| In a show of transparency, Business Insider published an internal email from Facebook the following day, revealing how Facebook admitted that Alex Jones did not violate their community standards, but stated that there's currently internal discussions around his designation as a hate figure. | ||
| Leader of the Nation of Islam, Louis Farrakhan has long exercised his freedom of speech to criticize the U.S. government. | ||
| He is also well known for his harsh criticism of Israel, which he refers to as the synagogue of Satan. | ||
| In 2018, Farrakhan made headlines for referring to Jews as termites. | ||

| And it works on people. Most people don't go and do the research. | ||
| And plus, they've erased all of our videos. | ||
| So they can't even go back and look what we really said. | ||
| But notice, they're the ones that push the Jussie Smollett story. | ||
| They're the ones that push Russian collusion. | ||
| They're the ones that push the Covington Catholic story. | ||
| They're the ones that push Obama's scandal-free president. | ||
| They're the ones that put Trump as racist. | ||
| They're the ones pushing the mass fake news. | ||

With actors. Yesterday, Facebook and Instagram, Ben Jones, Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, and alt-right personalities Milo Yiannopoulos and Laura Loomer, all of whom have used the site to spread anti-Semitic or anti-Muslim content. | |

| Paul Joseph Watson, an editor at Infowars, who was also banned, says he broke none of the platform's rules. | ||

| The company's official policy bans hate speech that fosters, quote, intimidation and exclusion. | ||
| Well, we don't know specifically, but it appears as though this was designed to send a message. | ||
| One, we hear you and we are going to follow suit along with our other social media companies and get rid of some of the same voices. | ||
| And two, these are kind of figureheads or symbols of extreme voices in different areas. | ||
| Of course, Louis Farrakhan is very different than Alex Jones, but they have said similar rhetoric. | ||
| And so I think it's kind of saying whether No matter what end of the political spectrum you're on, we are willing to take action if your speech violates things that we find offensive. | ||
| So he just admits everything that we told you. | ||
| These are left-wing activists complaining and reporting us all day long to get us removed. | ||
| So then the social media companies oblige and do it. | ||
| And then he sits here and he's like, yeah, this is a message. | ||
| Clearly they'll censor someone on the left like Farrakhan or the right like Alex Jones. | ||

| It quite deliberately fails to comply with the requirements of governing law. | ||
| So the Mueller report that they released is illegal. | ||

| Again, it's guilty until proven innocent by the standards of the Mueller report. | ||

| The inverted burden of proof knowingly embedded in the Mueller report special counsel's conclusion shows that the special counsel and his staff failed in their duty to act as prosecutors and only as prosecutors. | ||
| In closing its investigation, the special counsel had only one job. | ||
| To provide the attorney general with a confident report explaining the prosecution or declining decisions reached by the special counsel, Yet the one thing the special counsel was obligated to do is the very thing they intentionally and unapologetically refused to do. | ||
| They're not messing around anymore. | ||
| It's in highlights. | ||
| How there has never been such a cooperation into any ongoing investigation. | ||
| Like, normally, and if you've ever been in anything like this, you've got lawyers and you've got other lawyers and prosecutors and everything, and they're constantly going back and forth for discovery, for information, for all this stuff, and you don't have to provide everything. | ||
| Sometimes lawyers can ask for something and you say no, and the judge says, nope, you've got to get it. | ||
| Sometimes lawyers ask for something, the judge says, yep, you've got to come up with that. | ||
| But if you don't have to, then you normally don't, because why would you? | ||
| You don't legally have to, and so you don't put anything out there that could do any damage, be twisted and spun, so you just don't do that. | ||
| The Trump administration Did that and said everyone else that gets questioned by the Mueller team to do the same thing. | ||
| We're talking about unprecedented cooperation. | ||
| You have never seen anything like this. | ||
| Again, lawyers making a request, well, you don't have to show that. | ||
| Them saying, fine, we'll show it to you anyway. | ||
| I mean, it's unbelievable. | ||
| And then they say they're not like Trump wouldn't cooperate. | ||
| Of somehow obstruction of justice, he voluntarily gave them everything they wanted. | ||
| Just like Barr voluntarily testified. | ||
| And then they say, oh, contempt of court. | ||
| It goes on. The following should not be forgotten. | ||
| Government officials with access to classified information derived from a counterintelligence investigation and from classified intelligence intercepts engage in a campaign of illegal leaks against the president. | ||
| Many of those leaks were felonies. | ||
| The criminal investigation began with a branch of confidentially executed by a very senior administration official who was himself an intelligence service chief. | ||

| My next great guest is very distinguished and an expert when it comes to how counterintelligence works coming out of the CIA and the State Department. | ||
| And so that's pretty much what we've seen here is a giant counterintelligence operation or almost like a reverse intelligence operation to project all of their crimes onto Donald Trump and then to use that as an excuse to spy on Trump illegally for whatever reason or reasons they may have wanted to do that. | ||
| So Larry C. Johnson, again, formerly out of the CIA and the State Department's Office of Counterterrorism, Larry joins me now. | ||
| Larry, there's a lot of interesting developments happening right now. | ||
| And I think that they all are kind of falling behind what has come out of William Barr and also from Emmett Flood, the special counsel to the president. | ||
| Multiple leak investigations. | ||
| Multiple criminal leak investigations. | ||
| So, Larry, my first question to you today is... | ||
| Where do you think those leaks are coming from? | ||
| I think Comey is the biggest one that we all know was one of the leakers, but it's more than just Comey. | ||
| Are we looking at Clapper? | ||
| Are we looking at Brennan? Are we looking at Democrats inside of intelligence committees? | ||
| Where are all these leaks coming from, do you think, Larry Johnson? | ||
| But you mean the leaks back when the investigation was being done, correct? | ||
| Yes, to the Washington Post, the New York Times, and all of them. | ||
| You know, I think Brennan Clapper, we already know Andrew McCabe was involved with leaks to the New York Times and Comey. | ||
| I think it's highly likely that it's them. | ||
| But more importantly, getting after the leaks, I think, is getting back to the very foundations of how this investigation started. | ||
| And it would appear that the whole George Papadopoulos fiasco is really one of the key elements that has to be looked at and understood. | ||
| One of the points I've made that I've not really seen picked up much in the media is you have to ask, how did British intelligence and U.S. intelligence and law enforcement zero in? | ||
| How did they know to start looking at George Papadopoulos? | ||
| And the answer is sort of staring us in the face if you know anything about the intelligence world. | ||
| When George Papadopoulos was in the UK in the summer of 2015, he was communicating with Corey Lewandowski, apparently via email and text message. | ||
| That was intercepted. | ||
| All of those communications were collected by what's known as the General Communications Headquarters, GCHQ in the UK. And we're also accessible to both the CIA and the National Security Agency. | ||
| Somebody made a decision at some point in the summer of 2015 after Donald Trump announced to start collecting information, start identifying individuals and persons connected with the Trump campaign, and then out of that, identify people on the campaign who were working or in contact with people outside of the campaign. | ||
| And then you start building a web, a network of relationships, almost like filling up a black book of names, addresses, emails, etc. | ||
| And at some point, a decision was taken, I believe. | ||
| To deliberately target George Papadopoulos and try to rope him in to fulfill this Russian meme story. | ||
| The story that Trump was some sort of collaborator with Putin and the Russians. | ||
| We know that the Clinton campaign was looking at this in December of 2015 because one of the emails that was released out of WikiLeaks shows a conversation between Brent Badowski and John Podesta. | ||
| And in that, Badowski's talking about the need to take advantage of, as he described it, Putin's bromance or Trump's bromance with Putin. | ||
| So it was clearly a part of the campaign strategy of Clinton's. | ||
| The other aspect that's important to understand is that individuals that are connected to the Clinton Foundation through one of the security groups in the UK called Hockloops is made up of former MI6 persons. | ||
| And some of those persons, such as Alexander Downer, he had ties to Hockloops, but he had also signed like a $25 million deal in Australia with Bill Clinton as part of the Clinton Foundation that was later turned out to not have been legal. | ||
| Because Clinton was not in a legal position to have signed it. | ||
| So all of this goes back to the Clintons, the Clinton Foundation, and ultimately, I believe, British intelligence. | ||
| So now let's talk about what the FBI did to George Papadopoulos and to the audience. | ||
| I mean, heck, even myself. | ||
| I mean, probably even to you, who's an expert in this, it's tough to kind of keep track of all the names and dates. | ||
| But basically what we know is that the FBI set up multiple... | ||
| You could say, I guess, fake intelligence to put into Papadopoulos' head about Russian emails so that they could then come back and say, oh, see, he tried to communicate via Russian emails. | ||
| And, of course, it turns out that you had Peter Strokes' assistant. | ||
| I forget the girl's name. | ||
| It's not her real name. In fact, we still don't know the identity of that individual. | ||
| So what does either William Barr look at or whoever it is, what do they look at and they say, well, wait a second. | ||
| Why was the Obama administration implanting agents to give Papadopoulos bad information so that they could then spy on them? | ||
| I mean, that's literally a counterintelligence information against American citizens. | ||
| Well, see, this is sort of the diabolic nature of this plot. | ||
| Once the communications between Papadopoulos and Corey Lewandowski are intercepted, those are put into an intelligence report. | ||
| And that is what we call in the business SIGINT, signals intelligence. | ||
| So basically it's an electronic intercept of a communication between one or more persons. | ||
| But once it exists as an intelligence report, numbers assigned to it, it's in the system, it's in the database. | ||
| It may be in a special compartment. | ||
| Just because it's as a report doesn't mean it's openly available to everyone. | ||
| And because it involves U.S. citizens, the names are supposed to be masked. | ||
| Hence the term unmasking. | ||
| And we know that several people in the Trump world were unmasked. | ||
| And that means people in the Obama administration requested that the names of those persons be exposed. | ||
| I don't believe it was the FBI early on in this. | ||
| I believe it was the CIA coordinating with British MI6. They were creating what I would call an intelligence predicate for a counterintelligence investigation. | ||
| They were creating a record of intercepted messages and intelligence reports. | ||
| And one of the ways you create that intelligence report is they take Joseph Massoud, This ostensible professor from Malta, and they claim that he is a Russian agent, when in fact he has extensive ties to British intelligence and U.S. intelligence. | ||
| He's been pictured with multiple individuals, including the FBI, at a university in Italy called Link University. | ||
| And as a result of that, when Massoud starts making contact with Papadopoulos, then that conversation is intercepted. | ||
| And it's recorded. | ||
| And if they produce an intelligence report, that can then be sent to the FBI. And the FBI can go, oh, look, we have some intelligence that we need to follow up on. | ||
| This has all been planted. | ||
| It's been created. But it's a pretext. | ||
| That way the FBI can pretend that what they're doing is above board, that they're just following procedure and law, when in fact Papadopoulos was fully set up. | ||
| There was no reason in the world for him to have been offered the job he was offered At that think tank in Britain, and when you begin to probe into that think tank, it certainly, from my perspective, has the hallmarks of a front company for a British... | ||

| We're about to take a break here, but I want to focus on one thing when we come back, and that's the fact because what it looks like they've done here is actually an example of what they do with intelligence in general is basically U.S. intelligence and British intelligence work in synchronicity so that each side of intelligence can say, and that's the fact because what it looks like they've done here is actually an example of what they do It's British intelligence. | ||
| So now they have that theory of disconnect to say, oh, Ms. Food isn't an FBI agent. | ||
| That's a British intelligence agent. | ||
| What if he was working for the FBI? We'll get right back to that. | ||

| Just a treasure trove of great analysis and information. | ||
| And I want to get into an aspect of the criminal investigations, or really the criminal behavior that was going on during the Obama administration to keep Trump out of office. | ||
| I mean, that's really what this comes down to. | ||
| And there's all these different aspects. | ||
| And so right now I want to focus on one that I think... | ||
| And then Larry C. Johnson is just doing an amazing job here so eloquently breaking it all down. | ||
| He can go on from there. | ||
| Larry, how does this example of Miss FUD, which is clearly a British intelligence agent who's worked with CIA and FBI, they know who this guy is, how does that, because this is what they do with the NSA and British intelligence, they basically run counterintelligence on other people in different countries and then say, oh, you know, we didn't spy on our own people, but we just happened to get British intelligence doing it. | ||
| So it's kind of a skirt around that law, if you will. | ||
| But for them to say, oh look, we've got Papadopoulos here who got set up with an FBI agent. | ||
| We still don't know her name. | ||
| She was being flirty with him at a bar. | ||
| And then you have Ms. | ||
| Fudd also feeding him information. | ||
| So he's in the middle of this whole Spygate thing being used to launch a spy campaign. | ||
| Kind of like Carter Page, but this is a little different. | ||
| Talk about how they used Ms. | ||
| Fudd. To basically run a counterintelligence operation or set Papadopoulos up, but they used Misfud so that in kind of the reverb, when it comes back, they can say, well, we didn't know Misfud. | ||
| That was British intelligence. | ||
| I'm not buying it. | ||
| Let's recall that it was George Papadopoulos at no point in this process was going to anybody in either where he worked, which would have included Misfud ostensibly was part of that think tank. | ||
| Hey, does anybody know anybody in Russia or close to Vladimir Putin? | ||
| Because I want to get to the Russians and see what dirt we can get out of them. | ||
| It was exactly the opposite. | ||
| It was Mifsud who approached Papadopoulos and said, Hey, I can get you close to Putin. | ||
| I can introduce you to Putin's niece. | ||
| And, oh, there's some emails. | ||
| The Russians got all these emails of Hillary Clinton, and we can get them for you. | ||
| So the impetus, initiative, for contacting and dealing with Russia was coming from Mifsud. | ||
| That means he was planted there to put that information out there as bait. | ||
| And Papadopoulos, in this case, was the fish, seeing if he would bite. | ||
| And Papadopoulos passed some of that information back to the Trump campaign, but nobody in the Trump campaign said, oh, yes, get on top of it. | ||
| Let's get that information. | ||
| Let's get that meeting with Putin. | ||
| In fact, Mueller, that's one of the few things that Mueller does properly in his report, reports that. | ||
| But Mueller does not look at who was this Mufsut character, and why is he trying to entice Papadopoulos with this information? | ||
| And then the woman that's been touted as, she's been presented as an FBI agent in the New York Times, but I don't think she was working for the FBI. I think she was working for the Central Intelligence Agency. | ||
| And they were coordinating this with the Brits. | ||
| The FBI was informed about her. | ||
| And again, she was used as another device, along with Stephen Halper, who was working, he has longer ties with the CIA than he does FBI, to again, to try to entrap, to see if they could get Papadopoulos to make admissions that the Trump people were trying to work with the Russians. | ||
| Right, and wasn't it Halper too that was, in a couple instances, bullying this female individual? | ||
| Again, the New York Times gave us a fake name. | ||
| And it's funny too, the New York Times, in fact, this is just a quick irony I don't want to miss here. | ||
| The New York Times first reported the wiretap of Trump Tower years ago Then for two years denied it. | ||
| Then last week published the story again admitting a spy. | ||
| So like the New York Times is literally the bookend of the spy story while in between they act like it never happened. | ||
| It's really an unbelievable thing to witness. | ||
| But... What is this business of Halpert kind of bullying and intimidating the female? | ||
| And I don't know if you read Papadopoulos' book. | ||
| He actually believes it was CIA, too. | ||
| The New York Times says it was an FBI, but he believes it was CIA. So he's bullying her so that Papadopoulos feels bad, like, oh, here's this poor, innocent girl getting bullied. | ||
| Talk about how intelligence does that. | ||
| Well, it's just one element of tradecraft. | ||
| The entire process of trying to recruit or get somebody to do something for you, you go through spotting and assessment and you try to identify what their weaknesses are and how you can appeal to them. | ||
| And so clearly, in the dossier, if you will, they were building up on Papadopoulos himself. | ||
| They decided that he was the type of person that if he saw a woman being bullied, that he might be sympathetic to her, and by virtue of his sympathy, it'd be easier to elicit information from him. | ||
| So again, this was a complete ruse. | ||
| It was designed to entrap and to get Papadopoulos in a position that if he said something that could be inferred or at least recorded and then reported that he was saying that the Trump campaign was working closely with Putin or with the Russians to try to defeat Hillary Clinton, that would have then become evidence against Donald Trump. | ||
| So this entire effort, particularly when that conversation took place in September of 2016, by then the effort to target and go after Trump had escalated dramatically from what it was in March of 2016 when Papadopoulos was really first approached. | ||
| And so now the targeting of Trump had intensified. | ||
| Well, I'm glad you actually said that because that's kind of my next question here, is how do we go from... | ||
| And this kind of gets back to the origins, and I know that that's where you want to get. | ||
| So let's kind of twist back to that. | ||
| How do we go from... | ||
| Hillary Clinton paying Perkins Coie, then giving that money to Fusion GPS to get dirt on Donald Trump opposition research, which actually ends up coming from Russian intelligence, ironically enough. | ||
| That's the only Russian intelligence involved here was the Fusion GPS from the unnamed Russian sources. | ||
| That all came out, in fact, in, I believe it was a Rod Rosenstein report. | ||
| But nonetheless, how do we go from that, Hillary getting opposition research from Russians, to then... | ||
| Democrats or the Obama administration or bureaucrats, what have you, setting up Papadopoulos to then try to claim that it was Trump colluding with Russia. | ||
| When did that amazing pump fake happen? | ||
| When did that head fake twist happen? | ||
| Well, I think that this goes back to the summer of 2015, when Trump announced his policy positions on both Syria and NATO were particularly of concern or alarming to the Brits, particularly the British establishment. | ||

| Was Donald Trump the only Republican candidate in the 2016 presidential election? | ||
| Was Donald Trump the only one that had essentially counterintelligence operations run against him? | ||
| Was President Trump the only one that was spied on? | ||
| And if so, why was President Trump the only one spied on? | ||
| And if not, how is it that we haven't heard about potential spying on other presidents? | ||
| My guess is it was Trump that was the only one that got spied on. | ||
| There's a difference between opposition research and spying. | ||
| And if that's the case, why do you think they went so far to break the law when it comes to opposition research on Donald Trump, Larry C. Johnson? | ||
| Well, there is. The difference between opposition research and spying is when you take active measures to collect the information on individuals and then start putting that into a database and producing intelligence report on those. | ||
| Simple answer to your question is, no, I do not think Donald Trump was the only one spied on. | ||
| I think early on, Other potential Republican candidates. | ||
| We're going to think of this in the timeframe of the summer and fall of 2015. | ||
| It was not clear at all who the frontrunner was, who was going to be the big winner. | ||
| And so it was natural. | ||
| From the Obama administration's standpoint, we shouldn't be shocked that they were spying on Americans. | ||
| Heavens, they had already done it to news media. | ||
| Jim Rison and Jamie Rubin, he was with Fox News. | ||
| But what happened was they needed to get a transition. | ||
| So there was a collection of information, and I would even venture to say there were some intelligence reports generated on other candidates like Ben Carson and Ted Cruz. | ||
| But as it became clear that Trump was the frontrunner, We're good to go. | ||
| What is striking when you look at the Mueller report, and he talks about Russia, the activities with the Russians, there is not a single instance in which the Trump team makes the initiative to reach out to and talk to the Russians. | ||
| In every single case, it is an FBI informant or someone affiliated with the Central Intelligence Agency or with British intelligence who makes the entreaty, if you will, cast the bait in front of the Trump team. | ||
| And Mueller doesn't investigate a single one of those. | ||
| That's why I said his report, he's really dishonest, disingenuous, both, because any good investigator with assault would know. | ||
| If you get this character, Joseph Massoud, you'd say, well, who is Massoud? | ||
| What are his contacts? | ||
| On what basis did Mueller say, oh, he's a Russian agent? | ||
| How do you know that? | ||
| Did you get a briefing from Central Intelligence Agency telling you that? | ||
| So there's actual information here that they need to drill down on that was not drilled down on. | ||
| And then when you look at the setup, in every single instance, Trump's people were being approached and being baited to entrap them. | ||
| And like you said, that should be the question people are asking Mueller, at least those that approached him as a demagogue for the last two years. | ||
| They're not asking that. Perhaps we'll get those answers in due time. | ||
| And again, to me, and this is basically, I mean, this is from Mueller and Rosenstein even still, the only Russian intelligence that came into play at all is the Russian intelligence that Fusion GPS got from Quote, unquote, Russian intelligence, I mean, whether you believe it was real or not, I mean, whatever, but it's the dossier. | ||
| They got it from five Russian sources. | ||
| This all came out from Rosenstein and Mueller. | ||
| It's not like Trump's people are making this up. | ||
| So the only Russians that they even find involved with any of this are the Russians that were used as intelligence sources for Clinton opposition research. | ||
| Why is that not included in this report? | ||
| And then you also have the Ukrainian angle. | ||
| Because, actually, I think a lot of the impetus for doing this and trying to paint the Russians in this bad guy originated from Ukrainian intelligence. | ||
| We do have, thanks to John Solomon's work last week, clear evidence that someone connected with the DNC went to the Ukrainians and asked the Ukrainians for information to go after Paul Manafort. | ||
| And even all the activity that Manafort did in Ukraine was with Greg Craig, who was the Democrat. | ||
| They asked only to focus on Manafort. | ||
| So this involved a lot of collusion with foreigners. | ||
| And as you correctly know, the Clinton campaign was colluding with the Britons. | ||
| They were colluding with the Ukrainians. | ||
| And they were using information ostensibly obtained from Russia as a club to try to use against Donald Trump. | ||
| Well, and I'm just curious, too. | ||
| I mean, obviously Mueller is not going to be the one doing any further investigations, you know, but someone's going to have to look into the involvement of Miss Food. | ||
| And then if you really want to get into the Ukrainians, too, I mean, how about Joe Biden? | ||
| I mean, Joe Biden is colluding with Ukraine more than anybody. | ||
| I mean, he gives his son million-dollar jobs over there. | ||
| He's making money hand over fist. | ||
| I mean, nobody even talks about that. | ||
| Yeah, well, this is why the attack against Barr is so hysterical at this point, because Barr has pledged to go after, to find the roots of this, and as he digs into it, what he's going to find, it's not going to just be FBI malfeasance. | ||
| It's going to be illegal actions by people in the intelligence community. | ||
| I believe that Jim Clapper will be implicated, that John Brennan will be implicated, along with people at the FBI like Jim Comey. | ||
| And Andrew McCain at Department of Justice, Loretta Lynch, and Sally Yates at the National Security Council, Susan Rice, Samantha Power. | ||
| So this is going to reach into all aspects of Of the Obama administration. | ||
| It was not just one element. | ||
| It was a variety of departments and agencies were cooperating and playing a role in this. | ||
| I want to get your boil down in the next segment. | ||
| But before we do that, I want to ask you a question. | ||
| Were you able or did you see the letter to Attorney General Barr that Emmett Flood delivered? | ||
| Just a couple weeks ago. | ||
| Have you seen this? | ||
| I have not seen it. | ||
| I've heard about it. I've heard the reporting. | ||
| So let me just give you a couple of the points laid out here by Flood in this article, or in this letter, excuse me. | ||
| One, he says that the Mueller report release just in its existence is illegal because it's dubious as to what it was supposed to do, which is just either declare we're going to charge, make a charge or not. | ||
| They actually just released the whole report. | ||
| Flood is saying that's illegal. | ||
| He's also saying that this is inverted assumption of innocence, instead assumption of guilt, which is a very dangerous precedent to be set. | ||
| And it also talks about how As you were saying, you have intelligence officers being the source of all of these connections that they're claiming. | ||
| None of it coming from the Trump campaign. | ||
| They're all intelligence officers. | ||
| And he talks about many of the leaks coming out as felonies. | ||
| Do you agree with those points made by Flood to General Barr? | ||
| Well, absolutely. Look, the Mueller report is a farce, but it's a malevolent farce. | ||
| It is designed to create a mem and tell a story, and yet at the root of it, once they actually have to deal with the evidence, because they're in a position where they couldn't actually make up evidence, because once the report's out, then you can go back and say, what are the sources on this, etc., That they tried to portray the Trump people as working with Russians, but then had to concede that they didn't actually do anything. | ||
| And at no point in that report does Mueller acknowledge... | ||
| It's not just Joseph Massoud. | ||
| Felix Sater, who was the one who proposed the Trump Tower project in Moscow, he's been an FBI informant since 1998. | ||
| He was signed up originally in 1998 in December by Andrew Weissman. | ||
| So Sater is right there in the middle, and he was a boyhood friend of Michael Cohen. | ||
| So Sater, I believe, was used early on to run in and collect information. | ||
| All right, let's get the boil down. | ||
| We go to break now. Larry C. Johnson, he's giving us his boil down on the other side. | ||

| I mean, you'd think it'd be logical. | ||
| If Robert Mueller was actually looking for Russian collusion, he could have found it. | ||
| But he wasn't looking for Russian collusion. | ||
| He was trying to destroy Donald Trump. | ||
| And the evidence is in triplicate here, where you could be looking at... | ||
| At this and say, okay, well, where's this Ukrainian collusion? | ||
| Who are these Russian intelligence sources? | ||
| And then who are these British intelligence sources? | ||
| Why are we setting up Papadopoulos? | ||
| But he doesn't look into any of that. | ||
| So just on its face, it shows it was never about Russian collusion. | ||
| But Larry C. Johnson, what is your final boil down when it comes to Spygate? | ||
| Who did it? Why they did it? | ||
| The Mueller report and where we go from here. | ||
| Larry C. Johnson. It was not an honest investigation. | ||
| An honest investigation would have at least acknowledged fully in the report the central role that the Steele dossier played and would have asked some natural questions. | ||
| How did this dossier get created? | ||
| Why did it get created? | ||
| Who funded it? It wasn't like they were without access to information where they would have known that it was funded by the Clinton campaign. | ||
| And it was generated by people that had a clear animus towards Donald Trump. | ||
| Any investigator would take that information and know up front, you can't rely upon that because the nature of the attitudes of the people that had this information created was compromising. | ||
| So the fact that Mueller, you know, Mueller, given his experience, should know better. | ||
| So this goes beyond incompetence. | ||
| I don't think he has Alzheimer's. | ||
| I think he was deliberately trying to sabotage, sandbag Donald Trump, and putting out that report the way he did. | ||
| Now, you've got to ask the question, why did Bill Barr allow the report to come out virtually unredacted? | ||
| And I think Barr was very smart in doing this, because now that it's out, Mueller has nowhere to run and hide. | ||
| He can't pretend that, well, we can't talk about that because it's in this redacted section of the report. | ||
| It's out there in front. | ||
| He's going to have to answer some very interesting questions if he's stupid enough to go up and testify on the Hill. | ||
| Because when he gets up there, he's going to face questions from the Republicans that they've done their homework About why didn't you go into the grounds of the dossier created by Christopher Steele and start probing? | ||
| Where did you get your information that Joseph Massoud was a Russian agent? | ||
| Why did you accept that at face value? | ||
| They can literally take him apart. | ||
| Because he can't go up there and say, oh, you know that report I wrote? | ||
| Well, it's a piece of crap and none of it's true. | ||
| He can't do that. Can he be subpoenaed? | ||
| Can House Intelligence Committee subpoena him for testimony? | ||
| Because they're already rumoring they're going to do that before the end of the month. | ||
| Sure, but I think they've extended the invitation and Barr said, sure, let Mueller go out and testify. | ||
| You know, Barr is a smart guy. | ||
| I mean, we worked in my office at the Office of Counterterrorism at State. | ||
| We're closely with Barr in the prosecution of the Pan Am 103 bombers. | ||
| Barr is a very stand-up man of integrity, and he's very intelligent. | ||
| And so I think he's going to let Mueller be hoisted on his own petard, if you will. | ||
| Well, because now, I mean, you've got Democrats saying they're holding Barr in contempt of court. | ||
| That's literally impossible. He was never subpoenaed. | ||
| I mean, it's unbelievable these people even say this. | ||
| But look, it's nonsense. | ||
| So what, they hold him in contempt of court or Congress? | ||
| Good. What are they going to do? | ||
| Nothing. Remember the Republicans held Eric Holder in contempt. | ||
| What happened there? Nothing. | ||
| So it's like, you know, let him do it. | ||
| You know, it may make him feel good at night, but it's completely meaningless. | ||
| Well, the problem is it lets the media continue this false narrative that Barr is now somehow working with Trump to clear his name or something. | ||
| It's total nonsense. I'm just looking at this and I'm saying, wow. | ||
| What is Mueller going to do? | ||
| Because, you know, I mean, Mueller doesn't want that line of questioning. | ||
| He doesn't want to have to explain himself. | ||
| The people that were working on this with Mueller before Mueller don't want him questioning either. | ||
| So do you think we're looking at a situation where, oh, okay, we're going to subpoena Mueller to come testify for this. | ||
| There's already plenty of interest within the House and the Senate to do so. | ||
| I think Barr's got interest in that, too. | ||
| I mean, so what does Mueller do? | ||
| And then he gets held in contempt of court. | ||
| I mean, this whole thing is falling apart at the seams right now. | ||
| Well, remember the other dynamic that's going to play out here is the Inspector General Horowitz is going to release a report on the leaks and the FISA activity. | ||
| That is going to really put the spotlight on the abuses at the FBI. That's number one. | ||
| Trump has promised, number two, that he's going to declassify a lot of this information. | ||
| Once that information is declassified and the people see the documents for themselves, It's going to put the Democrats in a real defensive crouch, because that information will be damaged. | ||
| And they'll find out that Jim Comey lied, that Jim Comey is a liar, and he deserves to be prosecuted for perjury. | ||
| Which I hope happens. | ||
| It is disgusting how despicable these people were in their self-righteous and smug attitude, and yet they broke the law, they've lied to the American public, and you can think Trump's a buffoon or you can think Trump is crude, but that doesn't give them a right to try to overturn the election, which was unfairly. | ||
| And let's recall, Hillary's people spent about $1.2 billion on the campaign. | ||
| Trump spent $600 million. | ||
| I don't care. And the Russians certainly didn't come in and provide an additional $600 million to Trump. | ||
| That never happened. So it's just Hillary was a terrible candidate. | ||
| She lost. And the Democrats have not come to grips with that reality. | ||
| Well, and I have a bad feeling that when this moment hits and these people do get brought up for questioning, it's not going to be pretty. | ||
| And let me ask you this final question before we go out the door. | ||
| What are the odds? Because I try to reason this I try to figure out how things like this happen. | ||
| And you've got, you know, I mean, you could name a dozen news hosts right now, but let's just say, you know, a Brian Stelter or an Oliver Darcy at CNN or let's say an Eric Swalwell or something. | ||
| I mean, they're totally convinced in Russian collusion. | ||
| They're out there every day saying, oh, yes, Russian collusion. | ||
| So do you think that they're also getting bad intel from intelligence communities? | ||
| Do you think these are useful idiots or do they know they're going along with a false narrative? | ||
| They've got to know that I really can't believe that they're that stupid. | ||
| I do not think they're suffering from some form of mental retardation. | ||
| I mean, if they had a brain damage, a brain injury, they could perhaps excuse this kind of disconnect with reality. | ||
| I think they know what they're doing. | ||
| It's their hatred of Trump has overcome their normal powers of rationality. | ||
| And as a result, they're not willing to deal with facts. | ||
| And the facts are very simple. | ||
| This stuff... The foundation for the collusion case against Trump was a manufactured case. | ||
| And what we saw was the law enforcement and intelligence capabilities of the United States and of the United Kingdom, and it looks like of Australia. | ||

| And that should alarm all Americans, regardless of the political views, Republican or Democrat. | ||

| This kind of interference of intelligence and law enforcement and domestic politics is anathema to everything that we believe in as far as being a republic. | ||
| Speaking of, because we still have some time left, Ben Rhodes says, oh, Obama had no idea. | ||
| We never even heard about any spying or any intelligence. | ||
| We had no idea. We heard about it through the media. | ||
| Meanwhile, Clapper's literally on TV saying, no, Obama knew everything. | ||
| In fact, he told us to do it. | ||
| Boy, how about a communication breakdown? | ||
| Well, there's going to be documentary evidence, I think, emerging that will substantiate that. | ||
| There was no way that Barack Obama did not know. | ||
| That as these other people, as Clapper and Brennan face genuine prosecution, they're going to go, oh, wait a second. | ||

| It's like you're just trying to draw attention to the fact you're being censored. | ||

| Right, exactly. And that's kind of the thing when, you know, I was asked to come on here and I'm just like, let me kind of just paint a bigger picture of what's going on. | ||
| And the whole Twitter censorship is its own issue in itself because of the, you know, free speech dialogue. | ||
| You know, does this count under the First Amendment? | ||
| You know, is it a private company? | ||
| You know, but it's a public sphere. | ||
| So it's certainly its own conversation. | ||
| But this is the thing. | ||
| This stuff is like... It's come to a point where there's so many different avenues of censorship that a lot of people are going through, and people are really, really suffering in so many different ways. | ||
| And if you look at it in a bigger picture, and I mean, maybe this is something more powerful than just going to Trump and being like, oh my God, so-and-so is banned on Twitter. | ||
| You take the whole picture and you show him a list of people are, you know, not only being banned off social media, but, I mean, people have lost jobs. | ||
| In 2016, a lot of people lost jobs because they voted for Trump. | ||
| I mean, I'm not the only one. | ||
| I lost my career, and I've talked about that many times, but I have a friend, Paul Bazile, who lost his job. | ||
| I mean, Sam Hyde. I don't know if you're familiar with Sam Hyde, but, I mean, he lost his show on Comedy Central. | ||
| You know, regular everyday people, a lot of people have been losing their jobs, you know, starting in 2016. | ||
| So, I mean, that's like a really huge deal. | ||
| That was really devastating, not only for me, but I'm sure a lot, a lot of people. | ||
| And at first they wouldn't admit that it was over politics. | ||
| They would just make some sort of excuse. | ||
| But now we see that they're just going to do whatever they want and they don't even need an excuse anymore. | ||
| Well, I'm just curious if people are going to understand how this is happening. | ||
| I mean, yes, they're targeting conservatives now and people that support Trump or what have you that are having an influence, but eventually it's going to hit everybody. | ||
| And I think the fact that they throw Louis Farrakhan in there and they say, oh, you see? | ||
| You see? We censored another guy, too. | ||
| We censored Louis Farrakhan, too. | ||
| To me, that's them sembling like, okay, well... | ||
| Yeah, we're clearly engaged in a political censorship here, but we'll censor other people too, just to balance it out. | ||
| Yeah, and of course, I don't agree with any of that, because it's really important, you know, and I'm sure this conversation has come up many times, but, you know, the dialogue is important. | ||
| When you, you know, put things into sunlight, then everyone can have that dialogue and see all the different stuff that's going out there. | ||
| Everyone's voice should be heard, and then we can debate Farrakhan. | ||
| You know, we can see where he's wrong, what he actually believes. | ||
| So, shutting someone up, I think it was just a, here you go, we'll do it for you, so that we can do a little bit more here. | ||
| But, you know, no one really should be censored. | ||
| And, you know, and it also started with I think Milo was one of the first in 2016 to be targeted. | ||
| And like I said, they made an excuse. | ||
| They said that he was, you know, instigating hate. | ||
| But nowadays they don't do that anymore. | ||
| They target anonymous accounts, you know, all the little groipers and stuff like that. | ||
| They do purges every few months. | ||
| There's a purge and you lose a ton of little profiles. | ||
| Now, those little profiles are important because, you know, the left don't really have to hide behind an anonymous account because they can go out there and be communist, be, you know, totally extreme, and they don't have to hide about it. | ||
| They don't get fired. But a lot of us have to hide some of these anonymous accounts when I end up talking to them in DMs. | ||
| There's some really important people. | ||
| They have some high up positions and they're afraid. | ||
| They're afraid of losing that position, which is understandable because it really goes on. | ||
| Like I said, many of us have lost our jobs. | ||
| So, you know, we have to hide behind anonymous accounts sometimes. | ||
| So then purging all of that is totally, you know, silencing a whole group of voices that don't really get to be heard and they don't. | ||
| They don't get that recognition at the same time, but it's really important because there's so many of them. | ||
| The purges that go on, they purge hundreds and hundreds every few months. | ||
| And I don't know if people even notice that. | ||
| Well, and like you said, some of it just seems like kind of smaller accounts, but they're not meaningless. | ||
| And here's the issue, too, because everybody wants to have the debate, oh, they're a private company, they can do what they want, which I mean, I'm not necessarily disagreeing with, but I don't think that's what we're talking about here. | ||
| We're talking about These companies that I would guess have government contracts, these companies that even could be publicly funded, I mean I'm no expert in that type of financials and stuff like that, but most of their money is probably in public holdings or the stock market. | ||
| I mean, how much liquid assets do these people really have? | ||
| And also, let's not forget, they have mass databases of all of our data. | ||
| I mean, they take everything you do on that platform and sell it. | ||
| So basically, if you're on Facebook or I mean, we're all slaves, really, to these people. | ||
| We go on there, give them all of our information for free. | ||
| And then we lick their boots as they sell us down the river and censor us into oblivion. | ||
| But to me, it's like, no, no, no. | ||
| We're not just dealing with private companies deciding what they don't want on their platform. | ||
| We're talking about huge institutions, more powerful than some countries out there. | ||
| And here's the key. They're working together. | ||
| They're clearly working together to censor conservatives. | ||
