| They call it minorities. So what they're really doing, though, is using that as a cover. | ||

| The big con is in the ballots and the phantom ballots and fake ballots that were able to be adjudicated through the process and then matched up with Real voters that had not voted. | ||
| And one thing that has to happen in the system in order for this to happen, which led back to the voting machines actually being the thing that caused this, is that the machines have to come down in order to go back up, in order to actually be able to figure out those ballots that sit in this small area inside the code that have not yet been counted but not yet been fully adjudicated. | ||
| And that allows for them to, you know, massage the numbers to make it look like the We're good to go. | ||
| They had, when I showed them the model, they go, oh my gosh, well, this proves this part and this part and this part. | ||
| But by the time we had all collectively come together, it was too late, right? | ||
| I mean, you had this 45 days, 60 days of chaos, and that's the small con. | ||
| The small con is, you know, the Ruby, Freeman, and those people that, yeah, they participated in ballot harvesting, but not to a place where it would have generated as much as the manipulating the system. | ||

| I think that Eric Coomer either got a lawyer that's never been to law school or one that is very, very inexperienced, because the reality of it is that he's put himself in a place where Discovery is unlimited. | ||
| In a defamation case, I can actually take the discovery anywhere in order to prove that I told the truth. | ||
| Now, the truth is the ultimate vindication against us, obviously, and it's not third-hand knowledge. | ||
| Now, had he come to me and said I defamed him, but I had third-hand knowledge, it'd be completely different. | ||
| But I actually was the one on that call. | ||
| I was the one that actually collected the information, and I was the one that made sure I did my due diligence to marry up that information to Eric Coomer. | ||
| So it's going to get very interesting very, very quickly because we're going to go for all sorts of discovery. | ||
| And I was on a call today for about an hour with some of the other attorneys of the other people being sued, and they all feel the same way. | ||
| There's anti-SLAPP provisions in Colorado that do not allow for defamation suits to be frivolously thrown around. | ||
| And I do believe that that's what happened here. | ||
| But more importantly, You know, we want to get to the truth and we want to get to the truth of Dominion. | ||
| And we think that, you know, through this case, we might have open access to even get the ability to inspect all the machines, all the code, everything related to those machines. | ||
| And, you know, they were able to run out the clock on that initiative by basically just stalling, refusing to cooperate, refusing to show up for testimony. | ||
| They could change their mind in 10 days. | ||
| Then it wouldn't really necessarily matter. | ||
| They already got the duty done, getting the election stolen for Biden. | ||
| But, you know, let's just say outside of your legal case, outside of the courtroom, hypothetically speaking, if you had the bully pulpit, And you could present to a large audience, you know, like President Trump at his rally had millions of people there live plus millions tuned in. | ||
| If you had that platform to lay out your case that the Dominion voting machines are rigged, what would you present? | ||

| And what I did is I took all the states, not just the swing states, but I took all four states that Dominion is in, I stacked them on top of each other, and then I looked for all the corroborating evidence from the different states that showed to a 95 or 96 percent probability that this is how the system actually found the holes. | ||
| See, look, here's the things that we need to understand. | ||
| Number one, That if they know who actually voted and the voter registration tallies, the registrations are actually public, then you can also know who doesn't vote. | ||
| And then you can actually suspend those votes in the system inside the adjudication process, which by the way, Eric Coomer holds the patents on. | ||
| Then you can literally then backfill all that information to make it look like the fake ballots are actually real. | ||
| And the only way that you would actually prove it otherwise is to get access to the entire system so you can see behind the curtain all the way through the line. | ||
| Which, of course, they're not allowing. | ||
| And it'll be interesting to see if that information can ever get out, let's say, in any court of law. | ||

| After we had a report from a Red Hat group, there it is, that's the model. | ||

| And not only was it designed to commit fraud, but someone the day after the election went in | ||

| So basically, all these Dominion voting machines They lied about that. They can be manipulated remotely, and based on the algorithm, they can basically get any desired result they want based off of just the formula that they plug in. | ||
| And what I believe was proved in interim counting, correct me if I'm wrong, but the end result was that they found out that the tabulations with the algorithm that night in the voting machine basically flipped... | ||
| I think it was like 70% for Trump, but they flipped it and it was 70% for Biden. | ||
| And when they audited the machine, they found out, no, it was actually 70% for Trump. | ||
| That was in Antrim County, Michigan. | ||
