A lot to talk about today.
Some great guests, including some of our own members of the War Room, are now embedded behind enemy lines there in CHAZ, or what they're now called CHOP. And we'll get to exactly why they've made that name change a little bit later in the show.
But a lot to talk about today.
A lot of the protests, a lot of the riots.
The CHAZ will be a big topic of concern.
But folks, COVID-19 coronavirus still wrecking havoc.
On not just people around the world, but on institutions as they use this as an excuse to grab money and destroy systems.

New York Governor Cuomo is coming down hard on law-abiding citizens that have followed the coronavirus regulations and are gradually coming out of home confinement.

Which is tantamount to a high likelihood of the spread of the virus.
And the local governments are not monitoring policing doing the compliance.
Yes, there is a very real possibility that we would roll back the reopening in those areas.

We moved over here to Grand Army Plaza, where there was a massive group of protesters here.
On the 18th straight day of protests, we saw something we hadn't seen since this movement began, talking about the fight for black trans lives.

The origins of COVID-19 have been propagandized to favor the Chinese government, while numerous researchers have countered that propaganda, revealing that the coronavirus could have only been created in a lab.
Sky News recently reported on a scientific study which found COVID-19 may have been a cell culture uniquely adapted for transmission to humans.
The paper, currently under peer review, comes from Flinders University professor Nikolai Petrovsky, who has spent over two decades developing vaccines against influenza, Ebola and animal SARS.
He says his findings allow for the possibility that COVID-19 leaked from a laboratory.

Now we're examining not just whether the virus inadvertently leaked from a laboratory in Wuhan.
It's most likely the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Not just whether it was an accidental leak, but whether it was created in a laboratory.
Yes, created.
This is a possibility.
So we started modelling The COVID-19 virus back in January in order to design a vaccine candidate.
And when we had finished the design of the vaccine candidate, we then went on to explore whether we could use the same modelling approach to try and better understand where the virus originally came from.
We found that the COVID-19 virus was particularly well adapted to bind to human cells, and that was far superior to its ability to bind the cells of any other animal species, which is quite unusual because typically when a virus is well adapted to an animal and then it by chance crosses to a human, typically you would expect it
to originally have lower binding to human cells than to the original host animal.
We found the opposite.
So that was a big surprise.

I'm sitting in for Owen Schroer today.
Savannah Hernandez will be filling in tomorrow.
And then on Wednesday, Tony Arterburn will be filling in for The War Room.
I will be joined in just a little bit by Kelly Carroll.
She's a small business owner in Oregon that is now facing criminal charges for opening up a bit too early.
Maybe she should have tried burning down some small businesses rather than opening them.
So we'll talk to her about everything she's going through and how you can support her and how she's trying to fight back against the authoritarianism that she's under.
And then... In the next hour, I will be joined live by some of our very own War Room crew members that are now embedded deep behind enemy lines in the CHAZ, or what they're calling now the CHOP. That is the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone.
Not sure what CHOP is supposed to stand for.
Of course, one of the reasons they're giving for changing the name to CHOP is that that's what happened in the French Revolution to dissidents.
They got their heads chopped off.
We'll get into all of that in just a little while.
And interestingly enough, French Revolution is of great interest to me for exactly how big of a failure it was and how it essentially started off just like the CHAZ, just like the autonomous zone, and quickly devolved into a competition of who could behead more people.
We are rapidly approaching that reality here in America.
I'd like to read a little something that I think is particularly pertinent in today's world.
Particularly something that should be read and re-read and understood.
And we need to think, how does this apply to our modern world?
You may have heard of it.
In fact, the author recently had his statue torn down.
And it goes like this. When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and nature's God entitle them, A decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and
organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their safety and happiness.
Prudence indeed will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes, and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer whilst evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, invents a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government and to provide new government.

Such has been the patient sufferance of these colonies, and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former systems of government.

it is the Declaration of Independence written by Thomas Jefferson and ratified in Congress July 4th, 1776.
How appropriate are these lines to the current state of affairs?
As you look around and see the complete, complete one-sidedness of every aspect of our government, from the way in which taxes are collected to the way in which benefits are distributed to the way in which the court system works, which is becoming incredibly apparent as we see the riots continue.
And especially if you look back beginning in 2016, peruse through the next few years, look at how uneven the punishments for people on the right versus people on the left are.
These words ring more true now than perhaps ever in the history of our country.
And just to reiterate here, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish any form of government that becomes destructive of these ends of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
It is the right to abolish and institute a new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form as to them shall seem most likely to affect their safety and happiness.

What we're dealing with here is not a light or transient cause.
It is the culmination of years upon years, decades upon decades of subversion, undermining the American system.
And it has now been perverted beyond recognition.
It no longer serves the American people.
We can no longer rely on our institutions of government to reliably protect our freedoms or even our safety for that matter.
We see this on display nowhere more clearly than in the Chas, the autonomous zone there that has been allowed by the government of Seattle, complete autonomy.
They've pulled out the police.
And yet, you know, if there's a fire, they send in the fire department.
If there is a sickness, if there's a drug overdose, which there have been, they'll send in the ambulances.
They're still being supplied electricity and water from the city services.
So how are they independent?
How are they autonomous? They're still relying on, you know, capitalistic A charity to provide them food or supplies.
How are they? Well, they're not.
They're not autonomous. They are simply governed by warlords and dictated by a council of completely insane people.
And this has been permitted.
This has been allowed. The government has utterly failed any semblance of protecting the people that live in this zone, that work in this zone, that have businesses in this zone.
But this is just... What about all of the protesters that were arrested in Minneapolis that were immediately released by the prosecutor there?
She said, no, we're not going to charge them.
We're not going to charge them.
They're allowed completely free reign.
What about New York City with the bail reform law that came into place earlier this year?
Which means everybody arrested in the riots in New York completely let off.
Completely let go. Goodbye.
You know, you were arrested.
You probably attacked, you know, people.
You definitely did something outrageous because we saw that people were destroying businesses.
They were flipping over cars.
They were attacking people with complete immunity.
So whatever you did to get arrested in this, it probably wasn't great.
But who cares? That's fine.
Right? We let them go.
And of course you're seeing now the video of a high school, Jefferson High School in Portland, Oregon, where the word slave, the word slave owner have been sprayed on the statue and then it has been torn down and attacked with an axe.
This is in America.
That's Thomas Jefferson.
This is one of our founding fathers.
The government is not only not doing anything to stop this destruction, not do anything to halt or mitigate the absolute subversion of our entire history, the corruption of our entire history, the perversion, the just absolute desolation of our entire history and of us as a people.
Not only are they not doing anything to stop it, then when regular Americans get together to try themselves to protect their own history, their own heritage monuments to their own country, they are attacked by the politicians in place.

We're seeing that in Philadelphia where a group of people surrounded the Columbus statue in an attempt to prevent people from destroying it.
And what happened? The mayor came out and attacked these people and is now talking about criminally charging them.
Them for trying to do what the government is supposed to be doing.
So folks... It's time.
The people that are in charge of us no longer represent us.
No longer have our interests at heart.
We've known this forever but it's on display now in a way that is undeniable.
It's time to declare our independence.
It is time to break away from a system of government that refuses to even pretend to represent the American people.

Okay, I'm gonna make a really quick video about George Floyd's memorial that happened yesterday.
Before I get into what I'm about to say...
You are the resistance. On a local level,

on a national level, our government has completely abdicated any form of responsibility that they're supposed to have, right?
There's a reason we institute government amongst people.
This is all covered in the Declaration of Independence, in case you missed that day in history class.
But it's supposed to protect the people living there.
They're supposed to protect their ability to pursue happiness.
It's supposed to be an unbiased arbiter of justice in cases where people are incapable of coming to a decision amongst themselves.
It's beyond clear that this has been completely abrogated.
This has been completely given up.
This has been completely done away with in the minds of our government.
Our government is no longer interested in serving the people.
It is interested only in dominating, destroying and controlling them or putting forward its own despicable, twisted ideology.
And this is evident everywhere from what's happening with the riots.
And this is, of course, only able to occur with complete cooperation from the mainstream media, as well as complete cooperation from big tech and their manipulation and control of political discourse.
And this is happening, obviously, most...
Evidently, in local races, at local levels, where you have things like public prosecutors just refusing to punish criminals.
Yeah, they broke the law, but they're black.
Ooh, sorry, they get away with it.
We're seeing this everywhere. It's happening constantly.
Of course, the Minneapolis mayor just crying and wailing and begging for forgiveness and then being shouted down and driven out of his own political little rally there.
So it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter how much they bend the knee.
It doesn't matter how much they genuflect.
The people that are at this moment staging an insurrection, a communist revolution against the American system, against Christianity, and against the European heritage of America, and worldwide the heritage of European countries from within those countries.
There's nothing being done to fight back, to prevent this from happening.
In fact, it's only moving forward.
Of course, the main story of today is this Supreme Court decision and how people are upset with this.
Supreme Court rules gay workers protected from job discrimination in a big win for LGBT rights.
A big loss for the American system.
Why? Because this is legislation from the bench.
And there's no other way to interpret this.
Especially since you have the Civil Rights Act passed.
And it has to do with parts of yourself that you are incapable of changing.
There was nothing in the Civil Rights Act that had to do with behavior or choices one made.
It had to do with behavior.
How you were born, your race or your gender or your disability.
These are things that are protected against.
They say, look, an individual has no ability to change this about themselves, so you should not be able to discriminate against them because of it.
Call me crazy.
Call me a throwback.
Call me bigoted or homophobic or whatever.
I don't care because it's an obvious truth.
And this is just the world we live in.
We're just saying blatant reality will get you castigated as all sorts of nonsense.
But your sexual orientation is a choice that you make.
Or to act on that orientation is a choice, I should say.
Your behavior is a choice that you're making.
I know. I know. Shocking.
This is a shocking reality.
But guess what? If you don't tell me what your sexual orientation is, I don't know what it is and I can't know what it is unless I'm involved in that with you, right?
It doesn't matter.
If your behavior, however, is not appreciated by your workplace, well, you used to be able to be, I'm fired for that, but no longer.
And so because the Civil Rights Act did not include behavior in it, forever the Democrats have been trying to pass laws, trying to pass legislation that would include behavior in the Civil Rights Act.
They've been incapable of doing so.
This is a law. If you want to change the law, you should go through the correct process, right, you would think.
But not anymore. No, now the Supreme Court is able to just decide.
So, and this is just the way the Democrats work, and this is the way they've always done it.
You saw with Obama, you see with the Supreme Court, and it just increases as time goes on.
Where you had, you know, Obamacare or DACA, you know, they couldn't pass it through the legislation, they could not do it in the appropriate method, so executive order just bypassed the entire bicameral legislature or anything like that, right?
And now it's being done with the Supreme Court.
Can't get it done through the law.
Can't get it done through the legislation.
So you just go straight to the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court has decided this is of the utmost importance.
This is the main issue, really.
This is the number one issue in America right now.
As I look around at cities being burned down, at communist insurrection camps being established in major American cities, what I look around and see is are gay people...
Are there people being mean to gay people right now?
Is this the most important thing that we're dealing with?
Obviously it is. This is what the Supreme Court is dealing with.
They justified their inclusion of sexual orientation and gender identity under Title VII by focusing on the law's language, which prohibits discrimination because of sex, stating that as long as sex is a factor in the discrimination, it is enough to trigger Title VII. So they've basically just adopted,
you know, in the same way that you had Webster Dictionary changing the definition of racism to be the social justice definition, taking it out of the definition for which it has been recognized since the word was invented, you know, several decades ago.
No, but they change it, right?
No, now it doesn't go along with the ideology, so they're just going to change the definition.
Well, that's what's happening here. Typically, several decades ago, several years ago, the insanity hadn't creeped in yet.
If you just said, hey, there's males and females, people generally agreed with you.
That was before the psychological subversion, the...
The mind control seeped in and made everybody deny an obvious fact, that is, there are two sexes, there are two genders, it's a binary issue that we're dealing with here, and you are born as one or you are born as the other, or in extremely rare cases, you might have the characteristics of both.
But no longer. No longer.
They've rejected that. Now they are adopting the social justice definition that says that sex is a biological thing and that gender is a social construct.
And as a social construct can be manipulated and made irresolute.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court refuses to hear...
New challenge to gun restrictions.
So about 10 cases having to deal with the Second Amendment.
Don't worry about that.
Don't worry about that.
That's not important. That's not what the Supreme Court is here for.
The Supreme Court is here to retroactively change decades-old law to appease modern ideology.

And that's really one of the main things about this.
What has Trump gotten this entire four years of his presidency?
Out of anything, the one thing maybe you could have, you know, he could have hung his hat on was Neil Gorsuch, who was the Supreme Court.

My God, I should have known it was something so vile.
My impulse is to joke about this stuff because it's just so ridiculous.
Obviously, this isn't a laughing matter, though.
You are under actual threat of legal action because you opened your business before you were given permission by the state.

We had a rally in front of my business On, I believe it was May 16th, and I opened my doors on May 20th.
No, May 19th, excuse me.
And the police actually showed up on the 19th of my first day open.
And when they served my papers, they showed that I had been open since the 16th through the 20th.
I never started until the 19th.
And instead of serving me and letting me know what was written on the report, they just sent me an arraignment date in the mail.
Charging me with criminal charges against the governor.

Yeah, and I have this proclamation in front of me, proclamation by the governor, amending proclamation 2005.
And so what's the potential damage that you'll receive if you're found?

What is the legal process that you're now facing?

Well, the arraignment will be a court hearing where I plead guilty or not guilty.
And then we go from there.
I have a really good attorney.
His name is Angus Lee.
He's former elected county prosecutor and a U.S. Marine Special Ops.
And he is a constitutional lawyer.
I face, at this time right now, without any court hearings yet, up to one year in jail.
Fines, court fines and community service.

Are a lot of the local people in support of you, or are your neighbors sort of giving you bad looks like we've come to expect?

Well, I feel like I have a boatload of supporters.
People are finding me in different places and asking, are you Kelly?
And I'm like, yes.
And they tell me they're supporting me.
We have a GoFundMe page.

And the amount of people in the Washington State area are supporting me because the lawsuit's going to be a challenge, but I need all the help that we can get to fight.
Our first thing that we are going to do is sue the governor by writ of mandamus.
And then he's going to further out my court hearing to late September, October, right in the middle of all the political things that are going on so that we can get our governor out of office and get the right governor in.

That would at least be a start.
And I'm here, I'm looking at your website here and you have a big write up about why you chose to open your business and the jail time that you're now facing, which is just completely outrageous to anybody that's paying attention.
And I don't know why everybody doesn't have a problem with the idea that the government can tell you that your business is not allowed to open.
It's just outrageous on its face of it.
But I love how you put it here.
You say, all the while there have been riots, property destruction, death, fires in the streets, and they come after good citizens who need to make a living, pay their bills just like everyone else.
Then you ask for donations, which I... We're good to go.
You know, force and weight of the entire legal system against you, so you're up against a battle, and thank God you have your faith and your strength and your patriotism to carry you through this, and obviously there are millions of us out here who absolutely support you 100%.

What are some other ways? To be with us during our rally, we are going to be on the steps of the courthouse, On the 20th or 21st of, no, the 20th, I'm sorry, the 20th, which is a Saturday, on the steps of the county courthouse in Clark County in Vancouver.
It won't be open, but we want the backdrop with all the people that can come be behind me as I speak.
And we're going to have other speakers and all the media is going to be there because we're I'm literally the first person in the whole state of Washington that has been charged with criminal charges for opening early.
Now, they targeted me to make me an example, probably to scare people from, you know, breaking their so-called law.
If you look at the documents that I sent, there are statements in that essential part of pet healthcare that it says It's essential to care for the animals through bathing, through making sure that they're healthy.
When they're not groomed, they're not healthy.
Dogs get ear infections.
If it goes too deep, then they could die of the brain.
It's a brain infection through the ear.
There's many things that animals go through if they're not groomed.
So it is so essential.

Yeah, absolutely. Especially the way so many dog breeds have been bred these days where if you don't cut their hair, they can't see.
I mean, they're not exactly natural the way this stuff happens.
They literally require grooming.
So that's amazing. That's a whole other thing on top of this that I didn't even realize that they're charging you for not being an essential dog.
You know, operation there in the state, but in reality, according to their laws, you kind of are.
So they're just mad that you didn't ask permission?

Yeah, it's basically, we're labeled salon, so the salons are closed.
But in that document you just put up, it shows that sanitation is a very important part of a pet.
Yeah. And grooming is all about keeping your pet clean, sanitation.

Yeah. Yeah, I can read it right here.
Obtaining necessary, these are essential activities permitted under this proclamation.
They are limited to the following.
Obtaining necessary supplies and services for family or household members and pets, such as grocery food and supplies for household consumption and used supplies and the equipment you did to work from home and products necessary to maintain safety, sanitation, and essential maintenance of the home.
residents. So yeah, that seems pretty clear-cut to me. They're charging you anyway. So the rally is on Saturday the 20th, that's the same day I believe as Trump's rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This would be something that, you know, Trump could could throw his weight behind and really make a big difference.
If you get enough people out there on the court steps, maybe you drum up enough media attention, media condemnation probably.
They'll let 10 million people flood the streets of Brooklyn to protect trans-black rights, but not small businesses.
But maybe, if we're getting enough attention, maybe Trump can do a little to help out.

Our country is in monarchy.
Everyone believes we're living in a democracy.
But monarchy is when one leader, which is King Inslee or Governor Inslee, is making all the rules.
And we have no say in that.
And so we need to fight back.

Washington State seemingly has become the flashpoint of this communist takeover that they're trying to launch here in America.
And the just number of events, the scale of events that's gone on there.
Of course, Seattle is the home of the CHAZ. They're now calling the CHOP. Kelly, you made such a good point at the end of that last segment about the fact that this is no longer even pretending to be democracy.
I'm not even a fan of democracy that much anyway.
I'm a Republican. I understand the system by which our government operates.
It's one of selecting someone to represent you, representational.
But however, the idea is that the majority will have their will expressed through the government, and they're not even pretending that anymore.
You call Jay Inslee a monarch, and that's basically exactly what it is, where you could look at the polls and see that 75%, 80%, up to 90% of people are saying, shut down these riots, shut down the CHAZ, let's get some law and order, I'm sick of having my safety and my business suffer.
And they go, nah, no, I'm not going to.
So they're not even pretending to be You know, applicable, you know, they're not even pretending to serve the people that they rule over.
I just want you to continue on that point because I think it's such a good one and you're there in Washington under this tyranny.

Well, I'm not very political until all this has happened, but I've learned a lot about how they are trying to squash out the small business owners by the lockdown.
It's beyond my I can't even comprehend how they can decide that it's okay to funnel four or five hundred people into Walmart and Home Depot, but the small businesses are the ones that are spreading the virus.
This is ludicrous.
It's all about control, and to kill the economy, you know, I had to go back to work.
I waited eight, nine weeks for unemployment that never came.
I only received one stimulus check for $1,200, and what What does that cover?
You know, and I've got weeks and weeks of piled up debt because I not only have my home and my bills there and a car to pay for, but I have a five-year lease on a mall space, which is...
Very important for me to keep my business.

Yeah, it's so outrageous.
And stories like this, I'm sure there are thousands of them.
Most people aren't brave enough to actually stand up against it like you are.
And you seem to actually be in an upbeat mood, which is really admirable.
I'm not sure I would be.
I think I might be a little bit angrier than you seem to be.
But you're fighting back. You're not giving up.
You're not rolling over. And these stories aren't being told on any other...

Yes. People have no idea what we go through as business owners.
If you've been staying at home and collecting unemployment, then your stress level is a different level of what we are facing.

He said, I completely zipped up my tent before leaving it.
But please don't take for granted and lock it up or bring your valuables with you.
The surrounding people have been helpful to help look for it, but no luck so far.
I've asked around and it's just too chaotic as people are constantly walking around tense all the time.
And he adds an edit to his post.
He says, Probably doesn't amount to the thousands of dollars it costs to get a MacBook Pro, but there we are. They are now reviewing webcam and community-sourced footages to help relocate my items.
However, I've been notified that the chances are slim.

So this is again from the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone subreddit.
We will form a unique system called the Conflict Resolution Advisory Council.
We will hold a community democratic vote to appoint three people to the council.
To eliminate prejudice, we elect one black man, one black woman, and one white woman.
Each person should undergo at least one 45-minute sensitivity and political training session, which we can help organize.
Okay, so they're going to hold a democratic vote to appoint a black man, a black woman, and a white woman.
You know, so it's not biased.
And then they say, edit one.
They edit their comment.
They say, after receiving feedback about inclusiveness, we shall include in the council one black man, one black woman, one trans black woman, one non-binary black person, and they rate one white woman, and then they cross it out.
Now, forget that. Never mind.
Sorry. Our apologies for including a white woman in that earlier.
We now understand the correct thing to do is to include a black woman, a black man, a non-binary black person, and a trans black person.
This is the justice system in Chaz.
My God. And then it gets more and more ridiculous.
And this is where it starts to lose any semblance of reality.
They start breaking down about, oh no, now we're going to have a black woman and a black man and a Latinx woman and an Asian person.
Then they come back and they're like, okay, sorry, we said Asian.
We didn't realize there were subsets of Asian.
So instead we're going to have 12 Asian subsets, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, all the different Asian ethnicities.
They are all going to form a council of 12 that will have the same voting impact as one person from another chair in this conflict resolution thing.
And then this is the best part of it all.
You know, obviously if you're going to create a council of justice that is determined entirely by the race and ethnicity of the people in it, clearly they can't have any Jews on that council, right?
That's one of the things they explicitly say.
Obviously no white people, that goes without saying, but also explicitly no male Jews in the interim government there in Chaz.
So... In case you wanted any more irony, in case the clown world wasn't quite outrageous and absurd enough, the anti-fascist, anti-Nazi Antifa groups have now established an interim government that explicitly excludes Jewish people.
I mean, my God, ladies and gentlemen, are we not beyond any semblance of rationality anymore?

There's people up there, but as you get closer, you can see that people aren't intimidating at all.

But as you're walking around, you can go wherever you want.
Most of the businesses are boarded up.
There's a few that are actually open and are complying with them, saying you can eat here for free.
We have food. We have bathrooms.
We have charging stations.
On the tour that we took today here, you can see they have their grocery store, they have their retail store, they have their bathrooms, and they have their medic station.

There's maybe a handful of people who actually stay here.
You know, as far as the violence has been shown, it's very, very rare, maybe one occurrence a night, but we actually have been talking to their security here, and he's the one who gave us a tour, and he guarantees us, like, you know, he says they have actual doctors here, they have actual, you know, some people who are in the police force, and they have, you know, actual people of substance who are here to help.
So when I brought up the violence that's going on and other things like that, he had no idea what was going on.
And that's kind of the whole ritual here.
You know, since we've been here, we've kind of been out of the loop of the real world.
Like, I didn't find out about the Atlanta shooting until, you know, late last night.
And I'm guaranteed that nobody here knows about it.
Like, this is just a whole bubble world.

I kind of see where they're coming from because they're actually staying here, but it's not all that they make it out to be.

It's about six blocks. You said most of the businesses are boarded up.
Are there apartment buildings?
Are people having to pass through to go home?

Yeah, yeah, definitely. And that's one of the reasons why it's kind of shrunk, because they kind of came to an agreement with the landowners, like, hey, we need to be able to drive our cars, you know, kind of live our daily life here.
And that's where they're seeing the actual tug and pull of the people who want to support them, but now they're stopping them from living their lives.
And it's like, hey, we want to support you, but at the same time, you're interrupting what we have to do to even be able to support you.
So you can tell that there's kind of some give from them, but I do feel for the actual homeowners out here in apartments because they have to live.
We had an interview with a lady this morning and he was like, we're leaving, we're moving to California because California is not this bad right now.
So the homeowners, they're starting to get to that point to where they're having issues.
And so Let's see where this lands in another week or two.

So I'm going to think that that part of the situation out here is true.

It's been very easy for the whole crowd to turn on us and kind of, you know, Act like we're instigating the situation.
And we already have negative optics, so I don't want to stir the pot any.
So, yeah, we moved a little bit further away, and they're over there.
Actually, like I said earlier, this is like the first actual Black Lives Matter little meeting that I've seen all weekend.
Most of the time, people were segregated like it would be a city.
In one area, you had all the black people.
In one area, you had the Native Americans.
In one area, you had all the Black Lives Matter white people.
It's kind of crazy how that naturally happened inside this free autonomous zone.
Yesterday, they were having dodgeball games that were black versus white.
They're not even doing this intentionally, and they don't even see how Backwards their ideologies are.
So yeah, we moved a little bit further away.
The police station is up there.
And right now, I'm standing in front of some businesses that have been taking over, just are closed.
They can't do anything. Well, they've been improved, I think, if you look at all the graffiti.

Like, we can pan across the street, and you can see, like, they think that this is really art.

And I don't understand how they're not offended on the daily, even by this whole exact movement.
There's more white people that are behind it than black people.
And the only logical explanation they have for it is because the white people make up the more population.
They make up more of a population.
Right. But at the same time, to me, that doesn't make any sense because if we have all these Black people who are being oppressed, why isn't there more of them out there?
Why are the optics all about them righty and the white people protesting?
Like, they don't see that straight psyop right in front of their face.
So this is one of the reasons why I wanted to come out here to kind of expose the lies of this.
Like, this is not for Black Lives Matter.
And even the people here, they really think that this is for that, even though while they're doing a whole other idea on this side.

Not Seattle people doing this.
Most of the people that are staying here aren't from Seattle.
That's why they have camping in the tents.
And they're saying that we're not trying to occupy, but we're trying to just occupy this space.
So at the same time, they're doing something different than what they're saying.

They say that they're doing this for Black Lives Matter, but there's no conversation of that going on.
There's no topics.
There's no... It's just they created their own ghetto city inside a ghetto Democrat city.

And they're saying everything is supposed to be free and given.
And we have like at least two stations out here who are charging people for stuff.

It really, really is. And the people who are staying here, They believe they're making a...

I've interviewed people here and they say that I feel like this is just quarantine backed up.
When you ask about police and what happens when something happens, we have good people here.

I know I said I would move on from the CHAZ in this hour, but I want to stay here for just a minute because I didn't actually give you the full breakdown of the Conflict Resolution Advisory Council that is now being established in the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone.
So let's observe the decision-making process.
The Superior method to governance.
Far better than our clearly biased and bigoted system of government that we have in the United States.
The Chaz... It's showing us a better way.
The Chaz is eliminating bias.
It's actually creating true justice, true reform.
And we're going to read about how this plays out in real time with their edits to their Reddit comments.
So the first one, of course, they said we're going to elect one black man, one black woman, and one white woman.
And they're going to undergo at least one 45-minute sensitivity and political training session.
And that will make up the advisory council.
Oh, but wait! They've received some feedback.
And so they say, after receiving feedback about inclusiveness, we shall include on the council one black man, one black woman, one trans black person, one non-binary black person, and no white woman.
They'll scratch that right out.
Edit 2. On more feedback, we'll actually add to the council one Asian non-male, one Native American non-male, one Latinx non-male, and then four additional black men and women to balance it out.
In total, there will be 3 plus 4 plus 4 equals 11 members of the Supreme Council.
Well, they get more feedback.
They say, darn it, after we've received more feedback, including disabled persons, all one word, mental and physical, and homeless persons, one word, on the council, 20 or 40% of the council should be persons with lived experience of disability.
At least 10% should be experiencing involuntary homeless.
Folks, if you want a well-run society, you need to guarantee...
That homeless people and mentally disabled people are a part of your governing structure.
This is absolutely necessary.
Edit 4. We realize that the LGBTQIA communities are underrepresented in the council so far, and we're working on proposals to rectify this.
The composition of the balanced council will likely include 10-15% of people who identify as LGBTQIA. I was going to make a joke, but I literally don't have to because they say it in earnest later.
Edit 5. We have agreed to add three more seats, two of which are to give a voice to the disadvantaged LGBTQIA community and one to give children equal representation and fairness.
New seats include one for LGBTQI-identifying black disabled person, one for LGBTQI-identifying black homeless person, and one for non-white or mixed-race child between the ages of 8 and 15.
Okay? Alright, so we've replaced the whole idea of due process and a jury of your peers.
No, no, you will now be lorded over by a very special and able council of disabled mentally retarded Okay, all right, good.
Here we go.
At its six, there have been further concerns raised over the efficacy of the council to deal with disputes between children as children are not currently adequately represented.
In light of the feedback, we will add child safety programs to the onboarding session, and that's where they come up with the eight to 15-year-old disabled person that they will add.
And then they say, we've heard your concerns about Asian non-males representing all Asian subgroups.
That wasn't our intention.
We will replace Asian non-male seat with 12 mini seats for each of the following Asian non-male identities, Chinese, Filipino, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Cambodian, Taiwanese, Malaysian, Mongolian, Okinawan, Singaporean, and wildcard.
That's any Asian identity except for Korean American.
The many seats will collectively hold the voting power of one seat.

We have almost eliminated bigotry.

I mean, I think this is obvious when you're building up a new government.
I think they should be a cornerstone of decision-makers.
But all we've talked about here so far are race and sex and gender and age and disability and all these sorts of things.
But what about criminality?
What about the criminals?
Don't they have a voice?
Fear not. Ladies and gentlemen, Chaz has an answer.

We've been told our council under-represents those with a criminal record or incarceration experience, as white culture allows people to suffer a particular disadvantage because of past convictions.

The council will mandate that more than 25% of its members must have a violent criminal history with previous or current incarceration experience.
Oh, but that's not enough.
Or rather, it causes some other complications.
Edit 9. Some women have expressed to us that they wouldn't feel comfortable presenting a case involving a sexual offense to a council that is partly made up of criminals with a history of committing sexual offenses.
We are placing a cap of 50% of the proportion of council members who have performed one or more premeditated sexual assaults or rapes in the preceding 12 months.
Oh, your rape was a year and a month ago?
You're fine. Homeless persons and disabled persons are exempt from this gap.
The crew is muttering, this cannot be real.

It's happening. It's literally more outrageous than any of those dire predictions made it seem.

Of course, a lot of that was talking about what occurred in England, in Britain, in London over the past weekend and in the shade of, in the shadow of what has occurred over the last few weeks where you have the Black Lives Matter protest in which I believe upwards of 70 police officers were injured, in which there was rioting and burning and people being attacked in the streets.
All, of course, characterized in the media and by politicians there in England as mostly peaceful protests, with a few outliers.
A few things got a bit rowdy.
We had a few hooligans cause some nonsense, but for the most part, look how peaceful it all is.
And then, of course, you have Patriotic Englishmen going and attempting to stand up against the open destruction and hatred of their heritage.
And they are immediately castigated, demonized as far-right terrorists, these bigots, these racists.
Of course, never mind that pretty much every video that came out from the last weekend of these hateful, racist, right-wing bigots, according to Sadiq Khan and even Boris Johnson, just about every video that's come out is of gangs of non-white people beating white people almost to death until the police come in.
Pay no heed to that.
Do not look at the man behind the curtain.
Hey, attention to BBC. Hey, attention to the state-funded media that tells you the riots are peaceful and standing up and protecting a statue of, I don't know, Winston Churchill is far-right extremism.

But, you know, we can take a lesson from it because essentially what they're telling the police officers is you should have allowed yourself to be tased.

Injured, incapacitated, potentially killed because the officer who fired at the man with the taser who was trying to injure him has been fired, has been outright fired completely.
And this is the message that is being sent to police officers and to just regular people throughout the country.
It's literally... Black crime is legal.
If it's a black person committing a crime, you can ask them to stop.
And if they don't, then you've got to let them go.
Sorry, you've got to let them go.
Because if you try to arrest him and he fights back, then you're in trouble.
Then you're going to get arrested.
I mean, it's completely outrageous, but this is the world that we're living in.
In fact, I want to play this clip, clip 27.
This came out, this was sort of early on in the protests, but it's very symbolic.
It's very sort of, it's like an illustration of exactly what's going on.
So let's go ahead and roll that clip and I'll sort of commentate on it as we go.

It should be. It's the cop punching out the black woman who was punching the cop.
But we'll take a look at it.
I'm sure everybody's seen it. Basically, it's a rather large, heavyset woman of color.
And she is punching a white police officer in the face.
And we'll go ahead and play this and you'll observe how the white police officer literally doesn't even lift his hand to protect his own face.
So she was, I guess, getting rowdy, getting confrontational.
Here you see two African American police officers.
Standing sort of around trying to control things.
There's the woman. The white police officer has her arm.
She punches him in the face once.
She punches him in the face again and then she gets smacked by the black officer from behind.
And she goes down.
So what? And then here comes the brave white knights, metaphorically of course, coming to her aid, this poor, innocent woman.
I mean, what?
You punch a cop in the face twice, and then you're going to get punched?
Is that fair? Right?
It's like... How dare you?
How dare you punch the woman that punched you in the face twice, right?
It's totally ridiculous.
But it's an illustration of exactly what's going on here.
You have a white cop who's just like, look, ma'am, we're putting you under arrest.
He gets hit once in the face, literally does nothing to protect himself, just stands there and takes it.
And then... Another punch to the face where he does nothing to avoid or prevent it.
Gets hit twice. And I mean, clearly, he's...
That's not how you naturally respond.
It's especially not how a police officer naturally responds to being hit in the face.
But this is the level of...
Mind control that even the police are under in this society.
Where it's like, okay, I guess I just have to let the black person beat me because I'll be fired, I'll be killed, I'll be doxxed, I'll have my life ruined if I dare enforce the law like a police officer is supposed to do.
The only person who's, I guess, brave enough to stand up is the black officer who just lays her out.
He doesn't care.
He doesn't have the same societal limitations that are put on him.
And quickly, I want to go to this clip.

This is another sort of illustration of what's going on in this world.
It's titled and this was from a tweet from a guy named Jamie Toones, who looks like some sort of Filipino man.
I know he's a person of color because he wants to let you, he wants to tell you that.
He says a white couple call the police on me, a person of color for stenciling a BLM chalk message on my own front retaining wall.
Well, that's ridiculous, right?

And let's recap what occurred in that video.

He says, a white couple called the police on me, a person of color, For stenciling a BLM chalk message on my own front retaining wall.
Okay? This is a lie.
It's clear from the video he posts, that's not what happened.
But this is the level of reality that we're living in.
It doesn't matter if it's true.
It doesn't matter if it literally contradicts the video that you post.
They will still run with it.
So what actually occurred?
What actually occurred is that he was stenciling a Black Lives Matter protest sign on a wall and he's approached by a woman and a man, both of whom are white.
I guess this guy is a colored person, he wants you to know.
And he's already filming, by the way.
He's got his phone out and he's filming himself stenciling.
He clearly knew this was gonna be something.
This is a false conflict that he's creating, that he is initiating and starting and contributing to fully.
So they approach him and they ask him the question, is this your wall?
Is this your house?
And he, being a petulant child, a savage, incapable of living in a society where people have respect for one another, Instead of saying, yes, conflict over, right?
If he's like, oh yeah, I live here.
They literally say, they say to him, we agree with your message.
They say, that's fine.
We're fine with the sign.

But they simply say, is this your building?

We started the show talking about the Declaration of Independence because of just how pertinent it is to today's world and the way in which The one-sided court system, the one-sided governmental system, the completely monolithic corporate culture in America and across the world are all completely on the same side,
