On the day the House Rules Committee set guidelines for the impeachment debate, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer demanded Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell call witnesses.
The question is, why should McConnell call witnesses?
I will ask. During the impeachment proceeding for a vote on whether Mulvaney should testify and whether Bolton should testify and whether Casey should testify and whether Griffin should testify.
And many of my Republican colleagues will be in a real dilemma because their constituents will want them to do that.
Might he just, might he be coordinating these questions?
With people outside the Senate, Chairman Adam Schiff and House Democrats actively decided not to go to court and pursue potentially useful witnesses because they didn't want to wait for due process.
Indeed, they threatened to impress the president if they had to go to court at all.
That intentional political decision is the reason why the House is poised Poised to send the Senate the thinnest, least thorough presidential impeachment in our nation's history.
Well, abuse of power is the essential impeachment offense.
That's why it's in there. What it's about is elevating the personal interests and ambitions of the president above the common good, above the rule of law, and above the Constitution.
And so the founders didn't want a president who was going to behave like a king.
We'd seen enough of that. We wanted a president who was going to implement the laws, go out and, you know, implement the Affordable Care Act and implement the environmental law.
So that's your job, you know, that that's what you're supposed to be doing.

President Trump chose not to participate.
President Trump, to date, has not provided any exculpatory evidence, but instead has blocked numerous witnesses from testifying about his actions.
This after the recent IG report revealed that the partisan-fueled crossfire hurricane investigation didn't offer any exculpatory evidence to fraudulently attain the first FISA warrant.

So, of course, as all of our viewers know, we went to that impeachment eve protest yesterday and things got a little bit heated.
Of course, I went there before you arrived, before everyone got too angry.
And I went and asked a couple people what they were doing there, what they thought about the impeachment articles.
And more importantly, if Trump was reelected in 2020, if they wanted to impeach him again.
And of course, the answers were pretty much what you would think they were.

Now this is impeachment eve and I want to go ask the protesters today about the articles of impeachment, why they're here, and if Trump gets re-elected in 2020, if they think we should impeach him again.
So let's go find out. What do you think about the impeachment articles that the Democrats presented towards Donald Trump?

All I know is that he's not the proper fit for presidency.

I think that they probably took the two that are the easiest to prove with the evidence that they currently have from the current House inquiry.
I think that there are many other articles of impeachment that could have been passed and legitimately so, but you don't need a whole slew of them.
One is all you really need, and they've got two good ones right now.
I think they're definitely what we need to get it done because there are so many obvious impeachable offenses that they went with the most obvious abuse of power and the other one, which I'm drawing a blank on because I have a camera pointed at my face.
I'm not very up to date on articles and stuff like that.

I think it's great. I think they probably could have gone for bribery as well.
But abuse of power is probably more understandable for most of the electorate.
So I find that to be really good, I think.
They're weak. They should have been stronger.
They are only two when they could have f***ing dropped.
Honestly, I some other articles you would think they should have brought forward I'm not exactly An expert on that, but I just think there should be more there is a lot more that could have been that could have been brought up all kinds of violations in Voter finance violations should have been brought up So I've been asking a lot of people if Trump does get reelected in 2020
I don't know specifically what they're saying he did wrong.
One more time, I don't watch the news.
I don't pay attention to none of that.
But what I do know is that, like I said, what I go back to is he should be impeached for the fact that he's allowing Little children to be taken from their parents when he has the ability to stop that.
So, a couple of representatives, I know a representative in California, a representative here in Texas, have already said if Trump gets reelected in 2020, we can and we will impeach again.

Yeah, I mean, the law is the law, and we have an obligation to impeach him.
Because if we don't impeach him, then it's like, it's equivalent to saying, you can do anything you want.
You don't have to abide by the law.
It depends, because impeachment comes from the term.
So if he continues to do the same things he's doing, then yes, then he needs to be impeached.
But if he, you know, in 2020, if he turns around and does something positive that we would want as people, then, I mean, then he's doing his job.

And again, Owen, you were talking too about how Democrats want full control, how they teach these protesters at these rallies what to say, what to think.
And that's just another example of this.
When you go and you ask them questions that are outside of the box or you go and ask them, hey, use your own brain and tell me why you think this way.
And they can't come up with answers.
That's why they have to go and control who goes and talks to them because they realize like, yeah, no, I'm sorry.

One lady yesterday came up and she said, he doesn't trust the FBI, our very own FBI. He trusts Russia over our FBI. And I was like, didn't James Comey just come out and have to admit to everybody that the whole, like, I mean, the whole Steele dossier was basically fake, that that whole Russian collusion thing was fake?
There's nothing out there. I mean, Dave, are you like in a cave or something?

And I think that that's a really important point.
You know, if we're attacked by these protesters, if we're attacked because we have opposing political views, We need to go and press charges against people.
We need to let them know that they can't get away with this, that we're not gonna take their bullying sitting down.
They can't bully Trump supporters into silence.
They can't bully people off of the street while they're trying to express their First Amendment rights.
They can't bully our president out of office.
And that's what they've been trying to do for the past three years now.

I talked to Owen once before about the kneeling of Colin Kaepernick, and I called about the National Anthem, so I don't know if you remember him yet now, but it's good to speak to you again.
About everything that's going on right now, I'd like to say, just from the African-American perspective, the Black perspective, I think Trump should...
Like doing maybe Black History Month, go to a historical black church and lay down everything, the Republicans, what they have done for the African Americans in the opposition, or what the Democrats have done for the African Americans, which is nothing, and just lay down the 13th, 14th, 15th Amendment, all these things were passed by the Republicans.
The first Civil Rights Bill, not the 1964 Bill, or 1965 when Martin Luther King, but they had a previous one, the 1866 Bill.
As far as, like, a couple of those things in general.
But you also have things like the 1866 Indian Treaty thing.
The 1866 Indian Treaty that was specified about reparations for black people.
That has not been put on the table.
A lot of people don't even know that this even exists for the African Americans.
Neither Republicans have done this.
And the 14th Amendment, strictly for the African Americans, with the Slaughterhouse case, the United States Slaughterhouse case, said the 14th Amendment should only be reserved for the African Americans about naturalization.
Trump don't have to do this.
All he has to do is put that Supreme Court case out about the naturalization of the African Americans.
No other people should be able to use it.
Much less than illegal.
So these are the things I think Trump should tap into, tap into the African-Americans, tap into the black and black people and let them understand and let them realize what's really going on.
Because clearly we've been duped by celebrityism and the ballplayers, the rappers, the Hollywood.
We've been duped by the same people that started KKK, the first enslaver.
He needs to lay this out for us to understand.
And he shouldn't play no games with it.
What he should do is go into a historical black church during Black History Month and lay his case down.
And, you know, this is actually something the Democrats are so afraid of.
That's why you see them lining up non-citizens for driver's license in New York, in New Jersey, because they know that, you know, Democrats are so used to getting 90 plus percent of the African-American, of the black American vote, That they see thousands of people going to the White House, black people, to support Trump in Trump hats.
I mean, heck, Barack Obama's own brother Malik says that Trump is the greatest president ever.
Obama sucked. So, I mean, they know that they don't have that stranglehold on black America anymore, and that freaks them out.
And so that's why they have all these non-citizens lining up.
And, you know, it really should be It really should be the black communities in this country that are the most upset about that.
I mean, you know, it's no secret the Democrats take advantage of the underprivileged and underfinanced or underemployed black Americans by offering them free handouts and doctrinating them into a mindset of victimhood.
And so...
They should be the ones that are upset that these non-citizens are reaping now more benefits than they are.
It just shows how the Democrats don't care about people.
They only care about the vote.

Impeaching a President of the United States, this isn't about some solemn duty tonight.
Let's talk about what this is really about.
This has been about a political vendetta.
A political vendetta that didn't just start with the Zelensky call.
It started long before that.
Just listen to some of the quotes from Democrats in this chamber.
Speaker Pelosi, quote,"...it's been going on for 22 months, two and a half years actually.
We cannot accept a second term for Donald Trump.
What's more serious is that he can't win." This isn't about some crime that was committed.
It's about fear that he might win re-election.
That's not why you impeach a president.
Al Green, quote, I'm concerned that if we don't impeach this president, he will get re-elected.
The list goes on, Madam Speaker.
In fact, there are some quotes that I can't even read on this House floor that some of our colleagues made.
And keep in mind, more than 100 Democrats on this House floor voted to impeach this President before the Zelensky phone call.
Just look at some of these articles of impeachment that they voted for.
Two years ago, 58 Democrats voted to impeach the President over comments he made about NFL players kneeling for the Pledge of Allegiance.
Impeaching the President, over 50 Democrats voted to impeach him for that.
Just this summer, over 90 Democrats voted to impeach the President for comments he made about the Squad.
So he makes comments about some other members of Congress who make a lot of comments about him, and 95 members vote to impeach the President of the United States.
This is a political vendetta.
It has nothing to do with the crime committed.
There was no crime.
And why don't we listen to some of the witnesses?
Obviously, we weren't able to call all the witnesses we wanted, but there were witnesses.
In fact, Gordon Sondland, U.S. Ambassador to the European Union, he's mentioned over 600 times in the Schiff Report.
He was their star witness.
And what did he say when asked?
Quote, Did President Trump ever tell you personally about any preconditions for anything?

George Washington law professor Turley, who admitted under oath that he voted against Donald Trump.
spoke to this claim of abuse of power.
In fact, he said, quote, if you make a high crime and misdemeanor out of going to the courts, it is an abuse of power.
It's your abuse of power.
You are doing precisely what you are criticizing the president of doing.
Abuse of power.
There's a House rule, Madam Speaker, that requires Not allows, but requires that the minority get a day of hearing, which we asked for multiple times.
They broke this rule.
They didn't allow us to have a minority day of hearing.
They didn't want to hear the facts about this case because it was never about the facts because there was no crime.
It is about a personal political vendetta.
Now let's talk about obstruction of Congress.
As they make up these terms to impeach a president because they didn't find a crime and they were looking.
It's been an impeachment in search of a crime.
But they talk about obstruction of Congress and saying the president defied subpoenas, subpoena after subpoena.
Let's go through the departments.
The Department of State they subpoenaed.
Do you know that literally just four days after the subpoena, the Secretary of State himself responded to your subpoena?
The Department of Defense, a week later, responded to the subpoena.
The Department of Energy responded to the subpoena.
We can go on and on with all of these agencies.
That's an abuse of power.
That's an obstruction of Congress responding to your subpoena.
That's what they did. They responded.
You might not have liked the answer, but that's not the way this works.
You don't impeach a president because you don't like his foreign policy, as so many of those foreign policy experts came and testified.
But this isn't just about Donald Trump.
They don't just hate Donald Trump, Madam Speaker.
They hate the 63 million Americans who voted for this president.
the forgotten men and women of this country, who have been left behind, Madam Speaker.

The Democrats will confirm that as well, and this will now move on to the Senate. So it's totally confirmed, the Democrats committing treason right in front of our face.
Again, if there was an enemy of America, they would A, try to overthrow our leader, B, try to censor our free speech, C, try to disarm our citizens, D, try to kill our unborn. I just described to you the Democrat Party.

But he was making the case, or she, I didn't read who the author was, but whoever the author was was making the case that Hillary's going to jump in after all, like, the delegates are kind of split up amongst the candidates after the primaries and when everyone is kind of in disarray because no one has consolidated enough of the delegates.
There's not going to be a strong enough candidate.
You know, she did win the popular vote, even though it was illegals and election fraud.
So she's the strongest thing they've got.
She's already polling ahead, and she's not even running.

And Adam, of course, you did say too, Hillary is ahead in the polls.
She has a lot of popularity ahead of 2020.
She's not even running.
And why is that? Why are we seeing this impeachment push so much as well?
In 2020, the Democrats don't really have anyone.
Apparently, they're going to be having their sixth debate, the Democratic presidential candidates tomorrow.
