Oh say can you see by the dawn's early light, what so proudly we hailed at the twilight's
last gleaming, whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight, o'er the
ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming?
and the rocket's red glare Oh, O say does that star-spangled banner yet wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
And the home of the brave?
If you were to watch Schindler's List, you would say, boy, that was terrible.
I wish I was around that.
Maybe I could have done something.
You can do something now because they're pulling kids out of the darkest recesses of hell right now and dumbs in all kinds of places.
The adrenochroming of children.
greg reese
Actor Jim Caviezel is being ridiculed and defamed in the mainstream news for speaking out against child trafficking.
While promoting his new film, Sound of Freedom, based on the true story of former U.S. government agent Tim Ballard, who quit his job to devote his life to rescuing children from global sex traffickers, Jim Caviezel described what adrenochrome is.
unidentified
Essentially, you have adrenaline in your body.
I'll just simplify it.
And when you are scared, you've produced adrenaline.
If you're an athlete, you get in the fourth quarter, you have adrenaline that comes out of you.
If a child knows he's going to die, his body will secrete this adrenaline.
And they have a lot of terms that they use.
greg reese
The Mockingbird Media responded by firing a chorus of headlines into the brainwashed minds of the public, all to the tune of, But it isn't.
Millions of people waking up from the generational sleepy lie of pop culture are seeing the ugly truth.
Seeing the millions of babies aborted each year, sold for fetal body parts.
Seeing old women rub aborted fetal tissue into their skin to appear younger.
And seeing official science comparing young blood to the fountain of youth.
It doesn't matter how many times the lying fake news media decries QAnon, conspiracy theorists or right-wingers.
Millions are now seeing what they have been busy hiding.
The trafficking of children.
Slavery. Caviezel warned that the film may never be seen because there are very famous people in Hollywood involved in child trafficking.
unidentified
And once they see the ships that they transport the children in and all of this stuff Well, there's no other film like this.
Our industry can't make this film right now because of a lot of people that are involved in it all over the world that are in this.
And many of these people are very famous.
greg reese
He even mentioned dumbs.
unidentified
Because they're pulling kids out of the darkest recesses of hell right now, and dumbs in all kinds of places.
greg reese
Deep underground military bases, which we were warned about in 1995 by former government engineer turned whistleblower Phil Schneider.
People have always been telling us this ugly truth.
Alex Jones and David Icke.

Ladies and gentlemen, it is Wednesday, April 21st, 2021.

This is the InfoWars War Room, brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
Streaming live at band.video and bandthis.tv.
I'm your host, Owen Troyer, with you for the next three hours.
That video report that we just aired in the first segment by Greg Reese is very powerful, very important, and exclusively available at band.video.
So if you're trying to figure out where you can download that to share it with your friends and family, band.video.
And of course, that's just an outlying subject for discussion that's always out there.
As Hollywood entertainment gets more and more satanic and disgusting, that is always at the underbelly of it.
So, a courageous act from Jim Caviezel.
I hope he's just the beginning.
There have been some others that have mentioned it.
The adrenochrome, the child sacrifice, and human trafficking that goes on.
Which is facilitated by having open borders and mass illegal immigration, which of course the Biden administration is guilty of more than any other administration, any other White House in U.S. history, and it's not even funny.
And you know, the allegory of Monsters, Inc., I never really even related it to that.
The screaming, the torture of children, the fear of children powering an entire civilization.
Of course, the logo with the all-seeing eye.
Crazy, isn't it? Represented in pop culture.
Fear and loathing in Las Vegas.
So that's always going to be there but...
People are not even really fully awake to how fake mainstream news is.
unidentified
...
owen shroyer
And so it's a process.
And once you can understand that, once you can process that, yes, how television news is fake.
Take a look at the biggest events from the last couple of years, at least the biggest events according to the media.
Russian collusion never happened.
COVID pandemic wasn't a pandemic.
You could go on and on.
Hands up, don't shoot, never happened.
But there is a change.
There is a... There's an awakening, but then there's a more dangerous aspect of the left that they've now got more power than ever.
So I'm listening to talk radio yesterday.
I'm listening to call-in shows.
And, I mean, the average American is starting to realize how dangerous the left is.
And I'm up here ranting and raving on Monday about how dangerous it is and it needs to be taken seriously.
What we're witnessing right now is parallel to what we saw Nazis do, what we saw the Maoist Brigade do, all the deadly, fascistic, totalitarian, authoritarian regimes from human history.
We're seeing the outset of that right now with the American left and the media and Hollywood and the Democrat Party.
But see, Americans are waking up to that.
I'm listening to talk radio.
I'm hearing the callers. I'm hearing them on C-SPAN. This audience has always been there.
Now it's like mainstream talk radio.
Now it's like people even calling into C-SPAN. They understand how dangerous the left is becoming.
They understand historically where the Democrats are aligned right now with their policies, with their practices, with their rhetoric, with all of it.
So that's good.
But the challenge is then...
How can these people that are seeing how dangerous the left is getting, they can understand historically where they're going, but to understand that it's deeper, understand it's an agenda, understand this is all by design.
This isn't circumstance.
This isn't happenstance. This is meant to happen.
This is a direct assault on the United States of America.
This is a direct assault on your sovereign nation state, on your republic, on your rights.
All by design.
That's why you're seeing the madness.
That's why you're seeing the insanity.
That's why you're seeing things that don't make sense.
Because they wouldn't make sense in a rational world until you understand it's all by design.
Until you understand it's all part of a plan, then it makes sense.
Why would the media lie so much?
Why would the Democrats lie so much?
It's part of a plan.
It's part of a plan.
So, we can tell you where the plan goes next, and two steps down the road, and three steps down the road, and four steps down the road, and five steps down the road, until there's just total, it's just giga death.
That's the Georgia Guidestones.
That's eugenics. But now you have official documents where The United States Postal Service is spying on American citizens, but specifically on Trump supporters.
And so here's what they did.
Again, people are waking up.
They see how dangerous the Democrats are.
They see the lies of the mainstream media all day long.
But they haven't reached that next level of understanding.
It's all by design.
You're under attack. Then it's the fight or flight mode.
That's where this audience is at.
That's where this crew is at. We've decided to fight.
So, they build up a narrative on television.
Like, remember after January 6th, they said, Trump supporters getting ready for their next big insurrection.
Trump supporters planning on this day, charging capitals, charging the U.S. capitals, charging state capitals.
Remember that? That was all in the media.
None of Trump's actual big supporters, none of the actual influencers that supported Trump, not anybody out of the Trump White House or Cabinet or anything, nobody you know or I know actually said March 20th or March 30th, whatever the date the mainstream media made up, Trump supporters are going to go out on all the state capitals.
It's going to be their big insurrection 2.0 or 3.0, however many dates they'd gone through to that point.
So then they say, okay, See, we have evidence.
Trump supporters are going to riot again.
And then they use the United States Postal Service, probably because the Postal Service is defunct, not innovating.
And so they say, hey, look, you guys can be a part of this New operation to spy on the insurrectionists.
So yeah, it was March 4th, it was March 10th, it was March 20th, and they tell the U.S. Postal Service, March 20th, look for any events, look for any Trump supporters, look for anything you can find, and turn them into the feds.
So that's the next step.
So they ran, they attempted to run their Reichstag false flag style event on January 6th.
It failed. Now they're still running with their further operations as if it didn't fail and that there was actually mass violence and that there was mass death and that multiple buildings did burn.
None of that happened. There was one person that died on the scene that day.
She was murdered by what we're told to believe is a Capitol Police officer.
We're not allowed to know that identity.
The officers that died...
Died later next day down the line that week from other injuries.
Now that's confirmed, but that didn't stop the mainstream media from telling the lie.
So, you understand where this goes.
You understand how you're losing your rights.
You understand how you're losing your country.
You understand that this is an attack on America and the individual having guaranteed rights guaranteed liberties given to them by God inherited by God from God And what is happening is that that is all going to be put aside, and it'll be a pandemic that puts you into lockdown.
It'll be racist police that shut down, you know, you for the color of your skin.
They'll flip it. They'll flip the skin color, whatever.
Whenever it's racist, it doesn't matter.
This time it's white people.
Next time it's black people. And then it'll all just collapse.
The most prosperous nation in the history of the world, the United States of America, will be no more.
It'll just be like another third world hellhole.
And you won't have any rights.
and you won't have plenty of food and water to drink.
You know, I began just kind of waxing poetic on where this all goes if it's not stopped.
That is the communism, fascism, authoritarianism, totalitarianism of the left in America.
But here's what I'm trying to tell you.
This is how they operate.
They use the media.
This is the Democrats. This is the leftist.
This is the liberals. This is the commies.
Whatever you want to call them. We know who they are.
They're the people that don't like Trump.
They're the people that wear the mask.
They're the people that fall for Russian collusion.
They're the people that think everything's racist.
We know who they are. Put whatever title on them you want.
They are the fascists.
The totalitarians.
And this is their playbook.
They use the media to justify everything they do.
So the media just says, oh, insurrection January 6th, most dangerous event since 9-11.
And then the federal government follows along with that lie that's now been consumed by the public, and then they go after and attack anybody who was in D.C. on January 6th that they don't like.
They then say, oh, the next big wave of Trump violence is coming March 20th.
And then they say, but don't worry, we'll be prepared this time, and the U.S. Postal Service will be spying, and they'll be sure to monitor any activity on March 20th, and any Trump supporters that may commit acts of violence will find them will be spying, will be watching. Totally illegal, but they justify it with the media.
Look at Russian collusion.
Media comes out, Russian collusion, Russian collusion, Russian collusion.
Then they have their special counsel, Robert Mueller.
What does Robert Mueller say?
There was no Russian collusion, and actually the evidence I found, if Russia interfered, it actually was in support of Hillary Clinton.
More so than Trump.
But they got away with all of it because of the big lie of the mainstream media.
So the media lays out the big lie.
The public morons consume the big lie, and then the federal government acts out on the big lie, and that's the circle of their fascism.
And then big tech will censor anybody that calls it out, censor anybody with a dissenting political opinion on these issues, or better yet, anybody that tells the truth.
That's how this goes.
Now, we have a small clip that's just a small smattering of mainstream media telling the big lie about Brian Sicknick.
Now, remember, it was the Democrat Party that said defund and abolish the police.
It was the Democrat Party that bailed out rioters that attacked the police.
It was the Democrats and the liberal media that stood with ACAB, all cops are bad, That go around chanting, the only good cop is a dead cop.
But then when they thought they could use a dead cop as a political trophy like Brian
Sicknick, they had a huge ceremony in the Capitol and now he has a monument in his ashes
lay there in the Capitol as a monument, a trophy for the Democrats to say, see, the
Trump supporters were violent insurrectionists on January 6th and Brian Sicknick is our trophy
that we hold up in your face as our proof.
That was a lie.
But every other officer is bad.
Every other officer doesn't deserve the time of day or the truth.
They get tried and hung by the media before their day in court.
The Chauvin trial is yet the latest example.
Now, I'm going to be joined by Norm Pattis today to discuss the appeal process here because I do believe an appeal from Chauvin's legal team is imminent.
So we'll talk about what that may mean with Norm Pattis coming up.
And then also we'll have Bob Barnes back on to get a second legal opinion on this because I think it's inevitable that there will be an appeal to And so then what does that mean?
Well, legal discussion aside, I think we know what that means.
Now, if through the appeal process Chauvin is able to walk, the potential for riots and violence is increased tenfold because now they finally think they have quote-unquote justice, which is really just terrorist justice.
Using a violent mob to get your way in a court of law.
That's a form of terrorism.
Using violence to accomplish a political goal.
They wanted Chauvin guilty so they burned cities to the ground for an entire summer.
They threatened they would do it again and they got their guilty verdict.
That's called terrorism.
That's how it's done. Of course, everybody knows Derek Chauvin is not a murderer.
And again, if they would have laid out a case, and I was glad that I've heard other people say this, if they would have laid out a case that Chauvin and Floyd were, you know, dealing drugs together or something, and there was some bad drug deal, and he had to get Floyd shut up somehow, and then, oh, that's how it happened, well, that'd be a whole other thing.
Nobody ever presented any of that evidence.
Nobody ever talked about their prior relationships.
So I'm assuming that that wasn't the case.
But when you have people in the media doxing jury members,
putting their pictures and their addresses out there, and when you have members of Congress saying we'll get more
confrontational, and when you have leftist leaders saying we're gonna burn cities to the ground,
and everything hinges on the decision that's made in that courtroom, that one man better fry, that one man better be guilty of murder or you know what happens, That's the very definition of terrorism.
But imagine how much more violent they're going to be if Chauvin walks as a matter of an appeal.
And then, how does that look on Maxine Waters?
But see, that's just assuming we still have any justice.
That's still assuming there is any justice in a court of law.
I'm not so sure there is.
Not in this case.
And so I'm going to come back and talk about that and all the other stuff that's happening including now LeBron James.
What a shame this guy really is.
What a racist bigot and a shame to America and humanity this guy ended up being.
Doxing the police officer.
Because he's white, obviously.
Doxing the police officer who rushed in when he saw a woman getting stabbed.
I mean, imagine you walk into a scene...
And there's a young girl who's about to get her gut stabbed out, ripped out, bleed out right there on the street.
And you rush in and stop it.
And the girl you saved is saying, you saved my life, thank you, thank you.
And then the media and the White House and basketball players say, we're coming after you, Whitey.
We're coming after you, officer.
Because you stopped a potential murder?
So I'm telling you, man.
I don't know why anybody would be a police other than they need that paycheck.
And I don't mean that to be assuming or condescending.
I'm just saying. There's a target on your back.
And if you get into a bad situation and you do your job, your whole life could be ruined.
So the cops have to put everything on the line every day now.
They're playing all in every day.
That's the gamble. That's what they're told to gamble with every day.
So we're going to get into that on the other side.
unidentified
This is the InfoWars War Room, brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
Give me liberty or give me death.
This is The War Room with Owen Schroer.
Watch the live stream at band.video.
owen shroyer
Oh, is that Jill Biden?
Is Joe with her too?
Or is it just Jill?
unidentified
Oh, that's Dr. Oh, my crew, correction.
That's Dr. Jill to you, peon peasant.
owen shroyer
That's Dr. Whore to you.
Excuse me, pardon me. So, the vaccine that is now giving people in Israel herpes.
I'm sorry, I shouldn't laugh.
It's actually happening. We'll have that coming up later, though.
Get that nice vaccine, though.
It's really good for you. Stop that COVID from getting you with the 99.999% survival rate.
That's what you want. The risk of a serious side effect from the vaccine is higher than the risk from COVID. But get that vaccine, baby.
You'll feel really good about it.
You'll be doing your part of humanity by committing soft suicide.
So, I want to play this clip, which is just a small compilation of the media from...
January, the big lie that they told about Brian Sicknick.
Now, keep in mind, they admit now, the same people that promoted this lie from this clip that we're about to play, The very same people and the very same news outlets with the New York Times and the Washington Post and CNN and MSNBC and ABC News and all the rest of the mainstream media that said Sick Nick was killed because he was attacked by Trump supporters and bashed over the head with a fire extinguisher.
They've now published stories saying that Sick Nick died weeks later from personal health problems.
Not related to the events of January 6th.
The same with the other two people that died.
And then there was Ashley Babbitt that was executed on the scene.
But remember, the same people that tell you now Brian Sicknick died from health concerns days after January 6th.
Those are the same people that said that he died because Trump supporters bashed him over the head with a fire extinguisher, which was the number one argument they had for saying that this was an insurrection.
Because here's what they really wanted.
What they wanted was for someone to be charged with murder so that they could then charge Trump with murder.
That's what they actually wanted. And then they could charge anybody else that was considered a leader, whether it was us or anybody else, they'd say, you were charged with murder, because they're going to say, you incited a riot that caused somebody to die, and so you're now guilty of murder.
And there's a legal precedent for that.
Of course, that was all a lie.
But so here's the media, though, as we flashback, here's the media with the big lie that Brian Sicknick was killed with a fire extinguisher.
unidentified
Officer Brian Sicknick died after being hit in the head with a fire extinguisher during the hours-long attack.
They beat a Capitol Police officer to death with a fire extinguisher.
Officer Brian Sicknick died after being hit in the head with a fire extinguisher during the fight.
He died at the age of 42 after he was bludgeoned the fire extinguisher.
owen shroyer
So, that was a lie.
Again, that's just a small smattering.
That's just, you know, just showing you that, yeah, they said that.
They really did say that.
They really did lie about that on all the major news outlets.
They really did publish that story on all the major fake news, liberal publications.
And then they come out and admit now, three months later, that was a lie.
Brian Sicknick died from other health concerns days after January 6th.
But they used that to prop up their false narrative of January 6th insurrection.
They used that to further demonize Trump and Trump supporters and that day.
And they genuinely wanted to charge Trump and other people with murder for it.
This is how sick that the left and the Democrat Party and the media has become.
This is how dangerous they've become.
This is a hateful terrorist mob.
They cannot be described or understood in any other context.
This is the media.
This is Hollywood. This is the liberal progressive left.
This is the Democrat Party.
A mob.
A dangerous, terroristic mob.
And so now they use their powers as the mob.
They use terrorism to reach...
Or to help reach legal conclusions in courtrooms by threatening jurors in threatening cities with terrorist attacks if they don't get the result they want in the courtroom.
Even Democrat representatives like Maxine Waters saying, we want murder charges or we're going to get more confrontational.
So if anybody dies at a BLM riot this year, will Maxine Waters face murder charges?
Of course not. She's above the law.
She's a Democrat. As Tucker Carlson put it last night, the left does not have a right to intimidate a jury, yet that's what they do.
That's all they do. They have to intimidate you for any of their policies.
Global warming, climate change, you're all going to be dead in five years, so sign the Green New Deal.
That's called intimidation.
That's called bullying.
That's all they ever do.
And so now, this one is just developing.
And I'll get back into the Chauvin case.
Who would have ever thought...
I don't even know how to explain this.
Leftist liberals are now arguing...
That knife fights should be allowed to continue.
So if you're a police officer and you arrive and somebody's about to get stabbed to death with a knife, you shouldn't step in.
And then if you do step in and you happen to be white and the knife attacker happens to be black, well then you're done, man.
You're done. You shouldn't even have shown up at the scene.
So here's what happens. This officer, pictured now, who's been doxxed by LeBron James, a true piece of trash, a true piece of human garbage.
What a shame.
A man who was given everything.
A man who has everything you could ever want and could do so much good in the world instead decides to be a complete piece of communist garbage.
Another leftist liar.
Is what LeBron James decides his legacy will be.
And it will be.
LeBron James' legacy will go down as a slave owner who had Chinese slaves making his shoes that he made billions off of.
And a communist liar.
A shill for communism.
That's what will be his legacy.
Not what he ends up doing as a basketball player.
Which is too bad for him that he decided that.
But... An officer arrives on the scene and two girls are in a fight and one has a knife out and is about to stab the other one.
That is a potential murder happening, a potential stabbing happening.
And the police officer shows up at the scene and bravely, courageously, Steps in to stop a potential deadly stabbing.
Now imagine you're an officer and you arrive on the scene of anything like this.
It's already tense. But now you have the added thing because of the racist left.
If you're white and you show up in a black neighborhood...
Believe me, you don't even want to move.
One wrong move and your life is over.
But this guy shows up, sees a girl about to get stabbed, steps in and saves her life.
She even says he's at the scene of the crime.
She even says that officer saved my life.
And immediately the media comes out and says it's racism.
The White House comes out and says it's racism, and now a basketball head, LeBron James, comes out and says it's racism and says, you're next, accountability.
Is that a threat? So imagine this officer shows up and is a hero, puts it all on the line, all chips on the table, and stops a young girl from getting stabbed, potentially to death, and he's already being attacked by the media.
So according to Democrats, according to liberals, this girl should have died that day.
This officer should have let that girl get stabbed to death.
Now imagine if that happened.
Now he'd be racist for not wanting to save the girl's life.
So you can't win if you're a police officer.
If you're a police officer, you're asked to put everything on the table every day and you don't even get a fair deal.
So you're all in and you'll never even get a fair deal.
So part of me says give the left what they want and just defund the police.
Or the police should just go on strike and just take your paychecks as long as you can.
But I don't know why you would get involved.
Even when you do a heroic act, the media says they're coming to destroy you.
And now LeBron James does. Well, LeBron James is embarrassed at his own stupidity, embarrassed at his own bigotry, and has deleted the tweet targeting a police officer, a hero police officer.
He's deleted the tweet, but the internet never forgets, LeBron.
We know what you did. We know how dangerous people like you are.
We know how dangerous people's minds like yours are.
We know it leads to communism and oppression and slavery and persecution.
So, we'll remember that.
But this is the left.
This is how sick they are.
So, getting back into the Chauvin situation, you have a journalist at the Minneapolis Star.
This is their public safety editor.
Their public safety editor puts out a piece that Derek Chauvin's case is now with the jury for deliberations.
Jurors 96 and 118 were dismissed as alternates.
Here are bios for all of them.
Who are the jurors in the Chauvin trial?
This is the public safety editor putting out bios for all the jurors.
And then, of course, what happens?
They get death threats. They have people show up at their houses.
They have people sending them messages threatening them.
And this is your public safety editor for the Minneapolis Star Tribune, doxing the jurors.
Oh, don't worry.
I'm sure this will be brought up during the appeal.
We'll ask Norm Pattis at 5 o'clock about that.
But the left isn't stopping there.
They want all the officers involved charged with murder.
And remember, these trials are inevitable.
Three more MPD officers await trial.
The prosecution's theory against Chauvin makes them murderers too.
This story is at redstate.com.
So you still have the trials of former Minneapolis officers Tu Thao, J. Alexander Kung, and Thomas Lane, who are all going to be on trial as well.
And so, are they going to go for second-degree murder with those officers as well?
I wouldn't be surprised.
Now, when Psaki, the White House press secretary, was asked about this, her response was, of course, racism.
She says, we know that police violence disproportionately impacts black people.
Oh, I'm sorry. You're right. That was not about the Floyd case.
That was about the girl who was about to get stabbed.
Remember that we were talking about last segment?
You know, the young black girl that was about to get stabbed to death.
Her. So Saki was asked...
She knows nothing of the case.
She doesn't know any of the facts.
She doesn't know any of the details.
But she rushes to the conclusion that it's racism to blame.
Guys, is this clip ready?
She rushes to the conclusion without any of the facts, any of the evidence, nothing.
It doesn't matter. Just like LeBron James.
These are communists.
These are dangerous fascists.
So they probably will target that officer.
They probably will try to destroy his life, his family's life, and they'll probably try to, you know, intimidate a jury and say that this guy's guilty of murder, even though he saved a girl's life and we're working on getting the tape of the girl saying he saved my life.
There's a lot of cursing we have to edit out of it.
Of course, this is just lie on top of lie.
Imagine if Psaki actually quoted the actual statistics about crime and race in this country.
Imagine if she actually did that.
No, instead she just jumps with the old race bait card saying America's racist.
Because that's what this country needs right now.
And we don't need to be investigating all of the terrorism that's happening across the United States.
You know... It's an odd thing because obviously there was a lot of life saved.
There was a lot of property damage saved because of the Chauvin verdict last night.
Minneapolis would have burned to the ground if he walked.
So sadly, yeah, they got their head on a pike.
The left got their head on a pike, Chauvin, and so they didn't burn the city to the ground.
Now, it may come when they appeal this thing, and they may win on appeal because the jury was tampered with by the liberal media and by Democrats in Congress.
But yeah, you know what?
That verdict last night stopped Minneapolis and many other cities from burning to the ground, and everybody knows it.
I'm glad. I'm actually glad they didn't burn cities to the ground last night.
I thought they would either way. There was a lot of violence still last night, but not near what we would have seen.
Not near what we would have seen.
But so is that what we have to do now?
We have to sacrifice people at the altar of leftism?
We have to sacrifice people at the altar of liberalism?
And of course the answer is yes, because this is their new religion, liberation theology, where George Floyd is now a saint.
And so Nancy Pelosi says, thank you for giving your life, George Floyd.
His girlfriend says, thank you for giving your life.
You did this for us. A lifetime criminal, a lifetime drug addict.
He would have died probably within weeks anyway with his heart problem and drug addiction, if not that day.
So here's George Floyd's girlfriend in clip 11.
This is the new religion of liberalism.
And George Floyd, the lifetime drug addict criminal, is their saint.

I loved him with all my heart.
And I'd do anything to have him standing next to me again today.
But I know, I know he gave his life so this could happen.
And I know that he gave his life so that other people's cases can get reopened.
We can reexamine the cases that were closed.
We can get justice for people that deserve it.
owen shroyer
He gave his life?
Really? He gave his life?
That was a decision he made that day?
That's what Pelosi said too, which kind of goes along with the real conspiracy theorists out there that said that the whole thing was an act.
I was never of that mindset, but I mean, Pelosi says George Floyd sacrificed himself.
His girlfriend says he gave his life.
So was this all planned out?
Was this all part of a plan? Was this all fake?
Did we just witness some big political theater here?
Like the astronauts?
You have liberal astronauts, folks, if you even believe in any of the NASA crap anyway.
Quite frankly, I don't, but I don't really get into that.
Where NASA sends astronauts up into space and they have pussy hats on and masks over their face.
All political theater. Oh yeah, I'm an astronaut.
I wear a pussy hat. I wear a mask and my suit in space.
Give me a break. But is that what this is?
Oh, George Floyd gave his life.
Did they know Floyd was going to die within days because of his heart problems and drug addiction?
So they decided, let's just sacrifice him out here, and he just decided to go along with it?
His family made $27 million plus?
Hey, I'm not the one that said it.
I didn't report on those conspiracy theorists.
But Nancy Pelosi said George Floyd sacrificed himself.
George Floyd's girlfriend said that he gave himself up.
So George Floyd is now Jesus for the liberation theology, the left that doesn't believe in religion or God or creation, just death and destruction.
And so, of course, George Floyd is their new guy.
A porn star, a drug addict, a lifetime criminal, a guy who held a gun to a pregnant woman's stomach.
That's their hero now.
And he gave his life, as they say.
He gave his life.
So, Floyd, you know, they make the old joke about, you know, men that commit suicide.
I guess it's not a joke. It's a serious thing.
They say, I'm worth more dead than alive.
Boy, George Floyd was the greatest example of that ever.
How much was he worth to his family dead versus how much was he worth to be alive?
Now, I'm not trying to desensitize the death of this man.
The media and the left has already turned this into some political football.
But now they're saying, oh, he sacrificed himself?
He gave himself all up and now his family's richer than ever and George Floyd is the new face and the new name of bringing down the police?
But forget about the fact that everybody and their mom knows if Chauvin would have walked
yesterday that multiple cities would have been burned to the ground.
Well, the Department of Justice is now investigating that the, whether or not Minneapolis police
are racist.
So that's what the Department of Justice is going to be doing now, investigating whether
the Minneapolis police are racist and looking into anybody and everybody that was in January
or in DC on January 6th.
But forget about all the terrorists, forget about the people that burned cities to the
Forget about the people in Portland that burn that city every night.
Forget about that that's happening.
Forget about, I think there were three murders, three deaths, three homicides in Chicago this weekend.
That's just a normal weekend.
That's probably a light weekend. Nope, none of that.
None of that's going to be investigated.
And now you have the racism and the race wars building.
So, again, you had a bunch of BLM people getting out of hand, assaulting police officers.
Some people stopped by in Minneapolis and said, please stop throwing ice bottles.
So they freeze these water bottles of ice and they throw them at police.
It's assault. So somebody says, please stop that.
And then the Black Lives Matter people get up in his face, say, get the F out, shut the F up.
This is a black space.
So they're just normalizing this behavior.
And they're justifying to low-IQ black people that you're right to behave like this because you're a victim of racism.
And so get YD, kill police officers.

The fight for the future is now.
This is The War Room with Owen Schroer.
Watch the live stream at band.video.
I want to play the important report from Greg Reese again.
owen shroyer
Remember, this report is exclusively available at band.video.
And if you wanna know how they can get children into being trafficked like this,
if you wanna know how they can get children into sex trafficking or worse, part of satanic rituals,
it's with wide open border policy where it's very easy to kidnap and traffic children
with people like Laura Silsby.
So here is the important report at Banned Out video from Greg Reese and then Drew Hernandez
joins me on the other side.
unidentified
If you were to watch Schindler's List, you would say, boy, that was terrible.
I wish I was around that.
Maybe I could have done something.
You can do something now.
Because they're pulling kids out of the darkest recesses of hell right now.
And dumbs in all kinds of places.
The adrenochroming of children...
And they have a lot of terms that they use.
greg reese
The Mockingbird media responded by firing a chorus of headlines into the brainwashed minds of the public, all to the tune of, adrenochrome and the consumption of children is a dangerous right-wing lie.
But it isn't.
It doesn't matter how many times the lying fake news media decries QAnon, conspiracy theorists, or right-wingers.
Millions are now seeing what they have been busy hiding.
The trafficking of children, slavery.
Caviezel warned that the film may never be seen because there are very famous people in Hollywood involved in child trafficking.
unidentified
And once they see the ships that they transport the children in and all of this stuff...
Well, there's no other film like this.
Alex Jones and David Icke, William Cooper, Manly P. Hall, all the way back to Aristotle.
And now it's all coming out into the open.
The apocalypse. The revealing of what was once hidden.
Like Plato's allegory of the cave, there are millions who keep themselves ignorantly buried in the mainstream lie.
But millions of us are awakening to the evil truth, and we demand justice.
unidentified
And these people that do it, there'll be no mercy for them.
greg reese
For Infowars.com, this is Greg Reese.
owen shroyer
Now again...
These children are trafficked across borders.
They're kidnapped. And so, the Biden Open Border Policy has a lot to do with this, folks.
It really does.
It's that sick.

Drew Hernandez is with us.
Of course, he had a lot of just expert-level top coverage in last year's riot season of 2020.
Riot season 2021 kicks off.
Drew Hernandez was in Minneapolis last night.
Drew, talk about the sights, talk about the scenes, talk about the experience being in Minneapolis as the terrorists were set to burn the city to the ground if they did not get the murder charges they demanded against Chauvin.
drew hernandez
I think the city was definitely on edge.
National Guard, the entire city, everybody was ready and prepared for mass unrest, violence like they've seen in the past.
But I think what people need to understand here is the responses because I posted a lot of interviews.
I was questioning a lot of the activists, some of the BLM leaders.
And they wanted to make themselves absolutely adamantly clear that their rhetoric, their behavior, their direct action, the things that they've been committing are going nowhere.
They want the public.
They want the world. They want the United States of America to understand that this stuff is not going away.
Some of the people on camera, when I questioned them, I was like, are you guys satisfied?
Is this enough for you?
And the answers that I got were, we will never be satisfied.
So any people that are at home watching thinking, oh, well, maybe things are gonna maybe be stabilized.
Maybe things are gonna become normal here in the near future because the George Floyd controversy seems to be coming to an end now because of the Chauvin verdict of guilty of all three charges.
But that's not the case.
These people don't want that.
The BLM brand is black people getting shot or black people getting killed by police officers.
They need that to continue to take place to happen so they can rack in millions of dollars.
So they can continue to push this narrative out in the mainstream media.
But the biggest point I think people need to understand is that BLM is a neo-communist organization.
We all know this. So their agenda, even though they preach it from the rooftops, is to achieve equality and to achieve No more police brutality against black people in the United States of America.
Even though they claim that's what they do, that is not entirely who they are.
Their core agenda is to destabilize the United States of America.
This is why they're attempting to gut law and order.
This is why they want to replace law and order.
There were literally activists. Yesterday in Minneapolis on the ground saying that we will someday abolish the police.
We will replace them.
We will control them.
That's the type of rhetoric that they're using.
So this isn't over.
People that think that it's over, it's only going to get worse from here.
The riots are probably going to increase.
The summer hasn't even started.
And here we are.
And this stuff is only going to continue to get worse.
Oh, and I don't think they're going to let up anytime soon, especially Antifa.
That's a whole other story.
owen shroyer
And now that the appeal to me is imminent here that could end up in Chauvin still walking, the potential for violence is even worse in the future if that's what happens.
You talk about Black Lives Matter, and to me...
It's kind of a weird thing there because Black Lives Matter, as the organization and the fundraising unit that it was, it really doesn't exist anymore.
The Democrats already got those hundreds of millions of dollars.
They already did their virtue signaling.
Now it's really just people out on the streets.
Whether they're committing acts of violence or just waving flags or whatever, the organization has run its course, at least for this political cycle.
And that's why it comes out that these Black Lives Matter leaders have million-dollar homes, and they're buying mansions and multiple houses, and they made out rich.
Meanwhile, Breonna Taylor's family is saying, where did all the money go?
And some of these other people that they were propped up as, you know...
Media figures, whether it's Breonna Taylor or George Floyd for the Black Lives Matter movement for fundraising, they're all saying, wait a second, all these BLM people got rich.
Where'd all that money go?
How is this helping my cause?
So it seems to me that it's going back to kind of an organic, just street movement, and you're saying those people that you talk to are saying, look, this is not going to stop whatever happens with this Florida-Shawman deal.
unidentified
This is just the beginning. Yeah, because it's not about black people.
drew hernandez
It's not wholly about black people.
This organization wants to literally destroy the United States of America.
They're neo-communists and people – and I got to keep preaching this over and over again because I think people just get normalized to this stuff and think, okay, well – You know, they got what they wanted.
They got the verdict that they wanted and things will stabilize here in the near future.
But that's not true because that's not the agenda.
They don't want equality.
They don't want justice.
There will never be an amount of justice that's enough for this organization because justice in their eyes is watching America burn to the ground regardless of skin color, regardless of race, regardless of what's taking place.
That is who Black Lives Matter is.
It's the black community majority leftists that have been hijacked by global elites and radical communists, I believe, foreign agents in the Black Lives Matter movement because this stuff has literally taken us to this place where now the black community themselves is waking up to the reality that they're being used.
I mean, Nancy Pelosi Literally said, she thanked George Floyd for sacrificing herself.
And listen, I didn't think that was too far-fetched for her to say because I think she genuinely was thanking George Floyd to become a sacrificial lamb For hundreds and literally decades, generations of black people voting for the Democratic Party further and further and further and further because, I mean, let's be honest, Owen, a lot of people in the black community and the left, they still just mindlessly follow this stuff and think that Democrats have their best interests in mind.
A few of them don't. Some of the radical BLM communists and these organizers, they clearly say, one of the speakers yesterday was saying, I'm not a Republican.
I'm not a Democrat. I am a communist revolutionary.
They're self-proclaimed.
But there's still millions of people out there, Owen, that buy into this garbage.
And I think we have to continue to keep exposing the truth of who these people are.
It's not about race. It's not about race at all.
It's about The destruction of the United States of America.
It sounds radical to say, but that's what they claim.
You go to one of these events and that's what they preach.
owen shroyer
That's at the bottom of this mountain.
That's where ultimately the snowball falls is when America is completely destroyed.
And yeah, you had Pelosi saying that.
You had his girlfriend who's white.
I mean, I'm not like the Democrats.
I don't look like George Floyd is a saint, but I guess maybe for dating that woman, he would be.
But no, she comes out and says, oh, thank you, George.
You sacrificed. You made the greatest sacrifice.
Pelosi says the same thing. And so it's now become full circle here.
This is their new religion.
The new religion of liberalism, the new religion of fake news.
I don't know what you would call it. The new religion of them running their smear campaigns, running their lies on the television.
This is their new religion.
And so you have to buy into it or you're considered part of the bad side of history, part of the American patriot side, part of the Trump supporter side if you don't buy into the new liberal religion.
drew hernandez
Totally agree. I mean, Owen, think about it, bro.
This case literally proved, okay, this case proved that George Floyd was not killed because he was black.
There was no evidence, not a single shred of evidence that proved that Derek Chauvin Killed George Floyd because of the color of his skin.
That is a literal fact.
But what does Black Lives Matter do?
They manipulate the minds of millions of black people in this country and they spin it and they twist it and they alter it and they actually mesh it together and say, yes, he was murdered.
He was killed by Derek Chauvin, a cop killer.
But the reason why he killed him was because he was black, which is just furthest from the truth.
In the court of law, that was nowhere to be proven.
But millions of people, even the radical woke lookies on the left, you have Chris Cuomo,
Don Lemon, all these CNN morons out there peddling to the black community.
unidentified
And imagine that's their new religion, all based on lies.
We'll be right back.
We're back here on the Info Wars Whirlwind brought to you by InfoWarsTour.com.
owen shroyer
My guest is Drew Hernandez, intrepid field reporter, once down at the border, now up north in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
He was on the ground yesterday as the Chauvin trial was released.
And I tend to believe the people that you talked to, Drew, that said, we're not going
to stop doing this.
The protests or riots, however you want to describe them, are not going to stop.
They're not going to stop nationwide.
And so part of me, though, says to give them what they want.
Now, I feel guilty because, in a way, it's like I understand, like, hey, I don't have a business downtown to get looted and burned, so I don't care.
Hey, I'm not going to go downtown in the middle of these things.
Hey, I'm not going to go out and do my thing or say my piece.
I'm not going to put myself in that position so I can step back.
You know, if they go into private neighborhoods, it's a different story.
They have to deal with something else.
But yeah, I mean, they want to go downtown?
Fine. I don't live downtown. They want to go destroy businesses downtown?
Fine. I don't own a business downtown.
But I feel guilty because I don't want that to happen to people.
But in a way, I kind of want them to get what they're asking for, Drew.
Fine. Defund the police.
Imagine if we got rid of police in major cities.
Imagine if we got rid of police in, let's say, mostly black areas.
Let's actually give them what they want.
Let's see how that goes.
Let's see if violent crime goes down or goes up.
I mean, after all, Drew, I mean, that's really what they want, is it not?
Am I missing something here?
drew hernandez
No, you're not missing anything, Owen.
I think it's a tough conversation to have because on one end, I think that's the communist playbook.
When you study history, you take a look at what Stalin did, you take a look at what Mao did, you take a look at what all these communist authoritarian psychopaths did, is they literally gutted the police state in order to get rid of the good guys so they can install the bad guys.
That's what they do because you cannot have good guys with good hearts And a conscience to do horrific crimes against humanity.
So I think this is what BLM wants.
I think they want the police defunded.
They want to gut the police departments.
They want to get rid of all the good guys.
They want to demoralize all the good cops, force them into position to quit so they can install them with their own murderous, literal militants from Black Lives Matter and Antifa.
And what's interesting as well is when you take a look at it from this perspective that I'm giving you guys is Who literally facilitates this?
It's the elected mayors, it's the governors, it's the people in these big blue states, and you have to ask yourself, and I almost agree with you, it's like, do we let them and just give them what they want?
I mean, you take a look at the shooting yesterday in Ohio, right?
That cop saved a black life.
That black chick literally had a knife in her hand and was about to stab another black chick in the throat, and the cop had to make a decision, and he saved a black life, And it wasn't enough.
He's still accused.
He's still being accused of being a murderer.
LeBron James takes to Twitter earlier and says, posts a screenshot of him and says, you're next.
And then just recently deleted it because he knows he's a moron.
But what am I trying to say is what I'm saying is I think we are literally being played into the hands of the communists and the global elite.
I think right now it's coming down to a point where we have to literally uphold our Second Amendment right because we cannot...
Depend on the police. We have to defend our own families because if we don't, they're going to come knocking on our door.
And by the way, that is literally what they said a couple days ago.
One of the BLM radicals on the ground in Minneapolis said, this movement has made it to your door and we're no longer knocking.
That's the rhetoric, man.
And what I'm saying, I'm not trying to incite violence.
I'm just saying they are inciting violence.
They're putting us in a position where we're going to have to literally defend ourselves and our own families because a lot of good cops are probably going to start resigning.
And I agree with you, man.
If these communities want to police themselves, let them have at it.
They're just going to destroy themselves even further, Owen.
The black-on-black crime in all these communities is skyrocketing through the roof anyways.
It's only going to get worse.
And anytime anyone wants to talk about it, especially a minority, nobody listens because it doesn't fit the narrative.
So I almost agree with you, Owen.
It's like just let them just – Do what they want.
Let it implode and see where we can go from there.
But at the same time, it's like, are we falling into the communist playbook by allowing that to happen?
I don't know at this point. I just think right now we have to literally consider protecting our own families because the Second Amendment right is there for that.
owen shroyer
Well, that's why the Second Amendment right must be upheld.
And I mean, I would try to work out some deal.
We'll just say, look, all of these Democrat-run cities that want to defund the police, fine.
Or the police can just go on strike, or maybe you look for jurisdictions that are not in Democrat-run cities that actually want more police that say, hey, look, you're not wanted there?
Come on over here. We'll take it.
Our community likes police.
We like being safe.
And then we know what will happen.
The communities that take on the police will be the safest communities in America, and the cities that get rid of the police will be the most dangerous cities in America.
Of course, these are already Democrat-run cities to begin with, but just on that last note, there was a 13-year-old, a We're good to go.
drew hernandez
So I think in a way though- But Owen, think about it.
Listen, think about the agenda, man.
Think about what you're saying.
Like, why don't they make a fuss?
Why don't they preach Black Lives Matter for Black-on-Black crime?
Because the agenda is to gut law enforcement.
That doesn't gut law enforcement because it doesn't slander them.
It doesn't destroy their reputation.
If it's Black-on-Black crime, that has nothing to do with destroying law enforcement.
So I think that's Literally the narrative because that is the agenda, Owen.
They want to gut law enforcement because they want to destabilize the United States.
And that's where this country is heading.
And it's just going to lead to utter chaos.
Listen, they don't want to remove police officers.
They want control.
They want a police state.
But they just want the good guys removed because they need the bad guys in there in order to uphold their murderous deeds.
That's just how communists work, man.
You study history. That's how it always unfolds.
And that's where this country is heading.
It's really dangerous to even talk about, but this is where we are.
owen shroyer
No, it's true. It's dangerous to talk about, let alone to be involved with it.
And, you know, here's the problem. There is a level of grievance here.
There is a level of righteous indignation.
All the jobs in U.S. inner cities have been shipped out to foreign countries, so those jobs aren't available anymore.
If you just start out making $10 an hour in a factory, you can work right up to $15 by the time you're in college.
So that's gone. So they see that, and then they're told in the schools, they're told in the media, oh, you're a victim.
It's because you're black. And so then they actually sit here, yeah, your jobs have been shipped out.
Yeah, your upper prosperity has been given to China and has been given to other countries.
But then they spin it and they say it's because you're black or it's because of racism, and they never understand what it is, which is actually globalism, taking their jobs, taking the factories from inner cities, taking these jobs where people would have been working from the time they were 16 or 18 through the time they were 20 or 24 through college, and then if they wanted to stay there working, they could, or if they wanted to go into a different field, they could.
Yeah, that has been ripped out.
Yeah, the middle class has been destroyed by globalism, by globalism.
So it's all these things that globalism is causing, and then the media and the Democrats say, oh no, that's racism, and so they'll never understand the true issues.
drew hernandez
I totally agree, and I think...
I think the most unfortunate aspect about this is that a lot of black people, right, a lot of black people that aren't really looking into this stuff, they just believe the narrative, they wake up, they check their phone, they get force-fed by Twitter, what the news is, or they turn on CNN, they get force-fed by Don Lemon or whatever the virtue signaler is on for the moment.
I think that's the saddest part.
I think if the black community really took a step back and realized that they've been lied to, that they've been manipulated, that they're literally being used as a Trojan horse to usher in communism and globalism on a wide scale in the United States of America, I think they would wake up.
And some have, to their credit.
But there's still millions out there that are literally just being manipulated on a daily basis.
And just being honest, it breaks your heart, man.
But at the same time, these are dangerous people.
owen shroyer
Yeah, let's talk about...
Yeah, yeah. I want to talk about, again, what you witnessed in Minneapolis on the other side.
unidentified
Making talk radio great again.
It's The War Room.
With Owen Schroyer.
owen shroyer
Hernandez is with us.
And I wanted to ask him this question and it hit me when I was thinking about how to phrase it.
I wanted to ask Drew, what did it look like?
What did it feel like being in Minneapolis with all the buildings boarded up and, you know, just that tensity in the air?
And so I wanted to ask him what that felt like.
But, you know, it hit me and I can't help but say this before I even ask the question.
Totally unprofessional. But it's like, That is what every city is going to look like if you defund the police.
All the buildings are going to be boarded up.
You're going to have nothing but mob rule and mob violence.
There'll be no upward mobility.
There'll be no upward prosperity.
You'll be hoping you can get a government paycheck.
You'll be hoping you can get a piece of bread and cheese from the government.
This is everything they're promoting.
But so, Drew, just talk about the sites.
Talk about what it looked like, what it felt like being in Minneapolis as the city braced for another wave of Democrat riots and terrorism.
drew hernandez
Yeah, it looks like a third world country.
It's fortified, the courthouse down there, a bunch of buildings with barbed wire, the non-scalable fences that are taller than the ones we've seen in Portland and in D.C., very similar to the ones around the capital.
It literally looks like a third world country everywhere you walk around.
It's not well taken care of because it's a Democrat-run city.
But on top of that, with all the fortifications, the National Guard, there's checkpoints.
Everywhere you walk, there's bordered-up windows.
I think this is the future of America.
If we continue to allow these globalists, through the Democrat Party, even aspects of the deep state and the Republican Party, if we continue to allow these people to bring our country to these points, it's only going to get worse.
It's shocking, Owen, when you're walking around and you're like, man, dude, where am I? This is the United States of America?
How did we get to this point?
And the reason we got to this point is because our legislators, our elected officials are cowards and they allow These organizations to get away with some seriously violent actions.
They commit art. They weren't holding back yesterday, Owen.
The clips are right there. The people can see it on my Twitter, Drew HLive.
They're literally celebrating the burning down of the MPD police station in Minneapolis
in 2020 and called it epic, saying that the arsonists are still facing charges, but they
don't get the same amount of charges that the scary Trump supporters are getting from
January 6th.
There's obviously a double standard.
It's our elected officials that are allowing these people to get away with some serious
crimes, attempted murder, arson, vandalism, destroying cities literally to the ground.
And I think that's the reason why this stuff continues.
And I think Americans have to ask themselves, you want to live like this?
Whether you're Republican or Democrat, is this how you want to live?
Because this stuff isn't going to get any better.
Orange man is gone.
Hey dude, literally Black Lives Matter tweeted a couple days ago that they're seeing stuff worse for them under Biden, worse than Trump.
So it's like none of this stuff is going to get any better, especially for people that voted against Trump thinking that a vote for Biden would have made things better.
That's obviously furthest from the truth.
I think what we need to understand right now is that this country is being brought to its knees.
Whether left or right, you need to wake the hell up because if you don't, you're going to find yourself in a freaking concentration camp, whether you're a Republican or a Democrat, because you simply just don't believe the narrative.
That's exactly where we're going, Owen.
owen shroyer
And by the way, here is that tweet from Black Lives Matter yesterday afternoon.
It says...
Of course, Trump wasn't terrorizing their communities at all.
If anything, he was trying to build them back up.
And now they even have a petition asking the Biden administration on its 100th day, April 30th,
to demilitarize our neighborhoods. I don't expect that to happen. So yeah, you got lied to by the
Democrat Party. Again, go figure. It's not going to stop you from voting for them, I would imagine.
It didn't stop you from voting for them this time. But what I see happening here
is people are getting out of the Democrat cities.
It may not be happening en masse yet.
It's kind of a hard thing to do, really, to just up and move yourself these days or up and move your family.
But it's getting easier now that you can work digitally.
And so what I think is, I see Seattle, I see Portland, I see Philadelphia, I see New York, I see Minneapolis, I see Chicago.
I talk to people that live there.
I don't see these cities ever coming back, Drew.
I don't see these cities ever coming back.
And, you know, it's kind of heartbreaking in a way because, you know, I grew up always kind of just, what's the word, just like enamored by the big city lights, enamored by the nightlife.
For whatever reason, as a kid, I remember going out in New York City as a young guy until like 3, 4 in the morning.
I thought it was the coolest thing.
You could still get hot food.
You could still, I mean, it was like, it was awesome.
And people got along, and there was culture and entertainment, but now it's just, no, no, no, no.
There's nothing but hatred and tension, boards build it up, the degeneration of our society, drug addicts on every corner.
I don't see these cities ever coming back, Drew.
Ever. I mean, I think they're gone.
drew hernandez
I know it's a tough conversation to have.
I mean, especially when you come out and say, OK, well, maybe we should just vote these people out.
But I mean, if the elections are rigged everywhere, this is just going to continue to be how it's going to be.
But obviously, we have to continue to put pressure on these elected officials to get them the hell out of these positions of power because they're the ones that are literally facilitating these things.
It's not racist to sit here and say, That this stuff cannot go on any longer because it's not about black people.
It's not about police brutality.
It's about destabilizing the United States of America.
California is disastrous.
It's ridiculous. New York is disastrous.
It's ridiculous. You look at Minnesota.
You look at Minneapolis. You look at all these big blue cities and states that have been decimated by the Democrat Party.
And I'm not going to let the Republicans get away with anything, too.
Because you look at Austin, you look at Texas as well, which is obviously now going blue, but it's still supposedly a red state.
Where are the Republicans fighting back?
Where are the Republicans literally putting their heels in the ground and saying, enough is enough.
This stuff cannot go on any longer.
They have to literally start stepping up.
And I think the answer right now, honestly, is a lot of America First policy.
But right now, America First policy and the Make America Great Again agenda is deemed racist and white supremacist, even if you're black pushing it and peddling it.
So I think right now it's very complicated because the left is winning.
They do have the upper hand.
They have the narrative. They have the mainstream media.
They have the propaganda. And I think right now that's what we're standing up against.
And we have to continue to combat that peacefully as much as we can to our best of ability.
owen shroyer
Here are two...
Follow-ups, two symptoms, two signs of exactly what giving the left what they want looks like.
Okay, defund police.
So here's what you'll have.
Seattle social worker stabbed to death as city defunds police.
Get used to more of that. This white social worker, I'm sure she was a liberal democrat.
She got stabbed to death.
I'm sure she wishes she didn't defund the police.
And then squad members, that's AOC and Ayanna Pressley and the new one, Cori Bush, who spends more on security than all of them, magically.
Squad members collectively spend thousands on private security while pushing to defund the police.
So yeah, you won't have police, but they'll have private armed security that your tax dollars will pay, in Cori Bush's case, $30,000 on her own security, according to her quarterly April financial report.
So exactly. You'll get stabbed to death because you've been disarmed and the police have been defunded, but the people that defunded the police and disarmed you will still have private armed security that you paid for.
drew hernandez
And that's exactly what they want.
They want the public on their knees.
They want the public begging them for protection, begging them for food, begging them for sustenance, begging them for every single little thing in order to survive.
That is what globalist elites do.
That is what communists do.
That is what authoritarians do.
They want to put you in a position, right, where you have no way possible of protecting yourself, providing for yourself.
They want to be God in your life.
So in terms of the police, of course they're going to have their own paid police.
Of course they're going to pay for it with your own damn tax dollars because they're going to rub it in your face because they don't care about you because they don't want to protect you.
They only want to protect themselves.
That's the story that has been told for thousands of years that the elite protect themselves and the peons get the breadcrumbs.
That's exactly what's taking place in the United States of America.
And it's easy to point out the hypocrisy.
But why are they doing this?
They're doing it intentionally. They're doing it on purpose because this is what they want.
They want a population that they could control, whether white, whether black, whether brown, doesn't matter.
They just want you desperate because desperate people are controllable.
And that's what they're trying to do the United States from within.
Nobody's firing a shot, but I think foreign agents have literally infiltrated many movements in this country, and they're literally destroying us from within.
And they've hijacked a lot of people.
They've hijacked our universities.
They've hijacked our mainstream media outlets.
They've hijacked Hollywood.
owen shroyer
But they haven't hijacked Drew Hernandez.
So, Drew, where can people follow your work?

By going to InfoWarsStore.com and taking advantage of our DVD sale right now.
Operation Endgame.
Warn the world.
Stop the Great Reset.
We've got the DVD special happening right now.
The price for the DVD is $14.95.
But we've got a special going where the more you buy, the cheaper it gets.
Up to $10, you can get the DVDs for $3.95 each.
And here's the thing. We undermine ourselves at this deal because...
We tell you that you can copy them yourself.
So, I mean, really, you could buy one and copy it a thousand times.
Good! Please do.
Please do. If you bought 10 DVDs, or say you bought 100 DVDs, or say you bought one DVD and copied it a hundred times, and you went out on the street corner, and you said, COVID-19 is a hoax.
Figure out the agenda behind it.
You could even put on some costume or have a sign or something if you wanted to up the...
Up the street theater.
And people would actually be curious.
Because they know it's a hoax, but they don't really see anybody else talking about it.
So they don't really have the confidence to talk about it or think about it.
But if they saw somebody else saying, hey, that's a hoax.
Okay, I'm interested in that.
Then maybe they check out the DVD. And then they maybe find the truth.
Then maybe they go to Infowarsstore.com and they continue to keep the Infowar going.
As we enter the age of fascism brought in by the Democrat Party, brought in by the Leftist progressives.
So, endgame DVD on sale at Infowarsstore.com.
Buy a bunch of them. Donate them to your library.
Say, hey, it's a great documentary.
Please put it in your library.
Put it in your local library.
Put it in the school's library.
Put it in your library. Give it to your friends.
Give it to your family. People want to know what the heck's going on.
They see the world breaking down.
They see things not adding up.
They know COVID pandemic was a hoax.
And, you know, I see them running these stories.
And conservatives like to chime in, too.
And even conservatives I like and respect, and I listen to their talk shows and everything, but they'll chime in too, and they'll give Ted Nugent a hard time, and they say, oh, Ted Nugent, who said that the COVID-19 pandemic was a hoax, now has COVID! Ha ha ha!
Screw you, Ted! Because, you know, they played along with the pandemic, so it's all fun and games for them.
But no, Ted, who's still right, by the way, okay, he got COVID, he survived, he's 72 or whatever.
And he talks about how, yeah, I had COVID. I was sick for a while.
They say, ha ha, Ted Nugent said it was a hoax.
Ha ha, now he's sick.
No, it was still a fake pandemic.
So that's not how it works.
But again... People will have a better idea of how it works if they saw the DVD Endgame, which is now more timely than ever, despite its production more than a decade ago.
So that, along with all the other great supplements that I could tell you about, is at Infowarsstore.com, but I want to get back to the news.
But I'm telling you, man, you...
In fact, you know, people come to me all the time.
How can I get a job at InfoWars?
I'll do an internship. I'll do all this other stuff.
Folks, we need all the help we can get.
We don't do interns.
We have quite a rigorous process of even getting hired here.
And the truth is, the best way to get hired here is to get noticed here.
Very hard to penetrate, but if you have a track record, that's how you can get in the door.
People will say, well, how did you try to get a job at InfoWars?
I didn't. I didn't.
I just did my own thing, had a bunch of viral videos, and then got hired.
If somebody went out on the streets and did some sort of a big street theater thing and didn't even sell but gave away hundreds of endgame DVDs, you'd get noticed.
You'd get noticed around here.
That's how stuff works around here.
You have to prove yourself in the Infowar to get into the Infowar in an official capacity.
I'm ranting here.
But people always ask me that, so I figured I'd just parse off a little understanding, parse off a little knowledge for you here.
You want to get noticed by Alex Jones?
That's how it's done.
Take these DVDs out, give away hundreds on the street corner, have a big street theater thing, and explain how COVID was fake, and you distribute all these DVDs and inform the people.
That's how you get into the info war in an official capacity.
You have to prove your stripes or earn your stripes better yet.
And of course, all the other supplements at InfoWarsStore.com, that's what keeps us on air.
And you know, I'll be honest, I can't even imagine where Alex's head is at.
I mean, I get to talk to him and have dinner with him, so I do have an idea.
But like, I'm totally burnt out and I'm better when I'm not burnt out because I can get more excited about it.
And I don't feel as redundant or, you know, sometimes even hopeless just staring into this abyss.
But at the same time, I feel guilty.
Like, I don't even want to take a day off because I don't want to take for granted even having this platform.
I've had my free speech ripped away.
I've been censored.
So even having this platform is something I don't want to take for granted.
So don't take Infowars for granted.
Shop at Infowarsstore.com.
Keep us on air. All right. I'm not going to pontificate on that more.
We have Norm Pattis coming up because I want to get his take, well, on a lot of things, legally speaking, about the Chauvin trial.
But the most important thing to discuss is going to be the appeal process.
I think the appeal is inevitable.
And... Based on the threats that we've seen from Maxine Waters and other people in media in the Democrat Party, the appeal seems like it's going to have a lot of teeth.
When it gets filed.
And so I want to know what Norm Pattis thinks about that.
Because that could be even a potential more dangerous situation.
But let me finish off some of these news stories here on the left versus police.
The left race baiting and all the stuff that we have going on.
The fascism being revealed.
So you had the lady today.
The situation today with the police officer in Ohio.
Where a lady is about to get stabbed.
Potentially stabbed to death.
The young lady whose life was saved is on tape saying that officer saved my life.
That didn't stop the left from saying it's racist, this cop is bad, and trying to dox him.
But here's the argument that you now have liberals making from Bree Newsome.
She's certified, by the way, on Twitter.
She's official. So, you know, she's obviously very smart.
And she says, now tell me if anybody can relate to this.
Teenagers have been having fights, including fights involving knives, for eons.
Eons! She had to go to the thesaurus for that one.
unidentified
Eons, though! I'm sorry, it's so ridiculous for eons, folks.
owen shroyer
Teenagers have been having knife fights for eons, guys.
unidentified
For eons!
For ages! Oh, it's hilarious.
owen shroyer
I'm sorry. We do not need police to address these situations by showing up to the scene where a potential deadly knife stabbing could be happening, using a weapon against one of the teenagers.
Y'all need help. I mean that sincerely.
So again, if you took the police out of this situation, you would have had probably a girl dead from a stabbing, and then who knows what else would have happened after that.
But you would have had multiple deaths.
So again, I don't know why cops even go to their work anymore.
Again, I don't mean this condescending, except they need a paycheck.
They got bills to pay, too.
So they keep doing their job, even though the whole world is against them.
And you know if the cop would have said, hey, I don't want to go to that scene.
It's nothing but black people there.
I'm white. And if something goes wrong and I have to do my job, I could end up in jail the rest of my life.
I'm going to pass. But see, if he did that, he'd be a racist and he'd be fired anyway.
But oh, he shows up and actually does the heroic act, saves the girl's life, and he's still the bad guy.
So you can't win if you're a cop anymore.
Even when you're the hero, you're the bad guy.
And you know, look, I'm like, I'm pro-police because I'm pro-America and I'm pro-human.
But I'm also for law reform.
I am for police reform.
Totally. I've been that way since I was on the air.
A decade ago in St. Louis, I had a whole piece written about me.
It said, end the war on drugs.
You need to have less police interactions.
You'd have less police violence against people.
But it doesn't matter. It's all about race baiting.
And so then... Back the blue becomes one of the number one trends on Twitter.
Of course, we all know what back the blue means.
It means, hey, you show support for police.
So back the blue becomes the number one trend on Twitter.
And then Twitter lies and says this.
So they take the trend back the blue and then say, oh, it's trending.
But here they have to put a little addendum at the bottom of it.
And they say... People are using Back the Blue, which was originally a show of support for local police officers, to also share their appreciation for postal workers, healthcare professionals, and marine life.
Of course, that's just a total lie.
Show me any Back the Blue for marine life.
Show me Back the Blue for postal workers.
They hate the post office. Show me back the blue for healthcare professionals.
So back the blue trends because people actually support the police, but Twitter doesn't want that narrative getting out there.
They want it to seem like everybody hates the police.
So they say, oh, back the blue isn't about the police.
Back the blue isn't because everyone thinks that Chauvin was treated wrong here.
No, no, no. Back the blue is for marine life and nurses and stuff.
No, no, no, no. These people are such liars.
It's shocking and unbelievable.
Or maybe it's not so much anymore.
Fascists gonna fascist.
Authoritarians gonna authoritinate.
Liars gonna lie.
And they all happen to be Democrats.

You know, there's a story. I'll talk about this right now.
And I'm going to tell you this is because of vitamin D, which is why Winter Sun Plus at InfoWareStore.com is such a crucial supplement.
Los Angeles Times headline from this morning, California's coronavirus case rate now the lowest in the continental U.S. Now, you think, why would that be?
It has nothing to do with the masks or the lockdowns.
Because if you use other states to cross-reference, you'll realize that the masks are ineffective.
If anything, actually, the science says that the masks spread disease.
And some of the states with the most lockdowns, like Michigan, have the worst amount.
So what really is going on in California that keeps them so low?
Well, the sun!
The sun!
People in California get a lot of sun, a lot of vitamin D. Now, if you're in Michigan, you're not seeing much sun.
So you have the most flu because you don't have the vitamin D. But in California, you don't have as much of it because you have the vitamin D. It comes from the sun.
But if you're not getting enough sun, or because you're in Michigan and you're not getting enough sun, or because you're in an office all day long and you're not getting enough sun, vitamin D plus, or winter sun plus, but it is the ultimate vitamin D supplement, can supplement that.

All right. Norm Pattis.
Great attorney, legal expert, joins me now.
And Norm, I want to talk about what to me is inevitable here, that Chauvin's legal team is going to appeal this case.
Now, I'm not sure what the lawyer said to Chauvin as he was leaving the courtroom, but I would imagine it was some, you know, statement of confidence like, hey, we're going to appeal this and you got a good chance.
So, Norm, considering things that have been said like Maxine Waters saying we're going to get more confrontational, things that have been done like journalists at the Minneapolis Star Tribune putting out all the personal information of the jurors, you combine that, I mean, one might even say those are direct threats being made to these individuals.
What does that look like in a potential appeal from Chauvin's legal team that I think is inevitable, Norm?
unidentified
Well, yeah, appeals are inevitable.
You have a right to an appeal as a matter of rights in the same way that you have a trial.
So there will be an appeal.
You will pull a long sentence.
The first issue to be appealed is whether the court erred by refusing to change venue.
And that is a discretionary call, and it will be reviewed on what's called an abusive discretion standard.
And high deference is given to the court's decision to do that.
However, on the facts of this case, I believe Chauvin stands an excellent chance of getting his Conviction reversed on appeal because of the unique factors that work in this case.
Now, when things first began, the judge said, hey, you know, let's pick the jury and see if we can find people who will be fair and impartial.
It took her about two weeks, and that is not extraordinary, an extraordinarily long period of time for a case of this nature.
They sat a jury. But then look what happened during the trial.
On one of the last days of jury selection, the city of Minneapolis announced that it settled A potential wrongful death claim against the city for $27 million, a sum that a bank president's life would be worth in those circumstances.
And so what message did that send to the jury?
The city employee who was on trial for causing the death of Floyd must have been at fault or the city would never have paid that money.
Why did the city choose to make that settlement during jury selection?
Were they trying to send a message?
Now, I think that Mr.
Chauvin's lawyer was a little too polite and a little too passive during this trial.
What he should have done at that point was demanded an evidentiary hearing and brought in the people who authorized this settlement and asked them about their communications with the prosecutors.
It is inconceivable to me that the city would authorize a settlement of that sort and publicize it without the blessing of the prosecution.
And if the prosecution encouraged, condoned, or otherwise stood by and sought not to prevent this, or did not seek to prevent it, they are chargeable with having prejudiced the jury pool against Chauvin.
Prong number one of the change of venue request.
Prong number two, before the jurors were sequestered, that is held privately, and that was only after closing arguments, Maxine Waters flew into town and basically said in suburban Minneapolis, in a highly publicized event, that unless we hear guilty, guilty, guilty, we're going to double down.
We need to make sure they know we mean business.
Those jurors undoubtedly had access to the news.
Now, of course, the court's going to say, turn it off.
But let's be real. There's a fiction in the law that jurors follow the law, that a properly instructed jury follows the law.
So they were told not to turn off the news, but not to watch Chauvin News.
Well, strictly speaking, this was about, I think, Devon Wright or whatever his name is.
That was the rally that Waters attended.
So, jurors could have obeyed the law, listened to that, and been scared out of their mind about what would happen, perhaps, to their home and them if they voted to acquit.
Third factor, last summer, right after Mr.
Floyd died, the city of Minneapolis was basically held in lockdown, and tens of millions of dollars of property damage was done by rioters and, quote-unquote, mostly peaceful protests that included arson and all sorts of violence.
Were they afraid for their own home, their own welfare, their own community if they voted not guilty?
Fourth factor, during the trial itself, the courthouse was barricaded and looked like the Junta headquarters in a third-world country, and jurors were paraded in and out of that every day.
Portions of the courthouse were evacuated during the trial.
They went through an extraordinary media gauntlet and protestors.
What message did that send to them about this trial?
Final factor, as they were deliberating or excuse me, as the case came to a conclusion, vendors in Minneapolis, store owners, Began to board up their windows for fear of the consequences of a not guilty burden.
Did jurors see that and were they intimidated?
So these five factors are unique to this case and they suggest that the trial court was not paying attention and that it placed its own interest, that is the interest in holding this trial and holding it in Minneapolis above Mr.
Chauvin's interest in a fair trial and I have every confidence that he will win that issue on appeal.
owen shroyer
Which means when that day comes, I think that the anger and the destruction that will follow is going to be even worse than it would have been.
We'll talk to Norm about that.
And also, I'm curious though, because this does seem to be a very unique circumstance, but is there any legal precedent for a situation like this with all the sights and the scenes and the inevitable...
Chance that the jury is going to see some media coverage of this, even if the judge says not to look at news.
Legal expert Norm Pattis with us.
Don't go anywhere. A lot of legal questions from Norm Pattis here.
As we saw the verdict, Chauvin guilty on all charges, which left rational thinking Americans scratching their head, which left a lot of police officers, I'm sure, scratching their head and wondering what their future may hold.
And then when you have a hero officer stop a girl from getting stabbed, potentially to death, and immediately you have marches and riots and demonization of that police officer, uh, It really puts the cops in a position to, I don't know why anybody would want to be a police officer anymore, specifically in a major city run by Democrats.
But we were talking about the appeal that is inevitable coming up, and Norm Pattis, who's on the line with me, thinks that it's going to be a very strong appeal and there's enough On the table for the Chauvin argument to get these charges dropped.
But I'm curious, Norm, is there any legal precedent for a case like this where there's already been years worth of riots and the outside the courtroom looks like a war zone and the media and just everything going into a decision like this and all the weight?
Has there ever been a precedence for a case like this or an appeal that's coming up?
unidentified
Not quite. I mean, you know, the case that comes to mind is an old one.
You'll recall the television show, The Fugitive, and the movie, I think it was Harrison Ford that played the fugitive.
That was based on the Sam Shepard case.
He was a neurosurgeon, tried and convicted of killing his wife in 1954.
And in 1966, 12 years later, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the conviction and ordered a new trial on the grounds that a carnival-like atmosphere had obtained in the courtroom and in the community.
There was a firestorm of publicity.
It was worldwide attention.
You know, a neurosurgeon, upper-middle-class white guy killing his wife in suburbia.
You know, trouble had come to paradise.
What distinguished the Shepard case from Chauvin is that inside the courtroom in Shepard, rather, the court failed really to maintain any discipline.
Reporters basically ran the courtroom.
They were even seated in the well of the court.
They sometimes intercepted Court and counsel as they were leaving the courtroom to go discuss things in chambers, and the Supreme Court said that that's clearly inappropriate.
And since that time, courts have taken a greater role in controlling press activities in the courtroom.
Prior to that time, the press would say, hey, we have a First Amendment right to be here, and what the Supreme Court says is, yeah, they do, but the rule of law requires reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions on how they express themselves in the courtroom.
Left unaddressed by Shepard in a significant way was the carnival-like atmosphere outside the courtroom and the effect of all the pretrial publicity.
So what will happen? Chauvin's case will eventually find its way in one form or another to the U.S. Supreme Court.
And the question presented will be whether the facts in this case were so unique as to require a change of venue without even a hearing.
And I can't think, you know, you think of Violence associated with police misconduct trials.
And people have been talking a little bit in the last 24 hours about the Rodney King case.
Huge difference. There was no reason to believe in the Rodney King case that that verdict would have produced imminent violence.
Maybe people close to the scene could sense the tensions, but they hadn't barricaded a courtroom.
There hadn't been preparatory rioting a year before.
People weren't coming in by the busload to have their presence felt in the event that the verdict didn't go their way.
And there was not a celebration of the decedent as there was in the Floyd case, where he was basically made into a national martyr.
Before the trial.
So this is, I think, unprecedented.
And candidly, if it's not enough to get a reversal, that will be deeply troubling to me because what that will say is a well-organized mob has a right to terrorize a community and indirectly a juror into getting the results they want.
And that will undermine and defeat the rule of law.
So I am extremely disturbed by this trial.
I'm infuriated by the fact that Nancy Pelosi will not even bring to the floor of the House Minority Leader McCarthy's motion for a censure of Maxine Waters.
What she did might have been protected speech within the meaning of the First Amendment, and I would argue it was, but it was entirely inappropriate for a congressman to come to a community she doesn't even represent.
And within earshot of jurors, threatened violence in the event that she didn't get the verdict she wanted.
She is unfit to sit in the United States Congress.
And you cannot impeach a congressman or a senator.
Impeachment is a remedy that is applicable only to the judiciary and to the executive branch.
But the House has the ability to remove a wayward member of its own.
And if they were serious about the rule of law, Maxine Waters would be looking for a lawyer today.
owen shroyer
And of course, it is a felony to cross state lines inside a riot.
Maxine Waters is probably lucky with the verdict that was reached because riots would have ensued if not, and she perhaps could have even been held responsible.
But she carries the Democrat name after her name in Congress, so I don't know if that would have been the case.
unidentified
I'm not sure her speech crossed the line for incitement.
It's very fact-specific, and incitement has to be more than an abstract call for violence.
There are various case law where people have said things of her sort.
At protests, famously a case called NAACP versus the Village of Claiborne.
And that's where an NAACP organizer said to people anticipating a boycott of white store owners, if I see you people cross the picket line, I'll break your GD next.
Now, the court held that that was a protected speech.
And so I think Waters' speech is probably protected.
And as a First Amendment hard-ass, I would come to her defense there.
But I would do so while at the same time telling her I don't think she's fit to be a congresswoman.
owen shroyer
Well, and I would hope, and I am a free speech absolutist, so I would hope that the law would be applied equally there.
What scares me, though, Norm, is let's talk, put the future aside.
Let's say that this case is closed, there'll be no appeal, and so Chauvin gets charged with the three charges, and I mean, he'll face the rest of his life in prison for this.
But you know what scares me, Norm?
When seeing interviews and seeing the people on the street, and I just had a guest on who was in Minneapolis talking to people, no remorse.
I mean, there were billions of dollars of damage from these riots.
I guess you couldn't say that they were all from George Floyd, but definitely millions, specifically in Minneapolis, because of what happened to George Floyd.
Well, they didn't let the course of the law play itself out.
They didn't let it even get into the courtroom before they decided to ban City to the Ground.
Now Chauvin is facing all the charges, yet no remorse.
So to me, it just says they can do this and it helps their cause.
So instead of feeling bad that they burned their cities to the ground, and then ultimately
justice was served, Chauvin will be in jail.
But the fact that they'll feel empowered to do that again to get similar results.
unidentified
Absolutely, I mean that was the wrong message to the crowd.
And, you know, it's a message your viewers and listeners need to take seriously and that we all need to take to heart.
You know, people like to pretend that the Constitution is written in granite, that the Bill of Rights and the rights we possess are ironclad and have sharp edges.
That's not true. The Constitution is written in silly putty, and it's bent and shaped by whatever people can get away with.
What do I mean by that? What is a reasonable search and seizure?
That's all the Fourth Amendment prohibits.
What's reasonable depends on what you think is reasonable.
Due process offers fair procedures.
What's fair depends on what you think is fair.
In law schools these days, for example, young law students are tutored.
People in constitutional law.
I'm not going to say in school because I don't want to get the kids in trouble.
But in one of the textbooks, one of the lead textbooks in the country, students are taught that there's such a thing as malign, bad discrimination.
That's when you discriminate against a person of color.
And then there's benign discrimination.
That's when you discriminate in favor of a person of color or a person who's historically been disadvantaged.
And so what we're teaching law students is that there's something wrong with the United States that we are That's right.
We'll be right back. Warning.
This broadcast is not for the weak-minded.
It's The War Room with Owen Schroyer.

Final segment here with Norm Paddis.
I wanted him to continue where he left off, and then I had one more question for him.
But, Norm, pick it back up where you left off about how...
Really, it's all college students, at least the majority of them, being taught in some way, shape, or form either a misrepresentation of the United States or directly to despise the United States on certain subjects.
But for you, you were talking about how they were being mistaught or taught that there's something wrong with the United States in these law schools.
Norm, continue where you left off there.
unidentified
It starts, frankly, not just in law school, but in general culture as well.
And consider the old Grey Lady, the New York Times, a paper I grew up revering.
Not long ago, it adopted something it calls the 1619 Project.
Which is its effort to shed a new critical perspective on American history.
And that perspective is steeped in something called critical race theory.
And it goes like this. Our history didn't begin when the colonists arrived with the declaration or the founding of...
It began when the first slave ant landed on these shores in 1619.
And American history, properly understood, is a history of racial repression.
And this country was built by the exploitation of black people.
And our institutions are steeped in systemic races.
If you don't see that, it's because you are blinded by your own privilege and your own white privilege, presumably, and that makes you at least passively, if not actively, racist, and everyone is complicit.
This project is at the heart of so-called woke culture, and it's taught in law school because if people of color are the The people on whose back this country was made, we owe them a debt, and thus you will see demand and are seeing them crop up around the country for reparation.
I've called for a constitutional amendment to ban reparations.
You can see that on my blog page at pattislaw.com if you type in reparations.
And it's time for us to begin to have a serious discussion about that.
But we're now, you know, because look, consider the argument.
If you don't agree that we are a racist society, you're a racist.
And that's winning an argument by definition.
It's refusing to engage.
And so the media has adopted this.
Education has adopted this.
President Biden and his crew have adopted this.
I'm aware that in the federal judiciary right now, one of the questions that are being asked of potential candidates to become a new federal judge is whether they believe the United States is systemically racist.
And if you don't, your nomination is going to be imperiled.
This is not something that I believe to be true.
owen shroyer
I gotta pause you right there.
This is incredible. So they're doing this to police, they're doing this to military, and they're doing this to judges, weeding out anybody who refuses to say America's racist.
Wow, I don't see how that's dangerous at all.
unidentified
I'm aware that one of the vetting questions in the current administration process for selecting candidates for judgeship is asking their position on systemic racism.
It's a good thing I wasn't nominated because I'd be unnominated.
I'd say that's a bunch of horse talkies.
You know, there are racists, and I may enjoy some quote-unquote privileges as a result of being white, but when I wake up in the morning, I don't pick white shoes over black.
I put them on the same way everybody else does.
And when I go out to work, I want an honest dollar for an honest day's work, and I give an honest dollar for an I don't add 10 cents if you're black and take 10 from the white guy to give it to the black guy because of what happened in 1619, 1776, 1865, or 1930.
Most of us came to this country long afterwards and we didn't inherit wealth.
And to suggest that this country needs to be dug up, root and branch, and replanted to meet somebody's idea of what a rainbow coalition looks like, and we're going to replace the red, white, and blue with a rainbow, that's just ridiculous.
But yet, I truly believe that that's what's going on, and I believe that accounts for a lot of the reaction to the Derek Sheldon George Floyd case.
This was not a case of systemic police racism.
I've been involved in police misconduct litigation for 30 years now.
Scores, if not hundreds, of these cases, including cases in which people were killed by police officers, in almost none of those cases did race matter.
And the victims of police shootings, the people who've been killed have been white, black, and brown.
If you look at statistics on police shooting in the United States, the Washington Post began to create them in 2015.
Roughly 1,000 people per year, like clockwork, are shot the death by the police.
The majority of them are white.
A highly significant portion of them have mental illnesses.
Very few are unarmed.
About 20 unarmed black persons a year are killed by police in the United States.
It's far from an epidemic.
But yet the left has created this narrative.
CNN, MSNBC, the mainstream media, the New York Times have jumped in on it, and we're being taught over Over and over and over again that we're racist.
And if we don't agree that we're racist, we're racist anyhow.
And we're going to be canceled.
And it's creating a climate of fear where it ain't right to be white.
But if you're black, it's all that.
That's bullshit. Excuse my language.
And I don't know why anybody is tolerating it.
You know, during the pandemic, we all sat at home, scared to death of our own shadows.
And last summer, the city erupted in flames and riots, and not many of us were out and about to do much about it.
But we're coming back to work right now, and I think it's time to say, when you hear this chatter,
no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. It used to be the kids said in the ghetto, police were 5-0
after Hawaii, 5-0, 5-0, 5-0, 5-0. That meant the cops were coming.
Maybe we should start chanting 5-8, 5-8, 5-8 after the Gospel of John, chapter 5, verse 8.
Jesus goes to enter Jerusalem, there is a fountain at Bethesda, crippled people would Stay at the perimeter of the fountain and hope that as the waters rose, the healing waters would touch them and heal them.
Jesus enters the city gate.
He sees a man at Bethesda and he asks him why he's there.
The man says, I'm hoping somebody will move me to the healing waters when they rise, but people always beat me there.
I never get there in time. Jesus looked at the man and said, pick up your bed and walk.
That's the American way.
Life may not have dealt you a bowl of cherries, but you didn't get such a raw deal any longer in this country on account of your race that you justify shutting the country down and demanding we write you a check for what happened to the great-great-grandfather you never knew.
It just isn't right.
And I'm beside myself wondering why people are prepared to sit back and tolerate this and why people aren't fighting back.
owen shroyer
Well, they really have no foresight because what kind of society or civilization do they think they're building?
I mean, you look at these inner cities that have been devastated by not just the pandemic, but by the riding for the last year.
They're never coming back.
Chicago will never be the same.
Philadelphia will never be the same.
Portland, Seattle, New York, they're never going to be the same.
But this is what they're creating.
unidentified
I think the left's agenda is to make the whole country look that way.
Well, exactly. Because at least then we'll all be equal.
owen shroyer
It's not going to happen, though.
It's not going to happen.
What I think is going to happen is the people that want the police, the people that want to have law-abiding societies, will flourish.
People will move to those communities.
And then the inner cities will just become these defunct, old, you know, places where people used to go that nobody goes to anymore.
It's just poverty and homelessness and hunger.
But one last comment here or question for you, Norm.
So, what do you call this?
Is there a legal term for this where we have the media or, say, Maxine Waters or people going out saying, we demand a murder charge?
Well, that's not justice.
That's not letting a course of law play out.
I mean, so these people are demanding.
So, it's not like, hey, we want to see justice.
Hey, we want to see a fair trial.
No, it's, oh, we demand murder charges.
I mean, what do you call that?
unidentified
I mean, nonsense, there's no legal term for it, because there's no standing to make such a claim.
That sort of toxicity doesn't belong in a courthouse, but it has a tremendous influence on the culture at large because of what I said earlier, the Constitution is being written in silly putty.
To the degree that people make these demands and they become acceptable and accept it as community norms, they inform our vision of what's reasonable.
Your viewers, your listeners need to do something other than turn on the television and bitch at it.
They need to get out, shake hands with their neighbors, and hold their public officials to account.
I think each and every one of your viewers should call their congressman tonight, or within the next day at least, and say, what are you going to do about Maxine Waters?
She went into Minneapolis and she attacked the right to a fair trial.
My children, me, my loved one, I may need a trial someday.
I may want a jury of a fair cross-section of the community to listen to the facts and the evidence and not be moved by a mob.
Maxine Waters is the threat to that.
And so I think we need to find small, tangible things we can do to fight back and to begin to create a groundswell that combats us.
owen shroyer
Completely agree. People always ask, what can I do?
That's an easy start. It takes five minutes.
Call the congressman. Call your local officials.
Send an email. Norm Pattis, not only do you have a blog, you're doing a podcast now as well.

Where can people find it? It's called Law and Legitimacy, wherever you find podcasts, Spotify, whatnot.
I'm fairly new to it all, but I've got somebody helping me, and I'm told it's on the normal places

Last segment of the Info Wars War Room.
owen shroyer
This is unbelievable. So...
You know, it's a really weird phenomenon working here at InfoWars and being on the cutting edge.
But at the same time, I never take myself too seriously.
So it's like... It's like, yeah, we break the biggest news stories.
Yeah, you know, we're on some stories 10 years ahead, on some stories 10 days ahead.
And it's just like, it's just kind of matter of fact.
But there's always like, it hits you like a wave.
The Republican Oversight Committee.
And again, it's just like, if you want to win the Super Bowl, You go to the guy with the most success.
It's like, oh, you want to win the Super Bowl?
You know what? You probably want Tom Brady.
It's like, you know, you want to save America?
You probably want Infowars at the helm.
But see, there's this thing with other people that don't like competition or are afraid of other people that are being successful or are better than them.
So that's why you see all this resentment for Tom Brady.
That's why you had resentment for Michael Jordan at the time.
It's very common. That's why you have the resentment for Infowars.
Well, we're better than everybody else.
So they don't like that.
That's why they don't complain when we get censored because they say, oh, wow, well, we still exist and now we don't have to worry about Infowars showing how dumb we really are.
So I'm sorry. It's just, again, it hits me like a wave.
So the oversight, the Republican GOP oversight has just released this letter.
To the HHS, Oversight and Homeland GOP Republicans sent a letter to HHS Secretary Becerra regarding a massive sole-source contract that the DHS awarded to the Family Endeavors Incorporated.
The questionable contract was awarded after a member of the Biden-Harris transition team started working there.
I broke this a month ago?
When was it that I broke this story about Endeavors and the no-bid contracts and them setting up all the illegal immigration facilities?
And now here you are a month later and the Republicans are demanding an investigation into it.
So, again, for all the lies and slander and attacks on Infowars, we're always right there at the cutting edge, aren't we?
We're always right there showing the path to victory, showing you the path to knowledge.
And quite frankly, for me, it's just like slink into the shadows of the night every night.
Just like, okay, yep, here you go.
And then just slink away, try to live a normal life.
I mean, it's just hilarious.
We told you the pandemic was coming and it was fake.
Shut everything down. I mean, it just goes on and on.
So I'm not going to sit here and ramble and wax on all of our victories that we'll never get credit for.
But... And I don't even care.
We honestly don't care. I don't care if I'm never famous or never make millions of dollars or whatever.
I just want America to win.
As long as we have a free country and there's upward prosperity and mobility, I'm fine, man.
I'll always be a hard worker.
I'll always have a chance for success.
So what scares me is not getting credit.
What scares me is the left winning and bringing in permanent support.
Global communist medical tyranny system.
That's what scares me. That takes away my freedom.
That takes away my ability to have prosperity.
So that's what scares me.
Hey, good for the Republicans.
I hope that you do something about the illegal no-bid contracts that the Biden administration gave family endeavors.
I hope you do something about the illegal immigration pipeline that they're currently running that, you know, we've pretty much completely blown the lid off of.
I mean, every, almost every nook and cranny covered.
No one else would do it!
unidentified
It's just joke level.
you It's like fundamentals.
owen shroyer
Like you practice making a layup to play basketball.
You make the layup.
unidentified
This is all just a layup, but nobody wants to make it.
owen shroyer
By the way, I might as well go into the illegal immigration news on this front.
Biden administration abruptly closes Texas migrant facility over unbearable conditions.
I shouldn't laugh. It's not funny, but it's just like, remember the Democrats were complaining when Trump was in there and making a big fuss in the media and AOC and all of it?
Now they don't care.
Now it's nothing to them. And so, here's the problem.
Here's the solution, I should say.
And believe me, I don't want to witness a civil war.
I don't want to be a part of it.
I don't want to see America collapse.
I don't want to see what could potentially come from any of this.
But the fight to save America is very real.
And so, here's how this is going to be stopped.
If a third of the American citizens, it may not even take that much, but a third would definitely be the threshold of enough for victory.
If a third of US citizens were as mad as you were, as mad as I was about all the government corruption,
not mad and misled into other nonsense that people are told to be mad about,
about, you know, George Floyd or any of the other garbage, but no, mad about how our currency is being devalued,
mad about how the jobs are being shipped overseas, mad about all the taxes we have to pay,
mad about the illegal government shutdown for the fake pandemic that cost so many people their lives and their
businesses, mad about the trillions of dollars spent on foreign wars
that aren't in our best interest, mad about the hundreds of billions of dollars given out for
humanitarian aid.
Those are the real issues.
See, that's how America's actually being usurped.
That's how America's actually being wounded.
If we all got mad about that, mad at the media, mad at the Democrats who are effing liars all day long, go down to the border, make a big fuss when Trump's in office, but when Biden's in office, they don't care about the child sex trafficking.
They don't care about the child rape.
Like this. Tucson Sector Border Patrol and Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office arrest suspected rapists who were raping migrants.
Kids, women being raped on the illegal immigration pipeline, on Biden's illegal immigration pipeline.
But here's George Bush promoting the whole thing.
George W. Bush pushes pathway to citizenship for all illegal immigrants.
He wants the amnesty. He wanted that when he was president, too, by the way, in case you didn't know.
So if Americans understood this and got mad about this and actually rose up righteously, peacefully but righteously, we could overturn this whole thing.
The media would be completely...
And they would learn, you know what, if you're going to be a liar like this, if you're going to try to destroy America, you're not going to be able to walk the streets.
Now it's, oh, you wear a Trump hat, you can't walk the streets.
Oh, you're a white man, you can't walk the streets.
No, it should be, if you're a tyrant, if you're a communist, if you're a liar that wants to destroy this country, you shouldn't be able to walk the streets.
Again, I don't want to see this nation torn apart.
I don't want to see a civil war.
But I do want to see freedom in the West...
I do want to see prosperity in the West.
I do want to see America preserved.
And so that is of the utmost importance.
But see, here's the left again, doxing individuals and saying they're bad because they support the police or they support veterans like the Oath Keepers.
And so here's just another liberal journalist in Arizona who is upset that members of the Arizona government Republican representatives in Congress have Oath Keepers and veteran bumper stickers on their vehicles spotted in the House parking lot.
Republican representatives, at least two bumper stickers for Oath Keepers, an anti-government militia group.
I thought you guys were anti-government.
I thought you guys didn't like the government.
What is it? You can't make up your minds.
You don't know what it is you are for.
You don't know what it is you're against. You're confused.
You're lost in a world that doesn't exist.
And you need the TV and the Democrats to tell you how to live your life because you're that pathetic.
This is how fascists behave.
Virginia police officer fired for donating to Kyle Rittenhouse Legal Defense Fund.
So a young boy who was going to be murdered defends himself.
You're not allowed to support him.
These people have gone completely insane.
They wanted a young black girl to get stabbed to death.
That's how insane they've gone.
Tell me if you heard about any of these shootings over the weekend.
You didn't. 13-year-old fatally shot at Maryland Shopping Center by a 12-year-old.
More black-on-black crime.
Media doesn't care. That's the majority of crime in this country, by the way.
7-year-old girl shot and killed in McDonald's drive-thru.
Her 29-year-old father hospitalized.
Black people shot by black people.
Media doesn't care. Teen with AK-47 in Times Square Subway, confused about New York City gun laws.
He's been arrested and could face 15 years in prison.
He's from Ohio.
He had an AK-47.
He didn't have it loaded, but he had the magazine in his backpack.
He thought that was the law.
So he'll probably go to jail for 15 years for his Second Amendment right.
Or he thought he had one.
Not the case. By the way, Biden cancels deployment of two warships despite threatening Putin with sanctions over Ukraine.
The developments in the Far East, whether it's Russia and Crimea and Ukraine or China and Taiwan, it's getting worse over there.
And Biden is asleep at the switch and not helping the cause.
Trump actually did a good job to keep things at bay.
A lot of news I didn't get to. I'm going to have to get to it tomorrow.
