| So we had to get him on to explain this, where we're at with this, and talk about the female, the women that were arrested protesting this. | ||

| Yeah, I mean, we're here in my studio broadcasting live from what I think we now have to call Calipharma because the bills have been passed. | ||
| The exemptions are gone. | ||
| California is down. | ||
| California has lost liberty. | ||
| Now the government owns the bodies of all children, even the immune suppressed children that they said they were once trying to protect. | ||
| So you have to understand first it started with SB 277 that said we were going to take away the right to an education of anybody that was not vaccinated. | ||
| So that was SB 277. | ||
| That was just a couple of years ago. | ||
| And the concern that was really voiced at that point Was what's going to happen to the medical doctors that there's only a medical exemption that's going to be left. | ||
| Now remember, many parents in California had children with immune-suppressed issues that made it dangerous for them to vaccinate. | ||
| Their doctors knew that. | ||
| But instead of going through the rigor of getting a medical exemption and having to get doctors involved, many people would just fill out a philosophical or a religious exemption. | ||
| So we knew that there would be a flood of people that would have to move over to a medical exemption. | ||
| So the concern was, are you going to start investigating doctors? | ||
| They're going to have to deal with this flood of people who have immune-suppressed children that are in danger and harm's way by vaccination. | ||
| And Richard Pan, who was the author of SB-277, and Senator Ben Allen, the co-author, promised California, don't worry, we recognize how important the doctor-patient relationship is. | ||
| And there will be a robust medical exemption that will be under complete control by the doctor. | ||
| It was a complete and total lie and bullcrap in the end because SB 276 came just as we feared it would. | ||
| It was the destruction of the medical right, the doctor's right to write a medical exemption. | ||
| SB 276 then said the health department would review all medical exemptions and would put under review any doctor that writes an exemption, essentially five exemptions. | ||
| If you write five exemptions for people with autoimmune disease, then you are immediately going to be put under review by SB 276. | ||
| There was an amazing poll that came out last week while all of this was being argued in Sacramento. | ||
| Thousands of people marching all around the capital there. | ||
| A poll was done where some parents with immune-suppressed children called 882 doctors across California saying, my child has an autoimmune disease as listed by the CDC that should get a medical exemption. | ||
| Will your office write my child a medical exemption? | ||
| All 882 offices says, We do not write medical exemptions. | ||
| We will not do that for you. | ||
| So when these laws are saying they're there to protect the immune-suppressed children, clearly it's made every doctor terrified that they will be under review by the health department should they write an exemption. | ||
| So now... SB 276 was slammed through. | ||
| Essentially, it was in Appropriations Committee just last Friday. | ||
| People were inside the building, and they threw out all the rules of law and rushed that out of the committee and into a vote. | ||
| They voted it out of the appropriations community on Friday. | ||
| Then, of course, we had the Labor Day weekend. | ||
| And coming back on Tuesday, everybody believed the bill would get the three days of review and discussion before it came up for a vote. | ||
| But once again, on Monday, and we had protesters inside the Capitol, all around the Capitol. | ||
| Once again, they threw out all of the rules of law in the three days you're supposed to be reading the bill today. | ||
| And immediately began votes on SB 276 and was voted out of the Assembly. | ||
| Rushed through. And then the very next day, the Senate was supposed to get a look at SB 276 again. | ||
| They were supposed to have three days to look at it. | ||
| They threw out all of those laws that say that a bill needs to be under review for three days and said, no, we're voting on it this morning. | ||
| Senators were grappling for notepads saying, I was driving into my car. | ||
| People that were against it, all Republicans that were against it said, I didn't have time to write my opinion about this. | ||
| I did not know this was coming up for a vote. | ||
| They slammed the vote. | ||
| Protesters in the halls, protesters throughout the building. | ||
| And then Gavin Newsom, after that bill was passed through the Senate on a strictly Democrat vote, they pushed it through. | ||
| Only Republicans voted against it. | ||
| And then it went to Gavin Newsom's desk. | ||
| Gavin Newsom immediately tweeted out, I don't like the way this bill has been written. | ||
| It needs amendments. | ||
| Actually, that had happened in the Assembly. | ||
| I'm sorry. Tuesday, he said it needed amendments. | ||
| They didn't listen. They ran it through the Senate the next day on Wednesday, not listening to Gavin Newsom. | ||
| And then, of course, this Monday, they were going to run a brand new bill, a sister bill, SB 714, to fix the problems that Gavin Newsom had with SB 276. | ||
| I'll imagine, Owen, SB 276, we've been looking at for months. | ||
| SB 714, the companion bill, was only written over the weekend. | ||
| Nobody had seen it. | ||
| So everyone believed there would be a time for people to speak. | ||
| The democratic process was going to happen. | ||
| Civilians would step up the microphones and get a look at this. | ||
| And senators would get to look at it. | ||
| But no, once again, they threw out the law. | ||
| And at this point, we had Occupy Sacramento. | ||
| We had parents... | ||
| From all over the state, over a thousand mothers and fathers, civil disobedience now taking place. | ||
| There were mothers chaining themselves to the front doors of the Capitol, blocking cars from entering driveways into the Capitol. | ||
| And then the arrest began. | ||
| Mothers being dragged, handcuffed into police cars. | ||
| Grandmothers and one man, essentially six women arrested, facing charges when we speak, facing jail time. | ||
| Two of the mothers have little babies that they are currently breastfeeding. | ||
| All to try and protect this immune-suppressed group of children that, now that this law is passed, will have no recourse, no doctors that will write them the exemptions that they need. | ||
| They will be forced vaccinated, and essentially, I believe, we will start seeing what I think you can only say is euthanasia. | ||
| You are going to start killing children that doctors have already said cannot be vaccinated. | ||
| But that's of course right down the Democrat path here, Del, because just like everything else, and I'm not asking for comments on this, but it's the same thing with their whole against the Second Amendment. | ||
| How many people have to die for you to eradicate all the guns? | ||
| How many children have to die until your vaccines are fully effective? | ||
| They don't care. | ||
| That's what it's all about. | ||
| But let's get into the arrests that happen on the other side. | ||
| But wow, this is amazing. | ||
| Democrats are separating mothers from their children in California. | ||

| What is the story with these mothers being arrested? | ||
| Well, I mean, we've got six mothers, I mean, six women. | ||
| One of them's a grandmother. | ||
| The others are mothers, one father, that were all arrested. | ||
| They've since been released, but they're all seeing criminal charges being brought against them. | ||
| The chance at jail time. | ||
| Mothers will be separated from their babies, of course. | ||
| They were being dragged into police cars with the plastic handcuffs. | ||
| Images, by the way, that I didn't see anywhere on CNN. Did you on Fox? | ||
| I didn't see anyone covering it. | ||
| I didn't see mainstream news covering it. | ||
| We'll cover it when, you know, a mother and a baby or people are being, you know, pulled apart at the border, but we don't care when it's happening inside of our own state capitol. | ||
| It's really shocking the hypocrisy. | ||
| Let's remember all of our favorite cable news programs get funding from Big Pharma. | ||

| These mothers are fighting for their children's lives and not a single Democrat in California cares. | ||

| And you're not listening to the thousands of mothers with vaccine-injured children. | ||

| This law is simply because there was this 300% expansion of people using medical exemptions. | ||
| You know what that means in layman's terms, the actual number? | ||
| We went from.2% of kindergartners who were getting medical exemptions to.7% of kindergartners. | ||
| We are making a law here in California because.5% of kindergartners expanded and started using a medical exemption. | ||
| Are you kidding me? Is this what legislators for? | ||
| We're gonna drag people away in cop cars. | ||
| We're gonna suspend the rule of law. | ||
| We're not gonna allow the democratic process for these mothers to be allowed to speak on a microphone. | ||
| We're gonna push through a law because.5%. | ||
| 25% of kindergartners are going to be affected. | ||
| If this isn't the most egregious display of the overuse of government, of expanding massive mommy state government, I don't know what is. | ||
| But that's a microcosm of, really, I think the whole Democrat Party right now where they're fighting for the right for men to have abortions. | ||

| I mean, they're fighting for people that don't even exist. | ||

| And why? Do they really care about the kids? | ||

| This has to do with an adult vaccine mandate that is right around the corner. | ||

| By the way, now they say to me as I hand them my driver's license, you are aware that you will need a real ID to pass through here by October 2020. | ||
| Why are they telling me about an identification I don't need for over a year from now? | ||

| They're going to do the same thing with vaccines. | ||
| So it's all about putting all these mandates on you, limiting your freedom, making you literally nothing. | ||

| And then you're not going to have a gun to protest against it, and then they'll just inject you with cancer or something and kill you. | ||

| They'll say, you have to have an ID that has your medical vaccine history on that, and you won't be able to fly into California or New York unless you have that vaccine card or whatever they call it. | ||
