| Now, even Bill Barr came out today and said that he's not liking the excessive use of force that governors are doing and local police are doing and arresting people. | ||
| He said this amounts to house arrest and that's not going to be justified. | ||

| But you know, Joel, I think that my aim here to tackle this is to say, well, look, if we go out on the streets and we protest for our God-given rights that we know we have, no, they can't shut you down. | ||

| They'll write you a citation, sue them. | ||
| But don't you think, I mean, at what level do us just going out, having these rallies and then not getting sick to just show the American people, hey, there's nothing to be Yeah, there's viruses that go around. | ||

| But this is not the answer. | ||
| We can still go out. We can still be next to each other. | ||
| I mean, at what level? | ||
| How do we measure what's more important? | ||
| Let me answer your first question first about why just being in the Bill of Rights isn't enough. | ||
| Because they have interpreted many, many loopholes into the Bill of Rights. | ||
| There is the loophole of the commerce clause, which justifies doing anything that has to do with commerce. | ||
| That's how they're telling the president that he's justified in these emergency orders. | ||
| They can do it on imminent threat laws, if you're an imminent threat to another person. | ||
| And so, you see, it's not enough that it's there in the Constitution. | ||
| It's not enough that it's there in the state Constitution. | ||
| Because these emergency powers give what's called broad authority, and they use those words, broad authority, to health officials to do anything to contain this or quarantine this virus. | ||
| In the first place, as you said, it isn't that dangerous to people. | ||

| This isn't dangerous at all to healthy people. | ||

| And that's why the flu shot never works. | ||
| It's always about last year's flu virus and not about the current one. | ||
| And any vaccine that they try to tell you is going to work on COVID-19 is not going to work. | ||

| But unfortunately, I really think all of this tracking and all of this, it's just as dangerous to have this antibody testing, which is a blood test, which talks about antibodies that tell whether or not you've had COVID-19 and built up an immunity. | ||
| Baloney! The COVID-19 tests only discover any coronavirus in general. | ||
| They don't isolate from COVID-19, which has two or three different spices in it, from HIV, from MERS, and from SARS. And even that's mutating, so it would take a very sophisticated test And probably, you know, more than three days of analysis to really test if something was COVID-19. | ||
| And by the way, and you know, there's actually, it's interesting you say that because there's a level of brainwashing happening in the medical industry right now with these tests because they put out these tests and every test says COVID-19 on it, even though they all know it's just the general COVID cold flu strain, which is one of the most common strains out there. | ||
| And the other thing about this, too, to me is they're not actually testing you for coronavirus. | ||
| They're testing your microbiome. | ||
| I mean, this is like a DNA grab in a way. | ||

| So now it's like, oh, you're monitoring my microbiome 24-7, and then depending on what my microbiome says, I can be free or not? | ||

| It was one of the wildest rallies I've seen in Colorado since I've lived here. | ||
| I mean, there was at least five blocks down, cars rolling by, honking horns, and people waving signs. | ||
| I mean, the folks are fired up. | ||
| I've never seen that much energy. | ||
| The entire front lawn of the Capitol was completely covered. | ||
| With people who had every manner of sign, and not partisan signs. | ||
| I mean, there was a Trump 2020 flag, I recall seeing. | ||
| But there were signs basically pushing for people's rights, or basic rights, saying that no one is unessential. | ||
| Saying that our rights are not determined by anybody, whether it be politicians or scientists or whoever, and that we need to reopen Colorado. | ||
| We need to put our economy back into gear because the measures taken across the country in many cases we've seen in Michigan are just extreme, and they are not tailored. | ||
| They are not thought through and they have no evidence whatsoever that what they've done works. | ||
| I mean, if you want a safe world, sure, we can bubble wrap everything and lock everybody in a holes and you'll never have any problems whatsoever. | ||
| But I mean, that's just not what life is about. | ||
| You know, at what point is this desire to preserve health and to extend life, you know, on the margins, frankly, at this point with the numbers worth bankrupting, you know, potentially hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of people who have lost their jobs. | ||
| They're losing their businesses. | ||
| They can't feed their families. | ||
| They can't make their bills. | ||
| And let's face it, a few payments from Uncle Sugar are not going to help that. | ||
| They're not going to fix that. And, you know, the reality is that I think I would recommend everybody to watch nightly. | ||
| I got to say, we have an attorney general, William Barr, who recently said that we're coming dangerously close to To house arrest with some of these measures in these states, you know, with this stay at home orders. | ||
| Now, I don't know where anybody of any political stripe or in any office gets the notion that they can order anybody to do anything other than, you know, in the process of a judicial hearing and, you know, say a criminal prosecution or some type of order. | ||
| But these blanket mass orders stay at home, they're absolutely unconstitutional. | ||
| And to allow the precedent to stand, to allow these to continue without any challenge in the courts, is a dangerous thing. | ||
| And I'm glad to hear that Attorney General Barr came out and said that the Justice Department will join, potentially, in some lawsuits like the one brought by Infowars' Robert Barnes. | ||
| And what I have to say is, rather than Barr, I wish we had Barnes as Attorney General, because let me tell you, every night, American Countdown, it's a two-hour show. | ||
| Jam-packed, folks. | ||
| I've watched it. I mean, Robert Barnes just earns more and more of my respect every time I hear him speak. | ||
| What he says is loaded with information. | ||
| He discusses these issues. | ||
| He runs through, you know, point by point, why these measures are so extreme and why under the constitutional test, such as a compelling interest and narrowly tailored to the compelling interest, why all these stay at home orders are not only arbitrary and capricious, but totally unconstitutional and absolutely anathema. | ||
| In fact, they were what the constitution was put into place for, because this is the kind of thing that was done to the colonials. | ||
| You know, the Brits would just tell people they've got to, you know, shelter at home or stay at home. | ||
| They would, you know, lock down their businesses. | ||
| They would shut them down. | ||
| I mean, this is the type of thing we're experiencing now on a nationwide scale that was done, that was the reason for founding this country. | ||
| And I'm glad to see so many patriots out there and so many people who weren't necessarily political, aren't necessarily Trump supporters per se, but are just seeing through this political sham. | ||

| And let's face it, we know that the left in this country will use any crisis, they will use any opportunity they can to seize power, to grab power, to grab money, and to distribute as we've seen with the multi-trillion dollar rescue packages, whatever have you, the bailouts. | ||

| Now you also know that they're trying to implement expanded voting, loosened voting measures and so forth. | ||
| It's an invitation of vote fraud is what it really is. | ||

| It's odd to be looking at it from this angle, but I do measure it this way. | ||
| I mean, this is almost the cold civil war that could go hot at any moment. | ||
