		And you also had the Epoch Times put out an incredible documentary on the Chinese virus, as they call it, the CCP virus, and it got banned off YouTube and all the other platforms.
		So what we did is we went ahead and uploaded that to the War Room channel on banned out video.

		Because the Drudge Report has now, for the second straight day, gone after the whole race-baiting angle of these two individuals in Georgia that shot the guy.
		And then, like, I couldn't believe the propaganda I saw on CNN last night.
		And so the whole thing is this guy was just a jogger.
		Folks, again, this is not a good story, okay?
		But... When it really comes down to it, this was a local issue.
		The individual that got fatally shot was a problem there locally.
		And so you can debate whether these gentlemen taking law into their own hands was right or wrong.
		The local law is going to end up deciding they're now in jail.
		But see it's all about pushing this story pitting the white man against the black man Restoking the flames of racism that Shouldn't even exist in this country anymore and wouldn't if it wasn't for the liberal left that is so obsessed with bringing it back but of course That's a cover for their own racism But so that's a separate story But but that's just so you know because everybody seems to
		be looking at drudge these days a lot differently if they're even looking at drudge By the way, we talked yesterday about how now Hillary Clinton is about to be majorly investigated with Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation.
		They're reopening that probe.

		Oh, it doesn't matter. I interviewed Francis Boyle three months before you guys even heard of a Wuhan lab, but fine.
		Take your exclusive. It's just laughable to me because it's like, what bombshell is mainstream news going to drop next that Infowars gave you months ago, years ago, decades ago?

		They're using Facebook and Google and other such companies that are actually tracking and data mining this.
		The Democrats are just using it.
		And law enforcement is just using it.
		And so now, though, if you make that list and they can find you Trying to purchase ammunition or purchase guns or you're not social distancing, they're going to come for you.
		Now, this is really only going to start rolling out in strong Democrat areas, Democrat strongholds, where they have corrupt police.
		I'm not saying all the police that are involved in this are corrupt.
		I'm just simply saying it takes a corrupt officer to go along with orders like this, in my opinion.
		And, you know, officers are going to be I think doing things that they may not like, they may have to do it with a, you know, kind of foot and mouth type thing, but doing it anyway. Or they may just decide not to do it.
		Or they may like doing it.
		They may like arresting people for going to the beach.
		They may like coming to your house to arrest you for trying to buy a gun.
		So that story's coming up.
		I was thinking about this, though.

	The story on San Diego Tribune, San Diego Union Tribune, police seized guns from San Diego man said to be arming himself against a government takeover.
	Well look, he can claim he's arming himself against a dragon attack.
	It doesn't matter. That's his right.
	But you see, The scary part of this is they go into his social media posts and they say, oh, we don't agree with what you're saying.
	Therefore, you shouldn't be allowed to have a firearm.
	And in fact, we're going to detain you.
	And so Jeff is with me here on the air.
	Jeff, I want you to just tell your story, what happened to you, and anything you want the audience to know about this.
	And then I'll kind of give my response.
	But I just want to give you the platform right now to tell your story and what happened.

		I seldom in my lifetime have events and circumstances really aligned in such a way that caused me to speak out boldly.
		I'm a father of two wonderful, beautiful, and near-perfect teenage sons.
		One of them was the Division I water polo MVP here in Southern California this year, or this past year, in 2019.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		That's not easy to do in California.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		That's a tough water polo market there.
unidentified		No, he's 6'2", and he's a total stud.
		He looks like the Statue of David.
		Anyway, my other son is 14, and he gets straight A's, and he's very studious and hangs out with the smart kids in the school, and so he's heading in the academic direction.
		I'm very proud of him as well.
		And I am a licensed attorney in good standing in the state of Ohio.
		I'm a licensed real estate broker in California.
		I've founded, built, and sold businesses.
		I'm a respected elder in the Episcopal Church of the United States of America.
		I sing in the church choir every Sunday, and I've served as an elected member of the church vestry and the junior warden of St.
		Peter's Episcopal Church in Del Mar, California.
		I was recently elected by my church friends and peers, and it's the wealthiest congregation probably in most of the country, definitely in Southern California.
		But anyway, I was recently elected by my church friends and peers to serve as St.
		Peter's Delegate to the Diocesan Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of Southern California, and that will be held in November, assuming we don't still have a shutdown order.
		And this is the third time that I've been elected as one of the four delegates there from our parish in Del Mar.
		And, uh, I've never had a mental illness.
		I've never seen a psychiatrist.
		I've never seen a shrink. I don't take any drugs, you know, mood stabilizers or SSRIs or even sleep aids.
		I don't do drugs. I don't, especially pharmaceutical drugs.
		And, um, let's see on March 13th, my friends, uh, 10 of my closest friends really were at a party at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club in Rancho Santa Fe.
		And, um, A few days later, four of them were in the hospital, and the rest of them, eight of them, like six more were sick, and two people didn't get any symptoms at all.
		But anyway, I saw these folks the following weekend because the Bay Club in Carmel Valley, our upscale health club, was still open at that time.
		We hadn't been told to stay home yet, and so we were having coffee together and hugging each other goodbye because we knew that it was coming.
		And anyway, so When I found out that my friends were in the hospital, I too had symptoms.
		I had a bad cough and diarrhea.
		I hate to say that word. I sweated, but I never had a fever.
		It was just that I was pretty confident that I had, in fact, contracted the coronavirus.
		Scripps Hospital, I have an HMO with Scripps, they wouldn't test me because I never had a fever.
		I kept calling them and asking for a COVID test and they said no because you don't have a fever.
		But of course, we have since learned and I knew then that not everybody gets a fever when they get COVID. Anyway, my friend Nicole McIntosh, she had it the worst.
		She's had asthma for her entire life, at least for many years.
		Anyway, she went into the hospital basically unable to breathe.
		She was isolated at Scripps for seven days, and she had to hold onto her cell phone the entire time so that she could call somebody if they tried to put a ventilator down her throat.
		She complained that they don't have any nebulizers in the hospital.
		This is something that she uses at home to help her breathe when she has asthma.
		And so they weren't allowing her to breathe, and she was in a lot of pain.
		They gave her lots of morphine and other opioids the whole time.
		Because she had a lot of pain every time she took a breath, and so she was kind of doped up.
		She refused steroids because she had been on them and she already had prescription, but they caused lung inflammation, and she knew that if she was to take that, she would have a Worse lung condition, so she refused their attempts to give her steroids.
		They finally, after the nurses argued on her behalf, it was very difficult to get, but they finally gave her three doses of hydrochloroquine plus a Z-Pak, and she says it literally saved her life.
		Thank you, Donald Trump. Anyway, at one point, her blood pressure dropped to 70 over 40.
		And I want to point out that this happens to most of us.
		The COVID not only affects your lungs, but it affects your heart.
		Nicole's ex-husband passed out in his head in Washington, D.C., not even here in San Diego.
		But anyway, the big thing about COVID is that anyone with any underlying health conditions has a really high risk of getting very ill.
owen shroyer ▲ ● ▼		Right, and that's the case with any virus, if you have pre-existing conditions.
		You know, pneumonia could be deadly.
		I mean, anything, these things are deadly.
		Now, Jeff, I got you on to talk about your story dealing with the police, but...
		But hold on a second. No, no, no.
		Because let's do this. Let's do this. Because I got three minutes left here.
		So I'm going to hold you over to the next segment and we can focus on that now.
		So why don't you finish up with what you're getting out here and we'll come back on the next segment and get into what happened with you trying to purchase some ammunition.

		That's what they told me in the hospital.
		Anyway, this woman, Coco, Nicole, my friend, she was actually one of the kids that was good at Neverland and hang out with Michael Jackson.
		She's kind of an interesting character.
		She is a realtor, like I am, and she also...
		Yeah.
		Yeah. Yeah. And anyway, Nicole's totally recovered, and she feels blessed to have had it because she's told that she's not one of the safest people on the planet.

		As somebody that's had such a close experience with the real bad side of this COVID-19, do you think all of these shutdowns were proper?
		Or what's your opinion on that being so closely related to even the bad side of this?

		What they need to do is ask everyone to ask themselves, do I have a pre-existing medical condition?
		Or am I old? Or am I fat?
		Am I, like, diabetic?
		Is there something wrong with me already?
		And those people should really think twice about leaving their homes.
		Because those are the ones that are having the hard time.

		And, you know, hey, look, nobody, again, I don't want to limit anybody's freedoms here, but if you're trying to make smart, logical decisions and stop the infection that could be deadly of a virus, well then, yeah, those are the people that you address this to.
		And those are the people that need to maybe change some life decisions.
		And if loved ones that are with them want to change life decisions too.
		But you can't just make all of America sacrifice and really just die because this virus comes here.
		So when we get back with Jeff though, Jeff, I want you to focus when we come back on what happened when you tried to purchase ammunition and what happened with this case that is so eye-opening and shocking to me.
		Well, the Democrats have certainly exposed themselves here, folks.
		Calling for forced...
		Mask wearing. Through the summer, saying you can't go back to work through the rest of the year, shut everything down forever until you take a vaccine.
		That's the Democrat plan, which, of course, they're not going to reopen once you take the vaccine either.
		That's just when they seize total control.
		See, they're showing you their control structure now and trying to sell you on it that, oh, this is the righteous thing.
		We care about you. And then once you buy into that, take that vaccine, you're done.
		You don't have freedom anymore.
		And so, if you understand that, and you dare speak out about that, and then you also dare try to execute your Second Amendment right, well then Democrats come after you with the full force of the law.
		And so my guest, Jeff Shearing, had to deal with that.
		And Jeff, hearing your story, well, reading your story, I can't help But feel like this is serious and dangerous waters that were floating on here where they're pulling up social media posts.
		Hey, it'd be one thing if you were on social media promoting, like, murder or something.

		I knew that this was something sinister, a bioweapon.
		I found out about Bill Gates.
		I saw that the senators like Pelosi, Roffler, Feinstein, Burr, they all sold stock right after finding out about this thing.
		I mean, I was wondering why the SEC hadn't already arrested them.
		But anyway, I was posting things on social media, and one of the things I was asking, I was asking for two things, new leaders and a supply chain.
		And I went to my priest at church, the rector, Paige Blair, and I told her that as a church, we have a role to play to fill in holes in the supply chain.
		And she said, don't question my schedule.
		She's busy putting together Facebook presentations that they're calling worship services.
		It's like a Zoom conference, only not as You know, it's totally uninspiring.

		It's like somehow you're a victor if you wear a mask or do like an online, you know, church setting or something.
		Yeah, I'm in agreement. That's a defeat to me.

		For three days, I had been without toilet paper.
		I go down there first thing in the morning in Poway, and they didn't have any toilet paper either.
		I'm looking around, seeing if the store shelves are getting empty.
		And the people have weird looks on their faces underneath those masks.
		And so I went to the sporting goods department and tried to buy some ammo.
		I filled out the standard California ammunition background check, and it came back, reject, deny.
		And so I started calling lawyers, including the dean of the University of San Diego Law School.
		And I said, I think my Second Amendment rights have been violated.
		Well, right about that time, the police came to my house.
		They knocked on the front door, and I stepped outside, and there was two very large policemen.
		And they said, Jeff, and you see, the thing is, ever since I... We started this whole social media escapade.
		The police have come to my house three times before, and each time they say, Jeff, do you plan to hurt yourself?
		No. Jeff, do you plan to hurt other people?
		Of course not. I love everyone.
		Jeff, are you able to take care of yourself?
		Yes, I've been here alone for all these days, and I was just making lunch when you got here.
		And they said, can we come in?
		And I said, no. And they said, come out here and talk to us.
		So I went around the corner of my garage, and there was two more large police officers, as well as a short woman named Diana Goodwin, who is the PERC team officer, I come to learn.
		She's basically a social worker who wears a cop outfit, but no gun.
		And anyway, I sat down on the wall in my driveway, and they started asking me questions.
		Did you try to buy ammo today?
		And I said, yeah. Why do you want ammo?
		And I said, I don't know about you, but I've heard there's this thing called the coronavirus going on, and they told us to stay home.

		That's like if you go buy 10 loaves of bread, and the police show up and say, oh, we heard you bought bread.
		Are you hoarding bread?

		I mean, I didn't think there was anything to it, and I was really shocked when I got rejected.

		They said, what do you care about the coronavirus?
		And I said, me, I'm very young, fit, and healthy, and so if I get it, it's not going to be a big deal.
		But I pointed to the police sergeant or captain or whoever and I said you on the other hand Could use to lose a few pounds and take some vitamins because if you get it, you're gonna die So I basically I had called the mental health lady stupid and I called the sergeant fat. I mean they're at my house bothering me Okay, I wasn't doing anything And so I thought I had I had the right to jab a little fun at them because they're so stupid and anyway They slapped the handcuffs on me and they took me
		To a mental hospital where I was confined for 17 days with psychotic drug addicts homeless people And they told me that I couldn't have my hearing because the courts are closed and the judges are at home watching porn and Netflix also.

		And what shocks me here is they quote this.
		And I'm going to the San Diego Union-Tribune here.
		here it says according to authorities the man told the police that Microsoft founder Bill Gates and the government were using the novel coronavirus to scare people into getting a vaccine that would allow them to be tracked by 5g towers now look that in a sentence of itself is pretty shocking and eye opening and the average person would probably say well you sound like a nut But you break it down, that's factually correct.
		All of that can literally be proven with the right research and with the right amount of time to show you the research.
		But it doesn't even matter.
		You shouldn't even have to do that.
		It shouldn't even matter. You should be able to say and think whatever you want.
		So this is all about the thought control, but it's even more dangerous to say like, oh, you said something about Bill Gates over here, even though it's going to be proven totally right.
		Well, we think it sounds nuts, so we're going to illegally haul you into a mental institution I mean, to me, that's the dangerous precedent where they can just decide, well, you said this is crazy.
		It's like, if I would have said, you know, oh, JFK, the CIA and the FBI covered up the real assassination.
		Oh, you're insane. You're going to a mental institution.
		Well, folks, we got the declassified documents.
		They did cover that up.
		I mean, so that's basically what you're dealing with here.

		I mean, because they come to the mental institutions on purpose to be medicated.
		They come in and they say, I'm suicidal, give me drugs.
		And they do. They give them as many drugs as they want.
		And so basically, I was like, who prescribed these drugs?
		And they said it was this guy, Dr.
		Etchie, your psychiatrist. And I was like, who's that?
		I've never met that guy. And they were like, no, it says here in your chart that you've seen him.
		And I'm like, fuck. No, I got in here at 11.30 last night.
		So about 14 hours later, I met this guy, Dr.
		Etchi. I subsequently learned that the nurses and staff there called him the Nigerian Drug Lord because he's from the Congo and he practiced Medicine as a pediatrician for 20 years until he struck a deal with Big Pharma to go push drugs in the mental institutions.

		The arrest, the detention, no hearing.

		And it turns out that he was prescribing them because one of the cops, not even the PERT team officer, but one of the cops, Yeah, this is like, you could come out and you could say, hey, did you know they're taking people to mental institutions and then forced drugging them?

		But out of nowhere, this tiny, scrawny nine-year-old, probably weighed like 60 pounds, I was able to lift basically a 250-pound man out of the water and basically throw him.
		And the only reason I remember it is because it was like the greatest fetus strength of my life.
		My point is this. That's what the Democrats are doing to America right now.
		They're holding our head underwater.
		They're drowning us.
		And our survival instincts are slowly kicking in, folks.

		San Antonio City Council has unanimously passed a resolution that declares the terms Chinese virus and Kung Flu virus to be hate speech.
		So I wanted to come out here today in a complete rejection of that notion and to execute my right to free speech, even if it is hate speech, though this is not hate speech.
		So if I want to say Chinese virus, that's okay because we know that this coronavirus, COVID-19, started in China.
		We know that it came out of a Wuhan China lab and then spread the disease to Italy and New York and the rest of the world.
		So if I want to call it the Chinese virus, that's not hate speech, that can actually be considered factually correct Based on what we know.
		Maybe I don't want to call it the Chinese virus.
		Maybe I want to call it the Communist virus.
		Because after all, this is Communist China that lied about the whole thing and covered it up.
		So yeah, you know what? Maybe it isn't fair to say the Chinese virus because the Chinese people are innocent.
		But it was the Chinese Communist Party.
		Maybe I want to call it the Obama virus.
		Yes, that's right, folks, because even though in the United States we said, look, we're not going to be working with these viruses.
		We're not going to be conducting biological material research studies and tests.
		And so we shut down a lab in North Carolina that was working with these.
		But then the Obama administration in 2014 decided they would make a deal with the lab in Wuhan, China to transfer that biological material that ended up getting out and causing a global pandemic.
		So maybe I want to call it the Obama virus.

		Maybe I want to call this the Gates-Fauci virus.
		Maybe that's what I want to call it, the Gates-Fauci virus, because it was Fauci who said we have to shut down, who said we could have two million deaths, and it was Bill Gates models.

		And of course it was Gates and Fauci that can also be directly connected to the Wuhan lab in China where this virus came from.
