| Biden's America Families Plan will cost $900 billion more than the White House predicted. | ||

| So one of the multi-trillion dollar packages that the Biden administration has proposed, they said the family plan, among its original members, Among its original estimate, it was 1.8 trillion is what he proposed. | ||
| Well, now they're saying it's going to be 2.5 trillion. | ||
| And they're saying it may actually be 2.7 trillion. | ||
| That's where the 900 billion comes in. | ||
| And this was researchers who did this. | ||
| Now, again, $10 trillion in proposed government spending from the Biden administration. | ||
| $10 trillion! You're not going to see any new roads or bridges. | ||
| You're not going to see new airports. | ||
| You're not going to see new infrastructure. | ||
| You're not going to get stimulus. You're going to get taxed more. | ||
| Your food prices are going to go up. | ||

| It's all going to Michelle Obama libraries and new toilets and parks and Nancy Pelosi's friends and all of their buddies and NGOs. | ||
| It's literally all Democrat just paying off their friends and family. | ||

| And it'll be $10 trillion By the time Biden's first year is finished. | ||
| That'll be half the national debt. | ||
| Trillions. And then it'll just be every year $10 trillion, $20 trillion, $30 trillion, $50 trillion. | ||

| But what's happening at the ground level? | ||
| Well, let's take a look. | ||
| We've covered how the Consumer Price Index, all reports are Consumer Price Index, prices are all going up. | ||
| Your food prices are going up, energy prices are going up, gas prices are going up. | ||
| You name it, it's all going up. | ||
| Lumber is a big one. | ||
| Slate published a story this morning, Log Jam, A Journey to the Heart of the Lumber Shortage. | ||
| And it gets into the whole thing, lumber prices going up 300%. | ||
| From this point last year, they show no signs of going down. | ||
| Because of the supply chain shortages, they're struggling just to keep up with the old orders. | ||
| Now they have new orders. Nobody's able to build new houses. | ||
| Nobody's able to do renovations. | ||
| If you even want to, you're going to have to pay such a pretty penny. | ||
| It's unbelievable. And so they kind of get into it here in the story. | ||
| But so that's one example. The same phenomenon is happening with food. | ||
| And the same phenomenon is going to be happening with other commodities. | ||
| We just haven't realized it yet. | ||
| But see, the smart people on top of all of this, running the government shutdown for COVID and everything, they know all of this, and yet they're still doing it. | ||
| And so, but what's happened? | ||
| Well, with all the government spending, I don't even, you know, I really don't understand it because it's not stimulus. | ||
| Because there only have been, even if you've gotten every stimulus check, you've still only got like $3,000 or something, which maybe helps you for a couple months. | ||
| So it's really the unemployment is what it is. | ||
| And so you have people who are now seeing it beneficial to not work, to not get a job. | ||
| And so let me tell you, here in Austin, you can't drive half a mile anywhere in the city without seeing at least two or three help-wanted signs. | ||
| Everybody's hiring. Some of them just say starting wage, $15 an hour. | ||
| $15 an hour starting wage. | ||
| And nobody's taking the jobs. | ||
| Why? Why? Well, maybe they're making more unemployment, maybe they're not, but they know, hey, I'm making enough to live off unemployment, and I don't have to work. | ||
| It's a beautiful thing. | ||
| So now you've got all of these jobs, and nobody even wants to fill them. | ||
| McDonald's offering you $50 just to show up for an interview. | ||
| Just to show up! | ||
| How can you have a collapsing economy with all of these jobs and all of these unemployed people? | ||

| There's an element of laziness. | ||

| Yeah. And there was a lot of different groups that went to protest the HB3 and they did not want it getting passed that committee. | ||
| Well, it looks like the word at the Capitol is that they are going to pass that HB3 over to the calendars committee. | ||
| It's important for your audience to understand that the Calendars Committee is a very important committee. | ||
| This committee decides whether these bills get placed on the House floor for a vote. | ||
| So if they do end up going ahead and taking this bill, HB 3, that gives the governor a lot of power, that's not good because the person that authored this bill, his name is Dustin Burroughs, Right there, Dustin Burroughs. Dustin Burroughs is the chairman of the Calendars Committee. | ||
| He will make sure that this bill gets to the House for a floor vote. | ||
| And that's why I was sort of sounding off the bells because we saw other organizations starting to post about it and sounding off the alarm. | ||
| So I thought I'd call you and let you know what they were doing because if the governor gets more powers, Then this bill passes, which it could. | ||
| It is not good for small businesses. | ||
| It definitely takes down our freedoms. | ||
| It doesn't do anything. | ||
| Like in Oregon, we had House Bill 2343 in Oregon, and that bill, the Republicans are trying to pass it so that the governor does not have more powers under a pandemic. | ||
| So they're doing it right, but they're getting a lot of opposition and pushback. | ||
| They just motioned the floor to pass that again recently, and they were denied. | ||
| So that's amazing. | ||
| Hold on. This is an important dichotomy. | ||
| So, in Oregon, where they've actually had a lot of strict COVID regulations that have | ||
| really hurt Oregon, they're trying to counterbalance that by saying, hey, look, the government | ||
| can't just come in here and shut everything down, kill small business, make you wear a | ||

| Whereas in Texas, where it wasn't as bad as other states, they're trying to give the government | ||

| Now, it just shows you've been an activist, very involved for a long time. | ||
