What a contrast we have of every time Trump rolls up in a city, lines of people, American flags, Trump flags, patriotism, jubilation, high energy, smiles.
But then you go and see a Democrat event.
If it's a Biden event, it's kind of a ghost town.
Nobody really shows up.
You don't really see much activity.
You have the Democrat riots, also known as Antifa, or Black Lives Matter in the streets chanting death to America.
Owen, I have never seen anything quite like this because it is absolutely clear that the That the radicals in the streets who are burning, looting, rioting, assaulting people, these are the shock troops of the Democratic Party.
The Democrats will not denounce their street activities.
Congressman Jerry Nadler says the whole thing's a hoax, that there is no violence in the streets.
We're making the whole thing up.
This is part and parcel of the same effort to destabilize the country heading into the most important election of our lifetime.
And to pretend that these are unconnected events would be absurd.
So Joe Biden says he doesn't want to defund the police, but he does want to shift a number of the funding mechanisms for police funding today to other priorities.
To me, it's the same thing.
I think the left has badly overplayed their hands by this effort to instill instability in our current political system.
And if you look at the states where they are doing it, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, I think they are going to reap what they sow.
Well, we're seeing what they're sowing, and they are reaping it, and it's showing in the polls, and now the Democrats and media members like Don LeMond see a focus group that says, hey, wait, the destruction isn't pulling well for us.
Maybe we should denounce it.
Maybe we should pull back.
I mean, what does that tell you about their character that it's not about, hey, let's stop violence.
Let's have peace. It's, hey, the violence isn't pulling well for us.
Well, it's a more honest statement than this one, which is Trump is responsible for the violence in the streets because Trump has incited all of these otherwise perfectly sane, perfectly calm individuals to go out and create mayhem.
And he's doing this as an excuse so that he can invoke the Resurrection Act just prior to the election, because you see Trump is a dictator.
That is the most backwards attempt at inoculation I have ever seen in my life.
The first order of business, I think the first responsibility of the president of the United States is to maintain order.
He has a constitutional responsibility to do that.
He also, however, has to ask for the formality of being invited in by a besieged governor or a besieged mayor who finally admits that they and their National Guard cannot handle the level of violence going on in their cities.
It is amazing to me that the cities that are burning out of control are all big Democrat machine cities.
And let's not try to pretend that this is some This is a disconnected act.
This is part of the overall Biden campaign strategy.
New Poland and I look at, for example, continues to show us that COVID-19 A genuine crisis, but an exaggerated one, one in which people are trying to benefit from the fallout of it, and the violence in the streets have actually surpassed the future of the American economy as an issue, and job creation as an issue.
That is the desire of the fake news media who are attempting to take these street actions and whip them up into a public frenzy.

When you have Biden and Harris and pretty much the entirety of the Democrat Party, which includes the mainstream media, blaming Trump for the violence, but then out of the other side of their mouth, they're saying that it's peaceful protesters.
So wait, is it violence or is it peaceful?
And then they also say, like Michelle Obama, well, if you don't elect Biden, then the riots are going to continue.
Well, then you're essentially saying that they're your rioters.
In fact, we now know that the credit card processing mechanism for the Democratic National Committee, in fact, for every major Democratic super PAC out there, is the same data processing program being used to finance Black Lives Matter.
So, one thing we do know, that when one of these hooligans is arrested for breaking the law and they are taken to jail, there is almost immediately a lawyer standing by with bail.
This proves right there that this is not some indigenous, disorganized uprising that is That's the word I'm looking for.
Yet, when patriots try to go out and raise money for Kyle Rittenhouse, the young man who I think acted in his own self-defense, lest he would be dead today, who I regard as a hero, well, he's knocked off of all of the major funding sites like GoFundMe almost immediately.
Well, and it's funny you mention that because here's a story on that exact topic.
Kamala Harris and Biden staffers donated to bailout folks arrested during the riots.
Kamala Harris even tweeted out a promotion of this from her official Twitter.

Well, if they're peaceful, why would they go to jail?
They raised up to $35 million.
It turns out, Roger...
Of some of the people they helped release, a man who was accused of murder, shooting at officers, a woman charged with second degree murder, and a twice convicted rapist.
So that's who the Biden staffers and Kamala Harris staffers and Kamala Harris promoted to have bailed out.

Do you have any regrets, Roger, for all the risk and sacrifice you made to stand up for the president and to stand up for the truth and all the stuff that was waged against you?

Robert Mueller took normal, perfectly legal, constitutionally protected political activity and he criminalized it.
First, he spent two years telling the American people or leaking to them through CNN and MSNBC that I would be charged with treason, espionage, conspiracy against the United States, wire fraud, mail fraud, unauthorized access to a protected computer, receipt of stolen data and its dissemination.
Allegedly, WikiLeaks.
And then after an exhaustive and extraordinarily invasive investigation, no evidence whatsoever of any of those charges could be found.
So they then fabricated these lying to Congress charges.
Actually, what happened, Owen, is even more egregious than that.
The prosecutors took the fruits of their surveillance of me, took all my emails, made them available to Congressman Adam Schiff.
Schiff then used them to fashion a series of immaterial but tricky gotcha questions.
It is interesting that every Question that I was charged with making a misstatement about in my answer was asked by one congressman.
Yet every single congressman on the panel asked questions that day.
How curious. Then Schiff, in violation of both House rules and the law, gave my classified testimony back to Mueller's dirty cops, who then fabricated these charges against me, knowing that any misstatement I made, while it may not have been true, it was also immaterial, meaning it didn't hide any underlying crime.
The Trump campaign was interested in the WikiLeaks disclosures?
That was a secret?
I was trying to conceal that secret.
That's not a secret. That was public knowledge.
The candidate himself announced it on 142 occasions.
So, no, I have no regrets.
The only regrets I might have is the horrific experience my family was forced to go through.

Yes, Roger? But what's aggravating, Owen, is I have been completely clear about what can inspire.

I refuse to bear false witness against the president.

I refuse to make up testimony at their direction.

Aha! Stone maintained his silence regarding misdeeds and misconduct by the president and traded that for clemency, and therefore his commutation is flawed Because Trump was acting to protect his own interests.
That is a lie.
They can repeat it in the Senate Intelligence Committee report.
Eric Swallows Well can repeat it as many times as he wants.
No, there is no documentary evidence to prove that.
You have the uncorroborated, plea bargain-induced testimony of Rick Gates and Michael Cohen, both of whom have serious, serious credibility problems.
A great story there on the National File about this.
But that won't stop them.
They continue to recycle this nonsense again and again.
They even said that their charge that I had covered up for Trump was based on a phone conversation I had with MSNBC's Howard Fineman.
Then I produced for the National File the text message from Feynman saying, no, no, that's not what I said at all.
I never meant to imply that you knew of any inappropriate activities or criminal activities by Trump.
So they're busted with their own words right there.
They are the ones that committed crimes against you.
When it comes to Russian collusion and Donald Trump, it's a total hoax.
When it comes to Russian collusion with Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party, well, there's actually crimes there that need to be investigated, and so it's ridiculous that you go through this political harassment, and yet Hillary Clinton, you know, Joe Biden with Burisma, and all the real criminals— Get away with all this.
And by the way, I'm not sure if you're aware of this, Roger.
They're bringing Russian collusion back.
And in fact, if the crew wants to just pull up Google, we use Google for this because it'll show how they're pushing the propaganda.
If you just punch in Russian interference or something along that nature, Roger, they're bringing it back.
They're claiming Russia right now is coming for the election again, Roger.
Rosenstein comes out last week and says, I actually told Mueller verbally to back off on the Russia stuff, and he really didn't fully investigate Trump's ties, financial and otherwise, to Russia.
Really? You signed three scope memos that gave Mueller full authority to investigate anything he wanted.
Why would anyone believe Rod Rosenstein?
Let me remind everybody, this is a guy who offered to wear a wire into the Oval Office to try to entrap the President of the United States as part of the illegal coup d'etat to remove him.
Why is Rod Rosenstein running around the country accepting awards from law schools instead of sitting in a prison cell where he belongs?
He may be one of the biggest criminals here.
And no, Rod, you knew that the Steele dossier was phony when you signed the FISA award.
And for you to say you didn't even read it before you signed it, not credible.
Not credible. So why he has not been dragged before a grand jury and why he is not the principal target of the Durham probe, I don't know.
But if the president is re-elected and Mr.
Durham comes up empty-handed, the president can direct the appointment of yet another special counsel.

But while they do that, they run cover for Pelosi, and Multiple counties now in California have opened up their hair salons and barbershops after Pelosi did this.
I mean, Roger, have you ever seen such an elitist BI itch?
She gets caught breaking her own law and then says, oh, it's the salon's fault.
Well, it is the entire message of the ruling elite that we are to do what they say, not what they do.
All of the people who are advocating gun confiscation have heavily armed bodyguards, live in gated communities.
Those who say we should be tearing down walls live behind walls.
She knows very well that she wasn't supposed to go to a hair salon, but the rules aren't for the ruling elite.
They're special.
They have no rules.
We've certainly seen that in the courts just this past week.
The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals actions in General Flynn's case are the most outrageous thing I have ever seen in 40 years of American politics, because this case is entirely political.
When Judge Sullivan says that he has the authority to appoint a special counsel And that he, Sullivan, should now decide whether Flynn should be charged with new charges if the old charges are vacated.
He has violated the law.
He does not have any such authority.
The Supreme Court decision that he points to claiming that authority says the exact opposite.
Here's the point. That is grounds for removing him from the case.
This is the same judge who attacked Mike Flynn from the bench for treason, accusing him of working for the Greek government at the same time he was National Security Advisor, or the incoming National Security Advisor.
That is incorrect.
That's not what happened.
Judge Sullivan smeared this great patriot, thus showing bias.
Why Sullivan is still on this case, I don't know.
Why the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals has not dismissed the case, I don't know.
Now they're kicking it back to Sullivan, who's clearly not unbiased, for a decision, only to have Flynn presumably then Reappeal to the Circuit Court.
And I wouldn't be shocked if they upheld a conviction, despite any absence of facts or law or evidence of guilt.
And then Flynn would be forced to go to the U.S. Supreme Court.
This is reaching absurd proportions, but we shouldn't be surprised.
The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals essentially upheld my unconstitutional gag order.
They ordered me incarcerated immediately despite the dangers of COVID and ignoring all legal precedents of current federal rules and regulations, my health, and the conditions in the prison they wanted me to go to.
They ruled that Don McGahn, the president's lawyer, must testify from the Congress about his conversations with his client.
They ruled that Hillary Clinton does not have to answer questions under oath about her emails.
Super PACs supporting Joe Biden have raised around $800 million.
Super PACs supporting Donald Trump have raised around $200 million.
The weight of all this communications does have an impact.
Many, many Americans have been urging me to work with an independent effort to help elect the president.
I haven't decided to do that.
I did see that Chris Lasavita and other professional Republicans, who I have a very, very I regard for, have started a new super PAC to assist in the president's reelection.
These are the same people who did the swift boat ads that took down John Kerry, by the way.
These are all perfectly legal activities.
But I'd like to know more about the names associated with this Florida group.
If you want to check that during the break, I'd like to hear more about it.
Leading the group are political operatives with deep ties to the Sunshine State, including Mike Murphy, who twice helped Jeb Bush win Florida's governor office.
So Mike Murphy is one name listed in here.
We can go down that road.
I guess my real point here, though, Roger, is when you see Bush is losing elections in Florida and Kennedy's losing elections, I believe it was in Massachusetts, is the old guard establishment, Politico, in the U.S.
Has Trump successfully flipped that board?
Clinton losing, Bush's losing, Kennedy's losing.
Has Trump successfully overturned the political establishment board of US politics?

I have copious notes on who will be on the best and the worst address list for 2020.
Alright, that means I gotta make a final push to make this list again, folks.
I'm gonna have to start really coming in here, really shaping up, making sure everything is straight and fit so I can get back onto that very, very list of distinguished fashion icons, mostly in the political movement, but...
All right, Roger.
What we're seeing is the polls, which we never really trust anyway.
We all know why. They definitely skew Democrat.
But the polls are indicating right now Trump is gaining momentum.
Trump has more momentum at this point, at least via the polls, what they claim is the polls, than he did in 2016.
The numbers are indicating that Trump could receive up to 30% of the black vote for 2020 when he had less than 10% in 2016.
So to me, the numbers all indicate Trump is set for a landslide.
But you take all the Democrat shenanigans and cheating into place, maybe it's a different story.
First of all, it's very important for people to understand that polling is an inexact science in the sense that any conclusions reached in a poll where you take a scientifically balanced sample that would accurately reflect the electorate, And then ask questions and then tabulate them and report them.
By the time you've done that, the poll is technically already out of date because people change their minds and they change them rapidly, particularly in this kind of a volatile situation where the vote is really not—let me say this.
The president's supporters are very intense and they're locked into that position.
There's no leakage in his base.
None. The hardcore Democrats don't love Joe Biden.
They have less intensity, but party tradition drives their vote.
We have a very, very small number of people in the middle.
They are mostly independents.
They may be former Democrats or people who formerly voted Democrat.
There's very few Republicans left in the undecided pool, or I should say Republican leaners.
So any poll you see is already outdated.
So the real answer to your question, I think, Owen, is who has the momentum today?
Who on the basis of several polls has the momentum and will have the momentum in the final two weeks?
That answer is clearly Donald Trump.
That began with the superior convention that they put on.
It continues with the overplaying of the radical left in the streets, which I think is driving votes to Trump.
Whether he's ahead or whether he's slightly behind right now is almost immaterial.
In fact, no one could really tell you, but the momentum is with him.
Biden is not dropping.
Biden is sitting still.
We saw this phenomenon with Hillary.
It's not that Hillary dropped.
It was that Trump surpassed her.
Biden at this point does not seem to be gaining in the slightest, whereas the president is definitely on the move.
I'm feeling much, much better now than I was a month ago.
I do think our potential among African-American voters is very real and can be developed, but more voters need to know in that community about Joe Biden's role in incarcerating more Black people than any politician currently on the national stage With the possible exception of Kamala Harris.
The mandatory drug laws in this country that require harsh mandatory penalties, for the first time nonviolent use of small amounts of drugs, have fallen disproportionately on black people.
Who's the author of these laws?
Who bragged about them?
That would be Joe Biden.
Who's fixing these laws through his Second Chance Act?
That would be President Donald Trump.
The American people need to know more about this.
It will maximize our chances of winning African-American votes, in my opinion.
Roger, you've been somebody who's protested and spoke up for civil rights and really social justice for your entire political career.
I know we're kind of going down a different path here, but I'd like to ask you this with two minutes left.
When you see the protests in the streets, whether it's Antifa or Black Lives Matter, the proposition of defunding police, Do you agree with me?
Because I think this is a conversation.
I mean, when we talk about police reform, I do think there's reforms we can have to stop, you know, incidences with police, like law reform, ending the war on drugs, releasing nonviolent criminals.
Do you ever hear... I never hear any of this in the discussions when we talk about stopping police brutality or whatever.
They just say defund police or sadly kill police.
Do you think there's ever room for a legitimate discussion about how we could have maybe some law reform or something to solve some of these problems?
I think the vast majority of the men and women who work as police officers are honest individuals trying to do an honest job of trying to preserve the law at the same time being respectful of people's civil liberties.
Are there bad cops?
Of course there are. They need to be found and they need to be rooted out of the system.
Are there cops violating people's rights?
Yes, absolutely.
But that's not a reason to do away with the entire police force.
Because that will leave you anarchy.
That will leave our streets and neighborhoods and communities unsafe.
It is the worst idea I've ever heard.
Let's get rid of the dirty cops of the Robert Mueller variety, not the rank-and-file police officers just trying to do a job, stay alive, put their life on the line, respect everybody's rights, but also respect the rights of the victims, the rights of the public.
The Democratic caste system, the Democrats' class, elitist, hierarchy, socioeconomic, social engineering system is being revealed upon us.
And perhaps no greater example is there than Nancy Pelosi, who is personally responsible for many of the lockdown policies that have inflicted California, destroyed small businesses, specifically hairdressers and barbershops and saloons.
And so she goes out in the middle of the shutdown when people are getting fined for being shut down, when barbershops...
Hairdressers, stylists are being fined for operating their businesses, and she goes out and gets a haircut and doesn't wear a mask, but she'll punish you for opening your business and not wearing a mask.
You see, that's what you call a caste system.
The elite get to go get their haircut.
You, the lowly peon, you don't get that.
At all. And if you do, you get fined for doing so.
And if you don't wear your mask while doing it, you get fined again.
But now, in despicable fashion, Nancy Pelosi has come out and made a statement blaming, blaming the hair salon.
Unbelievable. But that is an accurate depiction of who she really is, is it not?

We've had absentee ballots from people who request them from a specific address.

People who should get them don't get them, which has been one of the major complaints in states that have tried this in municipal elections.
And people who get them are not the right people.
They're people who have replaced the previous occupant and they can make them out.
And sometimes multiple ballots come to the same address with several generations of occupants.
Do you think that's a way to run a vote?
The only thing I'm saying is that so far we haven't seen widespread So far, we haven't tried it.
There are several states that only have mail-in voting.
This is playing with fire.

And if people have to have confidence in the results of the election and the legitimacy of the government, And people trying to change the rules to this methodology, which, as a matter of logic, is very open to fraud and coercion, is reckless and dangerous.
I think the smartest thing you can do right now is to create or find some sort of support group or just like-minded people.

Find like-minded people.

You can't get any answers. Meanwhile, Kyle Rittenhouse, who legally defended himself from criminals who tried to murder him, sits and rots in a jail cell.

I'm very upset, to say the least.
So I can't imagine what you're thinking of going through, Joey Gibson.
He had a Black Lives Matter, the fist tattoo on the side of his neck.
He wears the same clothes at all these rallies.
We have a lot of pictures of him holding his gun out in front of him at several different rallies.
Jay and I were in Camas, Washington on Friday the night before he was murdered and that guy was also there too.
I don't know if he was looking for us or looking for people or just looking for someone to murder because his social media is filled with all kinds of starter revolution, you know, Antifa stuff protects your community.
And so he was looking for trouble.
I seen a video of him talking to a camera.
He's mentally not all there.
And the thing about that that's really frustrating, the guy's not mentally all there, either on drugs or just mentally unstable.
One of the two The thing that makes that really frustrating is that someone like him is easily manipulated by media, easily manipulated by these politicians who say that Patriot Prayer is white supremacists.
I'm not here to defend Patriot Prayer, but he was wearing that hat.
They always say that white supremacists are coming to the town.
And so I believe that Jay was murdered because of these lies from the media, because of the lies from these politicians, and because of this lawlessness that they built up.
Yeah, and that's like believing that the sun rises in the east and sets in the west.
It's known fact. I mean, this is not even a debate.
The only debate is that they deny it.
They deny their wrongdoing.
They deny any responsibility for this.
Of course they do. They want to blame it on us.
they want to blame it on Trump.
That's their justification for all the murdering and looting and rioting that has been going on.
You know, what's sad about this, Joey, and I don't even really know how this really all connects other than maybe a spiritual thing or just the left is so evil in general and Democrats are so vicious in general that people just don't want to go against them at fear of what may be the repercussions.
Obviously what I'm talking about here is not as serious as what happened there in Portland.
But for example, I got assaulted at a bar last summer.
Whole thing on tape.
Had the gentleman's name, his information, his address, everything.
Police refused to make an arrest.
Refused! Now, that's just me getting cold-clocked at a bar and then him running off.
There was blood, so technically it adds to the offense.
The point is, they won't even arrest low-level crimes.
If it shows any political skew, it's like they have no interest.
So it's like, oh, okay, low-level assault at a bar.
Oh, I can get away with that. Oh, I can get away with burning.
Oh, I can get away with rioting.
Oh, I can get away with looting. Oh, I can get away with assault.
Oh, I can get away with attempted murder.
Oh, I can get away with murder. And that's where we're at now, Joey.
And this individual has literally gotten away with murder.
The issue is this, is that they dehumanized Jay, and that's what made me so angry.
Like, losing a brother was difficult, right?
But then to see these politicians go up there and start to call him a white supremacist, start to dehumanize him and justify murdering him, they're going to go that low.
You have the Black Lives Matter leader, that lady on that bullhorn, celebrating the murder of Jay, calling him a fascist, trying to dehumanize him.
This is absolutely disgusting.
It is so frustrating.
These people can't even for one second just say that this is not okay.
This violence is not okay.
They immediately go to dehumanizing them to justify it for political reasons, to justify it for their movement.
If Jay was a Black Lives Matter member and someone with a MAGA hat murdered him, I don't want to get too much into politics, but you know it would be all over the media for weeks, for months.
Nobody would stop. And what I don't understand is why people on the left do not see this.
Why do they not understand that these people are trying to justify this murder?
The hardest thing is because I know Jay's heart, I know who he is, and I know the type of person he is.
He's one of the most gentle people that you would ever meet.
And that's another thing that makes it so frustrating is that they're trying to slander him and dehumanize him, and they don't even know who he is!
They don't even know how big of a heart he is.
And we have not that we need it, but we have so much evidence that he's not racist.
I mean, it's just it's mind boggling right now.
And it's been very difficult for the family.
It's been difficult for all of us.
It's one thing to lose a brother, but it's another thing to see these people politicize it and just drag him through the mud.

The sad part of it is it is political.

Yeah. And here's the worst part, is that today I finally realized by watching some video and seeing a breakdown, the assassination of Jay and the attempt, they attempted to assassinate his friend Chandler, my friend too.
There was about, from what it looks like on the video, okay?
There's probably about 20 people that were involved, including two cars, including a cameraman, including somebody who ran by and picked up the casings after the gunman had ran off.
You have a car that pulled up right after he was shot, a charger, pulled up, and then all of a sudden, five or six Antifa medics just pop out and then just come running to the body.
So This is something that is very frustrating and I think that they're specifically targeted and for me it was without a doubt an act of terrorism and to see Joe Biden today to go up there and to find a way to somehow justify it.
Joe Biden justifies the murder of Jay because someone had a paintball gun and an unrelated incident like an hour earlier.
So First of all, that was unrelated.
They didn't have a paintball gun. But if they did have a paintball gun, you're talking about paintballs.

Because we used to be a country where No one wanted to celebrate a murder or death, right?
When someone died, we all had some sort of respect for each other.
Imagine when Heather died from her heart attack or whatever, when she got hit by that car.
Imagine people going on TV and just justifying it.
Or imagine people just going on TV and celebrating it.
You know what I mean? Like, we've lost all respect for one another, and that's one of the hardest things.
And I know that the family, okay, and I know that Luke is basically Jay's brother, business partner, best friend, roommate, lived together, known each other for over 20 years.
That is the hardest thing for him, to see these politicians talk this way, right?
To justify it. And so I think that we're at a point in this country, if you're a liberal, if you're a moderate liberal, if you have a heart at all, I'm asking you to open up your eyes to what these politicians are doing, to whether they're manipulating, to the way that they're lying.
I also want to say this, okay?
If these politicians wanted to stop these criminals, they could do it so fast.
Here's why. The city of Portland is a city, okay, and it has its own little jurisdiction.
All these criminals always stay in the city of Portland, and they don't come out of the city of Portland because if they go 15 minutes north to Vancouver, Washington, where I live, They will be arrested.
If they go 10 minutes east to Gresham, they will be arrested.
There's law and order all around the city of Portland, but as soon as you go in the city of Portland, they're completely protected and they get to do whatever they want.
They built this culture of lawlessness.
This guy was emboldened.
There's no way he would have had the nerve to just openly shoot him on camera unless they didn't build this culture of lawlessness.
And so it's really frustrating.
The thing is that people want to know how to help out, okay?
