The fight for the future is now.
This is The War Room with Owen Schroer at Infowars.com forward slash show.
All right, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the InfoWars.com War Room.
owen shroyer
Brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
And here's what we have coming up for you today on the War Room.
In the third segment today, I'm going to be joined in studio by Norm Pattis.
We're going to get his expert legal opinion on things that Trump needs to do to move against the deep state.
Things that need to be done to stop censorship.
And all just...
We'll get into that with Norm.
Then at 4.06 in studio is going to be Jeff Younger from SaveJames.com.
You're not going to want to miss that story.
And then at 4.30, Rob Swatton is joining me, and he is from New Zealand, and he's going to be talking about the gun legislation that has been hitting New Zealand and the censorship that has been hitting New Zealand since the mass and he's going to be talking about the gun legislation that has been And then Frank Kavanaugh, former bassist of Filter, is going to be joining me for full metal MAGA hour,
as we do here on the second Friday of every month with Frank Kavanaugh from fullmetalmaga.homesteadcloud.com, where he just is organizing as we do here on the second Friday of every month with Frank Kavanaugh from fullmetalmaga.homesteadcloud.com, where he just is organizing conservative artists and musicians who have been blacklisted and ignored by By the mainstream music industry because of their conservative politics.
Of course, Frank was kicked out of his band, essentially, that he started for his conservative politics.
But we're going to get to all of that.
There's a couple interesting developing stories right now.
Obviously, the main stories are all signs point to President Trump getting ready to move against the deep state for treason.
You've got Obama's top legal counsel when he was president getting indicted for his behavior and actions in Ukraine.
President Trump essentially saying Obama committed treason with the illegal spying.
Who else is going to be involved in that?
And will they be doing a follow-up investigation into the cover-up Of Hillary Clinton's crimes with the illegal server.
But two interesting stories that are just developing right now.
A man has attempted to set himself on fire after running onto the White House lawn.
He was arrested.
Police were on the scene pretty much immediately.
And so whatever this individual's Mission was, or goal was, it was pretty much thwarted before he was able to light himself on fire.
So, a man who tried to light himself on fire outside the White House has been arrested.
So, is that Trump derangement syndrome, or is there something else afoot there?
Then you have, and this is just, I mean, this is unbelievable.
Man in custody after witness...
Says he threw a child from a third floor Mall of America balcony.
Wow. A five year old suffered significant injuries when according to witnesses a man either threw or pushed the child intentionally from a third floor balcony at the Mall of America in Minnesota.
Now There have still not been any details released as far as the suspect is concerned.
There was a very interesting chase done to get this psycho that would push a kid off a ledge.
But they basically had to shut down a public transit system.
They were able to track this guy using surveillance onto a public train, which they then shut down.
Mid-commute. And they were able to get this guy off and arrest him.
Those are two developing things.
Other big important news coming up on the other side of this break.
alex jones
Don't go anywhere. The globalists, the eugenicists, are always talking down to us.
They're always trying to make us feel small, to feel insignificant.
They try to censor because they fear you and don't want you to have the right to access information so you can make your own decisions.
They want you to believe you're powerless.
But the truth is, it is we the people and our ideas and our actions...
And what we say and what we do that changes the world.
We are the power structure.
We are the inventors.
We are the trailblazers.
And the globalists understand that.
And they understand that they are basically trying to control and steal the future from we the people.
Now, to help fund our operation that is undoubtedly the very tip of the spear against these globalists.
I want to encourage listeners and viewers to understand that throughout the second half of the month of March, we're going to have storewide free shipping at 50% off at m4store.com, something everybody should take advantage of.

Thank you.
Woo!
It's Friday, April 12, 2019.

This is the InfoWars.com War Room, brought to you by InfoWarsStore.com.
I'm your host, Owen Schroer, and we've got a lot of great guests coming up today on the broadcast.
Norm Pattis is going to be in studio, normpattis.com, a legal expert who can get into what Trump needs to do legally and lawfully to move against the deep state treason.
Move against the censorship and just his opinion on other developing events right now in these perilous times of great opportunity.
And then Jeff Younger is going to be joining us.
You can see the story at christianpost.com.
Texas dad could lose custody of six-year-old son for not affirming transgender identity.
So now if you don't want your son to dress like a girl, they try to take your kid from you.
So he'll be in studio with us.
Then Rob Swatton will be joining us from New Zealand to talk about the aftermath of the mass shooting out there with gun legislation and censorship on the internet.
And then we have the Full Metal MAGA Hour in the third hour with Frank Cavanaugh, former bassist of Filter before they gave him the boot after he helped make the band for his politics.
So he went and recently decided to start Full Metal MAGA where other musicians can go and share their work that don't get a chance in the mainstream music industry because of their politics.
So we'll be joined by Frank Cavanaugh in the third hour, probably take your phone calls maybe and discuss the latest developments with Frank, also a veteran in his own rights.
So, that's what you can expect.
But before I do get Norm in studio with me in the next segment, let me just kind of lay out the support columns for everything else that's kind of going on right now.
When William Barr, this is the key.
When William Barr on the Hill, and you can even see the moment where everything shifted, and we're not sure if it's fully there yet, but it appears it's going that way.
Do these bureaucrats, in fact, does anyone on the Hill, really, Who do they fear more?
Donald Trump or the deep state?
And I think it kind of all got boiled down into one moment when Shaheen, the Democrat congresswoman, is asking Barr about spying.
And Barr says there was spying, there was surveillance, there was spying.
And then Shaheen says...
Wait, you're not saying there was spying.
You don't actually believe there was spying, do you?
And right then, we'll play this clip.
The crew has it up. You can see the moment of hesitation.
Barr was deciding in his own mind, do I have more to be afraid of from the deep state or do I have more to be afraid of for Trump?
Now, maybe that's the wrong phrase, fear or being afraid of.
That may not be the right phrase.
It's who has the power now?
Whose force, whose will is now being done?
And it's always been the deep state.
Every time we have one of these testimonies and Comey perjures himself or somebody from some social media company perjures himself or what have you, nothing ever happens and they've always been able to do that and get away with it and feel confident in that because It was never Trump's will that was getting done.
It was always the deep state's will getting done.
But in that moment, Barr, I think it all can be caught in that moment.
No longer is it the deep state's will that's always going to be done.
Now, all of a sudden, people are actually respecting Donald Trump.
Now, all of a sudden, people are actually giving Donald Trump his will.
What he wants done. And again, we'll see what Barnes is doing, because he kind of gave himself an out.
He says, well, I'm not saying there was any inappropriate spying, but there was definitely spying.
So there's kind of that out that he gave himself.
But here's the moment.
We have the clip. Here is the moment where I think everything changed from the deep state's fear or the deep state's stranglehold on the will of the people and the deep state's I think this is the moment with Barr,
right here, where we're finally starting to see that shift, and now it's Trump that has more respect, and now it's Trump that's actually in control.
william barr
I am going to be reviewing both the genesis and the conduct of intelligence activities directed at the Trump campaign during 2016.
And a lot of this has already been investigated, and a substantial portion of it has been investigated and is being investigated by the Office of Inspector General at the department.
But one of the things I want to do is pull together all the information from the various investigations that have gone on, including on the Hill and in the department, and see if there are any remaining questions to be addressed.
unidentified
And can you share with us why you feel a need to do that?
william barr
Well, you know, for the same reason we're worried about foreign influence in elections.
unidentified
Shaheen's like, whoa, wait a second.
owen shroyer
Trump's not in charge here.
Go ahead and pop that down.
Trump's not in charge here.
Are you sure you want to do this? We're in charge.
The deep state's still in charge. The Democrats are still in charge.
Obama's will's still in charge.
And they claim their whole justification is, oh, that's what the people want.
unidentified
It's a total bull. So...
owen shroyer
But you can kind of see Barr is kind of hesitating.
He's kind of like... He doesn't want to come out in full force and say Obama was spying and we know it and it was all done legally.
He kind of says, well, there was some spying.
But again... If the fear of the deep state or the will of the deep state was still more powerful than the fear instilled on these people by Trump or the will of Trump, Barr would have never said spy.
He would have never said it.
william barr
...enforcement agencies get involved in political surveillance.
I'm not suggesting that those rules were violated, but I think it's important to look at that.
owen shroyer
There it is. That's the shift right there.
All right. All right. Bring us out of that.
There's the pivotal shift right there.
It's been the deep state's will, the deep state's will, the deep state's will, the deep state's will, the deep state's will, and now all of a sudden that gauge is starting to go the other way.
And so Barr's like, well, you know, we're not sure if it was illegal what was done, but no, there was definitely spying.
And the Democrat says, you certainly don't mean to say there was spying.
And he says, no, I do believe there was spying.
And then the next Democrat says, I'm going to give you a chance to walk that back.
You didn't mean to say spying.
And he says, okay, would surveillance be more comfortable for you?
So this is the gauge, folks.
This is the gauge. If it was a gauge and on one side it was deep state, on the other side it was Trump or America, we've now gone from it being a right angle straight up So now it's starting to go towards Trump America.
So it was deep state, and slowly it's been weaning as more information has come out, more Americans are waking, the media is getting exposed, the Democrats are getting exposed.
Now William Barr is saying Obama was spying.
Now that gauge is starting to come over here.
And it's kind of wiggling still.
We don't have stability, but it's starting to go the other way.
Now, I didn't even mention the fact that you had three hate crimes against Trump supporters yesterday.
In fact, they got no media coverage.
I believe the guy's name was Michael Toks.
Someone tried to spray him with bleach at an event.
He had Brandon Strzok walk away.
Some crazed woman came up to him at the airport.
He had a Trump hat on.
She came and hit him. I was at a Planned Parenthood rally yesterday.
A drag queen came up and hit me in the face.
So those were three hate crimes, three assaults done against Trump supporters.
We don't need to smallette, folks.
I also didn't even mention the fact we have the Spring Super Sale at Infowarsstore.com right now.
60% off top-selling supplements like Bodies and Brain Force Plus, free shipping storewide.
It's all possible what we do at Infowars with your support at Infowarsstore.com.
unidentified
I want to say brain force is great.
alex jones
I want to say turbo force is amazing.
It is. But if you took it with fish oil, it's like the fish oil is it.
The fish oil is better than it.
And that's an example of what I'm talking about.
Fish oil is liquid energy, brain, body, heart, the cleanest, the best out there.
unidentified
You've got the children's, you've got the adults, you've got the krill oil.
alex jones
If you're going to get the full effect, the fish oil and the children's are really good.
It's really strong. They don't give you the burpees, but krill oil is the best, and it'll give you the damn burps.
And I'm just sorry. You want something like this, you don't get stuff for free.
The krill is hallucinogenic.
It's so good, in my view.
I'm not making a medical statement here, but let me tell you something.
I eat five capitals of krill oil before I go to bed.
I'm seeing Santa Claus that night.
So your brain is made basically out of what fish oil is.
So we don't make a big profit off of it, but you notice I just obsess because whatever the best is we've got, I just can't lie to you.
I just can't do it! Defeat the globalists.
Hashtag Alex Jones.
Defeat the pedophiles.
Hashtag Alex Jones.
Defeat Alexandra Cortez and her mindless idiocy with hashtag Alex Jones.
Defeat the censors with hashtag Alex Jones.
They've tried to ban us off every platform out there, but we've just gotten stronger because you've taken action with hashtag Alex Jones.
I am patient zero in the massive banning, but you can override the censors now.
And if all of our audience gets involved with hashtag Alex Jones, we are unstoppable together.
We've already changed the world together with our laser focus.
Do it again with hashtag Alex Jones on Twitter, on Facebook, on Google, on YouTube, everywhere.
Call and talk radio, C-SPAN, shout it out loud in public, hashtag Alex Jones.
That's the rallying cry to restore the First Amendment.

And we're going to discuss a couple of legal matters I think that the president is dealing with.
That's the illegal spying.
That is the censorship.
I think, to me, one is a little tougher than the other.
To me, I think the president is in a tougher situation with the censorship than he is with the illegal spying.
I feel like that's more cut and dry.
The law is already in place.
Whereas with the censorship...
The precedent is kind of unknown.
Social media, the internet is kind of an unknown factor, I think, when it comes to precedent for censorship and free speech and whatnot.
But what do you think?
I mean, what do you think is the more difficult thing for the president to kind of harness?
And what do you think needs to be done?
Let's first, whichever one you think is more difficult.
norm pattis
I think the more difficult question is what to do with censorship, because the First Amendment limitation on restricting freedom of speech applies only to governments, whether that be state, local, or municipal.
It doesn't apply to private entities.
Now, private entities, various state and or federal statutes, can give what look like First Amendment protections to speech, but they don't.
So a private service content provider enters into a contractual relationship with a person, and they can write a contract any terms they want.
You can't use the word the in a sentence.
That would be ridiculous, but they could do so.
So with respect to how Infowars has been treated, these companies are within their contractual rights to do so, and they're not violating Infowars or anyone's First Amendment rights.
But it remains deeply offensive.
What I'm worried about is the...
And frankly, I worry a lot about artificial intelligence.
I worry about the digital overlords, so to speak.
And I worry that when somebody like Mark Zuckerberg comes out in the Washington Post and says, look, we need to have restrictions on speech on social media, he's really setting the stage for what I will call a new exception to the First Amendment.
So, First Amendment freedom of expression, what are the exceptions?
You can't advocate a crime, that's speech, but you can't do it.
You can't advocate treason to the United States, which is the direct overthrow of the country.
That's a crime. You can't, under civil tort law, defame someone.
That's not protected.
But hate speech has always been protected in the United States.
If you look at the Penny Press at the time of the founding, there was crazy stuff in there.
There was a paper for every persuasion.
owen shroyer
Honestly, if you really went back and read some of the stuff, it was almost...
As bad, if not worse, than you'd think today.
norm pattis
Far worse. These people would kill each other.
Well, let me talk. I'm a lot older than you, Owen.
When I was your age, we had the...
I don't believe it. Well, what are you about?
You're 61. I'm 28.
I'm in my 60s.
I'm old enough to be your dad.
But when I was coming up, we had the Black Panthers arming themselves.
We had riots in the cities.
We had political assassinations.
We had, you know, Kennedy was killed.
Luther was killed. Martin Luther King was killed.
So a number of assassinations.
The weather underground was blowing up buildings.
I lived in Detroit during the Detroit riots and watched neighborhoods burn and National Guardsmen patrol my streets.
Those were violent times.
These are not yet, at least, our times.
They may well and easily could become our time.
So the notion that somehow speech is going to inspire people to act violently is crazy.
Suppression of speech will do that.
And so I worry about the creation of a new exception, and I'll call it social pornography.
Give me one second, humor me.
I know I'm going on a long-winded guy.
But, like, for example, if you send me a picture online of a naked baby and you're a doctor and says this is an example of a skin rash, that will be protected.
If there's no serious artistic, literary, or scientific purpose in sending that picture, you could be guilty of sending me child porn.
Now, how do we know pornography?
Justice Potter Stewart once said it easily.
I don't know how to define it, but I know it when I see it.
That is what the law calls a subjective standard.
Are we gravitating toward a hate speech exception to freedom of speech?
And I think the frightening answer is yes.
And so, you know, you know Infowars and Alex have been sued in a Connecticut courtroom.
Among our defenses is we do not want to have a new category of prohibited speech.
The antidote to hateful speech or speech that you disagree with is more speech, not suppression of speech.
So I don't think...
I worry that the country's gravitating in that way.
I worry that cases like Sandy Hook are going to create that kind of bad law which will harm everyone.
But I don't think there's anything that the president can do about it, perhaps other than sponsor legislation that requires companies to give freedom of speech to folks.
But I think the companies would object.
owen shroyer
Well, and I think, too, though, philosophically and intellectually, what we're all dealing with is...
I mean, we didn't create this world, right?
So, like, who's to say that I can't say something or do something right?
That's the whole point, you know? The Bill of Rights is God-given rights, not by the government.
So... Not to, you know, force a belief system on anybody, but just for the context of the law, that's to say that we recognize that the rights we have herein were granted by not us, but God. Like, we inherently have these rights.
Well, on the internet, or in the digital world, or the cyber world, that same logic I don't think applies.
And so I think that that's where the blockade is here because Facebook created their digital cyberspace.
Twitter created their digital cyberspace.
So who's to say that you have the same rights applied here in the real world that you do in the digital world?
This is to me where it's kind of unprecedented stuff.
But I think we get distracted when they start talking about hate speech or they talk about divisive speech or speech leading to violence.
I think that's all a front.
I don't think that they actually think that that's what's happening here.
I don't think that's why they're actually censoring Infowars or anybody else.
I think it's all political.
Now, if that can be somehow proven...
What kind of implications could follow from that?
norm pattis
Well, I think I'm hearing what you're saying for the first time.
I'm not sure I believe there is a category of speech that's genuinely hate speech, because I think people hate what they fear.
I would re-characterize it as fear speech, and I think there's fear across the United States.
People are afraid of what's happening in their neighborhoods.
They're afraid of what's happening in the country.
They're afraid for the future. People are afraid of Infowars.
Infowars is afraid of media matters.
owen shroyer
There's a crisis. Well, I want to correct the record.
I am not one in the least bit afraid of media.
norm pattis
All right, but they can inspire you to hatred.
You're afraid that they may succeed with others in taking rights from you.
owen shroyer
That's fair. I am afraid that their agenda would be successful.
norm pattis
And that's all. I mean, you're a big guy.
I saw you stand down those abortion activists in Austin yesterday, so I know you're not easily feared.
But here's the deal.
The 18th century philosopher Immanuel Kant once said there are two things that filled him with awe, the starry heavens above and the moral law within.
He couldn't account for them. I think there's a third thing that's equally as mysterious, and that is our sense of legitimacy.
What's legitimacy? Guy walks through that door right now, puts a gun in your face and says, give me your wallet.
You'll give it to him out of fear, most likely.
If you put a badge on that person and call him a police officer, you'll probably give him the wallet.
There'll still be fear, but there may be a sense, there might be a sense, that he's doing so with justification, that he has authority.
The difference between power and authority is legitimacy.
For many people in the United States right now, that distinction has been eliminated.
We do not believe in public institutions, and so there is a crisis of legitimacy in this country.
Free speech can bring us back together, but suppressing speech will deepen the divides, and we will end up with something like civil war.
So I think that we're in a difficult point in our history right now.
I don't know that we'll have civil war, but I do know that the massive distrust, the fear of speech on both sides of the political divide present a clear and present danger to the things we value in this country.
owen shroyer
You know, that argument of legitimacy...
That's actually an interesting concept because I want to now think about that and apply it to the world of media where it used to be, you know, if I'm on CNN or I'm on the big TV networks and I've got a suit and tie, like that's your legitimacy, right?
Oh, I reported it. It's real.
And so the real empty suits have the fear of us now.
That's right. We're not popular because we wear suits and ties.
We're not popular because we have big studios.
We do that because we want to be competitive.
We're popular because of the content we provide.
But in their eyes, oh, but you're not legitimate.
You don't have the television networks.
You don't have the makeup teams that do your hair and makeup before you go on air.
I'm sure you were very upset we didn't provide a makeup girlfriend.
norm pattis
Oh, no, this is me made up.
You should see how bad I look off.

Remember when TV didn't watch you, you watched television?
There's no reviews yet for it, but it's at Infowarsstore.com.
We bought the best-selling antenna.
We sell it for, what is it, $5 less than Amazon does.
Infowars HD digital TV antenna.
And, I mean, look, you're talking like 100-plus digital channels, and then they'll have four or five subchannels.
Of every old cool TV show, old movies, it's like way better than cable.
And it's like Hawaii Five-0, Gilligan's Island, Ivory Magini, Dallas, stuff from the 90s, new stuff.
Like when the Olympics was on, I didn't know there were 10 channels of Olympics on TV. I mean, it's like, my God, this is way better than cable.
And people don't know that it's free after you buy the antenna.
The point is, is that there's so many channels and it's not watching you.
It's not tracking you.
So we do sell the antennas at the lowest price you'll find at Infowarsstore.com.

And then I actually have another question for Norm or just an issue that not too many people are talking about.
But before we do that, I have to remind you about a super sale.
That's right, a super sale we have going on right now at infowarsstore.com.
The Spring Supercell, 60% off.
You heard me right.
60% off top-selling supplements like Bodies and Brain Force Plus.
60% off.
You've got free shipping store-wide.
Free shipping store-wide right now at InfoWarsStore.com.
And then deep discounts. I think at minimum 50% off every InfoWars Life supplement.
And then you've got the...

DNA Force Plus right now is on sale.
It's all on sale.
It's all at Infowarsstore.com.
And as we're sitting here talking about censorship, yes, we do endure the censorship.
Yes, they do kick us off all the social media platforms.
Yes, that does make it almost impossible for us to market and expand our market reach.
But thanks to your support at Infowarsstore.com, We continue to exist.
We continue to persist.
And we will hopefully continue to expand with your support at Infowarsstore.com.
So take advantage of the spring super sale.
And if you're not into supplements or you don't want to get a political t-shirt, we've got household items, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash.
It's all at Infowarsstore.com and it's your support that sustains our free speech.
And so we were talking about The censorship that we're enduring and how much Trump can do or legally can do when it comes to this.
And you were talking about legitimacy.
And we were kind of talking about legitimacy in media where I think that we've kind of passed the threshold where just because you're not on cable news doesn't mean you have any more or less legitimacy as, say, some guy on the internet.
Where that used to be like the big insult.
Oh, you're just some internet blogger.
Oh, you're just some YouTuber.
Well, that isn't really as much of an insult anymore.
I think even the older generations that didn't grow up on the internet, I think even they are starting to kind of recognize that, wow, There are legitimate sources that you can find online and actually there's really illegitimate sources on television.
So I think that that is something that's kind of starting to transcend any age or any concept of media, that whole, oh, you're just on the internet.
I don't know if that has as much influence on people's opinion anymore.
norm pattis
I think it does. I think, you know, Tip O'Neill, Massachusetts House member, once said all politics is local.
I think all news is local. We know what feels real.
When I listen to you talk about an angry person or see you interview somebody in downtown Austin where I've just been, I can tell whether you're fake or not.
Are you reporting a sentiment that I share?
Are you reporting an experience that I've had?
When I watch the folks on CNN, as I do from time to time, they're talking about a world that I read about.
That world almost seems like fiction to me.
They're reporting what passes for facts among a certain segment of the population, but that's a segment of the population, I'll call it the cocktail party clique.
The rich and the powerful who care enough about what one another think and read the same polls and rely on the same information.
That's not a world that I live in.
That's not a world that the people I represent live in.
It's a world of comfort. Yeah, it's a world of comfort, and there's a lot of discomfort in the United States right now.
The opioid epidemic isn't because people love opioids.
The suicide epidemic among white middle-class, middle-aged males isn't because the world's working.
It's because people are looking to escape a place where they don't feel at home.
Or amongst veterans. Yeah, or amongst veterans.
32 or 30-some per day, I think it is.
owen shroyer
A VA hospital, I forget where, a veteran walked into a VA hospital and shot himself.
norm pattis
And this is where news happens.
This is my loved one, your loved one.
I don't know an anchor person for CNN. And so I think the glamorous can talk about the world.
You know, you look at the divide between rich and poor.
You look at what some of these network personalities are paid.
They're living in a bubble. And the people I represent who face prison or who face tremendous financial consequences for just going about the daily tasks of life often, they're hurting, they're angry, they're pissed off, and they're looking for a reliable source of news.
So bloggers can conserve that function.
Infowars, I think, does.
I'll be honest with you.
I'm a busy lawyer. I don't get to watch anywhere near as much TV as I wish I could, and I'm a little much of a caveman on social media.
But from just hanging out here for the last few days and watching what you're doing, I think Infowars is trying to reach a segment of the population who doesn't feel heard anywhere else.
And it's trying to establish a direct relationship with them in spite of efforts to silence you.
I applaud that. I think that's as American as apple pie.
Now, what can Trump do about Facebook and company censoring?
I don't know. I mean, it would be helpful if he pardoned Julian Assange and basically said, look, I thought information wanted to be free.
Isn't that what you were selling me, Mr.
owen shroyer
Zuckerberg, some time ago? You know, I wonder, too, because Trump's not an idiot and he knows that his base isn't, you know, low IQ. He knows that we know he praised WikiLeaks for months and years during the campaign for him to now say, oh, I don't know anything.
So I'm not sure if he's kind of lobbing an alley-oop up to him because he does do this.
He'll lob an alley-oop up to himself and it'll clang off the backboard and you're like, oh, geez, he just slammed the backboard and then he comes back and rebounds it for a dunk.
You're like, oh, now I see what you're doing.
So I could kind of see that because what's happening is the same media that used to praise Assange, CNN and MSNBC, are now, they're now hating him.
So he's almost kind of Set themselves up for failure.
norm pattis
Well, maybe. And this might be a good way to segue into your second topic.
Because there are a complex body of laws governing what are called state secrets or national security.
And so Julian Assange publishing, for example, confidential State Department communications is arguably a violation of that law.
Now, I happen to have been relieved to read some of the things that was going on.
They confirmed my suspicion about what was going on in Iraq.
And to see some of the videos, I recall a particularly glaring video of the destruction of some civilians.
This is something our government would have denied to us and lied to us.
So Assange broke the law, and his breaking of the law, however, brought us truth that called into question the legitimacy of government.
So it created this cycle.
You know, his question said, hey, now we have proof that they're lying.
Their own words tell us that they're lying.
So I'm not sure what to do about that.
I think the Internet is a new presence in the world.
And I just cannot tell you how stunned I was by Zuckerberg calling for censorship.
I think that, you know, I know you guys are big on the deep state.
I'm not sure I get all of that because I don't think people are intelligent enough to have conspiracies.
I think we're all sinners in need of grace.
But I do think that The internet and machine learning and big data presents a challenge that we're just beginning to understand now.
And Zuckerberg, sitting at the cusp of that, gets it.
Okay, if information wants to be free and we can't keep secrets, then the whole thing's going to collapse because a certain element of deceit, or call it legal fictions, has always been necessary for the human race to survive.
So I think that what Trump can and should do with respect to Barr's comments is he should direct that there be a prosecution.
If, in fact, in respect to the 2016 election, the CIA, for example, was embedding people in campaigns or intelligence agencies who, by statute, have limited jurisdiction only over foreign affairs, if those agencies were turned loose on the United States citizenry or on a political campaign, that is, if not an act of treason, that is a felony that should carry serious consequences.
And so I think what the power that Trump has as commander-in-chief and as the chief executive is to direct the attorney general to convene a grand jury, investigate the extent to which intelligence agencies went rogue and went rogue against the electoral process because nothing undermines our sense of legitimacy more than that.
So I would urge the president to do that.
I found your coverage yesterday of Barr fantastic.
You know, I was telling my wife about it from the phone here.
I'm staying in town for a few days.
So, you know, you should have seen all these liberal commentators.
They were having a stroke about what Barr has to say.
She says, I didn't see any of that.
I said, well, I don't know. You know, you weren't watching Infowars.
So I turned on CNN this morning as I was getting ready to come in to your offices.
It's like Barr never made any comments.
And Barr didn't gratuitously grandstand.
Barr went to a committee.
He was subpoenaed there to answer their questions.
They asked him questions about surveillance.
You're not saying that our government is fine.
owen shroyer
No, I think he was intentionally neutral.
I think he was very...
norm pattis
They forced his hand and then they killed the messenger.
Then they blamed him for delivering the truth they demanded he tell.
owen shroyer
Well, and my concern is, on the other side of this, and they may have all their T's crossed and I's dotted, they're going to say, well, we did spy, yes, but it was all because we were worried.
I mean, we genuinely thought there was a Russian spy, so maybe that's their out.
alex jones
I've been doing a lot of research into Google and YouTube censorship, and I've noticed that there's one type of video that is the most censored, the most buried, the most suppressed.
And that's the videos where you saw in 2016 election night all the arrogant leftist authoritarians like the young turds and others get so butthurt when Trump won.
They don't want us to have that victory.
They don't want us to remember what political action did.
And that's why the globalists, Hillary and others, are trying to shut InfoWars down.
This is a fight about taking your speech away, not just my speech.
About taking your very sovereignty away.
This country is in a war.
So again, I want to thank you for what you've done, but I want to remind you, if you don't spread the articles and videos, and if you don't financially get the great products we have and fund us, and the 360 win, we're dead in the water.
I'm in your hands, you're in my hands.

There are thousands of ideologies out there, hundreds of different political systems, and most of them are funded by the globalists.
InfoWars is truly the tip of the spear of the zeitgeist.
That's why the globalists are obsessed with it, trying to shut it down.
I didn't invent all this.
I went and researched the Renaissance, Americana, and what really works for humanity, and I'm simply trying to bring it back.
And lo and behold, it's super popular, like it's always been.
That's why the globalists are trying to shut it down so desperately.
Because we have the light in the dark of the night.
That sends chills up my spine.
So whatever you do, continue to support yourself and Infowars by buying the great products at Infowarsstore.com, by spreading the articles, by spreading the videos, and by praying for this operation and for praying for this nation and the world for peace and discernment.

All right, Norm Pattis is with us in studio for one more segment He's got a very interesting history.
Just getting to know him a little bit here in the breaks, but we're talking about the legal issues going on right now.
And, well, there's three things I really want to get in here before you leave us today.
And I'm just going to kind of put them all out there, and then you can decide where you want to go.
First off, I think that The answer to the censorship right now that's happening on social media is just to launch an investigation into these companies.
I think if a fair investigation is launched into these companies, there's probably so much...
Let's just say illicit behavior.
I think you could intimidate them out of the censorship, the clear political censorship they're engaged in.
Or you could basically just clean house, either replace leadership or shut it down.
Your thoughts on that? It was interesting how you said local news is real and how when I go out on the streets and I'm talking to people, it's like the realest thing you can get.
That hit home so much to me, I can't even explain because I was actually thinking about that and how I mean, don't get me wrong, I love what I do here in the studio every day, and I love preparing, specifically because I know there's people that can't watch news 10 hours a day like I do.
So I understand my role, and I don't take it for granted, but part of me just feels like going out and being with people on the streets, like at these events, is the most powerful news, because there is no twist, there is no slant.
They always say, oh, you have to cherry-pick to put these videos together.
I don't. I do them all live anyway, so you can't even make that accusation.
So I just wanted to say that.
And then the one thing I wanted to talk about...
If you want to get into this kind of as a segue off of the illegal witch hunt against President Trump, because really this kind of stems from that.
All of the hate crimes that have been, and I don't know your thought or philosophy on the term hate crime.
It's probably like hate speech, I would imagine, but I'll leave you to...
Yeah, your opinion on that.
But I'm kind of like hate crime, whatever.
But since they want to say hate crimes, three hate crimes, in my opinion, were done against Trump supporters yesterday.
You saw what happened to me.
The drag queen hit me. Brandon Strzok, the leader of the walkaway movement, he got struck by a woman because he was wearing a Trump hat in an airport.
And then you had Michael Toks speaking on a college campus.
Someone came and tried to spray him with bleach.
And so those were three just yesterday, all on tape, all documented.
No coverage. No mention at all.
I mean, do you think I'm just maybe trying to play the victim here?
I mean, I don't think I am.
But to me, you have hate crimes happening almost every day against Trump supporters.
Nobody talks about it. Smollett fakes one.
He gets every news outlet in the world to give him, you know, 24 hour around the clock coverage.
norm pattis
What is wrong here? I don't believe there is a legitimate category of crimes called hate crimes.
That's my bias as a criminal defense lawyer.
Basically, a crime is, like, for example, what is a tort?
Latin word for tort is twisted or tortious.
It's twisted behavior. Crimes are conduct that depart from socially expected norms.
Hate just addresses the motive.
It doesn't address the conduct.
You were the victim of a crime yesterday.
You were a victim of a low-level assault.
The other two events that you described were low-level assaults as well.
Law enforcement has tremendous discretion about whether to charge or not.
And there are a certain number of offenses that I'll call fourth outfielders, meaning when they don't know what else to charge, they can always call this guy in from the bleachers and he'll get you with something.
Breach of peace, for example, resisting arrest, interfering with a police officer.
These are garbage crimes.
So I think when there's disparate enforcement of the law, it breeds disrespect for the law.
And I think there is a growing intolerance of the right in certain parts of the country that is reflected in other things, like, for example, the growing discussion of reparations.
You may have seen the student body at Georgetown suggesting that there should be payments made to descendants of slaves.
You know, my family came here from Cyprus in the 1930s.
We didn't own slaves.
I don't think I owe a debt to anyone in the past.
owen shroyer
Well, I can put it into slave reparations real quick.
Anybody who is a slave in this country, step forward.
Anybody who owned a slave, step forward, and we'll figure it out.
You know how many people are going to step forward?
norm pattis
Not many. Not many.
Exactly. So, you know, the hate crime thing, it's disparate law enforcement.
There's a growing intolerance of speech, and this does parallel my views about hate speech.
I worry that somehow we're coming to the point in this country where...
It's a crime to stand up for your country.
If you say, I want to defend my community and you're white, you're called a white supremacist or a white nationalist.
I talked with Alex this morning about Candace Owen, a former client of mine.
She wasn't a Hitler lover.
She's not a nationalist in some sort of vituperative sense.
What she values is the life that she has against perceived threats to that life.
owen shroyer
What did it make you feel like watching Jerry Nadler?
I mean, that was some of the lowest behavior I've ever seen from a congressman.
norm pattis
It's what I expect of a congressman.
owen shroyer
But to gavel the person invited there?
To gavel her and then lie about what she said?
norm pattis
Well, he clearly wasn't paying attention.
And if there was an idiot in the room, the idiot was swinging the gavel.
I mean, Congress, you know, one of the problems with Congress, well, I can't say it's a problem.
When a congressman speaks on the well of the court, they're immune from suit.
They have absolute immunity.
So they can lie as much as they want, and the remedy is the polling place.
So I like to say we get the government we deserve.
I'd like to believe we deserve better than Nadler, but I can't believe we're not getting it.
owen shroyer
That's kind of a harsh reality to look at.
norm pattis
What was that first topic? I'm old.
owen shroyer
I can't remember. So I was saying, because I think I do agree with you in principle, that For the government to intervene, and government intervention is such a dirty word.
With the tech companies, you know, obviously there's probably legal restrictions there.
But I feel genuinely, if you investigated these companies, and I think the biggest, we'll just say crimes, you know, who knows, malpractice maybe, that they're engaged in is just the data mining.
norm pattis
Well, that's true. I've been preoccupied with machine learning and AI for several years now.
And what I've learned in the course of reading is the best kept secrets in the United States aren't national security secrets.
They're Google algorithms or Facebook algorithms or Amazon algorithms.
I think these companies weigh their money rather than count it.
They will fight to the death against disclosure of those secrets.
And then if you pin them in the back room and you tell them that the end is coming, they'll share them with the government in exchange for some sort of immunity.
And you already see that in the cooperative agreements.
owen shroyer
And I've gone down this thought process, and what I believe would either happen is they would cooperate or they would change their algorithms before they present them to them, and now you have obstruction of justice.
norm pattis
Well, but then you've got to have a prosecutor that can charge it and prove it.
And that's often very, very difficult.
You know, a very wealthy corporation can play hide-the-ball and defeat justice all the time.
I mean, ask yourself in 2008, when the economy crashed because of wide-scale fraud with respect to derivatives, the banks were too big to fail.
We granted them immunity while you and I or our clients lost our homes.
The real criminals walked away free.
That's the reason people don't trust government because when push comes to shove, the big guy walks and the little guy gets screwed.
owen shroyer
Let me ask you this.
You could look at this from being on either side of the courtroom.
Let's say it comes to this.
What legal precedent is there or what legitimacy is there for a company to say...
You checked this box right here and said, I agree to these terms.
Now, you know, did you read them?
Probably not. Nobody does.
But in it, it says, guess what?
We can actually not only are we going to take all the data that you put on our platform consuming, we're also going to get into all of your data and we're going to get all of that.
Oh, that's illegal. Oh, no, you checked the box.
norm pattis
I mean, what about that? The first phenomenon is called an adhesion contract.
Basically, if you want the service, you've got to sign the contract.
Nobody reads all that gibberish. I don't read it.
When I look at it, I think I need a lawyer.
I've been a lawyer almost all my life.
Somebody give me a lawyer here. I can't read that crap.
With respect to the data mining, you've got to read this new book called The Age of Surveillance Capitalism.
It's as big as a phone book, and the writing isn't graceful, but she's dead right.
When Google started out, it was a search function.
To serve your search more effectively, they mined your metadata, and they directed you to things you might be interested in.
They then learned, and Google did this, Yahoo didn't, which is why Google's around and Yahoo's a wannabe.
Google learned that they could mine the derivative data about you and aggregate it with others and sell it to third parties.
So, you know, the, To me, I quit social media earlier in the year.
I read a book by... It's called 10 Arguments to Quit Social Media Right Now.
And I thought, these people are censoring us right now, but they're selling my data to others for profit to manipulate me.
And this takes us back to the Russian election, which we ended on the last break.
I am not at all surprised and candidly not even offended...
We try to manipulate theirs.
We toppled people in the 1950s by assassination and political coups.
That's what the CIA did.
That's what states do.
If we had any, excuse my language, balls in this country, we would embrace the interference in the election and thank the Russians for drawing clear the divisions in this country and try to talk about them across the political aisle.
The danger, the answer to hateful speech, the answer to disturbing speech is more speech.
That's why InfoWars exists and why you have to keep fighting.
owen shroyer
Well, and that's why I try to have people on with a different point of view all the time.
norm pattis
Do people refuse to come on because they don't like Infowars?
owen shroyer
Does that surprise you?
norm pattis
It does, but I'm ashamed.
They should be ashamed and they're cowards if they fail to do that.
owen shroyer
I started a list.
It was called the Coward and Fraud Watch Warning List.
And we would bring on, I mean, all the people that write articles, we would reach out to every single one of them all the time, write articles about me, about Infowars, about Alex.
They never come on. There was a lady yesterday, I found her on Twitter.
She was, well, let's just say she was shaking her booty for abortion yesterday.
Shake your booty. She was shaking her booty for abortion yesterday.
I invited her to come on. She said, no way.
I said, look, I'll do a fair interview.
If you want to do a debate, we can debate.
I just wanted to have you on for an interview to get why you're out here shaking your butt for abortion.
norm pattis
Let me leave you with this thought.
Cicero, the Roman orator, said that what makes a community is A common sense of values and a common conception of right.
If we don't talk to one another, we won't have shared values.
If we don't have shared...

What is the one event that made this whole thing news?
When it's been going on for years and years and years and was never news, was never reported, what was it?
That made it news now.
Well, first and foremost was the desire for the media to make it a story.
There is no reporting the news or discovering it.
There is making the news.
That's why I call this a manufactured crisis.
And Boorstin's theory is that it usually happens with an image, a still photograph or a video that somebody in the media trots out And uses the image to begin shaping the emotional reaction of consumers of news.
I could sit here all day and tell you about President Trump's new zero tolerance immigration policy, the one that's leading to the separation of children from their parents at the border.
And I could help you understand it by maybe quoting numbers or statistics.
I could play sound bites of officials.
Or I could just show you a single picture, this one, of a screaming, terrified two-year-old little girl wearing a tiny pink jacket, no laces in her shoes, stopped at the U.S. border with her mother.
She is quickly becoming the human face of Trump's new immigration policy, one he says he hates, but is refusing to change.
Are we ready yet?
How soon do you think we'll be able to get this cut?
Oh, we're going to be down in about four or five hours.
Oh, that's good.
We can link that to the press. They can downlink it on Telstar 401 Transporter 21.
And this just in, a news break special report from the Albanian front.
We've just received information that the young Albanian national fleeing in this video is attempting to escape terrorist reprisals in her village America has seldom witnessed a more poignant picture of the human race than that which aren't Fantastic. Thousands of people protested across Texas yesterday.
They accused the administration of punishing undocumented children by removing them from their parents.
Children and adults are seen huddled together in the building that's divided up into chain-linked fencing that looks like a cage.
Trump administration officials have been sending babies and other young children...
Oh, no. Mean-spirited and un-American.
I can't do it, Wolf.
I'm stuck. I can't do it.
Let them hit!
Let them hit!
Let them hit! Let them hit!
Let them hit!
Put up the graphic of this.
Thank you. But now the man who claims to be the little girl's father says she was in fact not separated from her mother.
The Democrats want open borders.
Tensions boiling over at the U.S.-Mexico border.
U.S. agents shot tear gas into the crowd of migrants.
That tear gas injured two children earlier today.
Reuters photographer snapping these images, appearing to show a woman trying to rush two children to safety.
There are those questioning the use of the tear gas on the women and children.
What I find unconscionable is that people would intentionally take children into this situation.
The caravan, as we call them, We'd push women and children towards the front and then begin basically rocking our agency.
Those are people coming to the border, as far as you know, for asylum, isn't it?
I do not believe that is true.
owen shroyer
Alright, so that's just another example of how fake news works, how fake news is manufactured, and how it gets spread around the world before the truth even has time to put its pants on.
So, it doesn't just stop there.
You saw Jussie Smollett, you saw Covington Catholic, you saw the Brett Kavanaugh accusations, you saw everything they said about Trump.
Now on the other side, we've got a pretty disturbing story, quite frankly, to talk about where my next guest, Jeff Younger, who's in studio, is going to tell us a story.
alex jones
Wars are like 12-round heavyweight boxing championship fights.
It's about who wants it, who's prepared to go the longest, and who's ready to do the damage.
We took on Hillary Clinton.
We stopped it. We got a nationalist in.
Nationalists are getting elected all over the world right now.
We are winning. But those of us who are at the very front line of the tip of the spear are under unprecedented attack.
So I come to you each day and try to explain to you that this is a war of attrition.
This is about who wants it most.
You know the persecution, the censorship, the sponsors, they've taken everything.
I am in your hands. You are in my hands.
I need financial support, and I got products you and your family need.
It's that simple. Thousands of great products.
Whatever's award-winning, whatever's best-selling, what folks love, what I love, we bring it to you at infoworkstore.com.
So please, go to infoworkstore.com today, look at all the great products, because we're in your hands, I'm in your hands, and your support is beyond critical.

Thank you. Alright ladies and gentlemen,
owen shroyer
my next guest in studio is Jeff Younger.
The website where you can get all the information on his story and what he's in studio to talk about is SaveJames.com SaveJames.com And these are the types of interviews I do that's kind of like a root canal.
You don't want to do it and it's tough and I'm sure For you, Jeff, this is not a subject that you enjoy talking about and not a subject or a battle that you enjoy having to embark on, but here's where we're at.
You've got a six-year-old son, and you and your wife have been divorced now for two years, and so there's a bit of a custody battle.
I'm not sure how relevant that is to what you're dealing with.
You can speak to that, but the story is that your ex-wife Is trying to send your six-year-old son through a transsexual transition.
And she's currently had the social transition completed, you were telling me.
And then there's other phases she's moving on to.
So why don't you just kind of briefly tell the story and how you've gotten to this point of wanting to come here on InfoWars and tell the story while you have the website SaveJames.com.
jeff younger
Well, it really started when James was two.
I started noticing we were still living together.
She hadn't filed for divorce.
I started noticing odd things.
She would put him into timeouts and say things like, the monsters only eat boys.
Don't be a boy. And I was a stay-at-home dad at that time.
owen shroyer
I worked from home. And so this is like, I mean, this is the first sign of any odd behavior?
jeff younger
Yeah, he's two. So, eventually, as he gets closer to three, she filed for divorce, and I moved out of the house.
So we were keeping the boys on a separate schedule, 225 schedule, so we had equal time with the boys.
owen shroyer
And you have two older sons, too, just so people know when you say boys.
jeff younger
No, I have two sons, James and Jude.
I named after the brothers of Jesus, and they're both six.
They're twins. Okay, gotcha.
Yeah, they're the only children. So...
While at my house, just after his third birthday, James started saying he was a girl.
So I asked him, who says you're a girl?
And he says, mommy. So I whipped out my phone.
It's the first video I'd ever taken on an iPhone.
I teach myself how to do it right quick.
And I took a video and I asked him, like, why do you think you're a girl?
And he says, mommy. He says, I'm a girl.
It's the first time I heard of it. When I asked Ann Georgula, she's a pediatrician in Capel.
And a lot of people are surprised that she's a pediatrician.
But I asked her, I said, are you telling James that he's a girl?
And she was very open.
owen shroyer
She said, yes, I am. And this is your ex-wife, but you're still married at the time.
jeff younger
We were still married at the time. And then we went through a year and about four months of the divorce, waiting for trial.
And it got worse and worse.
And then after the divorce, it kept getting worse and I kept telling her that I was going to get more and more forceful in stopping her and I might even take her to court and try to get injunctions against this behavior.
And then on his fifth birthday, she had a coming out party for him and he showed up in a dress with all of his church friends and was very embarrassed.
owen shroyer
Now, is this a joint birthday party with his twin brother?
jeff younger
Yes. And after that, in July, she filed what's called a motion to modify.
So she wants to change our custody arrangements and the arrangements the court set up in the divorce and take away many of my parental rights if I refuse to affirm that James is actually a girl.
owen shroyer
Well, actually, I want to focus on that for a second because I'm kind of cloudy on this.
I don't know the... I've never been married or have kids, so I'm just curious, in this situation, what is the legal precedent or decision when it comes to raising the children?
I mean, does one parent have more say than the other?
Is it still a joint parenting agreement?
Because now you're looking at a situation where each parent is saying a different thing, so what's...
Where is the decision?
What does a judge think?
jeff younger
It's a really good question, and a lot of people do not understand how that works in Texas.
And Texas has actually taken great care to protect parents' rights.
So in Texas, they're called conservator rights.
I am named as a joint managing conservator.
So Ann and I share all parental rights.
Okay? But there's one peculiar exception the judge made.
I cannot consent to psychological or psychiatric treatment for James.
Only Ann can do that, which is the crucial thing I need to get a second opinion.
And I've never been able to get a second opinion from my son.
owen shroyer
How did the judge reach that decision?
jeff younger
It's completely unknown to me.
owen shroyer
Because here would be my concern.
If I was, say, in your shoes, that you're going to wind up with somebody who thinks, oh, if you don't want to put your six-year-old son in a dress, you're a bigot.
Now, whether or not, say, the audience or the average Joe on the street believes that, I don't think that's the judge's decision to make.
I feel the judge leave the judge's own politics out of that and say, well, no, that's for the parents to decide.
jeff younger
You're right. So what this comes down to in family court, the way it plays out tactically, is it comes down to a duel between expert witnesses who are all making inferences about the best interests of the child, which is the standard that the family courts follow.
So she brought on an expert witness to testify that if I didn't say James was a girl, that James would deterministically kill himself.
owen shroyer
He testified to that. I just have to put this out there because I feel it needs to be said during this interview.
This is your six-year-old son, James, who was born with a penis and I imagine still has his penis.
Yes. And experts are saying that this is a girl.
jeff younger
Correct. And they're further saying that if I don't say he's a girl, he'll kill himself.
owen shroyer
So, and this could be, because kind of this is where my mind just goes approaching these things.
I like to take a different approach than say the tried and true.
So, I mean, what is your response?
Do you literally bring in a biology professor?
Do you have to bring in a doctor?
And to literally say, hi, this is a penis.
jeff younger
Yeah, so it's, you know, the rules of evidence in a civil trial require me to bring on competing expert opinions to counter expert opinions.
I'm not an expert, so I can't counter those opinions and the court can't consider them.
owen shroyer
So you literally have to have a doctor or a biology professor come in to explain basic science and biology?
jeff younger
Yeah, let me tell you what I have to do.
So one of the reasons that we have the donate button at SaveJames.com is because her experts, the leftists, are fully on board with her.
But I have to pay for these experts.
owen shroyer
Oh, and you know when they get something behind a transsexual movement, they get their people behind it.
jeff younger
Absolutely right. So what I have is I have a psychologist who can testify to the general psychology of a child and the development of gender identity.
I have an eminent pediatric endocrinologist who can testify to the hormones of a child and what the hormone development cycle is and how chemical castration hormone suppression of puberty works on a child.
I also need to get a biostatistician.
To counter the claims, and I myself work as a statistician, so you have to counter the claims that they're making from these psychological studies that they're misinterpreting.
owen shroyer
And James is going to have to go through all of this.
jeff younger
Well, usually children that young are not allowed to be in the courtroom and are not interrogated.
If they are, they're usually done by social workers off camera, but it will be a lengthy trial.
I have requested a jury.
I don't trust the judges. Yes.
So I've requested a jury trial, and Texas is the only state left, by the way, that lets juries decide custody arrangements between, I believe Texas is the only one that lets juries decide this.
I'd rather put it to a jury of my peers than to a judge.
But let me tell you, the judges are taking it very seriously.
There's a thing called temporary orders.
So when they filed that motion to modify, they put me under additional orders until we go to trial.
So I have certain injunctions that I have to obey.
owen shroyer
I would imagine it is restricting your parenting right now or access to James.
Big time. Okay, we're about to take a break.
I just want to, because there's transsexual people that listen to the show.
This has nothing to do with transsexual.
This has to do with parenting and kids, to me.
If a kid, when he's 18, wants to do this, that's a totally different story.
unidentified
Yes. I want to say Brain Force is great.
alex jones
I want to say Turbo Force is amazing.
It is. But if you took it with Bish oil...
It's like the fish oil is it.
The fish oil is better than it.
And that's an example of what I'm talking about.
Fish oil is liquid energy.
Brain, body, heart.
The cleanest, the best out there.
You've got the children's.
You've got the adults. You've got the krill oil.
If you're going to get the full effect, the fish oil and the children's are really strong.
They don't give you the burpees. But krill oil is the best, and it'll give you the damn burps.
And I'm sorry. You want something like this, you don't get stuff for free.
The krill is hallucinogenic.
It's so good, in my view.
I'm not making a medical statement here, but let me tell you something.
I eat five cabinets of krill oil before I go to bed.
I'm seeing Santa Claus that night.
So, your brain is made basically out of what fish oil is.
So we don't make a big profit off of it, but you notice I just obsess because whatever the best is we've got, I just can't lie to you.
I just can't do it!
Because we have the light in the dark of the night that sends chills up my spine.
So whatever you do, continue to support yourself and Infowars by buying the great products at Infowarsstore.com, by spreading the articles, by spreading the videos, and by praying for this operation and for praying for this nation and the world for peace and discernment.

It seems like every time I turn on your broadcast, you're bragging.
It just gets old, man.
alex jones
I'm going to shut you down right now, okay?
We're taking calls about your nomination.
Do you understand they're having congressional hearings trying to shut us down?
Do you understand I'm ringing the alarm?
If that was happening to anybody else, I'd be freaked out.
I mean, what's it gonna take?
Us being shut down? Is that what you want, Frank?
unidentified
You know what, Alex?
alex jones
Put him on pause again.
Hey, Frank! Do you understand it's not bragging to say, we are the tip of the spear, we're under attack, we need your help.
As much begging as I do, we can barely pay the bills and grow in the face of this.
I'm not gonna just stop growth and let them start pushing us backwards.
You understand? I need your help, Frank!

The War Room.
Infowars.com forward slash show.
owen shroyer
Welcome back to the Infowars.com War Room brought to you by Infowarsstore.com.
I'm joined in studio by Jeff Younger from SaveJames.com.
Well, we're about to get into the injunctions that he's facing, just keeping him from being a father.
It's really unbelievable what he's telling me off-air.
Real quick, before we get into that, has there ever been a case like yours at all?
I mean, are lawyers looking at any legal precedent that are involved in this?
jeff younger
You know, there is no Texas legal precedent for this.
Further, Health and Human Services with CPS, they have no policy on this.
owen shroyer
So this is why this is such a big case, too.
It is. Which means, I mean...
Anybody who knows law knows that whenever there's a case like this that could be precedent-setting, it gets politicized real quick.
jeff younger
Everyone involved fully expects it to go to the Supreme Court because no matter who wins or loses, it will be appealed at every level.
It's going to make it to the Texas Supreme Court.
And so one of the interesting things about James' case, too, is since he presents as a girl only with his mother and as a boy to everyone else...
There's a different spin here, right?
He has the opportunity to live a normal life with his dad.
He can have a normal gender expression and grow up as a normal boy.
And the court has a choice.
Like, there's a fork in the road for my son, which they want to send him down.
And I think that the way that these transgender activists look at this, it's not transgender activists, it's transgender child abuse advocates, because this is really not about adult transgenders at all.
The way they look at this is, if we can get courts to send a kid who has a normal gender self-expression down this Dutch protocol to a sex change operation, we can do it to any kid we want.
owen shroyer
Well, and I just think of the fact, and you just said, that James doesn't behave like this in front of you.
He doesn't want to be a girl in front of you.
jeff younger
Let me give you a story from last night.
So, unfortunately, I had to take my son to get a drug test last night, and so we went to emergency room.
owen shroyer
Which, again, to me, all this extracurricular stuff that they're putting your son through, to me, is child abuse.
jeff younger
It is. It was very traumatic for him.
You know, his mother showed up at the ER, and she asked him.
He had to go to the bathroom, and he said, I need to go to the bathroom.
And she asked him, hey, you want me to go to the bathroom?
And he says, no, I want dad to go with me.
It's for boys. She accidentally used his made-up girl named Luna, and he buried his head under my arm and started crying.
The only gender dysphoria my son has is acting like a girl.
owen shroyer
He doesn't want to act like a girl. Are you allowed to film this?
Are you allowed to get the people that witnessed that to be a part of this trial?
Yes. And how do you think...
I mean, to me, it's just like that's a no-brainer to it.
If it's a fair judge...
jeff younger
I agree. And you can go to the SaveJames.com website.
We have video out there.
I have the video from when he was three telling me this.
owen shroyer
But here's the difference.
You can see it all. This isn't a kid, you know, dressing up as a princess because he's having fun or playing with his girl cousins or something like that.
This is... As far as you're concerned, has shown no genuine interest in wanting to be a girl and is only receiving that influence from his mother.
jeff younger
Correct. Let me just level set you on what our weekends are like.
James prides himself on being a stick-and-move boxer.
And his brother is much more powerful than he is, and he's a wrestler.
And that's kind of their game, right?
And they wrestle and box.
Sounds like boys. We have something we call rugby rules at my house.
Any hit below the collarbone is a legal hit.
You can't come to me and complain about it.
And their favorite game is to punch each other in the shoulder and the gut and run around and wrestle.
And that's all they do. I mean, they do it constantly.
Their other favorite game is I have these awesome foam swords and they hit each other with them all the time.
Third, archery and hunting.
These are all the things we do.
No feminine stuff at all.
owen shroyer
But here's the thing too, I mean, for boys and girls when they're young like that, I mean...
They'll do stuff. And the next thing, most gender expression is very...
It's not really there.
I mean, there's certain things that they may want to wear or play that just goes in with their biology.
But like, for example, I mean, tomboys is a very common thing in girls, right?
Of course. Nobody tells them they're a boy!
jeff younger
No, you're right. Here's the thing.
The stats are very clear.
If you have, let's say, a boy who says, I'm a girl, 80 to 90% grow out of it by the time they're 18.
They return to just identify the biosex with no issue at all.
And even of the 10% that remain, almost none of them become transsexual.
Okay? And tomboys are the same way.
They just grow out of it, right?
They just come to identify with their biological sex.
The problem is that the psychologists and the American Psychology Association are saying that children have an innate gender by the time they're two.
That's insane. They're pushing it back to 18 months now.
So, like, her expert witness literally testified in court that if I did not affirm James, he'd kill himself.
owen shroyer
So now they're saying that before you can even actually form a memory, you know what sex you are.
jeff younger
Yeah, you don't even have object permanence at that time.
owen shroyer
I know. This is unbelievable to me.
I studied psychology, and I'm amazed.
jeff younger
Yeah. Yeah.
unidentified
But hold on. Let's talk about...
owen shroyer
Where this is at right now, because you said that your wife is actually putting him through transition phases.
Like, this is an official thing.
jeff younger
Yeah. There's a thing called the Dutch Protocol.
Your listeners can Google the Genesis G-E-N-E-C-I-S Clinic.
It's at Children's Hospital in Dallas.
They do sex changes on children there.
And you can see pictures of them on their website.
You don't have to believe me. Nobody believes me.
Go Google it and see it yourself.
So there's a thing called the Dutch Protocol.
It's a three-step protocol.
The first is social transition.
That's where you cross-dress them and get them comfortable in the social role.
Then they suppress puberty so that the child doesn't endure the, and this is what the American Psychological Association calls it, the trauma of transitioning into an adult of the wrong sex.
So what they'll do for my son is they'll administer some of the most powerful hormones that you can give human beings and suppress the growth of his sexual organs.
It will make him infertile.
It will chemically castrate him.
He won't be able to have an erection.
And his sexual organs will not grow.
They will stop where they are.
And that can happen as early as age 8.
So James has about one year and a month left for that.
Then as early as 15, they can do sex reassignment surgery.
owen shroyer
Now, I would imagine that the biggest struggle that you're going through is the fact that you'd have to convince anybody that you're on the side of right here.
That you'd have to convince anybody.
People with high regards in society, judges, lawyers.
To me, that would be the most unbelievable frustration to you, is that you'd have to convince anybody that what you're trying to do for your son is the right thing.
jeff younger
You're absolutely right. The courts are taking the other side very seriously.
owen shroyer
That's unbelievable to me. To me, this is me, that's mental illness.
jeff younger
I mean, it's pretty clear that they're laying the burden of proof on me.
owen shroyer
To prove. And how can they do that?
Because we didn't even have time to really get into your injunctions.
If you want to stay around for five more minutes.
Oh, sure. I mean, they're not even allowing...
I mean, they're totally ripping out any ability you have to have a say in this.
jeff younger
You are correct. And I think that's the real object here, is to really just take the father out of it and let's just get this kid on this road to hell.
owen shroyer
All right, I'm going to ask you a couple more questions.
Just stick with me for about two or three more minutes in this next segment.
We'll put an end cap on this, and then I'm going to be joined by our next guest, who's going to talk about the aftermath of the New Zealand shooting from New Zealand.
But folks, this is just incredible to me, and here's why it's so important.
As Jeff said, it's probably going to reach the Supreme Court here in Texas.
It could go beyond that.
This is going to be a preceding setting case.
I mean, just imagine, let's say a bitter wife, just to destroy you, wanted to turn your son into a woman.
Let's just say she did that out of spite.
Now the courts are going to let him do it.

All right, so final minute here with Jeff Younger.
It's really brutal.
I honestly can't even imagine what you're going through behind the scenes, Jeff.
You were going through some of it off air.
Pretty much Jeff has sacrificed everything, folks, to just try to be a dad for his son.
And it's unbelievable.
Again, if you just joined us, SaveJames.com is the website for the information.
His son, James, his ex-wife is trying to get James to be a girl.
This is not something that James wishes for.
This is all on record.
Jeff has it on record. Both of his sons show no signs of wanting to be girls.
And then one day James came home saying, I was told I was a girl.
Jeff said, by who? He said his mother.
And it's only gotten worse. Now it's going to court.
And, well, you can imagine what Jeff's worries are there.
But Jeff, just kind of put an end cap on this.
Mention the website. And just kind of a final thing here.
How have these injunctions handicapped you from being able to be a father to James now and really handicapped you in these important times with this current case to kind of build a case?
jeff younger
Yeah, one of the worst injunctions that I'm under is I'm not allowed to try to convince my son that he's a boy.
owen shroyer
It's like you can't even say, hey, James, how's your penis today?
jeff younger
I'm not supposed to do anything that could make him believe he's supposed to be a boy.
That's how they've interpreted it.
owen shroyer
That's just unbelievable. That's like, you can't say the sky is blue.
jeff younger
I had a situation where the boys were showering.
We had gone out and we had done some tracking and we came back and we were dirty.
We'd been in the creek. We were putting them in the shower.
Both of them are naked. They're getting in the shower.
And Jude just points down at James and says, hey, he's got a penis.
He's not a girl. Why are they calling him a girl?
And I legally can't answer that question.
So what I said was, this is my standard go-to thing.
I said, what does the book of Genesis say about the creation of man and woman?
That's all I can say. You can say that.
I can say that. And I read that book to them every night.
I read up to the creation of man and woman when they're at my home.
Every night before they go to bed.
But I can't do that.
Nor can I present James as a boy to anyone who knows him as a girl.
owen shroyer
But why is it that I'm assuming your wife is allowed to say that James is a girl?
jeff younger
Indeed, and in fact encourages him to be a girl and was taking him to a counselor who was encouraging him to transition to a girl.
owen shroyer
That's like a referee saying, you're not allowed to shoot the ball.
You're right. And then you say, well, can my opponent shoot the ball?
I say, well, heck yeah. You're right.
unidentified
Well, how can I win? Yeah, you're exactly right.
owen shroyer
So where can people go to read more about this and follow this and support you?
jeff younger
SaveJames.com.
You can find out everything. I've posted all of the court documents.
I have a dossier I've written, which gives you a complete chronological rundown.
And there's a donate button there.
Our biggest problem is affording expert witnesses to counter their expert witnesses.
And that's what I really need help is trying to have the cash to have expert witnesses there as good as hers.
owen shroyer
Well, I'll tell you what, Jeff.
Definitely keep us posted.
And if you feel the need to want to come in studio and break any more news here on this story, feel free to reach out and we will get you in because...
Thank you, sir. I do feel like this is a precedent-setting case, and we need to make sure that the right thing is done here.
Again, this has nothing to do with our stance on transgenders, not at all.
This is simply, to me, common-sense parenting and common-sense justice that a six-year-old boy that doesn't want to be a girl doesn't have to be a girl.
And I think that that's basically what this comes down to.
And if a judge and one woman want to decide otherwise and decide a boy's fate, that's a precedent we cannot allow to be set with this case.
So follow the case, SaveJames.com, and Jeff Younger, the father who is going to be the one fighting this case in the middle of it, just trying to keep his son his son.
And that's what it comes down to.
All right, Jeff, thank you so much for joining us today.
Thank you for coming in again. You're more than welcome to come if there's any other developments.
All right, folks, we've got to just do this live on air.
What is the situation with our next guest, Rob Swatton, guys?
Okay, so I'll tell you what.
What we're going to do, guys, just because I don't feel like dealing with this anymore, we're just going to cancel that guest.
All right? So we're just going to cancel that guest, and what we're going to do is we're just going to cut out this little on-air airing of the dirty laundry here.
We're just going to cut this out from the edit, and I'm just going to keep talking to Jeff here, and let's just put that together and upload that on the website.
All right, Marcos? Sound good?
All right, so there you go, Jeff.
So we'll continue this for four more minutes.
Sorry, that's just how things end up going around here.
So, yeah, you learned that, I'm sure, just in the short time you were here with us today.
So, I look at this case, and again, we're talking about this off-air.
You want this to go to a jury.
I do. I think for obvious reasons.
I mean, just putting myself in your shoes, the biggest concern you have to have is that you don't want politicized people deciding your son's fate.
That's right. Whether it's a judge, a jury, or the mother.
jeff younger
You're right. You know, and the way these decisions are made in family court, and a lot of people don't know this.
I certainly did not know this until it happened to me.
You know, we have these people called custody evaluators in Texas, and they make custody recommendations to the court.
And the courts just take their recommendations and implement them.
They rarely challenge them.
So I'm in the middle of another custody evaluation.
And, you know, he's a psychologist.
He's bound by the DSM-5 and the recommendations of the American Psychological Association.
He's been doing a study for like six months now.
And all the six months, in my opinion, my son's being abused.
And I consider it sexual abuse.
And I have to watch it every time I FaceTime him, every night.
owen shroyer
Phase one is definitely psychological, I think, abuse.
Yeah, yeah. But once you move on to phase two, you're starting to look at actual physical.
jeff younger
Absolutely. Absolutely. And so he's trying to decide what to do, and he's going to make these recommendations to the court, and they're basically going to take them.
So what really happens here is these professional bodies, when they come up with a change like this child transgender change in their diagnostic criteria, in family court it has the force of law.
Because all over the country, every psychologist now is going to use that criteria to make these diagnoses.
owen shroyer
But we're actually looking at a situation here in the future where you could be in a courtroom and let's say the experts that your wife or her counsel brings forward I don't even know what type of expert you have that claims a six-year-old boy is a girl, so I'm not even sure what expert they would bring forward.
Maybe you already know.
jeff younger
They're going to bring psychiatrists from the Genesis Clinic, probably, but they're going to bring psychiatrists...
owen shroyer
And what is the Genesis Clinic?
jeff younger
The Genesis Clinic is a clinic that does sex changes on children.
They implement the Dutch Protocol for children.
They're specifically built...
To transition children.
owen shroyer
Well, it would be my opinion that that would be a professional child abuse clinic.
jeff younger
Yeah, I have been working very hard in the state of Texas to outlaw child sex changes.
owen shroyer
I can't get a cigarette until I'm 18?
Correct. I've said, hey, I think a tattoo without parents' permission.
jeff younger
You are correct. You are correct.
owen shroyer
A little tattoo? Yeah.
jeff younger
And because they're life-altering decisions, they're permanent.
So, you know, we recognize that children need to have a rational faculty.
owen shroyer
But you're telling me, you're saying we're going to be looking at a court situation where these legal experts come out and they claim that James is a girl...
Again, I can only imagine what proof or evidence they'll use, and then you'll bring forward your experts, I guess biology professors, whoever else has seen your son wanting to be a boy and not a girl, and this is actually going to be in a courtroom, and then a judge and a jury are going to have to decide.
jeff younger
That's correct, and it's going to cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.
That's where we are. That's where we are.
The burden of proof is really on me because the psychological community says if a boy says he's a girl, he's a girl.
owen shroyer
And you aren't even allowed to tell him anything.
Like, you can't even say, James, you're what you want to be.
jeff younger
Oh, no. Oh, no. She would have me in court tomorrow and I would be in jail in criminal contempt.
owen shroyer
It's unbelievable.
Now, again, for me and my audience, I would imagine we're looking at this saying we can't let this be the precedent for future children or future divorces or parenting or anything.
But for you, this is personal.
jeff younger
This is at home. And there's another side to this.
So, all of the stuff I talked about, you know, the transgender counseling to convince him he's a girl, the cross-dressing, the hormone suppression of puberty that will chemically castrate him, the transition surgery where they'll cut his intestines, and Infowarsstore.com is how you support us.
owen shroyer
And it's not like we're selling stuff you don't need, you don't want.

InfoWars Life is bringing you a breakthrough in modern medicine.
Introducing Pollen Block.
We have found an extraordinary new, natural way to alleviate seasonal distress symptoms, including promoting clear nasal and sinus passageways, eye comfort, and respiratory function.
In the 1960s, researchers in France noticed that people who ate certain quail eggs experienced less seasonal immune and inflammatory responses.
They began studying this effect in published trials, and decades later, we now have the fruit of this research, a fast-acting, chewable tablet that helps alleviate seasonal distress symptoms.
Pollen block is natural and effective.
It is not an antihistamine.
In fact, current research has found that it actually acts by blocking the activity of tryptase.
Which is an enzyme that amplifies immune and inflammatory responses in the body.
Go outside and enjoy the air you breathe.
Head to InfoWarsLife.com and grab a pack of our Pollen Block chewable tablets.

There are thousands of ideologies out there.
Hundreds of different political systems.
And most of them are funded by the globalists.
InfoWars is truly the tip of the spear of the zeitgeist.
That's why the globalists are obsessed with it, trying to shut it down.
I didn't invent all this.
I went and researched the Renaissance Americana and what really works for humanity, and I'm simply trying to bring it back.
And lo and behold, it's super popular like it's always been.
That's why the globalists are trying to shut it down so desperately, because we have the light in the dark of the night that sends chills up my spine.
So whatever you do, continue to support yourself and Infowars by buying the great products at Infowarsstore.com, by spreading the articles, by spreading the videos, and by praying for this operation and for praying for this nation and the world for peace and discernment.
For myself and the whole Infowars family, I want to thank all of you for what you've done.
Because without you, InfoWars is nothing.
You are the InfoWars.
And I salute you.

All right, we've got one more segment with my guest, Jeff Younger, in studio here.
SaveJames.com is the website.
And, I mean, Jeff, I've got to say, you're maintaining, which I can only imagine what you're going through internally here, trying to keep this from your son, and you think about the future.
And I know that my audience, as you're back, will have...
Prayers for you as well, and for James, more importantly, because he's the one that's going to have to deal with this for the rest of his life.
But get into kind of the details of really how this is all being rigged against you, how you're not allowed to say anything, you know, you're the bad guy, and you'll even, you have to pay for everything, too.
Yes. Even totally against your will.
Like, you don't get anything.
You're a piece of crap.
You're garbage. You're the man.
You get nothing. Mm-hmm.
Meanwhile, your ex-wife, who wants to say that your son, who has a penis and shows no organic signs of wanting to be a girl, meanwhile, she can say anything, do anything, and that's all good.
I mean, it's totally—the whole thing is stacked against you right now.
How do you—I mean, you maintain a pretty positive outlook.
While the whole thing seems stacked against you.
So talk about how it's stacked against you, the injunctions, how you're not allowed to say anything to your son, but your ex-wife can say, oh yes, you're a girl, I know it, and call him a girl and everything, and then laugh about it.
jeff younger
Yeah, I mean, one of the challenges that I face is I can't try to convince James that he's actually a boy.
I cannot present him as a boy to any third party that knows him as a girl.
So we had a situation on a playground where one of his friends from school who knows him as a girl showed up and I had to whisk him away.
I cannot present him to that person.
So we went to another park.
I cannot...
owen shroyer
So wait, is this because at the current time James is wearing boy clothes?
jeff younger
He was wearing boys clothes because he was with me.
Let me tell you how vociferously he rejects a female identity.
So I, you know, we went and watched Batman and he likes Batman.
And so I bought him some brief underwear.
I call it superhero on the butt underwear, right?
And he looks at him and he goes, this looks like girls' underwear.
And he throws them in the trash.
He actually threw them in the trash when I wasn't looking.
He does not want them.
Men wear boxers like dad wears.
That's what we wear. So I had to go buy him some boxers with some Marvel superheroes on, right?
owen shroyer
Well, this is like a psychological immune system.
jeff younger
Yeah, absolutely. He violently rejects it with me.
And he does all the typical things you would expect a boy to do, right?
He has that love-hate relationship with girls on the playground.
You know, he likes to play with them, but he comes to me and goes, why are they doing...
Because he sees that they're different than him and they react differently than him.
And he wants to know about them, right?
There's just nothing that presents to me at all feminine.
And frankly, I've seen video of him with his mom in a dress.
And you know what he looks like and acts like?
A boy in a dress.
owen shroyer
Now, is there...
Because I'm trying to recall.
I don't... I know that there are psychological...
I don't know if they're considered disorders, because I'm not sure if they're in the DSM-5, but there are psychological anomalies, I'll say, where, say, a mother that has three boys is really desperate for a girl, and that desperation can kind of...
Well, you know, look, I will tell you that, you know, in a deposition, in sworn testimony, she swore that she saw moving lights.
jeff younger
And I've contended that there's something that needs to be looked into here.
But I'm not a professional.
I don't have enough knowledge of that.
But I have investigated the kinds of things that can happen in other cases.
One is called factitious disorder, in which a parent intentionally creates illnesses to harm a child.
Another is...
owen shroyer
Which actually, there was a mainstream news story about that just this week.
jeff younger
Yes, I read that also.
And then there's what's now called medical child abuse.
It used to be called Munchausen syndrome by proxy.
And this is where the same thing, you injure a child, but it's done to get sympathy for the mothers.
It's not, the child is merely a means to an end there.
These are all things that I think about.
I've only looked at other cases.
I don't know how it would apply to my case.
But yeah, there are known disorders like that.
owen shroyer
But does... Are you concerned at all if the judge is aware of this or knows about any of this?
I mean, obviously when a jury's in a room, your counsel can present this type of evidence to a jury.
Definitely. But is this something that a judge, do you think the judge is considering?
jeff younger
You know, it's something that the custody evaluator will consider.
The judge will get the filtered opinion of the custody evaluator.
So the associate judge, his name is Scott Beecham, he's actually one of the most fair judges ever.
I think in Dallas County.
Judge Beecham has requested a report from Benjamin Albritton in Dallas on what these custody arrangements ought to be.
And he's supposed to look into it.
In fact, there's a Texas statute which says that if a custody evaluator is given any evidence of mental illness, he's required to seek a diagnosis from the medical provider that could do the diagnosis.
So he's supposed to do that.
owen shroyer
I assume he will. Well, look, divorce is a traumatic experience, and traumatic experiences can drive people to psychosis.
And I would just say I'd hope that the judge understands that.
Obviously, the custody people understand that.
But let's kind of zoom out for this for a second for the last couple of minutes here.
What we're talking about here is a situation Yes.
Now it could potentially get worse, I would imagine.
But you're looking at a situation where two parents, one son, one parent wants the son to be a girl.
The son has no organic tendencies towards that, but the mother wants that to be the path.
And so because the mother wants that, she's trying to enforce her will.
The father is saying, no, my son is my son.
He doesn't want to be a girl.
Biologically, he's a son, and we're going to not force him to be a girl or wear a dress.
And then you have to sit here and say that it's an actual debate.
What is the side of right and what is the side of wrong?
jeff younger
That's what blows me away. That the status quo is considered now to be on the abnormal gender expression.
Yeah. We have a choice for this boy.
He has a normal gender expression and an abnormal one.
Why would we privilege the abnormal one?
It makes absolutely no sense.
But that's really what's happening.
Do you know Walt Heyer?
Have you heard of him? He's a man who...
I met him at a church in Dallas.
His grandmother did the same thing to him that my ex is doing to James.
Yeah. And he wound up going all the way through surgical transition and had to transition back.
When you realize it's just a costume.
You don't really become a woman. It's just a costume.
You have to deal with the underlying issues.
owen shroyer
And that's why the suicide rate of transsexual people is so high.
jeff younger
Astronomical. Post-op transsexuals have an astronomical suicide rate.
So Walt Heyer told me of a case, and I think it's in Oregon, where a mother divorced a father.
They had four daughters.
She's transitioned three of the daughters to boys.
And the father is fighting to save the life of the last daughter.
This has gone everywhere, and it's a direct result of the fact that these activists took over the decision-making process at the American Psychological Association and forced a change in the diagnostic criteria.
They don't consider it a disorder.
That's the change. They call it dysphoria, which is a discomfort you feel when your culture doesn't respect you as a natural human type.
owen shroyer
Which, by the way, I remember when I was studying psychology at University of Missouri, they actually talked about that, and I'm actually lucky...
My professors... I had a couple that were politicized in a bad way.
Right. But I did have professors...
I mean, I would guess they were conservative, but they never would let you know.
But by the way they approached this subject material, I specifically remember this professor saying...
I believe it was...
The last one was the DSM-3, and then it was the DSM-4 where they decided, okay, disorders, dysphoria, and it was all a political correct thing.
Yes, it was. And she made it clear.
She's like, I just want you guys to understand, these two things used to be one.
Right. So just so you know, dysphoria and disorders used to be the same thing.
We just have a different phrase from that.
jeff younger
That's right. And as I said before in an earlier segment, these pronouncements by the APA in family court have the effect of law.
Because it drastically changes how the psychological experts recommend custody arrangements.
And the judges just take them as is.
owen shroyer
How much of a... I mean, how much...
Obviously, James is only six.
Apparently, you can let him decide if he wants to be a boy or a girl.
But how much say does James have in this?
I mean, can a judge or somebody just sit down and say...
And a part of you probably doesn't even want to put that pressure on him.
jeff younger
I know, but you know what?
They filed suit to allow the children to express their preferences to a social worker.
The judge granted that.
So a neutral party. So I took my sons in.
She took them in too.
owen shroyer
Do you even know the result of this?
jeff younger
I do. They both said the same thing when we both took them in.
Jude said he wants to live with me.
And James said that he wants to live with mom and dad, and he wants to be a girl with mom and a boy with dad.
He's going to do whatever he wants.
owen shroyer
All right, folks. SaveJames.com.
SaveJames.com. It's simple.
alex jones
If you want to beat the globalists, if you want to take on the new world order, I'm not doing Bitcoin pumping dumps with Jack Dorsey.
I'm not sitting here selling you cancer cures.
I'm not sitting here, you know, selling you late-term abortion and all great it is.
I just go out and say, what is the top heart pill?
What is the top? Tumerc's the best seller because it's anti-inflammatory.
And what's the best lab in the country?
Okay, they're the highest rated. I'm like, you're only 50% curcuminoid?
Well, yeah, they only put $5 product in the bottle, but that's still incredible, sir.
I'm like, what's the highest you could do?
A month later, 90, 95%.
No one's ever done that. I said, how much does that cost per bottle?
That costs $10. No one's ever done that.
Sir, the average competitor is 3% to 5%.
You're the top brands, 50%.
I'm like, we're going to have 95% curcuminoid.
I mean, you understand, like, that's, like, our information's explosive.
Our fish oil. I go out and I get the cleanest, the best.
My children take it. You think I'm gonna give you fish oil that isn't the very damn best on my soul?
You think I'm gonna screw somebody over like one of these devil worshippers?
Never! I want to say brain force is great.
I want to say turbo force is amazing.
It is. But if you took it with fish oil, it's like the fish oil is it.
The fish oil is better than it.
And that's an example of what I'm talking about.
Fish oil is liquid energy.
Brain, body, heart.
The cleanest, the best out there.
You've got the children's.
You've got the adults. You've got the krill oil.
If you're going to get the full effect, the fish oil and the children's are really strong.
They don't give you the burp. But krill oil is the best, and it'll give you the damn burps.
So, your brain is made basically out of what fish oil is.
So, we don't make a big profit off of it, but you notice I just obsess because whatever the best is we've got, I just can't lie to you.
unidentified
I just can't do it! The fight for the future is now.

You know, when fake news can give awards to themselves...
When fake news can give awards to themselves, you really have to wonder.
What is news anymore?
Crying Girl picture near U.S. border wins World Press Photo of the Year.
So, literally, fake news wins World Press Photo of the Year.
Now, if this doesn't tell you the state of mainstream national news or whoever World Press is, then, well, I don't know how I can explain it to you.
But to me, this is just another indication of how far these politicized news outlets are willing to go to try and destroy Donald Trump.
Or you have to just say that the world press is totally ignorant and clueless.
That they would award that photo of the year.
Why would that win photo of the year?
It's a girl crying. What's the big deal?
Why is that photo of the year?
Oh, well because don't you know it highlighted how evil Trump is and how bad children are treated at the border because of Trump.
So the photo just illustrates that Trump is the worst person ever.
See, that's why it won photo of the year.
Oh, except it was a woman who took her daughter without...
Consent from the father on this journey, which was basically torture for the young girl.
And so that's why she's in the photo crying.
Guess what? Now she's been sent back to her home to be with her father.
So yeah, that's photo of the year.
The photo of the year should have been her reunited with her father.
That should have been the photo of the year, which you could thank Border Patrol for.
But no, you see, the photo of the year goes to the photo of the girl crying because of the false narrative attached to it.
That's really sick.
But again, when fake news can give fake news awards, what do you expect?
Let's not forget, CNN's Jeff Zucker wins a First Amendment award.
So here's CNN that literally petitions for us to be shut down, us to be taken off air.
They literally are anti-First Amendment.
And then CNN gives itself a First Amendment award.
This is, you see, you know you're a loser when you have to give yourself, give yourselves awards.
CNN got an award for Russian collusion.
It's all fake. I mean, they literally get awards for fake news.
unidentified
And look, you know, I didn't get in this for awards.
owen shroyer
I don't care if I never receive an award.
That's not the point. But...
These people are such pathetic losers that they have to give themselves awards to feel legitimate.
Brian Stelter is such a pathetic fop.
Nobody listens to you, Brian.
Nobody. You're a joke.
But that's why they give themselves awards.
That's why they pat themselves on the head.
That's why they sit here and they act like they have victory when they have Infowars kicked off social media.
No, dude. That just makes you a loser.
unidentified
And we still beat you.
owen shroyer
You can't stand the fact that nobody consciously tunes into CNN anymore.
Nobody. But, again, I mean, just look at what we have to deal with.
Where the picture of the girl crying at the border wins photo of the year.
Not because it's a great photo.
It's really not that great of a photo.
It's because of the anti-Trump narrative attached to it, which was fake news.
So, fake news out to get Trump again.
alex jones
Go figure. The globalists know that if they suppress the good halogen and pump the environment full of the bad halogens, fluoride, chlorine, bromine, you name it, that it lowers IQ. It literally dumbs the population down.
And on our quest to bring our listeners and viewers the best iodine in the world, we've gone through two permutations.
First, seaweed-based iodine that was pretty good but hard to source, and the Gloveless tried to block us getting a supply of it.
So we discovered deep-earth crystals of pure nascent iodine and brought you X2 that's been incredible.
Now, due to the establishment trying to block that, we did more research and secured more of the deep-earth crystals of nascent iodine.
Chemists, scientists, and others showed us the research that by combining it with three other compounds, two forms of iodine and vitamin C, it supercharges it and makes it even more bioavailable.
Ladies and gentlemen, you want to research it, you want to see it, it's an incredible discovery.
Now available at m4slive.com.

All right, ladies and gentlemen.
owen shroyer
I've got to be honest.
It has been a long week.
And it's kind of like it's all actually just hitting me here in the last hour of the war room.
I was actually going to work again tomorrow, but I think maybe I'll just take tomorrow off.
So, anyway...
If I seem like I've hit a wall here, it's just been a long week, and I feel like I kind of have.
but it's the perfect time for the full metal MAGA hour that we do here on the second Friday of every month with Frank Kavanaugh, Army veteran bassist for Filter before they censored his free speech and kicked him out of the band he helped create Army veteran bassist for Filter before they censored his free speech and kicked him So Frank joins me, full metal MAGA.
Frank, how are we doing today?
frank cavanagh
Thanks for having me back.
And, You want to talk about free speech, what's happening to Jeff Younger.
Right there. Where literally he doesn't have free speech with his own son.
owen shroyer
Get it, Frank!
frank cavanagh
Get it! It's amazing.
It's just, it's amazing to me.
The Diagnostical and Statistical Manual of Psychiatry that he was talking about, the APA, they change it like every 20 years.
And what you guys were talking about in the DSM-IV with, I think it was ADA, or it was Attention Deficit Disorder.
And the Ritalin kids.
I mean, this is something that's gone on.
It's like a cycle where it's incrementalism is a dogma to the left.
And what they've been doing is just cutting down on the family, cutting down on psychology, cutting down on art, cutting down on political freedom, cutting down on freedom of speech.
And it's a multi-generational thing that's ending right now.
So it's, you know, I would love if you guys could put me in contact with Mr.
Younger because I, don't even get me started on this whole thing.
The misandria in the, you know, everyone talks about misogynist, misogynist.
The misandria that's in the family law system is just, it's legion.
It really is.
I went through a divorce in Texas.
Thank goodness. I'm friends with my first wife.
The second divorce I went through wasn't so good, but in Texas, I'd like to talk to him because I know lawyers down there, and it really sounds to me like if they're going to fight him and his speech legally, then he can do the same thing back.
There's different avenues.
I'd love to talk to you about Full Metal Maggot, too, though.
There's a lot of good things going on in that front.
owen shroyer
Well, I'm glad to hear that.
I know that you're fired up, obviously, and honestly, I think that anybody with a heart and a soul and just general morals at this point hearing that story should be fired up.
And, you know, there's a delicate situation there with Jeff, and there's some things that we talked about off-air that we can't get into on-air for obvious reasons, but...
You know, I think that the kind of shock value of this, Frank, before we get into full metal MAGA and move on to some other news topics, to me, the shock value is that you're looking at a situation where, as Jeff was saying, the abnormal is what's being promoted.
The abnormal is what's being supported.
The abnormal is what's being pushed.
And it's not to sit here and insult or degrade the abnormal.
It's just to sit here and kind of scratch our heads in confusion like, well, wait a second.
Why are you saying this six-year-old boy should be a girl?
He's only six.
He doesn't want to be a girl.
This doesn't make any sense.
I mean, it's ridiculous, Frank.
Boys don't even have puberty until they're 12, 13, 14 years old.
I think it's the shock value that abnormality is now being approached or pushed as normal.
frank cavanagh
Like I was saying, incrementalism.
In the first Full Metal MAGA episode, I do an interview with Greg Reese and we talk about the PMRC and how It started out as a sticker because there was inappropriate language, and then it turned into artists started cussing and swearing and being profane just to get the sticker because it was now cool.
owen shroyer
Are you talking about the parental advisory thing from the 90s?
frank cavanagh
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, I remember that.
owen shroyer
Yeah. We'd run through the aisles of the CD section looking for that parental advisory logo.
I remember it was the PA, like a barcode in black and white.
frank cavanagh
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And artists would be like, I'll sell like 100,000 more records if that's on there because kids know that that's It's ooh, mom and dad don't want it.
I'm a supporter of the LGBT community.
I'm a supporter of everybody.
I think that for so many generations, they've been oppressed and really brutalized that now there's an over-blooming of it where they're like, everybody's this.
Everyone has to be this.
It's an overcompensation, basically.
You can ask, and I've actually talked to psychologists and psychiatrists at the Cleveland Clinic here, who they'll have groups of girls that are all friends, and 10 out of 13 girls will identify as transgender.
And they're like, this is obviously...
It's like a trendy thing to do now.
Now, me saying that is going to ruffle a lot of feathers, but that's how I see it, is that the abnormality, everyone's trying to freak each other out.
owen shroyer
But that's kind of also just basic psychology of young kids.
The most popular girl in school shows up We're good to go.
I feel like kind of that whole trendy thing is really just a normal thing that kids do with trends and pop culture, but the deviant side of it is that people are promoting sex changes.
I mean, now we're talking about actual physical, physiological changes that these kids can never really turn back from.
frank cavanagh
Yeah, what it is is it is a culture war, and the main thing that we have to do as parents is protect our kids.
And if it goes into where you're actually doing hormone treatments, first of all, you have to let your child be what they are.
And I think at such a young age, that's just too early to know.
When the child is older and if it's a girl and they're constantly picking boys' clothes and then they get to puberty age 12, 13, and they're like, I want to identify as this, you have to let them express themselves because that's when everyone's finding themselves.
But when it comes to giving them hormone treatment, I wouldn't allow my kid to get a tattoo before they're 18.
Why would I allow my kid to do steroids basically like if I had a female child, I'm going to let them do male testosterone?
What do bodybuilders take?
It's like, how can that be good for that person?
When that person's brain is not even developed until they're in their early twenties.
And to look behind where now this person is going to be on the hook to the pharmaceutical companies To the grave.
Because it's not natural.
You've now chemically imbalanced this person.
It's going to change everything about how this person feels.
Maybe identifying as the opposite gender or sex is not even appealing anymore.
owen shroyer
And here's what I'm concerned about, too, though.
It's just kind of like the drag queen story hour where, I mean, A, I don't understand the concept, why you have drag queens reading to kids.
I don't understand that, but okay.
And so I look at that and I'm like, whatever, if somebody wants to be a drag queen, fine, you're 18, you're 20, 30, fine, be a drag queen, I'm not stopping you.
But what did we learn? We learned that sexual predators were taking advantage of it.
And that's what our concern was.
And so the same thing that's happening now to this young boy is just one case.
I don't want to speak for anybody here in this situation, but I feel like if I was somebody that was just a drag queen that liked dressing up or a transsexual because I identified as an opposite sex, I would look at something like this as detrimental to me because now people think that every transsexual out there is trying to sexualize kids or change every kid's sexual identity when that's not the case.
Most transsexuals just want to live their own life.
So that's another dangerous precedent that I think is being set here.

Infowars is truly the tip of the spear of the zeitgeist.
That's why the globalists are obsessed with it, trying to shut it down.
I didn't invent all this.

And lo and behold, it's super popular like it's always been.
That's why the globalists are trying to shut it down so desperately, because we have the light in the dark of the night that sends chills up my spine.

Well, I've been really busy this week.
If you follow Infowars, if you follow me on Twitter, if you follow the Alex Jones Show, if you follow the War Room, you know how busy I've been.
And I kind of hit a wall here as Frank was coming on for Full Metal MAGA, and I can't be Full Metal MAGA when I'm low energy.
So the great crew here did me a favor, and they went...
And got me a packet of TurboForce.
And my new thing now, I used to just chug the TurboForce in a glass of cold water or just room temperature water.
But what I've come to enjoy now, it was actually Will Johnson's idea from Unite America First, also reports for Infowars, to drink the TurboForce like tea.
And so what I do now is I take the warm water, I dump in The turbo force packet.
And then what I've discovered here, when you drink the turbo force with the warm water, first let me stir it up.
When you drink the turbo force with warm water, you have instant access to your chi and you can find balance in the universe.
Where you were kind of unbalanced before.
So I'm a little shaken and stirred from the interview I did with Jeff Younger.
And I'm a little low energy right now.
So I've got my turbo force.
And I'm stirring up the powder into the warm water right now.
I'm going to sip on this like tea.
But first I need to find my chi.
unidentified
So let me just... Let me just...
Yes.
Find the center. Find the balance.
Find the yin and the yang.
Find your chi right now with TurboForce from InfoWarsStore.com.
Yes, I can feel my center.
I can feel my chi.
It's all coming to me now.
So there you go.
owen shroyer
And little did you know that at the center of the universe is actually a cup of TurboForce.
Alright, so there you go. You can get your TurboForce at InfoWarsStore.com right now.
And take advantage of the Spring Super Sale, free shipping store-wide.
So you could get 100 boxes of TurboForce, and it would still be free shipping.
So, I've now got my TurboForce, and I'm ready to go.
I found my Chi.
It's the center of the universe.
It's TurboForce and an InfoWars Tumblr from InfoWarsStore.com.
All right.
So, Frank Cavanaugh is with us.
Tell you, we're...
We're really excited about Frank and Full Metal MAGA. It's something that's really cool.
We played some of the music that you guys have found over there.
Frank, there's a bunch of other news developing, including a shocking story that I want to talk to you about.
But let's talk about Full Metal MAGA. So the audience is probably briefly aware or familiar with it.
But in case there's audience members out there that don't know about Full Metal MAGA and what you're doing and what spurred this, go ahead and enlighten them.
frank cavanagh
Okay. Back in the 90s, I played in a pretty successful band.
You can see the...
owen shroyer
Come on, Frank. You guys rocked hard.
frank cavanagh
Just say it. It was good times.
We were definitely... We definitely...
We took names, for sure.
We went big and kicked you-know-what.
So, anyway, the band...
The band that I was in is decidedly leftist, globalist, and I'm not.
And something happened a couple months ago where one of their shows got canceled because they were talking about Donald Trump and the owner didn't like it.
And it has, like, damage control to make up for the fact that there was a constant...
Negative talk about our country.
They tried to use the fact that they had played a bunch of shows in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Now, after I left the band I was in, I was done with music.
I went and joined the military, and I spent a year in Iraq myself.
When I came back, I had a falling out with a singer back in 2013, actually, about Alex Jones, and then when Donald Trump was elected president, it went into overdrive where this guy was...
There's a lot of people in his organization that are friends with me that talk to me all the time, and they were just telling me the stuff that he was doing, where I basically was torturous interference in any kind of music or art endeavor that I wanted to do.
owen shroyer
So behind the scenes, you're saying there was some interference being run against you personally?
frank cavanagh
Well, it... Not to say that I was like the only person that was in that band that he did it to, but because I was a conservative, a libertarian, I defended our president, it went into where all the negative stuff got focused on me alone.
And I was...
They were coming out with a new record after 25 years and putting out a book.
And in the book, basically everything negative that happened, I did it.
And it was horrible that they had to be in a band with this ignorant redneck Trump supporter who lives out in the country.
owen shroyer
Now, do you think that your story is unique?
Do you think that's unique for you to the music industry?
Or do you think other conservatives have experienced something similar?
frank cavanagh
No, that happens all the time.
That happens to conservatives all the time.
And here's the main thing that happens to conservatives is that they're silenced because they don't even want to say anything.
And that's what I did the whole time back in the 90s when I was in that band for almost a decade is I kept silent on things that just drove me insane.
And that's how they win.
Just by being silent, they've won.
And so I decided that I couldn't be silent anymore.
I didn't even care about the band I was in anymore.
I've got a farm now.
I've got an award-winning farm.
I spent time in the military.
I've done everything. I was a rock star.
I've done everything I've ever wanted to do in life.
And I was fine to just be silent, but they wouldn't leave us alone.
They kept... It's like that scene from The Godfather where they kept bringing me back in.
So I'm like, here, I'm back in.
And I decided I was going to start an organization called Full Metal MAGA that was basically just a place where free-thinking people, libertarians, classical liberals, can gather and we can talk about what's going on and not be calling each other names or automatically go to race politics or Or identity politics.
You know, we can agree to disagree.
Because being a veteran, I know...
I didn't have a bad experience in Iraq, and I was very lucky, but I lost friends there.
And I know...
There won't be a United States to rule if there's a civil war here.
It'll be completely gone.
So... It kind of equated to me how there's an epidemic of vet suicides, there's an epidemic of people of suicides in general, and there's a suicide of our country happening right now.
And I wanted to make a gathering place where we can get together and we can hash out differences.
Like I said, we can agree to disagree, and we can try to save this country.
Make America great again.
It's great the way you make it.
owen shroyer
And as a patriot, as somebody that does love America and the traditions here, I think it's great for you to be standing up for that.
But as a music lover, seeing how conservatives just get blacklisted from the music industry, as a music lover, it's great to see an alternative place to find rock music.

Go ahead. Yeah, I just have to say something, man.
I mean, what's it going to take?
Us being shut down? Is that what you want, Frank?
You know what, Alex?
Put him on pause again. Hey, Frank!
Do you understand it's not bragging to say, we are the tip of the spear, we're under attack, we need your help.
As much begging as I do, we can barely pay the bills and grow in the face of this.
I'm not going to just stop growth and let them start pushing us backwards.
Do you understand? I need your help, Frank!
I need your help, Frank!
darrin mcbreen
Go to InfoWarsStore.com right now and help fund the InfoWars.
alex jones
Do you understand? I need your help, Frank.
Free Press needs your help, Frank.
The globalists, the eugenicists, are always talking down to us.
They're always trying to make us feel small, to feel insignificant.
They try to censor because they fear you and don't want you to have the right to access information so you can make your own decisions.
They want you to believe you're powerless.
But the truth is, it is we the people and our ideas and our actions and what we say and what we do that changes the world.
We are the power structure.
We are the inventors.
We are the trailblazers.
And the globalists understand that.
And they understand that they are basically trying to control and steal the future from we the people.
Now, to help fund our operation that is undoubtedly the very tip of the spear against these globalists, I want to encourage listeners and viewers to understand that throughout the second half of the month of March, we're going to have store-wide free shipping and 50% off InfoWarsStore.com, something everybody should take advantage of.

The War Room.
Infowars.com forward slash show.
Donald J. Trump's the president of the United States.
Trigger warning. This broadcast contains subject matter that might trigger liberal snowflakes.
It's the War Room with Owen Troyer.
owen shroyer
Frank Cavanaugh is my guest.
It's full Metal MAGA hour here, and there's so much breaking news to get to.
I want to hear more about Full Metal MAGA, but I also want to get Frank's opinion, just as a patriot, former member of the Army, on some of this breaking news.
But just kind of put a cap, Frank, in what you were discussing with Full Metal MAGA, and where is it right now, and where do you want to see it to go?
frank cavanagh
All right, well, what we've done is I actually produced an hour on Full Metal MAGA podcast, and I've What I've done is I put a call out there for bands if they wanted to comment and express their views where there wasn't going to be any threat of political bias at all.
You can come and out of all the bands that have come to Full Metal MAGA since the last time I was on, just within the last month, I picked a band called Frail.
If anybody wants to check it out, go to Full Metal MAGA on YouTube or go to at full underscore MAGA on Twitter.
Or Full Metal and then Second Word MAGA on Facebook.
And you can see the podcast.
And basically we talk about free speech.
And then I gave an interview with actually your comrade down there, Greg Reese, about the PMRC that we were talking about earlier and how it's the same people that are trying to censor us.
owen shroyer
So is that kind of the format though?
You find a band and you kind of feature them on the Full Metal MAGA podcast?
You put it on YouTube and your platforms?
frank cavanagh
Exactly. Well, on the website, anybody who wants to submit music, I'll put it up there for other patriots to listen to.
But I decided if I can help out a band by featuring them, interviewing them, if they've got product that they want to put out there, music videos...
And I can help them, and that's what I want to do.
That's our power. Each one of us have an individual power, and I think that's part of my worth, is that I can get them exposure.
So, in the vein of the free speech, like, it doesn't have to be what politics you are, it's just that you agree that this is a crisis right now with free speech, with Alex Jones being banned, with...
With how it's the corporate entity is trying to strangle freedom and it's trying to strangle the resurgence of freedom and of liberty.
And the fight, when Donald Trump was elected president, it wasn't the end.
It was the beginning of the war.
owen shroyer
But free speech is kind of an artery of that.
I mean, and I think that that's why they want to stomp it out so much because free speech and debate is an artery of healthy freedom.
frank cavanagh
Well, you know, it is.
And, you know, it's funny that you call Brian Seltzer or whatever that guy's name is a fob.
unidentified
Brian Seltzer! Yeah.
frank cavanagh
You know, he's got to look that up probably.
A lot of people don't even know what that word means.
But what you did as an artist, as a wordsmith, is you actually know what thought means and you used it in a presentation of what's happening currently geopolitically.
They want to stop that artistic expression.
Speech is the first form of art.
It's speech. That's how you articulate your ideas about I want to do this or not.
You know, if you're a painter, you have to talk.
I want to, can you sell me a canvas and some paint?
And it's just the domino effect is they want to stop everything else so that we're all controlled and all on the same line.
Full metal MAGA is, it's all it is, it's a reaction to To them trying to constantly, incrementally shut us down.
This is reactive.
It's not even proactive yet.
So we'll see what happens.
For now though, every month I'm going to come out with, I'm going to feature another band and then give an interview.
I'd love to give you an interview on.
That would be cool, man. I'd love to come on.
owen shroyer
I'd love to come on, and that's why I wanted to do this too.
Alex built this platform of InfoWars, and I've done what I can to build this time slot on this platform, and we've done a pretty good job here, so I wanted to bring you on here for an hour a month for Full Metal MAGA Hour to help promote that, because I think it's great. I think it's something that's lacking, and I feel that pro-American or patriotism, And rock music is kind of a lost art.
You still get it in some metal bands, but even rock, in a way, is kind of a lost art.
So it's kind of a threat, like an extinction here.
And I think that Full Metal MAGA is kind of breathing some life Back into rock and roll music.
But if you ever are in Austin, and you and Greg start to jam, can I just pick up a guitar and just act like I'm playing with you guys?
frank cavanagh
Is that okay? Dude, I'll teach you how to play guitar in like 15 minutes when we play Smoke on the Water, dude.
owen shroyer
It's so easy. No, I can play.
I'm decent. I know how to read tabs.
I can play a little bit, but...
frank cavanagh
For sure, that'd be so much fun.
We can play musical instruments, but I mean like where everyone switches, guitar, bass, drums, guitar, bass, drums, even if you're bad at drums.
owen shroyer
There's a lot of musicians here at InfoWars.
It's actually really cool how many people, okay, all right, go ahead and give Marcos Morales some love.
He's a fellow bassist.
He's a fellow bassist.
frank cavanagh
Sweet. Sweet. We need to have a bass off, man.
owen shroyer
Rock out. This is Marcos Morales guy.
He's kind of cool. There he is right there.
He seems kind of cool and laid back.
And then he gets on the stage and he gets his bass guitar and he's literally just like...
frank cavanagh
Yeah, I know. You know, there's no feeling like being on stage, and you do get possessed by the music.
owen shroyer
No, it's incredible. I've never performed music in front of people, but I've learned some songs on the guitar, and when you play that whole song, it is like a trip.
I mean, you really do have a crazy, like, awakening, creational experience, but we're kind of getting off track here.
I just think it's cool. I just want people to learn about Full Metal MAGA, because there's so many people, Because this is not my expertise, and I'm not making excuses.
I'm just so focused and inundated on getting news together every day.
And so many people send me their music, and they say, hey, check out this artist, check out this patriot, and I wish I could do more.
So when I saw you starting Full Metal MAGA, I was like, oh my gosh, let's highlight this.
And then hopefully all those people that are sending me stuff will eventually find Full Metal MAGA and find a home to share their music there.
frank cavanagh
Yeah, definitely. Anybody who needs to get their music out there, send it to me.
The other thing is that part of the reason I left music is I was disgusted with the industry and the lies and the backstabbing and how the music industry is run by people who don't even make music.
And it's based on greed.
And you know people need to make money.
I understand that. But people don't need to, like, there doesn't need to be Harvey Weinsteins in this world.
And if one of the ways that we can combat it is I can create a platform where people can put their music, they can make the money off of it, you know what I want?
I don't want any of your money.
I want you to succeed.
And that is something that is lacking.
And I'm secure where I am in my life enough that I don't have to base this off of greed.
I'm basing this off the fact that I don't want other people to have to go through what I went through just because of their political beliefs.
The thing is that there's a lot of folks out there that are chilled.
They're like I was saying before.

How bad is it though? I mean Frank, how bad is it really though?
Like let's say the top of the food chain right now in the music industry.
How bad is that chilling effect?
frank cavanagh
The best thing is look at James Woods.
That guy was an actor forever and he can't get any work.
You look at people like Billy Corrigan when he came on Alex Jones.
He's not even hardcore right.
Billy's just a – and I know Billy.
I toured with him.
I lived in Chicago for a while.
He's a genuine, really good guy who cares about both sides, and he just wants the best for everybody.
And just because he came on, I see him getting attacked for coming on the Alex Jones show.
And it's like, how do you feel as a leftist or as a liberal that that's okay?
You're a tolerant person.
You're a liberal. You're inclusive.
But you are spreading hate.
owen shroyer
And you're spreading... But to me, like, that is kind of rock and roll.
Politically, it's like a political debate.
Like, let's get heated. Let's have a debate.
Let's scream and shout. And then maybe at the end of the night, we're clinking glasses.
Like, I mean, I don't know why that's become such a lost art form.
Political debate. They don't want it.
Infowarsstore.com is how you support us.

I want to say brain force is great.
alex jones
I want to say turbo force is amazing.
It is. But if you took it with fish oil, it's like the fish oil is it.
The fish oil is better than it.
And that's an example of what I'm talking about.
Fish oil is liquid energy.
Brain, body, heart.
The cleanest, the best out there.
You've got the children's.
You've got the adults. You've got the krill oil.
If you're going to get the full effect, the fish oil and the children's are really strong.
They don't give you the burpees, but krill Crill oil is the best, and it'll give you the damn burps.
And I'm sorry. You want something like this, you don't get stuff for free.
The krill is hallucinogenic.
It's so good, in my view.
I'm not making a medical statement here, but let me tell you something.
I eat five caplets of krill oil before I go to bed.
I'm seeing Santa Claus that night.
So, your brain is made basically out of what fish oil is.
So we don't make a big profit off of it, but you notice I just obsess because whatever the best is we've got, I just can't lie to you.

But they are riddled with dyes and toxins and synthetic caffeine and other chemicals that sure get you a quick boost but burn out in just a few hours and have terrible side effects.
We have developed, hands down from our research, the most powerful, healthy energy drink, pre-workout and beyond system in the world.
There's nothing else like it.
You must experience it.
It is a total game-changer, and it comes in easy-to-use packets to mix in with fruit juice or water, whatever you'd like.

The War Room. InfoWars.com forward slash show. InfoWars.com forward slash show.
owen shroyer
Alright, final segment of the War Room this week.
I've had a very, very busy week.
If you're...
unidentified
That's badass.
My crew puts together this stuff.
owen shroyer
Literally on a whim in real time, and it's awesome.
That's Jimi Hendrix playing a right-handed guitar left-handed.
Or was it a right-handed guitar left-handed?
Or left-handed guitar right-handed?
Well, whatever he was doing, he was killing it.
Oh my gosh! And then if you looked at the Woodstock, I mean, it's the pretty big names that they have there, but it's not a rock show anymore.
If you look at the Woodstock set list this year, you'd be confused.
You thought it was a rock show.
But it's not anymore.
Anyway, Frank Cavanaugh, former bassist of Filter.
Frank is on air with me.
He started Full Metal MAGA, and we've been talking about that.
But I want to just get into some other news with Frank here to get his opinion on some other stuff that's developed over the day.
So what I'm going to do, Frank, is if you've got a pen and paper handy, you may want to just write something down so you don't forget everything I'm about to say here.
So there he is.
He's ready to go. Let me just run down this news, and then, Frank, why don't you pick a story or two that you want to talk about?
Okay, let's start here.
I'm just going to run through this, Frank, and then get your response.
At GellerReport.com, names of 58 suspects in massive child sex and trafficking sting, 28 child victims rescued, and guess where most of those sexual predators were coming from, illegitimate. Ilhan Omar's district in Minnesota.
I'll go ahead and just read some of the names.
And the list goes on.
So need I say more?
But Robert Kraft gets all the headlines because he paid for some hookers allegedly down in Florida.
But, you know, five or six Muhammad's suspects in a massive child sex ring bust will probably not even make television news.
It just kind of reminds me, as it's all coming out of Ilhan Omar's district, of that old song, We love our Somalis.
But that has nothing to do with this, I'm sure.
So there's one story. Then you've got this...
Okay, so I'm not sure the president's move on this, but the president is now suggesting releasing all the illegal immigrant detainees into sanctuary cities.
And so what the left is doing is they're, as usual, faking the whole news story, twisting the narrative, and they're saying releasing immigrant detainees, that's a lie.
That's a lie. These are not immigrants.
These are illegal migrants.
In fact, we shouldn't even use the term immigrant anymore.
These are illegal migrants.
These are non-citizens.
But, of course, the Washington Post twists it and says immigrant detainees.
That's fake news. And then targeting political foes.
No, the Democrats set up the sanctuary cities.
So Trump is just using the sanctuary cities they created.
But just to really illustrate the delusion from the left, Alyssa Milano, a Hollywood liberal hack, This is so sick and twisted.
White House proposed releasing immigrant detainees in sanctuary cities, targeting political foes.
Alyssa, the Democrat, set up the sanctuary cities.
So Democrats set up sanctuary cities for non-citizens.
Trump says, okay, fine, we're going to release them all into the sanctuary cities.
And then they say, oh, we don't want to pay for it.
Don't put them in our cities. Okay, so you've got that.
I'll tell you what. Final one, I do want to mention that the White House is bragging about the United States about to be number one in the world in 5G. I'm not sure if that's something we're going to be bragging about.
But then the other thing, and then we're going to get Frank's take on all of this.
Three separate, I don't believe in hate crimes, but since this is a legal thing that we endure, and so we'll go ahead and use it.
Three hate crimes against Trump supporters in one day, all on camera.
The first was myself, a drag queen, struck me at a Planned Parenthood rally.
Then Brandon Strzok of the walkaway movement got hit in the face by a lady when he was wearing a Trump hat at an airport.
And then Mike Toks was giving a speech on a college campus when a liberal tried to spray him with bleach.
So three hate crimes against Trump supporters in one day, all on camera.
None of it made television news last night.
Doubt it will again tonight. So, Frank, there's the plethora of news.
Why don't you give us a response?
frank cavanagh
All of that is absurd, Owen.
That's the United States of absurdia.
Look at the first thing you were talking about.
unidentified
What is it, 58? 58...
frank cavanagh
They're child molestation suspects arrested because it's their culture.
That's their culture. And you better let them have their culture or you're wrong.
Then you go on to the illegals.
And Melissa Milano or Alyssa Milano, whatever that lady's name is, that is an example to me of someone who is so unsatisfied.
She is so unsatisfied.
Alyssa, we should talk.
The last thing you talked about, about Trump supporters getting assaulted, that's absurd.
And it's the United States' absurdity because they want us, like Alex has talked about before, they want us to all get conditioned to this.
We have to stand up to this.
What Mr. Younger is doing, we need to get behind him.
We need to not be afraid to express ourselves.
I want everyone to check out Slightly Offensive or Fleck His Talks or like Operation Cold Front, Mark Dice.
All these people are just like me and just like you.
And they own the media.
They own the music industry.
They own the film industry.
But they don't own us.
unidentified
And we are fighting back and we are winning.
frank cavanagh
We are devastating them, each of us in our own little way.
Just as Alex for 20 years did it.
Now we can all do it.
And then we don't have to live in the United States of absurdity because it is absurd.
Oh, and I'm sorry, that's the only way that I can really wrap all those stories into one.
The guys who got attacked, you need to press charges on people, dude.
owen shroyer
Well, I want to. I've already crossed that threshold personally where I'm done messing around.
And thankfully, in almost synchronicity now or symbiosis, I think police and law enforcement are kind of on the same side of it now where it's like, you know, they don't want to deal with the paperwork and crap.
But now it's like, OK, if we don't want to have to deal with 10 times this for the next 100 years, we're going to have to do it now, you know, to avoid it in the future.
But I mean, Frank, how did we reach this point?
I mean, obviously, political correctness is kind of the gravity of it.
And that's what it all kind of hinges on.
And You know, circles around.
But I mean, really, how did we reach this point that it's gotten so absurd?
frank cavanagh
Well, it's incrementalism.
And we let it happen.
You know, I've been watching this happen for 15 years and not said anything.
And I feel guilty that it took me so long to come out.
Now I can help stop it.
But it's gotten to this point because we've let it happen.
All people want to do is they want to feed their family, come home from work, drink whatever they do, watch TV, play video games, eat, go to bed, repeat, have enough money to hang out with their family.
And When these just incremental things have been happening over the past 15 years, it's like, I don't want to bother with it, man.
I don't want to bother with it. Now it's come to the United States.
owen shroyer
So do you think that's what it is?
It's like out of sight, out of mind, as long as it doesn't come to my front door, it doesn't affect me?
frank cavanagh
I mean, unfortunately for a lot of people, you know, the majority of Americans just want to leave it.
They want to leave you alone and they want to be left alone.
That's the greatness of America is that we have personal freedom to be able to do what we want to do.
And if you want to do nothing and you want to sit on the couch and do nothing, you can do that.
And the thing is, is that Greg and I were talking about this in the first Full Metal MAGA, how we've lived in a society where we really have never had to face evil.
We've never had to face hard times.
And so evil has now fooled all these really smart, well-meaning people on the left who they think that they're doing the right thing.
They think they're actually fighting Nazis.
That's absurd.
owen shroyer
They're the Nazis. Frank, we got 90 seconds left here.
I wish I would have thought of this soon.
I want to show you something before we get off air.
Did you see my bullhorning, the Planned Parenthood rally yesterday?
frank cavanagh
No, I didn't. I'm sorry.
owen shroyer
No, no, no. It's all good. I just wanted to show you something because, you know, you come from the music industry, so I'm sure you've met a lot of people, you know, dancers on stage and stuff.
I ran into some dancers for Planned Parenthood yesterday.
I just wanted to show you their skills here.
Let's go ahead and fire this video.
Do we have the video or is this just a still, guys?
Yeah, so Frank, look at these skilled dancers for Planned Parenthood right here.
unidentified
How about that? That's real.
frank cavanagh
That's real. I like to talk, but I have no comment to that.
owen shroyer
I'm not even kidding you.
Look, I'll give a fair interview.
I'm trying to get not one of these girls in this video, but a separate video that was shaking her ass for abortion.
I'm trying to get her on air to do it.
I want to know why she feels to shake her butt for abortion.
I'm genuinely curious.
frank cavanagh
That's absurd. And, you know, those people want to show their derrieres, and that's their artistic expression, I guess.
unidentified
And I'll support them. Hey, shake your booty for abortion, baby.
owen shroyer
Not for me. All right, Frank Cavanaugh, it's always a pleasure.
Thank you so much for coming on.
