And the real big news coming out of France, they've been ignoring the yellow vest protests, but they've continued to get bigger.
And I think perhaps maybe the recent escalation we've seen is because the media is ignoring them.
And so now France is getting a little worried about That it's getting too big for them to stop.
And so they're trying to now ban Yellow Vest protesters.
So we'll be talking to Dan Lyman about that and perhaps some other developments over in Europe.

But I want to highlight something.
Now, on Friday, and this is probably going to be the one area, because I'll go into the weeds and the muck, and I'll go into anything when it comes to this world of insanity and news and politics and culture and society, And just next-level stuff like geoengineering.
I have no problem going into it, but it's mass shootings.
I don't even know what it is to me.
But just covering it live, trying to respond, trying to figure it all out, and then even in the aftermath, it's the least favorite thing for me to want to cover.
And so, naturally...
And really, I think it all stems from the Las Vegas massacre, where there's certain fire points in Infowars.
And so recently, you would say the election of Trump launched us to a new level, and then all the stuff we predicted about deep state launched us to the next level, and then the Vegas massacre really launched us to the next level because it was a pivotal moment And everybody was trying to pay attention to find out what happened with that mass shooting.
And everybody went along with the narrative except us at Infowars.
Well, we ended up being right.
And so because of that, though, we become a focal point now during these mass shootings.
And there's even more pressure.
And so then anything and everything we say gets put under a microscope, gets spun, gets twisted where we're covering the Parkland shooting.
And they just take everything we say out of context.
And then they just spin it and they lie about it.
So then there were a couple after that.
And so then I'm just like throwing my hands in there like I don't even want to cover it.
And so now what happens? Well, the mass shooting happens at the mosque in New Zealand and everybody wants us to talk about the strange footage.
Everybody wants us to talk about this and the anomalies in the manifesto and the anomalies of this and it's all this stuff and I'm just sitting here like, I don't want to touch it.
I know how it'll be portrayed.
I know how to be twisted. But here's the beauty of it now.

Dan, this is big news to me.
And it's incredible how, because I've had you on to discuss this, and I've been trying to keep my pulse on this.
Obviously, you've got your pulse on this, your finger on the pulse of this.
But It seemed like the media was kind of ignoring the Yellow Vest protests, wanting people to think it went away, maybe trying to demoralize the protesters.
Well, I think it backfired.
I think it only angered them and got them more rowdy.
And so, yes, there are instances now of violence, and there is property destruction.
But there's been nothing from the French government, except they've just been pretty much ignoring this.
Macron is hiding in a hole somewhere.
So now they're saying they're going to ban the Yellow Vest protests.
Now, there's all kinds of different angles to this, Dan, and I just want to kind of put it out there to you to see which direction you want to go here.
But that seems to be the new thing is they want to ban the yellow vest protest.
Yeah, and as if 17 weeks of precedent weren't enough for him to realize that things might go awry for the 18th Saturday in a row in Paris.
But they did go. Things went off a little more violently this time.
But I do think it's important to note that the black block, which are also known as Antifa, black block is kind of their generic term based on what they wear and how they look.
They were really the ones in general responsible for this extreme amount of violence and vandalism fires.
But what's interesting is they went after a lot of what would be considered high-end stores, high-end restaurants.
For instance, there's a well-known cafe where the elites are known to congregate.
For instance, Nikolai Sarkozy was supposedly celebrating there after his last election win not too long ago.
And it's a place where people go after they go shopping at Louis Vuitton, which has been very well guarded in the last – So it would be like somebody inside of D.C. or knows kind of the inner works of D.C., knows where the politicians go, knows where the journalistic elite go – Like, you know, they like to go to the same places.
That'd be like somebody who knows where they go in D.C. trying to target those areas?
Yeah, for instance, on the Champs-Élysées, where all the shops are, there's a cafe called Fouquet, and basically they burned this thing, pretty much burned it down.
They did a lot of damage to it, and that was a place where the elites liked to hang out.
They went after Hugo Boss, Lacoste, Longchamp, chocolatiers, banks.
There was even a church that was targeted, I saw, on fire over the weekend.
So, I mean, it was really violent.
And another thing that they were able to do that they haven't been able to do in a while is kind of commandeer the premises around the Arc de Triomphe, which has been previously guarded since at the beginning of these protests almost four months ago or so.
They really did some damage to the Arc, and it was heavily guarded with the armored vehicles.
And this weekend, they actually managed to take the Triumph, which I think is kind of a symbolic move.
But again, I do have to stress that a lot of this was the black bloc protesters.
These are not necessarily yellow vests.
A lot of them are just infiltrators who are making the most of the chaos and also giving a bad name to the yellow vests.
So you're talking about, because I was going to ask, I mean, that's like, I mean, I don't want to say this is like a battle and like a hallmark of a battle, but that kind of what that would represent if the government stood down at the triumph there.
But that's my question for you.
How much of this violence is just Antifa type like people or just, you know, people who want to take advantage of a situation, cause violence for whatever reason?
How much of this could be possibly provocateurs sent in there to cause violence so that the government can say, oh, see, you got violent.
We have to shut this down.
What do you think is the real case for this violence here?
Because it remained pretty much peaceful.
Some banks have been targeted.
But this, to me, was clearly the most violent the LFS protesters have ever gotten if, again, that's where they want to chalk this violence up to.
I haven't seen anything like this since probably December, if at all.
But it's really hard to say.
I mean, I've been there a few times now with the Yellow Vest.
For the most part, it's families.
It's older folks.
It's people from the countryside that come in and they're peacefully walking.
However, there are contingents of black bloc protesters, and there are also people in yellow vests who could be anyone, or just young, aggressive people who have had a few too many to drink, and they're ready for a showdown.
So it's really hard to separate out who's who amongst the yellow vests, but you can tell who the black bloc folks are, for sure.
And I'm just sitting here, too. It's like, Really, the French government, Macron, if you will, wanting to push this ball down the field, or I guess hoping it'll eventually fade out, that's not happening.
I think they're the ones to blame for this violence, either whether they sent in provocateurs or if it is just, you know, Antifa-like, whatever, thugs just wanting to get in there and cause violence, whatever the case may be.
That's only been allowed because they've let the Yellow Vest protests go on for so long and they haven't given them any reason to stop.
I mean, there's been nothing done, as far as I can see, from the French government to give these folks any reason to stop the Yellow Vest protests.
Right, and like you said, they are planning, they've announced that they're going to shut down and ban the protests in certain areas.
So, for instance, they're saying now that they're not going to allow the Yellow Vest to protest on Champs-Élysées, which is where a lot of the damage was done this weekend.
How they're going to enforce that remains to be seen, but I'm also seeing that the Interior Minister, or it might be the Prime Minister actually, he has said that they're planning to give police more control to make snap decisions on the ground.
This whole thing looks like a total powder keg right now.
And it really, to me, just shows the weak leadership of Macron.
In fact, it's really not even weak leadership.
It's zero leadership.
I mean, the guy is sucking down bottles of champagne in the mountains.
There he is right there with a French rosé, probably 40 years.
I mean, Macron, your country is burning to the ground, and this guy's sucking down wine on top of a mountain.

The reason why I'm leading this broadcast with the Yellow Vest protests, because I'll be perfectly honest with you folks, when I get ready to do the broadcast, I usually move international news to the bottom of the pile.
Usually I cover American stuff first, Western-centric stuff first, but let me tell you why this story coming out of France is so important, because If they can ban a protest in France, that sets a new precedent for banning protests.
And then if they can make it almost like a common occurrence, because I remember when I was covering Ferguson in 2014, trying to shut down protests and keep people off the street only made it worse.
And, I mean, even the police were able to maintain some of the cool in Ferguson, Missouri, until the worst night was when they declared a curfew.
So these things always tend to have a silver lining, if you will, and they don't end up going as intended.
Which, again, could lead to an even worse situation.

So, Dan, what is the word around France right now?
Because I just see this going badly.
If they try to ban this protesting, if they try to ban the Yellow Vest, I think that that only puts more fire under it.
As you said, the police have already been violent.
Now the police are on edge, and they're being asked to work even longer, harder hours.
So this whole thing seems like a powder keg to me.
Dan Lyman, where do you think this goes from here?
Well, also, Owen, the weather is getting nice and that when things involve a lot of people getting out, whether it's to migrate or to protest or to riot, that tends to escalate as the weather gets nicer and it's definitely getting nicer here.
So I don't think that that bodes well for the spring, especially if they're going to crack down in this manner.
There's also other reasons for unrest in France right now that are semi unrelated to all this at all that are also spurring protests.
We had a European wide Western wide actually supposed protest against climate change and inaction against climate change.
There's also unrest in the Algerian community because there is a huge issue with their elections down there.
They have a president who basically hasn't been seen since 2013.
He's been basically incapacitated in a hospital in Geneva since 2013.
So the Algerians in France are really just kind of, you know, protesting in solidarity with They're brethren across the Mediterranean.
So they're protesting. We have protests in Serbia right now.
We have protests going on in Albania right now.
These are all for free elections and protesting against their leadership there.
And then, of course, the Yellow Vest protests that are going on in other countries now as well.
And then we have what's going on with Brexit, which is just about to expire.
You can imagine that's going to spawn some protests.
I mean, it's just endless reasons for people to protest, many of them valid, of course, but it's just like this powder keg that is just Just growing in every country right now and unrest in Germany, of course.
We have this terrorist attack today as it seems in the Netherlands.
So things are just getting just crazy left and right.
It's wild. Well, and I was really thinking more along the lines of what do you think is going to happen in France, but I'm actually glad you went more on a global scale because to me that's the overall message here.
I agree with you. It's that basically you have the unstoppable force of globalism versus the immovable object of conservative nationalism.
And so I feel like we're finally kind of reaching the big rounds of this, a 12-round knockout, drag-out fight, and we're in round 10.
And so I really think that it's just everybody starting to see this.
I mean, it's almost impossible to not see this right now, Dan.
It's like globalism, less national identity, less national culture, or national conservatism.
Okay? More national identity, more national culture.
And that seems to be the battle right now.
And that seems to be where the real rubber is meeting the road.
When it comes to, at least when you look and see what's happening in France, when you see what's happening in Italy and these other places, they're trying to maintain what they have left of their culture, and globalism is just trying to wipe it all out.
Right, and then we have new components to this entire mess.
For instance, one of them, it stems from the New Zealand mosque attack.
Recep Erdogan in Turkey is now playing footage from the shooter's POV. He's playing that footage and taking excerpts from the manifesto and playing it at campaign rallies right now and basically ginning up, basically saying that it's basically a war between Islam and Christian Europe.
And he is saying that in his rallies right now, which is causing a lot of people to go, whoa, what is going on here?
And I can just read off one of these crazy quotes to you.
He's saying they're testing us from 16,000 kilometers away from New Zealand with messages they are giving us from there.
This isn't an individual act.
It is organized. You will not turn Istanbul into Constantinople.
Now that quote is interesting because he's actually responding to the son of Benjamin Netanyahu who days before the New Zealand attack tweeted that Istanbul was once Constantinople and we should return it to that.
So Erdogan is playing off the mosque attack and he's attacking Israel at the same time and Europe at the same time.
And he's talking about if the Christians try to do anything to Turkey, he said, your grandparents came here and they returned in caskets.
Have no doubt we will send you back like your grandfathers.
One more interesting point.
I'll let the audience connect these how they will.
Today's suspect that was arrested in the Netherlands is a Turkish individual, Turkish-born, and he was recently investigated for ties to ISIS, but he was released.
Many people think that Erdogan and ISIS are a cozy relationship, so make of that what you will.
ISIS has called for retaliatory attacks to the New Zealand mosque attack.
And of course we have this attack now in Europe just days later.
And we have this rhetoric coming out of Turkey at the same time.
So I'll let the viewers connect the dots as they will.
But these are some interesting information points that are all springing up in the wake of the New Zealand attack.
They'll say I think it was a video game feed or something.
So it's like, I'm actually glad, though, that Infowars has now reached a point where, look, we can kind of point you in the right direction, but we don't actually have to go to these weeds anymore, folks.
There's just a lot of crazy stuff when it comes to this Moss shooting, folks.
But... Dan, I think you're right.
I think worldwide we're seeing the spiritual battle has been afoot, but now it's starting to get physical, and people are starting to open their eyes.

So a lot of people actually start doing that.
So if you said Trump said this or Trump did that, we can go look it up.

So we start, I mean, more people start doing that.
So I really think that was the key factor in what changed people's minds during the 2016 election.
Well, and I think the big part of it was, too, because seeing the mainstream media take so many things out of context, I think there were a lot of people that were kind of maybe just following politics, maybe not so extremely.
Maybe they were just watching a presidential debate.
Or maybe they just knew who Donald Trump was.
And so they see the media trying to paint this picture of the presidential debates or of Donald Trump, and it's kind of just like, well, wait a second, that doesn't make sense.
That's not what I heard during the debate.
Or, wait a second, that's not the Donald Trump I remember.
And so I felt like...
It was really the mainstream media kind of taking its mask off for the general public to see who it really was, which was agenda-driven.
I mean, to me, that was a big changing of the guard.
As you say, the Internet is sitting here, this just bastion of information, now that they're trying to censor.
So do you think it was the fact that mainstream media kind of lost so much trust in the public eye that people just decided to go out onto the Internet, look at alternative news sources, and just do the research for themselves?

Oh, yeah. I think they played their cards a little bit too early.
They think that people are so stupid that we'll believe anything they tell us.
Like, you always say, like, 1984, you're just changing stuff right out in the open.
We're not going to see it. Like, this is not 1980s no more.
Like, if you put something out there, we can find it out, like, right now.
You can't just hide it for 30 years and it come out later on after your campaign is done.
And then the fact that you got people too, I mean, like you got Jesse Jackson, you got Al Sharpton, all these prominent members in the black community taking pictures with this guy, like pumping Trump up in the past, he's in so many rap songs, and then all of a sudden now you expect us to hate the guy?
It's like, it really is insulting when I'm tuned into mainstream news and they'll just say the most low-level IQ stuff and it's like, you expect me to believe that?
Exactly. And I think that there's a level of kind of like...
Like, there's a level, like, somebody hits you in the face, and then there's kind of a level of shock, and you're like, whoa, like, did you really just hit me in the face?
And then they hit you again, and then you're in the fighting stance.
You're like, oh, you're here to rumble!
And that's kind of what the mainstream media is like.

Because we went so long without doing anything, especially in the black community.
Like, you've been voting for Democrats for, good God, since the 60s, the 50s, the 60s.

We've taken your land, we've taken your home, we've taken your father out of the home, and you don't have a reason, you don't have a structure in your community anymore, because you don't have a family structure.
And when that's taken away, you have nothing.
So we did that to you.
You depend on us for everything that you have.
So you have no reason to distrust us, because we give you everything.
We own you. Exactly.
And that's another thing that we learned from the Democrat Party.
What they do is they feed off your emotions.
So they tell you these things and then you start to feel that identity and obligation to fight for this specific party that was supposedly for you.
But it's all based off of lies.
Once you start figuring out it's based off of lies, then that sense of urgency to fight for this entity or this group, it goes away.
So, like I said, we no longer feel the need to stand up for a party or any individual that's done so much damage to us.
The part that started the KKK to keep you from voting and being able to vote when you got the right to vote, to keep you down, to keep you in a state of fear, but then the school system will tell you, no, the Republicans started the KKK. But then you go back and find a recent, like, that was a lie. A whole lot of this stuff was a lie.
Like, there were no, all black people were slaves during the revolution.
No, there were plenty of free blacks.
Crispus Addis was a free black man.
The first man to die for the country.
We were up Cheswell. They don't teach you that at school, though.
They don't want you to hear that. That's his tool.
Because then you would believe that, hey, this is actually our country, and we will fight for our country.
But if you believe that this is not your country, you have no place here, You won't feel an obligation to fight for it.
Exactly. Exactly. Well, and that's another level of stuff, just how much is in the history books that's either inaccurate or just inaccurate intentionally by omission that people really never talk about.
But, you know, I'm just sitting here and I'm saying...
I'm not somebody that's necessarily politically inclined.
I mean, once you kind of open your eyes, if you will, take the red pill, you have to be politically inclined.
But I'm not somebody that's necessarily drawn to politics.
But you just look at major cities...
I'm from St. Louis.
You put St. Louis as one example, maybe a minority example, but it definitely works.
You just look at the cities the Democrats run for, like you said, 40, 50 years.
These are the cities that have the most violence.
These are the cities that have the worst everything, and it's like they're run by Democrats.
This isn't about, because everybody wants to make it about some race issue or some identity issue.
No, no, no. Let's make it a policy issue, because that's what it really is.
Policies see no skin color, and as soon as they do, they're racist.
But it's a policy issue.
Why can't people just sit here and say, oh, wow, all these Democrat-run areas are the places that are going into hell?

In my last video, I showed you guys a man who ran up to me, put his hands on me, and then tried to take my microphone.
Well, the same thing happened today.
But this time, it ended with someone in handcuffs.
I want to point out that I'm not posting these videos because I want you to feel sorry for me or that I'm a victim.
I'm posting them so that the narrative that the left is tolerant and anti-violence is not true.
What started as a night of simple interviews asking people about cultural appropriation on St.
Patrick's Day quickly turned into a violent situation where someone tried to steal my microphone, they spat on me, and then led a full-fledged attack on my cameraman and fiancé.
While I was in the middle of an interview, this guy came through the crowd to try to push me down and steal my microphone.
But when he realized he was not strong enough to do so, he hid his face and tried to flee the scene.
Enter the typical mob mentality of the left, where a group of people decided to gang up on my cameraman and fiance and push them into each other and tried to break their cameras.
Well, I gotta tell you folks, I feel a bit of a kindred spirit with Caitlin Bennett because she understands with no fear what it's like to go out in the streets and specifically it's a little different when you're out at night surrounded by a bunch of drunks.
But these people hate you if you have an Infowars mic flag.
They hate you if you have a Trump hat.
They hate you if you love your country, America.
Really, they just hate you.
And the truth is, sadly, they really just hate themselves.
And so they kind of just act like they're better than you by hating you.
But really, they know they're worse than you.

Well, I know that me personally, I can't even go grocery shopping and I don't even have to have the InfoWars mic.
They just recognize me from my hair.
And they'll follow me around Walmart.
They'll follow me around the mall.
They come out of bars when they do see me with the InfoWars mic.
The next clip that you guys are going to air, you can see this guy sees me out of a window in a restaurant, specifically a bar, and he feels the need to rush out and yell at me and blame me for a mass murder.
But I don't even think it's the InfoWars mic when it comes to college students.
They just really hate conservatives, and they know that I am one.
And you do have the hair, which is easily identifiable.
They used to make fun of you for it.
They called you Goldilocks. I guess they realized that that doesn't really hurt your feelings.
And so they just moved on to physically attacking you.
But I mean, you're not, you have no fear.
Your fiance has no fear.
Your cameraman has no fear.
And I think that that's kind of also what drives them crazy is they want to be able to get up and like tough guy you and like get up in your face and bully you.
And they want you to back down.
Like that's kind of the whole thing.
And then when you don't, that's when they really get hysterical.
They're like, oh, I was told I am in the power.
I was told you are the weak one.
And it's like, no, you're the weak scum.
I'm the real patriot here.
I'm the real person. And so as soon as that reality sets in, I think that that's when they start to really just spiral out of control.
Yeah, well, what actually happened was that this group of people, they watched this guy try to push me down and steal my microphone.
You can hear my tone of voice.
I just instantly get, like, I'm yelling.
I'm really angry because he was trying to steal from me.
And so what do the people around him do?
They see that he got away with it and he fled the scene so that they jumped in and they started spitting on me and putting their hands on me.
You can hear it in the clip, but you can't see them doing it.
But the whole thing was just so out of control and it happened within like 10 seconds.
And it was honestly a pretty scary situation because I know that when I figured out that those were the people that dressed up as me for Halloween, which is So obsessive and weird, I knew that they were kind of out to get me.
And it was just a really odd situation that should have never happened.
But that's what happens when you walk around in public and you're a conservative.
Well, and, you know, like I said, watching these videos, I can relate so much because I've just been there.
And I saw that moment in that last video where it's almost like, Because you really have to kind of tamper down your instincts in these situations, and you really have to kind of just understand the situation you're heading into and just be ready to take whatever they're going to throw at you, to take the stones.
That's the situation you have to be in.
I mean, I feel fortunate enough where...
At a young age, I kind of understood that through experience, being in situations knowing, look, you've got to keep a level head here.
You can't let your instincts get the best of you.
You can't let your initial reaction.
You've got to maintain the cool head.
You have to be willing to maybe take a loss, whatever the case may be.
And so it's hard in those moments when they do get physical with you.
And you know, I mean, metaphysically, you're in the right.
Like, that's what I'm saying. Like, some guy comes up to me like that.
I mean... I don't know your fiancé.
I'm sure he's a great guy. I'm not trying to talk trash, but it's like, I know there's a certain level of instinct.
When somebody walks up to you like that, you know you're metaphysically right to beat his ass.
And I'm glad you guys don't do that.
That's not what I'm saying. I'm just saying it does take a level of, I don't even know what you call it, of chi, of focus to not let those metaphysical instincts of knowing you're in the right to beat some punk's ass when they're trying to bully you and to just let it go and to just let it wash away and just to film the whole thing and remain calm and collected.
Yeah, well, it's funny that you say that because when I called the police because the situation was getting out of hand and the last thing I wanted to do was have to be in a self-defense situation where it turned into something more than just them hitting the camera.
So I called the police and then I was told later on That if I wanted to press charges against them for spitting on me and trying to push my friends into the street, that I would also get charges pressed against me.
So it's almost as if the police didn't want to deal with it.
I didn't know what the situation was, but I got threatened that since I called him a derogatory term and, you know, whatever, because it was true what I said, but because I shouted that at him after he attacked me, The police threaten to press charges against me if I try to press charges against anybody.
Downtown Kent. So that's like where the college kids go out mostly?
Yes. Okay.
See, because I'm just trying to figure all this out because for me, I've dealt with the same thing.
I've even, I mean, I've been assaulted multiple times right in front of police and they do nothing.
I've shown them the footage.
They do nothing. I've been spat on, like you said, like everything.
And it's weird. The police don't want to do anything.
And my one conclusion that I've reached is, and it makes sense, I'm not sure if it's true, but...
You know, it's like a mentally retarded kid acting up out in public.
You know, you give them a little more understanding, a little more leeway.
You know, they're mentally ill, you know, as opposed to a child that knows what it's doing is wrong and you have to give them a punishment as, you know, compared to a child that doesn't know what's going on.
So, like, that's kind of how I stack this up.
It's like, even the police recognize, like, these people are mentally ill.
These are mentally ill people, and so we have to just kind of let them go, you know, let them do their thing.
They don't know what they're doing.
They don't deserve to be arrested. But the truth is, they do know what they're doing.
They aren't mentally ill.
They're just brainwashed, and they need to have that realization of being arrested.
So I know what it's like.
I mean... So it's like, what are you supposed to do, Caitlin?
These people attack you, they spit on you, they assault you, and you're like, here's the evidence, here's everything.
Police, I'm trying to maintain a cool head here.
You know if you would have taken things into your own hands, you would have been arrested.
But, oh, but they can do whatever they want to you, and you're just supposed to take it?
