In the magic of night, they saw Trump surging in Nevada.
They saw Trump surging in Arizona.
They saw Trump was going to get a win in Wisconsin.
They saw Trump was going to get a win in Michigan.
Trump was looking very comfortable in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Georgia.
And so magically, magically, all the election counting stopped.
All the ballots stopped. We had to freeze.
We had to hit pause. No!
No, we can't have this!
And so they stopped counting, and then they said, nope, Arizona's for Biden.
And they stopped counting in Nevada, they said, nope, Nevada's for Biden.
And then, magically, right at about 3 to 4 a.m.
in the morning, Wisconsin, and we've got the numbers, we'll go over the exact numbers, Wisconsin magically, oh, a couple hundred thousand pour in for Biden, nobody else, and then in the dead of night, Biden overturns Trump and has the lead for the first time all night.
Same thing happens in Michigan.
Trump's leading in Michigan all All night long.
All night. And then in the dead of night, magically, Biden pulls up all the votes.
And so here's Biden's path to victory, folks.
And sadly, I think this is what they're going to do.
If they get Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Biden has 270.
Doesn't matter if Trump wins Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Georgia.
It doesn't matter at that point. Biden will have 270.
That's their path to victory.
That's the big steal. They've gotten away with it.
Roger Stone. Alex, I, for the first time, I'm beginning to feel pretty good as I see a clear path to victory.
There is no question whatsoever that the networks have prematurely called Arizona for Joe Biden.
Given where the outstanding votes are and talking some contacts in the state, I have a growing confidence that when the smoke clears, Arizona will be in the Trump column.
I can also tell you, even though they keep saying on several networks that there are almost as many uncounted ballots in Pennsylvania as there are people who have already cast a vote, that is incorrect.
There's substantially fewer outstanding votes in Pennsylvania, and given where they are from, at least some of them, enough of them, Blue-collar Catholic working precincts in the West, I believe that the president will prevail in Pennsylvania.
If you do the math, then without Arizona, without Wisconsin, he will be the next president of the United States.
Now, my contacts in Pennsylvania, oddly enough, are extraordinarily good because of my longtime service to Senator Arlen Specter, who, Alex, as you know, his single bullet theory was completely crazy, but he was a great U.S. Senator.
Well, you know, they have the obviously very favorable-sounding argument of count every vote, count every vote, but recognize that in Pennsylvania, the Democratic legislature and the Democratic governor passed a new law, revised their election laws, So that votes can come into Pennsylvania's officials up to nine days before the election.
Incredible. And we are taking the senders, the voters, quote-unquote, word for it that they've mailed this on Election Day, which is required in order for it to be valid.
How would you prove that?
You can't prove that. There's no evidence.
So what you see, of course, is That the Democratic machine sees how many votes Donald Trump has carried to state by.
They go out and manufacture those votes in the next nine days.
The problem is that the margin will be too large for them to do that.
So I believe the president will prevail in Pennsylvania.
I have a high confidence now.
Talking to Sheriff Noah Arpaio and others who are on the ground in Arizona that the president will carry Arizona.
If you go do the math, even subtracting Michigan from our column, the president will be reelected.

whether they requested one or not, Nevada is ground central for voter fraud.
And unfortunately, the Nevada Republican Party, I think, has not done a great job.
But I've never had Nevada in my count, so it doesn't bother me.
I still believe at the end of the day, based on everything I'm hearing from contacts that I have on the ground in Arizona, that the media has jumped the gun by giving Arizona to Joe Biden.
If they use the same criteria for Arizona on Pennsylvania, they would have to declare Pennsylvania for the president.
I believe the president will prevail in the Keystone State.
If you go do your math, then you realize that he does not have to have Michigan in order to prevail, or Wisconsin for that matter.
But don't you think those are the two states with the most obvious voter fraud happening, where in the dark of night, Biden gains hundreds of thousands of votes, not a vote is cast in that magical hour for another candidate?
It does occur to me that it's statistically impossible for all 130,000 votes that were found overnight to be awarded to Joe Biden.
I'm not sure how that's statistically possible.
So it bears some examination.
But right now, let's remember our goal.
It is to get the president to 270.
But when you consider how written off he was, when you consider the mainstream media told us between the fallout of COVID-19 and the mass exodus of suburban women that his career was over, that he was done, that this was going to be a Biden land slide, None of that has happened.
It is only through an extraordinary superhuman physical effort, an extraordinary exhibition of stamina and will, that this guy fought himself back with the president.
These rallies were ingenious in the sense that There was no way for the media not to cover that they were getting 25, 35, 45, 50,000 people.
Very tough to convince people that Trump is losing the state.
Nobody's for him, but 50,000 people showed up in his rally.

The president is the greatest counterpuncher in American history, and I don't know where he gets his energy.
He just outworked Hillary Clinton four years ago.
As you know, she was in her mansion in Chappaqua, picking out the fabrics for the Oval Office curtains.
Why Donald Trump was barnstorming three and four campaign rallies a day right in the Democratic strumble in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida.
And it paid off.
It appears to me that it has paid off again.
Donald Trump may be the greatest single political warrior of my lifetime.
If he concedes in Wisconsin and Michigan, he'd have to win Arizona, North Carolina, and Georgia as well as Pennsylvania.
They may count North Carolina ballots just like they're doing Pennsylvania until, you know, they said November 12th potentially, Roger, in North Carolina.
Again, though, my contacts in those four states assure me that when the dust settles, the president will carry them.
And again, if CNN used the same criteria by which they called Arizona, they should have called Georgia and the other states you just mentioned, North Carolina, for the president.
This, again, this is a game of chicken.
It's a sight-counting.
But at the end of the day, it's all about counting the votes.
Tonight the president will have a majority of the votes in Pennsylvania, in Arizona, in North Carolina, in Georgia.
The state that looks phoniest to me, where really something doesn't add up, is Minnesota.
In Minnesota in 2016, Evan McMullin, the right-wing, independent, never-Trump-er candidate, got 53,000 votes.
And Gary Johnson, the Libertarian Party candidate, got, I think, 112,000 votes.
Now, you would assume that those conservative votes, based on the president's record on Supreme Court nominees, traditional nominees, the right to life, cutting taxes, cutting regulation, rebuilding the military.
You would think that conservatives would be satisfied with the fact that Donald Trump is a conservative, maybe the most conservative president in our lifetime.
According to the Heritage Foundation, more conservative even than Ronald Reagan.
So, something doesn't add up.
We know that Congressman Omar was caught red-handed ballot harvesting.
I believe that there's a substantial amount of ballot harvesting in the Somali community.
I think that's going to be proven here shortly.
It is certainly suspect.

I mean, these are the indicia of manipulation and fraud, unlike any I've seen.

Involved in any federal election, because these are the people who the chief executive is the commander in chief and the president of the entire country.

I think they're going to have to go through all the ballots somehow in recounts And figure out, like, there's going to be a lot of ballots tossed.
If you can't put it to a person, to a registered voter who can be identified and verified somehow, sorry, it ain't happening.

And then when Trump comes out and rightfully declares victory, it's going to be such an outrage.

And in almost like a perfect storm way, I don't think they would have gotten the rioting if Trump just would have been announced as the winner last night and we'd have had a fair and legitimate election.
It just kind of would have been just more of the same.
But now that they've falsely declared Biden the victory, and then Trump is going to have to declare victory versus the entire mainstream media, versus the entire Democrat Party, it's just going to cause a reaction that's going to be potentially nuclear here.

I mean, Trump was destroying in Wisconsin, in Michigan, in Pennsylvania, I mean, above all Pennsylvania.
And they knew.

But I think it's actually that Trump's victory, his lead, was so substantial they had no choice but to take these radical measures because I don't think they could have substantiated with whatever fraudulent balloting.

My brother and, you know, a crew of our—he lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, and we have good friends— There is a little sort of, you know, a Patriots group.
And they were noting that they were very, very surprised at the Arizona result.
I mean, it seemed totally incongruous what they were seeing on the ground.
And they sent me these pictures and these notes of, you know, you can see right there.
I mean, that's disgusting.
That is democracy trashed right there on the ground.
That's our republic. We're good to go.
Just to win. We're not that ruthless and diabolical.
They are. So it puts us at a disadvantage.
But here you see this just appalling picture.
You know, if you couldn't sum up more what these people, this Democrat Party, and its ruthless people.

So, I mean, again, Tyler, though, from a legal perspective, I mean, what is the angle here?
How can they legitimately, I mean, depending on how hard they want to fight, I would beg them to fight for Michigan, Wisconsin, and Arizona just to rub Biden's nose in it.
It begins with the recount. You know, they're close enough in the margin, well within any margin, to begin and demand a full recount, which is going to require, you know, it's going to require getting people on the ground there.
I hate to say it, it's going to be Florida 2000 very much all over again, which reminds me of what James Baker said.
The elder sort of senior counsel, the conciliary of the Bush family, said, get me Roger Stone.
And Roger assembled a group down there to begin scrutinizing the accounting that was going on there in Florida and to the point where they started trying to secrete it from view and what prompted what has been called the Brooks Brothers riot, where it was a bunch of natty conservatives who Rising up and, you know, sort of just like not a real riot, obviously no violence, but it was just chanting and saying, you know, what are you doing here?
You can't you can't secrete this and take this out of view.
So it's going to be a the most intense spotlight that I think these people hoped and certainly never expected to have shown on them.
And they're going to have to prove that, you know, all these votes, all these ballots are for real.
And I'll bet you anything that once we go through that process, no matter how long it takes, and they certainly will try to drag their heels, I'm sure, with it to drag it out until it's past the deadline.
And that's what will prompt it going to the Supreme Court, where, you know, if they've thrown out enough ballots and they've been able to establish the fraud involved, I mean, I guess...
I mean, it's one thing to phony up a bunch of fake mail-in ballots, but the fact that they've thrown away legitimate people's ballots who did their civic duty and felt they were casting their vote for Donald Trump and to be thrown on the ground, burned, whatever the case, is just an atrocious crime.
And I think that what will happen if we have an attorney general who gives a rat's you-know-what About justice and about our system, the stability and integrity of our system, the core of it, that they will start putting pressure on people who are involved in this.
I mean, I was just like, this guy knows what he's talking about.
You know, we have a system.
He was talking about the coronavirus and he said, look, we're not we're not run by so-called medical experts.
It's a decision made by the citizenry, you know, representatives.
If he wants to live up to his, you know, what his his talk is, if he wants to salvage his reputation for the rest of all time, he is going to step up and there will have U.S. marshals in there.
They will have a U.S. Attorney, whoever, whatever it takes to get in there and start scrutinizing exactly what the hell happened there.
And let me tell you something. These people think they can get away with it.

Egregious violations of election law have been committed.
And at some point, I think if they bring pressure enough to bear, somebody's going to crack and somebody's going to spill the beans.

And as the votes were tallied, Biden's states were easily called, while Trump's hung in the balance for hours.
And as a victory looked obvious for Trump, rather than count the votes, Democrat turf in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota Called it a night, while Arizona controversially flipped to Biden warranting reactions from both parties.
If somehow they managed to stumble into the Supreme Court, do any of you guys trust Uncle Clarence and Amy Coney Barrett and those guys to actually follow the letter of the law?
No. I mean, it is a completely politicized Supreme Court that you can't just trust that they're going to do the right thing.

For a seat, and he was on the SGT report reporting with this guy on what Roger brought up on the war room probably three years ago about how members of the Queens Privy Council, who owned a software company that provided software for these, like Diebold, boating machines, etc., which were being utilized in Massachusetts.
And, you know, Dr. Sheev is, you know, the biggest tech brain probably out there.
And so he started digging, and what he found was that as part of the functionality of this software, rather than using an integer, let's say one for each vote, they could assign fractional amounts, like make Let's say a vote for Trump worth.5 and then a vote for Biden worth 2.
And not only that, but he also found out that paper ballots were initially counted and scanned in Massachusetts.
And they count the scan ballots, but then they delete them all.
They delete the files, and the actual paper ballots...
It's totally illegal. It's against the Texas Constitution.

And I talked today, and we're talking about New Jersey, they banned single-use bags and foam containers and They've now legalized marijuana.
And you've got a lot of Democrat jurisdictions that have legalized some very, very heavy drugs as well.
Well, that is not the solution, folks.
That's what they would like you to do.
They'd like you to stay detached from each other, detached from reality, hooked up to your cyberspace plug-in so they can watch everything that you do, so they can feed you their reality.
They have a virtual reality for you.
You can do better than that.
But I have opposed the war on drugs in general and the war against marijuana specifically for 30 years.
I'm not a marijuana user.
I don't advocate it so I can use it.
I don't suggest that you use it.
I have suggested, however, that it has been at the core of destroying our liberties and creating a police and surveillance state.
The war on drugs was something that was created in 1961.
It was enacted verbatim by Richard Nixon 10 years later.
It has destroyed the Bill of Rights.
It has destroyed the rule of law.
It has corrupted the police.
It has created more concentrated forms.
So I'm not here to advocate for drug use.
I'm here to advocate for the Constitution for due process.
Remember that? And you know, when I look at this, one of the first stories that I did when I came here to Infowars was I covered New Jersey Weed Man.
And this is a guy who, about eight years ago, was arrested for a significant quantity of marijuana in New Jersey.
They had very stringent drug laws there at the time.
And he was going to go to jail because of mandatory minimums that were put in by Joe Biden.
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, two of the most authoritarian, anti-Constitution, anti-Bill of Rights.
As a matter of fact, the big issue that Joe Biden had with Clarence Thomas was that Clarence Thomas would have the audacity To talk about natural rights.
Well, he was furious about that.
I'll never forget it. And listening to the confirmation hearings on the radio as we were driving on vacation in the mountains, I just could not believe that Joe Biden had such a visceral hatred of the very foundations that our country was built upon in the Declaration of Independence, our humanity, our God-given liberties, and the prohibitions against government taking them. He had a problem
with that. You know, when we did the experiment of alcohol prohibition, which was also a failure, you know, it didn't last for 50 years like the war on drugs, but it was also a failure. But they had enough respect for the Constitution, even if they were wrong-headed in their approach to how to help people.
You don't help people with government.
See, that's the core thing that you need to look at here, right?
Today, when we look at how do we get ourselves out of this, just go back, for example, to the alcohol prohibition.
That was put there to help people.
Alcohol can be a very destructive thing in your life, but you don't help people by creating laws.
You don't help people by legal prohibitions.
It's a spiritual, it's a mental issue, it's a medical issue.
There's all these other things, but it is not a law enforcement issue.
But they had enough respect for the Constitution that they passed the 18th Amendment, then repealed it later with the 21st Amendment.
Easy to remember, 18 and 21, you know, the drinking ages now.
And they had to do that because of the 9th and 10th Amendment.
But when it came time for the U.N. War on Drugs, we no longer had any respect for the Constitution.
Nobody even talked about how we needed to amend the Constitution to do something like that.
So getting back to New Jersey and the fact that they've just now legalized yesterday recreational marijuana, New Jersey weed man would have been in jail for eight years.
As a matter of fact, I think if he hadn't beat this rap, He would have been in jail for the rest of his life because, you know, when they remove the prohibition, they don't necessarily free the people who've been locked up with a mandatory minimum.
That has happened rarely.
How did he beat it?
He beat it because he took on his defense by himself.
He defended himself.
He defended himself using the New Jersey Constitution and the U.S. Constitution.
He talked about jury nullification.
And let me tell all these churches that are looking at the fact that you've got one governor after the other declaring that they are non-essential.
Looking at and threatening people like John MacArthur, very conservative, very well-known, nationally known, internationally known pastor in LA. They're threatening him with massive fines.
They're threatening him with jail.
That's nothing new. We've always seen tyrants do that.
As a matter of fact, the Bill of Rights and the First Amendment were born out of that kind of persecution.
The United States was born out of that kind of persecution.
People said, we're not going to allow people like John Bunyan, who wrote Pilgrim's Progress, to be locked up in jail because he's in the wrong church.
So we had free exercise of religion.
That is now being challenged by this magic virus that is destroying everything.
And let me tell you, real Christians are now going to be faced with the same kind of choices that somebody who wanted to use recreational marijuana was faced with eight years ago.
And if we go back and we look at jury nullification, it had its origins not in recreational drug use.
It had its origins in the free exercise of religion.
As we look at Pennsylvania being at the focus of this election, it was William Penn who founded Pennsylvania.
As a refuge of religious freedom for Quakers.
It was in Britain that he was forbidden from meeting in church.
They went to the extent of locking the doors.
You think that might happen in LA? You bet.
You bet it will. If this continues to go down this path.
If Biden is president, I'm sure it will.
He was, they had the doors locked so they held church on the steps.
They didn't wear masks.
They just held church outdoors.
And so then the next week, what they did was they showed up and they arrested him.
And when he was being tried, he had clearly violated the law.
They had a clear legal prohibition against meeting in church.
But the jury said, we don't like that law, and we don't like the penalty.
And they nullified it.
And the judge was furious and locked up Edwin Bushnell and the co-foreman of the jury.
After a while, the judge was not letting them out of prison.
After a while, their legal counsel said, show us the law.
Show us the law that was broken.
Habeas corpus. That important trial, that important ordeal of those jurors helped establish both jury nullification and habeas corpus.
And we are now carelessly, ignorantly, throwing away the foundations of Western civilization that have kept us free.
And let me tell you that the path to take this back is what New Jersey Weed Man did.
He argued on his own for jury nullification.
The first judge, as he put up the New Jersey Constitution, saying juries have the duty, the duty to judge not just the facts of the case.
They have the duty to judge the law and to nullify it if necessary, and to judge the penalty that's going to be assessed.
And to consider not only the facts of the case, but whether or not it is a legitimate law, and if the penalty is too excessive.
You see, ultimately, the system that we have here in America ultimately is about trial by jury.
They subvert that. They tack on all kinds of extra penalties.
Extra charges. I think we're going to have an opportunity, as I said before, when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade.
I think this is going to be the opportunity for us to reclaim some foundational principles because I think they're going to come after people and businesses and churches.
They're going to come after people for violations of COVID lockdown.
We've already got a watch list in New Mexico of businesses and individuals.
If they test somebody with their bogus tests that don't measure quantity...
And they flag you? Well, they put you on a watch list.
And that's what they're going to use to shut down and lock down our economy.
We already see this coming. That, folks, is the real issue.
Keep your eyes on the real issue.
Behind all of this is the erasure of our freedoms.
It's not just this corrupt election.
We know that Washington is corrupt.
We know that Democrats are corrupt.
How do we fight this top-down tyranny from the bottom up?
And I'm telling you, it was a dreadlock, pot-smoking guy in New Jersey.
But I also read you this afternoon the essay from David Simpson, a straight-up, ultra-conservative Christian here in Longview, Texas, who I've also interviewed.
And he wrote an essay about meekness being the center of lasting change.
We don't have to go out and challenge people and violently attack them in the streets.
We don't have to shoot other people.
We can defend ourselves. But we don't have to initiate violence.
But we do have to stand against this.
And we have to do it without being boastful or proud.
But we have to do it without wavering.
Without distraction.
Without thinking that somebody else is going to save us.
There is nobody coming to save you.
Nobody helped New Jersey Weed Man.
He defended himself. The first trial, the judge shut it down.
Said, you can't show that. But the jury had already seen it.
Seven of them voted for acquittal.
It was a hung jury. They came after him again.
Second time, he got a different judge.
That judge let him leave up the New Jersey Constitution, telling the jurors what their real duty was.
And these people... Realized that they didn't want to vote for tyranny, and they let him go.
Now, David Simpson proposed completely eradicating pot.
This conservative Christian, cowboy hat-wearing, ultra-conservative Christian, did that.
But he also opposed the TSA's pat-down of children, the draconian, authoritarian tactics that were rolled out at the airport post-9-11.
And they are stepping that up again.
And they're using that to push the next wave of control, of lockdown, of global ID. You better understand where this is headed.
This is much bigger than the presidential election.
This is for everything, folks.
Everything is on the table.
But we're not going to fight it in Washington.
Washington is hopelessly corrupt.
There you go. There's Idaho, where they just arrested Idaho.
Several people who were singing in public and spaced out.
You're not going to be allowed to do that.
This is what is happening.
This is what is coming towards us, folks.
So just understand that, you know, New Jersey Weed Man not only beat the rap, he beat the dictatorship.
He beat the unconstitutional government.
And, you know, he didn't even pay the 9% sales tax that they've now put on marijuana.

This is why I've been saying for 233 days, you've got to stop the fraud.
You cannot, with some kind of a Machiavellian machination out here, say, I'm going to do this and I'm going to fool the Democrats.

We're going to play along with the lies.

There is no test if there's no measurement of quantity.
There is no election if there is no measurement of quantity.
So we've had the Tests that are now being used, 150 million tests, paid for by the White House, $750 million.
Of these rapid tests by Abbott Labs, they take 15 minutes.
It costs $5. But it gives them an opportunity to put you in a database.
It gives them the opportunity to shut down the businesses that you're associated with.
And it gives them the opportunity to flag people 93% false positives.
That is very effective at creating a new lockdown.
Nobody's sick, but we got cases here, right?
That's what you're going to hear from Fauci.
You've been hearing it from Fauci.
And that's what they're going to use to lock down the country.
One of the first things that Mitch McConnell said as he got re-elected yesterday, he said, well, we have to look at this.
We've got to look at quantitative easing, and we've got to do some stimulus here.
And he's going to do that.
And one of the things that's going to be in there, they've already earmarked $75 billion, billion with a B, for testing and tracing of you and your family and your children.
So how many billions of tests is that going to be?
How many days of testing are they going to fund for you and your family?
You know, there is another test, not that it's necessarily any more accurate, but they don't care about accuracy.
But, you know, for the people who are paranoid, there is an at-home test that costs $1, not $5.
But they don't want that out there.
They've prohibited that while they fund the $5 test.
Why? Because the $5 test allows them to put you in a database and track you.
And if the Republicans are going to stand by and do nothing but declare that you are non-essential, if they are going to subsidize this, we now have talk about how the next wave of stimulus is going to be cash For cities and states that are going bankrupt.
Because the economy has been erased.
And this is the way that they have been able to roll this out in the same way that Nixon rolled out the 55 mile an hour speed limit by telling people, well, you know, we'll give you the highway funds if you do what we say.
They incentivized this lockdown.
If you look at the Republican governor in Idaho, Brad Little, who betrayed the people there.
He put down the first lockdown order without anybody sick, without any cases, March the 13th.
And then he did another one 12 days later, March the 25th.
Each time, he got a subsidy from Washington, from the Trump administration, from the Congress.
And if you look at what is happening in Montana, the Democrat governor there has kept this thing going.
In spite of the fact that, like the executive order in Idaho, it's supposed to be stopped 30, 60, 90 days.
Different states have that.
But, you know, we have sunset laws on executive orders by governors because we know what tyranny looks like.
That's, by definition, what tyranny is.
A dictate. You know, if you're going to rule by your pronouncements, by your dictates, you are, by definition, a dictator.
And we are training our governors, incentivizing our governors, our Republican governors to be dictators.
Trump's state of emergency executive order is underlying the extended executive orders of lockdown by the Montana governor.
And if you look at Greg Abbott here with a mask, as I said yesterday, I was kicked out of two hotel lobbies because I refused to wear masks.
I went into these hotel lobbies, massive lobbies.
Nobody's there but a single person behind a plexiglass desk wearing a mask.
And in this massive lobby where it's just the two of us, they absolutely refuse because they are going to enforce the orders from above.
This is the kind of mentality that allowed the Nazis to do everything that they did to their own people.
We didn't excuse it at Nuremberg.
We should not excuse it when it's being done by a private corporation, when it's being done by the Republican Party or the Democrat Party or President Trump.
We should never excuse that kind of mentality.
And that is what is happening right now.
We're undergoing a training We're preparing for the American Revolution, Socialist Revolution.
Well, this is coming up November the 14th.
But for 233 days, they have been preparing Americans to act like they're living in East Germany.

So we have to start creating in our own communities organizations because they've already set up social media to be a surveillance system.
The key thing about geospatial intelligence is to identify people by their political and religious beliefs.
And so that's what they're, they've already been doing that.
You created, if you get on Facebook, you have created a LifeLog project.
That's what DARPA called it originally, LifeLog.
They shut that down after Facebook was created.
You have created a permanent dossier on yourself to profile yourself.
And so we have to start connecting with each other outside of this surveillance system on the internet that they have designed to control us.
And we need to start, first of all, living our lives, but not doing it simply by ourselves.
Certainly doing it on an individual basis and doing it from the grassroots up.
But we have to come together. We have to act collectively.
For individual liberty. And we have to start taking back our freedoms one community at a time.
And once we start to do that, once you start to get a community and you have local elected leaders, or you just have neighbors who are going to help to defend your home against Antifa coming in and deciding that they are going to do whatever they wish without any interference from the police or the local government.
Once you start to do that, you can build that from the grassroots.
We have to understand our country is gone.
As far as liberty goes, we have to start building this up, and we have to start building it up from the individual level, from the family level, from the community and neighborhood level, and then growing it up from the bottom up, not from the top down.
This whole thing about the stolen election, the chaos, the fighting over Republicans versus Democrats, this is to turn us against each other.
We need to understand who the real enemy is.
The real enemy is the ones who have locked you down for 233 days.
The real enemy is the one who's told you you've got to wear a mask.
The real enemy is the one who has stood by and done nothing about all of this.
And so I don't have a plan.
I know little bits about this.
I'm telling you about jury nullification.
I'm telling you that as jurors we need to understand what our responsibilities are.
And we need to stand with each other against this.
And we need to stop them from turning us into East German Stasi and snitches on each other.
And one of the ways you're going to get snitched on is by social media posts.
Understand that that's going to be one of the first ways that they're going to identify you.
And social media has now been filled with people who have been trained to be snitches.

So I think we have to start organizing from the ground up.
I don't have a simple one-size-fits-all.
Everybody is going to have to figure out what this looks like in your community.
In Moscow, Idaho, what it looked like was a church getting together and saying, we're going to go sing hymns in the public square and we're going to see what happens.
And you saw what happened.
It became a national story.
It became a shame.
And some of us are going to have to go to jail To show other people what this is about.
And I think that's going to begin with the Christians.
I think that's going to begin with the churches.
Just like it did the first time we got free.
I think that's where the rebirth is going to come from.

I got two things. I just want to discuss, they're trying to say that Biden is winning over Wisconsin, and he's clearly not.
If you go to a website, I found wisconsinvote.org, and you click on election results, and then all Wisconsin races, You can see, at least at the time that I see it, that about 75 spots won Republican and only 42 were Democrat.
You can't tell me that those Republican votes didn't also vote for Trump.
And if this is happening here in Wisconsin, it's probably happening all over the place.
I personally went to both an anti-lockdown protest and a Trump rally recently in West Salem.
At the rally, half the people that I talked to were Biden supporters that started out supporting him, and once they realized how corrupt he was, they switched over to voting for Donald Trump.
I have also a relative that delivers products to different businesses They've been trying to say on the news here that northern Wisconsin is complete Biden country.
He drives all over up there, and all he has seen is nothing but Trump signs.
Well, if you look at the rallies, you can pretty much see what's going on.
I mean, look at the massive crowds.
I think it was about two weeks ago, a gateway pundit put together a total of the rallies up to that point.
They said about 360,000 people have shown up for Trump rallies and about 600 for Biden rallies.
It's pretty clear what's going on here.
But I mean, you gotta understand, they figured they could get away with this.
The media is now declaring who the winner is, and it doesn't matter whether or not you believe this.
I've been across this country, had to go back to North Carolina because my brother-in-law was very sick and living by himself.
And we went back to North Carolina.
We went to Tennessee and other...
People don't believe this.
I mean, they've got the signs all over the place.
Every business that you went into, they've got signs that you have to wear masks.
The employees had to wear masks because that was part of their job.
But they really didn't want you to say anything to them about it.
They really didn't want you to ask them, do I have to wear a mask to come in here?
You just go in and they pretend to not notice that you don't have a mask on.
But we have to notice.
We have to notice these laws and regulations.
And we have to stand up to this. I understand the hardest place to do this is at the workplace.

He got killed upon impact, wasn't sick or anything.
and they tried forcing her, their family into saying that he died of COVID.
I have somebody I know whose kid goes to the local school here.
They were talking about the snitching.
As soon as the first time we went under lockdown and the school decided to go virtual, they started spying on us.

Yes. We know that you guys are staying at friends' houses and everything.
You need to stop. We actually had a Supreme Court case where a girl had gone on a band trip to Florida, came back sick, Did not state she had a COVID. She just said, I think I might have it.
I just want to make you guys aware.
She was letting her friends know.
Just in case, you guys may have it too.
And they kicked her out of school.
They called the cops on her and her family and tried forcing her to take down her post and everything.
And it's just turned into a complete joke.
As far as the masks, it's been proven they don't help.
Well, I can tell you what they did in New Zealand.
In New Zealand, they said, well, we haven't even identified, even with our phony tests, we haven't identified any money for over 100 days.
And then they found one family where they said, we're feeling sick.
They tested them and said, oh, you got a coronavirus.
They magnified this. That's the COVID. And they shut down the biggest city in New Zealand.
And when they did that, the prime minister or the president, I forget what her exact title is, Jacinda something or the other.
What she did was she said, well, we're not going to let you quarantine at home.
We have internment camps for you.
I believe that, and we fought about this, again, one of the first things that I did when I came here to Infowars, December of 2012.
That was when we had the indefinite detention by the military without any due process put in by Obama.
I think we're now going to see that rolled out.
And that's what they've already done in New Zealand.
And they had a city of millions of people because you had four people who tested positive and they put them in and she said, well, they're going to stay there for 14 days and we'll give them a test.
If they don't pass the test, they'll stay there for another 14 days.
If they refuse to take the test, they will stay there until they take the test.
And this is what is coming to the entire world, because this is a worldwide plan.
It's the same thing that's happening in Australia, that's happening in the UK, Canada, America.
This is a worldwide plan, and this is what we have to fight.
It's not enough for us to understand that it's just a fraud.

We all sat on our hands.

We got judges. Supreme Court, the politicians, the FBI, the ELJ, the CIA, they're all corrupt.
In the early days, before we had the internet, we had bulletin board systems and I was getting direct feeds as to what was happening there.
Alex Jones was there as well when Waco happened.
And then we got more information in subsequent years.
I knew exactly what they were setting up at the Bundy Ranch and I wanted to shine the light on that.
And that's the key thing. We have to shine the light on what is happening.
That is why they're shutting down the press.
And then we have to stand up to this.
When they ran the kangaroo trials and they've locked up people, and I'm not sure that some of the people that were there at the Bundy Ranch that they convicted before the trial of the family, I'm not sure they've been released yet, but they did one trial that was a hung trial.
The judge was incredibly corrupt that was running it.
She gagged them as to what they could talk about.
The only thing that broke that case wide open was a whistleblower with BLM. There are good people in law enforcement.
Most of them are forced out.
But he blew the whistle on what they were doing.
We knew that they had sniper nests there.
That was not a secret, but they kept that secret from the juries.
When he blew that, the judge, who had presided over kangaroo courts and suppressed evidence in the past, declared a mistrial and a mistrial with prejudice.
So they could not reopen that again.
Nevertheless, the Department of Justice, under both Jeff Sessions and CIA Attorney General Barr, Their Department of Justice continues to try to reopen this.
And this is the corruption that we have from the top down.
That's why I say we have to stand from the bottom up against the corruption from the top down.
And that's one of the things that we can do.
We can get to the point where we understand as jurors what our rights are.
Again, the jurors didn't want to ask questions.
And they select the jurors just like they select the voters for these elections.
You know, with the gerrymandering. That's what they do with the voters.
So it's a very difficult system, but we're going to have to stand up together if we're going to get out of this.
And they will try to pick us off one by one.
I hated to see what happened to Lavoie Finicum, but quite frankly, I would rather go down fighting like Lavoie Finicum did for my freedom than to go to jail.
That's what he said. My son was there, got an interview with him before that happened.
And he said, when he took his chair and sat out in front of that area there, he said, I would rather be shot than to rot in prison.
And that's exactly what happened.
I would rather die At the Alamo or at the standoff or a protest than to live under this kind of tyranny.
And we all have to come to that.
Unless we value our freedom more than our lives, they will always be able to take our freedom by promising us safety.
That is always the Faustian bargain.
