, but I didn't know it was her when she approached me.
		So that was kind of cool.

unidentified		It was taking a big toll on my mental health as well as the family, and I kept telling my family, I listen to Alex Jones and Owen Schroyer just about every day, and I have plenty of other media sources that I listen to, but all of them are saying the same thing.
		And it was populated cities, populated areas are not going to be good, especially if things go south.
		And I was not about to be caught up in the middle of, you know, populated, you know, California.
		So we bugged out.
		We're now in a different location at the moment.
		I am near and dear to a role model of mine that was actually a drill instructor in my company before All this 9-11 stuff happened.
		He was a drill instructor in my company.
		He trained my peers and myself.
		Nick Popovich, he's a war hero.
		I'm not a hero. Batman is a hero.
		Managed to knock down 18 insurgents and then he was attacked by an RPG. He took an RPG hit to the head and survived.
		His actions that day earned him a silver star.
		Really, really You know, knock-up kind of guy.
		He's a Marine. You know, these people are who I look up to.

		Cora, you've been through a lot.
		You've got your family out of there.
		Do you have any reports from people back there of how bad it is?
		I'm trying to get a feel for are businesses still locked down?
		I mean, California is New York State of the West, and New York is the, you know, California of the East, but Are things still locked down?
		I understand that even though the CDC said that we don't have to wear masks and all this other ridiculous stuff for unvaccinated people, that Governor Newsom is still requiring all kinds of lockdowns and masks indoors, outdoors. What's the state of affairs back in your area of California?
unidentified		Do you know? Well, that's what I've been hearing, as well as $6 a gallon for gasoline in Central Los Angeles.
		That takes a big hit on the pocketbook.
		I remember paying upwards of $4, $4.50 a gallon, and to the hardworking American family, that is crippling.
		That takes food out of the pocket, and it's really, really rough on them.
		I also heard that there was a Settlement between basically Gavin Newsom and the churches out there in In California, they want a settlement over a million dollars, basically stating that the state could not stop them from having religious services.
		And the fact that they did it was an overreach.
		So Gavin Newsom is going to be paying for that one, from what I hear.
		So praise God on that one.
		Yeah. And as far as the lockdowns, I haven't heard a whole lot, but I know that they're trying to ease up on them.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Yeah, it's just, you know, the reason they wanted to keep us out of churches and bars and salons is because, I think, is because, you know, that's how the American Revolution started to gain traction, because people would gather of like mind, right, and hang out and talk to each other, and, you know, that's pretty clever.

		It really is, you know, and a little bit of fun history for all the history buffs out there and those who love the Marine Corps, we all know that the Marine Corps was founded in Tun Tavern.
		So we were founded in a bar.
		We were a bunch of brawlers and, you know, we were looking to start a fight on behalf of our country or maybe finish fights, first to fight.
		The Marines have, you know, definitely their roots within Tun Tavern.

		Yeah, the salons are, you know, definitely another hot spot, of course, for the ladies that don't, you know, like to go to the pubs and, you know, throw a few hands.
		But also, you know, the other places, the other meeting places where people would come together.

		And I now love going to the grocery store because I don't, People make me nervous with this whole mask mandate and everybody getting so forward and so direct to other people about what they believe other people should do.

		You should probably go about your life and be yourself.

		We've allowed this thing to get way out of hand and I think You know, we've looked the other way too long and I think it's time that people gather around other people like you and just stop complying.
		I mean, you just have to stop complying.

		I believe that not complying is one way to do it.
		Standing up for yourself is another.
		And definitely stick to—I stick to the Word of God and basically find fellowship within a church, like-minded people.

		It's time to step up and stand up.
		So stay with me. We have another half hour in the third hour of War Room.
		I'm your host today, Jane Ruby.
		Welcome back to the third hour of The War Room.
		I'm Dr. Jane Ruby, in for Omen Joyer today and happy to do so.
		Listen, I just wanted to make a point.
		That winter sun product is important.
		I live in a sunny area and had my E3 checked recently and it was actually incredibly low, even though I religiously take it every day.

		So, you know, we've been talking about the vaccine.
		I've been on Alex's show a couple of times, and we've discussed a lot of different aspects of it.
		But what's starting to come out now is this issue around what's in the injections.
		So when you think about it, it's not just the messenger RNA. It has to travel in something once it's injected into your body.
		And so the discussion has been coming around more and more in the last few days to what's called excipients or the other things inside that syringe when they push it into someone's muscle in their arm.
		The excipients are the fillers, if you will, but those are not benign Just useless or, you know, safe necessarily material.
		They can be themselves the cause of bad reactions, injury, illness, feeling sick.
		I love when people say, and there are some memes around it as well, oh, I had a really bad reaction at the first shot.
		That must mean it's working.
		That has nothing to do with whether it's, you know, working.
		First of all, it's not a vaccine.
		So it's not working like a vaccine to make your body, stimulate your body to develop immunity.
		Immunity is like two parts.
		It's a surveillance. The body gets taught to recognize that organism if it enters your body again, and also to create the specific attack cells, the T cells that will go after that organism if it should appear again.
		So it's a multi-layered process.
		So I wanted to talk a little bit about these excipients.
		You may start to see some, you know, more and more discussion about it in social media.
		I wanted to share some information about it because it is an important issue.
		There's one particular excipient, and it is most famously right now known to be part of the Moderna experimental injection.
		It's called SM102. You can look this up on the internet.
		I either have my own, you know, evidentiary sources in the form of a scientific journal article or some sort of site, but you can look up on the internet a company, I believe it's called Calgary, I'm sorry, Cayman, Cayman Chemical Company, but it's all over the internet.
		You can just put in SM-102.
		You want to know what SM102 is?
unidentified		Let's go to the experts, Hayman Chemicals.
dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Tell us that SM102 is an ionizable amino lipid.
		We told you before that in order to move the mRNA molecule into your cells, it has to cross over inside a fatty molecule, a lipid nanoparticle.
		What we didn't know until recently was that that lipid nanoparticle in at least one of these injections, and they all have their version of it, is SM102. So it is in combination with other lipids in the formation of a lipid nanoparticle.
		You can look at the Moderna ingredient list.
		You'll see SM102. Now I'm going to this chemical company that is talking about SM102. And what they say is administration of this enzyme, right?
		Now, the enzyme has a really strange name.
		I swear I'm not making this up.
		Nobody put me up to it.
		It is on their website.
		You can look at it yourself.
		They explain to you what SM102 is, and they say administration of, I want to say it clearly, luciferase.
		Luciferase. Anything with A-S-E at the end?
		Is an enzyme, luciferase.

dr jane ruby ▲ ● ▼		Administration of luciferase mRNA in SM102 containing lipid nanoparticles induces hepatic, that's your liver, luciferase expression in mice.
		Formulations containing SM102 have been used in the development of lipid Nanoparticles for delivery, watch this, of mRNA-based vaccines.
		And then they put a black box warning, what I call in the pharmaceutical industry, a black box warning.
		If that is put on your product label, that's like the kiss of death because it means something's really dangerous about the drug.
		Their black box warning says, warning, this product is not for human or veterinary use.
		So what is it doing inside, at least that we know of so far, the Moderna experimental injection?
		SM-102 is being used in their injection as the lipid nanoparticle, the delivery system that takes the instructions in the, I don't like to call it a vaccine, what they're calling a vaccine, that forces your body to make like proteins.
		And as I said earlier in the show, in case you missed it, the spike protein we now know is the pathogen.
		That's the disease or illness-causing aspect of the COVID-19 or any COVID coronavirus.
		So what are we doing?
		Injecting DNA instructions into bodies, countless bodies, that force those bodies to make over and over again the spike protein by the billions.
		You guessed it. It's going to end up causing, over the months and years, all kinds of illnesses.
		And I have some interesting information.
		This is public.
		This is not something a private source or anything.
		This is a retired PhD virologist by the name of Dr.
		Scott Clark, who's raised some incredible questions that should have been answered.
		Before these studies were allowed to just break open halfway through and result in an emergency use authorization.
		He says, and I'm reading from some of his information, all the cells in your body will get this mRNA coding.
		So for those people who've asked me that question, there's no way to get it out.
		He says any cell capable of endocytosis Which means any kind of changes in the cell will take up and translate this mRNA.
		Every one of your cells will take it up.
		It will be there permanently.
		He says that there is no way to know how long this SARS-CoV-2 spike protein that your body's being forced to make expressed in your cells outside of the immune system, right, in other types of cells, your cardiac cells, your lung cells.
		He says there's no way to know how long these spike proteins will persist after you've been injected with them because, watch this, they didn't test for it.
		This is the outrageousness of these things being forced and being pushed out in as many people as they can get.
		The other question that I've been asked also by people is since the induced Meaning, since the forced spike protein replication by the billions in your body, your body will recognize that spike as foreign or pathogenic.
		He asks the question, will, in your healthy cells, if your body recognizes, and it will, those spike proteins, is it going to attack you?
		I think theoretically it will, which is why I'm frightened for people that don't want to be given this.
		I know Alex has figured all of this out, put all these pieces together.
		And so what I'm going to talk about in the next segment, stay with me in this final segment of this final hour, is maybe what you can do to protect yourself and others and how to push back on this.
		And recognize the symptoms of these adverse events, these side effects, so that you can protect yourself and your family.

		It's been a great, I can't believe, almost three hours.
		We've had some wonderful guests, and I just wanted to wrap up a little bit on the virus because I'm going to be breaking a big story with some new information.
		On this whole issue of transmission, during Alex's show tomorrow, you know, he's got a show tomorrow from, I believe it's 11 to 3 Central.
		And so I will be on the show to talk about this.
		It's a bombshell. And it basically has to do with the issue of what people are calling shedding.
		And so it has to do with transmitting.
		There's a phenomenon that people have been suspicious of.
		Where people who have been injected with these experimental chemicals are possibly shedding something or transmitting something to the unvaccinated if they're in close proximity repeatedly over and over again.
		And we have been looking at some preclinical research putting some pieces together that I think some scientists were trying to warn the government and the CDC about last year, but they were, of course, dashed and quieted.
		But I think we've put the pieces together, and when you find out how this is likely being transmitted, it's going to make a lot of sense to you, and I think it might give some people some hope for how to protect themselves.
		So I urge you to make sure you watch Alex's show every day, but watch it tomorrow, and I will be on the show to drop that bombshell, and I hope it's helpful to people.
		But just kind of wrapping up, I was talking about A retired virologist, Dr.
		Scott Clark, who raised some really important questions, questions that actually have been asked on Alex's show and on War Room, in fact.
		And they just, because they didn't finish the trials, they don't have these answers.
		And, you know, before people start thinking that this shedding or transmitting issue is tinfoil, You know, you can look at Pfizer's own documentation.
		I think there's been a document circulating entitled Pfizer's mRNA vaccine trial documentation references knowledge of shedding.
		So they were expressing a concern in the protocol for investigators who were running these trials in the very beginning to be aware of husbands who have been injected being around their wives, having, you know, close contact with their wives after that, and possibly Creating some passing of that, some component of that vaccine.
		And we know that the virus itself, when your body breaks down the SARS-CoV-2 virus, it actually gets excreted through certain mechanisms in your body.
		And so if the spike is the most pathogenic or dangerous part of that viral infection, then you can start to put together how the spike Or parts of it, which are very toxic and pathogenic, are possibly transmitted.
		When I say there have been scientific warnings, let me share with you, I mean, Dr.
		Simone Gold, Dr. Tenpenny, who's been on Alex's show, Dr.
		Emmanuel, who's a fantastic spokesperson for Frontline Doctors that Owen just recently interviewed, and Dr.
		Moskovitz, they've been warning.
		There are Peer-reviewed journal papers that you can find yourself that we've talked about on Alex's shows and others.
		SARS-CoV-2 spike protein elicits cell signaling in human host cells.
		That's a fancy way of saying that when you're injected with these materials that force you to make the spike protein, your healthy cells are going to react to it.
		And one of the questions that Dr.
		Clark, the virologist, asked was, You know, the body breaks down whatever you put into it.
		That's why you have to take the medicine that you need, you have to take it, or your vitamins, you have to take them every day because your body extracts what it needs, but then it breaks down what you took at the end.
	And so we have no information, Dr.
	Clark was pointing out, we have no information on what the body is producing.
	When it does its normal degradation of this mRNA material or these nanolipid particles, what is it breaking it down into?
	Pfizer uses a nanoparticle to deliver called polyethylene glycol, which is a highly toxic substance.
	It's in some cosmetic injections, so ladies be careful.
	It is toxic.
	What is it doing in a vial that's being injected into your arm?
	Well, it's part of what they need to push the mRNA into your cells.
	But at some serious cost.
	And so that's really important.
	I wanted people to understand that.
	Another scientific group did preclinical work and found the connection between the spike protein and a very protective enzyme in your body called ACE2. And what it does is the spike protein causes you to be sick by competing with the ACE2 receptor.
	Or molecule for that receptor.
	And so your body just becomes a slave to this spike protein that eventually will make you sick.
	And in fact, one of the other issues that Dr.
	Clark raised when he said, how can we possibly know the widespread cell and tissue damage from such an autoimmune reaction that's going to come from your body recognizing these spike proteins all over, in the billions, all over your body?
	As I said in the beginning of the show, people have asked me, what can I do if I've already taken one shot?
	If it's a two-shot series, I highly recommend, I don't like to give medical advice directly, but I highly recommend that you do not take the second shot because there's a reason why you need to take the second one, right, to get the full effect.
	And we now know from the VAERS database, at least, that the majority of these AEs, these adverse event reactions, and the more severe or the most severe of them And remember, these side effects are very serious.
	And these ACE receptors are ubiquitous throughout the body.
	They're in your gut, they're in your heart, your lungs, your brain.
	And so if the spike proteins are competing for space with them, And they become more active.
	And you can see where those are the areas where you're going to have side effects and damage to your body.
	That's where the blood clots are coming from.
	That's where the bleeding, along with the blood clots, that's where the miscarriage is.
	Because there's a ton of ACE2 receptors in a placenta.
	When a woman gets pregnant, her body starts to develop the placenta.
	There's the connection to the miscarriages.
	And those are probably in the hundreds of thousands, according to What we heard from Albert Benavanidis today, who is the expert on putting together the spreadsheet from the VAERS database.
	So I reiterate, you know, my saying, just wait.
	There's no reason to rush for this.
	This is a virus that has burned down.
	Viruses in the scope of life do not burn up, they burn down.
	And eventually they burn out.
	And while they are never gone from the planet, They are completely innocuous.
	They just don't have any power anymore.
	And so it's important to remember that.
	I've had questions about this term variant.
	Variance is just another word, a speak word for mutation, because as a virus plows its way through the human population, it ends up using up a lot of the DNA around it, its own, you know, mechanisms, and it burns down.
	It gets weaker and weaker and weaker.
	Make no mistake about it.
	If you've had the natural COVID SARS-CoV-2 virus flu, you have very powerful immunity and you have it for the long term.
	How long exactly? We don't know, but you certainly have it and it's important.
	And your body, the variants or the mutations are so structurally similar to the main virus that your body is going to recognize hundreds of thousands of these variants.
	The narrative that these variants are popping up in these countries and we're going to get a fourth wave of variants that are going to kill us faster and with more pain is just absolutely absurd.
	The variants have very little difference percentage-wise from the structure and function of the main virus.
	So your body's surveillance system, remember the recognizing part of the system, will recognize those variants and protect you from them.
	You'll never know specifically because you're going to be healthy and feel good.
	So I wanted you to be aware of that.
