| The latest development is this juror, Seth Cousins, is a radical, hardcore leftist, donated to Beto O'Rourke, donated to Jill Stein, spent almost 10 years, a decade, in senior leadership positions under Bill Gates at Microsoft, yet somehow he was allowed to become a juror. | ||
| And then past that, The conviction is not even a week old, and this guy finds his way to The Washington Post with an op-ed that seems like it was written by lead prosecutor Michael Miranda. | ||
| I mean, word for word, you go through this guy's op-ed, and it reads like a dissertation from the prosecution. | ||
| One has to wonder what kind of influence the prosecution had on that op-ed, how this guy got to The Washington Post, and why the judge is allowing jurors to poison the atmosphere After the conviction, but before appeal and before sentencing. | ||
| You know, those are amazing connections that you make there. | ||
| And again, if this was happening and you reverse the sides here, this would be proof of collusion, this would be high crimes, this would be everything. | ||
| But the Democrats do it and it's just par for the course. | ||
| Well, and that's the point, Owen. | ||
| We want to know in America—I'm sorry, my dog Jasper here just decided to come visit me. | ||

| What's the latest, Jacob, now where the gag order, which I think is illegal from Judge Jackson to begin with, looks like could have been violated by the prosecution? | ||

| In the courtroom, Judge Amy Berman Jackson made it quite clear that neither the prosecution or the defense were to make any statements to the media for the duration of the case. | ||

| There is still the sentencing phase on February 6th. | ||
| So the fact that Michael Miranda went And participated in an interview with Buffalo News, cheerleading about how strong he is. | ||
| He's the tough Italian kid from Buffalo who took on Roger Stone. | ||
| This guy is a twerp. | ||
| He's a dweeb. I saw him in the courtroom, and he has no right to make those claims. | ||
| But more importantly, legally, according to the judge's order, unless the judge has adjusted that order, he's in some deep trouble. | ||
| Crap about this. I mean, why is he allowed to make prejudicial statements before the sentencing and appeal? | ||

| These are the type of people that Roger had on the jury making a decision dressed up as a jury of his peers, and now we have this prosecutor who is making these prejudicial statements, who's cheerleading and engaging in a media blitz, slamming Roger and beating his chest like he's some big man. | ||
| I'll tell you what, Owen, Michael Miranda doesn't want to have to come after me. | ||
| Michael I think Michael Miranda, quite frankly, should apologize to the court and apologize to Judge Amy Berman Jackson. | ||
| And until then, we're just going to keep covering the fact that he is violating, potentially violating a gag order, and engaging in activities that are unbecoming of a United States attorney. | ||
| And to me, these behaviors indicate that he's obviously not worried about any rulings or anything from the judge. | ||
| He pretty much has carte blanche to do whatever he wants, and he knows there's going to be nothing there. | ||
| But also, it shows the arrogance that they can just do this right in front of our face. | ||
| Like, oh yeah, the case is already over. | ||
| It doesn't matter. We strung up Roger a long time ago. | ||

| As an official United States attorney, moreover, Owen, the fact that the spokesperson Through the Justice Department, working for the FBI, in Trump's administration, acted as a broker and a PR consultant for Michael Miranda, according to the journalist who answered my questions about the process of how he obtained this interview with Miranda. | ||
| The fact that Trump's own Justice Department spokeswoman acted as a PR consultant and broker to organize this interview and presumably sit in in this interview is, quite frankly, disgusting. | ||
| And then, past that, we have Jeanne Rhee, Jeanne Rhee, the big Clinton donor. | ||
| Jeanne Rhee, the big ally of Robert Mueller. | ||
| Jeanne Rhee, the big Democrat lawyer who led the investigation of Roger Stone under Robert Mueller. | ||
| What is Jeanne Rhee doing a couple of months ago? | ||
| Jeanne Reilly is getting paid for a speech in Maine talking about how guilty Roger Stone was and talking about how the Russians invaded the elections of 2016 with no evidence, no proof, no conclusions, just conjecture. | ||

| 19 months ago, Washington was demanding that the U.S. government topple the Assad government completely. | ||
| Must do it now. The justification for this was a supposed chemical weapons attack in the town of Douma. | ||
| Now, no one in Washington had seen the attack. | ||
| No American had seen it. | ||
| Nobody in Congress could tell you what proof existed that the attack had actually taken place or that Assad's government was behind it, rather than some other faction, and there were many, in the country's civil war. | ||
| But it didn't matter that there was literally no evidence. | ||
| Everybody in Washington began agitating for regime change war immediately. | ||
| Immediately. And especially on the left. | ||
| Bill Kristol and Max Boot and everyone on MSNBC and CNN, they were completely for it. | ||
| This show was not for it. | ||
| We didn't deny the attack happened. | ||
| We just told people to be skeptical. | ||
| Universal bipartisan agreement on anything is usually the first sign that something deeply unwise is about to happen, if only because there is nobody left to ask skeptical questions. | ||
| And we should be skeptical of this, starting with the poison gas attack itself. | ||
| All the geniuses tell us that Assad killed those children. | ||
| But do they really know that? | ||

| Well, fortunately, President Trump limited his response to another wave of missile strikes, rather than sending U.S. troops in to topple yet another government in the region. | ||

| So last spring, the official report of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, which is the group that monitors chemical weapons globally, said the Duma attack was caused by two chlorine gas canisters that were dropped from an airplane. | ||
| That would suggest the Assad government was behind the attack. | ||
| Okay. But then last May, a leaked internal document showed that one of the OPCW's top analysts disagreed with that conclusion. | ||
| He thought the canisters were placed by hand by someone on the ground, which would make it a completely different event. | ||
| Now, this week, WikiLeaks has published an email from a member of the OPCW's fact-finding team. | ||
| That email accuses the organization of altering investigators' original findings to make evidence of an attack look more conclusive than it actually was. | ||
| Sound familiar? | ||
| Yeah, we've seen this movie before, with tragic consequences. | ||
| Yet another OPCW whistleblower has argued that on-the-ground evidence points against an attack happening at all. | ||
| So, in other words, America almost attacked a country and killed thousands, untold thousands of people over an attack that may never have happened in the first place, that powerful people may very well be lying about. | ||
